Je m’inscris Everything about my stay was great - the hotel staff was friendly and courteous. The room was extremely clean. The breakfast buffet had many choices and the food was fresh and hot. We had traveled from about 60 miles away to spend the night before my son took the SAT. I requested a top floor room and received one. It was quiet and worked really well for our needs.
Staff were genuinely professional and helpful. Room was clean and fresh. Staff were very responsive and courteous when asked for assistance with an alarm in the room that needed to be replaced. Breakfast was hot, tasty, and fresh, and the serving as well as seating areas in the dining room were clean and well organized.
Sketchy people laying on the grass on the hotel property, hookers leaning out open windows, and a front desk staff that could care less. This could be a nice place to stay. I had a situation with a guest who had a large dog off leash in the hotel parking lot that charged at me. I was very upset and told the man to put his dog on a leash, and he refused and walked away toward other parts of the hotel property. I realized I had my phone in my pocket and shot a quick video of the dog still off leash and the guy blowing off my request to put the dog back on a leash, which is in violation of hotel rules. I then walked into the lobby and stood in line to share my safety concern with the front desk staff. The woman was very rude to me and said there was "no way she was going to apprehend" the man when I suggested that she address him as he walked back into the hotel. She showed me an email on a piece of paper at which I was to email the video. She could not even be bothered to write it down for me and seemed much more interested in checking in the next guest. I went upstairs to my room, emailed the video, and never heard back again. I was never recognized as a tier member of the chain, never asked how my stay was when checking out, etc. I will not stay again where a safety concern is not taken seriously. If you have young children or pets, this is not a safe place for you, and the front desk staff don't care. I never once saw a night security person out in the parking lot.
I couldn't believe when we walked into the free breakfast that they had a two station omlette bar! I've stayed at much more expensive hotels that didn't have such nice ammenities! Attentive staff, clean rooms, great breakfast. Recommend!
After traveling across the state we were looking forward to a good night's sleep. This facility has a quiet location yet freeway access is still easy. Front desk gal was very nice. Hallway had that fresh paint smell. Room was nice…….until we folded back the quilt. I was all set to crawl into bed but one look at sheets stopped me cold. I took a few pictures & took them to the front desk. I was told ‘if the sheets don't come out of the dryer in a timely manner, wrinkles set in'. But she was happy to give me fresh sheets. Yes please. I took a picture after we made the bed (a first ever for us. And we do a fair amount of traveling). I planned to talk with the manager in the morning (as suggested by front desk person). The line was 5 parties deep (also a first). I've included the pictures. You judge.
Outstanding staff. The staff at this location in Arlington WA was superb!! The hotel itself was very clean and quiet. The breakfast has an attended omelette station which most don't have. Nice pool, and spa. If you can walk 5 minutes, (Just to the crosswalk and across a 5-6 lane street) to grocery store or Domino's Pizza. We will stay there again!
Best Western Plus Arlington/Marysville Arlington Great place to stay in Arlington 962476641 This property maintains high standards for cleanliness. The staff working here also seem to enjoy their work. You are treated as a valued guest. The breakfast buffet includes made to order omelet's, a real treat. The property also felt safe as a place to stay. We would definitely return, and recommend this hotel to anyone staying is this area as it is close to Interstate 5.
Beds were comfy, rooms were clean and they had the best breakfast. Location was great. The only disappointment was the hot tub was lukewarm and the pool was really cold. We always look forward to a hot tub and we only soaked for a couple minutes.
We had a bit of sticker shock at this Best Western Plus, but it was truly lovely! Property was clean , updated, and the breakfast was wonderful.
There were homeless people outside the hotel injecting drugs, the mattress had a large amount of stains on it. When we booked, it said it would be in our currency and then we were charged in local currency. It was money we did not plan on spending and the front desk argued about the email booking proof that we have.
The breakfast provided is so well done. The omelet station is amazing. Michelle and Christine are extremely friendly, provide amazing service and take great care of the very busy breakfast area. They are right on top of refilling food as well as cleaning tables. Thank you.
This BWP was amazing! BW never fails to impress!Very nice, clean 4 story hotel that seemed newer. Front desk staff were very accommodating. Beds were great, rooms spotless. And they had the Tennis Channel! The high point though was the spacious breakfast area with a terrific breakfast, where MICHELLE and CHRISTINE were making the most delicious fresh omelettes. BW knocks it out of the park again! A+++!
The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The indoor pool and hot tub was nice to use due the cool weather and rain that occurred during our stay They also have a very satisfying breakfast in the mornings..
We chose this hotel because it looked higher end on their website. It's quiet location close to but away from the freeway was important to us. Best Western Plus Arlington exceeded those expectations. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly, making us feel right at home. The included breakfast was far more satisfying than the standard pastry and fruit found normally. Eggs, potatoes, sausage, bacon, biscuits & gravy, custom omelettes and more were on offer. Overall, a very pleasant stay, highly recommended.
A bit surprised by so many glowing reviews on this site. Our experience was not that great. In the area for a family wedding, we reserved at the Best Western based on a suggestion by a local family member due to its proximity to the venue. While perhaps the best spot to stay in Arlington, there are newer, better choices just down Rt 5 in Marysville. The positives: Very friendly front-desk staff. Clean public spaces. Good-sized pool and jacuzzi. Omelets made-to-order at breakfast. Large breakfast area with ample seating. The negatives: Very basic hotel experience for the high price. Room smelled musty when a/c wasn't on high. Spotty housekeeping - during our 4-night stay, housekeeping was missed twice although it is supposed to be daily. Carpeting was not clean and left our socks brown. Bathroom was sub-par: tiny toilet with cracking all through the bowl, framed-door shower that deposited black gunk onto the track and floor when opened. Heavy build up of scum and gunk on the track in general. Frame around bathroom door and wall had dried drips of something going down it that were never cleaned during our stay. No bath mats provided - they just give an extra hand-towel. Very tiny, thin bath towels. Sparsely furnished rooms with knicked furnishings and a nightstand drawer that would not stay closed. Breakfast - during our stay there was never orange juice, just apple or a guava mix. No yogurt available one morning. They were "all out." Lobby coffee maker not working our last day there. We stayed in (and payed more for) an executive queen-queen room. There was nothing "executive" about this room except perhaps an extra foot or two of empty floor space. A family member staying down the hall in a standard queen-queen room actually had a nicer room. If in the area again, we will not be returning to this hotel.
Getting checked in was a breeze and warmly greeted by the front desk staff. They made my husband and I feel welcome with our two dogs. The breakfast was varied and I enjoyed the fresh omelet station because it offered a restaurant experience without having to leave the hotel. I utilized the workout room to keep up with my marathon training and everything was clean and in working order.
Love the comfy beds, and quiet rooms. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The hotel grounds are always clean. You"ll also love their free breakfast.
This Marysville/Arlington was centrally located for me. The pricing and service were excellent. The staff is friendly courteous and professional
Nice room with 1990 era television and remote. Breakfast was good. Hmm need more words, more words, words words words. Is that enough words?
The hotel staff was great. Friendly and inviting. The hotel was clean and a good value for the money. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choices, including made to order omelets, waffles with lots of toppings, biscuits and gravy, bacon and sausage, etc. The indoor pool and hot tub were a great treat. Any kind of store and services are close and we enjoyed local shopping and the tulip festival. The rooms and hotel were clean and check in and out was quick and efficient. I would recommend staying here without hesitation.
