Generally good, A/C unit continually woke me up from my sleep.Brakfast was veryt good. Bed cover is heavy. Dould use a ligghter cover doe warm weather. Location off the freeway (I-26) was convenient. Staff was riendly. Two hundred characters is more than I needed.

Beds were extremely uncomfortable, bathroom old and dirty (hair left behind), towels rough. Lots of noise. Convenient to highway and Hendersonville. Service at breakfast was excellent! Way too much $ for what you get!

We're used to renting a cabin so I wasn't sure what to expect from a hotel that you drive up to the door. We had plenty of hot water and I do mean hot! Our room was cleaned every day by staff who gave attention to detail. My husband loves a big breakfast and he has never enjoyed what a hotel serves. They have more choices for breakfast items than I can list. Including home fry potatoes, eggs, sausage, sausage gravy, biscuits, waffles, yogurt, fresh fruit, all sorts of bread, pastries, juices, coffee, hot tea/chocolate, milk, my favorite was the fried apples. Oatmeal, grits, and I still haven't list every thing. He was very content to eat there. They even had a staff member who constantly stocked the breakfast items. I would definitely stay here again.

After spending our first night at another hotel in the area that was dirty and smelly, we were so thrilled to get a room at this Best Western. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. We wanted adjoining rooms for our family and the staff was super nice and very accommodating. Would stay here again.

We were on our way home from Florida and needed a place to stay for the night. This hotel was conveniently located, and thankfully had a room available. Our room had 2 double beds. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We were overall pleased with the room. The breakfast was OK, but the biscuits were cold. Really, the breakfast was the only negative thing I could say about this hotel.

This is one of those places where good ownership makes a difference. It's a roadside motel with exterior entry off a relatively busy road, with your typical construction worker guests and bevy of white trucks. I usually avoid hotels like this, but trusted the TripAdvisor reviews. The service, from front desk to cleaning staff is top-notch. The rooms, while small and older are clean. Beds aren't the best and AC needs to be really cranked to be effective. Don't expect the Four Seasons, but if you just need a place to lay your head, it gets the job done.

Excellent food selection for breakfast, but room too small for the crowd attracted. Although the property is obviously not new, it is well maintained. For a resort area with a location convenient to airport, rates not too bad; I am avoiding saying excellent so they don't go up.

Sarah provided amazing service today we had been on a big move here in Hendersonville North Carolina and we were so happy they had rooms available and could assist us we had been here once before service is always amazing breakfast with Roxie is also amazing not your average hotel complimentary style breakfast

We stopped overnight on a longer trip, and found the BW Hendersonville Inn to be an excellent value. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty. Location was convenient. We would definitely stay there again.

5??'s all the way! Everything was amazing. Wish we could have stayed longer. Room was wonderful! Soft beds, and hot shower. Caroline was very sweet and informative at check in. Jessica and Roxie did a wonderful job keep up with breakfast. Everything was very good and fresh. Caroline was also very sweet, and introduced me to Best Western Rewards during check out. Loved it here, and can't wait to return soon. Great management. Amy does a wonderful job, and has an amazing team. Everyone was always smiling and was very helpful.

We checked in late and received a King Bed Non-smoking room. Found the hotel grounds to be well manicured and clean. The room its self was very clean and even though it was facing the highway - it was really quiet. I thought the room was a little larger than most rooms as it had a small sofa and coffee table with still enough room to move around well. The bed was Super Comfy ! The bathroom and the entire room was SPARKLING CLEAN ! The front desk staff was really nice and polite. I would definitely stay here again.

This place is a no frills motel, but the staff and clean rooms make up for it. Sarah, and Roxy make this place seem like a home away from home. My advice, use a travel coupon. The rooms are updated and clean. Will stay again

room decor was tired, service was acceptable but not outstanding. Facility was overpriced compared to other Best Western facilities. no first floor rooms available but did not place us close to stairway (no elevator).

Excellent location for the Asheville, NC area. Clean and a very good staff. Excellent buffet breakfast and restaurant on premises. A slight door lock problem was immediately fixed by maintenance. The only negative was noise from the adjoining rooms however you find this in most motels. Highly recommend.

My husband, our little pup, and I stayed here. I am pretty picky about hotel cleanliness, appearance, breakfast, and overall accommodations. We stayed here for 4 nights. I want to say that it was definitely one of the cleanest and nicest hotels we have stayed in. It looked as though it had just been renovated. We did not see any issues in the room at all. The staff was also very friendly. When we walked to breakfast there were many who waved and said hello. The lady who ran the breakfast (Roxy?) was very attentive and sweet. Breakfast was pretty good with a good variety. They had sausage, eggs, baked apples, chicken fingers, potatos, grits, oatmeal, yogurt and all the other yummy carbs. The location is very good too. I would give this place 100% positive review except we did not like paying $15 a day for the pet fee. See they are going to thoroughly clean the room anyway so why charge so much extra because you have a pet. Maybe $15 per stay whether it be 1 day or 5 days. Our dog would never pee or poop on floor. I think if somebody has a pet that messes up the carpet or bed which us people could do the same thing then charge the extra cleaning fee to their bill. We normally always stay at Laquinta Inn because they never charge a pet fee. We love that!!!! The problem is that Hendersonville does not have any Laquinta Inn's. Why over-charge and penalize us because we have a dog. People can make just as a big mess as a dog. It makes us think they are just trying to get extra money from us like they did....an extra $60! We are just glad the hotel, staff, and breakfast was very nice so that truly helped. So my rating is only 90% due to the dog policy.

"Passing through on way to Myrtle Beach"

We were on a golf vacation heading to Myrtle Beach when we stopped at the Best Western in Hendersonville N.C..Check in was a breeze and the desk clerk was very helpful in finding a neighborhood bar were we could relax for awhile. The rooms were very clean and smelled fresh, which was great, since the last place we stayed had a musty smell in their rooms. Breakfast in the morning was excellent with plenty of hot food and anything else you wanted. Check out was also easy. Over all this hotel was excellent especially for the price.

Came to this hotel late in the evening. Had a wonderful check in. We were pleasantly surprised at the price (we DID have a coupon). The room was super clean. Had 4 sets of towels (outstanding), mattress soft and sheets clean. All electrical outlets worked and the lights were functioning. Breakfast was very good. (Thanks, Roxie) All employees we talked to were helpful and friendly. 5 stars from us!

"Room overly priced and noisy"

The room was fine but it was pricey and noisy. You could hear people talking outside and rolling their suitcases down the pavement. It was so loud you would've thought the window was open. The price was high, I guess because it was Memorial Day weekend night but not worth it. We came in for the free breakfast and there were nearly any eggs left and no sausage or bacon in the tray. We were disappointed.

"Nice, Comfortable Place"

Comfortable bed, quiet room, slippery tub and very soft water. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Good breakfast bar. Had minor issue trying to unlock the door -- had to have the manager help us get in to the room. Friendly staff. Convenient location. Unique toilet had a pressurized flush. Overall good place to stay.

Might have been the last non-smoking room, but it actually WAS. I suspected it to be 'formerly smoking', but no - very clean. Basic. Comfortable. Keeps you in touch with the world too. You'll miss little of the traffic noise on Chimney Rock Road. And hey, I-26 access is incredibly convenient too. So that's the good and bad of it. Great staff. And breakfast (ah, those powdered eggs in college - I got to liking 'em) was wonderful. OJ was real; if not, it fooled me. Eggs, potatoes, fried apples! Oh my. Waffles. Pastries, not much left out and it was all pretty tasty...or I was beyond hungry. Wish I could also call the place economical. Oh well. If you use the phone: Beware! They have volume controls. (huh?) I discovered this feature on the handset I nearly dropped at that 3-alarm dial-tone. OMG! Dial 'er back and you'll be fine.

The best part of our two day stay at the BW motel was meeting Roxie. She runs the breakfast activities in the morning. She is a real charm The worst part was the "El Paso" grill/bar. It is not worth further discussion or review. The staff is worthless. The value of motel was worth exactly what we paid. It was clean, the hot water showers were hot, and the environment basically quiet except for the "smokers". We stayed in the back away from the traffic on the ground floor. I do not like having the HVAC window units so near the parking slots. So we "bogarted" the parking slot immediately in front of our room. I would recommend: 1> Stay in rooms away from the stairs since the "smokers" gather there for smokes and talk. 2> The motel probably needs to install cameras at suitable sites to allow observation of the halls and parking areas. 3> If you have to visit the Asheville area and want to save big dollars with just a minor amount of location-inconvience this is the place.

