Best Western Plus Santa Cecilia Pachuca

I've been to other best westerns in USA and the one in Pachuca is by far the best. It's more upscale than the others. Rooms were very clean and AC gets quite cool, even with the excessive heat outside. The staff is very nice and helpful. I cannot express how pleased I was with the way they treated us.

Very nice place. Very clean. Easy and fast check in check out. Underground and outside parking for free. No free breakfast but restaurant is very reasonably priced and good. As a Best Western member received a free robe and slippers. Nice clean and spacious rooms

I have stayed in this hotel 3 times now due to business. I really cannot recommend it enough. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Not once have I ever felt unhappy or disappointed. Rooms are spotless. My last visit summed the staff up by an employee running out to catch me as I was pulling out of the car park as my wallet was left at reception as I was checking out. Nothing but praise.

This a very nice, clean, well situadte Hotel, not to far from el centro Of Pachuca(historic center) and a very close proximity to restaurants and the main highways to go to different places around Pachuca; we visit for the long weekend and they recommend from the hotel a service of a private taxi to do the tours for the days; keep in mind is not Uber available in Pachuca, and is safer to have a person recommend direct from the hotel; we contact this very nice men Don Abraham, and he took us (3) to the Pueblo's mágicos, to Los Prismas, and all the way to Tolontongo; he was very nice and we really enjoy Hidalgo!!! I am not sure if he speak English, but if not in the hotel they will know some one you can trust. The restaurant on the hotel is very good we have breakfast, dinner and in room service and we really like it. The rooms are clean and the beads really comfortable. The only reason I did not give the 5 point to the hotel is because we try to use the jacuzzi and it was all ways warm/cold.