Spent 4 nights. We're BW loyal fans. Pleased with everything at this location so only 2 small items. Please put safe boxes in the rooms or supply larger ones downstairs. The info sheet said don't keep valuables in the room and give to the front desk to put in boxes downstairs at no charge. Nothing fit in your reception boxes so I had to keep my passports etc. with me. I know you have good security but having been a past victim of theft out of a room (not a BW theft but a real problem) I'm more cautious about leaving things in our room. Under the bed a few items like dropped candy etc. I noticed vacuums used were upright so cleaning staff likely missed under the bed even though the rest of the room was very clean. Again, many good features...staff, exercise room, breakfast, parking...thanks.
This is my go-to hotel for work. I stay here once or twice a month on average. The rooms are clean and the entire hotel is being renovated. The renovations look great so far and the final floor is almost completed. I was present for some of the renovations but I couldn't hear them during my stay. The sound dampening is good. Breakfast is great. No opinion on the pool or gym yet. The hotel store is actually affordable! Shocking! If they don't have what you need there is a Safeway conveniently across the street and a Target a short drive away. The rooms are quiet, clean, and comfortable. No complaints.
This was a very comfortable 2 day stay; the breakfast was full and delicious. The handicap amenities were very well thought out (except for the height of the bed0. For instance, the light switches were all low down. I expected comfort and care and received it. All of the staff were very helpful and a couple went quite a bit out of their way to make my stay more enjoyable.
My dog and I stayed at this great hotel for over three months due to a water leak in my house. We really had a very nice stay and highly recommend staying here and enjoying all the amenities. All staff very friendly and welcoming and also very efficient.
My number 1 options when going down to seattle. Friendly staff with warm welcome. Staff will take extra step to help confirm if any reward can be use toward the stay to save money. Feels like vip service.
Our room was very basic. We could here people walking around upstairs. The breakfast was just ok. Everybody raves about the breakfast but I don't get the hype. The best part about the hotel is its location. The truth is I wouldn't stay here again.
We have stayed at the BW Arlington/Marysville previously and it is always a nice stay. The location is good and the staff is very helpful. it is close to the Tulalip Casino for shows etc. The breakfast is above average, freshly made to order omelets are included. The rooms were nice and clean.
By far the best place to stay in Arlingto the staff are very friendly and helpful to all your needs. They have one of the best breakfasts that Best Westerns have to offer. ( I've stayed in a lot) with a full omelet bar.
We booked our family to stay at this hotel to be closer to the Tulalip Outlet Mall as we wanted to do Black Friday Shopping for the weekend and celebrate my 52nd Birthday that falls during that weekend. I will say, I was very impressed how clean, staffing was super friendly and how decorative this hotel was for the Holidays. It was gorgeous inside with all the Christmas trees and lights. Upon our arrival of family with Dogs, we were greeted with Warm cookies, gave us direction maps for all store locations and eating venues. We were upgraded to the biggest Suite on Level 4, that was two bedrooms, one huge bathroom, as we had our two little dogs with us. They suggested this since we were staying for three days as it gives us alot of room to hold gifts and etc. Two long closets to store bags. These rooms are very spacious, and the Suites come with Kitchenettes. We were able to cook and store food supplies for the 3 days. My husband has to use a stove burner for his prep meals, so that was great. Microwave, Dishwasher and large Refrigerator. Thier Breakfast Buffet was big with options for Waffles, bacon, scrambled eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, or have your own omelet cooked to your liking with any ingredients. They have non-dairy options as well with muffins, cereal, oatmeal, Bagels or toast. My two older teens enjoyed the late-night swimming and hot tub every night. They got to have it all to themselves as no-one was using it. For the dogs, they provide dog treats and a dog park across the parking lot with doggie trash bags. We loved the ease of walking them out and walking to that grassy area. The only thing I wish they did to upsell this nice hotel is the signage to get into the street of the hotel is very hidden. From the freeway you cannot see any signs for it. When you drive the side street, you pass it, as it's on the left side where there is a median in the middle and cannot go left to turn into it. You have to turn at the light and go down a road to the side back area to enter. It is hidden and nestled behind Mcdonalds and AM/PM Gas Station. When you leave you can only turn right. For more visibility to see where the hotel is located at, I suggest you need a bigger sign on the main road if the city/county allows it. Having a Best Western Sign on the back end of the entry would help as well. I give this Hotel 5 Stars for the Service, Clean and all amenities they provide.
I recently stayed for 2 weeks. The hotel staff is very friendly. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfy beds and pillows. The location is close to the freeway and near all the shops and restaurants that I needed. This is the nicest Best Western I have ever stayed at. The free hot breakfast with made to order omelets and free lattes was impressive. I used the business center and laundry service. I'm impressed that the hotel offers laundry soap and a large variety of snacks all for a $1-$3. Love that they are not gauging guests. Every night they have free delicious warm cookies. I stay at a lot of high end hotels and I am very impressed with the value and quality of this gem of a hotel.
Outstanding service at reception by McKayla; very comfortable room and cozy king bed. Great breakfast with chef to make a delicious custom omelette. Nice and quiet as it is slightly off the I5. Look forward to staying there again!
Stayed for one night as this hotel had the highest rating in the area. The room was spacious but the bathroom is very dated, the shower tile grout had black mould, the shower light did not work, the bathroom door towel hook was missing, the toilet is old with crack marks in the bowl, the air conditioner is very loud and did not appear to be functioning properly. I was going to pass on these deficiencies to the staff when checking out, however, the young lad didn't ask how the stay was. The included breakfast is very good, with made to order omelettes.
My mom and I stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. We enjoyed the breakfast spread. There was plenty of options. The hotel is located in an area with lots of restaurants and services. Overall, a great stay!
A well-maintained hotel with good amenities and great breakfast options, including lots of both hot and cold options, even fresh-make omelets. Room was clean and quiet and the bed comfortable. Great size fridge and even a pod coffee maker.
Their staffs are very friendly, I booked a 2 qeen bed room, they offer me a studio with kitchen and fridge. Location is only 10 mins drive from Seattle premium outlet and 30 mins from downtown/pike place seattle. Perfect place to stay if you are going for shopping trip.
We were extremely disappointed to have our Master Card Debit card issued by PayPal turned down at the desk. We travel all across the country on business and have never had our card refused based on who was the issuer. Is that even legal? I receive my business income via PayPal, hence I have a PayPal business debit card. I know now not to book a room at Best Western Arlington, WA.
I stay here on a regular basis and this hotel by far is one of the best. Staff is very accomdating and helpful. I usually arrive early and they have the room ready 95% of the time. They have a omlette bar and the ladies there do an exceptional job of making them perfect.
This is one of the nicest Best Western hotels. Nice facility, clean rooms, great breakfast with delicious made to order omelettes! Conveniently located near several good restaurants, grocery stores and very close to the highway. The hotel staff were exceptional and super friendly!
Checked in at midday with a guaranteed king suite made months before. Chap handling front desk said the best he could do was a double. No regrets expressed. Room was perhaps the incredibly small with space only for one chair, no couch. This a suite? The three star rating is a gift, solely because of above average breakfast. Ihad stayed here last year. Service in particular has gone downhill.
Facility poorly maintained, housekeeping was atrocious, wifi didn't work, dresser draw wouldn't close. Felt like I was in a motel 6, but unfortunately spent much more. The facility was generally run down for what it was. Carpets dirty and frayed, interior needs painting, interior smells of smoke in places, interior smells of marijuana in places, nothing works quite right...