"Terrible Customer Service from Management"

Front Desk Manager is rude and uninformed I have booked hotels using Hotwire since 2003, and have only had what happened to me at this best western happen twice in the past 15 years. Hotwire gives you 2 options: choose your own bed, or hotel chooses your bed type. Sometimes the hotel won't give you the option to choose your own bed, so you're stuck with "hotel chooses your bed type". This is almost never a problem for me, as, given that hotels are in the hospitality business, if they have a larger bed size available, they will either offer it to you as a courtesy, or for an additional fee. Unfortunately, this hotel is run by people who do not care about the comfort or concerns of their customers, and are all around bad stewards of other human beings. After driving for 12 hours, I checked in with Dan, the front desk manager. I asked him if there were any King sized beds available. He responded "yes", and then proceeded to hand me a receipt that showed that he had given me a room with 2 double beds. I said, "wait, I wanted a King sized bed". His response? "Unfortunately, when you book through 3rd party websites we cannot altar the reservation". I said, "But wait, my reservation says that the hotel choose the bed type. And you just told me that you have king sized beds available." His response? "Unfortunately, when you book through 3rd party websites, we cannot altar the reservation". As if I was some dunce who needs to have the same robotic response repeated to me in response to any question or concern that I pose. So I tried again; "I'm not asking you to change anything. I'm asking for you to choose a king sized bed for me, since you just told me that you had them available." His response" "Unfortunately, when you book through 3rd party websites, we cannot altar the reservation". At this point I realized that he was not only unwilling to be a decent person, but was also going to continue to be the exact opposite of what you would expect a manager to be; helpful, accommodating, solution-oriented". I said, "Ok, I realize that some hotels do not offer the courtesy of accommodating their customers, and want to make more money off of people, and charge a fee for a king sized bed. So, what is the fee for getting a King Sized bed? My husband is a large guy, and he needs a larger bed than a double.". His response? "Unfortunately, when you book through 3rd party websites, we cannot altar the reservation." I said, "I want to speak to the manager." He said, "I am the manager." I said, "Really?!? You're the manager of this entire hotel?!? You?" He said, "No, he's out of town at a conference, so I'm in charge". I told him at that point that I had only had a hotel with plenty of king sized beds refuse to give me one twice in my life; once in Texas, and now once more at his establishment in North Carolina. Being from the south myself, I told him that it was such a shame that some people in the south could be so rude and inhospitable, and I left with my keys to the room with double beds. This foolish individual does not seem to get that this is NOT how you treat people. I called Hotwire to find out if I had been wrong all these years, regarding their policy that the reservation that says that the hotel chooses the bed type means that if they have available king sized beds that they should have offered me one. The hotwire customer service staff confirmed that this hotel was supposed to either offer me a king sized bed as a courtesy, or offer it to me for an additional fee. That this Dan guy did this on purpose, either out of ignorance, or spite. We suffered through 2 nights in a filthy, smelly room that had old, uncomfortable beds, and I vowed to follow up with the general manager when "he" got back in town. It turns out that the "he" is actually a "she", so Dan lied about that too. I waited a few days and called the hotel to ask for the voice mail of the general manager. The lady at the front desk didn't want to give me a phone number for the general manager. She offered to leave my name and number and have her call me back. This never happened. I called best western customer service and told them my entire experience. They confirmed with me the same thing that hotwire said, which was that the hotels who use hotwire have 3 options when it comes to bed size. They can either say, 1. Yes, we have a king sized bed and yes you can have it, 2. Yes, we have a king sized bed and for a fee you can have it, or 3. I'm sorry, but we have booked all of our king sized beds already; they aren't available. What they are not supposed to do is dangle a King sized bed in front of you and then laugh and smile as they give you a double bed, and then tell you that even for a fee you can't have it. But that's what this hotel chose to do. the best western customer service assured me that someone WOULD get back in touch with me to resolve this. But, nothing got resolved. All that happened was, 2-3 days after I filed my complaint with best western customer service, I got a terse, 2-line email from the general manager of this best western, Amy Moser, that essentially said, "I'm sorry for your inconvenience, and that I wasn't there to be able to tell you that we cannot altar 3rd party reservations". So, it seems that even the general manager of the hotel is going to hold this fallacious position, rather than admit that Dan the man acted inappropriately with me, and apologize to me for being discriminated against and not given a chance to have a bed that would fit my husband and myself. I wrote her back and said that her response was not acceptable, and that I needed to speak with her on the phone. She never responded, or called. I just called best western customer service again today to follow up with them to let them know that nothing was resolved, and their response to me was, since she wrote that 2-line email, that by definition, it's resolved. Really?!? My advice; stay away from the Best Western in Hendersonville, NC. They don't care about you, they are greedy, and their establishment is gross and unpleasant.

"Dried urine on toilet, no response from manager"

First off, Roxie who was in charge of breakfast was great, the only positive aspect of our stay. There was dried urine on the toilet. When brought to the front desk persons attention she said she would have the manager get in touch which never happened. I stay in hotels 3+ months a year and have never experienced that. I've stayed in $10 hostels in Asia that didn't have urine on the toilets. To not get a response from anyone regarding this is frustrating. Not even an apology from the front desk person when mentioned. The key reader on our door didn't work, keys had to be remade each time we needed to enter. An ID was not asked for any of those times, nor at check in. Room smelled of dog, springs were very apparent in the beds. I felt bad having brought my mother here. Would not recommend or stay again.

Fabulous place to stay! Very clean and comfortable room. All of the staff that we had contact with were very pleasant and helpful. The on-site restaurant was wonderful, great food and drinks. Great place and very affordable. We will stay again!

We had a no smoking room but there was still some smoke smell. Besides that the bed was comfortable and the room clean. They have a nice hot and cold breakfast with a great selection. The pool is currently being repaired so if that's important stay elsewhere.

We stayed here for 3 nights and totally enjoyed the comfort and hospitality of the staff and hotel accommodations. We were very happy with the excellent service provided by the front desk, housekeeping and breakfast personnel. The breakfast provided a wonderful start to our busy day. It was great to just walk downstairs and enjoy a variety of breakfast items including fresh oatmeal, waffles, eggs, sausage, juice and coffee. Our room was very clean, comfortable and quiet and any requests we made to front desk were handled promptly and efficiently. Upon our return to Hendersonville, we will definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at this motel many times and have always been happy with my stay. I am so glad to have a pet friendly room so that I can have my baby with me. I always enjoy shopping at World of Clothing which is just across the street. The rooms are always clean and the beds comfortable. The staff is always so courteous and helpful. The breakfast is always great. I will continue to stay at this inn when I'm in Hendersonville

Overall a clean value priced motel (rooms are entered directly from outside). Cool Points Price There is a Mexican restaurant adjacent to the lobby (we did not eat there), a Waffle House, Outback and Ingles grocery store nearby Pet-friendly - we brought our dog and it was easy to walk her as they had a dog walk area Staff was friendly, especially at the free breakfast buffet Location - Right off the main route to Chimney Rock and I-26, 5 min. from quaint downtown I ran out of deodorant and the hotel gave me a free travel size Old Spice! Not So Cool Points I reserved a non-smoking room and my room smelled of slightly of smoke, I passed it off as it is a tobacco state and we arrived late and knowing we had a dog and hotel was sold out, I did not complain The dog walk area had a bag dispenser for picking up behind your pet, however, it was empty while we were there (I brought my own plastic grocery bags) Rooms have a brick wall closest to the bed and the opposite wall we could slightly hear our neighbor's TV and they were seniors so they may have had it up louder than average.

We stayed here for an overnight trip. The check in process was super easy. The rooms were very nicely updated, clean and cozy. I wish I had known the place was pet friendly because then I would have brought along my fur baby. If we end up back in the area I'll definitely book here.

The staff were very friendly and I had asked online for a king bed versus the two doubles which was all the online portal was letting me select. The staff called me to tell me I had booked a smoking room and they didn't have a king smoking but they had a non smoking. I was so glad they called because I wasn't aware I had booked a smoking room as I didn't even know hotels still had smoking rooms as most I stay at no longer allow smoking in their hotels. I really was thankful they called me. The breakfast options were even better then many of the places that offer breakfast. The staff were very nice at check in and check out. We booked at the last minute so overall we were very pleased with the stay. We will stay again if ever in the area. Thanks The Crowder Family

A conveniently located hotel in the Asheville/Hendersonville area. Located right off of I-26 and an easy drive to Chimney Rock. This motel is value priced and has a nice breakfast too. It is also located close to a shopping center that has a 24-hour Walmart store which is very useful in case you need to get any item you might have forgotten to pack.

Old hotel renovated. We stayed in back to avoid the road noise from the front side. The back I guess was even louder due to the hoodlum wannabees at congregated outside our room door area. I stayed up most the night on the couch on full alert. I could hear everything in rooms next to us and above us. The next morning summed up our experience. I actually heard the guest in next room peeing in his bathroom. I was on the couch in our room, door closed.

The room was clean and the king bed very comfortable. The room also had a small refrigerator. They served a buffet breakfast of eggs, biscuits and gravy, chicken tenders, sausage or bacon, pancakes, muffins, toast, etc. It's centrally located to a walmart, several fast food restaurants and less than 3 miles from Hendersonville's downtown area. They also allow pets.

We were looking for an area that was near a 1-2 drive, from Chimney Rock, Catawba,and Knoxville. This is the place to stay. It's right by the interstate, the breakfast was good. Lots of local eateries,pubs and scenic areas. 15 mins from Asheville. The only disappointing part of the stay was the door to the room. It malfunctioned on us multiple times in 4 days. Other than that, rooms were clean, and cozy,

My husband and I had been driving all day from Daytona Beach, Florida all the way to Hendersonville, North Carolina. We were tired & worn out. Usually, I am one that likes to check out reviews on TripAdvisor before making reservations with hotels because of some travel experiences I have had with just going with a hotel because of the price being reasonable, but in this case we were very pleasantly surprised by the fact that we got a nice room that had been recently renovated with nice vinyl, wood plank looking floor in the bathroom, newer looking fixtures in the bath, a nice shower head, flat screw tv, microwave and small refrigerator and comfortable beds. I usually preferred an inside corridor hotel and that's the only reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 here because the door didn't quite look like it was sealed off completely but that's not a major flaw with all the nice things that were done at this place. Plus an added bonus of having a great free breakfast and an attached Mexican restaurant at this hotel was an awesome place.

