The front desk staff go beyond to make your stay enjoyable. They are super friendly and do a great job. My kids enjoyed the pool and fitness centre every day. Breakfast had a nice variety of items. Rooms were clean. Will definitely stay again

My family spent 3 nights for a little getaway and I was very impressed with the hotel and the staff. Upon entering the hotel, the lobby is very clean and inviting. Check-in was swift and the front desk personnel were very friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable! Each staff member we encountered was polite, friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I most certainly would stay there again!

Friendly staff, very clean and well kept hotel, rooms are new and modern, breakfast is awesome! Trevor at the front desk is awesome! The pool and gym are top notch! The breakfast food/selection is great!

Every thing was very good. Location is good but it now faces a much taller residence hotel across the road which blocks the view of Sylvan Lake. It is situated along the main road with lots of restaurants and shops. A hot and cold breakfast is provided although it appeared that there was no gluten free items (pastries, breads, waffles, cereals) available for those who require gluten free items. The bedrooms were spacious, well appointed and clean. including a microwave and coffee maker which is not so good for making multiple cups of coffee or tea. A thermostatically controlled electric kettle would be useful. On the whole Best Western lives up to its name -" Best".

We enjoyed immensely our short stay at the Best Western Plus Chateau Inn in Sylvan Lake. The hotel is in close proximity to the waterfront that is a plus for anyone seeking fun on the water during the summer! The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff are very professional, friendly and accommodating. Special thanks to front desk staff including Anne, Trevor and Tammy for their professional assistance! We were there for a wedding reception. Very well received at the reception desk. The room was spacious and clean. Great location near beaches. The room for the wedding reception was a perfect size opening on a terrace. The serving staff was very professional and friendly.

The front staff at this location were extremely friendly and the breakfast was great (although very busy for Canada Day weekend). The pool was small and crowded but in good condition otherwise. None of the weight machines in the gym worked; there is cardio equipment but the morning I went to use it there was already one individual on the treadmill. The other 2 cardio machines face directly to the treadmill (literally side-by-side and right in front due to the small space), making it uncomfortable to exercise if someone is already using the treadmill. My advice for the gym would be to get rid of the equipment that doesn't work and spread out the cardio machines; fix or get 1 multi-purpose weight machine to allow for space for the cardio equipment. As it's summer, most mornings I ran along the lake which is a short but beautiful run. Great location; really can't beat the proximity to the beach, especially with a free breakfast included.

Enjoyed my stay and breakfast in Sylvan Lake . Clean room, fridge, microwave, Keurig machine. Nice view of lake with large window. Could hear some traffic noise which I imagine could be worse in summer as it is right on Lakeshore Drive, but otherwise great. Will be back!

Check in and out was super easy. Staff at the front desk were so friendly. Room was really clean and even saw staff disinfecting a door down the hall the next morning. Breakfast next morning was surprisingly decent! Love the location and would recommend this hotel.

There was lots to do in sylvan but this place Pool was awesome and the staff are great. Rooms are very comfy and have all that you need. The breakfast was ok, lots of parking for the guest even when fully booked

This hotel is in a great location in Sylvan Lake, right across from the water at the park. The service is excellent, the pricing gives you good value for your money and a beautiful little village where you can be active or quiet as you wish. The staff all seem to enjoy their jobs and treat guests well!

We stayed with our hockey team & the staff went above & beyond to accommodate us & were extremely helpful. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on in a hotel. The location was also amazing within walking distance to many restaurants, bars & shopping.

We stayed in this hotel when we were stranded because of bad road and weather. They were very accommodating and helpful at short notice. Wonderful staff. Full hot breakfast in the morning was very much appreciated.. Will definitely stay there again.

Wouldn't hesitate to book again whenever in Sylvan Lake- great location, excellent customer service, very clean hotel! Staff was very flexible - although the breakfast was technically done at 10am, they were very accommodating to continue to bring out food (ex- waffle batter), for our hockey players that slept in and didn't show up until after 10am. Much appreciated!

Our stay was a complete nightmare !! Hockey children were allowed to run unsupervised on two floors from the moment we checked in until after 10:00pm. The staff were oblivious to the chaos, and were unwilling to stop the madness until after 11:00pm. So, they had the run of the building until then. Screaming, yelling children running down the halls, up the stairs down the elevator and repeat for hours and hours!!! Closed the pool because of feces, no food at the breakfast room because the teams took it all, no coffee, barking dogs...total nightmare of a hotel stay!!!!

The jet tubs weren't cleaned properly. When you used them sediments were in the water. Also the sink wasn't washed the whole time I was there, the housekeeping doesn't remove trash, and the last night I stayed the housekeeping didn't make my bed for whatever reason. Got kind of old really quick.

The hot tub was out of order and they told me before I booked and gave us a discount. The bed was so comfortable, the room had a jetted tub so bring some bath bombs, the staff was nice and the breakfast, sausage, omelets, waffles with whip cream and berries, and more.

This hotel is not the Taj Mahal but would certainly do! Great location, good parking, front desk staff were fantastic. Rooms were very clean and everything we needed was there. Breakfast was served to us and for a fast breakfast it certainly tasted good!

Check in was speedy and my ID and credit card was given back to me sanitized, the room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was an awesome value, Covid protocols were exceeded which made me feel safe. Karen is quite a gem

We had a wonderful getaway with our granddaughter at the Best Western in Sylvan Lake, Alberta. This hotel is across the street from the Lake. It's the perfect location for friendly walks along the lake, and is close to a huge playground which our granddaughter loved!

Included in the nightly rate was breakfast. One of us needs a Celiac GF diet. The staff in the breakfast area appeared very knowledgable about Celiac diets and indicated what was GF in the general buffet, what may have been contaminated and what they could make us from the kitchen in the back. They had a dedicated GF toaster in the back kitchen as well. The breakfast was delicious and worry free. The hotel was very clean, nicely appointed and the staff pleasant and helpful. Would definitely return.

Staff and room quality were very good. Love the location of the hotel in proximity to the beach and other amenities. Rooms are very clean and the housekeeping staff do a very good job. Would recommend this hotel to all!

Incredible staff! The customer service went above and beyond. Me and my mom needed a getaway. It's been a rough year for so many. This experience was one I'll remember. The ladies at the front desk were so kind, so happy. Everyone seemed to be smiling all the time. It just gave off a great vibe. We can't wait to come back next year. Such a clean, beautiful hotel right across from the lake! I highly recommend this hotel!

