"Clean Room"

This hotel is on a good location, they have food restaurant near and of course a mall. There service was very good very friendly staff and clean rooms. We highly recommend this hotel it is pet friendly.

Stayed at the Aiden when we stayed in Reno to watch a football game at UNR. Not too far from campus and lots of restaurant choices in the area. They have a Two Chicks as connected to the hotel, pretty cool. Restaurant does get busy, so make sure to go early or give yourself enough time to enjoy your breakfast. Only had interaction with the front desk, she was friendly and informative and got us into our room efficiently. The room has hard floors, no dirty rug that stores all the dirt and spilled beverages that make your socks dirty. The room was well appointed with plenty of storage to hold your belongings during your stay. My wife could not stop raving about their hair dryer too, ha ha. Room was clean and had everything we needed, including a fully stocked coffee maker. Would I stay again? Yes, I can recommend the Aiden.

"Fabulous"

We stayed one night after a week at Lake Tahoe. The front desk was great and didn't mind switching our rooms when we asked due to a large group staying around us and we knew they'd keep us up. The pool area looks great, has a neat green/turf area with corn hole and room for kids to run, probably more for the dogs. The beds were comfortable and rooms large enough. Microwave and fridge was a plus and we had storage for clothes. One thing keeping it from 5 stars is the tile floors. As we got into bed, all of our feet were black from the tile floor. Bring slippers or do what we did and lay towels out throughout the floor after we cleaned our feet. We would stay here again if we came out this way again.

"Highly recommended for those looking a good stay for reasonable price"

They have no free breakfast, but Rino rarely has it in hotels. The price is reasonable, the hotel is brand new. Location is good for those traveling by car. I would chose the hotel next time if I ever visit the Rino town again

"A great surprise - would stay again"

The exterior photos gave me pause but the price was right so we tried it. Couldn't have been happier: very clean, very comfortable, recently remodeled, great pool, on-site restaurant for breakfast and lunch. Centrally located and within walking distance of great restaurants, Whole Foods, Sierra Trading Post and other businesses. Would definitely stay again.

They don't verify email addresses and sends spam to people who never signed up for their mailing list. They will just enter directly enter whatever email address is given to them without sending a verification email to the email address to verify if the real owner of the email signed up for the mailing list.

Hotel was very modern & chic in decor. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, beds were comfortable. I loved the fact that we had a microwave and refrigerator in our room. We enjoyed our stay very much. Can't wait to visit again.

We stayed here during our short visit to Reno. The hotel grounds look modern and updated. Rooms were clean, spacious and up to date. Hotel is conveniently situated near shops and restaurants. We had a small dog with us, so it was great that they were pet friendly, with a small sand patch for dogs. Would recommend staying here.

Super clean and comfortable nights stay. Excellent hotel. The bed was super comfortable. The TV was nice and large. I will definitely return. The location is perfect. There is a restaurant located on sight.

"Clean and friendly"

Great for pets, clean rooms, clean property, friendly staff. The rooms are not carpeted, which is a cleaner option than the past only carpet options. The traffic around the area can get pretty busy so plan for this. However, you will be close to the freeways to get you anywhere you need to be.

"Horrible customer service & cleanliness"

Overall the location & room were satisfactory. We had a few issues arise during our two night stay. The first night we used the shower & the water wouldn't drain. When we addressed the issue with Hotel staff there we're several red flags: 1) she asked us to provide photo proof & to submit via email. We did so immediately. 2) she advised us that hotel Mgt would reach out to us to provide some kind of compensation . 3) she asked us for our information & our room #. She then advised us that we were mistaken on the room #. We looked at hotel map & confirmed the -# was correct & gave it to her again. She advised us that no one was in that room. I gave her my room card & she still insisted that we weren't in the room # we provided. After several minutes of discussion & telling her that we were right across from the dog run she finally realized that we were providing the correct room number. 4) when checking out we brought it to hotel staff's attention that we still hadn't received an email/text or call from Mgt regarding our concerns. The hotel staff apologized for the inconvenience. However, he didn't offer any compensation or assurance that he would request them to contact us. Although, once again the hotel staff insisted that no one was in the room # I provided them. He also insisted we were in another room on the other side of the hotel. After a lengthy discussion he confirmed that I advised him correctly & they were mistaken. this is concerning due to this occurred two times with two different staff members & it impacts guests security & safety.

This is a great value, with updated/remodeled rooms, and a friendly staff. Everything was clean, and the property was quiet despite being on a busy road with a lot of (helpful) services. We would definitely stay here again.

I love this hotel! I love the simplicity of parking, then walking to your room within a minute, w/o negotiating busy parking lot, elevators, etc. Pride of ownership is evident. Quiet as well! Awesome value, as well!

