Best Western Plus Wenatchee Downtown Hotel

Staying due to family member in nearby hospital. The motel staff were excellent. Friendly and helpful. Worked with our rather chaotic hospital schedule to ensure that our daily bookings went smoothly and there was a discount for medical associated stays. Amanda Gilfoyle, the motel manager, was very understanding and helped us make decisions that kept the costs affordable. The facility was exceptionally clean and the rooms were very well kept. All four rooms we stayed in had a refrigerator, microwave, coffee and were surprisingly roomy. Our one night stay was okay, though first impressions were disappointing given the dark and rather dreary vibe in the public areas. Our room with two queen beds was tight, making it difficult to place and access luggage. What we liked: 1. Quiet and effective HVAC 2. Handy microwave and spacious refrigerator 3. Fitness room with a treadmill, elliptical, and recumbent cycle all of which were functional and well maintained 4. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. 5. Breakfast was okay What needs to be improved: 1. Small lumpy pillows offered poor head and neck support 2. Sagging mattress that also provided poor support 3. Our room had two small bedside lamps and one other small table lamp resulting in a dark vibe. 4. Soundproofing is poor, especially on the first floor, where noise in the public areas carries all the way down the hall. We probably won't revisit the Best Western in the future given the number of other hotels in the same price range with more updated offerings.

Perfect stay. Clean, comfortable,staff were wonderful. Breakfast was a great variety, fresh,clean area. Definitely staying again when in the area. 10+ on everything.

Booked online quickly as needed to pivot in my travel. Lucked out big time. Easy to find, easy to park, easy to check in, great price, beautiful room, really comfy bed, very clean, great TV options, very nice to have keurig coffee in room (and fridge and microwave although I didn't use them). Room was already cooled down for me (very hot out). Great options for breakfast in the am. This was a bargain for what it offered! Thanks, all!

My daughter and I were blamed for using markers on linens and charged $100 damage deposit. We did not bring markers to the room and we accused of the damage. Amanda G did not resolve and blamed us stating they have perfect housekeeping procedures and mistakes do not happen. I stated there was a mistake and she blamed and would not resolve. I called customer relations at the corporate level and they believed Amanda G over the customer stating we did it. They said sorry but we cant do anything. They are purposefully charging erroneous damage deposits to increase revenue here in the wenatchee location. I would not stay here unless you want to pay an erroneous damage deposit for stuff you dont do and then they lie saying your wrong and you did it. AVOID THIS WENATCHEE LOCATION OF BEST WESTERNS AT ALL COST

Loved our stay here, Gigi and the general manager were friendly and very accommodating. Clean rooms and a great breakfast. I've stayed at many best western hotels. The staff here are among the friendliest and accommodating I've encountered.

I went with some friends early this month to stay in this amazing hotel (before all the flooding). Right from our first steps into the hotel we were greeted by Amanda at the front desk. Throughout our stay she was a lovely person to run into and incredibly helpful for any questions we had. There was always a friendly person at the front desk, no matter the time. There were two occasions where we had left behind some items in the pool room (the hot tub is incredible) and they were kind enough to find and keep them for us until we could come grab them. The breakfast self serve was delicious, and the lobby is beautiful. The room was well organized, spacious, and clean, perfect for a group of 4. We got a 2 bed, 1 bath room for a very decent price considering how comfortable our experience was. At the end of our trip there was some service issues with the elevator and Amanda and another gentleman were kind enough to help us bring down our bags to the lobby by the stairs. I could go on and on, but it really made our trip out there a wonderful experience and I will absolutely be going back to this hotel if I'm ever in the area again. TLDR; Incredible hospitality, service, and atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel for any kind of trip you have.

There are way better hotels in Wenatchee than this place. This was my second stay at this BW+, and I am a BW rewards member and have stayed at hundreds of hotels. The first stay was pretty bad, but I believe in second chances. Don't remember seeing such disregard and couldn't-care-less about customers anywhere ever. Got in about 10 pm the first night, not a parking spot ANYWHERE. Was told to park my car along a curb somewhere and pray that it doesn't get smacked. And I wasn't the last person to check in that night. It was a mess. Breakfast is pretty bad, but being that it was included, it is what it is. There are only about 6 tables, so many people had to stand and hold their plates while they ate. What a joke. Headed to Leavenworth and walked around A LOT the entire day, knowing that we'd be able to hit the hot tub later that night to soothe some sore muscles. Nope. Got back and turned the dial to turn the hot tub on and the chlorine coming out burned our eyes and we couldn't breathe. That bad. On top of that the pool area was a mess - no towels to use to dry off but a few towels were at the bottom of the pool. Like, underwater. Went to the front desk to tell the lady behind the counter. Eventually she was nice enough to put her cellphone down to pay attention to our concerns. She said she'd call the maintenance guy to fix it. After 20 or so minutes went back out to ask her what was going on. She said he'd fix it the next day, and that it was his day off. Of course, she answered after she was able to finish her texts to whomever she was chatting with. They printed out a 1/2 piece of paper saying the pool area was closed until further notice and taped it to the door, making us SOL. Checking out the next day, I noticed they double billed my credit card. As if that wasn't the final insult, I told the lady behind the counter that was just one of many issues we had, and instead of asking "how can we do better or make it right?", her question. "If you don't mind me asking a dumb question, but why do you keep coming back?" And that's all you need to know about this poor business. My response: "I believe in second chances, but don't worry, there won't be a 3rd." Do yourself a favour and check out the many other fine establishments in this town. This ain't one of them.

It's your average hotel- has a pool/hot tub, continental breakfast etc. I'm sure it's just fine for a weekend stay… The hubby's been working in Wenatchee for a month or more now, staying at the best western plus and I have to say it's not very comfortable for long periods. The room is quite spacious, I'd say larger than most which is nice. But the beds are very uncomfortable and seem more like a double than a queen. I tossed and turned the whole first week until I finally went and purchased some pillows at Walmart… The bedding basically consists of thin sheets, no actual duvet and not the most pleasant texture (feel rough and itchy, especially the brown blanket- gives me the ick) Clothing drawers under the tv barely fit anything, they're so shallow- you can fit two folded sweatshirts side by side or some socks and underware but that's about it. Trash bins are VERY small- you throw away one take out box and it's full, rather inconvenient when you're essentially living there. The maid service restocks, takes out trash, and makes the bed but doesn't do any cleaning such as toilets or vacuuming so after several weeks things start looking pretty dirty. Sheets also don't get changed at all during an extended stay. And obviously living out of a hotel is never going to be the same as being home but for a hotel that sees a LOT of workers for extended periods, you'd think it would be more accommodating in certain areas…

The staff and management are always friendly, the most knowledgeable and helpful, and by far the clean and tidiest rooms of all the Bestwesterns I've stayed in!

Wow, nice hotel, close to shops and restaurants, highway, and a great value! So glad we stayed here this time - we'll be back!! Breakfast, pool, fitness center, nice, modern rooms and the staff is nice. Couldn't ask for more, or a better value!

We always enjoy staying at this Best Western hotel. The managers and employees all do a wonderful job. Customer service at its best ! The rooms are clean, the beds are comfy, and the pool is warm. We really enjoy the free hot breakfast and the smiling servers who are always ready to help us out. It's why we always return to this particular hotel every time we come to Wenatchee.

Rooms are nice and clean, beds are cozy and staff is super friendly and helpful, hot tub and pool are clean and kept up on as well.Breakfast is good. Staff keeps a good eye on the parking lot to make sure peoples vehicles don't get messed with, it's not a guarantee but it's definitely nice knowing they try there best.

I needed to be close to the hospital in Wenatchee and the Best Western Plus fit the bill. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Rosa, at the front desk was the best! I'm not used to traveling alone, and Rosa was kind, helpful, and accommodating.

I am a sound sleeper who pulled a double the night before and was looking forward to sleeping well and waking up at 10am. Instead I find myself writing a review at 5am in frustration after tossing and turning until it got light out. Did not get an ounce of sleep with all of the noise. Neighboring room had music and tv on super loud all night long. Told the front desk. They told them to turn it down, then 30 minutes later it was loud again. Desk said all they could do was call the cops, which I obviously wasn't going to do. They could have offered to swap rooms or something. I'm writing this at 5am because I cannot sleep, even after more than an hour at the gym facility to try and knock myself out. Didn't work. Paper thin walls and loud neighbor prevented that. Avoid the rooms with interior adjacent doors at all cost because the tv is mounted against that wall and does not block any sound. You will be able to hear everything the neighbor will say and resonating speakers inside your room. Photos show timestamp of me recording the noise to show desk at 1130pm, then after would at 1am for transparency. Gym was nice. Dumbbells up to 50 lbs and a flat to incline bench, plus weighted balls and treadmills made for a sufficient workout while on the road. Coffee dispenser machine on at all times made for getting free coffee very convenient.

