I was at the emergency vet down the road and needed a place to stay while my pup was in the ER. The property was very clean, staff made sure there weren't weird people hanging around, the room had everything I needed, and the staff were polite. Rooms were surprisingly dark and quiet, and they had all the charging amenities right there for you.

Great location.Very good restaurant right on premises. Super friendly staff. Was able to check in early. Interesting decor. Room was plenty big. Enjoyed steamer instead of regular iron in our room. Great stay.

Check in is easy. Staff are friendly, helpful. Room is very clean. Hotel is easy access to restaurant, banks, gas stations, and malls. In the future when traveling to Reno we will definitely stay again.

Checked in on 2/02/2024 @ 3:14pm and was asked what floor I would like and I told the lady top floor would be nice. Was informed of the $100 refundable deposit which I got back right away on February 4. After a quick check in I was handed a Parking pass for my rental. Upon getting to my room 223, which has 2 queen beds. I found the room was decorated very nice and the bathroom is your typical motel style sink in the room while shower/tub & toilet is in a private room. Only thing I notice was why didn't they remove the old shampoo, Conditioner & soap dispensers if they went with individual bottles but hey I'm not gonna take a star down for that. As I stayed here from February 2-4, 2024 I was extremely satisfied and look forward to staying here again next month when I come out for a concert. Pros: • Cheaper than other surrounding hotels • Great Location • Close to the Airport • Lots of Great Restaurants & Shops nearby • across from MeadowsWood Mall Cons: • Remove the old dispensers in the shower if you not going to use them

If you do not want to stay at a casino in Reno this is by far the best place to stay. Good location and a good breakfast resturant co-located with the hotel. Across the street from a mall and next door to a Hobby Lobby.

The room was clean and updated. Great location just off the highway, close to everything- strip, airport and the Interstates, but still quiet. Lots of nearby restaurants to choose from. Also plenty of nearby shopping if needed.

Traveler type: Couple, 2 dogs, moving cross-country. Parking lot was large, fenced in, and well lit so we felt safe leaving some belongings in the car overnight. There were no issues overnight. There was a small dog relief area in the back of the parking lot that was a convenient place to take our 2 dogs. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel is located on a busy street so there were some concerns over the safety of our stuff but the parking lot size and lighting were ample. Also a very convenient location to walk to food options and stores. Overall, it was a great stay for the value!

Close to airport which provided great options and value for early flights and dinning options that are exceptional with a wide variety within walking distance. For breakfast you will not be disappointed with the on-site restaurant! Was an unexpected treat.

For a budget motel, the rooms are awesome. What ruined the experience and resulted in a 3 star rating was the broken window blind. The pull-chain was not working so I managed to close the blind but could not open it. Once management works out the bad blind, this place would be a 4 star rating.

I stay here every time I visit Reno. It is clean, comfortable and the service is always great. I love the outdoors area, the restaurant onsite is convenient and offers a great breakfast. I'm always happy with my stay.

Staff came in my room and threw away some of my belongings. The rest of my belongings were at the front desk. I came back to all my stuff gone. Owner refused to make it right. Major invasion of privacy here!

I love this hotel. The rooms are clean, the location is perfect for me and the staff is one of the best of any place I've stayed. They warmly welcome me, do their best (above and beyond) to meet my needs and the grounds are very secure.

Location was good, property outside well taken care of. Nice decoration of the room. 1st ROOM THE TOILET AREA WAS DISGUSTING IT HAD URiINE AROUND THE RIM AND BACK OF THE TOILET LID and the room was VERY DUSTY SUCH AS THE DESK TV AREA. Requested another room TOILET WAS CLEAN BUT THE ROOM WAS DUSTY AS WELL the FLOORS WERE DIRTY looks like it hadn't had a good cleaning such as sweeping and mopping. OVERALL THE BOTH ROOMS NEED A DEEP CLEANING. BTW NO ROOM SERVICE UNLESS YOU REQUEST IT. Ask the person who was cleaning the room Nextdoor for some clean towels he told me I would have to get them in the laundry room like WTH.

This hotel is old, dirty, loud, and overall disgusting. Everything needs to be replaced, the furniture is filthy and stained, the bathroom had mold or mildew and hairs in the shower, the tiles on the sink counter are coming off and loose, the carpet is dirty, the AC unit is super loud, the insulation is poor and you hear everyone else in the hall, above you etc. This place is gross and I advise avoid if possible.

