I had a comfortable and pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and had all the basic amenities required for a relaxing visit. The staff was courteous, helpful, and always ready to assist whenever needed. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the overall hospitality made the experience enjoyable. The location was also convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. One area that could be improved is the centralized air conditioning system. Guests have very limited control over the room temperature, which can make the room feel either too warm or too cold depending on personal preference. Having better temperature control would definitely enhance the comfort of the stay. Another suggestion would be to improve the room lighting. The lights felt quite dim, especially in the evening, making it difficult to read, work, or even pack luggage comfortably. Brighter lighting options or adjustable brightness would make the rooms much more practical while still maintaining a cozy atmosphere. Apart from these minor points, everything else was well managed. The cleanliness, service, and overall ambience were impressive, and I appreciated the effort the staff put into making guests feel welcome. I would recommend this hotel to others looking for a comfortable stay and would be happy to visit again in the future. Room keys not working always need to call and ask staff to open the room door, my son got stuck in side lift and no body has idea what to do in emergency

Very cooperative staffs, Easy checking, lovely welcoming from the staff at front door the 3 gentlemen even remembered me and the family so lovely . Thank to Pankaj, dhur, harshita rashi for welcoming me and going above and beyond to make my stay easy and smooth and check in. Also Thank you to the house keeping, the rooms are big clean they are doing great job, nothing was bother for them. We had an excellent experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice, and the valet parking service was smooth and convenient. A Truly Exceptional Stay – Outstanding Service from Start to Finish I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel from the 16th to the 25th of March with my mum and cousins. My cousins have been visiting this hotel every year and spoke so highly of it—now I completely understand why. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were warmly welcomed, and every single team member went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The level of customer service here is simply outstanding. Nothing was ever too much to ask, and their genuine hospitality made such a lasting impression on both me and my mum. Our rooms were immaculately clean throughout the stay. The housekeeping team was not only thorough but also incredibly kind and attentive—always ensuring we had everything we needed. You couldn't pass a staff member in the hallway without receiving a warm greeting or a friendly smile. On my last day, I was worried about my luggage being overweight. A young gentleman working the evening shift on the 25th of March (unfortunately, I didn't catch his name) went out of his way to help. He came to my room, collected all of my luggage, helped me weigh it, and then returned everything promptly. His helpfulness and professionalism were so appreciated, especially during a stressful moment. The kitchen team was equally fantastic—they knew exactly what we wanted and catered to us so well. The food was delicious, and the service was consistently attentive. As a hotel manager myself in London, I was incredibly impressed. I've come back home and shared my experience with my own team to show them what true, heartfelt service looks and feels like. The cleanliness, the attentiveness, the kindness—everything was top-notch. If you're travelling to India—especially with children—I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. Best and affordable hotel in jalandhar, as I visited this some days ago. Best parking area, team faculty and food services. Room are also very good and decent. Also take good advice from tripadvisor, that help me alot . Very humble and respectful staff Room are seem to very clean, also good privacy there. There are alot of food items in there menu. Also available in there good price. This hotel worth is worth it to visit and stay .

Totally disappointed with this hotel... We are due to fly out in 2 weeks. We booked 6 rooms, for 9 days for a wedding..... With less than 3 weeks notice, they cancelled all rooms! Speaking to them has been a nightmare. They just seem to repeat some script. When i asked to speak to a manager, she told me she was the manager, yet was most unhelpful. Her solution was to give me the name of all the hotels I can book that are nearby....however needless to say, due to this being 2 weeks away, they are all fully booked. Wouldn't go anywhere near this hotel!