Really nice facility. Great staff. Nice and comfortable rooms, and very clean/well maintained. Breakfast was excellent. Hot items available, along with choices for more mindful folks. People need to understand the money you save having that complimentary breakfast. You'd drop $70, or more, for a family of four going out to eat. I know our family appreciates that. Super clean, affordable, legit breakfast , really cool coffee machine that makes mocha and everything. Amanda during the day and Rosa in the evening both are the best!!!! They made my stay special and are the sweetest !!! Not far from mission ridge and leavenworth is a hop skip away... I return to this hotel every year to play in the snow and enjoy the area. You will not be dissapointed!

Where to start? We were looking for a little family getaway and this place nailed it for us! Right from the moment of check in, I felt like the staff really cared. Zee was so sweet and gave us a room near the pool when she saw we had our kiddos with us. She engaged with them and had them giggling. The pool & hot tub was a perfect temp, room spotless and super comfy beds! Both mornings, breakfast was hot, fresh and kept replenished even with all the hungry weekend travelers. I was really surprised to see pancakes and waffles! It's usually 1 or the other add most hotels I stay at, not both! My husband loved the biscuits & gravy and I was all about the potatoes, bacon and cheesy omelets! Thanks so much for the relaxing stay, we'll definitely be back next time!

The hotel is very run down. Needs much care. Carpet is old and dirty. Toilet is rundown and missing parts. Breakfast was good. Not anything unexpected. Staff are friendly. For those who have an EV, there is only one charging station. There is no sign to limit the hours so users will charge all night leaving you without one. Although the staff says it is limited to 4 hrs and they are strict at it, they do not enforce their rules. Overpriced for the quality for a weekend.

Zee checked us in, and she was absolutely amazing. She made sure we had everything we needed as well as what the hotel offered, hot coca & coffee all night, letting us know about the pool a d hot tub. The staff and hotel were great we were visiting Leavenworth for the Christmas lights with family and it was nice to sit in lobby and enjoy hot chocolate by the fire ? and catch up.

A Perfect Stay for Our U18 Hockey Team at the Wenatchee Best Western Plus Downtown Our U18 hockey team recently stayed at the Wenatchee Best Western Downtown for three nights, and it was the perfect choice for our group. With about 15 rooms booked, the hotel accommodated us seamlessly. Though the hotel is older, it's been thoughtfully updated with modern touches, providing clean, comfortable rooms for our entire team. The staff was exceptional, with one team member in particular—Zee, who works at the front desk—standing out. She was kind, patient, and had a fantastic sense of humor, making a lasting impression on everyone. Our parents had nothing but positive interactions with her, and she even came to say goodbye to us at the end of her shift, which was such a thoughtful touch. The breakfast was another highlight. It was typical of the Best Western chain, but what really set this hotel apart was how well they kept it stocked and replenished. Even as breakfast time wore on, the staff was quick to ensure that the food never ran out, so everyone could enjoy a hearty meal. Having this included was a real money-saver, especially with a large group. One bonus that really stood out was the coffee machine in the lobby. It offered a fantastic selection of espressos, mochas, lattes, and hot chocolate, available 24/7. In an era when many hotels are moving away from such amenities, it was a huge perk, especially since these types of drinks can cost $5–6 US at local cafes. Over the weekend, we saved a significant amount of money by enjoying the free hot drinks at the hotel, along with the included breakfast. Our parents also enjoyed the second-floor seating area, which provided a great spot to relax and unwind. We were also grateful for the small meeting room on the first floor, where we could gather and visit late into the night, making the stay even more enjoyable and memorable. The hotel's location couldn't have been more convenient. It's just minutes from the Toyota Town Centre Arena, making it an ideal spot for those attending events or games there. Plus, there's plenty of shopping nearby, with stores like Target and JC Penney just a short drive away. Whether we needed something for the team or simply wanted to browse, it was all easily accessible. The players really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. After a long day of games and practices, it was the perfect way to relax and unwind. The facilities were well-maintained and provided a great way to keep the team energized and ready for the next day. Several of our parents also took advantage of the hotel's amenities. One parent used the gym to work out, while another appreciated the convenience of the laundry facility. And for the kids, the fast Wi-Fi was a huge bonus—fast enough for them to play Fortnite in their rooms without any issues! Overall, the Wenatchee Best Western Downtown offered outstanding service, great amenities, and a welcoming atmosphere for our entire group. Thanks to Zee and the rest of the staff, our stay was unforgettable. We'll definitely be back if we ever have games in Wenatchee again.

ALL employees were so kind and went way out of their way to ensure me and my kids were comfortable and had allot of fun. I was so impressed and so very grateful. This wasn't a vacation for my family, we had house problems and none of these employees even knew. They run this hotel like this all the time and I can tell you with absolute certainty that every family member or friend of ours that comes to visit us in town will be booking at this hotel. Amanda at the front desk is one of the kindest people ive met, and Erick went well out of his way to make sure my kids really enjoyed their breakfast and that ment the world to me. I wish I'd gotten more of the employees names because really this hotel deserves a lot of recognition and acknowledgment for their efforts.

I love this hotel. I started coming here in December of 2023. From the very start we've been treated like family. My kids love it here and always looks forward to seeing Zee when we come to stay at this hotel. We love the rooms, the pool and hot tub are always a plus and always clean. I called the hotel directly and the Front Desk person, Zee, was amazing helping to reserve a room that matched my needs perfectly! Upon arrival, Zee greeted me immediately and was very professional as I checked-in. She shared information about the hotel and the area that made my stay very enjoyable.

We were in town for business and for pleasure the week of the 4th and stayed quite a few days in this hotel. Front desk people in the morning are quite friendly, a little quote but friendly. Rooms are decent for the price that they are, not overly expensive, not super cheap either so it's a nice combination. House keeps were more then amazing getting our new towels, shampoos ect as we needed them. Breakfast is were it's at. Not knowing the town Eric was a great help. Not only was that person a great help, if he lived closer to me I would love to have him in my business as he's a good talker, super friendly and seems to know what he is talking about. He asked me while I was there to leave a review on a new coffee he was trying out so here it is. The roast he used was magnificent, the smell, taste, long lasting flavor, it actually tasted like coffee. Usually I'm a 2 French vanilla type person, but this coffee didn't need added flavor it had the flavor in it already. Coming from a coffee owner this newer coffee next to the original they were using hands down better already. Color and all. Thank you for allowing me to be a teater in this. Definitely will be back.

You guys have an amazing town first off. I was in town for one a conference this weekend and a lot of us happen to stay at this hotel. I will be back. Front desk ladies Rosa and Amanda were always welcoming in the morning and that's a great way to start your day off by seeing smiling faces. Beds were super comfortable good water pressure for a nice hot shower as well makes it great. Breakfast had a lot of options, and Erick kept the smiles coming as well. Don't know how you can go wrong with such a happy group of people in the A.M time. Thank you guys so much

Had some snafus checking in - the first room they offered smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, went down to the lobby, they were quick to give us another room, that one smelled heavily of fish - pretty gross. Back to the lobby, they gave us a suite, 3rd floor, much better experience. Breakfast in the morning was standard buffet fare, was ok. Pool and hot tub were good, but gets crowded. Can't say enough about the staff, super nice people. Location is pretty good, did see some homeless wandering around, but I don't worry much about them, and not the hotel's fault. I'd stay again.

Check-in by Zee was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is older, but well kept, except that the carpets look very old and worn. Our room, 332, was clean and spacious, the window opened a tad, water pressure in shower was good, A/C worked well and was quiet and the bed was comfy (except for the lumpy pillows, but the manager knows about it and is working on it). The walls and floors are very thin, but that night the hotel was overall very quiet. The hot tub had the perfect temperature and good water pressure; the pool room overall is rather dark. Breakfast was as expected. Location was great for my morning walk; two blocks from waterfront with lots of walking trails.

To our surprise they had room for us to be able to stay. Let's just start off by the front desk was amazing when checking us in. Smile on their face and very friendly. Once we got to our room it was decent there are a few things we could nit pick at but for such great service everywhere else those little things were very easy to over look. We got a room on the 3rd floor Eastside of the building so it was a gorgeous view of the mountains and the river. Here comes Monday morning and ready for breakfast. You usually think small tiny breakfast, not many options, well think about. You have biscuits and gravy, 2 types of eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereal, oatmeal and best of all they have a yogurt machine.. How can you go wrong with on tap yogurt, that's right you can't. And the gentleman that was in breakfast (Eric) I believe his name was, such great help for us finding a few extra attractions while we were in town. And he kept that breakfast coming all morning long, super friendly and made the morning start off great. Overall we will be back again. Thank you guys for the amazing work you do.