The room looked recently renovated with new paint and carpet. The bed was a bit softer than we usually like, but we slept well. Breakfast was a mess - there was a bus load of college athletes descending on the free buffet. We only wanted juice, but even that was in short supply. Fortunately there are other options nearby and we never choose a hotel for the breakfast! Staff were efficient and professional in our dealings.

I had two nights on my way from North to South, mainly for checking the environment with Chimney Rock betwen them. Although from the outside it more looked like a motel (Car directly in front of room), the lobby and the rooms are much more like I was used from other BestWestern and BestWesternPlus hotels. Everything was there, including microwave and refrigerator. The room was very clean and staff I met was very friendly.The night was quiet, until about 5:30-6am when noise was heard from the neighbor roads.

Breakfast hostess very friendly and efficient - kept food supplied and tables cleaned. Front desk clerk at check in very nice, as was man who checked us out in the morning. El Paso Restaurant (located in lobby) has yummy food and great drinks - great to have a margarita at the end of a long day of travel.

Room & bathroom were clean and recently renovated. Breakfast area was also clean and well kept with a good range of items. Liked the dispenser for plastic knives/forks/spoons which kept them clean until dispensed. Helpful breakfast room staff. Rooms opened to outside which meant a cold walk to breakfast and several channels were not available or kept pixelating on the TV in our room.

Terrible noise at 11pm and beyond from high pressure water washing at the restaurant. Ask what could be done, nothing it wasn't the hotel, it was the restaurant. BTW, the restaurant is part of the motel lobby. Very small breakfast area.

Best Western overall is my hotel of choice. The one issue I have is that every time I stay at the BW in Hendersonville, NC, at some point the door cards quit working and I have to have them reset. This is a big inconvenience as I normally have my hands full, or the weather is awful and I hate having to go to the office.

I never write reviews but This Hotel knows what they are doing! Roxie the breakfast lady was wonderful. Sara is also very good. I asked about the senior rate after I checked in, my fault and she adjusted the rate. Will recommend if you are traveling through NC stop here

Room was nice I made the reservation on the best western site if you sign up for the rewards program they give a discount. So of course I did, and after taxes the room came out to what everyone had as the price. So I was pleased at that already. The room was clean and so was the bathroom. The lady at check in was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was average for most places. Some hot stuff, cereal fruit, waffle maker, etc coffee, tea and hot chocolate, orange and apple juice. There's also a Mexican restaurant if you don't want to go anywhere. Plenty of places to eat nearby, nice downtown selection of pub's and restaurants. Easy access to shopping as well. Didn't have to stay more then one day, but I would stay here again. For where it's located it wasn't really noisy at all. Which also goes along with the types of people staying there when you are.

My Husband and I stayed at this BW twice, the staff is super friendly, the rooms are updated, the ONLY issue we have is with their "water saving" toilet, it's not much of a water saver when you have to flush the toilet 3 times just to flush down urine and tissue. So it's not much of a water saver, it's a pain in the butt for sure. And the sink is made for 4 feet tall people, lol. But other than that, it's a great place. The bed is ok, not great, but ok. We will always stay here when we are in town.

A sudden appearance of Black Ice on i - 26 shut down the highway for the night. Most of us Travelers were scrambling to find a place to stay for the night while the roads were cleared. The staff of the Best Western were able to calmly handle the sudden influx of people even while the computer system kept crashing and the key maker was no longer working. The maintenance crew work so hard throughout the night to help everyone access their rooms and it sure that they were okay. I cannot say thank you enough to the staff of this Best Western for their help that night while myself and my girlfriend we're trying to find a warm place to stay the night.

Although this appears to be an older hotel it was been maintained well and is very clean. I stayed in a king room that offered a couch, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and nice LG flat screen tv. The room was very clean and comfortable. Although it is right off the exit I did not hear any freeway traffic at all. In fact it was one of the quietest hotels I've ever stayed in. They offer the standard continental breakfast fare. They even have a Mexican restaurant on sight that has delicious food. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel.

The room I was given at first was non-smoking but smelled like smoke. However, the attendant gave me another room right away. I did have a problem with noise from the guests next door. I'm sure the staff would have helped out but I didn't report it. I HIGHLY recommend the El Paso Mexican restaurant adjoining the lobby. The breakfast was very good and had good variety!

Due to storm/power outages, Hotel where reservations were made was closed- This caused all the other Hotels to fill up. This Hotel was also full but they had one room that required Maintenance and was listed unable to stay in. Member of the staff- maintenance was in the Lobby- had to have seen the desperation on my face ran out into the parking lot and stopped me just before I got to my car- Explained to me there is an issue with the Door Lock but he feels it can be corrected- do I want it- yes and he did- it was fine. When all looks hopeless, someones kindness can change everything. I went from desperation to being a very Happy Camper- Thank- you Best Western

My husband and I were supposed to stay here tonight, however, due to an unforeseen winter storm moving through and dangerous road conditions, were were unable to make it all the way to Hendersonville and had to stop for the night in Spartanburg. When I called the hotel to explain, they said I would still be charged. I asked if there was a way to appeal this decision, since Mother Nature is out of my control, and was told no, that the refund policy is very strict. When I told the girl at the desk that, although it wasn't her fault, that I thought this policy was inconsiderate and unacceptable, but I did understand, she just hung up on me. I will not ever book a another stay at a best western property.

Hendersonville Best Western has free parking located in front of your room if you have a first floor room. The room was spacious, very clean and neat! The restaurant (which is Mexicain) is located on the property, the food was very reasonable and the food was excellent. They also have a bar located in the restaurant.

I would rate this hotel 3 out of 5. Comfortable and clean rooms, but definitely needs some updating. Very close to highway, so traffic noise was an issue, evening and especially early morning. There is a Mexican restaurant off the lobby which was fantastic, so that is a plus for the hotel.

My mate and I stayed, for the second or third time, I think, at this Best Western when traveling back to the Sunny South from Ohio. Yes, it's an older place, not as upscale as some of the newer, but far more pricey alternatives, like the ones right nearby, but it's convenient, clean enough, has easy access to the rooms, the people are competent and friendly, and... there's a very decent Mexican restaurant right inside, off of the lobby - El Paso #2. We just walked over and had a good enough dinner, good as most any decent Mexican place. We'd definitely go back.

It was obvious that the beds were recently replaced. They were very comfortable. Location was not good with lots of interstate traffic noise. Mold was present in the bathtub. Wi-Fi would not support business apps (inoperable most of our 2 day visit). Room needed upgrading with stains on the ceiling, carpet and furniture. Bathroom door would not close/lock.

This property is doing many things right; the breakfast was good, especially the country gravy and biscuits, scrambled eggs and waffle. Lobby and property is well maintained. Our room was okay, however, the air freshener was much too strong on arrival so we left the door open to help air-out the room.

The personnel were courteous and friendly. The facility was an outside room access facility and the area surrounding the hotel was not well maintained. The room clean but heavily scented with frebreeze type product. Definitely economy room at luxury price.

"Pricey for dated average motel"

When visiting Hendersonville, NC you basically have four lodging choices. The Hampton Inn, the Red Roof, the Ramada and this Best Western. We were traveling with a pet and chose the Best Western based on Trip Adviser reviews, which rated it the best of the group. We stayed one night (were charged $192 with pet fee and taxes) and moved down the road to the Ramada. The Best Western, is not a hotel, it is an older dated motel (motor lodge) that has all exterior rooms with no interior hallways. The place was clean but very dated. Our room key initially did not work and we had to return to the front desk, where they were more annoyed at me for returning than apologetic for giving me a key that didn't work. There was a lot of road noise, and the AC in the room was an old wall mount under the window, and was extremely loud. It banged when it cycled on and off and woke us up every time. We got very little sleep. The area that all of these hotels/motels are in is more industrial and a little run down, and not in the nicest part of Hendersonville. The Ramada was a little dated as well, but the rooms are interior entry, which we prefer for security, and the front desk staff and morning breakfast were much nicer than the Best Western. If you have no choice the Best Western will do, but the Ramada and Hampton are nicer.

Arrived very late on a Monday in October. Rate was $109. I had a coupon but clerk would not accept because coupons can not be used in October (coupon says it can't be used on weekends, but whatever.) Room was clean. The whites were very dingy...as if my teenagers washed them. (Yeah, that dingy!) The bathroom smelled like urine; however, it was clean. Odd. The bottom line is the room was average. I wouldn't brag on it, I wouldn't write to the company about it. Not sure if I would stay here again though; the dingy whites are enough to turn me away.

As we traveled across North Caroline we needed a place to lay our weary heads. The motel was convenient to the interstate and a major highway. Rooms are clean and comfortable with nice amenities. Attached to the motel lobby is a Mexican restaurant so we purchased a taco salad for dinner. The free breakfast included eggs, sausage, biscuits, waffles and gravy and well as cold items, juice, coffee and more.

My husband and I stayed here because it was the only pet friendly hotel we could find in the area. We had our 2 dogs with us and stayed for 4 nights. Complimentary breakfast was nice..eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal bar, grits, biscuits n gravy, cereal bar, and waffles. Room service was excellent- beds and fresh towels provided daily. Rooms were clean. Unfortunately the rooms are very small and noise travels easily. There were 50+ high school band kids staying here at the same time we were. Lots of running, yelling, and laughing all night long. It was like a college frat house while we were there.