I hate to tell you how great this hotel is for location because I would love to keep it a secret. It is in a perfect location in Sylvan within easy walking distance to the beach, the stores. the recreational activities that families would enjoy. It couldn't be in a better location.

This hotel was an excellent choice for a mini holiday. The hotel is centrally located to the restaurants and shops and across the street from the lake. My wife and I were very happy with our room and that our requests were met. Professional and friendly staff member at check in. Breakfast was excellent and the staff member helping was awesome! Very rude staff upon check out, almost all the equipment in the gym was broken. The room smell like throw up and mould. I requested a little bit later check out because we got there very late and she would only give me 30 minutes which I found was extremely rude when I saw other people leaving early in the morning

A great pet friendly, family hotel and I was travelling with neither but not bothered by either. Loved the location at the end of "the strip." Best view rooms are 315, 415 and down on that side of the building on each floor. Enjoy!

We decided to use this hotel because it was available short notice. The hotel was decent. The pool was absolutely disgusting. Breakfast was looked ok. We still ate out. Room was clean. Tv was small with no HD channels.

We booked a getaway for our 30th anniversary. The room was tired and in need of an upgrade. The toilet seat was loose. The worst part was coming back to find that there was no maid service and wouldn't be. How is that for an anniversary - but they didn't bother to change the room rate. We still paid full price but didn't get full service. The air conditioner barely worked. They are in a prime location, but they need to upgrade badly. We have stayed there in the past and had a better room. Not sure why this one was poor. Breakfast was horrible and not enough seating. Terrible overall experience compared to other Best Westerns we've stayed at. Sad that it was our special trip.

We usually travel at least once a week and checked in to hotels if it's more than 150 km away from home (in Calgary). We been through lots of different hotels both domestic and international but this one 'Best Western Plus Chateau Inn Sylvan Lake' is unique and more feels like home due to the inside and outside feels. The hotels guestroom is sparkling clean inside and outside. There covid prevention job is stunning as they will always sanitized everything you touched and they touched (like your ID or pen) instantly in front of your eyes. You feel very safe and secure on the spot and you can feel by heart that they genuine care for their business and their client. They have a free pack bag of ready to go breakfast as hot breakfast option are now almost gone due to pandemic. I recognized one of their receptionist named 'Jackie' as she goes beyond our expectation. She is unique and very helpful towards their customer in unique way. I wish all guest relation officer are like her! The hotel free wi-fi is very strong too. The location of the hotel is perfect and very close to the beach and to everything! We would definitely comeback and we highly recommends this hotel to everyone seeking for hotel stay satisfaction!

The location was great to walk around, lots of restaurants and pubs are nearby. It did seem a bit loud with vehicles at times from the room, but I didn't notice it when I was sleeping. Because of Covid, I was unable to use the pool or fitness facilities.

I've stayed twice at the BW Chateau Suites in Sylvan Lake. Once many years ago and again this week. The hotel has maintained the same excellent service and quality that I enjoyed many years ago. The rooms are an excellent size, very clean and we had a beautiful view of the water. This will be my hotel of choice in Sylvan.

This place was fantastic. It was great experience!! There was never time i needed to complain and it was speedy and great customer service. The Check in was great!!! Great staff and amazing breakfast!!!

After driving and travelling for 2 hours in the dead of winter from Barrhead and just wanted to make it safe to my room in Sylvan Lake...Tammy at th efron desk was a welcome smile and friendly face! The moment you walk and the amazing breakfast set up...you will NOT be dissapointed. Plus...for the Price point and scenery around the property this Best Western Plus is well worth the journey off the QEII.

Stayed 1 night. Dinner and a movie. Beach was all decorated and lit up. Good dining choices. Had a nice experience. Sylvan is quite in winter compared to summer. Will definitely do this trip again. It's also an excuse to go to the Sylvan Cheese Factory...Gouda!

My beautiful wife and I were looking to sneak away for an evening and thought the new Best Western in Sylvan Lake would be a great choice. Right on the Main Street with a King bed “ Lake View “ and a jacuzzi... we were very excited to try out a new place. It was easy enough to find, plenty of parking out back. Brand new building, very friendly staff ...... wow the room was very small, this was the upgrade ?????? Very disappointing, yes a Lake view, when you stand at the window, can't sit and look out the window at the lake. Very clean and new .... but very basic and minimal to say the least. I have stayed in a Super 8 hotel in remote Northern Alberta that was 10 X better. It was a Jet tub not a jacuzzi tub... one of the smallest tubs I have ever seen. This room was very disappointing to say the least... it looked like a great place, pool and everything else, we just never used or even looked at those things... we got up in the morning and went downstairs to take advantage of the Free Hot Breakfast..... no eggs, no hash browns, a couple sausages, again very disappointing. We waited for some more eggs, Etc to be brought out, the guy brought enough eggs for one person so we decided the wait was just not worth it... we were very disappointed with the entire stay... I can't see staying at this place again. Considering that Sylvan Lake is filled with Million dollar mansions and is a must go to place during the summer this is a hotel that I would expect to find in Alix or Coronation.... I can't imagine what the basic rooms have if this was one of the best rooms..

I organize many business retreats for work and most recently we stayed at the Best Western Plus Chateau Inn in Sylvan Lake. The stay was wonderful. The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. And the hotel is in a great location, giving beautiful views of the lake. I would most definitely bring a group back to this location. Everyone enjoyed it!

this hotel has always been a pleasure to use. the rooms are great and really clean. the pool and hot tub are outstanding and looked after by the staff. the breakfast is the hit of the stay with fresh fruit, fresh, hot cooked eggs, breads and yogurts. you can't go wrong staying at the facility.

I've been coming to this hotel since it was built, and I'm pleased to say that not much has changed. The beds are still extremely comfortable, the soaker- jet tub is fantastic, and I've never experienced problems accessing the internet, with speeds fast enough for HD with Netflix. Have been here many times, and look forward to coming back many more.