Bed was comfortable, water was hot, breakfast was ready and plenty of it. I would recommend the 3rd floor so you don't hear heavy steps on the ceiling, and if you can be non-street side, I think I would take my chances with the train more than the cars driving by all hours.

Horrible experience with homeless people wandering the parking lot, filthy carpets throughout the facility, someone attempting to open the adjoining room door late in the night multiple times and staff that seemed powerless to address anything. Couple checking in before our arrival left within an hour. Hot Breakfast was cold but with some variety.

This is our second stay at this motel, staff are always friendly and helpful. This stay Amanda was very helpful when answering our enquiries. Our room was large and clean and the bed comfortable. We heard very little outside traffic noise. Shops are within walking distance. You can also walk to the river from this motel.

Best Western plus in Wenatchee is a very good hotel. clean, breakfast is very good lots to choose from. Staff are all friendly. Centrally located easy to find. I will rate this hotel to be 10 out of 10. I will visit this hotel whenever I am passing through Wenatchee.

Amanda was courteous and very professional, the room was clean and she was able to help with any needs that aroused. The breakfast was enjoyable and the keurieg coffee maker was a nice touch. Would stay here again when I am in the neighborhood.

It is a very nice Hotel. The carpets smell old, but that won't keep us from staying there again. Zee, who checked us in was totally awesome! She asked us what brought us to the Best Western we told her we were Elite members. She also asked if we were just going to see the sights? We said no that we had a doctor's appointment the next morning. She said she could save us more money on our bill because of the doctor's appointment!!! Thank you, Zee!

Clean room. Great location. Good breakfast. Hot tub too cool. Called front desk to request it to be heated. After 20 minutes the front desk attendant came and turned it up. Took 20-30 minutes for it to heat to a comfortable temperature. All in all I'd give it a 9 out of 10.

We found that overall it was very good service and facilities and location but more ev chargers needed so overnight charging would be possible. 4 hour limit makes only a top up possible since in 4 hours only about 30% of battery power is possible

clean room, quiet, fast i-net, hot jacuzzi, friendly staff, really enjoy Wenatchee & staying here is always good. Have stayed here several times in the past and always have a great time. We are looking forward to next time perhaps in October.

There is a reason for the PLUS after their name. This was the first hotel in years that I havent had any complaints from anyone in our group. We had 13 rooms booked for our non profit fiddle camp attendees (majority stayed onsite in tents and RV's) no problems with making the reservations, awesome checkin process and great amenities! Wonderful breakfast menu, hot tub and indoor swimming pool. Great staff and amazing manager, Amanda. We will be back next year!

Stayed for one night. Chose the hotel for its location -close to various businesses. Easy to drive to different areas of town from hotel. Room was generally clean, but a few misc things were in need of a good scrub - door handle area, remote, air conditioner, refrigerator handle, floor (vacuumed, but my socks were dirty after walking around in room). Nice staff - front desk and maid were helpful. Reasonably priced. Recommend, but not what I would call a high end hotel.

Love staying here. The shower was was hot and lots of water pressure. The rooms were clean. It was quiet. The room doors were soft close so no slamming doors all night.

Great staff at this hotel. Starting with the friendly faces when you check in. The breakfast was hot and fresh with a good selection of items. All day fresh coffee in the lobby is appreciated. The housekeeping did a wonderful job daily in my room.

I stay here every week for work, Diana and Amanda is very welcoming and make me feel like I'm a home away from home. Very clean and never had any concerns. Highly recommended if your planning to stay in wenatchee or any of the surrounding area!!!

I have honestly only stayed at one hotel any time I have stayed in Wenatchee. This is that hotel. Diana and Amanda are amazing people. The food is good. The rooms are clean. The internet is good. This is what someone looks for in a hotel. I can't wait to stay here again.

We awarded this hotel four out of five stars because of the staff and the value for money. Firstly Diana ,was superb, she welcomed us in to the hotel and explained the many features available, I was surprised to learn she was back on duty again early the following morning. Yet again she was cheerful, polite and attentive a great representative for the hotel. Given the price we decided to order two rooms with adjoining doors, this gave us the best of both worlds. The rooms were spacious and clean, the bathroom whilst small was adequate and the bath/shower combo worked well. The lighting inside the bathroom was terrible, so dim. The toiletries were of good quality and well stocked with two of each item. The rooms could do with an upgrade, they felt dated, no usb charging sockets and a fresh look to the carpets and color schemes would be beneficial. Breakfast was good with a fine selection of hot and cold offerings, similarly parking was easy and plentiful.

Diana R did an extraordinary job with providing us with a great hospitality at the best western inn. She provided us with information on how to make our stay the best experience by providing me information on how to use the computers to print out my nursing course assignments.

Great value for the price. Located right downtown within walking distance to shops and restaurants, and a big bonus was the electric vehicle charger out front. The hotel was clean and every staff we encountered was very very friendly and nice. The hot tub and pool were clean as were the rooms. The breakfast was barely edible, lukewarm sausage and biscuits and gravy. Very disappointing. I was worried I would be sick from it not being held at proper hot holding temps. I would skip breakfast here next time but would return.

This hotel has a heated indoor pool. My kids just love it. Breakfast menu, service is excellent. Walkable distance to restaurants, shops. The hotel is very clean. We will stay at this hotel again next time we're in town.

Clean and convenient for our quick trip over. Also, Saturday breakfast was made for the team and others prior to the 7am start time! Team was super thankful for this for food prior to the tournament!!

I had a very pleasant experience. Everything was very clean, the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was delicious, the beds were very comfortable, the room was very spacious and the hot tub was working fine. Great service!

The stay was overall not a bad experience. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great. The staff were a bit overly controlling of my children. My older child (12) wanted to take his brother (3) on a walk down the hall so he could get out of the room for a minute. I allowed it. They wanted to fill up their water bottles and just walk outside the room. I was in the room putting my baby down for a nap. Within 2 minutes of them being out in the hall, they were told to come back to their room. This happened twice. A little ridiculous. They were not running or being loud and this was during the day. Another issue we had was my 2 toddlers made a mess on the floor with their snack and I cleaned it up the best I could and then called the front desk. Probably about 6pm, and they said they had no one to come clean the rooms at that time. The problem was that now the carpet and tile was covered in ants within minutes of the crumbs being present. We waited for about 30 minutes as more and more ants accumulated. A staff member knocked and brought us an ancient vacuum and told us that she was working alone so she couldn't help but found a vacuum for me to use to clean it up. She was kind, but it was frustrating to have to deal with that. No compensation or offer was made to rectify the problem.

The hotel staff was welcoming and helpful. They were there if you needed anything. The breakfast could have been better but was edible. The floor in the bathroom had glitter glue on it. I would stay there again because the staff made it worth it.

We stayed for a snowboard family trip and this hotel was perfect. Breakfast was hot and plenty of options to fuel up for the day. Pool was busy with families so we didn't use the hot tub as planned but will try again when it isn't a school holiday.

Don't stay room 218. Directly above the check in and breakfast dining area/front lobby chairs. Tile floor and metal legs of the chairs and tables starting at 445am. So loud and echoey. I could hear all the conversations and everythime a chair was pushed/dragged. You might think I'm being ridiculous and over dramatic. I'm not. Hopefully other rooms are quieter

Stayed for 1 night when passing through the area. Hotel was clean and comfy. Breakfast was good. The river is two blocks away and has a beautiful river path to walk on. Overall we had a good stay.

The place that I usually stay was booked up. I had good experiences at other BW+ locations, so I decided to give this one a try. I was very pleased. Easy access. Good desk attendant. Quiet room. Lots of restaurants near by. I will be back!

Excellent location, staff, value and facility. The beds were extremely comfortable. My son in-law took advantage of the breakfast and said it was excellent. A younger gentleman checked us in and was very pleasant, with excellent referrals to area restaurants that paid off!

Played golf in Wenatchee for 2 days, stayed at the Best Western Downtown, great location, good breakfast, clean and quiet room, no problems, lots of restaurants and stores close by, easy in and out, 14 minute drive to the Golf Course.

Good location with clean rooms. The pool and spa are pretty nice, although the pool is not that deep no diving. but still nice to move around in, the breakfast too me is also pretty good. The second day I was their it was 100 degrees outside, but the room stayed nice and cool.

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. The pool and hot tub were very clean and well heated. The hot breakfast was good. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. We will certainly stay there the next time we're in Wenatchee.

