Best Western Hotel Hendersonville Inn, Hendersonville

Amy was most helpful with our reservation when we called. She was at the front desk when we checked in. She was very friendly and welcoming. This is a 2 story hotel with all rooms opening to the outside. We were told it is 50 years old. The outside and inside of the property is immaculate! We were in room 125 which is a corner room on the ground floor. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, bedding was fresh, towels, etc were soft and fluffy, tv worked well, the a/c worked great (although it was noisy) and water pressure was good. Breakfast was typical of any hotel. Jessica kept the breakfast area very clean. She did a great job with checking to see if anyone needed anything and with keeping everything stocked. The reasons for the 4 rating: All of the rooms at the back of the buildings facing away from the highway are reserved for people with pets because of the large grassy area there. So, if you do not want to stay in a room that has been occupied by a dog, you must stay in a room facing the very busy highway. We chose a pet free room. The highway noise was annoying. Turning the a/c fan on continuous did somewhat mask the highway noise. The rooms are back to back meaning you will hear lots of noise at all hours from the bathroom on the other side of the wall. If you need a clean place to stay that is conveniently located, this is the place for you!

Convenient location with in-house restaurant, such as gas stations and shopping center. Hotel is well lit at night. This hotel offers ample parking. I enjoyed especially the services at the breakfast bar where the staff was friendly and had big smiles, even the front desk person came in to ask if everyone's doing okay.

Really enjoyed our Labor Day getaway in Hendersonville. Everyone was super nice and don't miss Tryon,NC if you have the time. Nice winery's in both Hendersonville and Tryon. Skip the over crowded beaches and hit the mountains next time!

Beds comfortable. Breakfast is above and beyond . Location is close to Asheville, Hendersonville and Brevard. Room did had a slight musty smell. Loved the wineries and cidery. Enjoyed apple and peach orchards. Land of waterfalls

Was exactly what I expect from a Best Western. Not exceptional good, not bad at all. No complaints, EXCEPT, no bacon. If they would have had bacon at breakfast it would have gotten all 5 stars. Nice selection at breakfast, and it was clean.

Every one of the staff we encountered were so very nice and helpful. Amy checked on us as we were travelling with our 87 year old mother to make sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast hostess kept the buffet clean and well stocked. Rhonda at the front desk was helpful with adding a day to our schedule. Housekeeping brought towels when we needed replacements. The restaurant was great to have on site......all of this was done with smiles and friendly greeting. Time to give your staff a raise!

There was a lot of outside noise late at night coming from the parking area especially the first night. We had to make a call to the office. The last night the couple in the room next door had their tv turned to apparently full volume the ENTIRE night.

Requested a room on the opposite side of interstate and you accommodated our request, thank you! Also enjoyed the breakfast. Only thing that wasn't good was that the shower didn't drain very well which is kind of gross.

Consistent and good quality. Love the full breakfast and usually the attached restaurant. But disappointed restaurant did not adhere to the indicated closing time. Clean, comfortable, enough towels, etc

We always try to stay here, it's nice place and same staff, you do feel like they value you. Each year the room is clean and so nice to see Rhonda. She is a wealth of knowledge. There are great brewerys in the area and the breakfast they offer is nice for free

We stayed in room 115 right across from the pool and lobby. The room next to us was very loud and had visitors until well past midnight. It was also close to the highway which made for a good amount of noise . Would recommend staying away from the pool area at the very least.

Room was clean and as pictured on website. Bed was comfortable and shower water pressure was good. Breakfast was offered but we did not go for breakfast. Good place to stay if visiting Hendersonville.

Wonderful stay! Top notch service and a great deal. The breakfast was meh, would strongly recommend eating elsewhere, but the service is fantastic. Thank you Rhonda for going above and beyond for us during our stay.

My husband and I had reservations for 2 nights at this hotel. The lobby area and our room were very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was better than most hotels with a good selection of tasty food.

The hotel is off the interstate. Stayed overnight from a road trip. Place is clean. Rooms are outside. You can park in front of the door. Pool was clean and easy access but u have to go through parking lot to get to it and the lobby and breakfast area in the lobby. Breakfast was good including hot breakfast: eggs, potatoes, sausages, grit, oatmeal, gravy, patries, cereal, yogurts, waffles. Theres a mexican restaurant onsite attach to the lobby. The window overlooks the pool from the restaurant.

Lovely, very friendly older motel. Very clearly taken care of. Very clean with some updates. Beds comfortable. Attached restaurant was very good, Would reccommend to all of our family and friends. Pool was nice.

Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and fresh. We enjoy our stay for a week. Room service was provided when needed . Great area for shopping and dining near by. Internet and breakfast ready to go for your day.

Our room was mistakenly booked for the week after our arrival, we received an email of the dates that alerted us to our error. But a simple phone call directly to the hotel, and they corrected our error. With out any problems,. Like I said the staff was very courteous and helpful.

Lobby and room smelled musty. Bedding old worn and damp. Pillows and mattress needs replacing. Breakfast food not good. Eggs cold, sausage cold, potatoes cold,cereal stale. Waffles chewy.Way overpriced for condition of room.

Clean Hotel...Very close to shops restaurants and downtown Hendersonville.. The staff from the front desk to housekeeping were extremely friendly and outgoing...Being in town for a funeral it was nice have so many loving and caring people around..The in house restaurant is Mexican and highly recommended..Great service and delicious food..I will not hesitate to stay here again...This will be my go to hotel when in town..

The Hendersonville Inn is not pretentious, but is very nice Inn. The staff is very helpful and courteous. The hot breakfast was very tasty. The El Paso restaurant is on sight, and has good Mexican food. I would recommend the Inn.

During check-in, the front desk clerk did not acknowledge me as I waited to check in and just kept on typing away at his computer. I finally had to ask him if I could check in. During the night, sometime after 11pm, the heating unit suddenly shut off. I gave it a few minutes to see if it would start back up but it didn't so I was miserable all night. I didn't call for maintenance as I was a alone. The temperature that night was in the low 30's!!! The next morning I told the desk clerk about the situation and said he would have the manager contact me. After 1 week, no response so called but was put through to voicemail where I left a detailed message. Here I am one month after my stay with no response. It's a shame that management can't be held accountable to do their job by managing a hotel and following up with customers. I will visit the area again but will absolutely not waste a dime at this dump.

Your reservation was prepaid through a third party and I am not able to refund any part of your stay. I would like to offer you a single night (with no black-out dates) complimentary voucher. We only stayed one night while passing by. Check in, bedding, and other amenities work perfectly for us. Customer service was great! (The only thing I don't like is that this review has to be at least 200 characters :-) )

Very clean hotel. Comfy beds. Updated bath amenities. Delicious daily breakfast with sausage, eggs, hash browns, oatmeal, grits, cereal, make your own waffles, buns, bread & muffins, plus coffee, tea, juices, and a fruit. Friendly welcoming staff. Great Mexican restaurant on site. Convenient location on route 64 with many shops and other restaurants nearby. No TV guide on the TV, so you never know what you are going to watch until you sit thru commercials to see what show is on,

Good for stop over but I would not want to explore the Hendersonville area and stay at this place any longer. The hotel has several sections and some of them are rather noisy. The good thing was when we made a noise complaint the staff was quickly on it and got the people in the parking lot talking nicely but rather loudly to disperse. Rooms are very clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable.

Staying here was an easy, simple and clean experience. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast each of the 4 mornings was delightful! Clean, hot, fresh and tasty! breakfast comes with stay. meal was appetizing,refreshed frequently, and area was clean and following covid proticols. everyone was courteous, friendly, helpful with questions about locations and tourist sites,rooms were clean,extra pillows and blankets

We selected this Best Western because of location. Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff. Even though we woke up to no power due to winter storm they still had coffee in lobby! Plus the gal that did the breakfast put out fruit, granola bars and water so we could have a bite before hitting the road. Fabulous staff!

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is older with outside entrances but very clean. Staff was friendly, breakfast had many options and was fresh. They are installing our updating the onsite restaurant. There wasn't any construction noise to bother us. We liked backing our car up to our room rather than hauling it through the hotel. We felt extremely safe.

Our only problem was being cold. The heater directed the heat to the curtains. We had it set at 78 and were still cold. A hot shower felt terrific. Breakfast was fantastic and the employees are very friendly.

We were tired out after a long drive and needed a quiet place to get some rest. Marcia got us registered and into a great room in a few minutes and checked in on us to see if we needed anything. We'll be back!!

Quick one night stop- clean, friendly, included decent buffet for breakfast, close to highway. Can't beat it for the price. Only bummer was restaurant was closed during our stay but there were many other options close by.

Very solid choice In Hendersonville. Convenient location and friendly staff. I did not try the restaurant I did enjoy the free hot breakfast that is served in the dining room or in a take out container if preferred. The breakfast had many choices such as eggs, waffles, grits,toast, cereal, fruit , yogurt so that was a plus. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean with new carpet mini refrigerator, microwave & coffee maker. Good price for the. nice accommodations

Great people working front desk. No problems. Good location. Good rate. Can't think of anything Elseto say to get to 200 characters. Near the high school if you are trying to get something next to North Henderson high school.

We stay here every time we come to the area, since the pandemic we have been very careful. This place still made us feel safe and welcomed. Great budget friendly place and as always Rhonda was so great to deal with. Always friendly and yes Ma'am we will be back. New beds, great breakfast!!!

This place may seem rinky dink but it's very clean, and nice. It seems shady but actually 1 of the nicer places and great restaurant in lobby, Rhonda at front desk is super nice and friendly. I would stay again

I spent more than 30-days on the road for business and pleasure this year, so I know exceptional service when I see it. My hat's off to the General Manager, Amy who accepted my reservation and saw to it that I had a room that met my needs without the usual credit card guarantee. I also found her entire staff to be above and beyond with every aspect of my stay. My room was immaculate, check in and check-out were added value for my stay, breakfast did the job of getting me fueled for the rest of the day. A note about breakfast: the best breakfast in Hendersonville is right down the street at Kosta's Fireside Restaurant. Dinner? I will try the El Paso that is connected to the hotel on my next stay.

Excellent hotel, especially for larger families. The room was cleaner than most we stay in. The breakfast was until 10, even during the week and checkout until 12. All a big PLUS. They were serving a full breakfast. This area was cleaner than most also. Jessica was the hostess and she was not only professional, but friendly and went out of her way to help.

Rooms have recently been painted and refreshed. This hotel is convenient to interstate. The breakfast is always very good. We have stayed at the hotel several times and always appreciate the value of the price.

Great friendly staff & consistently clean rooms. Overall, it's a good value and I like that we can park right outside our rooms. I really enjoyed El Paso restaurant and the free breakfast at the hotel is exceptional and well attended by staff. The location is very convenient to the interstate, downtown & the area attractions.

Great service! Comfortable boots! This is a nice calm comfortable motel in Western North Carolina. The service was outstanding A+ plus plus plus! The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was fine.The hotel property is located very close to the interstate making it easy to access. It is not overly large so it is it noisy at all.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was really great - eggs, meat, grits, a variety of juices, yogurt, make your own waffles, cereals, and coffee. That really started our day off really good. We only had an issue with dogs barking twice. It didn't last very long, but nonetheless annoying. This is a pet friendly hotel which is great for pet owners. I would suggest if possible to book folks without pets away for the pets. Otherwise we had a great experience at Best Western and I would recommend staying here if in the area.

The room was extremely clean & the shower was absolutely wonderful. The heat and air was very quiet and most satisfactory. The hot breakfast included scrambled eggs, sausage, grits. biscuits & gravy. Waffles were also available. Doughnuts and pastries were available. The hot oatmeal was awesome! Cold cereals were available as well as yogurts. Milk was available in half & half as well as 2% & whole milk & Almond milk. Hot coffee, Apple juice, Orange juice and other juices were available.

This hotel is clean, comfortable, and convenient to the wineries, apple orchards, and downtown Hendersonville, all of which we enjoy visiting late October each year. It's a beautiful area, not far from the spectacular views and trails along the Blue Ridge Parkway.

I stayed in a 1st floor double bed room. Room was comfortable, quiet for the most part. However you could hear the people in the room above in the morning walking/pounding around. I think I'd stay on the 2nd floor if I stayed here again. The buffet breakfast was basic but nice. Very good coffee. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. One recommendation to the hotel; get newer toilets that can really flush. I would stay here again. Thanks to the staff.

Appears to be clean place.Room was comfortable. . Good Breakfast.Staff was friendly and helpful.. Close to i-26 .intersection. Traffic could be noisy, however around 10 PM seemed to get more quiet..Some noise in early morning.

Spotless room and the best Breakfast Bar we have seen in a long time. The staff was exceptionally courteous and professional. It is a large hotel but still provided a speedy check-out. Great nights sleep for a reasonable rate. BW has really stepped up the Hotel Quality in Hendersonville! John on the front desk really went out of his way to help my handicapped wife and Jessica kept the breakfast bar spotless and well stocked. Her attention to every detail was impeccable.

