Best Western Plus Horseheads Inn & Suites

The decor and cleanliness of the lobby and rooms were outstanding. The staff was very helpful to make certain our four days with them and seeing the nearby attractions were enjoyable. The breakfast offers were delicious and nutritious.

Our four night stay at the Best Western Plus Horseheads Inn was a wonderful one. The staff was friendly, efficient and very accommodating. The hotel and our room were incredibly clean. The location was excellent for traveling to various areas in the Finger Lakes. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Newer property so everything from furniture, equipment, linens, etc. were in newer condition. The beds are super comfortable. Staff is amazing. Breakfast has the normal offerings. The hotel itself is near the highway and it's surroundings look a little rundown, but definitely safe. Would stay here again. About 30 mins from Ithaca.

My wife and I were visiting the area and chose this place because it was new, had a pool, a gym and offered breakfast. I should have turned around when I saw so many boys in baseball uniforms entering with their parents. Room was clean and bed was comfortable but it was nothing special. We went to the pool and were only there for a few minutes when it was overrun by screaming kids. The gym was also crowded with kids and no adult supervision. The kids also crowded into the lobby. Noise continued well into the evening despite a hotel rule of “quiet time” after 8 pm. Ok so the parents should have controlled their kids…but they didn't and the hotel staff didn't seem to do anything even after we asked them to. I had to move our car when the kids decided to play baseball in the parking lot. The final straw was the morning breakfast…the kids raided the breakfast bar to stock up for their baseball games later that day. Because the room was more expensive than others in the area, I suggested to the hotel staff that we get a reduction of the price…got nothing. We could have stayed downtown in a riverfront condo (Airbnb) for half of what we paid, and next time in the area, will do that.

Here for 4 days over graduation. A brand new hotel opened last month! Staff was very nice and we got an excellent price over the internet just two months ago. Rooms are new and fresh. Went to Roadhouse Grill nearby for dinner. Like the coffee machine in the room and near the front desk.

The hotel recently opened; however, its phone system is not yet fully functional. The breakfast offered is rather modest, and there is no hot water available. Regrettably, the self-made pancake was spoiled. Furthermore, several empty containers can be found, and only limited provisions are provided. Finally, the water pressure leaves much to be desired.