This hotel was magnificent. We were evacuating from hurricane earlier and stop. Andersonville because some friends. The hotel was incredibly nice to us. Their rate was half of what the other hotels in the area or charging. They said they had an evacuation rate. We could not have been happier. We stayed for days and loved every minute of the trip. The very best part was your wonderful breakfast each morning. The staff were friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Hendersonville Inn

Nothing was negative about our stay. Perfect location in Hendersonville for access to all tourist locations, hiking, wineries, apple orchards, quaint downtown. Clean, spacious room. Friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast, excellent dinner restaurant, the El Paso.

Location near I-26, easy to find, a little bit complicated way to find main building after room placing. Excellent (newly renovated?) exterior hallways, nice decoration inside, clean. A lot of furniture (great!!!). Powerful microwave, great working fridge. Quiet enough air conditioner. Great fresh breakfast and friendly breakfast staff. Love everything except the price - too high.

We stayed here for 1 night. The staff is very friendly and the room is clean. Everything is a little dated but that is ok. It is more a motel than a hotel. The thing that put me off was the noise. Dont stay here if you want a good sleep. The walls are so thin you can hear every conversation from your neighbours. Also the noise from the road is annoying. Breakfast is ok For the noise i would not recommend staying here again.

I can not remember the last time I stayed at a Best Western. This was truly a delightful surprise! Everything was super clean and comfortable. We stayed here for one night during a road trip. It was well worth it. Easy and friendly check in and out. We were tired, and did not want to drive to get dinner. We opted to try the on site Mexican restaurant. It was good, and the location could not be beat.

This is an older motel. Lobby is upgraded nicely. Breakfast was good. Personnel was good. Did not have extra tooth brushes. Pool and area was nice and clean. The room is nice. The beds in my room was a little on the shaky sounding side. Every time we got in, out or turn over, it made a noise like it was going to collapse BUT they did sleep well. May not be like that in all rooms. They do not have a washer/dryer on grounds and the ice machine is up the stairs. No elevator.

Unassuming hotel just off interstate. Perfect location to avoid Asheville higher charged hotels. Room large, clean, updated. Staff friendly. True breakfast with eggs, protein, grits, biscuits and gravy. As well as fruits, cereal, breads. coffee and tea. Only negative for me was the beds are very soft. I prefer a hard bed for back comfort.

Best Western in Hendersonville has excellent hot water! The people are very friendly, and the shower height was high-I think. I'm short, but it looks like a tall person would enjoy it. They also have a restaurant on the premises. I was very disappointed that the hotel wasn't as close to the airport as I thought. I had to leave the airport around 4am, but breakfast didn't start until 6am. However, they did give me a breakfast to go, which was nice. Near the desk they have coffee and some hot chocolate packets. There wasn't any hot water to have the hot chocolate-just containers of coffee. I noticed that all the hot chocolate packets were wet from spilled coffee. The next morning, they added clean hot chocolate packets-yet they kept the wet/dirty hot coffee packets in the front of the clean ones. Still there wasn't any hot water to have the hot chocolate.

It was clean enough, and I can't fault the motel for the guests that were grilling out on the 2nd floor walkway outside their room (looked like a fire hazard to me) but I thought the price ($150/night after taxes) was a bit steep for a motel of that age. However all of the local room were booked up, so that may have affected the price somewhat. Given other choices I probably would have gone elsewhere.

Broken ac, horrible beds, roaches running up walls! Breakfast undercooked ... people in kitchen area related to server. Pool had old bandaids stuck all around the ladders! Very nasty! Price didn't match advertised for second night as well. Will go back to holiday inn.

This Best Western is not typical of the quality we have come to expect. The rooms are average. Restaurant food average (recommend trying somewhere else), breakfast nothing to brag. Can't think of anything I would rate above average. Allow multiple large dogs in a single room. Dog walking area right next to vehicle parking making an excellent opportunity for vandalism without being seen. Noise of 18 wheelers idling all night next to parking area in back of hotel directly across from room. Probably won't stay here again. Did not feel safe and was uneasy about security of vehicle.

Ok, the rundown on this place. The room was not bad at all. Pros: They were super friendly and accommodating when checking in and out, Our bathroom was clean and somewhat stocked, it was decorated relatively updated, absolutely roomy for the two of us, had a fridge/microwave & coffee (which we did not use, but is nice to have), breakfast included and really was good and they were super accommodating when things were starting to run out, bed was super comfortable with yummy pillows and sheets and cover-blanket were perfect, close to downtown Hendersonville, close to Asheville, and highway, connected restaurant very good, parking easy, restaurants and stores within a few miles, and finally the price point was perfect; Cons: Noise ...could hear our neighbors, and when they smoked outside their rooms we could smell it, and of course the traffic off the highway was heard (sirens etc.), and the air-conditioner was not working 100%, All in all, I would go back and would recommend this Best Western! p.s. we stayed 2 nights

Friendly, efficient staff with a room that was pleasant to stay in and convenient to expressway, restaurants and town. Breakfast was more complete than a lot of chains. Rooms were quiet even though they were close to the expressway.

We were relieved that we only spent one night here on our way to Chimney Rock. The room smelled of stale cigarette smoke and the bathroom didn't smell clean. Location was convenient to highway. Breakfast was decent, staff were very pleasant. We will not return.

This is not a hotel, but rather a motel. The doors open to the outside and I did not feel safe staying here with my young daughter. When I made the management aware of my feelings, they refused to reimburse me for my single night stay. I was very disappointed with my experience at this particular Best Western.

We were on our way to Myrtle Beach and needed a place to stopover for the night. The Best Western in Hendersonville, NC was just what we needed: nice accommodations at a great price. The rooms are are nice, maybe a little small, but adequate for what we needed. Great breakfast, both hot and cold items, biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, make your own waffles, assorted cereals, juices, and coffee. For a one night stay just traveling through the area, I would stay here again.

Bad odor in room. We left early because we never could get the gentleman at the front to understand the smell was pretty over whelming. The ceiling had been repaired. It looked like someone did a shoddy repair. It looked wet and like it would leak any moment. Breakfast was great! We all found something good to eat every morning. About the only good thing we can say about this place. That and the location to everything.

Dan did everything he could to make my stay enjoyable. Friendly and personable. I travel a lot and he is the best I have found. My room was nice and already cooled for me (that is not always the case). I would recommend this motel. Convenient I-26 and clean and comfortable.

I am a loyal Gold BW rewards customer and have been very satisfied with the BW product. This hotel is the exception to date. My room was like a swamp. The a/c was old (as all of them on the building appear to be) and could not cool or dehumidify properly. It felt as if I was sleeping next to a 737 jet engine to boot. The bathtub was a hazard. I had to scrub the residual soap scum/cleaning products to minimize the possibility of a slip. The curtains would not close fully and I could read a book by the light streaming in through the windows from the parking lot lights. Breakfast offerings were minimal and did not look healthy. Thankfully, there was pre-packaged Cheerios to take with me. I am not sure how BW manages quality control but this particular hotel does not deserve the Best Western brand in my opinion. There are several other hotels in the area that offer cleaner, cooler, dryer rooms for the same money. The staff was warm and friendly but they do not have the best tools to allow for success.

"worst hotel experience ever, UNSAFE"

This hotel is unsafe! I am a Platinum Best Western Rewards member and stay almost exclusively at BW hotels, so I am sad to report, but feel that I must, that this hotel is UNSAFE! The maintenance worked entered my room without knocking, while I was standing 5 ft from the door, alone as a female. When asked why, he said "I don't know" and some other unacceptable answer, so it was apparent that he knew he did enter without knocking. Also, it is apparent that the owner Carolina Motel Associates, Inc cares only about collecting the unreasonably high nightly rate for this rundown hotel. The staff as a whole, struggles and it is apparent that they have no leadership or management who appreciates them or oversees them. The loitering in the parking lot on the only 1 night I stayed, a Fri, reminded me more of a Walmart parking lot....or drive-in movie lot.

If you are looking for a great place to spend a few days, this is the place! Hendersonville is a great little town filled with beautiful views, great shopping ( outlets galore) and the comfort of home. The Best Western Hendersonville Inn is a great place to stay. They are close to lots of shopping and restaurants, and have a restaurant on the premises, as well as a clothing outlet behind that's in walking distance! The staff is really wonderful and very knowledgeable about the area and what's going on. You will love this place for any reason! We have stayed here several times and never been disappointed!

This hotel is one of exterior doors, parking is right in front of your door. The front desk is friendly and helpful. Breakfast area small but well stocked. The hotel is right off of the interstate, so certainly convenient! However getting in and out is busy!! We were very lucky to get a room since most in Asheville were sold out on the weekend. However for the price (which I think was set because of the limited availability) it was too high. The room was dated and dark not well lit (it was not comfortable to open the curtains being on the first floor). Would I stay here again - YES! Would I hope for a lower price - for sure!

Not sure how this motel got a certificate of excellence. It's a straight up motel between a highway and an abandoned factory. Decently clean and the staff were helpful but it's not a property I would seek out unless you're like me and waited too late to book a room for camp drop off.

Needed a stop close to Dupont Forest so we could get up and hike early the next day. This property is way overpriced for the accommodations. Room had been updated however it was doused in room freshener I am sure to cover up the mildew smell. Bathroom tile and grout was grungy. Beds saggy and very uncomfortable. When we checked in there was a sign that they would be back shortly.. waited ten minutes for not one attendant but two to appear at the very same time. We checked in before 9pm at night so it was not late. Apparently they take breaks together. This is a tired roadside motel that needs to be completely gutted. We paid over 140 for this room and it worth about 60.