Great place to stay. Convenient to all of Hendersonville and apple "things". Room and hotel were clean and in good condition. Breakfast buffet was the best thing about the stay! Noise from I-26 was a little loud but bearable.

I called a week before my stay to see if I could get a first floor room. Marisha answered the phone, looked up my records, and began treating like an old friend. She noticed I had stayed there many times and assured me I would get a first floor room. I called the day I was to arrive to let her know I would be late. She assured me my room would be waiting. Check in went smoothly. She checked with me a bit layer to make sure all was ok. I had a maintenance issue which was promptly taken care of. Marisha called to make sure it was. Best customer service I have received!

I've been coming here for a few months, good clean updated rooms and a decent Mexican restaurant. The staff is always polite and helpful and the breakfast is hot food standard fare. I'll keep going here weekly.

This is an old hotel but is is well maintained, clean with wonderful service. The restaurant attached is convenient and food was yummy! Beds are only standard size if you are use to queen or King your going to be cramped. We didn't mind, everything else was great!

Everyone around us had barking dogs. The walls were really thin. Had a hard time sleeping. Bathroom was small!!! I'm a rewards member and was not given y benefits mor was acknowledged as being a member.

Very nice property that allows pets. Clean rooms & excellent breakfast bar! Would not hesitate another stay. Staff are friendly and attentive. Met all of our requests. Convenient to downtown. One of the best breakfast bars I have enjoyed in last few years. Thank you for the stay!

I was there because i had an apartment fire and was waiting to move into my new apartment . The weekly rate was great and the staff was so nice I was there for 3 weeks and everyone was a delight. Amazing coffee and the El Paseo Restaurant is amazing!! I highly recommend to anyone, short or long-term.

Lobby personnel were very friendly and helpful. Room was relatively clean aside from needing to wipe down the visibly dirty bathroom door which I did myself. The glass on the lobby doors was VERY dirty. Staff did not wear masks appropriately and neither did anyone in the breakfast area. The beds weren't very comfortable. Probably wouldn't have stayed here if it wasn't specifically advertised as COVID-safe so I was disappointed when it appeared precautions weren't being followed.

Unlike most of those quickly breakfasts this hotel pulled out all the stops. I was actually able to eat a full vegetarian meal with fruit, cereals, milk options and plenty of breads and pastries, waffles etc…The hotel was very clean and staff was very professional. I will definitely stay again if I am in the area.

Room was very clean. Breakfast was delicious and hostess was cordial and helpful. The lady at the desk was extremely friendly and helpful. We have stayed here before and hopefully plan to again soon. We had a minor problem with the sink drain but maintenance came and fixed it immediately.

This is a very noisy hotel! Noise from the highway lasts well into the night. Noise from the second floor is pretty constant. And finally, noise from the outside is horrible. Housekeeping was non existent. Now, for the good - beds were comfortable, shower was great, thick towels and an abundance of hot water!

Our room cleaning policy has changed with the new variant of the Covid, We are not cleaning rooms on a daily basis for multiple night stays. We apologize if this is an inconvenience. As expected this BW was clean and a great value. Front desk staff were efficient and answered all my questions. Only one small issue and this is with all typical hotels. Toilets, to save money, are typically low in height. I'm 6 ft. and feel crunched anytime I need to use these facilities. Please install higher ones

This was our first time staying at a best Western. We were pleasantly surprised at how well we liked it. The people at the check-in was very friendly. Our room was very accommodating. We had a very nice hot breakfast the next morning. The hostess was very kind and kept everything very clean. We will definitely stay at Best Western again

We chose this location because of our travel plans. We have stayed in this Best Western previously. The check-in process was very easy although we arrived early. The room was attractive and very clean. Parking was right outside the door and on the first level which I requested because we travel with our small dog. And it was very quiet. We had breakfast before our departure. It was very good with an assortment including eggs, sausages, grits, biscuits and gravy, sweet rolls, cereals etc. We will be back in the future. Thank you!

Great, on the level of Holiday Inn Express or Hampton Inn. Full, hot breakfast, nice clean rooms, friendly, helpful staff. I like outdoor entrances personally. Lots of spacious parking, attractive lobby.

The room was clean which is really nice to have. There was no smell which is also appreciated. The room was also quiet. Plenty of room. I didn't love the pillows but I travel with my own pillow. The room was cool enough. Checking in and out was easy. We didn't use the pool. They had quite an assortment for breakfast.

I would give this property 3.5 stars if the option were available. The room was clean but the property is older not modern and overpriced at $170 a night. I do not feel I received a good ROI. Hard to locate the outlets and no USB ports for devices. Luckily, I travel with a multi-port device. Still, I need to find one outlet for my multi-port device. One wall outlet was hidden behind the curtain next to the window and high up, not where you would expect it. The other one was on the opposite wall by the other bed. Round table in room used for dining is old and damaged. Marcia (pronounced Mar-See-a) called me in my room to make sure I had everything I needed and provided some tourist information which proved helpful. Great staff!! But I would not stay here again for reasons mentioned above unless the cost of the room is lowered.

Our 5 night stay was great. This was the first place we've had a hot breakfast since March 2020. We have taken 3 trips during that time and moved from Fl. The staff was always helpful. Jessica was the best, taking time to make a hot breakfast special ordered by each guest. She was very friendly. We also enjoyed the attached El Paso restaurant.

The front desk clerk, Marcia, is extremely competent and friendly. She was juggling a phone reservation and two at the front desk when we checked in. But we each felt like we were her top priority. The room was fine. Good beds, decent shower. Good WiFi. We've traveled a lot this spring and summer. NO ONE has given better service than Marcia. An amazing person.

All amenities were as advertised..comfortable and clean. John/night desk was (is) a HUGE help, patient and excellent information. One thing worth noting ~ there is NO BUFFET breakfast. We are now able to sit in restaurants without a mask, yet the buffet is closed ~ a VERY BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. Honestly, that is one of the reasons we picked your place. On that note, one of the employees (Jessica?) was able to fulfill most request passed under a plastic-sheet; that siad, it did not meet what we hoped for, and headed out to buy breakfast elsewhere. Oh well... sigh

Not the nicest place, but it is pet friendly. We usually stay next door at Hampton, but decided to try here. Will be going back to the Hampton, these are double beds, asked for non smoking, it smelled like smoke. Rhonda is great and very friendly. Housekeeping was great also. Good prices but I like the looks of Hampton much better. Very old and worn out motel, great staff which make it nicer

No frills MOTEL! Not a hotel, price was meh, beds were okay, pet friendly and Rhonda is Wonderful. So professional you would expect to see her at the Ritz not a Best Western. We traveled from CA to NC and she is up to par with the nicer establishments. Hope they know what they have with her!! She went above and beyond to make sure my tickets were printed for my flight. She gave great suggestions on where to dine and was so nice. Now would I stay here again? NOPE! Very tired and dingy place would recommend for 1 night but not for vacation or a get away.

BW Hendersonville is an older "motel" style property - probably built in the 1970's. But the direct outside access to the rooms could be preferable to some during the Covid issue. I was a little skeptical when I arrived, but very pleasantly surprised. This older property has been thoughtfully renovated and is very well maintained. I was particularly pleased that the HVAC filters were freshly cleaned - spotless! The rooms are a little smaller than new hotels, but the dividing walls are real brick, so the room was very quiet! Remember - this is not a new property, but it is very clean and well maintained.

I have had several bad experiences with BW over the past few months and swore I would never stay again. But on my trip back home I was extremely tired and this was the first hotel I came across. So very glad I gave them another chance. From the very kind and welcoming desk personnel to the wonderful comfortable bed I had, it was a great experience. The bed was so comfortable I slept until 10:30 when my plan had been to be on the road by 8!!! I guess i will be putting BW back on my list of places to stay when traveling.

We enjoy this hotel and location, there is a great restaurant attached which is a favorite, a beautiful pool area, rooms are nice and always clean, reception area is very welcoming and personnel are super friendly. Apple orchards down the street as is a couple of vineyards. Plus a good location for downtown Hendersonville.

This place is recently remodeled and our room 222 was super nice and very clean . Two thumbs up to the really polite staff . Even with coronavirus they still provided us with a full breakfast . Plenty of shopping and restaurants are near by

My husband and I were in town enjoying the waterfalls at DuPont. We got caught in some afternoon thunderstorms so we needed to grab a room for the night. We had an excellent at the Salty Landing. We checked in around 6:30 pm Saturday night. The Indian woman who checked me in was the absolute rudest hotel person I have ever experienced. I mean she intentionally was rude. She instructed me on how to clean my room and where to put my beer bottles... really? I called Expedia to get a refund but to no avail... so my husband and I went to the handicapped room because that's all that was available. The room was dank and The floor was gritty and there were spiders in the corners of the bathroom. The towels were worn out, I mean something terrible. We hiked about 7 miles and walked 1 1/2 in a thunderstorm (crazy I know).. the only great thing was the Starbucks across the street.. I'm not sure if she almost ruined the trip.

We chose this hotel because we were traveling with our dog to drop our son off at camp. Based on the reviews it appeared to be safe and clean. My son was bitten on his chest by something at 9 pm, while he was laying on the bed. I should have asked to change rooms right then, but we were exhausted and I let it go. The whole rest of the night was horrible, because I was freaked out about bugs and we had neighbors that were sitting outside their rooms (using chairs from the rooms on the sidewalk) drinking and talking loudly. There were also cars coming and going throughout the night. I called back to the office to ask about the bugs after our stay, and when I finally reached the general manager (after almost 2 weeks) she told me that they had found fleas in the room. I was told that this was designated as a room for dogs, and that was the reason; I was not given a discount or reimbursement, so obviously that is considered acceptable for this property. I would not recommend staying here.

Very nice stay, we enjoyed the hotel and we loved that it had a Mexican restaurant on premises, it's really good. The room was clean and service was great, we would definitely book again, thank you!!!

Good value for the money. Well located for me. Staff was friendly, professional and efficient, Good room, was nice and comfortable. Good view. Small mountains. Restaurant adjoining. Doing well with the epidemic.

Room was large and clean. Staff nice. Breakfast was great. You had to order what you wanted and attendant brought it to you. Had scrambled eggs, sausage links, breakfast potatoes, juice and coffee. They had other options as well. Would definitely stay again.

The staff were helpful and polite, everything was clean, neat, and in good working order. The restaurant had very good food and service. It was easy to find and had easy access. Although I did not use it, the room had a mini-fridge and a microwave. The bed was comfortable; I slept well.

The best inexpensive hotell I have ever experienced, great hospitality and sparkling clean and hot breakfast to go to eat in your room, from a big menu with hot items as well.And their reward program seems excellent too, no black out dates....

Instead of the typical 1king or 2-queen bed rooms, this room had 2-double beds - and it was still a pinch to navigate around the beds. I felt like I was in a camp trailer. the bathroom was so small, that the door could not be opened or closed while sitting on the porcelain throne. The only chair was a small round stool. the room was so dark, I had to remove the lamp shades from the lamps just to get enough light to safely navigate around and between the beds.

I've stayed at this best western many times had great service this morning I woke up to lady screaming help get off of me I called front desk told them the situation her screams got louder I went out front door an mantince man was coming out the room on the other side an door open where the lady was yelling an man came out got I to his truck I open the door to room ask the lady was she ok an she said she was leaving she look to been ruff up but she didnt ask for is to call police an if she wanted to she could have cause man had exit the room fast response time by personal at best western they was on it there to back me up of came down to saving someone life much respect to employees at best western in Hendersonville nc

Best Western was the only hotel on our trip during the recent corona virus pandemic that followed the guidelines of the CDC. They had hand sanitizer at the front desk, cleaned the room keys, and had someone stationed at breakfast requesting people to use the sanitizer and she cleaned the table after each person left. Great staying outside of Asheville. No crowds and half the price. I brought my dog along and was impressed that the pet friendly room was just as nice as a regular room. Only about $20 charge to bring the dog. Breakfast was just as good as other higher priced limited service hotels. Would definitely stay here again.

The service was amazing! The rooms were clean! The beds were awesome and warm! The water was hot and comforting! Breakfast was a delight because "Jessica" was always there to brighten the morning with her boundless sweet generous spirit! When our key did not work one late afternoon when we arrived back the host was on top of it he was almost running to our room to help us in. I truly felt cared for! We stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms were clean and smelled clean. The front desk was very quick and helpful. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. Great hotel! Clean and comfortable. Awesome breakfast, thanks to Jessica!they had a wide variety and also vegan and gluten free options. The rooms were well kept and the location of the hotel was close to a lot of stores and restaurants.

We have stopped here for most of the last ten years, weather cooperating. It is a favorite as it is about as far as we can drive in a day. It shares the property with one of the absolute best Mexican restaurants we have ever found, and we have tried many. We park, check in , have dinner and a couple of margaritas. A great way to end a travel day. They have spent considerable money on updates. They take pride in their huge breakfast and rightfully so. Great place for the money.

Clean and comfy. The only problem we encountered was slippery tub. Fall hazard. Great breakfast and staff was exceptionally attentive to cleanliness and refilling hot bar. She made sure everyone had everything we needed and wanted.