I highly recommend this hotel. There area lot of small extras that they provide that others do not. Breakfast was pretty varied and most tasty! The entire staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms where a good size and the bed was comfy.
This is a fine hotel, better than most in this chain that we have sampled. The breakfast is clearly the pride of the establishment and with good reason - the variety, quality, tastiness, non-paper plates, multiple staff members - all head and shoulders above other lodging establishments.
This is a really well maintained property with excellent, helpful and friendly staff. There is a complementary shuttle to the Tulalip Casino where we had tickets for a concert which was very handy. The pool and hot tub are clean and warm. Also the breakfast is above average with a made to order omelette station. A good place to stay.
I always enjoy our family's stay at this hotel. We travel from SW Washington to family events and can always count on a good, affordable stay at this hotel. I appreciate the cleanliness, efficiency, and friendliness of the staff.
Hotel is ready for a update; items not working (hot tub and ice machine coffee maker) and flooring dirty and tattered. rooms and bed nice, water highly chlorinated smell and taste. no free bottle water available
This Best Western hotel has great variety of room choices for family. We travel with young children as a family of six and they have two room suite with Kitchenette with is awesome. Service and breakfast is great overall.
I arrived at the hotel later in the evening. I was at front desk for about 10 minutes waiting to check in, but no one was around. I finally phoned the hotel and told the person that answered that I would like to check in. I was then promptly served. When I was ready to retire, I pulled back the bedding to discover sheets that appeared to have been slept in. I called the front desk and asked to have the bedding changed. I was told that they were the only person working and offered to provide me a different room. I declined to switch rooms because I was unpacked and in my night clothes. I asked for clean sheets and would take care of it myself. They brought clean sheets and offered to provide me a discount on my stay for the inconvenience. I noticed that when the charge had been applied ti my credit card, no discount/credit had been applied. I phoned the hotel and they said they would look into it. I never received a call back or a credit. I have provided a photo of the used sheets and how the clean bedding looked after I changed the sheets myself.
The location and price was perfect for my trip. The staff was extremely helpful providing details on the facility and the surrounding area. The amenities were very nice. I did not have a pet with me but this was very accommodating for pets which is nice.
The service was great and the hotel was very clean. We were very happy to have been upgraded to a suite. We were taking our son for a quick getaway as we had just lost our 15-year-old dog. We didn't have time for the pool but my son enjoyed the fitness room. The breakfast was amazing. There is everything in the area that you would need for stores. I was a bit worried the second night as there were no handicapped parking spots at the front of the hotel but it was still pretty easy and secure at the back of the building. We are now planning another quick trip before the new year to celebrate a birthday.
We try to book our stay at this location as its convenient and we have never had a bad stay over the several years of booking here. The staff is customer oriented, and the facility is smoke free. Having a full breakfast here lets us start the day off right.
Given my situation, they went above and beyond to help my family get into a room so we can get showers as we had back up at our house. Karina was amazing and understanding and did everything she could to help us.
I always stay at Best Western Plus hotels. This trip was horrible, absolutely the worst. We ran out of toilet paper in the middle of the night, and tissues, we had to ask for clean towels our second night, the noise level of teenage children running up and down the halls for hours was incredibly disruptive and made it very hard to sleep. When reported to staff, they did nothing and blew us off saying there was nothing they could do it was before quiet hours at 10pm....I was in bed and trying to sleep at 8pm as I had an early day the next day . I asked to switch rooms due to physical accessibility issues and was denied. Staff was very inexperienced and did not know what to do when the power went out. The older lady who worked in the kitchen came out and was directing us on what to do where to go and answering questions. I stay at this hotel alot and this is by far the worst trip ever.
Had power outage. Then had panic attack in the dark and had to pack and go down from the top floor in the dark. Do elevated and doors not working. Founspa a emergency exits was not a good day. Could not see anything in our room to pack up and leave.
Absolutely hands down the best Best Western we've stayed at. We had a free voucher from previous stays and decided to take a short overnight get away. This was the closest Best Western to the Tulalip outlets. When we arrived, our room wasn't quite ready, but they were super helpful and very quickly cleaned and setup the room for us. We were pleasantly surprised to be offered 2 drinks and 2 snacks from the sweet shop. I'm not sure if this is offered to all guests, or perhaps due to my status, but it was a nice surprise none the less. About 10 minutes in, our room was ready. Yet another surprise, they kindly upgraded us from a 2 queen with kitchenette, to a 2 king bedroom suite with kitchenette! Our 9 year old was ecstatic she got her own room and TV. Next morning, the breakfast had to be the best complimentary hotel breakfast we've had. Lots of hot foods (biscuits, bacon, sausage, eggs, diy waffles), cereals, breads, muffins, danishes, etc. The unique one? A made to order omelette station. Yes, they had a staff member making fresh omelettes by request! All the staff we encountered were friendly, cheerful, and helpful. Connor at the front counter was super helpful and a pleasure to speak with. Overall an amazing stay, and certainly a hotel we'll be adding to our list of favorites!
The hotel was an easy bike ride from the Arlington airport after we flew in. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub, and breakfast was better than average. There's also a surprisingly good teriyaki place right across the parking lot.
Great place to stay, easy to find off I5. Central location close to shopping, Walmart, target and restaurants close by. And a fantastic breakfast with omelets personally made :) Location was 13 minutes away from Seattle outlet stores.
Best Western Plus was welcoming clean and affordable. Everyone was great from the desk staff to the gals making breakfast. The rooms were nice in size and clean. Great breakfast. I will stay here again.
The date was 14 September 2022. Due to a torturous trip with Alaska airlines from Austin Texas to Seattle Washington, we arrived at the hotel at about 11:30 PM. We had both been through a rough day and were in a poor mood. We were greeted at the front desk by Krystal. Her personality, professionalism, promptness and smile changed our mood and allowed us to relax and sleep in comfort. The room was ready, comfortable and nicely appointed. The following morning we were greeted by the best complimentary breakfast we experienced in some time. If you are looking for the things I described, this is the best place to stay in the area. I have tried them all and will only stay at this hotel in the future. Thank you Krystal and Best Western. Regards.
The best free breakfast I've had at a hotel in years! Not only was the breakfast amazing, but the woman who checked us in was incredibly nice and the room was very nice as well. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! This is the best Best Western Plus I've ever stayed at.
We needed a hotel room on short notice after our car broke down. The staff here were very lovely. The breakfasts are outstanding for a free breakfast. Made to order omelets and coffee drinks. The rooms had everything we needed. Would definitely return here.
Hotel grounds are nice lobby and room very nice, also a nice pool and spa although the pool is on the small side. In room coffee and have a great breakfast including an omelet to order. Lobby is quite nice ;hotel easy to find with many conveniences near by.
We stayed here on two different reservations separated by a few days. We were climbing in the Glacier Peak Wilderness and returned here late one night on our return. The staff allowed me to store some luggage with them so I wouldn't need to leave them out in the open in my car at the trailhead. They were very helpful and happy to accommodate us. They helped us several times with dining options and all proved to be really good. The place was clean and comfortable. These people were genuinely nice and not just faking it while doing their jobs. The breakfast was the best I've had at any hotel. The selection was good, the coffee was good and it was all fresh. The dining staff was obviously proud of the quality of the food and the dining room. It was very clean as well. This place exceeded our expectations.