Had to leave Lethbridge at 4:30AM to make Edmonton Auction by 9:30AM. Then off to Westlock and over to Barrhead. After my meetings and risk of doing any more driving I made a reso at the Best Western Plus in Sylvan Lake. From the minute you arrive to the amazing Breakfast in the looby the next day I was NOT disappointed. My room as great with a Jetted Tub and King Size bed overlooking the Lake Lighthouse in Rotary Park. Being from Nova Scotia it really made me feel a sense of calm and home. Had Not been to that town in a while and walked along the waterfront and was in love with the Fall Colours. Nice aaroment of places to eat close by and a craft brewery across the street. It may be a few KM's off the QEII but well worth the trip in. Lakeshore Drive is something else. It will not be the last time I stay there...That's for sure! Looking forward to my next trip north already.

We were able to check into this hotel early, which we really appreciated. The hotel's location is ideal, and is right across from the lake. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of good options. Pool and hot tub were nice. Unfortunately, the hotel was quite loud and I was awoken by yelling. It seems like it gets kind of rowdy there on the weekends.

nice and friendly staff. Clean and a great breakfast.Lots of amenities. The rooms are nice and clean as well all areas of the hotel inside and out. The beds were nice and comfortable. Quite and not noisy, rooms fairly sound proof.

The Hotel, Excellent!!! The location is awesome, rooms are spacious and very well kept. Its always a wonderful experience at this hotel. Breakfast is awesome!!! Lots of parking and safe. The staff is also the best.

Although i have heard it can be quite rowdy on the weekends in Sylvan Lake, whenever we have stayed during the week, it's been clean, quiet, comfortable, reasonably priced, terrific free breakfast and all day free coffee. the amenities such as the pool, hot tub and exercise room were well used by the wife and I. they even have a coin operated washer and dryer which we also used, and if you're out of detergent or fabric softener, they appear to be able to provide some! located across the street from the beach and just down the block from all the restaurants. what more could you ask for? this is our 2nd time staying here and we will come back again !

Perfect location and an excellent hotel. They welcomed our golden doodle and genuinely enjoyed her, even giving her special treats! The full breakfast was excellent: waffles, eggs, yogurt, fruits, sausages, bacon etc. They always had tea and coffee in the lobby and even cookies. The room was spotless, as was the poo; and hot tub. Although it is not lakefront, it is directly across from the beach and easy walking distance to a selection of bars and restaurants.

Visit Sylvan Lake 21 - July 22 and I stayed in this hotel, very clean facilities, I got room 417 (recommended) overlooking the lake, the staff always greeted me with a smile, breakfast were a very rich omelette, sausages , waffles and coffee. I will definitely return to this hotel very soon, I am from Latin America and in this place I felt the Canadian hospitality, blessings to the team.

BW Plus on Lakeshore Drive is always a great place to stay for a few days at the beach. We have stayed here a few times and we will be back. Breakfast is good and a great way to start the day. The lakeside view rooms are amazing!

I stay 100 nights per year in hotels as I travel almost every week for business. My wife and I decided to stay here as we had learned a promotional free night stay from Best Western. The room was nice and they gave us a free upgrade to a room with a view of the lake which was aporeciated. Everything was clean and the staff were friendly. The free breakfast was good and we enjoyed our stay. However, the rooms weren't very sound proof and we heard the people in the next room talking after they returned to their room late that night. I assumed they were staying in the room beside us but can't be sure. I know noise is a deal breaker for some travellers so I thought I'd better give you all the heads up. :)

We stayed in Sylan to check out apartments and condos. The check lady that nite was so very helpful. It was April 24 2019. We were so tired. We drove 18 hrs. Jetted tub was the best. Beds pillows great. Best Westerns have never let us down. Try to always stay at Best Westerns. Love love love em.

Our room was very spacious and clean, the pool was surprisingly warm and we enjoyed the hot tub. The hot breakfast was the next morning was a real treat with a view of the lake. The meeting room was also very nice. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Hockey team stayed during a weekend tournament and hotel very accomodative to families and kids as they used the facilities and informal gathering points on hotel floors. In sharp contrast to previous visits to other chains that forced parents to sign documents restricting activities of children in hallways and fitness facilities/pools contained on site. Would highly recommend as a family friendly hotel that treats kids right!

I was at the hotel on business and ended up staying there for 30 days. The staff is great and super helpful. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this facility, for any stay in Sylvan Lake.

The service and quality of this BW were excellent. I recommend this hotel for groups. We were there for a hockey tournament and the hotel was perfect. It is also pet friendly which was nice. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

The front end staff were terrific. The breakfasts were quite good and the lady making sure the buffet was in good order was happy and friendly. The bed was comfortable but those polycotton sheets have got to go! Crawled into bed and it was like mini lightning bolts racing across the sheets. Polyester doesn't breathe and it traps heat so staying a good temperature at night was difficult.

Our overall age range would have been 2 years to 75 years. Little ones can get loud and messy, but staff were prepared with over the top solutions. We knew going in what the limitations were and what was expected. The results were that we all came away with a most positive experience! We will be back, that's a promise!

I absolutely loved our time here this past October. We stayed for 4 nights and we're very well taken care of. My little guy accidentally left a car door open on rental car so staff told me the next day, it was left open, but they closed it for us and made sure it was safe. Our stay included free breakfast which was a reason for my teenagers to get out of bed before 10am. Absolutely delicious. Everything is walking distance to this hotel and there is a Shopper's Drug Mart & liquor store right next door. Across the street and down about 200m is a fabulous restaurant called Wingin' It that my boys were begging me to go back to again. We'll be back! Thank you!

We stayed here in August for 6 nights. We had a very comfortable and relaxed stay which was all down to the wonderful staff who were all very friendly and helpful. We were always greeted with a 'Hi' and asked if we had a good day whenever we returned from a trip. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a perfect position opposite Sylvan Lake you walk to the lake and everywhere. Car parking free and plentiful. Breakfast was a buffet with a good selection of hot and cold choices. Would highly recommend. Good for a stay enrolee either to or back from Calgary airport.

This hotel is a beautiful hotel on main street directly across from the lake. It is within easy walking access to the beach and restaurants. The hotel is very clean and the staff keep it very nice. We enjoyed the continental breakfast as well and the dining area is very cheery and spacious!

Just left after 15 night stay. Amzing hospitality. Clean rooms. We loved the Jetted tubs and King Size Beds. Ann and her front desk staff looked after us very well and treated us like family! Overall Clean hotel. Had a small mishap at breakfast but overall a pleasant expereince. Is located quite close to the Sylvan lake , though we were on a trip from Jasper so we did not get time to visit the lake since we were travelling early morning.

