We had stayed one night as layover in Pathankot. The hotel is very nicely maintained, staff is courteaous. The Food is also tasty.... Overall a good experience, we had a good time. it value for money!

I've stayed three times in last 2 years at BW La Vista Pathankot. Their service is quick and efficient. Rooms are clean and equipped with all modern day amenities. Beds are clean and comfortable. Food is delicious. They offer a great variety of cuisines. Staff is cordial and helpful. I'm highly recommending it for your future stays.

Best western has always been amongst the best in pathankot for their comfortable stay and well spread buffet. I had reservation with best western pathankot this 15 September to 18 September. The stay was very comfort and I was upgraded to next level when early check in. Staff were very cooperative and polite enough. The sanitized rooms were well maintained and the lobby, restaurant were kept hand sanitizer and on each floor too. Ensured that my stay was comfortable enough and had constant communication with me throughout ensuring everything went smooth. Special thank to Rahul dogra front office person very helpful for our stay and best wishes to him for the future.

I was in best Western pathankot for 2 nights it feels like I just stayed at home whenever I need any customize food in breakfast or dinner they provide me according to my taste. I like hotel ambience. Food and service etc. Especially I would love it mention Mr. Sandeep Made me feel so homely stay at hotel. Me and my colleague stayed at the hotel last week. Rooms are nice n cozy and good bedding. FnB very casual attitude of the staff. We ordered masala peanuts and chicken steak in dinner. Peanuts they served were moist and smelling slabby due to weather. In the mean while they served us Chicken Steak. Chicken Steak as per my knowledge is Chicken Breast Grilled and served with accompaniments. These guys served us grilled chicken tikki which tasted like chicken seekh and was prepared from minced chicken used in chicken seekh. We informed the same to FnB Staff and they called the Exe Chef. We spoke to Exe Chef and he accepted the mistake. He accepted on the quality of Peanuts and also Chicken steak been prepared from minced Chicken. After all this hotel Still had the audacity of charging the full amount. even after accepting their mistake. The next day we requested to meet the hotel manager because my concern was to raise the alarm on what is been served in restaurant, The front office guy went upto her and she refused to meet rather asked front office guy to give a discount of INR 150/- from the total bill. This is the kind of attitude the staff has in this hotel. Senior management is like this what can you expect from the staff down the line.

Well maintained and top hygiene level is maintained by hotel staff. Staf is well trained and very polite. Food quality is awesome. I regularly visit this hotel for business purpose. Parking is a little issue. But hotel staff take cares of that too and you shouldn't worry about that.

Pathankot very small city and when u come across best westerm la vista is absolutely unbeliveable. According to small city this hotel is 5 star . Customer service is gr8 and all other hotel facilities are enjoyable. Frontoffice manager Sandeep was gr8 to deal with and kanuj at front desk was helpful. Uttam at F&b was also very helpful. Overall experience was overwhelmed and customer service was gracious. Thanks to team!!

The hotel is absolutely amazing! the comfort they provide is at best. hotel has maintained its name as well. i recommend this to everyone for sure. being a hotelier myself i noticed that hotel is absolutely neat and clean and necessary precautions were taken dur to covid times. thanks to kunal in front office who took our check in , it was so fast and was completely hassle free. Also Navin from In room dinning was very patient with the order . great staff. keep it up! will surely plan another visit!

Pathankot is a small place and generally crowded. Finding a place like Best Western to stay in the city was a pleasant surprise. Given the location they have made the best possible even though I wish there was a window for natural light. The staff is excellent. Front office, Sandeep and Kanuj were very helpful and friendly. Overall the place is very well maintained, clean and well worth a stay. I wasn't expecting anything special with the food but was pleasantly surprised that the restaurant served authentic continental. Room service was good!!. Shall visit again.

I stayed at Best Western along with my family for my wedding. I was estatic at the arrangements and the hospitality at the hotel, right from the staff to food to the service everything was nothing less of excellent. It's great to see such a 5 star rating hotel in Pathankot. I highly recommend to stay or even just try the exotic food at the hotel premises such as the Cloud Rooftop. I personally was supported by the GM - Ms Vandana Kumar and her amazing staff - Sandeep and Rahul at Front Office, Vikas at Western Cafe, Aman in Operations and Ravi in Housekeeping. They made my wedding such a beautiful experience and one I'll cherish all my life. The cleanliness and hygiene adopted at the hotel is impeccable !

1. Front Desk Staff was amazing. Specially Mr. Sandeep Kumar. Thanks for giving warm welcome. 2. Food was not cooked properly. 3. The hotel is in a good location. Good and clean rooms. Rooms are not too big, but, are not too small either. Hotel is sanitized well. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Dinner was not impressive at all and the breakfast buffet spread was very poor. Good hotel overall.

Very poor on part of the management to charge customers beforehand at the time of booking even for corporate clients who have stayed more than 10 times there. If such insecurity lies with the management (as told by the reception staff), God knows where you guys are heading. I was there today for an official stay but such strange demand of advance payment by the reception staff really hurt me and I opted to withdraw my booking as it was not in the right spirit.

This is written from my mothers perspective as she does not have a trip advisor account. Everything below comes for their experience in this hotel. Dear Ms Vandana Kumar, This note is to thank you and the amazing staff at Best Western La Vista Pathankot for the extraordinary service and care rendered to me Jeya and my cousin Pulendran during our stay in your hotel for over a week last month (March 2020). My apologies for not writing earlier but as the saying goes 'Better late than never'. Right from the time both of us arrived at your hotel in the wee hours of the morning of March 12, we were accorded a high level of service from your staff members. Every one of them - from front office, cafe (food and beverage), housekeeping and those manning the entrance and security, had made our stay an unforgettable one. We had arrived in India not under the best of circumstances. My Aunt, had days earlier suffered a stroke in Dalhousie, then taken to the Amandeep Hospital in Pathankot where she was being treated. Considering the situation, we cannot thank you all enough for making our stay at the La Vista Pathankot, a pleasant experience. While the hotel was comfortable, clean with adequate facilities, what stood out was the compassion and concern from the staff especially when they came to know that we were from a different country to be with my aunt who was still being hospitalized. The team at the hotel cafe on the ground floor would willingly pack a mini sandwich or porridge in the mornings for my aunt as they knew that we would be heading to the hospital after our breakfast. It was indeed comforting that in the absence of love and support from family, the hotel staff and especially you, Ms Vandana, had gone the extra mile to make us feel at home. You even suggested that we could continue staying at the hotel with my aunt and that special arrangements could be made when faced with the possibility of being unable to return home because of the COVID-19 outbreak. Thankfully, we managed to get home safely before the restrictions and lockdown were fully imposed. For all your effort, we again want to express our sincere appreciation for the outstanding service, care and concern you had shown us which we are truly grateful for. On behalf of my cousin Pulendran, Aunty and myself, we say TERIMA KASIH ( in our national language Bahasa Malaysia) or THANK YOU to every amazing employee of your hotel. This a good place to dine with your family and friends, The hotel in the heart of the city and nice to stay. The rooms are fine and spacious. The quality of food is good . The staff is well behaved and are very cooperative to their customers.

Best Western Pathankot is the only Branded Property in that Town, Front Office Staff was nice, the only Problem faced was of Leaky Taps of Basin & Hand Jet resulting to a lot of Wastage of Precious Water.

Stay here was Excellent. Roof top restaurant serves tasty cuisines and the ambience here is very nice. The property is new and well maintained. Staff also present a decent behaviour and overall the service was very good.