Just a one night stay after a long road trip day. Clean and tidy.. Check in was quick..Breakfast wonderful.Room was clean,, a bit of a weird bathroom plan, but not a big deal.. Comfy beds and great ac unit. Location is a little commcercial but not bad.

Located close to heart of downtown Wenatchee, we went over 4th of July weekend. It was packed with lots of families. A number of times walls would rattle from people going in and out of rooms and we were on the 3rd floor. We only stayed the night as we were traveling. Would stay again but perhaps not over a holiday.

The walls are paper thin, hot tub stings your eyes, pool stings your skin, night staff not super helpful. Breakfast was good except juice was not juice. Juice was flavored sugar water. The biscuits and gravy looks so horrendous I wouldn't touch it. You can probably get a better seal elsewhere.

Amanda and Maria were extremely helpful!! I stayed there with my boyfriend and we had forgotten our key card, and another time it wasn't activated and Maria was super nice about it! We also had questions regarding our stay and the prices, and Amanda was very helpful with that as well. Nice pool and hot tub, nice rooms, clean. Only reason I'm giving in 4 stars is because when we had our sheets changed once, the “fresh” sheets had stains all over them and we asked them to be changed but they were not changed. Thank goodness we had a 2 queen bed room. Other than that, everything was great! Definitely would stay here again.

This clean, affordable, hotel, located just north of downtown Wenatchee, and near the Columbia riverfront, has an attractive lobby seating area, an excellent hot buffet breakfast, clean, spacious rooms, indoor pool, and hot tub, and courteous staff.

i loved the help form the staff when i arrived, super helpful. the gym and pool were always available and clean. My room had enough space for me and had all the commodities you could need as a solo traveler. The room was on really good shape and clean as well as the outside of the hotel. Parking lot was clean and well kept. i would defiantly stay there again. breakfast was great too. had a variety of options which i liked. I would recommend this to my friends, family and coworkers. Great Job Best Western!

Great staff! Lisa, Maycie and Travis were fantastic. Getting through to get a reservation was a bit difficult due to technical issues Hailly had with the phone. Other than that the stay was great. I will be returning next time I'm in Wenatchee.

This was a great stay for the price. Lots of families staying to check out Leavenworth and Lake Chelan. Rooms were nice. Pool and hot tub were nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay again if we head that way.

Comfortable atmosphere and the rooms are cozy. The hotel offers a lot for those staying a bit and the parking isn't too. I travel for work so I visit a lot of hotels and there are only a few in this area I'd come back too. This BW was greatly placed on the main road fare so you have access to a lot of stores if you're in need.

We had a miserable stay here. The pool chemicals were so strong that my child couldn't swim more than 15 minutes. His eyes and skin were both burning. The beds were like concrete and you could hear everyone that passed by or walked above. Needless to say, we will not be coming back.

Haley at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful,and gave some great recommendations of where to have dinner and places to see in the area. Laura and Mediano in the breakfast room did an exceptional job.They kept the food trays filled and the area spotless.

Smoke detector started beeping need batteries. Employees need training on basic issues! Beeping started at 1:15 am and went on for 1.5 hours. Employee not being able to fix situation. We finally pulled it from ceiling after 1.5 hours and left it at front desk. Front desk employee tried but was clueless and didn't report back to us when he went to research. Said he would get in trouble if it was pulled off ceiling, but we could change rooms at 2am. We pulled it from ceiling. It was a very frustrating night, no step stool to use, no clue as to basic battery replacement and reset, no good sleep and long drive next morning in snow and ice. Will probably try the other BW intown on next stop in Wenatchee.

Good value, friendly staff. Elevator buttons and public areas not overly clean. Lots of noise from being an old building. Could definitely use some upgrades but value is there and staff has been improved upon/been replaced since our last visit.

The customer service at this hotel was incredible. The front desk host named Haley was so friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and neat. The breakfast was exceptional. The pool was fun; overall was such an amazing stay.

Nice hotel overall and conveniently located with nice staff. Hot tub area was quite clean. Breakfast had enough options. One big suggestion is to have a proper guide for tv and not just a print out listing of channels as then you do not have to scroll through each and every channel which is not time friendly when just trying to find a show. Many channels too are just blank so more wasted time! Best to fix this to not annoy many guests. Someone should check in on pool area too every now and then as many guests are lazy and so inconsiderate and I found myself putting 3 towels of others in with the dirty towels! Very nice staff, terrific service, and a pleasure to stay there. The rooms were straightened every day. I travel a bunch and it was very convenient to come and go. Very traveler friendly. It was a nice change from the hotel trend that I'm seeing that has less amenities and less service. Well done.

The weekend afternoon front desk clerk and manager went above and beyond to ensure my stay was great. I had called the day before check in to see if the room I booked included a sofa bed and was told that it did. Upon check-in, I was informed that it did not and the person that I spoke to on the phone was incorrect. The front desk clerk and night manager apologized for the misinformation and upgraded our room to a suite which includes a sofa bed at no additional cost. This kind, helpful gesture ensured our stay was the most comfortable for our family of 3. We will definitely be staying here again thanks to the friendly front desk staff!

We were there for a family event. Hadn't traveled with my mom in awhile, didn't realize how bad her memory had gotten. The staff at the front desk were sooo kind to her. She would lose her key and not be able to open her door, Brian and Olivia were there to help and watched out for her. There was one other young lady who was new, who was very helpful also. I don't remember her name. If you need a place to go, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Have been staying at Best Western Plus in Wenatchee WA for a few weeks, I work night's and have found Tony on the graveyard shift to be extremely helpful, he followed up to make sure that I had what was needed. It was nice to see an employee take their job seriously and with the energy that he shown. Keep it up Tony, you make staying away from home more pleasant.

Great location and easy to find. Large, clean room and very peaceful. We enjoyed the spa/pool after a hot day on the road. Secure parking with lots of spaces. Staff was friendly and knowledgable. Haley, at the front desk, suggested a place for dinner. It was perfect and served the best pizza we've enjoyed in a long time. Thank you!

The bed was super comfortable and all of the staff were pleasant and helpful. Denise made my checkout very easy. Will stay here again. I loved the hot breakfast too, it was a nice touch. The pool and the spa were busy but clean. Parking was about the only issue. The spots were small with boats and trailers taking up a lot of space.

This hotel is dated with fixtures and needs to be updated. The best thing about it was the breakfast bar which was very complete and very good. There's also free parking at the hotel. we had trouble with our air conditioning the second night and they had to send a mechanic at 11 o'clock at night to get it to work

Rating it a zero but there was no option. It was 1255 am, found hairs in my bedsheets so I called the front desk, it just rang continuously so I went downstairs to see if any one was available. A man was at the front desk wearing brown, doing who knows what on the computer but too busy to pick up the phone....? I didn't get his name but his badge said he was front desk. Anyway, so he sees me at the counter and I tell him "I tried to call and no one was answering." He just looked at me and didn't say anything in return. Then I said "I wanted to let you know that I found hairs in our bed..." again he had nothing to say. He did not apologize, he said, "you're welcome to check out and go to a different hotel," I was shocked and so upset he said that!!! Like are you serious???? So I said "what? So will we be getting a refund?" Again no reply. Then I asked if it was possible to get a new room and he said right away , "we're full.." without even saying "let me check or let me what I can do for you.." He didn't want to hear what I had to say. He was not helpful at all and lacked customer service skills. So then I asked for new bed sheets and again was disappointed that I wasn't given a complete set, the blanket was missing. My husband had to strip the bed and put the new sheets on himself. This was very upsetting to me that there was not a manager I could speak to as well. The man said, "I'm the only one here right now..." I wouldn't recommend this hotel. I paid over $200 to stay here for one night, just to get this kind of service? No thank you. I'll be going to a Holiday inn or days inn next time.

The hotel was a great experience. Denise assisted us at the front desk last night she was very welcoming and helpful during our stay. Rooms were clean and well organized. My 6 year old son loved her and we will definitely be returning. Thanks! :)

Not a “Plus” in our opinion. The breakfast was not good. The omelettes were a bit rubbery and the potatoes were still a bit raw. The sausage was okay. The rooms were so so. Stayed at the other Best Western down the street, it is not a “Plus” but no difference.

Had a jobsite to attend to for a few days and had to spend the night in town, I'm a regular with best western and best western plus all over washington, these are some of the best hotels I love staying at, they have good breakfast services here, exercise room, and a pool here, super awesome, love the staff, I had a few questions concerning memberships and receptionists Denise and Adalmis got me all sorted and cleared up any confusion, super helpful, 5 stars, will come again.