A complete 180 from our last experience here. Obviously staff is key. They appear extremely short staffed. Our room was not cleaned on our first night's stay. We would have liked to use the BBQ on site - patiently waited while attendant checked in new quests, regardless of whether they were there before us. Finally gave up on the attendant checking whether it was possible - as he never did let us know and did not call for help. (Also annoying - he checked in two males and notified them that their room only had a King Bed - they said it was fine, then he asked if they needed a cot, to which they replied -no, he stated it was company policy to double check!)

The Best Western Plus in Sylvan lake is immaculately clean. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff in the breakfast area keep it clean and well stocked, and the breakfast was very good. The location is convenient too, right across the street from the lake.

This hotel rocks! Located right on the strip (Lakeshore Drive) with beach access more or less across the street. The rooms were clean, spacious and well-appointed. The hotel swimming pool has floor to ceiling windows looking right on the street and all the action. Great for a cooler day. I've never seen such meticulous cleaning! The morning we checked out I watched a cleaner doing the parking lot entrance, elevator, lobby area. He thoroughly vacuumed each window, even the fronds of the fern and every crook and cranny! No spiders in this place!! The staff were amazing and showed the small town hospitality that just comes naturally to them! Sandy in the kitchen was so accommodating, providing food needed to take with medication as well as personalized scrambled eggs sans the ham for one of us. The front desk staff and gentleman working in the dining room also went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, storing our blue up beach toys for us. The only criticism I would offer is to change out the light bulbs in the rooms. I've nothing against LED bulbs but a Warm light as opposed to the Cool ones in our room would have been welcome. So much natural light in the rooms it wasn't really a problem! The continental breakfast is over the top! I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel!

Hotel is in convenient location to Beach area. Our room had beautiful view of the lake & was well decorated,clean and comfortable. Pool & Hot Tub well maintained and our Grandchildren loved it! The Continental Breakfast offered a good variety of food and was well kept. Definitely would stay here again.

So many things about this hotel makes it perfect for a weekend getaway at Sylvan Lake, let me list a few: (1) you will be greeted promptly with a warm smile and fresh cookies upon check-in no matter how busy they are (including on long weekends when they are fully booked), all the staff are friendly and helpful such as the maintenance guy who helped promptly with a clogged toilet, front desk, breakfast host who offer to make a waffle for my kids, room cleaners are thorough and friendly (2) the location is within 3-5 minutes walk to the best part of the lake and our lake view room on the top floor was perfect for our family of 2 adults 2 kids complete with microwave and mini fridge, comfortable beds, lots of pillows and enough sets of towels for 4 without having to ask (3) plenty of free parking (4) wifi is reliable and included (5) indoor pool for rainy days This is our 4th stay here, and we will be back. We travel often and stay at 4/5 star hotels and all around this is among the best. It is clean, friendly, comfortable, and convenient without nickeling and diming you for everything and that is very hard to find these days. A real gem!

The Chateau Inn Sylvan Lake was the host stay for a family event. We were well received and all our requests accommodated. Our rooms were clean and well appointed. A comfy king-size bed. The pool area looked fun and plenty of free parking. The morning continental breakfast was nicely stocked. Recommending this hotel for a stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They changed our room so we could overlook the lake even though we were checking in early. They directed us to a great restaurant for supper. It was very central to the lake core of town. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Looking forward to returning there.

Our Hockey Team (North West Warriors, Atom 6) from Calgary, AB stayed at this property for 2 nights, Feb. 16 & 17, 2018. I was the tournament organizer who booked 16 rooms. The customer service we received from ANN was so outstanding from start to finish. What a very professional, personable, efficient and pleasant woman to work with on every level, really refreshing ! We booked their hospitality room for a team dinner and party for the Saturday evening and it was a lovely space. We could even take a glimpse of the Winter Carnival Fireworks which went off on the lake at 7pm from the windows. TREVOR at the front desk was most cordial, customer focused and accommodating with our stay. The hotel was really gorgeous in every way. The players and parents both could not have asked for a warmer welcome or a more outstanding hotel. THANK YOU BEST WESTERN for all of your great customer service from your employees and for the gorgeous property you are operating in Sylvan Lake, AB. We will be back!!! Barb O'Connor

Great stay, great rooms, great service, great price! Will definitely stay there again. My husband and I were in the area for a hockey tournament and our son went ahead with teammates and the front desk allowed him to check in so he didn't have to wait around the lobby

Sylvan Lake is the most beautiful little town on the lake with lots of shops, restaurants to enjoy your stay. The hotel sits right across the street from the lake. The waterfront is so quaint. The staff at this hotel are excellent, warm, friendly and very helpful. The pool and hot tub are in great shape. The room are in great shape and very clean. Beds are comfortable. i would most definitely recommend this hotel.

There is a great view of the lake and the hotel is centrally located in the downtown area with easy walking distance of the main beach area. We came for a team hockey tournament and booked multiple rooms. The block room booking was easy and the hotel was very clean. The kids had an awesome time swimming in the pool and the check out was nice and fast.

My mother, sister, myself and my little dog had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for a weekend, last month. We found the staff to be very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean, and was equipped with a small refrigerator as well as a microwave and coffee maker. The beds were very comfortable - and had no problems drifting off into a deep and restful sleep. The breakfast was hot and fresh and was included in the price of the room. (They were even able to provide gluten-free items for a member of our group with dietary restrictions!) We arrived on a Friday and were delighted to find the Farmers Market with its wonderful selection of produce, baking, jewelry, crafts, home businesses, musicians, food trucks, and more - located just across the street from the hotel. The location is close to restaurants, shopping and the beach. There was also a swimming pool, jacuzzi and exercise room at this hotel, but we didn't have an opportunity to try them during this trip. We would definitely stay here again!

Anne, Brenda and Roy went over and above when I woke up to a flat tire in the morning. My tire was filled at the hotel, I had a destination to take my vehicle to as the staff called around for me. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I was okay before I left the hotel. You do not find this kind of customer service everyday. Excellent people in this hotel.

Thank you for your great review. We strive everyday to make everyone's experience amazing but it sure helps when you start with such great staff that all naturally understand customer service, so glad you noticed.