They informed me they are going to charge me a full night for cancelling and there is nothing they can do about it. My wife and I were traveling home from my son's house after Thanksgiving and needed a place to rest before continuing our trip home. The hotel was easy to find right off the highway and was pet friendly since we were traveling with our small dog. Even though the layout of the hotel was older design it had been recently renovated. The property was clean, the staff pleasant and the room was in great condition. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The bathroom had been updated including a very much appreciated massage showerhead. The shower had excellent pressure and hot water. The only negative was my wife had problems connecting with the WiFi if she stood in certain parts of the room. I had no problem. The TV was modern but it would occasionally lose it's signal especially the ShowTime Channel. Several people had pets as we found out walking the dog. We did not experience any noise or disruptions from other guests. At breakfast Jessica greeted every guest as they entered and frequently checked on the food, napkins and cleaned. The breakfast area was very nice with a wide variety of options including grits, biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausages, fruits, juices, yogurt, donuts, danish, etc.. A pleasant surprise was made from scratch baked apple chunks with a cinamin sauce. The eggs were good, the sausage was the typical hotel pre-cooked sausages but the grits were a disappoinment. They were undercooked initially, gritty, then they were starting to clump up from not enough water. Overall, the price was very good for the value, especially considering they are pet friendly. We plan to stay there again on future trips.

This hotel advertises rates that are actually booked behind the scenes on a third party website (never tells you this when booking) with separate rules for changes and cancellations. You may get stuck with a non refundable booking without your knowledge! I only found this out when we needed to cancel (and we specifically booked through the hotel website so that we would have flexibility)- then when we complained to the GM she said it wasn't her problem. Yet when we checked in, the front desk person said it “happens often” to people staying there. TERRIBLE experience!

In Hendersonville for a few days with wife & friends to enjoy the area. H'ville BW's location is very convenient, not far from most of the local attractions. Room was just fine, clean, beds comfortable, good value. Breakfast was good; never made it to the attached Mexican restaurant so don't know about that. Staff was friendly and helpful. Best chain motel stay we've enjoyed in quite some time.

We chose this because of a hotel coupon. As we walked to our room I noticed the widows were old, single pane, mullioned widows (but well caulked). So I thought the room might seem old. What a surprise. The room had a very modern feel. It was also clean. The bedding was nice. The bathroom was redone and super clean too. Also, we were plenty warm, the windows were fine. Breakfast was enjoyable and the breakfast attendant was quite nice.

Budget motel, as expected. Room clean and housekeeping services were very good. Free breakfast was plentiful and good but it never changed the whole time we were there. A little variety would have been nice. There were a few negatives. We had booked a handicapped room. I specifically said the bed height would be an issue if it were too high. I was assured that there would be no problem. Well,that was not the case. The handicapped member in my family could not get into the bed because it was so high. Maybe this is their standard bed but standard doesn't necessarily work for the handicapped. Issue was resolved by removing the bedframe and placing the box spring and mattress directly on the floor. I am thankful that the maintenance man figured out a solution and he was very nice but after traveling 12 hours I really didn't need to be dealing with this at 10pm. Also, dog in the room next door barked all.night.long. Very annoying. While the price was good, probably would stay elsewhere next trip to NC.

Budget mom and pop place, Decent breakfast great staff. Beds are new, pet friendly and Rhonda is a gracious lady. This is a Best Western so don't expect the Ritz and you will be pleasantly surprised. Also a great Mexican restaurant is in the lobby

This hotel is on our “must stay” list each year while traveling through the Blue Ridge Mountains. It is right beside Interstate 26, so you're close to many top tier destinations without a terrible bill. The building has some age, but it has been upgraded nicely with all the conveniences, including the breakfast basics to start your day. There is coffee in the lobby 24/7. The Pet Friendly rooms are on the back side of the buildings with lots of room to wander with Rover (Ask for a first floor room for even more convenience!).

We enjoyed our stay. Price was reasonable. Room Clean. Hot breakfast although there was only link sausage each day to go with the scrambled eggs as well as potatoes, baked apples, biscuits and gravy, pastries/bread/waffles, juice, some fresh fruit, oatmeal with options of toppings and In the refrigerator there was cheese & salsa for the eggs, canned fruit cocktail and yogurt. Internet was very good. The computer in the lobby had a printer which we used at no charge. It was quiet in the rooms even though the motel is close to a busy road. We were on the side of the motel by a mexican restaurant which had a loud blower which you heard if you were outside.

This property is very convenient to the highway. Easy on and easy off. Waffle House is very close to the hotel. The room and bathroom were both very clean. The staff was pleasant, professional, and helpful.

Nice quite place, rooms are clean and nice property was clean. Good price. We came to town to visit family and stayed here for 4 nights. We stayed in a smoking room and the only negative thing I have to say is that they need to either air out the smoking rooms after guest leave or invest in 1 of those automatic air fresheners or something like that because the room did smell like old smoke and when taken a shower the smoke smell gets pretty bad. But still that was only problem and we took care of the smell while there with a scented candle. This was my 2 stay at this hotel and I will definitely stay here again next time in town.

We always stay at Best Western because they welcome our pets. With that said, I can make an adequate comparison. This location meets/exceeds BW standards. The breakfast staff was interactive with the guests to ensure everyones needs were met. I witnessed a breakfast staff member go above and beyone to accommodate a customers request for a "yellow packet of sweetner." Front desk staff and housekeeping always accomodated my requests and warmly greeted me everyday. Even the ground-keepers greeted me daily. Great job team Hendersonville NC BW!!!!

One of the worst Best Westerns I've ever stayed at. I arrived after midnight looking for a room, and was told there were several available. I had to try three before getting one that didn't smell very strongly musty, like old cleaning products. The rooms were obviously converted from units that were meant to have windows that open, but the windows are now sealed with only an AC unit providing air movement. Although the AC unit has high, low, and auto fan settings, the high and low settings do not keep the fan running when the AC turns on and off, so you're left with the fan cycling on and off all night, effectively preventing any sleep. To reduce this somewhat, I had to set the temperature as low as it would go on the thermostat (which of course made the room as cold as a meat locker), then had to leave the hair dryer and iron running all night just to bring the temperature back up a bit and prevent the AC fan from cycling off, which is just plain ridiculous. So basically 2700 watts wasted for 7 hours - again, ridiculous. I had noticed earlier that the people in the room next to me had fallen asleep with their door open - I'd presumed accidentally, but I came to realize it was to get some air in their room. The refrigerator, microwave, and bathroom seemed clean enough, however the small table in the room was very sticky to the touch and when sprayed with Windex I had in my car, then wiped, came away with a disgusting layer of dirt on the paper towel. And this was for a room that was significantly more expensive than many other (much nicer) Best Western (Pluses) I've stayed at recently for a *much* lower cost. In the end, I really wish I'd decided to stay at the Asheville Inn that I decided against instead of driving the extra twenty minutes to get to this Best Western. I would NOT stay here again and would tell anyone thinking about doing so to KEEP DRIVING until the AC fan problem is fixed.

Wow! I never write reviews but this place has the best customer service and Breakfast for a steal! Jessica the breakfast Queen was so friendly. Easy check out by Rhonda made you feel like you were someone special. I really enjoyed the restaurant on site and the great service. Only recommendation is to send these ladies up to the Waldorf!! Will always stay here from now on!

Booked a couple of rooms at the end of August. The check in process was quick, and we were able to get about our site seeing. This hotel is very close to all the happenings in town, also it is close enough to other attractions like Cherokee, Maggie Vally, etc. only problem I had wasn't so much of anything but a noise issue. The toilet in the room was awful loud when flushed.

Above all, due to a slick tub, my wife slipped and fell in the tub. No broken bones but a very large bruise on her left hip. Other negative items.....unstable wifi, continuously loosing signal on some tv channels and noisy plumbing. Positive item....above average breakfast for Best Western even though there is limited seating in the breakfast area. Some breakfast seating is actually scattered throughout the lobby.

We stopped at the rest area and got a coupon and they honored it for 87 on Sunday. But the man before me was told same room would be 159 . I don't think Hotels should have that much freedom to raise rates that much . The room was clean and easy to access.

I was en route from my home in South Florida to KY and was caught in a traffic jam in N.C. in I-26. Knowing I could not drive after dark, I called the Best Western at Exit 49A in Hendersonville. Amy was so sweet and promised to save me a room ...when U finally made it to the Exit, Best Western was right at the corner. Amy remembered who I was and treated me like family. Since I had difficulty walking, Perry (the maintenance man) carried my overnight bag for me. Wonderful. I had one of the cleanest, most comfortable rooms I have ever had during many years of traveling, thanks to Raquel, the housekeeper! Raquel should train all housekeepers everywhere - she is outstanding!! The next day, Rhonda checked me out and, again, treated me like family. I wish I could have afforded to stay longer!! But I had to travel on to KY. I rate this Best Western an A Plus! Thank you, Best Western, for a wonderful night on the road!!

A pool was advertised. Upon check in at 8pm, after traveling for 10 hours, we discovered that the pool closes at 8:30pm. We were told that the pool closes early because there isnt adequate lighting over the pool, and because the hotel operates a bar- having the pool open would be dangerous to intoxicated people, and the intoxicated people might disturb the children in the pool. We would not have booked the hotel had we known about the limited pool hours and bar. This hotel is not family friendly. Advertising is misleading. We will not stay at a Best Western again, and we will advise others the same. The room smelled bad and mattresses were not encased.

First room had wet carpet and smelled strongly of wet dog. They changed our room, but on the second of three nights in the new room an entire wall of electrical went out and they "fixed" it by bringing in a long extension cord to run across the room to plug in things on that wall, which created a tripping hazard.

We chose this hotel because of the location and price. It looks more run down on the outside than it actually is on the inside. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms aren't brand new but are large and updated. My only complaint is the double beds instead of queens. There were lots of choices for breakfast.

very reluctant at first to stay here. I am not a fan of outside access places, lots of light and easy access. Give this budget friendly spot a chance. Wonderful beds, But the staff can't be beat. Rhonda is the epitome of Southern hospitality. She greeted us with a smile and fixed it where I could get my points for my stay. My phone was acting up, she went above and beyond for such a small mom and pop place and printed my directions.Do yuourself a favor and stay at this gem

This is a great place with Stellar Staff. Outdoor access to rooms and outdoor pool. Rhonda is a joy and will help out in any way. Fresh coffee even in the middle of the night. Breakfast is pretty tasty for free.

Spent one night here while traveling through. Easy on and off location to the interstate. A little hesitant when we pulled in as the parking area was tore up, some debris around, but room was clean and comfortable. Has one of the better on site restaurants. Clean, pet friendly hotel near most everything in Hendersonville--right off Interstate 26 & rt 64. Good breakfast, good Mexican restaurant 'attached' to hotel. Staff was very good. Had issue with sink faucet not working & it was fixed immediately after calling front desk. Later, the front desk called my cell personally to ensure everything was fixed & OK. Not fancy, but a nice clean place to stay especially with pets. One of the best pet friendly hotels we have stayed at this year.

Upon entering the hotel the smell of mold was obvious. The carpet was so filthy and I immediately started coughing. We were there on business and my husband had to take his suit to the car so the smell didn't get into his clothing. The front desk were very understanding and refunded our reservations. The worst hotel ever. Couldn't stay there and was very disappointed.

Easy on and off to interstate. Resturant on location and very good breakfast with huge selection. The hotel was close to a clothing outlet, which was with in walking distance. There was also many other restaurants close by if you don't care for Mexican food.

I was midway through a very long road trip and needed a quick, off the interstate hotel. The "new" BW was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and empathized with this weary traveler. We enjoyed our stay at this Best Western. The room was clean and so was the rest of the hotel. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. The staff were AMAZING. Very friendly. We did have an issue with our tv and the maintenance man came right away and got it fixed in no time. Very friendly man. WE WOULD STAY AGAIN and AGAIN. We are planning a trip next year and we are planning on staying there.

The stay was excellent with wonderful staff. One in our group lost her dog on the trip and the hotel is going out of their way to assist her and us. Only issue-the A/C in my room did not work properly and I was unable to get the staff to repair the unit no matter how hard I tried. That was the only disappointing part of the trip.

Hotel is older but wel maintained. Beds comfortable. On site restaurant is wonderful. Wish it had outdoor seating. They do take out. Pet owners located in back. Tons of greenspace and huge area behind hotel where you can safely walk dogs. Hendersonville is close to anything you would want to do in the smokies. We will definitely visit again.

The room was nicely appointed, very recently updated, with just about everything that one would want. The room was clean. The breakfast was ample, with nice variety! They served real oatmeal and had chicken tenders available for breakfast, which they said kids really like, but we adults liked them too, in addition to scrambled eggs, potatoes, a breakfast meat, yogurt, etc. etc. The coffee was OK; it could have been a little bit hotter. The orange juice was average. Staff at the hotel were competent, responsive, nice, and friendly. We would go back here again.

If you expect a non-smoking room to NOT smell of cigarette smoke, then this is not the place for you. With that said, the room was clean, the staff friendly and they serve a good breakfast. I really liked the location, but next time I will stay at a different hotel and eat breakfast somewhere.

