We were experiencing a lovely Bus Tour throughout Denmark and stopped here for 2 nights. We had a lovely stay here, staff were lovely and our room was comfortable and clean. Lovely breakfast each morning also. No request was too hard for them, they always helped out if needed. Highly recommend.

We are in Northern Jutland to visit family about twice a year and always stay at Hotel Phoenix. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the center of Hjørring and everything in Hjørring is within easy walking distance from the hotel. Our room (we always have the same room) is large and comfortable with very nice amenities such as Smart TV with Youtube and Netflix and the personnel at the hotel are extremely nice and very helpful. The hotel is family run by the Messman family who really want their customers to feel at home. The hotel offers great value for money and I can warmly recommend it to everybody who plans to visit Northern Jutland.

We were stranded in Denmark after leaving a cruise due to illness. Hotel Phonix came to our rescue. The staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was comfortable and clean. The hotel was central to the town. If you want a taste of Danish hospitality this the hotel for you

Our room was very comfortable, spacious and well equipped. Nice breakfast. Staff lovely and they provided a great laundry service that was very reasonably priced.

We got lost in Denmark and ended up in this lovely town, but it was late and everything was closed. Thankfully this hotel let us in and took great care of us. Clean, safe, great location, lovely bar, and very kind people. We would still be lost without their help.

Very lovely and friendly hosts, super comfortable beds and unique breakfast with fresh ginger-juice and waffle-maker - we are definitely coming back! The hotel is located directly in the city with lots of restaurants nearby. Good wifi and very enjoyable bar :)

Fantastic service from booking over stay to farewell ...and absolutely see you next time! We stayed in the junior suite. So cosy that it felt like home away from home. The living room was carefully decorated with furniture that enabled a cosy and relaxed relaxation after a long day on the go. Both the living room and bedroom had modern TV's that in a easy way allow guests to stream from own devices - A major plus. 👍 The bedroom was really cosy. The bed was excellent and both the pillows and blankets provided a rich luxurious feel. We both had a fantastic sleep. There was plenty of free parking in the court. And the location is right in the middle of everything. Both shopping, dining and park areas within a few minutes walk. The breakfast was definately amongst the better hotel breakfasts that I have had. Everything fresh and tastefully arranged. The staff apologized for the limited breakfast due to Sunday being a day with few arrivals - Well, I found the breakfast to offer a rich selection of ...well, everything actually. Plenty of juices, well-crafted breads and some wonderful teas etc etc. Also, since this is difficult for many hotels around the World it should be mentioned that at Phønix in Hjørring the do manage to get the soft boiled eggs perfect. Many could learn from that The staff was friendly, attentive and very serviceminded with a positive 'can do'-attitude. This is not the last time we have stayed at Phønix in Hjørring and they do get ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ in my book. And I am rather picky when it comes to hotels.

This is officially a three star hotel. It is a family run hotel.It feels more like a really friendly bed and breakfast. It is situated right in the middle of town. The rooms were good size and super clean and quiet. The service is incredibly friendly and the staff go way beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcome. A very nice breakfast with fresh bread and everything you need is included in the price. I have absolutely only positive things to say about this hotel.

For the price of this hotel I think it was very nice! The room had everything I need in a hotel room. A god bed and and a bathroom with a shower, a sink and a toilet. I think this is the first time I've been to a hotel where the pillows were actually comfortable!!! I am amazed! Also the fact that there is free and easy parking here is nice. The service was good as well. I have no complaints for this hotel and would definitely recommend it! We got exactly what we paid for!