The room was nice and clean,the front desk people not friendly.One lady Morgan was very helpful and friendly.The stairs were not open to the guest of the hotel to use,i was not happy about that because my dog does not like elevator.We had to carry my 50 lb dog on hands to the elevator.Wen i told the lady that my dog is scare she told me sorry we can not help you.We went to look for different hotel but every hotel in town was sold. We had no choice.The brekfast was very good and the eating room was nice and clean.I would stay there again because of the location and pet friendly rooms.

Thank you for your review. It is nice to hear that most of your stay was enjoyable and I will look into how your struggle with you pet could have been rectified. We are a very pet loving hotel with a lot of staff owning their own pets. Hope to see you again in the near future.

When I say consumer beware I mean for the entire town. Sadly the town has seen Summer in all its forms and is very aware of the up coming slow season. Best western started out like maybe the exception. But in fine form they joined the group after midnight. Maybe asking for bubble bath was too much but the short responds of I suggest shampoo not followed up with we can bring u another bottle. Doesn't scream helpful yet ignorant Maybe not much some people will say but after the gross hospitality we we're shown lol all night. U would agree. The staff in this town is no longer helping customer unless that means out of there wallet. We are very disgusted with everything in this town With one exception. Recommend u check out Fireside grill a pleasant surprise with helpful staff and great food. Good job!!

I have printed this for all staff to read and hope we learn from this, as it is from our guests input that we do ongoing training to improve how our guests are treated. Hope we can have your business again another time as we try hard every day to make every ones experience enjoyable.

We stayed for 6 nights and the stay was very nice. We were there for my son's week long hockey camp. The room was clean and very spacious. The pool was nice although a bit small once there were a bunch of kids in it but I'll pick my battles. The breakfast room was very nice with a lot of seating. Selection was very good. Staff very helpful and courteous. Definitely would stay again

Great location, across from the lake... steps to Wibit park, rentals of water "toys"... close to Freshii( if you want a really clean eating). The pool was very very clean, so was the hot tub. Breakfast was included and very rich in options: fruits( including kiwis) yougurt, make your own waffles( you can add fruit, chocolate chips inside the batter) just .yum! Warm Food too: eggs, bacon, sausages, fruit juices, cereals etc... really great choices!

What a great place! Hotel was spotless, breakfast was amazing, and best of all EVERY staff member was awesome - from the cleaning staff to the front desk to the gentleman than tidied the breakfast area - super friendly and very helpful. Hotel is ideally located at Sylvan Lake to enjoy all amenities - go karts, watersports, beach and restaurants. This will be our go to hotel for future stays in Sylvan Lake.

From check in to check out, we liked everything about the Best Western in Sylvan Lake. We had a view of the lake. The location was perfect for walking to the beach, restaurants, bars, grocery stores. Will stay there again.

Hotel is 5 mins from the water's edge. Really speedy checkin by Jessica and incredibly helpful assistance from Anne, who really is a great ambassador for the company. . We loved this place so much, we stayed for a further 2 nights. Breakfast was busy as popular time of year to visit. Room was large and airy. We booked a lake view room overlooking lighthouse. Short walk to bars, stores and restaurants. Great for family with small children. Have nothing but praise from all staff, who seem cheerful and friendly and helpful. We'll definitely return here.

What a fantastic stay we had at this hotel. Being familiar with hotel stays, I was pleasantly surprised at how very clean and organized it is. The room was clean, clean, clean and the bedding the whitest I have ever seen! The pool and hot tub were very clean and well maintained. Now the staff, where do I begin? Trevor checked us in with such patience. He explained everything we needed to know about our stay and the hotel. Morgan who checked us out was so very pleasant and patient with our kids. The breakfast that was included in our stay was just as it should be, the hot portions were hot, and the rest were fresh (fruits, breads, pastry, yogurt, juices). Both fellows, Lawrence and the other (sorry, cannot remember his name) were so accommodating and attentive to our needs. They kept the eating and serving areas very, very clean, stocked and ready for every patron that came in. We will definitely come back before the end of the year, and next year. Hotel staff was very friendly and the location was perfect. We didn't use our car for three days. Everything with close to walk to but we also had our bikes which we road everyday. Beach is across the street, lots of food choices close by and shoppers drug mart right next door. Although we were right on the many street the hotel was very quiet.

We love staying at this beautiful hotel in Sylvan Lake. The proximity to the beach, restaurants and activities for the kids (like Aqua Splash, mini golf, bumper cars and go carts) is perfect. We are always given the best rate that is available, and when we arrive, we are treated like royalty. We look forward to the breakfasts and the fresh baked cookies in the afternoon! The pool and hot tub are lovely and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The beds are super comfortable and the view of the lake is wonderful. We will come again soon!

Our location is great for a family to come and enjoy all the Sylvan has to offer or for a couple to stay relax and enjoy the night life just a walk away. We hope visit again soon.

We loved the room. The bedding was amazing. I want to order the sheets, pillows, duvet, and bed for my own home. The room was clean and the staff was very accommodating. Two thumbs up. We were told it is the only decent hotel in Sylvan. I'd stay there anytime, again.

This is the second time we stayed at the Best Western in 2 months, and once again we had a great experience. The rooms are clean, they smell nice too, or at least ours did :) The beds are comfortable, the washrooms are clean, lots of towels, jetted bath. But the most important thing for us in the room was the microwave and a mini fridge, travelling with a little one it's always great if you can store and heat up milk in the room, also free Wifi. We stayed in room 204, parking lot view, very quiet. The breakfasts are included, and it is very good. They offer hot eggs, sausages, hash browns, cereal waffles, pastry, fruit, yogurts, juices, coffee, teas etc. Enough to get your belly full :) The breakfast seating area is not large, but they have an overflow dining room near by. There is also a pool, but we did not visit it. The hotel is located across the street form the lake, close to light house, beach, restaurants etc. by foot. We would definitely stay there again :)

Service was very good, breakfast was way better than we expected. They have gluten free bread and muffins, the omelette was great too. All the gluten eaters loved the french toast and waffles as well. Pool is small, and my eldest mentioned it was dirty but the kids had fun. The location was great, right accross from the lake and walking distance to restaurants and bars. The rooms are standard, but clean. I would love to see the decorative tan pillow and bed runner removed, they are never clean and I always prefer a bed without those things. The water was a bit soft, hard to rinse all the girls long hair after a sandy beachy day, certainly not the end of the world, but definitely added more time to everyone getting ready. The remotes are cleaned with each new check in, our family appreciates the attention to cleanliness.