This is a really nice motel and Heather was incredibly gracious and helpful when we checked in. The room was immaculate and the bed was very comfortable. We are very particular about where we stay and we would absolutely stay here again at any time. They accomodate smokers which is very hard to find anymore and for that we are thankful. Be sure and eat at the Mexican restaurant on site. The food was delicious and service was great.

Clean, comfortable room. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful, especially at breakfast. Although we didn't have time to eat at the Mexican restaurant on the property, it certainly smelled good. Will give it a try if we stay again. Convenient location near interstate, shops and restaurants. Not far from downtown Hendersonville.

I was on a business trip and there for several days. My room was exceptionally cleaned every day. This hotel has the best free breakfast I've had, with lots of choices and the woman working at the breakfast was there immediately to refill the coffee and restock with a cheery "good morning!" She was impressive.

This MOTEL is awful. Staff are rude, place is dingy! I wanted to leave but after 7 hours on the road I just couldn't. The Mexican resteraunt is this place's only saving grace. Breakfast woman was rude, kept asking us our room number. We told her and honestly the breakfast isn't that great. This place has more to worry about than who is in what room while paying customers try to ingest powdered eggs. Milk was sour and cereal stale. Rooms are paper thin. Heard everything on both sides. NEVER AGAIN

We got in around 3am on our way to Florida from Indiana. This is a great stopping point and our rooms were waiting for us. Check out is noon so it gave us more time to sleep in. We did miss breakfast but that was our fault, they serve till 10 am. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The decor was a little dated, not bad just not modern. The cleanliness makes it a 5 star review for me.

This Best Western has a full hot breakfast from 6am to 10am. The food is Awesome and always hot and fresh. Jessica was my favorite, she was always there in the mornings to help us with breakfast and answer any questions we have. I wish we could take her home with us cause she is AMAZING..On a scale from 1 to 10 I definitely give her a 10+.

We stayed at the Best Western Hendersonville Inn three nights and were very pleased with its location, the cleanliness of the room, the beds were very comfortable and new, the breakfast are was spotless and had a large variety of both hot and cold foods. The staff was informative and kind. We will definatly stay here again. There is also a Mexican restaurant on the premises where we dined twice, the food and drinks were delicious.

My room was cold. I turned up the heat some, but it still ran cold. And then I went to bed and had only a very thin coverlet, not really enough for the subfreezing temperatures outside. Then I went to look for a blanket -- no luck. So I used the thin coverlet of the second bed They gave me the worst room even though there were 30 vacant rooms. Lots of traffic noise, the farthest from the lobby, second floor. The property is not real new. Breakfast was good, price was decent, location OK except for the road noise. Average Best Western, will not seek it out on my next trip through.

Had a reservation. Ck'd in. Visited the toilet. Pushed handle down to flush. Didn't take down paper. Let fill, tried a couple of times. Called Frt. Desk. Sent maintenance man. Told it would take another day to fix. Load up , transfer to another room. Similar problem. Repair man again. Tried a couple times like us. Finally holding down it flushed. Though we had attempted, didnt work. AND thruout the night we ended up putting paper in plastic bag to dispose of outside. Paid over $120 for gross toilet experience. Never had this experience in even a low grade motel. No satisfaction. Be Sure to always check toilet flushing.

Front desk called the room a few minutes after I checked in to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I was having a problem with the bolt lock on the door. The maintenance people, Perry and Joanne arrived immediately. They were very courteous and had the problem fixed within minutes. Staff at this location was very helpful and friendly.

Our room was located in the rear of the property where it was quiet. There was a day we did not have water - not because of Best Western - but the state and the town. We were supplied with bottled water and a day off of our 5 day reservation! PS - the breakfast food was great including the woman handling it - Jessica!

Place is okay, not the best in town. Everything fits for what you pay. My family stayed here just crossing through. Rhonda is really great. Didn't eat breakfast and wifi is kinda slow. Would stay here again if it was a spur of moment trip.

1st of all this is a dump!! 70's decor in lobby, keys didn't work, caution tape by the pool.. They made a copy of my Drivers license which is illegal, Front desk lady outside by the door smoking, and on her phone. If I hadn't booked 3rd party I would have left. Never again. Do yourself a favor and sleep in the parking lot of a Walmart. Breakfast was disgusting. Watered down juice, and homeless looking people shoving me away to stuff yogurt in a backpack. Looked for someone to report this to, but attendant was vaping in the corner. When asked if I enjoyed my stay I was shocked. Look around how could I? Will never stay here again. My advise? Burn this dump to the ground

This place has cute decor. Friendly staff, Rhonda is such a dream to work with. Most places hand you a key and you just go on. Everyone was so nice here! Dan was great making sure there was hot coffee in the lobby in the middle of the night. The price was great, the beds even better!

Basic motel room with basic free breakfast with very friendly and helpful staff. Location is great with easy access to highway. Room was very clean with comfortable beds, but room is dated and was stuffy until we ran the air handler for awhile.

This motel doesn't have the best curb side appeal, but it does have good value and great staff. Rhonda is a warm person who makes you feel like you are welcomed. The rooms are on the outside, so there's that. Breakfast was better than most places.

The hot water heater needs to be fixed/replace as there was NO hot water. The breakfast area was too small to hold the guests that were eating, needs to be bigger. The bed was comfy and I was able to get a good night's rest.

Spent Saturday night, December 29th. Staff was friendly, check in was easy. The room was nice. The bed was comfortable, and we slept well. Parking seemed plentiful. We did not try breakfast. Our biggest complaint was that the shower water never got warm enough. The whole room was very clean. Not bad, just not great.

My (new) car stranded my family on the side of the road . We stayed at the Best Western and the staff was so awesome at meeting our needs. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The best hotel I've ever been to hands down!

Bullet points- - Great breakfast - Clean grounds - Super conveniently located - Very comfy beds. - Excellent value! Went for a quick get away, pet friendly and there was no "pet" smell in the room. I've stayed at this particular Inn many times and I've never been disappointed. Even the "noisy rooms" (those facing the main road) are quiet towards bed time! It is an older Inn but the staff and friendly folk that stay there more than make up for that. Also the restaurant it totally top notch!

We like to park by our room if possible and this hotel did offer this and we backed up to our room. The staff was excellent at the breakfast area, check in and check out and our room was very clean. We were going to drive onto Asheville but the prices seemed much higher. So glad we stopped at this location a great price for a nice clean hotel. I think it's important when people give reviews that you are comparing similar hotels of the same caliber. That's why this location earns a 5 in it's category. I'd stay here again with no hesitation.

The rooms are nice and clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet was better than many higher priced hotels. Try the fried apples... really good. The only reason I hesitated to give it 5 stars is that all the rooms are on the outside and I prefer inside rooms. It's worth the price.

We stayed in a handicap room, which had a roll-in shower with a seat. Very handy. Everyone we met who worked there was friendly and helpful. The breakfast has a much better selection than most hotels. The attached Mexican restaurant is also quite good, and was a welcome find so we didn't have to go back out in the rush-hour traffic.

My family & I stayed here over the weekend and I must say we were very pleased. Our room was VERY clean. First impressions are usually how a room smells and this one was indeed "fresh." In room shampoo, conditioner & lotion are made from Argan Oil and will make you feel like you're at a Spa. Staff is friendly and genuinely seem to care about you. Breakfast is a really nice one put out by people who care. Different hot options (sausage, potatoes, eggs, oatmeal, grits) cold cereal, toast, pasties and of course juice & coffee. Very nice, well kept up property. We will be back for future visits.

My recent stay was to attend a wedding at a local vineyard. Location was very good for the travel to the service. Accommodations were clean and very comfortable. We booked this hotel, because it was near the vineyard where we would be attending a weekend wedding. The hotel is clean, the staff is all very nice. The breakfast is wonderful, breakfast contained chicken, waffles, eggs, oatmeal, grits, apple soufle. It was the best breakfast I've had in a hotel buffet. The cleaning staff was wonderful. Johanna and Fernanda were very helpful and attentive during our stay.. made sure we had plenty of blankets.

The two women who managed the breakfast room, Roxie and Jessica, were very friendly, kept the room clean and well-stocked, and made sure everyone was taken care of. I highly recommend this motel!

This is a motel, not a hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. Rhonda who checked us out was such a warm person. The only issue I had was the rude breakfast girl. I just chalked it up to a bad day. The beds were very nice and I like that they have a fridge in the rooms. This place was rather pricey but front desk, house keeping, and the restauraant staff were great.

My husband and I visited this hotel the last night of our mountain vacation. We found the hotel in a coupon book available at Rest Areas and gas stations. They honored the advertised price, but they told my husband we would have to have a second story room or it would be seven dollars more. There is no elevator in the hotel. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. There was a microwave and mini-fridge and coffee maker in the room. There were plenty of towels and wash clothes. There was a combo tub and shower. The room was very clean. The complimentary breakfast was good and we both ate it even though we were not hungry. We enjoyed talking to the lady in charge of breakfast and the other diners. We stayed until the noon checkout time because we were tired and needed the rest before the 271 mile drive home. The hotel has a Mexican Restaurant inside the hotel, but there is one across the street where we ate the night we stayed which was good. There was also a swimming pool which we did not use. The a.c. worked well. The only issue we had was that the satellite tv channels had sporadic reception, but we were tired and did not complain about this and they might could have improved upon it if we complained, but we were too tired to worry about it. Mountain areas seem to have more reception issues. We also appreciated that they called to make sure the room was all right as soon as we got settled in.

This location is exactly what we needed on our trip home from a family reunion. Although the BW website indicated that there was no availability, a phone call to the hotel's local number provided us with information to the contrary. There were seven rooms available, and we were given an excellent rate. The location is very convenient for those not wanting to go far from the major highways.

We only stayed for one night but really enjoyed our stay. Room was large, clean and very comfortable. Staff was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable about the area. The attached Mexican restaurant was a hidden gem. The Texas fajitas were awesome! The breakfast was one of the best we have had a Best Western!

A tree fell on my house July 8th, 2018. Insurance booked room for me and my dog. Although I would've rather been home I grew very fond of the BW. The cleaning staff was phenomenal especially my primary staff person Aidee. She always kept the room clean, well stocked and was so welcoming. I felt safe among the friendly and responsive staff. The on-site Mexican restaurant served delicious food and was convenient when I needed a real meal. The space to walk my dog was perfect. A large, open parking lot with smattering of trees and emptied by 6pm helped keep him fit. The rooms are not trapped in closed hallways so you can opt for fresh air during the day and the bed was luxurious! I left on August 28th.

We booked late on a busy weekend evening, so we probably overpaid for the quality of the stay. The room was clean but the interior is dated. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Try to get a room away from the crowd, as the room walls are not very soundproofed and the entry doors aren't too heavy.

Roxie is the sweetest and really knows how to please the guests. By far the best breakfast and best hotel breakfast host. I hope everyone has as fun fun there as we did. Love you from Michigan. Thank you so much.

Overall, our family had a great experience staying at this hotel for three nights. Upon checking-in, the lobby was clean and organized. The attendant was efficient and got us into our room within minutes. We were assigned a room on the first floor, which was great because we had quite a few bags. What was really awesome was that there was a parking spot corresponding to the room, so our parking spot was right in front of the front door. This made it very convenient to offload our bags and to grab things from the car. The one odd thing about this room was upon entering, the floor felt moist. We chalked this up to the cleaning crew who may have steam or wet-cleaned the carpet prior to us arriving, so we had to wear socks all night. By the end of the night, our socks were fairly damp, but it kept our feet dry for the most part. The only other thing was that the left plastic toilet seat screw was loose, so we had to deal with a loose toilet seat. It wasn't worth calling management about, but perhaps the hotel staff need to review a checklist or something to ensure all rooms are 100% ready for guests. Other than that, the room was clean and suitable for our needs. It came with a 3-foot refrigerator, microwave (both which we needed for our toddler food), adequate wi-fi connectivity (had work to do), a desk, coffee machine, 32" flat screen TV with basic cable, and a small dining table near the window. Our particular room had two double beds, which is the same thing as two full-sized beds. This was exactly what we reserved online and what we got. The bathroom counter was large and was more than sufficient to temporarily place hygiene items for me and my spouse. The shower head did not adjust or move (was fixed), but we did not mind. Overall, the room wasn't fancy by any means, but it was more than sufficient for our needs. Another great thing about this hotel is that it provided a complementary breakfast that nearly had everything you would normally want. The variety is much greater than simple continental breakfasts. Every morning, there was fresh scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, grits, oatmeal, cereal, four different juices, milk, waffle batter, three types of syrup, fresh fruit, a coffee station, and yogurt. The only thing it did not have was bacon. We were extremely satisfied with breakfast, and the staff member who worked the breakfast/kitchen was very courteous, engaged, and kept the breakfast room stocked and clean. Breakfast hours were from 6-10am, and there were plenty of tables and chairs. For those guests who left negative reviews on this breakfast, I'm not quite certain what they are expecting. You literally eat a variety of food and as much as you want -- AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. Is it gourmet quality? No, but it is more than sufficient and a service that many hotels that costs much more don't offer. Perhaps those who strongly complained about the free breakfast are simply self-entitled and should stay at a fancier hotel for their preference. There is also a mexican restaurant located within the lobby, which I thought was great. You can google their menu from your phone to get an idea of what they have. I ordered a few entrees and all tasted great. The service was fast and the prices were reasonable. To burn some of the energy my toddler had, we walked the grounds of the hotel. I was pleased to notice that there wasn't any trash laying around in the parking lot, and that it was quiet. They also have a pool, but we did not make use of it.

we rented 2 rooms on July 31st, checked out by 6:30 am on August 1st. Shortly after lunch we were informed that we would be on that job again the next day so I contacted Best Western to reserve 2 rooms for the night- less than 45 minutes later plans were changed (beyond our control) and we were informed that we would be NOT be there the following day- I immediately called the hotel back to cancel the reservations and was informed that we COULD NOT get our money back????? So in short they made $250 dollars for reserving (2) rooms for less than an hour- In our line of work sudden changes happen ALOT but never once in 5 years have we ever had a motel refuse to refund us!! Just really surprised at BEST WESTERN- I thought they had better customer relations than that

We enjoyed the pool though there were no steps which makes it quit hard for the elderly. Parking was hard as there is also a very good Mexican Resturant on the same property. We were grateful for a room in the area that wasn't out of our budget.