Parking right outside our room. Clean. Beds at a level you didn't need a ladder to get in. Polite staff. No hassle. FANTASTIC MEXICAN RESTAURANT adjoining the front lobby. Drinks almost a heavy pour. Hot food. Spices as you like. Came as fast as made to order can be. Surprised how fast that really is. Servers almost running the entire time to make sure everyone was satisfied. If you stay somewhere else...... you can still eat hear. We say many local people come in for dinner. A long day of travel ended in a relaxing way.

Hotel was nice for a one night stay to our vacation destination to Myrtle Beach. Our daughters went to the Elijah Mountain Gem Mine which was very close to the hotel. Was comfortable for our one night stay. Kids used the pool and other family went to the restaurant attached to the hotel. Would recommend

We were skeptical due to other recent reviews. My husband wanted to make sure that rooms were free of smoke due to my health problems. Smelled strong cleaning chemical odor. Front desk did call to ask if our room was ok and I said yes. Could use some refreshing. Sheets were worn with an odor. Big room. Kids playing outside our room scratched our car no fault of BW......just an FYI!!

It was a good place to stay. Right off of interstate 26. Room was comfortable and clean. King bed had pillow top mattress. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Great Mexican restaurant at the hotel.

Roxie is a very pleasant, friendly , helpful person . rhonda is friendly and helpful. This hotel has an excellent, convenient location and is reasonably priced. The breakfast food is wonderful and they even have a mexican restaurant in the lobby

My wife and I had a lovely stay at this hotel.We were a little surprised by the Inn/motel style of the hotel at first but with the available parking and quiet corner that the hotel is in it turned out to be a quite a fitting style for the hotel.

This hotel has nice large rooms that unfortunately allow smoking inside. The excessive use of cleanser could not mask the stale smoky smell and only made it worse. Also it seemed a little pricey for the type of hotel and the area.

You'll enjoy your stay, the wonderful southern hospitality is worth the stay. Rooms are great, except the waffle blankets, which I'm hoping is transitional. With that exception, you'll not have a better hotel experience. The front desk staff is exceptional and always willing to help to make your stay a little bit better.

Unexpected death in the family - not much time for funeral plans - was able to reserve room in a very timely manner- the staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable - was able to rest well during a difficult situation.

Very nicely maintained room with comfortable bed and sofa. This motel is a good choice if you are traveling with a dog, as we were. I was put off by the "motel" configuration, but it actually turned out to be a benefit because of our need to take our dog out to the grassy area in the evening and following morning. The only negative I can think of is that the walls of the room were so thin that we could hear everything the people in the next room were saying. Fortunately, they were not too noisy during the night. I thought the price was on the high side for a motel room, even one that is well maintained.

Thank you Best Western Hotels & Resorts and Best Western Hendersonville Inn for the lovely stay. After a long day with the family, we found your hotel to stay in for the night. Before my kids crawled into bed after being there for 3 minutes, I did my mommy duty to check for bed bugs. While doing so, I pulled the mattress sheet back and out flies a needle. A freaking NEEDLE!!! What kind of business doesn't change the sheets?! This was clearly a junkies needle as it was hiding in the sheet. Trust me, I will make sure everyone I know sees this and shares. By no means, is this excusable. You have one job...to provide a clean and sanitary room. Purely pathetic, and completely disgusted.

This hotel has doors that open to the street. The pictures they use do not divulge this. Very noisy with people coming and going at all hours. Made special requests upon booking that were not honored. They employee at check in was totally unapologetic and unconcerned.

This motel is awesome! I truly enjoyed the stay! The breakfast is better than most continental. Staff is great too! Shout out to Sarah! The beds are great and they have smoking rooms, for us who still smoke! Also the Mexican restaurant is super yummy! I came to town visit fam and would gladly stay again

Was a very clean room..Very nice service. The desk clerk was nice. The maid was nice. Would recommend this motel. The breakfast buffet was good. The motel looks like it has has some renovations. Renovations were being done but did not bother us at all.

Hotel is well located, clean, and convenient to two Mexican restaurants, one in the lobby. Nice staff, and well maintained rooms with very good internet. There are fridges and microwaves, making it easy if you have leftovers.

We had a discount coupon which was readily accepted. It fact, they allow you to make a reservation using the coupon as long as you present it on check in. We stayed for one night twice within a week's time. Both times the rooms were clean, staff friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast bar wonderful. My husband ate dinner in the attached Mexican restaurant on our second stay and raved about his taco salad for $6.99. The property was exactly as advertised. The rooms both had a small refrigerator/freezer and microwave, two queen beds and a table with two chairs and great wifi. We felt we got a good value for our money.

We had a great visit to Hendersonville, with everything we wanted just steps away from the Best Western. Breakfast was hot and plentiful, served well. Surprising was a wonderful Mexican restaurant adjacent to the hotel lobby- excellent food and service! We had good accomodations at a good price. Highly recommended. Good place to stay for a visit to a production at Flat Rock Playhouse.

Our one night was very nice. The breakfast area was a tad small considering the size of the hotel. But thevwas adequate seating in the reception area. The room itself was nice & nothing outstanding but clean. Employees were courteous.

Stopped by in the middle of a raining night and was pleased with Everything that this hotel had to offer. Newly renovated rooms and the front desk lady Sarah was a doll. Told us about the waffle house, never been to one. The rate was reasonable and the bed was comfortable

Very friendly reception at check-in and check-out. All staff encounters were very friendly. Large, comfortable and very clean king room with sofa. Obviously some recent renovations. Stayed on quieter side away from I-26, so there was no problem with noise. The curb appeal actually looked better than the website photos. Breakfast was good and attendant always nearby. Didn't eat at the Mexican restaurant, but it smelled good as we entered the lobby and seemed popular. No complaints. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

All of the staff at this hotel were friendly and accomodating. The room was very clean and updated. Breakfast was very good and was attended to very well by the staff member there. There was a bit of road noise from I-26, but unless you're a very light sleeper, should not be an issue.

This Hotel I stay at alot when I'm traveling thru the state of North Carolina . I was a little worried when I called the 1800 number for Best Western and the agent couldn't help me with staying under my company's cut off. I then called the hotel and like always they went the extra mile and looked on line to see our company's cut off and make my reservation . I also noticed the room I stayed in was newly remodeled it was a nice sight for a long day of carhauling . Management I give an A plus in my book for always having clean rooms employee s who go the extra mile when checking you in or making sure you're breakfast is to your liking . And the surrounding grounds are always Clean .

There were no problems with our room or service. The only downer is that they allow pets and there was a dog in the room next to ours. Fortunately the dog only barked when we walked past the room and once in the morning-but we were already up and getting ready to leave. So, that being said, all went well with check-in, check-out, and our stay. We would stay here again.

Wow, this Hotel is amazing. My Family travel from Florida to visit and we stayed here. The room was perfect and the front desk attendant Jana was very helpful and kind. When we first walked in she greeted us and took our information and we were settle in our room quick. The rooms are very spacious and the bathroom was amazing. The next morning we had breakfast and wow it was good. Sausage with gravy mummmm. All in all. Great Service, Great Stay, Great Place!!! Thank You Jana and Best Western!!!

I've been a regular Best Western customer across the country and have rarely been disappointed; this BW hotel was no different. We arrived late after a meeting in Hickory because of the mountain fires in the Lake Lure area but were greeted like family and settled in quickly. We had a standard non-smoking room with 2 double beds that was clean and inviting. No problems. The hotel is located at the corner or I26 and Highway 64 for easy access and about 3 miles from downtown Hendersonville with lots of shopping and restaurants.

Made a last minute reservation here for a sudden family loss, and on a Thursday night in peak leaf season it was affordable. At check in, I asked for a non-smoking room and was told, "all our rooms are smokin', Hun." So I guess smoke em if you got em. When I really needed to rest, the Mexican restaurant was rocking and the highway noise added to the ambiance. I am not tall but the bed was super short so I slept diagonally to fit. When I needed to stay a second night, I did book elsewhere, but noticed online that the rate for peak leaf and apple season weekend night more than doubled to $200/night. Much happier with my alternate hotel on the Friday night that was just up the road albeit at a little higher rate. Keep driving to another spot if you can.

When we checked in the man at the desk was very nice in welcoming us. We were assigned to a room on the second floor which would have been very difficult for my wife who uses a walker. (no elevator). I was surprised that my request to have a handicap room, because my wife has trouble walking, was not noted on my on-line reservation. However , The desk clerk made an adjustment and gave us a ground floor room which we could navigate ok, even though it was not handicap. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. .I would stay here again. The breakfast offered was very good, compared to other places I've stayed. The attendant, Amanda Mercedese, was very attentive in keeping the food and beverage containers full, counter clean ,etc..

I needed a place to stop on a business trip and the price was great. This Best Western offered more than I expected. Although a little dated the room was clean and very comfortable. It was very convenient to get to off 26 and even had it's own Mexican restaurant. I didn't know that and already had plans but next time that could be really convenient. Within just a couple of miles is everything needed for food and COFFEE. ( new Starbucks and a Krispy Creme). I was definitely pleasantly surprised

I had a great experience, I arrived late Friday night with no reservation, Sair the front desk lady took great care of us, the hotel is very nice and you can tell they upgraded a lot of Things! Best Western has improved their brand and is offering more services these days. The BW in Hendersonville is no exception. The wifi was easy to access and fast. The complimentary breakfast had a variety of items on the buffet, so something for everyone's taste. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The Lobby is very large and nicely decorated. We'll stay here again.