Stayed here while in Alberta for a family wedding in Spruce View about 30 min away. Beautiful little lake town. Friendly and professional staff. Room 301 was perfect and had great view of the lake. Breakfast was good.

Hotel and amenities are quite good. Not fancy but good value. Rooms were very clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better than expected with 3-4 hot items each day. Right across from the marina and a short walk to the beach.

It is what it says on the tin. This is rural western Canada, the walls are thin and you can hear noise from the next room. It's been this way in this part of the world since the Bison disappeared. But otherwise, it's perfect! Excellent staff, professional service and helpful as you could ever need. Very nice room, comfy bed and the air con worked! Albeit it is thermostatically controlled so it switches on and off resulting in some temperature variations of a minor sort. The included breakfast was ample, and the staff very helpful. A great hotel in the thriving metropolis that Sylvan Lake becomes during summer!

stayed 2 nights in July and it was great ! newer hotels that didn't have that old hotel feel and had firm comfy beds and soft pillows, fridge, microwave, free breakfast and was really quiet ! it's a bit more pricey than the other hotels in the area but being within an easy walk to the beach, it was more than worth it. we will definitely stay here again but this time for a longer period.

We really like this hotel and I personally think it is the best one available in Sylvan Lake. It is located close to everything is one of the few hotels with a pool and hottub. Thank you for your review. We are sorry you found it noisy but July long weekend is extremely busy and something we as a business look forward to all winter when we have been so slow. This year being Canada's 150 birthday we were excited to see so many people come out to celebrate. Being across from the lake we are an easy walk to all the celebrations. Please come and stay with us again but maybe come during the week when we are much slower.

This is a great hotel. The rates are reasonable, it's clean, the service is good, it has an indoor pool and hot tub and the best thing is you can bring your pet - how nice is that! It also includes a continental breakfast in the price so that is a bonus too!

Nice view of the lake, spacious room, new and quite comfortable. Professional and courteous employees. Well located to a few restaurants in the area and is in very good proximity to the beach. By far the best place to stay in Sylvan Lake.

This is a contemporary, clean property located on a lake front street in the heart of Sylan Lake. Located close to the beach, marina, shopping areas & golf. Rooms are large, comfortable& quiet. Some great views of the lake available. Breakfast is included. No bar or restaurant on site, but plenty close by. Plenty of free parking, but get your pass. Signage indicates medium & long term rentals available. Recommend.

Totally enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was within walking distance of the marina and the paths along the beach and street shops. No need to drive to the popular places to see the sites. Parking at the hotel seemed to be just enough and not crowded during our stay. Wish we had more time to use the pool that looked so clean. Would stay here again anytime as long as it remained the same.

Great hotel :) Newish hotel with friendly staff, right across the street from the lake. The beds were comfy, and the pool area was nice. Everything was clean as expected. Breakfast was good with some hot food items offered too.

I stayed at this hotel for business. The hotel is right in front of Sylvan Lake. The scenery is beautiful. You can walk the main street along the lake. Lots of restaurants and pubs along the walk. Beautiful location

We stayed here for one night for a hockey tournament and it was great! Rooms and facility were extremely clean. Staff very friendly and the complimentary breakfast in the morning was outstanding. Give your staff a raise! I would definitely recommend staying here again.

I enjoyed my stay at Best Western Plus. This is a new Best Western across the street from the lake. The hotel is in front of a condo complex so you cannot see the water, but the location is excellent. A very new, nice and clean hotel. I will be back !

Our location across the street from the beach makes it a nice place to come, stay and enjoy what the lake has to offer. Look forward to your next stay.

My dad and I stayed here overnight while we were in town doing some work and it was a great experience. Super friendly staff made us feel right at home as soon as we checked in. Rooms were extremely clean and comfortable and I went to relax in the hot tub and had the place to myself, it was great. I'll definitely stay here whenever I'm in town for a day or two of they have rooms available

Very friendly staff and very comfortable bed and room. Had a king size bed that was comfy and provided a great nights rest. I would recommend staying at this hotel though for the time of year, April, it was a little pricey.

This hotel is family friendly. They allow pets. Which is great if you are looking for a place to leave your dog while you are away for the day or space for your kids to run around. But if you are like I was and looking for a quiet place by a deserted beach in early spring for some R&R, to read a book, or catch up on some studying, you should go somewhere else. There were kids were having a great time running around and playing in the elevators without their parents. Dogs were barking for 5 HOURS STRAIGHT (!OMG!) while their owners were away. Reception said their scripted formalities but really didn't do anything to show an "I care" attitude. Breakfast quality was on the low end of the scale for this style. All of this may be just fine if you prefer the hands off service style, you have dogs and need space for your kids to "be kids". In fact, to be fair, this hotel is excellent if you are looking for a place to hold a family reunion or similar. You really can't get better. Unfortunately for me, a solo traveller looking for some alone time, this hotel did not meet my needs. I regretted my choice and I can't recommend it.

I am sorry that your stay at our hotel was not what you had expected or needed for a quiet get away. We do have a few weekends at this time of year that we are extremely busy with teams which in your case was one of them. I can assure you that we do try to keep the pets and and kids under control during these busy times but as you could see its is extremely hard with so many to watch. I would like you to please give us another chance to give you the weekend you wanted and I am sure deserved. Hope to hear from you again.

This is a very nice hotel that works well for a weekend in Sylvan Lake. We have stayed here for the past few years for an annual Baton Twirling competition that is held in Sylvan Lake. The hotel is well situated and very comfortable for these weekend stays. We will be back next year.

We have family in Sylvan lake, thats why we stay there. We have over all good experience with best western hotels. In the summertime it gets really pricey because of the tourists. Otherwise than that, the rooms are clean, free parking, and free breakfast which we enjoy very much. This time...the 3rd stay....it was a noisy. There was a hockey event going on. Kids running along the halls and yelling. Its not the kids....Its parents not looking after their kids and show them how to behave in a hotel where other guests are. But...this doesn't reflect the hotel itself. So, we definitely are coming back. Just make sure there isn't an event going on since we like silence.

I stay here a few times a year on business. I was just there again. The rooms are spacious, the beds are super comfortable. The room is clean. There is plenty of variety at breakfast, even though hotel breakfasts aren't really my preference. The staff here have always been very friendly and helpful. I had the opportunity to see a room in another hotel in town. The price was slightly less than the BW but the quality of the rooms and amenities wasn't even close. I'll be back here for sure.