If I could have a negative rating, this would be it. Absolutely shameful to the BW brand. Staff arguing and swearing at each other in the lobby. Checkin experience was a disaster. Now lying in bed at 1030pm and there is a rooftop party with music blasting. Party is till 1am. Hotel bar has people smoking in there. Restaurant food is mediocre. Checked into room and only had bath towels. Had to call to ask for hand towels. Lacks cleanliness. Hotel has only 1 elevator, and so expect a wait. I will never return here. Plus I am going to lodge a complain to the BW brand. Absolute shambles here!!! Stay away!!! Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
Best Western Plus Hotel a Wonderful hotel located in Jalandhar. We have stayed in this excellent hotel on several occasions over many years from the UK. The hotel was previously known as Country Inn by Carlson and I have always highly recommended this place to many of my family and friends. On this occasion once more all the staff and management of this hotel provided our family a very enjoyable stay with excellent service. Our family made reservations for a number of rooms at the hotel for two weeks. Upon our request at the time of check in Usha and Raman at the reception kindly provided us all the spacious rooms to be situated on the same floor and next to each other. During our stay we enjoyed the wonderful breakfast and the amazing food at the restaurant. Our family is vegetarian and very particular to what we eat. However there was a great choice of vegetarian meals in the restaurant and we were served very well by both Bindra and Kavita. The chefs were excellent in the restaurant to fulfil our requests. Bindra went above and beyond to serve our family requirements in the restaurant with a prompt and excellent service. In addition the whole experience was amazing and all facilities of this hotel was fantastic. All staff in house keeping were courteous and very helpful in providing our family requests. My family would like to thank Bindra , Kavita , Satish, Raman, Usha , Manish and all the staff and management of this hotel for the outstanding and excellent service they provided us with our stay at the hotel. Best Western Plus is located conveniently close to Jalandhar city center but far enough from the coty traffic. Spacious rooms with sitting area, quiet despite being located on the highway into city center about 2 kms away. Authentic punjabi breakfast and multiple choice dinner. Service was excellent with very efficient and attentive Kavita. She was very interactive and genuinely interested in my food and drink needs. I have over 1000 nights in India Marriotts, rarely come across someone with such customer skills.

Live and Dead Lizards in the room, No toilet paper & towels, Leaking water in closet, had to change my bedroom 3 times in 12 nights stay. The tables and the dining room furniture was very poor condition (not cleaned) . Food was on the floor. Selection of continental food was minimum.

Decent property with parking space facilities.rooms is clean, the interiors are well lit, and the ambience is fine.... Good for staying on a business trip. Everything was so great. Usha Ji Training supervisor also excellent person for the position she holds..... Thanks
One of the worst experiences with such an incompetent and arrogant staff. I wonder how are they still sustaining in hospitality industry. I had booked the room for business purpose, their pricing undoubtedly is competitive but services and rooms are below average.
Me and my husband were on a business trip to Jalandhar. We stayed in Best Western Plus Jalandhar from 24th April 2024 to 6th May 2024. It was a long trip. Since my husband came many times and stayed in the same hotel. He was very comfortable. Told me..not to worry.. staff here treats you like a family. You will be well taken care of. When he said that.. I did not know what to expect. But when we reached the hotel at around midnight, the way the security welcomed us with smile , the way chef came out and understood our requirements for meal was very promising. We had a super simple delicious meal. Next morning I came.down for breakfast, that time people greeted us with big smile and asked about our journey. Even during breakfast the spread was good and the variety you offer over and above the spread is also good. But what I liked the most was interacting with staff. Especially Bindera.. she was so warm, so courteous and so welcoming. Always smiling eager to serve. She always checked on us if we have eaten well. There were days when I didn't eat due to some health reasons, she ensure that I eat good breakfast. We felt like home. Kavita is the silent one but always smiling. & eager to serve. Binder si talkative and warm. Just right mixture of both. Not overwhelming toooo. During breakfast almost everyday the chef came out to check on the guest and had a small talk. All the people who were stationed at the restaurant were super efficient and always smiling. Each one took extra care cause they came to know about our long stay. It became our home away from home. On our free time if we ever sat on the reception waiting area .. The staff always made a small talk. Usha was very enterprising always smiling and she always knew what to talk. After couple of days we felt as if we were greeted by a friend. Cleanliness was awesome. Some supervisor was always on the round. I saw her many time.to get the work done. Pool,gym and health club I did not use due to lack of time. We had hosted couple of gathering.. one was at the pub and one was at the basement banquet. Both were managed well by the hotel. Personally I loved the decore and ambience of the Oriental restaurant but they mostly used it as banquets for small parties. It is done very aesthetically. The reception and foyer was simple yet nice. Room was specious and comfortable. Room service and house keeping was awesome too. Most importantly, I loved the people there. They are the one who made my stay very very comfortable. I might not know everyone's name but I do appreciate everyone's efforts.

We had a great stay at Best Western Plus in Jalandhar. The food and hospitality is absolutely amazing! The restaurant had a wide variety of delicious dishes, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Usha Mam is so welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived.They make you feel right at home throughout the stay. Highly recommend it!

The Best Western was really good. I would give it a 5 star but only can give it a 4 as we had noisy guests who disturbed our sleep on the first night. To the hotels credit, they changed our room to the third floor and we had no further problems. Be wary of any room that over looks the hotel atrium. The staff were brilliant, they made sure our stay was lovely. The restaurant was great and really fantastic, tasty food. My thanks to Bindra. We would stay here again.