Nice hotel. Wasn't as funky fun as the Aiden in St. George we stayed at two nights earlier. Pool was freezing cold - couldn't really get in, which was ridiculous in the middle of summer with 90+ temperatures, and people who have probably driven for 5+ hours to get there and need a good soak (like I did). The pool at the Aiden in St. George was an incredible temperature I was able to stay in for over two hours. This one, I was cold the entire time.

Nicely renovated mid century motel. Very clean and great for our dog! The pool side views are nice. The check in staff were super helpful! Our only complaint was that there were not any feather pillows, but we always bring our own, so no problem.

We were so tired after traveling and the check in was quick. Traveling with a larger family group of 8 people, including my elderly father with a walker. We had four rooms. The beds were comfortable and quiet. We would definitely stay again.

Clean and very convenient and family friendly, The pool was clean and beautiful. Close to the shopping mall and great restaurants. We will for sure stay again. Keep up the good work, your place will be a success.

Team service was courteous and efficient. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Good location for those of us who do NOT want to stay at a casino and easy central location for driving to places in and near Reno.

This motel is the old fashion style, two stories and no elevator. But, it has recently been renovated and is nicely done. The rooms are decorated in modern style with laminate flooring, cool wallpaper, comfy bed (a little on the soft side), a chaise lounge, walk-in shower (at least in the room we had). The room had a small microwave and good sized mini fridge. There was a room safe and TV. The room smelled good. Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. The BEST part of this motel is hidden in the center of the complex; a beautiful, green space with bean bag toss and elongated fire pit. There are plenty of chairs, tables and cushioned chairs. A wonderful pool that is good size for a motel. There is a wide set of steps going into the water with a good handrail. I think there is a bar that opens onto the courtyard but we never went into that space so t may have been just a snack bar. This center area is very nice and we hadn't taken the time to discover it until the night before we left. The only criticism I have is the lighting in the room; it was dark because the bulbs didn't put out much light. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

This motel is VERY CLEAN.. the staff is very good. The pool is great.. Our only issue.. cleaning staff didn't understand English.. as we were trying to find the ice machine.. so no help there.. ice machine was located on the opposite end of motel.. it should be centered and easily accessible .. it not!! Otherwise a great place.

This is a fantastic hotel with lovely staff who do their best to make your stay enjoyable:) The rooms were clean and the beds were super comfy. Great amenities with a pool which is 3m deep!! Check in was painless, even at the last minute. It is in a good location, right next to lots of restaurants and fast food chains, as well as a mall. We loved the vibe and ended up staying an extra night. Would definitely stay again, and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Hotel is super clean, friendly staff, professional and very accommodating. This was my 2nd time here at the hotel and plan on returning in the near future.My husband has a disability and they were wonderful with him and his disability.

We were visiting the area for activities and family visit. The hotel has been completed remodeled and is very attractive. The room was clean and nicely decorated. We had a refrigerator and microwave which came in handy during our visit. We are impressed with the improvements. The location is close to dining and shopping. We'll definitely be staying here again if the occasion arises.

The staff was friendly and the rooms were very clean. They changed our room no problem after we didn't bring our dog that we originally booked for. We already told people that it was a great place to stay!

We needed a place to stay during an interstate move. We had noticed Aiden on an earlier trip while getting breakfast at the adjacent (wonderful!) Two Chicks breakfast restaurant. We know that Aiden hotels have a bar, confirmed by booking and other sites, and indeed the hotel's own map showed a bar. After a grueling day we figured whew! The one thing that will help is that we can get a drink and relax when we get there. But there was no bar. "Oh, um, it's behind schedule". Nothing nearby, per the clerk, though we could walk a few blocks (22°). That along with other undesirable features convinced us to "eat" the one-night price and drive on to our next stop, to beg for an early-by-a-day check-in. That went fine. Leaving us with a false-advertising effectively theft of one night payment. I can see that if we prevented them from selling the room to someone else, but the parking lot revealed that there was next to nobody there. This leaves me with a feeling to permanently avoid Aiden, and BW. Any time I ever see BW in a list with prices I will mentally add in the false-advertising one night. Steal from me, I avoid you.

I come to Reno every month, to see family. So trying to save a little money is a good thing without having to sacrificing comfort. This was worth the new search. Staff is friendly & professional. The rooms are clean and comfortable!

This hotel is on a good location, they have food restaurant near and of course a mall. There service was very good very friendly staff and clean rooms. We highly recommend this hotel it is pet friendly.