The bedrooms were large and very comfortable beds. The breakfast area was comfortable with the lounge attached and the front desk there for questions. Staff were very helpful and professional. The exercise room is very basic, no free weights and two of the three cardio equipment were out of order during my stay, but otherwise the pool and hot tub were immaculate.

A thoroughly enjoyable experience. I coordinated a planning session there for work and it was perfect. The location was great, hotel room was lovely, food was great and our meeting space and set up worked really well. Its probably the only decent hotel at Sylvan lake, but that didn't stop the hotel from trying its very best. Hotel looks beautiful inside and out. Rooms are clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good to gets the family going quickly. Kids just don't want to wait around for food, especially in the morning.

From check-in to check-out every staff member we interacted with was warm and hospitable. Breakfast was good-a nice selection. I didn't love the casserole on Saturday morning but you can't love everything :) We truly appreciated the coffee/tea/water that was out all day so that we could just relax and have a cup. The room was really nice, and after sleeping on those pillows I am on the hunt for some just like them...very comfy. Although this hotel is across the street from the lake, do not expect to have a lake view as there is a newer building that has gone up in front of the hotel and with the water slides coming down, who knows what will go up in their place that may abstract the view. Definitely would go back.

Perfect location within walking distance to beach, shopping, and a ton of bars and restaurants . Staff very friendly. Room was clean and spacious and had an awesome view of the lake. Breakfast was a bit sparse in the morning as there was a convention staying there and so many people eating that they couldn't keep up on the demand.

This is a beautiful hotel, with lovely decor, very welcoming and comfortable. We arrived 2 hours before check in, but our room was ready for us. Was a bit disappointed that the lakeview room is only a partial lakeview, as there is a big condo between the hotel and the lake. Is more of a "waterslide view". But what we could see of the lake and marina was beautiful. Also a bit disappointed there were no pay per view movies, as we ended up spending one day in the room as it rained ALL day. Enjoyed the jetted tub. Asked for a late checkout on the Monday and was told they did not do late checkout in the summer. They did let us stay until 4 p.m. with a half day charge, so that was okay. There is no restaurant on site, but they do free breakfast. The breakfast room was full when we arrived and very hectic. They did allow us to take our food to the boardroom next door, which was nice and quiet. For dinner there are tons of restaurants in town, but we ended up ordering pizza from Panago. They delivered to the hotel, and were very fast. Found Sylvan Lake to be way too crowded for my liking so probably won't return, but would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent location with easy walking access to the beach and the GoKarts. Walking access to the Big Moo for ice cream and some great local restaurants. This is the end of Lakeshore drive you want to stay on. We stopped in Sylvan Lake for one night and found the hotel very comfy and clean.

Stayed there for one night with hubby and two dogs. It was their (dogs) first hotel stay. So happy to find out that this hotel allows dogs. There is a 20$ fee for their stay and we got two doggie bags with treats and poop bags. I thought that was a super nice touch! The rooms were impeccably clean. I was very impressed! Location is great. Very close to the water and close to the hustle n bustle of lakeshore drive. Breakfast was decent. There was a waffle machine! Cant wait to stay here again with the puppies :)

I have stayed here multiple times now. The rooms are spacious, with great amenities. The hotel has free parking, wifi and full breakfast. The hotels is also pet friendly. It has a swimming pool and hot tub. Found staff to be friendly and accommodating.

We stay at this Best Western every year. It is always clean and we find everything working well. This year it was noticeable how pleasant the staff were. Nice hotel right across the street from the lake and waterslide (though waterslide to be replaced by a park in 2017). Rooms are spacious enough and clean and everything worked as it should. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker (Keurig) in room and hotel has pool, jacuzzi, exercise area. The included breakfast was fairly good with the standard selection + waffle machines. This hotel is a bit more expensive than the other nice ones in the area, but it has the best location, is very clean and well maintained (feels new) and just overall a nicer hotel (so it's worth it!).

I usually review after staying at a property but this time I feel dissatisfied that I have to write this during our stay. We tried to checked in on July 20 around noon but our room wasn't ready. Totally understandable since the front counter agent said that check in was at 4pm. What bothered me was when she was checking in the lady in front of me, she was super friendly but when she dealt with me, I got a luke warm reception. She said that she will give us a call once our room is ready which she estimated around 3:00-3:20pm, but she never did. Also, I booked this directly with the hotel front desk (in which both agents were great on the phone) and prepaid this reservation 2 months prior with a request for a lake facing room (which we never got); but I guess, you may as well be better booking through a 3rd party website (such as Hotels.com and etc) to get extra perks. Booking directly with them, doesn't make a difference. To add, it might also be a good bonus to add a little treat for the dog when a guest is paying $20 per day for pet fee as what other hotels are doing. Pool and hot tub are pretty standard. TIPS: The wifi is really really slow. And for others who may be mislead by the description "Double Queen" room, this is actually 1 Queen and 1 Double bed (not 2 Queens).

I can certainly assure you that all the beds are double queens in the rooms and did go and check the room you had stayed in. We were pleasantly surprised with what a nice hotel property this was. The hotel is quite new - so everything is clean and the decor is modern looking. It is located right across from the lake and we had booked the lake-view room so we had a very nice view of the lake, the lighthouse and the waterslides. This is apparently the last season for the waterslides as it has been sold and will be torn down at the end of the season - so the view could improve even more if the space is turned into park/beach area by the town. There was construction going on at the front of the hotel on the street/sidewalks. We did not hear any construction noise while in the hotel - so soundproofing is very good. The construction only created a slight challenge to get into the parking lot. Our guest room was clean and bright. Air-conditioning worked very well. Our only recommendation was that there aren't any grab bars outside the tub in the bathroom. We found the tub to be slippery and difficult to step out of without something to grab onto. The Guest Service Agents that we encountered (Morgan and Andrea) were very awesome! Very friendly and accommodating. The room rate includes breakfast in an area just off the lobby. The area can be very busy and loud in the morning. Breakfast provided was okay - keeping in mind this is not a full service breakfast so the food is pre-made and served buffet style. Nevertheless - there was a good selection. I would recommend this hotel for those visiting Sylvan Lake. It's clean and convenient and the rate is fair for a Lake/Beach town that is often very popular and busy during the summer months.