We styed in 11th April and our stay was excellent...Usha is a wonderful girl and she served us the best possible things from booking till Check-out. Food as walyes delicious, neat clean and superb hospitality. This was my 2nd visit to the hotel after 2 years but the quality is same. Must recomended.

Great Overall Experience during the stay. Even Much better than what I expected prior to checkin. Special mention to Ms Usha for our Smooth checkin and Front desk management,Ms Bindra for her Great Service in restaurant and also Mr Mukesh for the same. Am staying at the Best Western in Jalandhar for the first time and can say that the Best Western's staff and service is really excellent. I have a really early start and Bindra Duggal has arranged to have an early breakfast delivered to my room - I didn't ask but she just offered. Her gesture will have me return to this hotel next time.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Best Western Plus hotel in Jalandhar. The hotel had a warm and friendly atmosphere and was sparkling clean. The entire staff was professional, courteous, and made every effort to make my stay pleasant and comfortable. The room manager made sure that my room had the appropriate temperature and provided extra blankets since the weather became very cold during that time. Additionally, the restaurant offerings were amazing and tastefully prepared. And the restaurant staff was equally eager to fulfill my dietary requirements. I highly recommend this hotel to individuals and families visiting Jalandhar.

After landing in Dehli and then travelling through the night to the Best Western Plus, it was a relief to be able to check in early. On top of this, the receptionist offered a welcome room upgrade. The room is spacious and has two TV's with the second in the lounge area. Although, I did not find any English speaking channels. The bed is large but comfortable. There is some wear and tear but an acceptable amount. My only issue with the room is that the shower could have been more powerful and the water, hotter as it was just a few degrees above warm. The restaurant is well lighted, clean and the service and food delightful. A huge special shout out to BINDRA who really looked out for us. She also helped us with recommendations on where to go and what is in fashion. BINDRA is in her twenties, slim, tall and fair skinned and looking for a Sidhar ! Thank you Bindra for your service and help. The location of Best Western Plus is on the outskirts of Jalandhar and not far from the Haveli but not a lot else is nearby except other hotels. However, only a few minutes drive away is Model Town and Joyti Chowk. In front of the hotel is GT Road - but the noise from this did not affect our sleep, we were in room 106. As it is December, we didn't use the pool but we did on our previous visit and found it more than adequate. The salon is very useful if you are visiting and attending events for hair and makeup. The bar is social and caters for most expected drinks and a good meeting point in the evening. I hope this review helps others with their choice. Finally, thank you Usher and Enuckshmi for their help with transport when I first arrived and Mukesh for his service in the restaurant and Balbeer the chef for the wonderful food and helpful food advice. My stay was exceptional here. Early check in and late checkout request was accepted. Staff was very understanding. Rooms were huge and beautiful. Extremely clean and beautiful room. Such good lightings to set the mood with beautiful interior. Highlight was the breakfast with so many options. They even packed me some as I was travelling.

Very bad experience in best western pls. AC was not working in lobby. My mother was feel very low. Everyone feel swet in lobby. Please work on it. I never Reqmend to other. Staff was also told me AC is not working here.

Good food, clean rooms helpful staff and overall very good service by the hotel staff especially Ms Usha ji and Mr suryansh . All the staff members were just a call away to solve any issues that arises during the stay.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check out late at like 1:15 PM. We got to hotel super early and I didn't wanna wait during check in . So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

Room and ambience was good but service part was not at all impressive. Very slow valet parking and no security checks. No body assisted us in getting our luggage to lobby and to room further. These r very basic points in hotel hospitality. So not a very good experience

The best hotel in town for luxurious and homely experience. I am from USA and stayed in Best western Plus for 36 nights. Hotel manager Mr Rajnish Sharma is such gem person professionally as well as personally. The kitchen Staff , serving staff, receptionists, security staff they all together as team makes you stay very satisfying and won't let you feel you are out of your home. I am really happy and grateful to all the hotel staff for making my India trip such cosy and comfortable. For sure I will come back again and again in same hotel whenever I visit India.

I've stayed with n number of hotels but I must say - that food & staff makes it perfect. Faster Check-In / Check-out Process, Rooms are spacious, properly cleaned, amenities properly stacked. The best part which all of us liked was the quality of food during buffet breakfast. . Moreover the way Hotel staff was handling was appreciable. At the reception counter sidhanth was very helpful . Last but not the least - I must say that with the help of bricks & other material, we can make a huge hotel but without a brilliant staff like yours, it's difficult to stand out. I have stayed at this property in 2009-10 multiple times and some total of around 10-12 days during 3-4 visits and totally loved it then.. the rooms were comfortable, food and staff good and location is immaculate. While booking it this time, was apprehensive as management has changed and 12 yrs almost is a long time but boy what a decision again. The property is well maintained, food is still great, staff is affable and rooms are top class. M glad I booked it and will keep coming back surely.. just a small tip, make pillows better for such a great bed, were too firm for anybody's liking!