Not a “Plus” in our opinion. The rooms are no better than the regular Best Western down the street we stayed in back in May. The breakfast was a disaster, the omelettes were tough, the potatoes were still raw, the sausage was okay. The rooms were so so. The desk staff were very good.

I booked four room and I had to get one last minute for a family who joined late for the trip and Denise was very helpful. Denise was super professional and kind and caring, she treated us like family she made that stay so much better and worth our money. I would definitely come to this same place. The room were really nice and also the breakfast was great. The pool was nice and clean.

I had needed help with my key it was just not working so I went to the front desk and Denise was there to help. She was really welcoming and very kind. She made want to return to this hotel because when I needed any other help or I had any questions she quickly stopped with what she was doing and attended me and answered any questions I had. If anyone does go to this hotel I would recommend to ask for Denise, she is really kind and will help you with any questions you have!!

I booked our room online 'way back in April for our August road trip and am glad I did. I used the online registration the day before we got there, which was very easy and convenient. Christina at the front desk was very friendly and helpful in getting us our room. Our room was clean and comfortable, and also quiet, which we really appreciated. The refrigerator was the perfect size for our needs. The room was very clean, and we really appreciated all the extra work the staff goes to in these days of Covid to keep things sanitized. The shower had awesome water pressure, and the bathroom was very clean and well stocked with towels and supplies. The a/c unit was pretty quiet and easy to set. The complimentary breakfast was pretty amazing: pancakes, waffles (bake your own), fresh fruit, coffee, eggs, link sausage, bakery items, and yogurt; we ate in a pleasant dining area with a fireplace (which we didn't need!). We only stayed one night, and Denise at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. She got us checked out quickly and easily. I want to give a special shout-out to both her and Christina for helping to make our stay so pleasant.

Great property, clean and comfortable room. For me it all about customer service. Hailey at the front desk is as good as it gets. If I owned a business I would steal her to come and work for me. I watched her do 9 things at once when I was checking in, amazing skill set. This has been a great stay.

Room was comfortable, clean, and quiet, no traffic noise. Good breakfast. Location was convenient for us. Warning - there's another Best Western on the same street (!), but it's not a Best Western "Plus", so it doesn't serve breakfast.

We had very enjoyable stay at Best Western Plus in Wenatchee! I had some issues with my reservation and Denis at the front desk was very friendly and helpful in resolving them. Rooms are clean and comfortable; they even have an armchair with a foot stool. Rooms also include a reasonable sized refrigerator which is very convenient to keep snacks in. Complimentary breakfast is tasty, and selection is great, they even have some fresh fruits. Hotel also had a coin operated laundry machine for customers to use.

Great hotel, friendly staff, very clean and comfortable. Centrally located. Breakfast was good, plenty of food and the yogurt machine was awesome. The list of local restaurants was great. Would stay here again.

9/10 actually, but it's not granular enough of a score. GOOD: Water pressure and temp of the shower. Beds are very comfortable and the pillows were perfect. Fit and finish were very good. No mold in the bathroom. Excellent location HOT breakfast with meat and eggs (important as I am a zero carb-er). The food definitely was hot as it should be. The front desk staff. On checkout, Denise was very receptive to my comments and promptly was able to send me a receipt so I could account for my expenses. Reasonable rates on short notice. Compared to the lowest price budget hotel, this place was only about 15 dollars more. The HVAC for the room worked great and was literally the quietest I have ever witnessed at a hotel. Even comparing to Home2, Homewood and Hilton. There was a 4k 55" TV in the room. It's obvious that the owners pay attention to detail. Parking is complimentary and is extremely accessible. For the price, there is no doubt this is probably the best choice for the budget-savvy or business traveller. BAD: Wireless. Literally, every time I'd attempt to use my work or personal VPN the network would boot me. Also, the speed appears to be capped at 5mbps (1.25MB/s) which is paltry. This seems to be a provider issue, don't hold it against the hotel. If you're a business traveller don't forget your hotspot.

From the tine Haley checked us in until her and Kirk checked us out, we enjoyed the visit. We hadn't visited Wenatchee before. I found this motel close to every place we needed to go. It was clean, room large enough, bathroom a little small but clean. The morning breakfast had a great selection, sorry I didn't get the girls name working the morning on 6/29 & 30th, but she was friendly and on top things. Will stay there again on our next trip to Wenatchee

The place exceed my expectations. Its quite, clean and employees are professional and friendly. All amenities are well maintain. Swimming pool are great. Water are warm . Breakfast they have a lot of choices. This is a great place to relax and enjoy the time with your self and your love ones.

Had requested a rollaway bed when we made the reservation but none was available when we checked in. The pool was cold, the room was alright - the toilet sounded like it might explode every time we flushed but the beds were comfortable. Best part of the hotel was the excellent breakfast.

Haley at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. All staff great. Super value for a simple hotel and centrally located and easy to walk to restaurants and down to the river. We also stayed at this hotel as it was close enough (within 1.2 mile walk) to the stadium where we watched our son play on the Apple Sox baseball club

The staff at his hotel made our stay! Whenever we needed something, they were right there!!...it's so nice to have people actually care about your needs as their guest...the breakfast area is spacious and the atmosphere overall was very relaxing...in the heart of town..close to everything!

We arrived late and Haley, the manager held a room for us. It was clean and had a large screen TV, highspeed internet, a coffee maker and a refrigerator. We liked the shower with large glass doors and plenty of towels. Complements to Haley for her personable conversations when we were checking in and out.

Everything from check-in to check-out (and beyond!) went perfectly. Special thanks to Lisa, the Manager, and the wonderful staff for finding an expensive set of headphones we left behind. They were shipped to us right away and arrived in perfect shape. The stay itself was wonderful- great breakfast, clean and spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended!

Best Western Plus Wenatchee Downtown Hotel frequently books youth sports groups but does not have specific rules set in place for their behavior. On my last visit in early April, teenage boys ran up and down the hallways and stairs screaming and yelling so loudly it was difficult to hear the TV or use the phone. The monopolized the communal areas, including the pool/spa area so other guests could not use the amenities. Hotel staff did not control these teens, saying we told them to quiet down but they won't. I got very little sleep and had a horrible stay.

Front desk had changed since we had stayed end of December.Wasnt friendly.Our reservation was lost.Breakfast was Luke warm at best.Rooms we're cleanWe will not be back.Being remembered goes along way with my generation.

The front-desk team was helpful. The police were helpful. However, it appears there is no security nor camera footage of the parking lot. So don't stay here if you want to keep your car or belongings. Also, security and the police came in the middle of the night due to parties so sleep was difficult. No fault of the on-site management.

The hotel itself was fresh and clean, the breakfast was hot and delicious. But the staff by far won us over. They were nothing short of gracious, kind, and more than helpful. They always had a smile on their faces.

The hotel was very well maintained, prompt service, great breakfast, great pool and workout room. Barb, the manager made our overnight stay fabulous. She works very hard to make sure everyone is treated right.

Overall stay was good. There were a lot of families with kids staying on the same floor. Kids were running up and down the hallway late at night and early morning. Walls are very thin. You could hear everything. Room next door had their alarm ringing every hour. We only spend a couple nights. Figured it wasn't worth reporting but looking back should have to see if anything would have been done.

My daughter and I always love to stay in Best Western Plus because we always have good experiences whenever we stay there. She loves the pool and hot tub, and also breakfast in the morning. Some location has older style, but it still good experience.

Asked for early check-in, got in room early even though they were really busy. In town for medical reasons, staff was very accommodating, especially Paul. Used Hot Tub, it was great. Good breakfast. Coffee available all the time.

I own several business in Northern California and would love to have a employee like Heidi represent any of our locations.Ive never encountered such a degree of professionalism as was demonstrated by this young lady.I would hire her and honestly put her in a management position at any of my Resorts.Thank you Heidi for making my first trip to Wenatchee so pleasent and I will definitely stay there again.

The Staff is Great! The Rooms & Facility's are very clean & up to date! The Breakfast was really good. The Hotel is centrally located to all of Wenatchee! Check in & out is a fast & courteous! Very quiet rooms & the beds are really nice!

The night desk clerk, Haley, went above & beyond for me. Expedia messed up my reservation and didn't send the card number so Haley got my entire reservation refunded for me. She also gave me a great room at a wonderful price! Much appreciated after driving through a snow storm. We are in town for a funeral and didn't need any hassles. Thank you Haley!!! Our recent two night stay was good. We experienced some challenges as the phone system did not recognize a toll-free 1-833 number (for US and Canada). We were trying to connect with the ArriveCAN help desk to complete our submission to come back to Canada. Melissa was fabulous as she extended our checkout time on a busy Saturday morning. She looked after our every need and is very personable at the front desk. Neville is calm, cool and collected as he helped me print some documents while he dealt with phones ringing and some extremely challenging guests checking in. Over all, we were very pleased with our stay and this is our second time staying at this property.