Very lovely hotel. Hotel was within walking distance to almost every amenity. Pool and hot tub were very wonderful. Continental breakfast in the morning was very delicious. King room was very spacious, and the bed was super comfortable! Price was a bit steep, but I'd pay it again. STAFF WAS AMAZING! So friendly and professional.

This was a good hotel with the necessary amenities. The pool was a bit cold but otherwise, everything was good. The cost is nearly double of other hotels in Sylvan but it is the only one near the beach with a pool.

Located across the street from the beach, this small hotel was clean, and the staff were really friendly. The pool and hot tub are not large, but again the beach is across the street. The decor and amenities associated with Best Westerns were all present and accounted for. There was a slight glitch with the first room we were given, in that the bathroom lights didn't work. BUT, we were immediately given the room next door, which had a slightly nicer view, and they offered to help us with the move.

A group of 17 families stayed 2 nights for a sports tournament in Red Deer. We we treated very well by all staff. Rooms were a good size and very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and endless beverages and cookies were appreciated greatly! Cost was reasonable, less that comparable hotels in Red Deer and the 15 drive to our tournament was no problem at all. No negatives!

We spent one night at the Best western in sylvan lake and were pleasantly suprised. The staff are extremely helpful and helped us store our bikes in a secure place. Stayed in this hotel for the first time, seriously would be a great place to stay during the summer months to enjoy Sylvan Lake. Rates are fair and on par. Very clean room and comfortable bed. Would stay here again.

I enjoyed reading your review. We strive with the use of UV wands and black lights to ensure the cleanest and safe rooms we can provide. In the summer their are many activities very close to our hotel so look forward to your visit anytime.

Enjoyed a one night stay for business purposes. Clean building and friendly staff. The location suited our purpose, and we had a meeting right at the hotel that covered all required amenities. The hotel had a fitness room, swimming pool, and hut tub as well.

Thank you for your review. We are geared for business travel, and can provide meeting space to accommodate up to 120 people. We are walking distance to many restaurants, which makes our hotel a great place to stay.

Stayed one night here, the room was clean and very comfortable. I found the staff friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated directly across the street from both the beach and the waterslides - excellent vacation location!

This is my hotel of choice in Sylvan. The rooms are large and the beds comfortable. Plenty of pillows. Free breakfast is included and they rotate a variety of choices each morning. Hotel is newer, modern and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Couldn't ask for more in a small city.

We were very happy in this hotel, we have stayed here twice and have had great service on both occasions. At one point we were invted somewhere and my husbands elderly mother did not want to come - the staff looked in on her and even made her some coffee! The breakfasts were lovely as were the gym and pool facilities, we would go back in a heartbeat.

Comfortable sized room, clean and well appointed. Friendly and well informed staff with timely check-in process. Cheerful dining space and reasonable breakfast choices. Located close to the lakeside and in walking distance to excellent restaurants.

We had a kids birthday party there and the 7 couples went. We were treated like gold by the staff. At night we basically took over the lobby dining area and the front desk went out of there way to make us feel comfortable and accommodated. They understand guest service

NEW ; clean and VERY FRIENDLY ;Has a great setting well worth the drive 10 minutes outside of Red Deer .Walk the boardwalk and enjoy the strip of small town setting .Great place to make a night in a hotel into a special one .

We had a comfortable bed, got a great rate on hotels.com and were pleased to have a hot breakfast included. Great location, close to where we were going. Great stay and I recommend it, and will stay here again, probably in the future.

We visited the Best Western for 4 nights in January. The room was well appointed and the bed was comfortable. A hot breakfast was included and it was really nice. There was a variety of choices from the hot entrees usually eggs with hash browns with either bacon or sausage to cereals, yogurts, fruit juice and coffee. They had a waffle maker of you wanted waffles. We want to recognize two staff in particular. Robert, at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. And Donna who works in the kitchen. On Sunday morning my wife and I went out to the car to find it buried under 12 inches of snow. Donna was parked nearby and she insisted on brushing off our car. We really appreciated her kindness. As we are from BC, we are not used to that much snow. These two staff members really enhanced our stay. Thank you.

This is a newer hotel in the area so it's clean and has up to date furnishings. We had a view of the water however the hotel has a building across the street blocking the view so the view is limited. It's the best you can get without compromising to an older hotel. Love the beds. The bathroom jacuzzi was terrific. Breakfast was good - the coffee very good. Surprised however that the TV was so small. Good access to the promenade (just across the street) where you can take long walks by the water. Just one block away from the hotel is the Sylvan Lake Steam & Spa (which I would have reviewed but I didn't see the listing) where I had a Steam Bath and Infrared Massage (fabulous place - highly recommended - also newer business - price was only $25 combined without GST) - perfect thing to do on a rainy day. The hotel pool was very small so this was a nice alternative as well. Red Deer isn't far so we shopped there during the day. I would stay here again.

I stayed here for two nights for business. Checkin and checkout was quick and efficient. The room was clean spacious and comfortable. Very nice bed and pillows. Hot breakfast was included. I will stay here again when I find myself in the area.

I was in Sylvan Lake for our Annual Gideon Fall Conference. I was treated very royally at the Best Western Plus Chateau Inn in Sylvan Lake, Alberta. The check in clerk was very gracious and helpful in recommending dining within walking distance. A full complimentary breakfast was provided each morning. I regretted that I did not have enough time to use the pool or exercise room.

We attended a Gideon provincial conference and found that there was adequate room to carry one the business needed. There was no stair option that allowed access to the main floor only to the outside. Slow elevators

It is a very clean hotel, new, helpful staff, gym room and small swimming pool. Right on the Lake shore Road, across street from the lake. I was there for convention, but i recommend it for families as well.

Great location on lakeshore drive. Nice, clean, hotel with good service. Typical hotel beds. I think the continental breakfast could be improved alot. Don't care for the powdered eggs omelette, or scrambled eggs.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable and well appointed. The location was lovely, close to major highway and a nice waterfront area. Plenty of parking, there was a standard continental breakfast available.

Great place, close to water slides and lake. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bug selection of breakfast food to choose from. My kids were pleased as it has an indoor pool, hot tub and exercise room. Highly reccommend

Very considerate and nice hotel, great for its proximity to the lake, restaurants and bars. lifts are a little slow but generally an excellent place to getaway quietly from work environment. Breakfast is very good with variety of choice.