We recently stayed with Best western plus because our team had a tournament not too far from the hotel. The place was amazing and the staff was beyond wonderful. I cannot say enough about how pleased we are with our stay. We had a large group and they for sure took the time with us.
We were very unhappy with our stay. The hotel is very dirty. As soon as you walk into the lobby you can see the dirty chairs and carpet. In the bathroom the shower curtain had mold, there was hair in the tub and the pillows on the bed were visibly dirty. I will never stay here again nor will recommend for anyone to stay at this chain. We were extremely dissatisfied with the cleanliness for the price that we paid.
Great room, spacious, clean, staff were friendly and helpful, very quiet, stress free arrival and departure, great breakfast options too! Would highly recommend and the beds were super comfortable! Price is a BIT high, but overall it was great quality.
Rooms were clean and comfortable. Good value for the money. Breakfast was fresh and hot and there was a nice selection. Everything tasted good. The hotel was very well located to the hiway , shopping, restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Everything was more than expected with a central location with lots of amenities and shopping. Pool was clean, and a good variety for breakfast. The staff was accommodating and the rooms were very quiet.
Great room, spacious, clean, staff were friendly and helpful, very quiet, stress free arrival and departure, great breakfast options too! Would highly recommend and the beds were super comfortable! Price is a BIT high, but overall it was great quality.
Tell me how amazing your breakfast is and then literally have almost nothing you offered aside from one thing, favor other guests and offer them things you won't do for others. Have a high pitched squealing something going off 24/7, uncomfortable beds and crap bedding. Tell me when I check in that there is one small area the cameras don't cover, and yet that's the only parking available??! Not smart, IMO. Breakfast was the biggest let down, coffee out, no creamer when refilled, have bagels, but no cream cheese! Nothing refrigerated, no fruit. Omelette station was fine if you eat omelettes, not helpful for me though. Won't be recommending or staying again
Excellent breakfast. Quiet with very comfortable beds. Close to outlet mall would stay here again ! If traveling with larger vehicle parking is excellent was surprised someone cooking omelette at hotel where breakfast was included
Bedding was clean but very uncomfortable - very rough and scratchy. Had two very restless nights at this location. TV remote was missing, got a new one from the front desk but it failed within an hour and we had to get another one. Breakfast was "adequate", biggest disappointment was the omelet station - very bland, skimpy on teh fillings and quite slow. Other than the above the room was "ok", certainly not as good as I had expected for the price.
We generally stay at BW properties and some are better than others. Arlington/Marysville is one of the better ones. However, our room had furniture (night stands) that clearly should be replaced. Was suspect about cleaniness in the bathroom but what looked like something, turned out to be the toilet is actually cracked. We didn't notice any water leaking?
I travel a lot for medical needs of my children. Walked in with no prior reservation and they gave me a room and were very friendly. Was with my 7 year old with medical complexities and they were quick to get us set up so she could relax
We have stayed here many times and have always been pleased. Not so much this time. The room was dirty----carpet. The bathroom was clean and also the bed or would not have stayed. Breakfast is outstanding and the main reason we stay here. All rooms are pet friendly which surprised me----pet hair is not fun when you have allergies.
Broken shower chair, bagged off smoke alarms, smoke smell everywhere, broken cabinets, burn holes. You get the picture. Front desk staff are nice though. I feel like management was kind of dismissive though
This hotel is run down and not well maintained. There are large stains in the stairways. In our room the toilet bowl was cracked in 3 spots and the trash can had some trash it. The desk chair had large pieces of upholstery missing and the desk legs had large chips in them. It appeared to be clean but the bedding was badly wrinkled as if someone had slept them. Breakfast was good.
This facility was very clean, well kept and up to date. Beds were very comfortable. Best breakfast at a motel I've had in quite awhile. Fantastic staff!!! If you're looking for a safe, friendly and comfortable place to stay look no further. Great location close to lots of food options, shopping and the interstate.
main complaint is the shower looking like it had never been cleaned. hotels really should just have the standard white tub/shower combo because easier to keep clean. this hotel had tiled showers with glass door and it was just kinda gross. we had a kitchenette and rest of the room was clean. beds were clean and fresh and comfy. thin walls tho. i had 5-yr-old twins and 6-yr-old with me and they weren't jumping off of furniture or anything wild, but we got a noise complaint.
So disappointing. Started out well but needs some improvements for me to return. Pros: ———- Spacious room Full breakfast was ok. (tho more healthy options would be nice). - fruit. Central location Friendly staff Good price Ample free parking Cons: ———— Housecleaning forgot to clean our room completely for 2nd night Housecleaning sub standard on room cleaning. Big long, dark hairs on the shower curtain - my husband and I are both fair haired so that made it feel unhygienic. (picture) Fan in bathroom laden with dust (picture) Shower rod falling off (picture) Furniture outdated Coffee in room was terrible tasting I did inform the front desk staff about the fact that housecleaning completely forgot to do our room and they apologized for the inconvenience. They did say that they would inform the head of housecleaning and reduced my final bill for the lack of service. All in all not a bad hotel but housecleaning needs to step up their level of quality of care. Thank you.
Stayed here for a few days and the breakfast was the best I've had for a motel in a couple years. Made to order omelets and a clean big breakfast area. Definitely would recommend stopping in here for short or long term stay.
Very pleased overall. In addition to including all basic amenities, property also offers a fitness center, guest laundry facility, indoor pool and spa, and a fantastic breakfast included with your stay
Price was great! Comfort also great. Food was excellent in options! Lots surrounding the hotel for lunch dinner choices. Pool hot tub great. Hotel staff was excellent except Mary! Noise level was good, there was kids running the halls knocking on doors but that's probably just gonna happen from time to time. Other then that it was pretty quite.
I received excellent service at this hotel. It was exactly what I would expect from a BW Plus hotel in regards to its appearance and amenities. The breakfast exceeded my expectations - made-to-order omelettes and many other choices! The price was also excellent!
A haven of peace and quiet close to the I5. Spacious quiet room away from street noise. Easy access to gas station and freeway entrance. Excellent breakfast, fresh, hot and tasty. Reception was helpful and pleasant with a quick check-in. Parking was near the front door. Offered discount of 10%
This has to be one of the quietest place I have ever stayed in. The night clerk, Matt, was very welcoming when I came in late. He made sure I was aware of the wonderful breakfast they offer here. He wasn't wrong, my omelet to order was amazing the lady cooking said I could have more than the five ingredients they recommended.
As a mother of three and wife, it was a much needed solo get away! Everything was perfect! The breakfast was delicious, staff was extremely friendly, and room was clean. I love that it is close to home, shopping and food.
We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly and welcoming to my family and I, definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hotel in the area. We were looking to stay at an AirBnB but I'm glad we decided to stay here instead.
Our high school cross country team stayed at this hotel the night before a meet. As a parent, I was really impressed with all of the employees and their amazing customer service! So very helpful! They were all the BEST! They made it easy for all of us and went above and beyond! Thank you!!!
Convenient location. Property is clean and safe. The people at the front desk are helpful, and super friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious. Definitely one of the nicest hotels in the Arlington area.
We always go here when given the chance great service awesome pool and hot tub good internet with a awesome breakfast when you wake up family and I love going there my kids love making the waffles wife loves the breakfast and I love that it makes them happy
Dirtiest hotel I've ever been in. The toilet was black. One of the washcloths was a rag. The carpet was so dirty it turned my husband's socks black. It felt damp to walk on it. The phone was dirty and gross. Bulbs were missing from one of the lamps. There were dirty food trays in the common area and trash in the hall ways.