My wife and 10 month old and I stayed here last night when we came out to visit Leavenworth. I've stayed at a lot of best westerns in my time and this place was probably the nicest one I've experienced! Great staff, comfortable beds, and reasonably priced (even though I used my reward points to stay here). I don't normally write reviews but the manager asked if I would and I'm always willing to give kudos where kudos is due. 10/10

Well located near the Columbia River and the confluence of the Wenatchee River. Great connections to excellent natural history features in all directions including the Northern Cascades, Columbia Plateau, Channeled Scablands, Major rivers with excellent fishing opportunities.

This is probably the worst hotel I've stayed at. The pool was disgusting and had gross things floating init as well as the hot tub. It did not seem like they had anyone coming to clean or check the pool either it was so cloudy you couldn't see to the bottom of it. The breakfast in the morning was horrible barely anything. And everything they did serve was either severely uncooked or severely overcooked. And when I say barely anything I seriously mean it! The rooms were also bad just 2 pillows on the bed and didn't have any extra pillows in the room and I had 4 people staying in the room. There was not enough towels for how many people were in the room either. There were sugar ants in the room as well so you had to watch out for any food you left anywhere for a moment. It was just a real awful experience I will never go back. Honestly I'll probably never stay in a best western again after that experience.

This was the worst hotel I've stayed at in a long time. We booked 2 rooms. Room 1 had 2 beds, one of which had a bedspread - the other had a sheet. Same room had no washcloths. Room 2 had popcorn on the floor. Both rooms were very noisy and none of us slept well. The shower was lukewarm and no pressure in both rooms. The "hot breakfast" consisted of scrambled eggs and very undercooked bacon. No toast, no waffles, no bagels. I saw cereal but no milk. The juice machine was out of order. We got a couple of prepackaged muffins and went to Denny's. There are no cell charger outlets. I'm sorry we paid to stay here, they should have paid us

Clean, quiet, friendly staff. My kids enjoyed the pool. Location was very convenient and the beds were comfortable. The price was a great value and there are so many options for activities in the local area. We'd definitely stay here again.

Great check in. Liv did a great job setting us up with a restaurant for dinner. Breakfast was mildly disappointing. I wanted a waffle. They dis have omelets. They had done great job of cleaning. Best Westerns are very similar in room design from property to property. Easy to be comfortable. Great beds as well.

This hotel's location close to downtown makes it a great choice. It was recently updated so lobby and dining room furnishings are attractive. The front desk staff went to extra lengths to help me at check-out and was so friendly to all the arriving guests. Rooms are clean and updated as well.

I booked a king suite at the last minute. Staff was super friendly and room was comfortable and clean. Hotel has nice amenities for families and a basic but sufficient continental breakfast. Room darkening curtains made it easy to sleep in and I didn't hear other guests.

I mostly stay only at Best Western on my travels. There is always a pool and whirlpool to make me happy Always surprised how well they present their lobby. I had the room with sunrise view so that was beautiful. The area felt safe so my husband and I went for a walk at sunset. We did not eat breakfast but the receptionist was kind enough to let us fill all our bottles from the fitness center water cooler.

I stayed at this property for one evening. The check-in process was slow. I was not recognized properly as a platinum member. There is a railroad line behind the hotel which can be noisy. The breakfast service was extremely slow. So slow that I waited about twenty minutes to select my food (Covid protocols) and ultimately opted out of the line because I did not want to wait any longer. I ultimately bought my own breakfast. Stay at the Marriott, more comfortable and better service. I should known, I'm writing this review from a Marriott in Seattle.

The room, the service and the cost was OK. The breakfast was not. Next time I will speak with desk staff to get a better description of the breakfast service which is very important to me and the family with whom I travel.

Stayed for a Ski weekend. Checked in right at 4. Beds were comfortable. Only two pillows per bed instead of 4. Breakfast was grab and go. Coffee in the room was good. Staff was attentive but not exceptionally friendly

We thought staying at a Best Western Plus would be a better experience than the Best Western just down the street. We were greatly disappointed, the lobby was not clean, the elevator and third floor hall smelled of stale cigarette smoke as did our non-smoking room, and our bathroom floor was not clean. This was supposed to be a non-smoking facility. I would not recommend staying here. We first stopped at a Best Western just down the street as our GPS directed us there. The lobby was clean and smelled fresh.

The young man that took this in knew the answers to all my questions but it was like pulling teeth to get them from him, he was not helpful to a guest checking in especially during Covid restrictions. As things were bound to be different, he knew all the answers but I had to ask a lot of questions to find out the information regarding the pool, breakfast, and Covid restrictions. The bathroom corners of the floor were dingy like they didn't mop very well, and the room lamp was unplugged and behind the entertainment center, which was really hard to plug back in.

I stayed there from 5-7 Dec 2020 hotel room #117 ground floor level, and we found a receipt under the blankets ( three layers blankets) around the foot area that does not belong to us, so I figure the housekeepers do not change the bedsheet from the previous guest, I feel nauseous to think that I slept in someone else soil, for sure they didn't change the bedsheets otherwise, the housekeepers will find the receipt under the blankets. This is a shame! Is COVID 19, they supposed to up their cleaning to keep the guests safe from Corona VIrus.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The indoor pool was open, but you could only sign up for a 30 minute window. It was nice not having anyone else around, but a little bit longer would have been better. One reason that I stay at Best Western's is because of the breakfast. It's nice to grab a spot of tea, fruit and something warm to eat, before you head out for the day. I completely understand that Covid has thrown a wrench in how we live going forward. The apple and muffin was good, but cooking the breakfast sandwich in the micro in your room and not having a plate, napkins or utensils was a miss. Since each Best Western is independently owned and operated I'd be happy with not paying as much and skipping the breakfast amenity, until we can get back to normal.

This Best Western property fall below my expectation. The lighting in restroom is very dim. The TV remote control doesn't work very well. My credit card charges shows Comfort Inn instead of Best Western, which prevent me from qualifying for a promotional offer. There were kids running and screaming on the hall way and outside at 1 AM, their parents were always screaming instead of control their kids. No hotel staff were present to control the noise.

This property is average. I would not consider this to be a BW Plus property. While I understand Covid - 19 requires changes, I have stayed at other lodgings and BW hotels and feel they do much better. We stayed two nights and after not having our room cleaned we were told we should have had notice ( we didn't) that they only clean after three nights. Great, but we had no extra coffee, cups etc and garbage needed to be emptied. Oh well. The to go breakfast was average. I understand things have changed but as a Plus hotel and having experienced other BW plus hotels all I see is what they don't offer compared to other hotels dealing with the same conditions. So if you want average and that is fine, go for it. I always thought Plus meant above average. Not always.

This is a good place to stay in Wenatchee. The rooms are modern, clean and fresh. The front desk staff is very helpful and informative. This is also an affordable option to visit Leavenworth. The next time we are in town, we will stay here!

The facility was quite nice, quiet, and conveniently located in downtown Wenatchee. Features like breakfast, pool, hot tub, and fitness area were somewhat restricted due to COVID-19, but we expected that.

I went here in July 2019 And we're going back in 2 days This is a really good hotel I definitely recommend the room smells good Beds are comfortable Air conditioning inside your room Pool is VERY FUN! This is one of the best hotels!

Only stopped for one night, it was quite and a nice property. Staff was friendly. We scheduled our half hour at the pool and it was clean. I brought sanitizer and when we got to the room I did a cursory wipe of all common surfaces and found several areas that had "stuff " on it and thought they could have cleaned better.

This is a good hotel, however, Best Western has spoiled me over the years and this hotel is not as good as Chehalis or Ephrata. I travel all over WA State on business and Best Western is still king of the hotel chains! Thank you Best Western!

My sister and I travelled to Wenatchee for an overnight shopping spree. Thinking of our own Best Western Hotels in Canada we decided to book this one. When we got into our room it had a weird smell from the shower curtain in the bathroom that stunk to high heaven. While doing our shopping we purchased a can of Lysol hoping to take care of the door. Even after almost emptying the can on this shower curtain it did not improve any. We got used to the smell while in the room but did not feel comfortable during our stay.

BWP Wenatchee was a Clean, friendly, place to stay with comfortable rooms and good breakfast. Our maintenance & housekeeping requests were dealt with right away. It was just unfortunate that the hotel was full of young racer children who ran up & down the halls; hogged the breakfast area and the hot tub/pool. Nothing really the hotel could do, but it wasn't pleasant for non racer guests!