We were two couples and we were looking for somewhere clean and reasonable cost within a short journey of Charlotte airport. We choose Hendersonville and looked at two other motels before settling on BW. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Our very spacious rooms were clean and had very comfortable beds. Bathroom was really clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast next morning was great and we would definitely stay here again. The hotel price was in line with the other two we looked at but neither looked as clean as BW.

I've worked at many hotels and motels so I know first hand how this are done in the business. I'v stayed here due to a house fire for over three weeks now and love it. The rooms are very clean, the breastfast here is huge and very good, I'v never worked nor stayed at another hotel or motel that has had a breakfast that has anything you could want to have for breakfast. As for the management Alise and Amy, they have been great, any problem I thought I was going to have they made sure it was no problem at all. They have answered every question I've had.They have went over and beyond making my stay smooth and comfortable.. I've even seen them helping other guests while I'm waiting and they were great with the other guests also, very helpful. I doubt I find their professionalism and kindness anywhere else. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone hands down...

I had to evacuate due to an unexpected mandatory evacuation for a category 4 hurricane coming my way. I called to get a room at different places that I could afford during a very difficult time in my life. When I called here, Elise gave outstanding customer service helping me all the ways she could and showed me she cared about me. That eased my fears of what I was going through at the time. I have never had to evacuate for a hurricane, but I am glad I called this place because of Elise. She was excellent and I am thankful for such a person to help me during a hard time.

Motel was clean and neat and staff was very friendly. Amy checked us in and check us out, she was great. I told her about the bed and how bad the bed was. She told me she would put it on the list, as they were in the process of replacing the beds. In the process didn't help our night sleep. Most likely will not stay there again.

This hotel was very nice and Sarah made it so much better. I came in from traveling and was told about the 50 mile rule, Sarah rented me the room after I explained my circumstances. Wow! The bed was great, and it was one of the cleaner and more updated hotels I have stayed in.

We are very impressed about this Best Western. It looks very clean overall outside and the room is also absolutely nice. Enough towels if you need a further ones (if you for example washed your long hairs). Microwave and Refrigerator and a flat screen in the room. Bath is also very clean. We had a coupon and paid a really good rate. Everything on its best.

There is nothing about this hotel that justifies its price. It is in a shady location steps away from the noisy highway. Just driving up I was surprised at how sketchy it looked. The walls are paper thin and you can hear conversations, bodily functions, what have you. The only redeeming factor (and the only reason it gets two stars) is that the room was clean and decent enough for me not to just turn around and get back into my car. I certainly regret not doing so, however, because it was the worst night of sleep I have ever had in a hotel. If the air conditioning had a function where the fan could be run all night for white noise, it would have been bearable. I booked for two nights, but cut my stay short. I will never stay here again.

"The employees and management are crooks!"

My mother was driving through North Carolina late one evening and could not find a place to stay. I looked online and saw that this hotel had availability, and gave her the contact number. She called and was told by the employee that answered the phone that they were completely booked. So, I hopped online and booked her room. However, by the time I was able to let her know the room was booked, she was already more than 30 minutes away from the hotel. The hotel has since admitted that they were not booked, and that the reservation was NOT used, but they will not issue a refund. I would not have booked the room had they not lied and told my mother that they were completely booked when she called. The entire chain of events stems directly from their representative divulging incorrect information. This company will never get my business again. Book with extreme caution!

"Odor and Rate Switch"

Upon check in at midnight the carpet was damp and room had a chemical odor. Perhaps carpet was cleaned that day but room was not ready for occupancy. Later noted numerous other empty rooms so I could (and should) have requested a change but was too tired. Upon checkout the bill showed the room rate almost doubled for the last 2 nights of a 3 night stay. I was told this was due to the weekend rate change and would have to work out with the manager. The rate change was not clear on the Best Western reservation site. When contacted the manager showed no concern nor empathy and referred me to corporate. Be wary of the Best Western bait and switch tactics and overall poor quality of rooms and service. There are much better hotels available in the area for their weekend rate. I will never stay at a Best Western property.

"Nicely updated older hotel"

The hotel is older. Its the type where you park in front of the room and or walk up the stairs to the sidewalk in front of your room. Everything is recently updated. Paint, furniture, carpet, TV all are in good shape. The AC units are new and quiet. The breakfast was good. There was a fridge and microwave in the room. There was a nice pool but we didn't have time to use it. We paid under $60 for 2 people. It was a good value.

This hotel I assume was built in the 1960s and still maintains that look. The noise level in my room included hearing my neighbors, flushing commodes from upstairs and very loud traffic noise. My co worker used the online check in and had a confirmation number, but the clerk informed them that they could not check the confirmation number and had no room reservation for them. They did find a room, but would not honor the state rate even though that was spelled out very clearly on the online print out she provided.

Enjoyable time shopping downtown Hendersonville.shopped at McFarlan Bakery, Young Designs Jewelery, and The World of Clothing, INC, next to BW. Ate dinner at Binion's Roadhouse. We have been to Hendersonvile many times and always enjoy ourselves.

We stayed here 1 night on our swing through Western NC. Wanted to be here to catch the next to last night of 9 to 5 at the Flat Rock Playhouse---which we did and enjoyed a lot. This is an older property, 2 stories, no elevator. Standard size room with small refrig, microzap, 2 chairs & a small work tabble. Beds were quite comfortable, and the A/C while noisy, did its job.Single sink, and small tub/shower & toilet room. It was clean, but even on 2nd fllor not very quiet with the highway just in front. Breakfast was so/so, not well stocked and somewhat limited choices from the previous BW in Hickory the night before. Staff was lackluster--just going through the motions. When I checked out, not even a thank you for staying there. Next time in this area, this will NOT be my destination choice. Luckily, I had accumulated almost enough reward points to pay for room. I would not have liked to have paid full price for this property! Too many other good reasonable choices in this area to return here. Average rating only for cleanliness and comfortable beds.

We stayed overnight at the Best Western on our way to South Carolina. The property was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The price was not outrageous. Additionally , they had a breakfast bar and a good Mexican Restaurant on the premises. The pool was designed for kids and was clear, clean and not scuzzy. I thought it was easy to find and right across the drive was a gas/convenience store. WORD OF WARNING: If you don't like to shop do not go back over the interstate. They had a mall and other retail stores plus every type of restaurant you want. The Inn had just been recently remodeled. This whole stay was pleasant. I would recommend this Inn to anyone.

Due to a last minute issue we needed a room while traveling. They had one and took pets. We got to the room in the wee hours of the night. When we took off our shoes the floor was very wet and had some residue. Like they just cleaned the carpets. It was a nicely appointed room. And recently remodeled. The bathroom door would not close and if you did get it closed you needed your full weight to open it. I think it swelled because of the floor moisture in the room. We called the front desk and they were very nice and offered another room. However, at that time the kids were already in bed and we were exhausted so we stayed in the room. Nice staff and nice rooms otherwise. They should have run the AC after doing carpet cleaning to get the moisture out of the room. Otherwise a nice experience. We would stay again.

Room was very clean. Staff was very nice and helpful even with our late check in. The layout was good and the bathroom was also nice and clean. Even the floors were in good shape. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who comes to the Hendersonville area.

"Ok to Ok+"

We had our pet with us this time. This is a pet friendly hotel. Good grassy areas to walk pets. Rooms are comfortable. Mattress prob needs to be changed out, thin bedding. Primary complaint was that we asked for and received a smoke-free room. Unfortunately, a group of 4-5 young men decided to back their truck up and party out of the bed of it, literally 5 feet from our door. This went on for a few hours with their smoke blowing right through the not so sealed door. When it was clear they were not even close to wrapping up the loud party, we called the front desk around 11:30pm who, to their credit, asked the men to move along. Breakfast is good, staff is wonderful. Have stayed here 2-3 xs this year. Would stay again.

We were on our way home from Ohio and decided to stay the night in Hendersonville. I checked Trip Advisor on my phone and this looked like best price for a decent motel. I called and got a reservation. When we arrived about 2 hours later, we were already checked in and only had to sign. The room was large with a refrigerator and a microwave. We also had free Wi-fi and a decent breakfast. It was only a mile to downtown Hendersonville, a charming town with many good restaurants. The room was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable. We would certainly stay here again.

Rooms were clean, and smelled good. Shower was great! The beds were very comfortable, which means a lot for a bad back. The only problem was the noise, which I would advise staying away from the road as much as possible.

"Good location with good amenities"

This hotel was chosen because of its proximity to the downtown area and its amenities. The room had a microwave and fridge; places to sit/eat other than the bed. The double beds need new mattresses, but overall the room was great. There was an outdoor pool. The only problem was the 4 ESPN stations. I like sports, but that was a bit excessive. The breakfast was a nice surprise as the hot food of scrambled eggs looked like scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes. Thanks to Karen and Mercedes for the 2 days of breakfast. The entrance to the Mexican restaurant was only available thru the hotel lobby. Nice bar. Great food. Ask for Marcos.