Wonderful omelet prepared by Connie, who also had an outstanding attitude. I have stayed in Best Western establishments approximately 10 times during the last year. They have become my 'go to' motel chain. My wife and I also received a room upgrade.
Stayed here for convenience to the Centennial Bike Trail. It is also convenient to shopping in the area. Close to I-5 but is set back far enough that even facing the freeway wasn't noisy. Friendly staff, nice appearance of building; Good breakfast and eating area. A/C worked well and wasn't obnoxiously loud. The bathroom in our room was showing age and wear. Towels were a bit thin. I'd stay here again.
The staff here are really friendly. I stayed in the King room and my room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel had a great selection of breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.
We had an Excellent trip. The motel is relatively new and well laid out. The staff provide friendly professional service. The rooms are nice and well furnished. the motel itself is easy to find yet tucked away allowing a quiet setting.
You want good service, a clean comfortable room and an excellent breakfast you'll want to stay here! Pre registration with early accommodations arrival usually means a wait but not here we arrived at the time stated and our room was ready to go. This team of employees are very welcoming and friendly.
My family and i have had to stay here on several occasions while my son was in the hospital for chemo. Every time we stayed their was something either dirty or broken. On one occasion we had a room for 2 nights, the room was cleaned in between, and we found a Childs sippy cup in the corner of the room. Not having any children with us and health concerns this bothered us. Another time we were booked into room 106 this room has a sticky floor the towel rack was broken and their was a huge hole in the bathroom door. We obviously complained and were told it would be fixed but the next time we stayed we were once again in room 106 and everything was still the same. Jessica and Marcy at the front desk were fantastic. Ericka the manager has now completely blocked my family from booking a room on the bottom floor because we complained. very unprofessional.
Always a great hotel to stay at. Super clean, very nice staff, always helpful. Room decor is modern and functional. Internet is great and there are several good places to eat within walking distance. One of my consistent choices in the PNW north of Seattle.
The overall room is great. The staff very helpful. Problems with the room: (1) The TV is too small. Sitting on the bed it is hard to see the program on the television due to the small size of the TV installed in the room. (2) The AC only goes down to 66-degrees. Does NOT get any cooler. (3) The water pressure in the shower is not great. Lots of hot water, but hardly any water pressure.
Very friendly staff and great service and very clean rooms easy check in and out great breakfast provided love staying at Best Westerns motels for the price you get a very reasonable price for the rooms and you get rewards for staying there
Even though it was still in the midst of Covid restrictions, this hotel offered amazing services. The swimming pool, hot tub and exercise facilities were available for use by guests. Restrictions were in place. It served a full breakfast, made to order by the staff. No self-serve. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the room was quiet and clean. I will come back again.
B/W customer for many years. Stayed here in 2016 for six months. Always great staff with friendly presentation. two rooms, both kitchenette suites, 329 and 407, had King beds. Very clean. A/C worked very well and was quiet. Toilets very low to floor maybe a problem for seniors deep knee bend...no bars to grab to assist getting up... Full sized referigerator, micro wave, counter top heating...quiet room. Breakfast in morning limited by Covid circumstances...masking mandated but was not enforced.
I would recommend staying here. It was quit and comfortable. Even during covid the breakfast was all you can eat. The food was yummy as always. . I didn't check out the pool but it had one. It is sad the governor is messing up a beautiful place to stay by requiring masks.
This hotel is right in the heart of Smokey Point. Great places to eat. Next to a Starbucks! Fridge and Microwave allow me to purchase groceries and eat in my room if I prefer. The staff is always so friendly and I look forward to checking in. This is my favorite hotel by far from Lynnwood to Arlington...
The front desk staff (namely Jessica and Marcy) are amazing. They catered to our every need and thought ahead for the small things. They are very personable and true mascots for this hotel. I can't wait to see them again on our next visit.
We had a free night to redeem. Most hotels with not give you their top-notch room for your free night, only up to 2 queen beds. When we asked, due to our 4 children, this chain chose to give us the 2 king beds, one bedroom suite with a full kitchen and living room area. The room was perfect, and our family felt like royalty. The breakfast was amazing, especially the build your own omelette station (attendant was so friendly!), and build your own yogurt with plain (not pre-overly-sweetened) yogurt. We had the best breakfast we have had at any hotel ever. It was more like a specialty B&B! The pool was great too. My husband had an issue in the morning with a maintenance guy who had a bad attitude, but the manager went above and beyond to make things right for us, and we would definitely go back here again.
I just spent 6 nights at this Best Western Plus in Arlington/Marysville WA and from making the initial reservation to checkout, the service and attitudes of ALL the staff we encountered were top notch. I wouldn't expect to find better service in a Five Star hotel. The hotel itself is modest, but clean. This was during Covid so there was no buffet breakfast, but there was ample variety from eggs, sausages, potatoes which could all be heated either there or in the room, to cereal, milk, yogurt, bagels and cinnamon rolls and more. There was a very nice selection of teas, coffee was tasty and always fresh, and the breakfast room was nicely laid out and very comfortable. There is a large bar height table and chairs as well as individual tables. We enjoyed lingering over breakfast and there was always plenty of space. The TV was always on but when the music was also on and I requested the TV be turned down, the staff complied with no issue. The room had tasteful pictures on the wall, although there was an issue with the cooktop in the kitchenette, so anyone wanting the cooking facilities should check out that cooktop or ask the staff to do so before you settle in. The fridge in that room was large, the sink a nice size, and the microwave was more than adequate. The shower head in this room was great with ample water flow. The bathroom did not have a tub which was fine with us. The bathroom was of a decent size. We very much liked that the window could be opened although the traffic noise precluded doing that for the most part. We had moved from a standard double bed room to the kitchenette. The first room didn't have such a great shower and interestingly, both bathroom doors did not close well. Hoping staff read this and take a look at those. Overall, it was a great stay, within walking distance (for us) to WalMart, McDonalds (which we didn't visit), and Safeway.
Hotel staff extremely friendly and courteous. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Pet friendly however there is a small fee. Breakfast items were individually wrapped and plenty of choice, fruit, muffins, potatoes and sausage, eggs, croissants and cinnamon buns. Overall good experience.
I use this hotel the Best Western in Arlington/Marysville frequently for family visits and medical appointments frequently. It is always neat and clean. The staff have ALWAYS met my expectations and above. Very friendly and helpful.
This hotel is in a Great location, nice staff, and plenty of food near the hotel. The Moose Creek BBQ was awesome, great staff and willing to go out of their way to serve you, even with COVID19 in full swing.
We had a pet and the room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast in the lobby was good and we had a good experience with the staff. The hotel was quiet in the eveneing. There were some good returants and a Starbucks close by the hotel.
Check in was quick, the receptionist took less than 5 mins to get us our room keys which we really appreciate after a long day out. Staff were friendly and approachable. Breakfast was good too! Overall good experience with them.
Have stayed here many times. Always have an excellent experience. Staff are always friendly and accommodating.. Rooms are clean and all amenities are current and function well. . Beds are comfortable and have nice linens and pillows. Breakfast offerings are always plentiful and have a great variety. Fresh cooked eggs and omlettes are nice. Have stayed here at least 30 separate times.and have never had an issue or problem here. Will continue to stay here in the future when I'm in town
Held some meetings here and stayed as well. Very well maintained, I thought it was new but front desk said it was 5 years old. It was quiet and very comfortable. It is also pet friendly. They have a made to order egg bar for breakfast where you can order omelettes, burritos etc as well as the standard hotel breakfast items. Very clean and economical. Great bbq place in the parking lot.
