"The best hotel in town!"
I spent a very enjoyable week at Best Western Kapurthala. The hotel is clean and well run, with excellent room service. Large rooms with an armchair. The best part of the whole thing was the hotel staff. Kind, very welcoming and always putting effort to make the guests comfortable. The reception staff particularly superb. Breakfast was all right, nothing special. But all Punjabi dishes I had for supper at the hotel restaurant were superb. The location is good and close to everything. A very nice stay, thanks very much!

Sole traveling is my passion and when i have arrived to the hotel i feel like i am not away from my home i thought like i was in my house only and the staff have to give a thumbs up for coordinatng with all the department of the hotel and doing the great job speacially the front desk

Nice place to stay with family, good restaurant - prices not too high, Bar is also good, small parking but the valet persons manages with ease, city view - if you are at higher floor. Finally its a nice stay with good food.

"Good quality business hotel"
Stayed here for one night in Feb 2022 Pros: 1) Very good quality business hotel. 2) The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The size was adequate. Bath fixtures were modern and new. 3) The quality of food at the restaurant was good. Food is available for most part of the day. 4) Wifi was free and the speed and connectivity good. 5) The tariff was reasonable. 6) The place is quiet at nights. Sleep quality was great. 7) The location is good. The Moorish Mosque is a short walk away and there are plenty of transportation options right at the hotel entrance. 8) The front desk staff was very courteous and helpful in booking our transportation. Cons: 1) The check-out process was quite slow. We waited 15 mins just to get our room checked. 2) The hotel front area is very small for parking and even drop-off and pick-up.

Huge shoutout to Vivek! Amazing and personalized costumer service. We called him to book a table for a special occasion. We were amazed after arrival. Out table was not only reserved it was decorated with candles and flowers. Food was amazing service was amazing. This was amazing experience!!

Team, just wanted to stay this is number 1 Best western property so far came across. All the staff, Specially Manager Sunil were very very helpful and supportive. Amazing food Clean And Neat Hotel I stayed with my family from 30 years to 78 years members (my dadi) experience and they all loved it.. All in all - i will recommend and will stay always when i visit Kapurthala.

Ok this may be a little long review but it's worth it. I recently visited this hotel for my friends marriage and I just want to say I got the most satisfying stay one can expect. The food the staff the service everything was just perfect. Kudos to the chef Mr. Ravinder, the manager Mr. Vivek Sharma and junior manager Mr. Subhash. Even the general staff that includes top boys Mr. Deepu and Mr. Abhi were outstanding in understanding everybody's demands and serving them accordingly. The main course in food was simply marvellous and the usp was methi matar malai dish, dal makhani and the tamatar halwa in desserts. Just keep up the good work and all the best.

Nice and spacious rooms. My room had a view of swimming pool and deck which was pretty good. Room had all the desired amenities. Food was good and breakfast spread was also nice. I always look for a good restaurant.

I visit there for a family function, they have well mannered and educated staff. Hotel ambience is very pretty, I had delicious food, service was also very nice. Reception people were very humble I would love to come back again.

"Hospitality Hub"
The hotel is the prime property and makes you feel as King. The hospitality is excellent and the staff is very courteous. The rooms are big and well furnished to the taste. Food is very good. An excellent stay.

"Excellent Hospitality"
New hotel at Kapurthala. Visit 1. Went for family dinner. Has a very nice ambience. Easy excess location.The food was delicious. Very humble staff. Worth being a regular visitor. Visit 2. Went there for a wedding, arrangements were too good, be it room or the function place. The service too was outstanding. Incredible Hospitality at Best western Kapurthala.

"Luxury at its best in the City of Palaces"
I was happy to stay at this amazing place as I was visiting from Canada for my cousin's wedding. Food and service was great and front desk was very helpful with all concerns. Plus this was the only hotel in the city. We did get chance to visit Ber Sahib, Sultanpur Lodhi, all the local Palaces of Kapurthala and lastly Science City.