Stayed at the Aiden when we stayed in Reno to watch a football game at UNR. Not too far from campus and lots of restaurant choices in the area. They have a Two Chicks as connected to the hotel, pretty cool. Restaurant does get busy, so make sure to go early or give yourself enough time to enjoy your breakfast. Only had interaction with the front desk, she was friendly and informative and got us into our room efficiently. The room has hard floors, no dirty rug that stores all the dirt and spilled beverages that make your socks dirty. The room was well appointed with plenty of storage to hold your belongings during your stay. My wife could not stop raving about their hair dryer too, ha ha. Room was clean and had everything we needed, including a fully stocked coffee maker. Would I stay again? Yes, I can recommend the Aiden.

We stayed one night after a week at Lake Tahoe. The front desk was great and didn't mind switching our rooms when we asked due to a large group staying around us and we knew they'd keep us up. The pool area looks great, has a neat green/turf area with corn hole and room for kids to run, probably more for the dogs. The beds were comfortable and rooms large enough. Microwave and fridge was a plus and we had storage for clothes. One thing keeping it from 5 stars is the tile floors. As we got into bed, all of our feet were black from the tile floor. Bring slippers or do what we did and lay towels out throughout the floor after we cleaned our feet. We would stay here again if we came out this way again.

They have no free breakfast, but Rino rarely has it in hotels. The price is reasonable, the hotel is brand new. Location is good for those traveling by car. I would chose the hotel next time if I ever visit the Rino town again

The exterior photos gave me pause but the price was right so we tried it. Couldn't have been happier: very clean, very comfortable, recently remodeled, great pool, on-site restaurant for breakfast and lunch. Centrally located and within walking distance of great restaurants, Whole Foods, Sierra Trading Post and other businesses. Would definitely stay again.

They don't verify email addresses and sends spam to people who never signed up for their mailing list. They will just enter directly enter whatever email address is given to them without sending a verification email to the email address to verify if the real owner of the email signed up for the mailing list.

Hotel was very modern & chic in decor. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, beds were comfortable. I loved the fact that we had a microwave and refrigerator in our room. We enjoyed our stay very much. Can't wait to visit again.

We stayed here during our short visit to Reno. The hotel grounds look modern and updated. Rooms were clean, spacious and up to date. Hotel is conveniently situated near shops and restaurants. We had a small dog with us, so it was great that they were pet friendly, with a small sand patch for dogs. Would recommend staying here.

Super clean and comfortable nights stay. Excellent hotel. The bed was super comfortable. The TV was nice and large. I will definitely return. The location is perfect. There is a restaurant located on sight.

Great for pets, clean rooms, clean property, friendly staff. The rooms are not carpeted, which is a cleaner option than the past only carpet options. The traffic around the area can get pretty busy so plan for this. However, you will be close to the freeways to get you anywhere you need to be.

Overall the location & room were satisfactory. We had a few issues arise during our two night stay. The first night we used the shower & the water wouldn't drain. When we addressed the issue with Hotel staff there we're several red flags: 1) she asked us to provide photo proof & to submit via email. We did so immediately. 2) she advised us that hotel Mgt would reach out to us to provide some kind of compensation . 3) she asked us for our information & our room #. She then advised us that we were mistaken on the room #. We looked at hotel map & confirmed the -# was correct & gave it to her again. She advised us that no one was in that room. I gave her my room card & she still insisted that we weren't in the room # we provided. After several minutes of discussion & telling her that we were right across from the dog run she finally realized that we were providing the correct room number. 4) when checking out we brought it to hotel staff's attention that we still hadn't received an email/text or call from Mgt regarding our concerns. The hotel staff apologized for the inconvenience. However, he didn't offer any compensation or assurance that he would request them to contact us. Although, once again the hotel staff insisted that no one was in the room # I provided them. He also insisted we were in another room on the other side of the hotel. After a lengthy discussion he confirmed that I advised him correctly & they were mistaken. this is concerning due to this occurred two times with two different staff members & it impacts guests security & safety.

This is a great value, with updated/remodeled rooms, and a friendly staff. Everything was clean, and the property was quiet despite being on a busy road with a lot of (helpful) services. We would definitely stay here again.

I love this hotel! I love the simplicity of parking, then walking to your room within a minute, w/o negotiating busy parking lot, elevators, etc. Pride of ownership is evident. Quiet as well! Awesome value, as well!

Room was very nice. Was told Friday I could do 1 pm checkout on Sunday and that it would be noted, but on Sunday when I checked with front desk was told that there was no record and the best they would do was noon. Glad I checked. Also I requested fresh towels and trash emptied daily on the request for services card and received NO service after ther first day. Overall a good stay but disappointed with service, especially they would not honor what I was told about late checkout.