Great place to stay, all new everything. Housekeeping here does a wonderful job of taking care of your room, staff was super great, fast in and out. All is clean, she most enjoyed the hot tub, every night. Getting in and out and accessing town is very easy, nice clean quiet room, everything up to date.

Very friendly staff, nice rooms and quick efficient check in. Had so minor hiccups but All in all a nice place to stay and a good value. Breakfast was hot and good. Have a nice hottub but the pool was a bit cold.

Always a great stay! I like the newly renovated rooms and smoke free smell! Sorry pet owners, I like the no pet policy too. This location is close to many of the stores, restaurants and bars. All in walking distance.

Came down to Wenatchee for a shopping getaway with my two babies. We had been thinking about possibly staying for two nights however decided not to as we were kept awake all through the night by a couple arguing and banging on what sounded like the walls in the room next door. Not to mention this hotel wreaks of marijuana... Not a good hotel to stay at with your family.

Nice hotel, very pleased with the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff, and the breakfast selection was great! I wish we could have stayed longer but we had places to go, things to do lol. But if we have the occasion to return to Wenatchee, we will definitely stay here again. It is close to everything and well worth the price.

Our room was clean and comfortable and the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful! There was an issue with the hot tub timer for the jets not staying on and the front desk person found a work around.

This hotel was the best option for staying close to the hospital. Our request for zero disturbances was respected and honored. We will definitely be utilizing this hotel again. Thanks Best Western for always offering great prices and great locations.

Mobile check in was very easy. While online there was a fee for early check in once we got there they ask for no fee and got us the first available room. The breakfast was fresh, hot and had a good verity. While the pool was small to excise in they had one and it was clean. The fitness center is small but was no problem due to the number of people trying to use it. The bed, shower and desk were great. The house keepers were very kind and helpful. The noise from the other rooms was very low and not a problem at all. The only thing we found was that the room lighting over the bed and desk was not as good as it could have been. My girlfriend was having to put in two to three hours a night studying and the lighting was an issue.

The breakfasts are very good. In a very convenient location. My room faced the main road- luckily not too much road notice. There's a pool that the kids would like. I had a king size bed - most hotel beds are too firm and uncomfortable for me. My bed was surprisingly quite comfortable. I would stay there again.

This was a great hotel, double check the filter they DO NOT take dogs. Its about 19 miles away from Leavenworth but has everything close to it you would want, room was clean and well stocked, nice beds and clean, plenty of parking although the spots are tight for some reason.

It was ok. Not horrible, but it definitely wasn't worth $170 for the night. It was more like $100 stay. The hallway and elevators are very dirty. The trim in the room has never been cleaned and there was a huge weird stain on the bed so we couldn't even use all the blankets. Also, when we checked in the pool was open, then 40 minutes later it was closed for maintenance and never re opened before we checked out

This wasn't our first visit to this hotel and will not be the last ,if you want comfy beds ,good service and a great breakfast you must stay here. The hotel is downtown and you can get to any shopping plaza or even the local theater,all in walking distance.

I chose this hotel for its proximity to the Gorge and for the Best Western brand. The room was clean, comfortable and had a perfect view of the surrounding mountains. The staff was helpful and friendly. The swimming pool was perfect. I could've stayed in it all day. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. 55 minute drive to the Gorge for our concert.

Great place to stay, within minutes of downtown and great eating establishments, parks and activities. Very close to the Columbia river and great wineries. You sure can't beat the weather in Wenatchee year round.

The floors are wooden, so extra loud when guests above you walk about, or slam doors. Newly remodeled it appears, and very clean. Noisy A/C unit caused us to change rooms. Great breakfast bar and free coffee at all times.

The staff was so kind and accommodating. The lobby is really nice, a good place to hang out and meet with friends. My room was very clean and they had the AC on for me. That was really nice since it was 100 degrees outside. I would stay here again.

I stay here at least twice a month. Dependable, high quality service! Justin is a pleasure to see every time I stay! The rooms are clean and meet my business needs. Wifi is fast-the business center is convenient-breakfast has many choices.

Cleaning and kitchen staff were great. Breakfast lacked options for diabetics who are dairy and meat-free. Check in took 20 minutes because their system was not working and the lady at the front desk was new. Lastly, I had 3 pending charges for 3 separate rooms when I had only reserved 1 room. Staff acknowledged the mistake, but were unable to remove the pending charges for 2 days. That was ~$600.00 of our funds we could not access and we had to eat the snacks we brought with us; meaning we could not buy dinner or lunch. I let staff know this and all they did was apologize. This really impacted our trip especially since my partner is a type 1 diabetic. I believe something could have been offered to us to make up for the fact that we could eat actual food for 2 days (other than the complimentary breakfast).

this is a nice hotel. property was clean, room was clean. service was prompt and friendly. enjoyed the breakfast. check in and out went smoothly. we stayed on a week day/ night so i can't comment on weekend busy times.

Very friendly staff and the room was clean and comfortable. I have nothing negative to say, I only spent 1 night there on a business trip but everything was great. Coffee maker in the room was a plus!

The second night we stayed at the best western plus we found ants crawling on the floor we told the front desk and they sprayed around the ants and said housekeeping would come in and deep clean and change the bedding and everything the next day but never changed anything. Throughout the rest of our stay we continued to find ants all over the toilet, bathroom area and even in the bed. They finally changed us rooms on the last night of our stay and gave us a slight discount. I do not recommend best western plus.

This best western was recently remodeled and is nice. Rooms are pretty typical. Hot tub hours are from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. Their breakfast was pretty awesome. Lots of families and very family friendly atmosphere.

I wrote my last review of this place too soon! The morning that I was checking out, I woke up to the sound of lots of dripping water - I looked in the bathroom and water was coming through a crack in the ceiling at a steady pace. I called the front desk - they told me to get a bucket to put under the leak- what? I asked where I should look for a bucket (!). They suggested the ice bucket in the room - it would have overflowed in less than a minute. They really couldn't have cared less. The bathroom was flooded and unusable unless you wanted a cold shower from the ceiling. That was the last straw - I called their corporate number and filed a formal complaint.

I would've enjoyed my weekend at this hotel more if it weren't for one rude staff member working the late shift. I couldn't get into my hotel room — it had been snowing — so I went back downstairs to see if I could get replacement key cards. The young woman working the counter was busy with a pizza delivery guy, which is fine, but then when she turned to me, it was major attitude — like I was the one inconveniencing her. After giving me attitude and a lecture about key cards not working when it's cold & stored near magnetic credit cards (she could've been nicer about it), I went up to my room. I had to call back down to the front desk for a wake-up call. The same young woman with the same apathetic attitude. She yeah-yeahed me, even though I thanked her. I guess she was too busy to make a notation because I never received the wake-up call for 8 a.m. The other staff members, however, were exceptionally friendly, warm, and efficient. Also, it's fairly noisy at night with guests banging around and our fridge making weird sounds. But the location is very convenient and the hotel does have the usual amenities. It only takes one person to sour an otherwise good trip.

I would give this hotel a zero if I could. We stayed for several days and each day got worse. They checked us into a dirty room; ran out of pool towels then room towels; no management on-site; no one to enforce pool rules when small children left alone without supervision; cleaners didn't clean the room the following day; tried for 5 days after we left to speak to management - finally did and they said they'd get back to us-they didn't. Plenty of other hotels to stay in - so next time we will stay somewhere else.

Pros: This hotel appears newly renovated and nicely appointed. It seemed clean, though possibly only because everything was fairly new when we visited (Feb 2019). It has an indoor pool and hot tub and a workout room with newer equipment in excellent condition. Close to downtown Wenatchee. Basic breakfast. Overall seemed nice. Cons: Had to wait 30 minutes to check in, despite arriving after check in time (4pm). It was a busy holiday weekend, so maybe expected. Front desk staff seemed overwhelmed and inexperienced. Booked a room for a family of 4; room had a King bed and a pull out (full size) couch. No problem; kids can sleep on a pull out. Opened bed and there were no sheets. Nothing in room. Called front desk and they said they'd bring some (they didn't) Went down to front desk (8pm at this point) and found front desk empty. A queue of people were forming looking for help. 20 minutes later I located the front desk person somewhere else in the hotel (on the phone). Front desk person gave me damp (possibly dirty?) quilts and told me to make the bed up with those as there were no sheets (she was also pulling damp towels out of laundry to give to people asking for towels). I was not willing to make bed up with wet quilts. After almost an hour of excuses, she finally took me to an empty room to strip the (hopefully clean) sheets off the made up bed in there. Overall it was the most dysfunctional hotel customer service experience I've encountered in the US. If you expect sheets or towels at hotels, avoid this place. Also made me question if they were even washing/changing linens regularly at all. Will not return. This review is for Best Western Plus at 815 N Wenatchee Ave

I was kept awake most of the night due to being able to hear the next rooms conversation almost word for word through the wall until the morning hours. There is no noise barrier between the walls. The bed and pillows were very comfortable though.