The positive side, Amy at the front desk was wonderful at check in. Jessica was also great with the breakfast. They also had more choices then most. It's an older place that has been let go too long. The tolit tank was leaking which made it run all the time and the handle would stick when flushing. The shower curtain had mold and mildew on it. The towels and washcloths were old. The mattress needs to be replaced. I would not stay here again.

This motel has obviously been under some serious renovations. The outside is beautifully redone and well maintained and the inside is charming with new furniture and decor. There are some great additions such as a 3 ft. high stainless steel refrigerator that actually works, a full sized ironing board and iron, a luggage rack, and nice area for hanging clothes. It reminded me of how motels used to be in the 60's and 70's. My only complaints were the musty odor in our room, a somewhat limited breakfast if you have allergies, and very loud truck traffic. It might also have been the worse coffee I've ever had. Other positives were the nice staff, easy interstate access, and clean rooms. I would stay here again but I'd go to Starbucks in the morning.

First off, as soon as I went in my room I immediately smelled wet dog all through it. Then they didn't have enough outlets. There was gunk all over the bathroom floor. The sheets felt very disgusting and like I was sleeping on already used sheets. I only stayed at this place because all other hotels were full at the time. I was also afraid to take off my shoes because of the filth!

We're used to renting a cabin so I wasn't sure what to expect from a hotel that you drive up to the door. We had plenty of hot water and I do mean hot! Our room was cleaned every day by staff who gave attention to detail. My husband loves a big breakfast and he has never enjoyed what a hotel serves. They have more choices for breakfast items than I can list. Including home fry potatoes, eggs, sausage, sausage gravy, biscuits, waffles, yogurt, fresh fruit, all sorts of bread, pastries, juices, coffee, hot tea/chocolate, milk, my favorite was the fried apples. Oatmeal, grits, and I still haven't list every thing. He was very content to eat there. They even had a staff member who constantly stocked the breakfast items. I would definitely stay here again.

After spending our first night at another hotel in the area that was dirty and smelly, we were so thrilled to get a room at this Best Western. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. We wanted adjoining rooms for our family and the staff was super nice and very accommodating. Would stay here again.

We were on our way home from Florida and needed a place to stay for the night. This hotel was conveniently located, and thankfully had a room available. Our room had 2 double beds. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We were overall pleased with the room. The breakfast was OK, but the biscuits were cold. Really, the breakfast was the only negative thing I could say about this hotel.

This is one of those places where good ownership makes a difference. It's a roadside motel with exterior entry off a relatively busy road, with your typical construction worker guests and bevy of white trucks. I usually avoid hotels like this, but trusted the TripAdvisor reviews. The service, from front desk to cleaning staff is top-notch. The rooms, while small and older are clean. Beds aren't the best and AC needs to be really cranked to be effective. Don't expect the Four Seasons, but if you just need a place to lay your head, it gets the job done.

5??'s all the way! Everything was amazing. Wish we could have stayed longer. Room was wonderful! Soft beds, and hot shower. Caroline was very sweet and informative at check in. Jessica and Roxie did a wonderful job keep up with breakfast. Everything was very good and fresh. Caroline was also very sweet, and introduced me to Best Western Rewards during check out. Loved it here, and can't wait to return soon. Great management. Amy does a wonderful job, and has an amazing team. Everyone was always smiling and was very helpful.

We checked in late and received a King Bed Non-smoking room. Found the hotel grounds to be well manicured and clean. The room its self was very clean and even though it was facing the highway - it was really quiet. I thought the room was a little larger than most rooms as it had a small sofa and coffee table with still enough room to move around well. The bed was Super Comfy ! The bathroom and the entire room was SPARKLING CLEAN ! The front desk staff was really nice and polite. I would definitely stay here again.

This place is a no frills motel, but the staff and clean rooms make up for it. Sarah, and Roxy make this place seem like a home away from home. My advice, use a travel coupon. The rooms are updated and clean. Will stay again

Excellent location for the Asheville, NC area. Clean and a very good staff. Excellent buffet breakfast and restaurant on premises. A slight door lock problem was immediately fixed by maintenance. The only negative was noise from the adjoining rooms however you find this in most motels. Highly recommend.

My husband, our little pup, and I stayed here. I am pretty picky about hotel cleanliness, appearance, breakfast, and overall accommodations. We stayed here for 4 nights. I want to say that it was definitely one of the cleanest and nicest hotels we have stayed in. It looked as though it had just been renovated. We did not see any issues in the room at all. The staff was also very friendly. When we walked to breakfast there were many who waved and said hello. The lady who ran the breakfast (Roxy?) was very attentive and sweet. Breakfast was pretty good with a good variety. They had sausage, eggs, baked apples, chicken fingers, potatos, grits, oatmeal, yogurt and all the other yummy carbs. The location is very good too. I would give this place 100% positive review except we did not like paying $15 a day for the pet fee. See they are going to thoroughly clean the room anyway so why charge so much extra because you have a pet. Maybe $15 per stay whether it be 1 day or 5 days. Our dog would never pee or poop on floor. I think if somebody has a pet that messes up the carpet or bed which us people could do the same thing then charge the extra cleaning fee to their bill. We normally always stay at Laquinta Inn because they never charge a pet fee. We love that!!!! The problem is that Hendersonville does not have any Laquinta Inn's. Why over-charge and penalize us because we have a dog. People can make just as a big mess as a dog. It makes us think they are just trying to get extra money from us like they did....an extra $60! We are just glad the hotel, staff, and breakfast was very nice so that truly helped. So my rating is only 90% due to the dog policy.

We were on a golf vacation heading to Myrtle Beach when we stopped at the Best Western in Hendersonville N.C..Check in was a breeze and the desk clerk was very helpful in finding a neighborhood bar were we could relax for awhile. The rooms were very clean and smelled fresh, which was great, since the last place we stayed had a musty smell in their rooms. Breakfast in the morning was excellent with plenty of hot food and anything else you wanted. Check out was also easy. Over all this hotel was excellent especially for the price.

Came to this hotel late in the evening. Had a wonderful check in. We were pleasantly surprised at the price (we DID have a coupon). The room was super clean. Had 4 sets of towels (outstanding), mattress soft and sheets clean. All electrical outlets worked and the lights were functioning. Breakfast was very good. The room was fine but it was pricey and noisy. You could hear people talking outside and rolling their suitcases down the pavement. It was so loud you would've thought the window was open. The price was high, I guess because it was Memorial Day weekend night but not worth it. We came in for the free breakfast and there were nearly any eggs left and no sausage or bacon in the tray. We were disappointed.

We enjoyed our visit. The staff was friendly and helpful at check in. Explaining and answering any questions I had. The room was well equipped with towels and very clean. I will definitely stay here again.

Comfortable bed, quiet room, slippery tub and very soft water. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Good breakfast bar. Had minor issue trying to unlock the door -- had to have the manager help us get in to the room. Friendly staff. Convenient location. Unique toilet had a pressurized flush. Overall good place to stay.

Might have been the last non-smoking room, but it actually WAS. I suspected it to be 'formerly smoking', but no - very clean. Basic. Comfortable. Keeps you in touch with the world too. You'll miss little of the traffic noise on Chimney Rock Road. And hey, I-26 access is incredibly convenient too. So that's the good and bad of it. Great staff. And breakfast (ah, those powdered eggs in college - I got to liking 'em) was wonderful. OJ was real; if not, it fooled me. Eggs, potatoes, fried apples! Oh my. Waffles. Pastries, not much left out and it was all pretty tasty...or I was beyond hungry. Wish I could also call the place economical. Oh well. If you use the phone: Beware! They have volume controls. (huh?) I discovered this feature on the handset I nearly dropped at that 3-alarm dial-tone. OMG! Dial 'er back and you'll be fine.

The best part of our two day stay at the BW motel was meeting Roxie. She runs the breakfast activities in the morning. She is a real charm The worst part was the "El Paso" grill/bar. It is not worth further discussion or review. The staff is worthless. The value of motel was worth exactly what we paid. It was clean, the hot water showers were hot, and the environment basically quiet except for the "smokers". We stayed in the back away from the traffic on the ground floor. I do not like having the HVAC window units so near the parking slots. So we "bogarted" the parking slot immediately in front of our room. I would recommend: 1> Stay in rooms away from the stairs since the "smokers" gather there for smokes and talk. 2> The motel probably needs to install cameras at suitable sites to allow observation of the halls and parking areas. 3> If you have to visit the Asheville area and want to save big dollars with just a minor amount of location-inconvience this is the place.

Front Desk Manager is rude and uninformed I have booked hotels using Hotwire since 2003, and have only had what happened to me at this best western happen twice in the past 15 years. Hotwire gives you 2 options: choose your own bed, or hotel chooses your bed type. Sometimes the hotel won't give you the option to choose your own bed, so you're stuck with "hotel chooses your bed type". This is almost never a problem for me, as, given that hotels are in the hospitality business, if they have a larger bed size available, they will either offer it to you as a courtesy, or for an additional fee. Unfortunately, this hotel is run by people who do not care about the comfort or concerns of their customers, and are all around bad stewards of other human beings. After driving for 12 hours, I checked in with Dan, the front desk manager. I asked him if there were any King sized beds available. He responded "yes", and then proceeded to hand me a receipt that showed that he had given me a room with 2 double beds. I said, "wait, I wanted a King sized bed". His response? "Unfortunately, when you book through 3rd party websites we cannot altar the reservation". I said, "But wait, my reservation says that the hotel choose the bed type. And you just told me that you have king sized beds available." His response? "Unfortunately, when you book through 3rd party websites, we cannot altar the reservation". As if I was some dunce who needs to have the same robotic response repeated to me in response to any question or concern that I pose. So I tried again; "I'm not asking you to change anything. I'm asking for you to choose a king sized bed for me, since you just told me that you had them available." His response" "Unfortunately, when you book through 3rd party websites, we cannot altar the reservation". At this point I realized that he was not only unwilling to be a decent person, but was also going to continue to be the exact opposite of what you would expect a manager to be; helpful, accommodating, solution-oriented". I said, "Ok, I realize that some hotels do not offer the courtesy of accommodating their customers, and want to make more money off of people, and charge a fee for a king sized bed. So, what is the fee for getting a King Sized bed? My husband is a large guy, and he needs a larger bed than a double.". His response? "Unfortunately, when you book through 3rd party websites, we cannot altar the reservation." I said, "I want to speak to the manager." He said, "I am the manager." I said, "Really?!? You're the manager of this entire hotel?!? You?" He said, "No, he's out of town at a conference, so I'm in charge". I told him at that point that I had only had a hotel with plenty of king sized beds refuse to give me one twice in my life; once in Texas, and now once more at his establishment in North Carolina. Being from the south myself, I told him that it was such a shame that some people in the south could be so rude and inhospitable, and I left with my keys to the room with double beds. This foolish individual does not seem to get that this is NOT how you treat people. I called Hotwire to find out if I had been wrong all these years, regarding their policy that the reservation that says that the hotel chooses the bed type means that if they have available king sized beds that they should have offered me one. The hotwire customer service staff confirmed that this hotel was supposed to either offer me a king sized bed as a courtesy, or offer it to me for an additional fee. That this Dan guy did this on purpose, either out of ignorance, or spite. We suffered through 2 nights in a filthy, smelly room that had old, uncomfortable beds, and I vowed to follow up with the general manager when "he" got back in town. It turns out that the "he" is actually a "she", so Dan lied about that too. I waited a few days and called the hotel to ask for the voice mail of the general manager. The lady at the front desk didn't want to give me a phone number for the general manager. She offered to leave my name and number and have her call me back. This never happened. I called best western customer service and told them my entire experience. They confirmed with me the same thing that hotwire said, which was that the hotels who use hotwire have 3 options when it comes to bed size. They can either say, 1. Yes, we have a king sized bed and yes you can have it, 2. Yes, we have a king sized bed and for a fee you can have it, or 3. I'm sorry, but we have booked all of our king sized beds already; they aren't available. What they are not supposed to do is dangle a King sized bed in front of you and then laugh and smile as they give you a double bed, and then tell you that even for a fee you can't have it. But that's what this hotel chose to do. the best western customer service assured me that someone WOULD get back in touch with me to resolve this. But, nothing got resolved. All that happened was, 2-3 days after I filed my complaint with best western customer service, I got a terse, 2-line email from the general manager of this best western, Amy Moser, that essentially said, "I'm sorry for your inconvenience, and that I wasn't there to be able to tell you that we cannot altar 3rd party reservations". So, it seems that even the general manager of the hotel is going to hold this fallacious position, rather than admit that Dan the man acted inappropriately with me, and apologize to me for being discriminated against and not given a chance to have a bed that would fit my husband and myself. I wrote her back and said that her response was not acceptable, and that I needed to speak with her on the phone. She never responded, or called. I just called best western customer service again today to follow up with them to let them know that nothing was resolved, and their response to me was, since she wrote that 2-line email, that by definition, it's resolved. Really?!? My advice; stay away from the Best Western in Hendersonville, NC. They don't care about you, they are greedy, and their establishment is gross and unpleasant.