First the pluses. The location by the highway, room size, parking by your room , microwave and fridge in room ,a great on premise Mexican restaurant , a decent breakfast and a low discount price with a travel coupon. Now the downsize a musty smell in the room, bed on the soft side but not sagging, the water in the toilet was dirty and the front desk clerk one of the unfriendly people I had to deal with. We produced a coupon for a specific rate that did not specify that it was for a 2nd floor walk up. I was up charged for a 1st floor. I would not mind if it stated so on the coupon but it didn't. As a person with mobility problems I find it criminal to charge a disabled person a higher rate and we were told of we wanted a handicap room it would have been even more so I settled on a room that made my use of the bathroom a bit difficult. Think twice to decide if you want a low price or pay a bit more and get connivence.

i wasn't happy when my favorite chain hotel wasn't located in Hendersonville, so I didn't have much choice but to go to Trip Advisor and read the ratings of the choices available. I was pleasantly surprised by the Best Western Hendersonville. The room was very clean, the beds were only fully size, but still comfortable and nicely sheeted. I asked for a roll a way at a the last minute and they accommodated us. There was a small fridge in the room, as well as the coffee maker. The room was quiet as well. My only complaint would be that I got a room that had clearly been smoked in, plus there was a clean ashtray on the table. I guess I didn't think to ask for a non smoking room, or they didn't have any non smoking rooms left. Otherwise it was a very nice stay.

There are many reasonably priced places to stay in Hendersonville and they are all close to each other. We were looking for a pet friendly hotel and apparently this is a choice of many folks traveling with pets. Staff was friendly and efficient. Our room was clean, quiet and had a comfortable bed. There was plenty of green space nearby to walk a dog. The hotel is about 2 1/2 miles from Main Street, which has the best selection of places to eat! A great place to stay during our short visit to Hendersonville.

"Not the best Western"

The Best Western Hendersonville Inn, is an older two story hotel, with no elevator, located where US 64 crosses I-26 . We had a quiet room in the back building but there was a definite musty odor which we reported. The room was very clean and comfortable. The Mexican Restaurant was very good as was the complimentary breakfast. I felt the price was a bit high considering it is an older, dated hotel.

This is, by far, the best Best Western we have ever stayed in. The room was excellent. Everything worked and it was so clean. Breakfast was delicious and the lady attending the breakfast made sure everything was in order. Both ladies who checked us in and out had a great personality. As tired as we were coming in, she painted a smile on our faces!

The good: very comfortable bed; sharp TV picture; updated room; friendly staff. The bad: noise of highway and people walking by the room are down-sides. The breakfast has those powdered eggs, which isn't appetizing really but other options as well.

This hotel has everything you need for a long weekend stay. The hotel is always clean and has courteous staff! The pool is clean also. We stay here every time we come down into this area. What's nice is that they serve a decent free breakfast too!

This hotel has easy access off main highways and the front desk is friendly and informative. Our room was clean, quite and we had a good nights sleep. We were unable to get a bucket of ice as the machine was broken other than this the hotel appears well maintained and quiet.

Family gathering for a solemn occasion. Rooms were a bit tired and sparse. However, price was not bad and they were clean. Staff seemed friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was nice and included both healthy choices as well as waffles, eggs and other items. El Paso rest was off lobby and was a good Mexican rest dining choice. All rooms open to the outside and no elevators for the second floor.

We were driving to Tennessee after work and stopped in Hendersonville for the night. The room was very quiet and comfortable. Great beds and pillows and good free breakfast the next morning. Highly recommend.

"Very friendly"

I was very happy with my experience here. The room was clean. The pool was refreshing. I was especially happy that the hotel was pet friendly and I was able to pick up the puppy that I drove to NC for a day early. (We kept him in a crate, of course!) Breakfast included is very nice also so we could get back on the road early. I would have preferred a more traditional restaurant rather than a Mexican restaurant so that we didn't have to go out for dinner. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends.

This is an old property that has recently been updated. Has no elevator in the lobby. You might have to walk half a mile from your car to your room. Room itself was okay. Nothing to brag about but okay. Will not stay here ever again.

I needed this location (which is busy) and everything with the staff, the room, breakfast was as expected. The staff recommended the Mexican restaurant.......don't eat there! The food was tasteless and appear microwaved instead of grilled. Other than that, comfortable beds and pillows, friendly staff....just a crowded exit.

"A nice restful place"

Enjoyed the comfortable beds and friendly staff. A good WiFi connection was always available. Breakfast was good . The worst thing about breakfast was the attendant wouldn't stay out of the way so we could prepare our plate. She was eating and talking on a phone or radio.

"Launchpad to the Blue Ridge Mountains"

My family explored nearby Asheville and Brevard, as well as Hendersonville, which are excellent vacation spots. This hotel is pet friendly, conveniently located, and reasonably priced in an area where other hotels can be a bit expensive. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The personnel at the front desk and breakfast room were friendly and helpful. There is a wide selection of restaurants near the hotel, and a Walmart and Ingles supermarket.

We were here just long enough to go to bed and leave early the next morning. The room was very clean, up to date, and nice sized. We would definitely recommend staying here and would choose this again. Hope to get back to this area some day, pretty area.

"OMG This Property has its act together!!"

I have traveled for years and remember rooms for $28.. Ok so I am seasoned! I did a business trip with my wife in some new territory and happened on this hotel. It was with tax and fees $66.79. Let me start; The walkways and steps were freshly painted and all room doors were clean and freshly painted as well. The parking lot freshly coated and lined perfectly. The room was nice clean and had a micro & Fridge. Bedding was fine maybe nicer pillows but no matter it was fine. The beds were quite comfortable . The breakfast was well done with Gravy briskest and eggs , waffles ect. Nice staff-very attentive and smiling . I say bravo to this property . I tried to speak with the manager/ GM but she was on an errand. Suggestion- Teach other GMs people how to do this efficient, attention to detail way of running a hotel. People stay here. The price to value is huge here.

This is a wonderful hotel. The staff is so welcoming and helpful. The property is well maintained and very secure. It's convenient to restaurants and shopping. The rooms are very clean and updated. I highly recommend this hotel.

We were at Hendersonville for a youth basketball tournament. There were a group of us and we were able to get adjoining rooms. This place was clean, comfortable, and close to our venue. Breakfast was adequate. I will stay there again.

Got a room there and it was a non smoking room, ground floor. It was as nice as anyplace I've ever stayed. I loved the room, the people were super sweet, the price was reasonable. There was breakfast, there was a nice pool, there was a restaurant insight. I will stay there again. Oh yes, they are pet friendly.

Attending a festival in the area, booked several months in a advance over the phone. When we arrived they jumped the rate from what I was quoted. I'm so sick of hotels raising rates once they realize they have a busy weekend! This is an older hotel, but room was updated, was clean, and fairly comfortable. Noise was a bit of an issue.

Had stayed in this hotel a few years ago. It's easy to find and close to many restaurants. The room we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. Staff, particularly Terri and Lisa, was outstanding!! Breakfast was very good. We were so impressed that we changed our plans so we returned a second night!!

"Outside entry to rooms"

Used a coupon out of travel book for a cheaper rate. They let us book it in advance. That rate got you a 2nd floor room, no elevator if use coupon ( do not get reward points). For $7.00 more could have got a first floor room. Room clean, one wall was a brick wall painted white. Frig/micro, 1 cup coffeemaker and flat screen TV in room. Tub/shower was patched but clean. Bed had very comfy with 3 pillows, Check out noon and Breakfast 6-10a.m. Full breakfast and hot food was hot. Eggs, sausage, and sausage gravy with biscuits. Plus usual cereal, yogurt, fruit cups, 2 kinds donuts etc, coffee was hot. Someone was there to take care of tables, We always clean up after ourselves (and she thanked us). Would definitely stay again,

"Cramped but managed"

I've stayed at this location often. Great staff. Clean room, clean bathroom. Close to many things. Shopping to hiking to lots of food. Must go downtown as well. Pool was not open due to cold. There is not room service, but excellent restraunt on site.

"Right for the price"

For the price the quality was fine. Beds were very soft and uncomfortable. Housekeeping did the bear minimum. Wifi was horrible and tv signal kept cutting out. I could hear people in the next room. Stale smell of smoke in my non smoking room

Outside entrance up a flight of stairs-- no elevator. Microwave, fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer and flat screen TV with good mix of channels. Wall mount heat/AC unit kept us plenty warm. Small dated bathroom but large dressing area. No unpleasant smells. Beds were ok; a little hard but wasn't a big deal. To be fair, though, my 17 yr old said they were uncomfortably hard. YMMV. Road noise didn't bother us; we just turned the heater fan on to drown it out. Overall, very good.

My wife and I went to Hendersonville for a memorial service for Her Aunt. Had reservations at the Best Western. Martha checked us in and was very gracious and friendly. She told us that they had redone the rooms. They were clean and had new mattress and carpet. They were GREAT!!! The most enjoyable stay We had ever had. As We left we came home by way of US 64 East. And boy was that Gorgeous!!! Those high Mountains and Great Views.

Hendersonville is a second home to my Grandmother, mother and myself. We love this hotel and the location!! Thanks to Tracy or Terry (I wrote down her name but lost the paper I had it on.) March 12 around 8:30. Anyways never disappointed thank you guys!!

After checking out, we were just a few minutes on the road when I realized I did not have my wallet. I called and spoke with "Martha" at the front desk. She remembered me because we had chatted when I checked out. She said that she would ask the head of housekeeping to search my room. She called a few minutes later with the amazing news that my wallet had fallen behind the tv. I was so grateful. I offered a reward, which was declined. Needless to say, I appreciate their honesty and kindness. The room itself was nicer than I expected it to be. The fan on the a/c was surprisingly quiet. Despite facing the road, we did not hear road noise. All in all, it was a good choice for us.