Had a one night stay in this hotel. It did not disappoint. Check in was very easy and professionally and efficiently handled by manoj thakur. The room was a very good standard. Room was very spacious with a big bathroom,lovely large sized bathtub and seprated rain shower. The thing which made this hotel exceptional rather then excellent was the staff. Every interaction was friendly and sincere specialy rajat from housekeeping. The service in the buffet restaurant was particularly good, plenty of staff who were all fully trained to make your experience special. Worst Breakfast. Not much options to eat. Bread was soggy. It was hard to eat. Room was ok but if you ask for shampoo or lotion then ask why you need this much. The kettle was broken though they replaced it.

It was 4 degree outside and no heating and air-conditioning heating in the suit room. They provided me with heat convector which actually is not healthy at all as it reduces oxygen. Staff was not helpful at all. This property is a waste of money

Jalandhar's best hotel. Me and my family stayed here for 4d/3n. The stay was very comfortable and the whole staff was very accommodating. Each day we took breakfast buffet, which was too good. Buffets had a variety of items all of which were delicious. Room service too was quick and efficient. Overall it is easily the best place to stay in jalandhar.

First thing , food is good. Rooms are nice and clean and staff very cooperative . Overall very good . Location is also very good , spot on the highway . I stayed for a marriage along with my family and would definitely love to stay again

We stayed at Best Western Plus in Jalandhar for 3 days. And the experience was incomparable. Especially when compared to our stay at other hotels like Ramada Encore (also in Jalandhar) We were greeted with great hospitality at the hotel's restaurant 'mosaic' by their courteous staff members. Especially Ms Kirandeep Kaur and Mr Manish Sharma. The rooms are very spacious relative to other in budget hotels. The room service was also applause worthy. Quick, efficient and luxurious is how I would put it briefly. Would love to stay here again in the future.

Excellent breakfast, delicious food and very good service by Chef puneet, parminder, kiran and lovely. Daminpreet for housekeeping. Our favourite dishes were pancake, brownies and beverages along with south indian food.

We visited this place in Feb of 2021 and I had a really nice and a pleasant stay at this place. The room size it's nice. It has everything you would need for your stay and the location of this hotel is perfect. The breakfast was nice . Would like to mention some of the extra ordinary staff Mr. Siddharth and Mr. Kartik at front desk they did their best to make my stay comfortable with full satisfaction.

Excellent property. Nicely located. Ample parking space. Valet parking available. Front desk was okay. Rooms are very nice. Neat and clean. Comfortable bed and pillows ensuring good sleep. Very well maintained hotel. Room service is the best. Very prompt, helpful and serving with a smile. Breakfast was good affair. Nice mix of North and South Indian dishes. Staff in the restaurant very helpful. Special mention of Kirandeep who served with a smile and was delight to talk to. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The Hotel is in main city. Close to Railway station. Rooms are neat and clean. Linen quality is superb. Food tastes excellent with natural taste. No overdose of spices. mosaic restaurant is spacious and well laid out. Very reasonably priced. Staff is courteous special thanks to manoj and siddharth for upgrading our room.

We booked through online 3rd party booking site and got the room dirt cheap, the room we got was awesome, and worth much more, with a study cum living room as well as bed room and a walk in closet. The food they served was excellent fish and chips and laal maas was delectable and must order along with the kashmiri rogni naan. I have stayed here with my friends for 2 days. The room was superb, cleaned, and big. Service was good. We had a bfast which was nice but quite limited as its cocid time. Overall experience was awesome. Best place to stay with family while going to Amritsar via jalandhar. Definitely will visit again.

Visted hotel with my 1 yr old baby.This is a pretty nice hotel with great staff in a pretty good location as it situated on main road. We were driving from Delhi towards amritsar so in between we thought to stay in this hotel and believe me we made the best choice The staff was warm and friendly specially. Mr siddharth who gave us early check in at 10:30 am with a upgraded room as we were so tired, the movement he saw that. we are waiting in the lobby for our room and we were totally exhausted he spoke to housekeeping to get ready our room on priority .Rest others things were also appreciatable like food was yummy, housekeeping staff was also helpful... Over all we can say this is the best hotel to stay..... Thanks to all once again