First off, Roxie who was in charge of breakfast was great, the only positive aspect of our stay. There was dried urine on the toilet. When brought to the front desk persons attention she said she would have the manager get in touch which never happened. I stay in hotels 3+ months a year and have never experienced that. I've stayed in $10 hostels in Asia that didn't have urine on the toilets. To not get a response from anyone regarding this is frustrating. Not even an apology from the front desk person when mentioned. The key reader on our door didn't work, keys had to be remade each time we needed to enter. An ID was not asked for any of those times, nor at check in. Room smelled of dog, springs were very apparent in the beds. I felt bad having brought my mother here. Would not recommend or stay again.

Fabulous place to stay! Very clean and comfortable room. All of the staff that we had contact with were very pleasant and helpful. The on-site restaurant was wonderful, great food and drinks. Great place and very affordable. We will stay again!

We had a no smoking room but there was still some smoke smell. Besides that the bed was comfortable and the room clean. They have a nice hot and cold breakfast with a great selection. The pool is currently being repaired so if that's important stay elsewhere.

We stayed here for 3 nights and totally enjoyed the comfort and hospitality of the staff and hotel accommodations. We were very happy with the excellent service provided by the front desk, housekeeping and breakfast personnel. The breakfast provided a wonderful start to our busy day. It was great to just walk downstairs and enjoy a variety of breakfast items including fresh oatmeal, waffles, eggs, sausage, juice and coffee. Our room was very clean, comfortable and quiet and any requests we made to front desk were handled promptly and efficiently. Upon our return to Hendersonville, we will definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at this motel many times and have always been happy with my stay. I am so glad to have a pet friendly room so that I can have my baby with me. I always enjoy shopping at World of Clothing which is just across the street. The rooms are always clean and the beds comfortable. The staff is always so courteous and helpful. The breakfast is always great. I will continue to stay at this inn when I'm in Hendersonville

Overall a clean value priced motel (rooms are entered directly from outside). Cool Points Price There is a Mexican restaurant adjacent to the lobby (we did not eat there), a Waffle House, Outback and Ingles grocery store nearby Pet-friendly - we brought our dog and it was easy to walk her as they had a dog walk area Staff was friendly, especially at the free breakfast buffet Location - Right off the main route to Chimney Rock and I-26, 5 min. from quaint downtown I ran out of deodorant and the hotel gave me a free travel size Old Spice! Not So Cool Points I reserved a non-smoking room and my room smelled of slightly of smoke, I passed it off as it is a tobacco state and we arrived late and knowing we had a dog and hotel was sold out, I did not complain The dog walk area had a bag dispenser for picking up behind your pet, however, it was empty while we were there (I brought my own plastic grocery bags) Rooms have a brick wall closest to the bed and the opposite wall we could slightly hear our neighbor's TV and they were seniors so they may have had it up louder than average.

We stayed here for an overnight trip. The check in process was super easy. The rooms were very nicely updated, clean and cozy. I wish I had known the place was pet friendly because then I would have brought along my fur baby. If we end up back in the area I'll definitely book here.

The staff were very friendly and I had asked online for a king bed versus the two doubles which was all the online portal was letting me select. The staff called me to tell me I had booked a smoking room and they didn't have a king smoking but they had a non smoking. I was so glad they called because I wasn't aware I had booked a smoking room as I didn't even know hotels still had smoking rooms as most I stay at no longer allow smoking in their hotels. I really was thankful they called me. The breakfast options were even better then many of the places that offer breakfast. The staff were very nice at check in and check out. We booked at the last minute so overall we were very pleased with the stay. We will stay again if ever in the area. Thanks The Crowder Family

A conveniently located hotel in the Asheville/Hendersonville area. Located right off of I-26 and an easy drive to Chimney Rock. This motel is value priced and has a nice breakfast too. It is also located close to a shopping center that has a 24-hour Walmart store which is very useful in case you need to get any item you might have forgotten to pack.

Very nice hotel with an excellent breakfast with such a good variety of food. I really enjoyed my stay there with an excellent staff and willingness to help. There was such a variety of breakfast food and everything was very nicely displayed and easy to find everything that one needed for breakfast.

Old hotel renovated. We stayed in back to avoid the road noise from the front side. The back I guess was even louder due to the hoodlum wannabees at congregated outside our room door area. I stayed up most the night on the couch on full alert. I could hear everything in rooms next to us and above us. The next morning summed up our experience. I actually heard the guest in next room peeing in his bathroom. I was on the couch in our room, door closed.

The room was clean and the king bed very comfortable. The room also had a small refrigerator. They served a buffet breakfast of eggs, biscuits and gravy, chicken tenders, sausage or bacon, pancakes, muffins, toast, etc. It's centrally located to a walmart, several fast food restaurants and less than 3 miles from Hendersonville's downtown area. They also allow pets.

We were looking for an area that was near a 1-2 drive, from Chimney Rock, Catawba,and Knoxville. This is the place to stay. It's right by the interstate, the breakfast was good. Lots of local eateries,pubs and scenic areas. 15 mins from Asheville. The only disappointing part of the stay was the door to the room. It malfunctioned on us multiple times in 4 days. Other than that, rooms were clean, and cozy,

Nice place to stay for a older motel well keep clean decent room. Needs new mattress or toppers would help. overall good place for night stay reasonable price. grounds are well kept and very pleasent front desk person.

The accommodations were very pleasing, and our 3-day stay in mid-March was very enjoyable. We'd definitely recommend this motel to anyone who plans to be in the area.The restaurant on the property offered excellent service and a good value for one's money.

My husband and I had been driving all day from Daytona Beach, Florida all the way to Hendersonville, North Carolina. We were tired & worn out. Usually, I am one that likes to check out reviews on TripAdvisor before making reservations with hotels because of some travel experiences I have had with just going with a hotel because of the price being reasonable, but in this case we were very pleasantly surprised by the fact that we got a nice room that had been recently renovated with nice vinyl, wood plank looking floor in the bathroom, newer looking fixtures in the bath, a nice shower head, flat screw tv, microwave and small refrigerator and comfortable beds. I usually preferred an inside corridor hotel and that's the only reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 here because the door didn't quite look like it was sealed off completely but that's not a major flaw with all the nice things that were done at this place. Plus an added bonus of having a great free breakfast and an attached Mexican restaurant at this hotel was an awesome place.

The room looked recently renovated with new paint and carpet. The bed was a bit softer than we usually like, but we slept well. Breakfast was a mess - there was a bus load of college athletes descending on the free buffet. We only wanted juice, but even that was in short supply. Fortunately there are other options nearby and we never choose a hotel for the breakfast! Staff were efficient and professional in our dealings.

I had two nights on my way from North to South, mainly for checking the environment with Chimney Rock betwen them. Although from the outside it more looked like a motel (Car directly in front of room), the lobby and the rooms are much more like I was used from other BestWestern and BestWesternPlus hotels. Everything was there, including microwave and refrigerator. The room was very clean and staff I met was very friendly.The night was quiet, until about 5:30-6am when noise was heard from the neighbor roads.

Breakfast hostess very friendly and efficient - kept food supplied and tables cleaned. Front desk clerk at check in very nice, as was man who checked us out in the morning. El Paso Restaurant (located in lobby) has yummy food and great drinks - great to have a margarita at the end of a long day of travel.

Room & bathroom were clean and recently renovated. Breakfast area was also clean and well kept with a good range of items. Liked the dispenser for plastic knives/forks/spoons which kept them clean until dispensed. Helpful breakfast room staff. Rooms opened to outside which meant a cold walk to breakfast and several channels were not available or kept pixelating on the TV in our room.

Great room for the price. Older hotel that they have spent time updating. It's a great price for the room you get. Lots of shopping and food to eat near by. There is a Mexican restaurant in the lobby that has amazing food

Terrible noise at 11pm and beyond from high pressure water washing at the restaurant. Ask what could be done, nothing it wasn't the hotel, it was the restaurant. BTW, the restaurant is part of the motel lobby. Very small breakfast area.

I always go to the Best Western I love it my Favorite Hotel in Hendersonville N.C and I love there Breakfast especially their biscuits and gravy... BEST WESTERN HOTELS ROCK... I LOVE AND ENJOY MY STAY EVERY TIME I STAY...

Best Western overall is my hotel of choice. The one issue I have is that every time I stay at the BW in Hendersonville, NC, at some point the door cards quit working and I have to have them reset. This is a big inconvenience as I normally have my hands full, or the weather is awful and I hate having to go to the office.

I never write reviews but This Hotel knows what they are doing! Roxie the breakfast lady was wonderful. Sara is also very good. I asked about the senior rate after I checked in, my fault and she adjusted the rate. Will recommend if you are traveling through NC stop here

Room was nice I made the reservation on the best western site if you sign up for the rewards program they give a discount. So of course I did, and after taxes the room came out to what everyone had as the price. So I was pleased at that already. The room was clean and so was the bathroom. The lady at check in was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was average for most places. Some hot stuff, cereal fruit, waffle maker, etc coffee, tea and hot chocolate, orange and apple juice. There's also a Mexican restaurant if you don't want to go anywhere. Plenty of places to eat nearby, nice downtown selection of pub's and restaurants. Easy access to shopping as well. Didn't have to stay more then one day, but I would stay here again. For where it's located it wasn't really noisy at all. Which also goes along with the types of people staying there when you are.

sheets would not stay on mattress lumpy mattress on bed nearest bathroom we have had better beds when we stayed there in the past I've stayed there since this hotel was a Remada Inn I know the hotel very well The location is good for us I hope there is improvement before I return

My Husband and I stayed at this BW twice, the staff is super friendly, the rooms are updated, the ONLY issue we have is with their "water saving" toilet, it's not much of a water saver when you have to flush the toilet 3 times just to flush down urine and tissue. So it's not much of a water saver, it's a pain in the butt for sure. And the sink is made for 4 feet tall people, lol. But other than that, it's a great place. The bed is ok, not great, but ok. We will always stay here when we are in town.

Very friendly staff all the way around. Clean room and very well taken care of. Showerhead needs replaced. Breakfast bar well stocked. It was very cold there and the room heater worked well. Like the lotion that was provided.

A sudden appearance of Black Ice on i - 26 shut down the highway for the night. Most of us Travelers were scrambling to find a place to stay for the night while the roads were cleared. The staff of the Best Western were able to calmly handle the sudden influx of people even while the computer system kept crashing and the key maker was no longer working. The maintenance crew work so hard throughout the night to help everyone access their rooms and it sure that they were okay. I cannot say thank you enough to the staff of this Best Western for their help that night while myself and my girlfriend we're trying to find a warm place to stay the night.

We decided to take a trip to the mountains for Christmas and we had the best time with the winery's and the beautiful sights in Hendersonville, Ashville, and Cherokee NC. There was a lot of things to do and see as well as great places to shop in the Outlet malls.

This place can't be beat, jana, carolina gave the meaning of hospitality. Wonderful stay, breakfast was good, rooms very clean. The decor in the lobby was just gorgeous. I highly recommend this property. Will stay again

The room was very clean. Many things had been updated, particularly in the bathroom area. This hotel is convenient to the interstate. The best part was that checkout wasnt until noon-no need to rush out!

Although this appears to be an older hotel it was been maintained well and is very clean. I stayed in a king room that offered a couch, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and nice LG flat screen tv. The room was very clean and comfortable. Although it is right off the exit I did not hear any freeway traffic at all. In fact it was one of the quietest hotels I've ever stayed in. They offer the standard continental breakfast fare. They even have a Mexican restaurant on sight that has delicious food. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel.