This hotel has recently been restored and they did a beautiful job with it. Everything is clean and modern while still hanging on to that retro style that we love. Service is wonderful! And the property is beautiful - especially the pool. It's a rare bright spot in Reno. If we ever end up there again this is the place! Prices were a little high because of the city hosting a major national tournament. But they still were better than a lot of other places! Regular rates are excellent value.

This place was one of the nicest we have stayed in a long time. The rooms were clean and spacious, extra towels in the room, the pet area was convenient - cleaned every day. The pet area and parking lot were very well lit! Location was excellent. We will stay here again the next time we are in Reno.

It is the world's best hotel for less than $150 per night! Everything inside the room is new! TV, phone, lights, mirror, comfy bed and most of all, PET FRIENDLY and has the fastest hotel wifi in the WORLD. We travel a lot and we normally don'r use the hotel wifi because 99.99% of the time, it is SOOOO SLOOWWWW.

This property is newly renovated with a very hip and cool vibe to it. Rooms are very fresh and new and clean. Great furniture inside with a fridge. We had two minor issues that were taken care of. We would stay here again!

An excellent industrial design hotel with great shops and restaurants within walking distance or make use of the bicycles per the hotel! Great helpful staff. Clean facility and nice pool. Microwavw and frig in room with hairdryer, garment steamer and keurig single cup coffee maker. Will stay again!

I wish I could rate this hotel higher. Great location, good staff, rooms were well designed and roomy. However attention to detail was lacking in our room. Door to bathroom hung crooked and would not shut. Bathroom was small and there is a vent that seems to be connected to the room behind us so we could hear the loud music from that room. Luckily they toned down the volume later in the evening.

Our family trip this summer was full of great experiences thanks to Best Western and Team Hotels. Aiden by BestWestern turned out to be a great one. From feeling welcome to a very beautiful and comfortable room, we had a wonderful time. Reno turned out to be the biggest little vacation we had this year. Thank you for providing that to us Aiden by BestWestern. My kids loved your pool.

We had never stayed at an Aiden before and it is no different than a normal Best Western. This place is still under remodeling, but what is open is wonderful. The breakfast restaurant that is attached makes an awesome meal. It is very filling and you will not be disappointed.

We had our dog with us so appreciated that this hotel allowed dogs. Rooms were very clean and beds comfortable! Staff was super friendly and caring. The courtyard with pool, lawn games, and fire pit was really nice! Restaurant onsite was great too! Big portions and delicious breakfast! We would definitely stay here again!

Worth the stay. Stayed for work and was close to everything, restaurants, interstate and shopping. Very relaxing, great open concept, loved to Roman chair, bed was extremely comfy and team members were friendly & helpful.

If you want a smoke free facility outside, the hustle bustle and noise of downtown Reno, look no further than this hotel. Clean, friendly staff, nice coffee in lobby, reasonable rate, and spacious rooms. We had an excellent stay

4 minutes ago on Google I started this review at 5 stars. The renovations are very nice, the rooms are great and you can tell that a lot of work and care was put into remodeling the hotel. But, it soon fell apart. We stayed 5 nights. Throughout our entire stay, despite 2 requests, we did not get room service. Each day we arrived back in our room, the towels were dirty and sheets unchanged and bed unmade. After the 4th day, I dropped a pile of dirty towels and 3 bags of trash on the reception counter. We were apologized to, but, that was it. My dad who wakes up early, sat in the lobby and enjoyed coffee while waiting for me. During that time, he was confronted by the staff and was accused of being homeless, not a guest, and when he explained to her that he was a guest and told her his room number, she called him a liar and threatened to call the police. When she learned of her mistake, she made no attempt to apologize. We were ready to leave the hotel at that moment, but, we only had one more night. Nitpicking, the rooms are too dark. The lighting does not spread. You need to open the window to see, but, doing so exposed you to passers by. There are not enough power options for charging. When will hotels learn that usb chargers are a priority over a phone and alarm clock? The fridge didn't get cold. All of our ice cream melted. On the surface, the place looks great, but, when you dig in. The niceness is only on the surface.

This is like flying economy at first class prices. Our room was clean, but poorly lit. I asked for a reading light so that I could study and write, but there was nothing anyone could help with. The TV wouldn't turn off in the middle of the night and there was only one person on duty who tried to help but couldn't. There is a pool, but no mention of the fact that it was closed. The staff were friendly and clearly wanted to help, but it is up to the management to give them the resources to make it possible. Ultimately, this experience just felt like a money-grab. All show and no concern. Will not be staying at an Aiden Hotel again.