Stayed there for a night as could not get any space in Leavenworth. It's short 30 mins drive from downtown leavenworth. Hotel is nicely located near the downtown and lake area. No complaints other than the sleep quality (which matters the most I believe, after the tiring day in leavenworth). I could not sleep the whole night due to noise made by bed, take a little turn and you would wake up with the noise.

Staff made me extremely uncomfortable when I brought pizza back threw the lobby, asking for my food. This is not what I expect from staff when I am staying in their place of work. It was awkward and honestly I avoided the lobby the rest of the time as to not have to deal with it again.

My wife and I visit Wenatchee before Christmas annually. Best Western had a promo on where you could use their Rewards program at 10000 points per night. As we had accumulated enough points for 2 nights we chose this hotel. The Best Western Plus hotels that I have stayed at are usually fairly upscale in amenities compared to theif regular branded hotels. It is located in downtown Wenatchee. Access is fairly easy. On arrival we were met by the friendly check in staff. We confirmed our stay was going to cost us only our points. As per any hotel stay we had to provide our credit card for incidental/security charges. We asked for a quiet room and located it on the second floor. That night a construction crew moved in. The walls are not that thick so we had to endure two buddies talking loudly for most of the night. They finally shut it down very early next morning. A few hours later they were up and at it, getting ready for work. So much for a quiet room. The same event occurred the next night, but not to the degree of visiting. While it appeared that the hotel was not full, it puzzled me why they would put a construction crew in the middle of an area where a guest had specifically asked for quiet. This was brought to attention of the hotel. The breakfast is decent, with the usual items, waffles, eggs, toast, yogurt etc. The location was ending what appeared to be a re-Branding of the hotel. The pool was closed. Workers were painting so there was the expected odours. The staff work very hard at this hotel to meet the needs of their guests. On check out, we were assured our stay was covered by our points. Our final bill showed a $0 balance. A month after our stay while reviewing our credit card statement, I noticed that this hotel had charged us for a night. I contacted the hotel direct and was assured the matter would be referred to the manager. After a few days, I made a follow up call to the hotel where I spoke to a very friendly clerk. He confirmed the charge to our credit card was indeed the hotels mistake and that a refund would be applied to our credit card. After 3 weeks passed and no refund, Best Western Corporate was contacted and finally a refund was received. One would think that if a guest is going to receive a refund for a hotel billing error, it would be expedited. Unfortunately we still incurred charges for trying to get our money back in the form of international long distance charges and then the charge refund difference in the currency exchange rate. While a relatively small amount, it was the fact that the overcharge shouldn't have occurred in the first place. I think this speaks to the customer service values of this particular location. Be sure to check your charges on your credit when visiting this location. Keep all your hotel receipts for a long time after your stay. You might need them to validate your claims if any. Try to establish if the area where your room is, is indeed going to be quiet for your stay. Another nice looking Best Western is a few blocks away and should at least be considered before booking this location. While not a "Plus" location, sometimes less is more.

My husband and I stayed here after doing a day trip to Leavenworth. We had booked early and let the front desk know we planned to be in for a late check-in.They noted this then asked what view we wanted! My husband said the best one. Well, we didn't arrive late, and went to check in. As we expected, the room wasn't ready yet but they told us we could use the pool while we waited if we wanted to. We didn't, so we went to the mall for a bit then returned and checked in without issue. All of the staff was extremely lovely and we even had a welcome note from the housekeeping staff welcoming us to the room. It was colorful, handwritten, and has stickers on it for decoration! Really a nice touch! The room did have a great view as we expected. Picture below. It was also very clean and stylish. The linens were clean though the thermal blanket did have a decent amount of hair on it from other people. Not a ton and certainly not disgusting. I can tell the blanket really grabs on to hair so just be warned of that if it is something that bothers you. It is sandwiched between the top cover and your sheet so skin contact isn't a big concern. Also, no crawlies anywhere is sight and everything was well dusted. The TV was nice and big, the fridge was a good size, and the carpet was spotless. The only problem I had with the room was the mattress. It was uncomfortable for my hubby and I. We are both side sleepers and the mattress is a firm spring mattress with a rather thin pillow top. Just not great for side sleeping. Stoma h and back sleeping is fine. Finally, we did spend some time in the pool and hot tube and I have no complaints about that.

We recently took a trip to Leavenworth when we do we stay in one natchy rates are a little bit better and you get more for what you pay for. This location was newly remodeled and was very cozy. I feel like they may have been understaffed however the staff they did have was warm and welcoming. We had multiple rooms and they were able to accommodate side-by-side. The swimming pool didn't get updated and it did seem pretty full but the kids had a great time period the breakfast gets packed however biscuits and gravy a hot waffle eggs and sausage you can't complain. Will deathly be returning to this location.

Worst experience ever. The room was never cleaned up after the previous guests. They didn't even change bedding and sheets. Toilet was dirty. Had to call them to clean. Later found out that sheets wasn't changed! They ended up moving us to another room.

Great little hotel with a lot of amenities. Inexpensive and a convenient easy access location. Friendly and informational staff. Breakfast is VERY crowded so get there early or come at the end, the seating is limited and if you have children it's very hard to carry the plates and drinks back to the room.

I had to wait 40 minutes for my reserved room. That was bad to have my family and I wait. Especially at night. Once in, the hotel was fine although breakfast was cramped. The facilities were otherwise cleanly.

What else do you need to know? Horribly mismanaged. I felt like I was in a torture chamber. We spent an hour outside only to come back in to the alarm going 7 MORE TIMES over the next few hours. Never mind the dentist rubber bands on the floor, the hair that wasn't cleaned up and no tissue in the room. Should have known when we showed up at 5PM and there were no rooms clean and ready. Best Western in Wenatchee is a joke! Stay so where else!!!

I forgot the plug for my phone charger one day and the second day I lost my phone. The staff was extremely helpful in both cases. I was able to get a plug near by. They helped with phone calls so I could track down a coworker to get my phone back. The only unfortunate part of it was that the place booked up before my coworker could also get a room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was standard fair of most hotels, but they out of several things on my second day fairly early. I would stay again.

I booked a room for myself and my 95 year old mother. I asked for a first floor room since there is no elevator. They said they'd try their best. When we got there we had a first level floor room that was near a door that we could park our car near. The breakfast offered was very good and had a good variety. Room seemed very clean.

Great overnight stay at this very well situated hotel. Lovely updated room with all amenities. Reception very friendly and informative. Breakfast was very nice. Seemed to be quite popular with groups. Very good value.

The room was standard and comfortable. I was there on business with my mother and daughter in tow. The hotel is close enough to shopping and food with a short drive or a little longer walk. The hotel is being updated, I forgot to take pictures but the lobby is modern and the breakfast is pretty standard. My daughter got the stomach flu the last night and the staff was helpful and sympathetic. All in all I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed the night here after a concert at the Gorge and found it very nice and clean. The front desk folks were very friendly and helpful. The room was extremely clean and well equipped. Breakfast was great but they did run out of eggs. The staff worked quickly to refill them but by that time we had decided on something else to eat. My biggest issue was that after returning late at night from the concert there was absolutely no parking. There were a few trailers parked in the lot taking up several spaces and construction equipment taking up the few remaining other spaces. Overall, this was a great stay for the price.

I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn, which is now a Best Western Plus. I came checked in late(around midnight) and was greeted by the sweetest girl named Elizabeth at the front desk. She had the best attitude and a sweet smile, especially for it being so late and had an answer for all my annoying questions. She made my stay enjoyable. I would definitely stay again.

We arrived looking for the Comfort Hotel but thought the GPS had the wrong location. The signage was for a Best Western. Apparently we were told they are in the process of changing names. Hey Choice get your act together and let your clients know. Overall the rooms were clean and service was good. Nice breakfast was supplied. No complaints other than name change and would recommend.

Great hotel, called and chang3 a reservation because we were getting to Coast faster. They switched our reservation from Monday night to Sunday night. Checkin was great, room was new so no complaints. Would recommend anyone in area. Mexican Restaurant across was great also

Mel called the Best Western Plus: Rooms are clean and comfortable and the buffet breakfast is ample, however, noise carries through this hotel as though you're standing next to where it's coming from. If you are a light sleeper ask for the top floor.