This hotel is wonderful. Clean. Friendly. I personally love hot showers. The water was warm. Warm enough for me to take a shower but not hot. I was almost cold getting out. This was all 3 days so it wasn't just low on hot water 1 time. However, if that isn't important to you... I highly recommend.
We have been approx. 6 times now and every time is always a pleasure. Friendly and knowledgable staff always smiling. Complimentary breakfast is extremely good. Always fresh. The pool is clean and warm like a bath. There is even an exercise room! The rooms are very comfortable. We have had the room with just a bed (Small fridge), but prefer the 1 bedroom room (2 kings, not in the same room) with a built in hot plate, sink and full size fridge. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. There is also a shuttle service to the Tulalip Casino (And Other Casinos).
I have friends and family "up north" from Portland Oregon - ranging from Edmonds, Snohomish and Marysville - I always stay at this BW in Arlington - it is clean, fantastic breakfast, perfect little workout room (to get some cardio on raining days), and a great little pool - is a bonus. Perfect home-base for my long weekend visits.
We were in town & needed a place to stay. The first night was at a less expensive hotel , but was noisy inside & out! We then Moved up the street to this newer hotel and had an excellent stay & night' s rest!
We recently stayed at the BW at Arlington/Marysville with our family for a wedding. We had four rooms with our adult children and grand kids. I have travelled a fair amount over the years (million mile flyer and diamond at Hilton hotels) and was really impressed with the overall quality of stay at this property. The rooms were large (we stayed in an executive king and the 2 room king suites) and exceptionally quiet. The entire property was very well maintained, kept very clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were very unexpected with cook to order eggs and omelets, hot sausage gravy, fresh homemade pastries, and good cereal. The staff in the breakfast area was incredibly helpful and polite, and Connie was a real joy. While the motel does not have the amenities of a Grand Hyatt or Omni, the overall stay was one of the best that I have had. And when you consider what you get for the price - I think that this property is unbeatable.
My sister and I flew in to join two siblings to celebrate mom's 85th birthday. We were greeted by awesome desk staff and assigned room based on request. Clean rooms; great breakfast area. I appreciate breakfast till 9:30. Ate lunch and dinner at nearby restaurant. We'll be back!
Loved the omelette bar at the complimentary breakfast. Very friendly staff. Hot tub was very nice. Rooms was clean & had all I needed. Lady at the omelette bar was so friendly & positive. Would definitely return if I have business in the area
Best Hotel in Area. Enjoyable stay. Would stay again and recommend to family and friends.Excellent Property, everything clean and in good repair. Exceedingly helpful staff. Super breakfast and options..
The suite was huge - the largest suite we stayed in (of 5 different hotels). The breakfast was the best we had, with quite a bit of variety, and was slightly different the two nights we stayed. The pool was closed for maintenance the first day, so they gave us passes to a local alternate location. It was a great place to stay with my family (6 people altogether).
Refrigerator was loud and rattling all night, hardware in bathroom was broken and needs attention, breakfast was disappointing, omelette chef was rude due to lack of help and breakfasts options were running out by 9 am
This is a very nice newer motel. The staff is friendly and professional. Their morning breakfast is exceptional. We enjoyed are stay there and will be going back there again. It is hard to find a motel as nice as this one.
In a search of the area (Everett-Marysville-Arlington-Mt Vernon), this hotel was the most expensive. We stayed here because of a last-minute decision and the ease of booking on the BW app. The room was very nice, the staff were helpful, and the breakfast was GREAT! Omelets/eggs made to order and a great assortment of other items. I guess if you want a breakfast like that, and you factor in the cost of the breakfast at a restaurant, the overall cost of staying here is okay. No complaints here.
The best hotel I have stayed at. A full breakfast included. Very nice staff! The price was ok but everything else made up for it. The rooms were very nice and the beds are very comfortable. I definitely recommend this Best Western.
Okay I have here any times this year and will continue. The place is clean and a little set back from the main road but isnt hard to get to. It would be nice if a better sign was near the road. The hotel it self is great hot tub and pool are just right after a day of work to relax. It is close to many places to eat and do some light shopping in walking distance.
Staff went above and beyond. Made to order eggs made breakfast better than a restaurant! Great location with clean and well appointed rooms. Common areas were clean and beautifully decorated. Wil definitely make this my home away from home when visiting the area.
Zina was very welcoming and attentive. Jessica Connie & Charlee? were great and took care of all my needs without hesitation. They have omelet station that is made to order with fresh eggs not an egg substitute from a carton. They are pet friendly with the pet floor being on the 1st. I typically stay in Seattle however when I do stay in Arlington and I will return due to the staff!
This property is a cut above your typical Best Western. A clean, modern four storey hotel with spacious rooms and a superior breakfast experience, The staff are friendly and helpful and all the facilities are top notch. Conveniently located just far enough off the freeway with all the necessities close by.
Jessica you have made my stay so far amazing I love coming down and night and seeing you here.you always have a smile on and you make me laugh.your the sole reason why I'm enjoying this stay. Ur the Bomb.com
This particular best western is a little bit more expensive than some of the others. The breakfast is better then some of the other hotels. If you book in advance that helps with the price. The suites are very nice.
We love the Arlington Best Western. Every aspect of our stay was a 10. Will definitely plan future stays at this facility. Friendly staff, well maintained building and rooms, great breakfast selection, and value for the $$ will bring us back.
stayed in this Best Western on our way to the North Cascades National Park. This hotel is clean and I am very picky ...and beds were very comfortable! The location is easy and gas station and safeway right across the street. Recommend this hotel ....
We stayed at Best Western Arling back in September 20 and 21st. I booked the hotel for 1 night upon our arrival we decided to stay for an extra night. My husband went down and told the front desk agent to book us for one more night. The next day we planned to go shopping, my little guy was tired and we came back for his nap. When I left the our room I left the sign up that we will need require housekeeping. When I arrived I was surprised that they ignored my request and housekeeping is making the beds. She was shocked looking at me. I said this is the room I am staying and mentioned my room number. She said they are checked out. I was shocked by who? I left my little guy on the coach and started looking for our personal belonging including our passport everything was taken away. I immediately called front desk. It took about 5 yo 10 mintues for them to bring our belongings in trash bags. All my kids clean and dirty shoes in same bag. The manager then walks in and I showed her everything asked her I feel our privacy was invaded. We have told you that we will stay for 2 nights, you have our credit card on file why wouldn't you charge my card. She didn't really care all she said was that Canadain leave their stuff behind. I was really shocked at this response. They trashed all my kids snacks and food. She never offered to replaced or any complensation. The hotel doesn't care about their customers all they care is filling the rooms. Very Rude management. Safe yourself headache and DO NOT STAY THERE.
My favorite part of my stay had to be the excellent service that I received from the staff at this location. They were very knowledgeable of the local restaurants and stores in the area they made my check-in and check-out easy and enjoyable. This location has the most beautiful fountain out front of the building I was blown away by the great customer service and beauty of the fountain it was so serene and peaceful. This hotel had many breakfast item to choose from and it was delicious. I had such a pleasant stay and would recommend this Best Western to all of my friends it was totally worth the money that I spent on the room.