Room was decent. Clean. Staff friendly. Unfortunately our king mattress was in serious need of replacement. We booked based on other reviews and paid a few dollars more. The place was completely booked so another king room was not available. Just was not a good night of sleep. Our experience has been better at other hotels in the area.

Rooms and grounds are very clean. Staff was very friendly. Close to the interstate but no noise from it. Close to gas stations, grocery stores, fast food and 24 hr super Walmart. Mexican restaurant attached to the lobby is highly recommended.

Stay here when I travel to the Hendersonville-Asheville area. Always use a coupon. Terrific stay, great room, friendly staff and nice breakfast. Highly recommended. As usual use the money you save to treat yourself to a nice dinner

The rooms were ok, nothing to complain about. You get what you pay for really. The rooms were clean, other than the clothes left in the room from the last guests. There was still a shirt hanging in the bathroom, and clothes left in the drawers. The breakfast was good. All in all it was an ok place, I didn't hate it but I won't be going back to stay there.

I recently visited the Best Western in Hendersonville, this property has been recently renovated. Modern decor, comfortable beds, Very clean and all the upgrades as newer properties, flat screen TV's with adequate channels, updated bathrooms, plenty of hot water, granite countertops, new and modern furniture.This hotel is only minutes away from beautiful downtown Hendersonville. Martha was extremely helpful and answered all questions and gave us a map to all the local places to visit, extremely family friendly as she made a point to speak to our daughters and has the kindest demenor. We felt right at home. On-site Mexican restaurant was excellent with an attentive staff. Family owned property with excellent staff and pet friendly.

Enjoyed the comfort of bed and the large room. The breakfast was a great selection, fresh fruit, wonderful waffles, and the coffee hit the spot so early in the morning--a great starter. Excellent location right off the interstate.

"Worst night of my life"

Do not stay here. You can literally hear someone turn on a lamp in the next room. I'm not exaggerating in the slightest. My husband and I got zero sleep. We heard every word of our neighbor's conversation. We were given a room that had obviously been smoked in. It was just a miserable start to our vacation, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. New paint doesn't a nice hotel make.

This motel is basic but clean with friendly staff. The breakfast was better than average for a Best Western. Martha, the morning front desk person was very helpful. The attached Mexican Restaurant is to die for. Don't order the coffee if you ever want to sleep again.

"Worst night stay"

I booked this hotel on Priceline express, which rated this hotel a 2 1/2 star and is is more one. I do not like that the room doors are all located outside. The bathroom had no fan. The bed was horrible and I felt like I slept concave all night. I heard everything next door and outside. Not worth the money!

Gee, everything was fantastic! The Christian symbol on the sign along I24 was a tip off that I should stop at this hotel. I was extremely pleased with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff who warmly greeted me and checked me in. The military discount was excellent. Great to see a hotel that truly supports our military. Within a few minutes of checking in I received a call from the front desk to see if everything was okay and if I needed anything. The room had had been recently remodeled, with newer furnishings and included a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. The chairs were quite comfortable and the room was equipped with a table and a desk to work from with plenty of outlets. The parking was quite convenient and abundant. Other little tidbits included up-to-date bathroom fixtures, with better than average towels. The WIFI worked with no problems. An excellent little Mexican restaurant off the lobby was reasonably priced and offered a good value. As a guest, II couldn't have been happier, and would highly recommend this gem of a hotel!

The hotel has a Mexican Restaurant on site and is highly rated as well as excellent food. This hotel has been completed updated; even landscaped. It is right off a main east/southern freeway and accessible to amenities.

A conveniently located right off the interstate best western. It's pet friendly with clean and spacious rooms. Would definitely recommend if visiting and want to bring pets. Make sure to ask for the AAA discount or Costco discount. It makes it very reasonably priced.

"A surprising find!"

We were delighted to find this hotel during a recent weekend trip to the mountains while traveling with our dog. The rooms are very clean, and include a coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, etc. Also a large field to walk our dog was available next to the building. It is an older property but recently updated with a great shower and comfortable beds, and they provide a breakfast. Very friendly staff and well priced.

Always love visiting Hendersonville. This trip Hendersonville was a base for visiting App St, and UNC-Asheville. Always try and stay at Best Westerns. This Best Western was very basic. Exterior entrances, old furnishings and beds that are very old and uncomfortable. Staff was very nice and room was fairly clean. Had to go and get shampoo since none in room when we arrived. If I stay again in Hendersonville it will not be at this location. May try something a little newer.

I stay at this property on my way to and from Florida and it is a wonderful find. The rooms are extremely clean and include all of the necessities - big screen LGE TV, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave. The convenience of parking and unloading right into your room (vs long interior corridors). The location is great - right off I-26 and close to downtown Hendersonville, Lake Lure & Chimney Rock, Blue Ridge Parkway, etc. Best of all the staff is welcoming, the property is pet-friendly (with plenty of green space to walk dogs) and is reasonably priced.

We had traveled a long way. When we arrived the night clerk had our reservation ready and we were in and out of the lobby in 2 minutes. Very friendly. Room was clean and adequately stocked. Breakfast in the morning was hot and there were many selections. Good place to stay. Will use this inn again if needed.

I always stay at this Best Western when I visit Hendersonville. The staff are very attentive and the rooms have been renovated. Breakfast every morning is absolutely delicious. This is the best price for your money in that city.

The only fresh fruit available was apples. We wanted oranges and or bananas. The only eggs available were those "fake" powered eggs except for one morning when they offered hard boiled eggs. We went to local grocer and bought our own oranges and hard-boiled eggs. Kinda defeats the purpose of a "free breakfast," doesn't it. We stayed four nights, and the key card did not work after the first night. We were locked out. Had to go to front desk to get another card, which didn't work either. Third time was a charm, however. Good location. Great Mexican restaurant attached. Friendly staff. Despite our complaints we'd probably stay there again. Closest BW to the hikes we enjoyed there.

"Very unpleasant"

Management was extremely unpleasant, with an admittedly greedy approach to their guests and regular customers. They confessed to gouging customers during peak times, and clearly did not want to talk about accommodating their regular, off-season business travelers. I will never return, and they have lost at least 10 nights' stays per year, all because of their greed for one night's elevated rate.

This is a nice BW in Hendersonville NC I used for business. Very clean and updated with good access to town, the interstate and restaurants. They have a Mexican restaurant in the building for lunch and dinner. Bfast was good in the morning with hot selections.

"Good hotel, just be careful with the key."

First the good. Friendly staff and good hot breakfast. Good location south of Asheville. Now the bad, Fix the door locks. Apparently not the only one stating this. We went for breakfast and got back and could not get in the door. Maintenance man came and stated that was a problem at the hotel. Then get them fixed, first hotel I have ever stayed at that the known problem appears to be tolerated. Be careful.

Stayed two separate nights driving to and from Florida this week. Had problems with both room doors. First was impossible to open. Manager said we turned it the wrong way but we had tried both ways. Room had over powering smell of deodorizer. Mattresses too soft and sagged. Cosmetic updates to an older hotel are nice. Of the four desk clerks I dealt with the older female day clerk was delightful. The young woman on our first check in was OK but frazzled. The second woman who checked me in (blond, older) made me feel as though I was in the principal's office. No smile. No welcome. (Aren't we guests?) Tapped impatiently on the form where I failed to initial and then said "You didn't sign. Oh, you did." I felt as though I had interrupted her and was a nuisance. We travel to see family often and need to stay in this area. This was our third stay here, and we will not stay again.

Great location. They have done renovations recently. We like that there is easy access to where ever you need to go. You are right off i26 and only a short drive to flat rock and 30 minutes to chimney rock. Reccomend if you are looking to travel around western North Carolina if you do not want to pay to much

Had just fallen asleep when the mattress spring sprung and popped me right in the ribs. Needless to say, was awake for awhile. Finally fell asleep around 2:30 a.m. and then the phone began ringing at 3 a.m. for no reason. So, no sleep after that except for maybe 30 minutes. Complained the next morning. Staff did not seem to care at all. Their only response was that the phone do that sometimes and they do not know why! I said that does not even make any sense. Clerk just shrugged her shoulders and said well, it does. Will never stay here again. Complained online and received a "form" letter.

This was a last minute booking on our trip and were glad that they had a room. The overall stay was nice, it was a little difficult for my elderly mother to make her way up and down the stairs, but she took it slow and was ok. At least the beds were comfortable!

We stopped here from Cincinnati to Myrtle Beach as kind of a over half way stop. We were going to go to Chimney Rock State Park, but arrived a little to late in the day. The room was clean,quiet, and fairly updated. Nice LCD LG TV, refrigerator, and microwave. This was honestly one of the best showers I have ever had at a motel. You can tell it was recently renovated and it had great pressure. I found the bed quite comfortable and had a very nice nights sleep. The staff couldn't have been more friendly on check- in and check- out. Nice breakfast the next morning which included everything from bagels to cereal to sausage. Very nice set up. All kinds of restaurants and shopping all within a 5 minute radius. One of the cheaper rates around for a Saturday night which was a added bonus. I would definitely stay there again with no hesitation.

would not honor special pricing, bed was shot and lumpy and so broke down that it would dump you on the floor. Their was a horrible mold smell in our non smoking room, and killed 2 roaches in the bathroom. manager commit was you agreed to the room and price. Corporate has no control over their franchises they just want the royalties from them. no satisfaction from the inn or corporate.