The room I was given at first was non-smoking but smelled like smoke. However, the attendant gave me another room right away. I did have a problem with noise from the guests next door. I'm sure the staff would have helped out but I didn't report it. I HIGHLY recommend the El Paso Mexican restaurant adjoining the lobby. The breakfast was very good and had good variety!

Due to storm/power outages, Hotel where reservations were made was closed- This caused all the other Hotels to fill up. This Hotel was also full but they had one room that required Maintenance and was listed unable to stay in. Member of the staff- maintenance was in the Lobby- had to have seen the desperation on my face ran out into the parking lot and stopped me just before I got to my car- Explained to me there is an issue with the Door Lock but he feels it can be corrected- do I want it- yes and he did- it was fine. When all looks hopeless, someones kindness can change everything. I went from desperation to being a very Happy Camper- Thank- you Best Western

My husband and I were supposed to stay here tonight, however, due to an unforeseen winter storm moving through and dangerous road conditions, were were unable to make it all the way to Hendersonville and had to stop for the night in Spartanburg. When I called the hotel to explain, they said I would still be charged. I asked if there was a way to appeal this decision, since Mother Nature is out of my control, and was told no, that the refund policy is very strict. When I told the girl at the desk that, although it wasn't her fault, that I thought this policy was inconsiderate and unacceptable, but I did understand, she just hung up on me. I will not ever book a another stay at a best western property.

The Best Western is clean and comfortable. Centrally located for our needs. The staff is always helpful. Our beds are sleep worthy......one of our main complaints at other places is the bed is just not as comfortable.

Nice place to stay.. rooms are affordable and comfy.. staff is very kind and helpful.. they offer a very good (hot) breakfast as well as a restaurant on the property.. would definitely recommend this motel!!

Reported no TV signal and nothing was done to fix it. I was told I was the only room complaining, so there wasn't a problem. I was no offered any compensation for my troubles. I just wanted to watch the South Carolina vs Clemson football game.

A comfortable stay while my daughter was in the hospital. It is a little awkward getting around, and traveling alone, I would have preferred to be located inside, or nearer the entrance. Overall, it served my needs.

Hendersonville Best Western has free parking located in front of your room if you have a first floor room. The room was spacious, very clean and neat! The restaurant (which is Mexicain) is located on the property, the food was very reasonable and the food was excellent. They also have a bar located in the restaurant.

I would rate this hotel 3 out of 5. Comfortable and clean rooms, but definitely needs some updating. Very close to highway, so traffic noise was an issue, evening and especially early morning. There is a Mexican restaurant off the lobby which was fantastic, so that is a plus for the hotel.

My mate and I stayed, for the second or third time, I think, at this Best Western when traveling back to the Sunny South from Ohio. Yes, it's an older place, not as upscale as some of the newer, but far more pricey alternatives, like the ones right nearby, but it's convenient, clean enough, has easy access to the rooms, the people are competent and friendly, and... there's a very decent Mexican restaurant right inside, off of the lobby - El Paso #2. We just walked over and had a good enough dinner, good as most any decent Mexican place. We'd definitely go back.

The rooms open to the outside - not to an interior hallway. If you don't mind that, it was an "ok" pet friendly place to stay. Location was near the highway, but definitely no dog friendly restaurants within walking distance. Staff was very friendly.

We stayed there for one night on our trip home back to Florida aftyer driving Blue Ridge Mountain Parkway. Booked this Hotel via priceline.com. Good, clean room and a nice breakfast at a suitable price.

Stopped in and was able to use a coupon. Staff Was Wonderful! Sarah at the front Desk was very kind and cordial. Breakfast was better than expected. The rooms were clean and everything was so nice. Will stay here again

It was obvious that the beds were recently replaced. They were very comfortable. Location was not good with lots of interstate traffic noise. Mold was present in the bathtub. Wi-Fi would not support business apps (inoperable most of our 2 day visit). Room needed upgrading with stains on the ceiling, carpet and furniture. Bathroom door would not close/lock.

This property is doing many things right; the breakfast was good, especially the country gravy and biscuits, scrambled eggs and waffle. Lobby and property is well maintained. Our room was okay, however, the air freshener was much too strong on arrival so we left the door open to help air-out the room.

The personnel were courteous and friendly. The facility was an outside room access facility and the area surrounding the hotel was not well maintained. The room clean but heavily scented with frebreeze type product. Definitely economy room at luxury price.

Our stay was very enjoyable. We were in the area to attend a wedding and this made for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The provided breakfast was good with hot items like gravy, eggs, grits, oatmeal, and sausage

When visiting Hendersonville, NC you basically have four lodging choices. The Hampton Inn, the Red Roof, the Ramada and this Best Western. We were traveling with a pet and chose the Best Western based on Trip Adviser reviews, which rated it the best of the group. We stayed one night (were charged $192 with pet fee and taxes) and moved down the road to the Ramada. The Best Western, is not a hotel, it is an older dated motel (motor lodge) that has all exterior rooms with no interior hallways. The place was clean but very dated. Our room key initially did not work and we had to return to the front desk, where they were more annoyed at me for returning than apologetic for giving me a key that didn't work. There was a lot of road noise, and the AC in the room was an old wall mount under the window, and was extremely loud. It banged when it cycled on and off and woke us up every time. We got very little sleep. The area that all of these hotels/motels are in is more industrial and a little run down, and not in the nicest part of Hendersonville. The Ramada was a little dated as well, but the rooms are interior entry, which we prefer for security, and the front desk staff and morning breakfast were much nicer than the Best Western. If you have no choice the Best Western will do, but the Ramada and Hampton are nicer.

This is a great hotel, good staff and a good night's sleep. Only issues I had with this property is no elevator and the doors to the roomenter from the parking lot rather than having interior doors off a hallway

Clean rooms at a great price. We needed a place to stop for the night. The beds were a bit old but the rooms were clean. They have free breakfast 6-10 I think. Service was friendly. It is conveniently right off the highway but you can sometimes hear it.

Arrived very late on a Monday in October. Rate was $109. I had a coupon but clerk would not accept because coupons can not be used in October (coupon says it can't be used on weekends, but whatever.) Room was clean. The whites were very dingy...as if my teenagers washed them. (Yeah, that dingy!) The bathroom smelled like urine; however, it was clean. Odd. The bottom line is the room was average. I wouldn't brag on it, I wouldn't write to the company about it. Not sure if I would stay here again though; the dingy whites are enough to turn me away.

As we traveled across North Caroline we needed a place to lay our weary heads. The motel was convenient to the interstate and a major highway. Rooms are clean and comfortable with nice amenities. Attached to the motel lobby is a Mexican restaurant so we purchased a taco salad for dinner. The free breakfast included eggs, sausage, biscuits, waffles and gravy and well as cold items, juice, coffee and more.

My husband and I stayed here because it was the only pet friendly hotel we could find in the area. We had our 2 dogs with us and stayed for 4 nights. Complimentary breakfast was nice..eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal bar, grits, biscuits n gravy, cereal bar, and waffles. Room service was excellent- beds and fresh towels provided daily. Rooms were clean. Unfortunately the rooms are very small and noise travels easily. There were 50+ high school band kids staying here at the same time we were. Lots of running, yelling, and laughing all night long. It was like a college frat house while we were there.

This hotel was magnificent. We were evacuating from hurricane earlier and stop. Andersonville because some friends. The hotel was incredibly nice to us. Their rate was half of what the other hotels in the area or charging. They said they had an evacuation rate. We could not have been happier. We stayed for days and loved every minute of the trip. The very best part was your wonderful breakfast each morning. The staff were friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Hendersonville Inn

Very good place to spend the night. Only complaint is the pillows are not comfortable. Clean and quite. The room rate was very reasonable . will stay there again in the future. I believe Best Western has a very good point system for future stays.

Nothing was negative about our stay. Perfect location in Hendersonville for access to all tourist locations, hiking, wineries, apple orchards, quaint downtown. Clean, spacious room. Friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast, excellent dinner restaurant, the El Paso.

Location near I-26, easy to find, a little bit complicated way to find main building after room placing. Excellent (newly renovated?) exterior hallways, nice decoration inside, clean. A lot of furniture (great!!!). Powerful microwave, great working fridge. Quiet enough air conditioner. Great fresh breakfast and friendly breakfast staff. Love everything except the price - too high.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Parking lot was very clean. Observed staff member clean it. The breakfast in the morning is great. The location is right off the interstate. We stayed 4 nights. Would stay again.

We stayed here for 1 night. The staff is very friendly and the room is clean. Everything is a little dated but that is ok. It is more a motel than a hotel. The thing that put me off was the noise. Dont stay here if you want a good sleep. The walls are so thin you can hear every conversation from your neighbours. Also the noise from the road is annoying. Breakfast is ok For the noise i would not recommend staying here again.

i love this hotel. it is very clean and safe. convenient for tourists. the staff is wonderful. ronda went out of her way to accommodate my needs. the property has been updated, the beds are so comfortable, and so clean. don't pass up this hotel if you see something negative. not true. it's hard to match in hendersonville. or anyplace else. a wonderful star on the best western hotels available. thank you bw hendersonville and especially the wonderful staff. awesome visit.

I can not remember the last time I stayed at a Best Western. This was truly a delightful surprise! Everything was super clean and comfortable. We stayed here for one night during a road trip. It was well worth it. Easy and friendly check in and out. We were tired, and did not want to drive to get dinner. We opted to try the on site Mexican restaurant. It was good, and the location could not be beat.

This is an older motel. Lobby is upgraded nicely. Breakfast was good. Personnel was good. Did not have extra tooth brushes. Pool and area was nice and clean. The room is nice. The beds in my room was a little on the shaky sounding side. Every time we got in, out or turn over, it made a noise like it was going to collapse BUT they did sleep well. May not be like that in all rooms. They do not have a washer/dryer on grounds and the ice machine is up the stairs. No elevator.

Unassuming hotel just off interstate. Perfect location to avoid Asheville higher charged hotels. Room large, clean, updated. Staff friendly. True breakfast with eggs, protein, grits, biscuits and gravy. As well as fruits, cereal, breads. coffee and tea. Only negative for me was the beds are very soft. I prefer a hard bed for back comfort.

Best Western in Hendersonville has excellent hot water! The people are very friendly, and the shower height was high-I think. I'm short, but it looks like a tall person would enjoy it. They also have a restaurant on the premises. I was very disappointed that the hotel wasn't as close to the airport as I thought. I had to leave the airport around 4am, but breakfast didn't start until 6am. However, they did give me a breakfast to go, which was nice. Near the desk they have coffee and some hot chocolate packets. There wasn't any hot water to have the hot chocolate-just containers of coffee. I noticed that all the hot chocolate packets were wet from spilled coffee. The next morning, they added clean hot chocolate packets-yet they kept the wet/dirty hot coffee packets in the front of the clean ones. Still there wasn't any hot water to have the hot chocolate.

It was clean enough, and I can't fault the motel for the guests that were grilling out on the 2nd floor walkway outside their room (looked like a fire hazard to me) but I thought the price ($150/night after taxes) was a bit steep for a motel of that age. However all of the local room were booked up, so that may have affected the price somewhat. Given other choices I probably would have gone elsewhere.

Broken ac, horrible beds, roaches running up walls! Breakfast undercooked ... people in kitchen area related to server. Pool had old bandaids stuck all around the ladders! Very nasty! Price didn't match advertised for second night as well. Will go back to holiday inn.

This Best Western is not typical of the quality we have come to expect. The rooms are average. Restaurant food average (recommend trying somewhere else), breakfast nothing to brag. Can't think of anything I would rate above average. Allow multiple large dogs in a single room. Dog walking area right next to vehicle parking making an excellent opportunity for vandalism without being seen. Noise of 18 wheelers idling all night next to parking area in back of hotel directly across from room. Probably won't stay here again. Did not feel safe and was uneasy about security of vehicle.

Ok, the rundown on this place. The room was not bad at all. Pros: They were super friendly and accommodating when checking in and out, Our bathroom was clean and somewhat stocked, it was decorated relatively updated, absolutely roomy for the two of us, had a fridge/microwave & coffee (which we did not use, but is nice to have), breakfast included and really was good and they were super accommodating when things were starting to run out, bed was super comfortable with yummy pillows and sheets and cover-blanket were perfect, close to downtown Hendersonville, close to Asheville, and highway, connected restaurant very good, parking easy, restaurants and stores within a few miles, and finally the price point was perfect; Cons: Noise ...could hear our neighbors, and when they smoked outside their rooms we could smell it, and of course the traffic off the highway was heard (sirens etc.), and the air-conditioner was not working 100%, All in all, I would go back and would recommend this Best Western! p.s. we stayed 2 nights

Friendly, efficient staff with a room that was pleasant to stay in and convenient to expressway, restaurants and town. Breakfast was more complete than a lot of chains. Rooms were quiet even though they were close to the expressway.

We were relieved that we only spent one night here on our way to Chimney Rock. The room smelled of stale cigarette smoke and the bathroom didn't smell clean. Location was convenient to highway. Breakfast was decent, staff were very pleasant. We will not return.

