The whole stay of 9 days was ammazing and very professional. There was not a single thing they could of not done to make our stay any better. An ammazing place, will be using this hotel again

We had a terrible experience at this Hotel, we were travelling for religious reasons to visit the surrounding Gurudwara/ holy place, and we booked an expensive Best Western Suite; we asked someone to pick us up from the station (a Cab), however, the taxi services from Hotel were exorbitantly expensive and we ended up booking a reasonable cab service from the town. However, the Best Western Cab Service came to pick us up and even when it was confirmed, the cab driver along side the Best Western front office Staff harassed us to pay even when we did not use the services. We felt intimated and endangered while our stay at Best Western during the night. It felt like there is a cab mafia which pays commission to the hotel staff - who are dishonest and inhibits criminal activities, so future customers need to be careful.

If you're in the mood to experience the worst, most stale food in all of Kapurthala, this place is the perfect example. The food quality is consistently pathetic. FnB manager Hitesh has completely failed at his job. This isn't a one-time issue either; I've been a regular guest, and their food has always been substandard, but now it has hit rock bottom. Even their Tata dish isn't recharged. Absolutely unacceptable and deeply disappointing.
Absolutely zero when it comes to hospitality, very rude staff, no humanity, you will be depressed to enter soch a hotel, not expect this from brand hotel.

Worst hotel in kapurthala, staff is very rude, specially Ramandeep Singh - Finance manager. I have booked my room for business purpose, but my experience was to much worse. I will never recommend this property to any one.

I have worst experience with stay in this hotel and with hotel staff especially restaurant people. They have zero sense and sale their coupons at hefty prices and not allowing the coupons to redeem by making different excuses. No eatable item is tasty.one of the worst cooks they have in this hotel.Worst experience ever I had in best western kapurthala .never stay there..

The hotel's hospitality exceeded expectations, creating a truly memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism and warmth. The Front office manager ( Mr.Ankush) was attentive and ensured everything ran smoothly, while the restaurant staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. , The overall service was both courteous and cooperative, making our stay incredibly pleasant.
Everything is perfect as it should be in a good hotel. Neat and clean rooms, wonderful dining experience, great house keeping service, excellent front office staff, everyone is so cooperative, like you are staying with your family. Reasonable pricing makes it perfect combo.
Staff very helpful. At reception was greeted by Reetu , she was professional and helped our kids to feel comfortable. At night Neeraj at reception helped us. Housekeeping staff Satish and his co worker were professional and cleaned our room daily to a good standard. We enjoyed our breakfast. Dining room in service was great food was delicious. We will be returning to stay at best Western again before Diwali 2024.

Went there with family for birthday party celebration. Not only the food was delicious, but we got a complimentary birthday cake also. An extra discount was also a much welcome move from the management. Very well mannered staff. Would recommend to visit and experience for yourself

Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay.
The rooms were neat and clean and also spacious. All the staff are very trained and cordial including receptionist, housekeeping and kitchen. The food is slightly expensive. There is no recreational activities like gym, gaming etc which should be in such a hotel considering the space they have.

I booked 4 rooms in this property for 1 night. It is well maintained and professiinal staff proerty. Rooms was cleaned. Housekeeping was swift. Breakfast menu is average but appreciated. In city i think its only star property and approach to property is easy

I spent a very enjoyable week at Best Western Kapurthala. The hotel is clean and well run, with excellent room service. Large rooms with an armchair. The best part of the whole thing was the hotel staff. Kind, very welcoming and always putting effort to make the guests comfortable. The reception staff particularly superb. Breakfast was all right, nothing special. But all Punjabi dishes I had for supper at the hotel restaurant were superb. The location is good and close to everything. Nice place to stay with family, good restaurant - prices not too high, Bar is also good, small parking but the valet persons manages with ease, city view - if you are at higher floor. Finally its a nice stay with good food.

Stayed here for one night in Feb 2022 Pros: 1) Very good quality business hotel. 2) The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The size was adequate. Bath fixtures were modern and new. 3) The quality of food at the restaurant was good. Food is available for most part of the day. 4) Wifi was free and the speed and connectivity good. 5) The tariff was reasonable. 6) The place is quiet at nights. Sleep quality was great. 7) The location is good. The Moorish Mosque is a short walk away and there are plenty of transportation options right at the hotel entrance. 8) The front desk staff was very courteous and helpful in booking our transportation. Cons: 1) The check-out process was quite slow. We waited 15 mins just to get our room checked. 2) The hotel front area is very small for parking and even drop-off and pick-up.

Team, just wanted to stay this is number 1 Best western property so far came across. All the staff, Specially Manager Sunil were very very helpful and supportive. Amazing food Clean And Neat Hotel I stayed with my family from 30 years to 78 years members (my dadi) experience and they all loved it.. Ok this may be a little long review but it's worth it. I recently visited this hotel for my friends marriage and I just want to say I got the most satisfying stay one can expect. The food the staff the service everything was just perfect. Kudos to the chef Mr. Ravinder, the manager Mr. Vivek Sharma and junior manager Mr. Subhash. Even the general staff that includes top boys Mr. Deepu and Mr. Abhi were outstanding in understanding everybody's demands and serving them accordingly. The main course in food was simply marvellous and the usp was methi matar malai dish, dal makhani and the tamatar halwa in desserts. Just keep up the good work and all the best.

Nice and spacious rooms. My room had a view of swimming pool and deck which was pretty good. Room had all the desired amenities. Food was good and breakfast spread was also nice. I always look for a good restaurant.

I visit there for a family function, they have well mannered and educated staff. Hotel ambience is very pretty, I had delicious food, service was also very nice. Reception people were very humble I would love to come back again.

I was happy to stay at this amazing place as I was visiting from Canada for my cousin's wedding. Food and service was great and front desk was very helpful with all concerns. Plus this was the only hotel in the city. We did get chance to visit Ber Sahib, Sultanpur Lodhi, all the local Palaces of Kapurthala and lastly Science City.