"Communication issues, service"

Room was very nice. Was told Friday I could do 1 pm checkout on Sunday and that it would be noted, but on Sunday when I checked with front desk was told that there was no record and the best they would do was noon. Glad I checked. Also I requested fresh towels and trash emptied daily on the request for services card and received NO service after ther first day. Overall a good stay but disappointed with service, especially they would not honor what I was told about late checkout.

"Modern Americana"

This hotel has recently been restored and they did a beautiful job with it. Everything is clean and modern while still hanging on to that retro style that we love. Service is wonderful! And the property is beautiful - especially the pool. It's a rare bright spot in Reno. If we ever end up there again this is the place! Prices were a little high because of the city hosting a major national tournament. But they still were better than a lot of other places! Regular rates are excellent value.

This place was one of the nicest we have stayed in a long time. The rooms were clean and spacious, extra towels in the room, the pet area was convenient - cleaned every day. The pet area and parking lot were very well lit! Location was excellent. We will stay here again the next time we are in Reno.

It is the world's best hotel for less than $150 per night! Everything inside the room is new! TV, phone, lights, mirror, comfy bed and most of all, PET FRIENDLY and has the fastest hotel wifi in the WORLD. We travel a lot and we normally don'r use the hotel wifi because 99.99% of the time, it is SOOOO SLOOWWWW.

This property is newly renovated with a very hip and cool vibe to it. Rooms are very fresh and new and clean. Great furniture inside with a fridge. We had two minor issues that were taken care of. We would stay here again!

An excellent industrial design hotel with great shops and restaurants within walking distance or make use of the bicycles per the hotel! Great helpful staff. Clean facility and nice pool. Microwavw and frig in room with hairdryer, garment steamer and keurig single cup coffee maker. Will stay again!

I wish I could rate this hotel higher. Great location, good staff, rooms were well designed and roomy. However attention to detail was lacking in our room. Door to bathroom hung crooked and would not shut. Bathroom was small and there is a vent that seems to be connected to the room behind us so we could hear the loud music from that room. Luckily they toned down the volume later in the evening.

Our family trip this summer was full of great experiences thanks to Best Western and Team Hotels. Aiden by BestWestern turned out to be a great one. From feeling welcome to a very beautiful and comfortable room, we had a wonderful time. Reno turned out to be the biggest little vacation we had this year. We had never stayed at an Aiden before and it is no different than a normal Best Western. This place is still under remodeling, but what is open is wonderful. The breakfast restaurant that is attached makes an awesome meal. It is very filling and you will not be disappointed.

We had our dog with us so appreciated that this hotel allowed dogs. Rooms were very clean and beds comfortable! Staff was super friendly and caring. The courtyard with pool, lawn games, and fire pit was really nice! Restaurant onsite was great too! Big portions and delicious breakfast! We would definitely stay here again!

Worth the stay. Stayed for work and was close to everything, restaurants, interstate and shopping. Very relaxing, great open concept, loved to Roman chair, bed was extremely comfy and team members were friendly & helpful.

If you want a smoke free facility outside, the hustle bustle and noise of downtown Reno, look no further than this hotel. Clean, friendly staff, nice coffee in lobby, reasonable rate, and spacious rooms. We had an excellent stay

"Needs Work"

4 minutes ago on Google I started this review at 5 stars. The renovations are very nice, the rooms are great and you can tell that a lot of work and care was put into remodeling the hotel. But, it soon fell apart. We stayed 5 nights. Throughout our entire stay, despite 2 requests, we did not get room service. Each day we arrived back in our room, the towels were dirty and sheets unchanged and bed unmade. After the 4th day, I dropped a pile of dirty towels and 3 bags of trash on the reception counter. We were apologized to, but, that was it. My dad who wakes up early, sat in the lobby and enjoyed coffee while waiting for me. During that time, he was confronted by the staff and was accused of being homeless, not a guest, and when he explained to her that he was a guest and told her his room number, she called him a liar and threatened to call the police. When she learned of her mistake, she made no attempt to apologize. We were ready to leave the hotel at that moment, but, we only had one more night. Nitpicking, the rooms are too dark. The lighting does not spread. You need to open the window to see, but, doing so exposed you to passers by. There are not enough power options for charging. When will hotels learn that usb chargers are a priority over a phone and alarm clock? The fridge didn't get cold. All of our ice cream melted. On the surface, the place looks great, but, when you dig in. The niceness is only on the surface.

This is like flying economy at first class prices. Our room was clean, but poorly lit. I asked for a reading light so that I could study and write, but there was nothing anyone could help with. The TV wouldn't turn off in the middle of the night and there was only one person on duty who tried to help but couldn't. There is a pool, but no mention of the fact that it was closed. The staff were friendly and clearly wanted to help, but it is up to the management to give them the resources to make it possible. Ultimately, this experience just felt like a money-grab. All show and no concern. Will not be staying at an Aiden Hotel again.