Was a good place to stop and spend night. clean and breakfast was better than normal for this type of hotel. Half way between home and Hilton head. Good middle of way town to stop. Lots of restaurants within driving distance.

Very convenient, clean, comfortable place to stay. Also, very reasonable when you use the travel book coupons. We reserved for two nights but ended up doubling back and spending a third night. We stayed in 2 different rooms and both were very clean, convenient and comfortable.

We have stay twice at this BW and will return due to the cleanliness, friendly staff and nice restaurant, the pool was in excellent repair and the water was clean, beds were comfortable and the restaurant El Paso had wonderful wait staff and food.

This hotel is centrally located and we were pleased that they took our coupon. We had laundry so it was nice that Best Western had a washer, dryer and soap dispenser. We were concerned about the amount of dogs that we saw, but we never heard them.

This is not a hotel, but rather a motel. The doors open to the outside and I did not feel safe staying here with my young daughter. When I made the management aware of my feelings, they refused to reimburse me for my single night stay. I was very disappointed with my experience at this particular Best Western.

We were on our way to Myrtle Beach and needed a place to stopover for the night. The Best Western in Hendersonville, NC was just what we needed: nice accommodations at a great price. The rooms are are nice, maybe a little small, but adequate for what we needed. Great breakfast, both hot and cold items, biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, make your own waffles, assorted cereals, juices, and coffee. For a one night stay just traveling through the area, I would stay here again.

Good place to stay. Signal on tv kept going out. Other than that very satisfied. Hendersonville has a Krispy Kreme store! Yippee! This was our second time to stay there. Would visit them again no problem!

After traveling from the west coast, and getting stuck in some yucky rooms...this Best Western was a nice finale to our trip. Nothing special but it was clean, comfortable, well maintained, and run b good people.

Bad odor in room. We left early because we never could get the gentleman at the front to understand the smell was pretty over whelming. The ceiling had been repaired. It looked like someone did a shoddy repair. It looked wet and like it would leak any moment. Breakfast was great! We all found something good to eat every morning. About the only good thing we can say about this place. That and the location to everything.

Best Western Hendersonville Inn is an older style property that is kept up exceptionally well. The staff is friendly and helpful, the hotel and rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very good. It is clear this staff has pride in their job and enjoys serving the public

the hotel staff were the most pleasant of the best western hotels we stayed if for this trip they were friendly, helpful in trying to find a restaurant the pool was nice but people in the dinning room could watch you swim

This is a nicely kept property. The staff is excellent, the amenities are great, the breakfast is delicious, and the restaurant is very good. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here when I am in the area.

Dan did everything he could to make my stay enjoyable. Friendly and personable. I travel a lot and he is the best I have found. My room was nice and already cooled for me (that is not always the case). I would recommend this motel. Convenient I-26 and clean and comfortable.

I am a loyal Gold BW rewards customer and have been very satisfied with the BW product. This hotel is the exception to date. My room was like a swamp. The a/c was old (as all of them on the building appear to be) and could not cool or dehumidify properly. It felt as if I was sleeping next to a 737 jet engine to boot. The bathtub was a hazard. I had to scrub the residual soap scum/cleaning products to minimize the possibility of a slip. The curtains would not close fully and I could read a book by the light streaming in through the windows from the parking lot lights. Breakfast offerings were minimal and did not look healthy. Thankfully, there was pre-packaged Cheerios to take with me. I am not sure how BW manages quality control but this particular hotel does not deserve the Best Western brand in my opinion. There are several other hotels in the area that offer cleaner, cooler, dryer rooms for the same money. The staff was warm and friendly but they do not have the best tools to allow for success.

This hotel is unsafe! I am a Platinum Best Western Rewards member and stay almost exclusively at BW hotels, so I am sad to report, but feel that I must, that this hotel is UNSAFE! The maintenance worked entered my room without knocking, while I was standing 5 ft from the door, alone as a female. When asked why, he said "I don't know" and some other unacceptable answer, so it was apparent that he knew he did enter without knocking. Also, it is apparent that the owner Carolina Motel Associates, Inc cares only about collecting the unreasonably high nightly rate for this rundown hotel. The staff as a whole, struggles and it is apparent that they have no leadership or management who appreciates them or oversees them. The loitering in the parking lot on the only 1 night I stayed, a Fri, reminded me more of a Walmart parking lot....or drive-in movie lot.

Hendersonville is a great little town filled with beautiful views, great shopping ( outlets galore) and the comfort of home. The Best Western Hendersonville Inn is a great place to stay. They are close to lots of shopping and restaurants, and have a restaurant on the premises, as well as a clothing outlet behind that's in walking distance! The staff is really wonderful and very knowledgeable about the area and what's going on. You will love this place for any reason! We have stayed here several times and never been disappointed!

This hotel is one of exterior doors, parking is right in front of your door. The front desk is friendly and helpful. Breakfast area small but well stocked. The hotel is right off of the interstate, so certainly convenient! However getting in and out is busy!! We were very lucky to get a room since most in Asheville were sold out on the weekend. However for the price (which I think was set because of the limited availability) it was too high. The room was dated and dark not well lit (it was not comfortable to open the curtains being on the first floor). Would I stay here again - YES! Would I hope for a lower price - for sure!

Not sure how this motel got a certificate of excellence. It's a straight up motel between a highway and an abandoned factory. Decently clean and the staff were helpful but it's not a property I would seek out unless you're like me and waited too late to book a room for camp drop off.

The rooms were very comfortable and the staff was great. General Manager was very nice as was Ms. Roxy. Ms. Roxy made the breakfasts very enjoyable. Hotel was very close to downtown. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you again. Hope to see you all again.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your kind words to encourage my staff. We are excited that you enjoyed your stay with us and hope to see you again in the future.

Needed a stop close to Dupont Forest so we could get up and hike early the next day. This property is way overpriced for the accommodations. Room had been updated however it was doused in room freshener I am sure to cover up the mildew smell. Bathroom tile and grout was grungy. Beds saggy and very uncomfortable. When we checked in there was a sign that they would be back shortly.. waited ten minutes for not one attendant but two to appear at the very same time. We checked in before 9pm at night so it was not late. Apparently they take breaks together. This is a tired roadside motel that needs to be completely gutted. We paid over 140 for this room and it worth about 60.

Parking right outside our room. Clean. Beds at a level you didn't need a ladder to get in. Polite staff. No hassle. FANTASTIC MEXICAN RESTAURANT adjoining the front lobby. Drinks almost a heavy pour. Hot food. Spices as you like. Came as fast as made to order can be. Surprised how fast that really is. Servers almost running the entire time to make sure everyone was satisfied. If you stay somewhere else...... you can still eat hear. We say many local people come in for dinner. A long day of travel ended in a relaxing way.

Hotel was nice for a one night stay to our vacation destination to Myrtle Beach. Our daughters went to the Elijah Mountain Gem Mine which was very close to the hotel. Was comfortable for our one night stay. Kids used the pool and other family went to the restaurant attached to the hotel. Would recommend

We were skeptical due to other recent reviews. My husband wanted to make sure that rooms were free of smoke due to my health problems. Smelled strong cleaning chemical odor. Front desk did call to ask if our room was ok and I said yes. Could use some refreshing. Sheets were worn with an odor. Big room. Kids playing outside our room scratched our car no fault of BW......just an FYI!!

It was a good place to stay. Right off of interstate 26. Room was comfortable and clean. King bed had pillow top mattress. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Great Mexican restaurant at the hotel.

Roxie is a very pleasant, friendly , helpful person . rhonda is friendly and helpful. This hotel has an excellent, convenient location and is reasonably priced. The breakfast food is wonderful and they even have a mexican restaurant in the lobby

My wife and I had a lovely stay at this hotel.We were a little surprised by the Inn/motel style of the hotel at first but with the available parking and quiet corner that the hotel is in it turned out to be a quite a fitting style for the hotel.

This hotel has nice large rooms that unfortunately allow smoking inside. The excessive use of cleanser could not mask the stale smoky smell and only made it worse. Also it seemed a little pricey for the type of hotel and the area.

You'll enjoy your stay, the wonderful southern hospitality is worth the stay. Rooms are great, except the waffle blankets, which I'm hoping is transitional. With that exception, you'll not have a better hotel experience. The front desk staff is exceptional and always willing to help to make your stay a little bit better.

Unexpected death in the family - not much time for funeral plans - was able to reserve room in a very timely manner- the staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable - was able to rest well during a difficult situation.

Very nicely maintained room with comfortable bed and sofa. This motel is a good choice if you are traveling with a dog, as we were. I was put off by the "motel" configuration, but it actually turned out to be a benefit because of our need to take our dog out to the grassy area in the evening and following morning. The only negative I can think of is that the walls of the room were so thin that we could hear everything the people in the next room were saying. Fortunately, they were not too noisy during the night. I thought the price was on the high side for a motel room, even one that is well maintained.

Thank you Best Western Hotels & Resorts and Best Western Hendersonville Inn for the lovely stay. After a long day with the family, we found your hotel to stay in for the night. Before my kids crawled into bed after being there for 3 minutes, I did my mommy duty to check for bed bugs. While doing so, I pulled the mattress sheet back and out flies a needle. A freaking NEEDLE!!! What kind of business doesn't change the sheets?! This was clearly a junkies needle as it was hiding in the sheet. Trust me, I will make sure everyone I know sees this and shares. By no means, is this excusable. You have one job...to provide a clean and sanitary room. Purely pathetic, and completely disgusted.

This hotel has doors that open to the street. The pictures they use do not divulge this. Very noisy with people coming and going at all hours. Made special requests upon booking that were not honored. They employee at check in was totally unapologetic and unconcerned.

This motel is awesome! I truly enjoyed the stay! The breakfast is better than most continental. Staff is great too! Shout out to Sarah! The beds are great and they have smoking rooms, for us who still smoke! Also the Mexican restaurant is super yummy! I came to town visit fam and would gladly stay again

Friendly staff, affordable and fairly priced with knowledgeable front staff that answered all questions and did their best to make your stay well worthy of getting off the road from traffic and resting for the night.

Friendly staff, great location, breakfast buffet. Clean rooms, well decorated. I always feel like family at this motel. The staff always tries to accommodate your needs and give suggestions on places to dine and directions to get there. Good value.

Nice clean room, reasonable price and free hot breakfast right off I-26. Convenient store nearby seems to draw some sketchy loitering but have stayed here a couple times and never had issues with vehicle security or rowdy noise, etc

This hotel is located outside of Asheville and offers affordable pricing for a family. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel room and property. The hotel is close to the interstate and the onsite breakfast is a nice amenity.

Was a very clean room..Very nice service. The desk clerk was nice. The maid was nice. Would recommend this motel. The breakfast buffet was good. The motel looks like it has has some renovations. Renovations were being done but did not bother us at all.

Hotel is well located, clean, and convenient to two Mexican restaurants, one in the lobby. Nice staff, and well maintained rooms with very good internet. There are fridges and microwaves, making it easy if you have leftovers.

We had a discount coupon which was readily accepted. It fact, they allow you to make a reservation using the coupon as long as you present it on check in. We stayed for one night twice within a week's time. Both times the rooms were clean, staff friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast bar wonderful. My husband ate dinner in the attached Mexican restaurant on our second stay and raved about his taco salad for $6.99. The property was exactly as advertised. The rooms both had a small refrigerator/freezer and microwave, two queen beds and a table with two chairs and great wifi. We felt we got a good value for our money.

We had a great visit to Hendersonville, with everything we wanted just steps away from the Best Western. Breakfast was hot and plentiful, served well. Surprising was a wonderful Mexican restaurant adjacent to the hotel lobby- excellent food and service! We had good accomodations at a good price. Highly recommended. Good place to stay for a visit to a production at Flat Rock Playhouse.

Stopped by in the middle of a raining night and was pleased with Everything that this hotel had to offer. Newly renovated rooms and the front desk lady Sarah was a doll. Told us about the waffle house, never been to one. The rate was reasonable and the bed was comfortable

Very friendly reception at check-in and check-out. All staff encounters were very friendly. Large, comfortable and very clean king room with sofa. Obviously some recent renovations. Stayed on quieter side away from I-26, so there was no problem with noise. The curb appeal actually looked better than the website photos. Breakfast was good and attendant always nearby. Didn't eat at the Mexican restaurant, but it smelled good as we entered the lobby and seemed popular. No complaints. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

All of the staff at this hotel were friendly and accomodating. The room was very clean and updated. Breakfast was very good and was attended to very well by the staff member there. There was a bit of road noise from I-26, but unless you're a very light sleeper, should not be an issue.

This Hotel I stay at alot when I'm traveling thru the state of North Carolina . I was a little worried when I called the 1800 number for Best Western and the agent couldn't help me with staying under my company's cut off. I then called the hotel and like always they went the extra mile and looked on line to see our company's cut off and make my reservation . I also noticed the room I stayed in was newly remodeled it was a nice sight for a long day of carhauling . Management I give an A plus in my book for always having clean rooms employee s who go the extra mile when checking you in or making sure you're breakfast is to your liking . And the surrounding grounds are always Clean .