Nice staff, room very spacious very comfy, great location close to freeway, had previously booked first nite and on check in decided to book 2 more nites. Wish front desk had told the difference in rates for weekend, approximately $40 dollars higher for the Friday and Saturday rate for each nite, bit of a shock on checkout!!
OMG this is a very nice place, not too far from the highway and around gas stations, restaurants, grocery stores, you name it is near! The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful! The room was fantastic. Of course it is a one of a kind with full refrigerator, stove, micro wave and sink! Since we were on a road trip we had cold things to store! We had a good nights rest and in the morning they served breakfast. Very good, there was someone to make your omelets to your liking!
We were going to a concert at the Tulalip Casino and didn't want to drive home after it. We were going to take Lyft but the front desk clerk called the hotel shuttle for us. A nice surprise which worked well. Also an excellent breakfast, including a make to order omelet station. We would definitely stay here again.
everything was great and the staff was exceptional. The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. The hotel is nicely decorated and the breakfast was wonderful. Thank you--we will be back soon.
First time at this property. Ideal location to Tulalip Amphitheatre concerts. Great value, fabulous breakfast buffet. Staff cook personal omelettes, lots of items to choose from, tables cleaned promptly. Room good size, all amenities worked. Will come back again to this hotel!
We stay here for a night every summer while visiting family. Very clean hotel, nice staff, great breakfast, and the kids love the warm pool! It's also next to McDonald's, Starbucks, and Safeway which is so convenient.
The top of the bed came to the top of my leg. so be sure to take a ladder with you if you stay here. very difficult to get into bed unless you are a giant. Rooms and facility very clean. People friendly. Breakfast tasty.
We now have relatives in this area and we will be visiting more often. This is where we will stay. Visiting from Portland, OR. Particularly great breakfast with great hotel staff. Vey friendly workers throughout.
This hotel is located close to everything. It just about one mile from the largest outlet mall in the state, and there are restaurants to please nearly anyone's appetite. If you like going to airshows they are less then a mile away for this exciting event which takes place every July! They have an excellent buffet breakfast, and it is just a couple of blocks away from an easy access to the I 5 freeway.
The hotel is fairly new and they keep it updated. The breakfast is one of the very best we have had. Made to order omlets and any kind of egg you want. Lots of toppings to choose from. The staff is always friendly and helpful
Tiffany at the front desk was absolutely amazing! She was efficient and very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel and this staff. Tiffany definitely made this stay extra special and gave me by far the BEST customer service I have ever recieved! I stayed at this hotel last year during the same time and the service was good but it wasnt nearly as awesome as this time. I wish all people in her type of positions were as friendly and overly awesome as she is. Good job Best Western, shes a keeper.
One of the best Best Westerns we have stayed at, we had a dog so we were assigned a room near the exit and stairway, while it was nice for the easy access on the other hand the stairway was a tad noisy, always sounded like a herd of elephants going up and down. The breakfast was amazing, first time I have ever had a custom omelette station, so that was nice. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The complimentary breakfast includes a custom omelet station. All food was very freshly prepared and of good variety. I didn't use it, but the hotel has a pool and fitness room. Checkin and out was slick, all staff extremely accommodating and premises were spotless. I recommend this hotel.
We travel up to Marysville at least once a year, sometimes more, to visit our granddaughter and her family. Once we found out about the "new" Best Western that had just been completed, we started using it as the guest room our granddaughter doesn't have! We love it and will stay every time we visit. Clean, comfortable, friendly and quiet, what more can you ask!
Stayed here at leisure, one night. Everything was great except the beds and pillows were surprisingly uncomfortable, not really bad, just not what was expected. Cleanliness was good, staff were great, no smoke or weed smells. Breakfast had options, eggs, meats, potatoes, waffles, fruit, the usual other stuff like yogurt (yoplait light, no thanks) and some bread/ pastries, oatmeal. But if that weren't enough, they have fantastic build your own omelettes. Just fill out the form and check everything you would like in / on it and they call your name when it's ready. We were very pleased with our omelettes. We did not use the pool or hot tub. Internet was about as expected, kept having to switch off WiFi to use my phone for internet.
Breakfast staff Cristine and Connie were fabulous and made our breakfast an enjoyable one. They were friendly and engaging. Evening desk clerk was helpful and very friendly. If nothing else we would come back because of the staff and wonderful service in the restaurant.
I stayed here for about 3 weeks. Great place. Clean and quite rooms. Really friendly staff. And a super nice breakfast each morning. The 3 ladies Connie, Christine, and Alaina really put on a nice spread each morning includingcsone cook to order eggs and omelettes. Then they clean up the place spotless and do all over again the next morning. Highly recommmend this place.
Alwayz A Great Place 2 Stay. Breakfast is Yummy Everytime (Omelettes). Front Desk Personnel Is Very Helpful. Pillows Are Super Soft. Been Staying Here At This Location Over The Last 5yearz For Business & Leisure Purposes.
Excellent overnight stay as we staged close to the Alaska Marine Hwy System terminal in Bellingham, WA. Hotel is within 1 hour drive with a coastal scenic route alternative from hotel to terminal. Hotel is clean, quiet, just off I5 with excellent stores and restaurants close bye.
Though this is a small town area, this hotel offered big hotel amenities with great personality, cleanliness, & comfort! We had a wedding in the area about 15 minutes away & our entire wedding party stayed with this property! Staff even went out of their way to put us all on the same floor! Courteous, friendly, accommodating individuals at the desk took care of us flawlessly! We will search out this property again when we are in the area!
This place is so awesome, there was absolutely nothing bad that I can say. At the second stop on our trip we were wishing that we had just commuted the 100+ miles so we could have stayed all three days with BWP.
We stayed at this hotel for a weekend, the rooms are good and the beds are very good. The staff is very friendly but what irks me is that everything you use, like a glass, cup, cutlery at breakfast is plastic. The cutlery is even very flimsy, so hard to use. The breakfast buffet is very good. We did not use the swimmingpool since that was taken over by a large group of pleople but it loos nice.
Room was very clean, quiet no noise from the hallway& staff was there to help & answer any questions. The laundry room was clean and convenient location with plenty of washer & dryers. The fresh baked cookies were very good. The staff was very friendly and they informed us that if we didn't use room service clean sheets and towels we would get bonus points and we used this option and they offered towels, coffee and collected trash daily which was very accommodating.
We have been here many times and enjoy our stay. It's convienient to what we do near marysville. The staff is professional and friendly, and the breakfast is wonderful. The pool is clean and nice to have it open until 11 for a late night dip . We forgot our toothbrushes and they were more then happy to help us. We deft recommend this hotel.
Booked (the best room in this hotel) for 3 nights. Got into my room and figured it felt like someone just had smoked into it. Talked to the front desk and the agent responded very casually as if it was a normal thing. It was beyond disappointing as it was very late and we were expecting a smooth check-in after the entire day in flights plus we have a infant. The smell was so bad that we were literally coughing. The furniture in the living area was very old and worn out and had no foam. So, I am not satisfied with my stay and will probably stay away from this hotel. The hotel agent ultimately did provide us with a different room but it shouldn't have been the case in the first place.
We stayed here for a dance competition. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. My kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub. The breakfast was amazing, especially the omelets. The ladies running the breakfast were so kind. The front desk staff were welcoming and pleasant. All together, this was an a+ stay. If we ever visit Arlington again I wouldn't stay anywhere else.
