Extremely clean,friendly professional! ... Spacious rooms .. bars in the bathtub ...nice pool ... Extremely pleasant .. ice breakfast ... Can't really say enough about this hotel ...every hotel should be like this on. Would highly recommend!

Good location from highway, stores / restaurants /nearby Rooms were clean with enough supplies. Pool was nice , as was the patio area where our little group met to chat. Staff was friendly and hardworking. Breakfast was good & a good variety

We always stay at Best Westerns because: (1) Nice, accommodating staff, (2) The rooms are always clean, (3) There is almost always free breakfast, indoor pool & free parking, and (4) We've NEVER seen or experienced bugs of any kind. This hotel was no exception.

We stayed at Best Western during 2 nights . Hotel is conveniently located to explore Watkins Glen Park and Seneca lake - easy 30 minutes drive . Good value for the money for the last minute weekend trip. The hotel is new and clean and has nice outside seating area.

Good hotel , very clean, I recommend well this hotel. Because the hotel is situated at a good location, practical to arrive and leave. A little more noise related to climatisation system and nearby the express way. A very good pool for swimming.

The BEST hotel I have stayed in, everything is new in room and bathroom, HUGE room, large TV, lots of charger outlets, clean/spotless, great walk-in shower with thick glass doors, service was great/friendly. No problems. Would stay here again without question!!

This is a beautiful new property. However, there are not closets in the room, a MAJOR inconvenience which in itself will preclude us from booking here again. The breakfast was boring, the same three days in a row.

This hotel is new, and looks spectacular. The lobby is really welcoming, fireplace, TV, lots of seating area. I wished I was staying longer, it would have been fun to hang out there. Rooms are very generous in size, tvs are huge! Didn't interact with the staff much, but when I did it was professional. Breakfast was great - there are waffle machines! Would definitely return.

We visit the area often as our daughter and family live nearby and have tried various motels in the vicinity. This has been the best one so far as it is clean, quiet and the staff are very pleasant and attentive. They work hard to keep things in order and the rooms spotless. We will continue to stay at this motel in our future travels.

This hotel is beautiful, new, has ample parking nicely landscaped and has an indoor pool. We had a very pleasant stay. The room was very spacious, breakfast was excellent with a nice variety, staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room even had a microwave. Complementary water upon departure.

Nice place. Breakfast was good. Pool was nice but would have been nice to be open past 8pm. Staff were very good.

Do not stay at this hotel for the pool, it was not chlorinated well. My son got a sinus infection after swimming in it and my daughter had to repeatedly wash her hair to get the smell out of it. The hallways were hot and did not seem air conditioned. The lobby had a bad smell, maybe because of the pool which was located nearby. Would NOT recommend this hotel, there are better stays for the price.

One of the newer additions, this hotel has pleasant, modern decor and very nice rooms. Bed was especially comfy. Loved the light filtering shade instead of sheer curtains to make the room darker. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast area is spacious with several hot options as well as cold. Perfect location to visit Corning Museum, Rockwell Gallery, wine tasting tours, and Watkins Glen Park.

I love this Best Western site. It is close to the Interstate, restaurants and shopping. Employees are always friendly and helpful.

Very friendly staff, rooms are big and roomy, comfortable beds, modern feel, great amenities, very clean, great selection of channels to watch, didnt have time to try pool out but looked awesome, nice selection for continental breakfast

The hotel had great accommodations and wonderful customer service. It was in a great location close to everything. It was very clean. Had a nice pool and a fitness center. The lobby was very large with 3 tvs

Darn, this would've been rated a 5 if it wasn't for the fire alarm going off and everyone having to evacuate. Turns out it is a faulty system and it kept going off. It was cold outside and we actually followed the evacuation order on our door, until we saw other guests congregating in the lobby. Brrrr….very cold outside. The alarm was loud, woke us up- so we grabbed our coats, keys, phones, room key…and evacuated. The fire department showed and determined we could return to our rooms, but at that poly we were awake and couldn't go back to bed. I really wanted a good night sleep. A family member was in the ICU and we were exhausted. Other than that, there were no issues. I had a queen suite. This room is fairly large with a little sitting area, microwave and fridge. The bathroom is modern and clean. Beds are comfortable. Hotel is a decent distance to the hospital and also restaurants, mall and shops. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Kudos to the young man working the front desk during the fire alarm chaos. I think he did a great job keeping calm and keeping guest in order and safe. He deserves a raise! I will definitely stay here again if in the area, and highly recommend it. Just please fix that alarm system.

The staff at this hotel is so friendly and welcoming. The hotel is fairly new and everything is upscale. The standard size room is bigger than I expected and it has a big screen tv. There is also a great K-cup coffee setup in the rooms as well.

Hotel was very clean, with a free full breakfast and indoor pool! Will be staying here again for our next trip! Location is very easy to get too right off of I-88. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Rooms were immaculately clean

Clean and new. Pool was so nicely warm. Many great restaurant choices a couple of miles down the road in the town of Horsehead. All employees were polite and acted as if they were glad I had chosen their hotel.

The decor and cleanliness of the lobby and rooms were outstanding. The staff was very helpful to make certain our four days with them and seeing the nearby attractions were enjoyable. The breakfast offers were delicious and nutritious.

Our four night stay at the Best Western Plus Horseheads Inn was a wonderful one. The staff was friendly, efficient and very accommodating. The hotel and our room were incredibly clean. The location was excellent for traveling to various areas in the Finger Lakes. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Newer property so everything from furniture, equipment, linens, etc. were in newer condition. The beds are super comfortable. Staff is amazing. Breakfast has the normal offerings. The hotel itself is near the highway and it's surroundings look a little rundown, but definitely safe. Would stay here again. About 30 mins from Ithaca.

My wife and I were visiting the area and chose this place because it was new, had a pool, a gym and offered breakfast. I should have turned around when I saw so many boys in baseball uniforms entering with their parents. Room was clean and bed was comfortable but it was nothing special. We went to the pool and were only there for a few minutes when it was overrun by screaming kids. The gym was also crowded with kids and no adult supervision. The kids also crowded into the lobby. Noise continued well into the evening despite a hotel rule of “quiet time” after 8 pm. Ok so the parents should have controlled their kids…but they didn't and the hotel staff didn't seem to do anything even after we asked them to. I had to move our car when the kids decided to play baseball in the parking lot. The final straw was the morning breakfast…the kids raided the breakfast bar to stock up for their baseball games later that day. Because the room was more expensive than others in the area, I suggested to the hotel staff that we get a reduction of the price…got nothing. We could have stayed downtown in a riverfront condo (Airbnb) for half of what we paid, and next time in the area, will do that.

Here for 4 days over graduation. A brand new hotel opened last month! Staff was very nice and we got an excellent price over the internet just two months ago. Rooms are new and fresh. Went to Roadhouse Grill nearby for dinner. Like the coffee machine in the room and near the front desk.

The hotel recently opened; however, its phone system is not yet fully functional. The breakfast offered is rather modest, and there is no hot water available. Regrettably, the self-made pancake was spoiled. Furthermore, several empty containers can be found, and only limited provisions are provided. Finally, the water pressure leaves much to be desired.