The front desk staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome The breakfast is awesome Only problem was that housekeeping falls a little flat My room was not cleaned or refreshed after the first night
The building is clean, quite, has pool, hot tub, small gym, free breakfast. My room had two king beds. Refrigerator, microwave coffee pot, ironing board, hair drier, table and chair. Also had comfortable chair with a leg rest. The staff I dealt with was very curtious and helpful. It was very quite. Hot tub was a welcome relief. Pool is small but clean and refreshing.
A friend and I met up so our daughters could play. It was a meet in the middle location that worked out perfectly for our needs. We utilized the pool and hot tub options. I loved to full breakfast available in the morning.
I always stay at BWP Marysville when I visit my brother in America as it's only a 15min walk from his apartment. Good solid hotel with friendly staff, clean room, solid breakfast, reasonable prices and decent location. Only a couple of very small quibbles. In the snack shop there's lots of chicken pies and pepperoni pizza pockets but if you're a vegetarian then it's crisps (potato chips) for you. Also, I've 3 different charges on my card for the same stay. The first two added together actually come to the agreed price. The final charge of 44 cents post check out is a complete mystery. Seems low for any potential state-of-the-room charge (and I left the room fine anyway). Maybe I was undercharged for the crisps. Messy pricing is just irritating. Overall I'm satisfied with BWP Marysville and will return in the future.
We stayed for 1 night at the Best Western Plus Arlington. This was due to the fact that our friend, who is a Gold Member (almost Platinum) had a Rewards Voucher that needed to be redeemed by May 1, 2019. The room itself was above average, larger than normal. There were 2 queen beds and a additional chair as the room was classified "Executive". There was a small kitchenette area with a microwave, fridge, and sink area. The lobby area had a nice sitting area with a fireplace. The breakfast area was very large. The breakfast was one of the better included breakfasts for similar hotel establishments. Being able to have eggs/omlettes made to order was a pleasant surprise. We did not have time to use the pool or gym facilities, so I cannot comment about that. The property in general was very clean and presented itself well. The biggest positive for us what how Ericka at the Front Desk handled the Redemption Voucher Issue. She truly went above and beyond to try and fix the problem, which we so appreciated. She definitely did not have to go the extra mile, but she chose to, and manged to resolve the problem!! We would recommend and stay at this property again if the the opportunity presents itself.
The breakfast was phenomenal, the staff was great. Had a problem with the fridge humming and was taken care of in under 10 minutes. requested a portable crib when I made my reservation, it wasn't in my room upon arrival, so I requested again, and it was resolved. Shouldn't have had to ask again, but when I did it was taken care of promptly.
We were going to attend a concert at a nearby casino and found this location to be very clean, convenient, and strategically located. This hotel is serviced by the casino's shuttle so there's no need to find parking at the casino and no impaired driving. The breakfast was very impressive, offering a wide selection of food and an omelet station. The check-in staff was very helpful and found this hotel to be an excellent value.
We stayed 3 nights and have nothing bad to say to about this hotel. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The heater was very quiet and everything in the room worked without a problem. The value for the price was exceptional. The breakfast was better than the normal hotel breakfast since they had someone to make an omelet or fired eggs to your specifications. The omelet was so good that I was sorry I didn't get it the first morning. The best part was the staff from front desk to the maids to the breakfast personnel. They were all very cheerful and helpful. The front desk had a breakfast in the bag (apple, granola bar and water) for each of us the last morning since we were checking out at 4:30 AM to catch an early flight. We will definitely stay there again if we go back to Arlington.
Everything was wonderful - traveling with my 90 yo mother - our room was close to the elevator - clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was outstanding with custom made omelets and breakfast burritos - giving up my HIE rewards and switching to BW
First, the front desk staff, such as Kim and Lianne, were very customer service friendly and helpful. The breakfast was terrific. Loved my omelettes made by Connie and Alaina!. The hotel manager Matthew aims to please the guests and does a great job. The amenities are nice and the room was quiet comfortable. Quiet enough to get great sleep too.
I stay here quite often as it has easy access, comfortable rooms, friendly service and a great made to order breakfast. There are a lot of dining options nearby, I particularly enjoy the BBQ place in the adjacent strip of business's. You won't be disappointed !!!
Overnight stay on recent trip. Staff very friendly and helpful. Check in/out simple with only minus experience being non working printer in business area which was quickly dealt with by Manager. Rooms are clean and comfortable with all amenities expected at this level BW. Pool/hot tub well maintained with nice sized towels. Free breakfast was pretty amazing and included an omelette station which is certainly a step up from many similar offerings. The property is well located in an area that has several shopping options. The only issue with location is that you have to preplan your entry and exit strategies for the Hotel at certain times of day as 172nd St is a major arterial route leading to a 2 lane SR and major traffic tie ups. This is not fault of hotel, but it is a consideration. Overall had a great experience here and would certainly return
I spent two weeks working on a contract position and took my dogs with me. This hotel was welcoming, clean, the staff was fantastic. It snowed during my stay and the staff took extra steps to ensure the guests comfort.
This hotel was amazing beyond words. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast has to experienced to be believed. They actually make you an omelette from scratch. The entire staff was super friendly and knowledgable. On top of this, the hotel is surrounded by shopping and dining with limitless options. I'll never stay anywhere else!
I always stay at this hotel when in the area. A phone reservation on route was made. Everything was ready upon check in. Friendly evening shift desk clerk, Our room was clean and up to date. Linens were fresh and in good shape. Breakfast in the morning is offered by friendly accommodating staff. I have no hesitation recommending this hotel to anyone.
I just wanted to personally thank Matthew Rosenthal. I had an issue that he is handling. I was very upset at a situation and he heard my entire story. He listened to everything I had said and apologised, helped me out and went above and beyond. I am greatful that you turned my issue into something positive. I will be staying at best western again.
So I went to check in before my husband because we are getting our floors refinished in our home. And we decided to meet at the hotel later because he wanted to finish some last minute things.. I inadvertently grabbed my husbands debit card (still a joint account.) In any case, The hotel would not accept the card or cash deposit which I can understand. However, the manager stared at my ring finger.( My ring missing due to the remodel. ) The manager had the nerve to make assumptions and compare me. In his words," Some woman who are in the middle of divorce come to hotels with their husbands debit card to rack up debt." I left in tears!! I hope I do not hear of his happening to any other customer. This hotel manager is on notice. This needs to stop! I If this manager was working for my company. I would probably fire him on the spot! Very rude! I would have offered to come back with (my )card. Under any other circumstance but I will not tolerate abuse. At the very least, I believe this manager should be enrolled in classes that teach emotional intelligence. It was a very hurtful completely humiliating. experience Comparing robs joy! RIGHT?? rude rude rude! To someone else this slander could have been a serious lawsuit.
We reserve two rooms so my teenagers can have their own bed.The room is very clean and even my two teenagers love their room. The staffs are awesome and they have awesome breakfast. One of the front desk agent offered to take a picture of my family in front of the Christmas tree. That is a very nice gesture.
This was the best stay that we have had in a very long time. Everything about this property is comfortable; from the fabulous breakfast to the warm swimming pool, from the comfortable bed and big room to the friendly and efficient staff. It is very conveniently located, safe, clean and quiet. We will be back!
I come to the area 2-4 times per year to see family and the BW is the best place to stay. It is well priced, clean, secure and comfortable. The staff has changed over the last 8 years but for the most part they are friendly and accommodating. The kitchen service personnel are excellent. I have tried another local hotel but came back to the BW>
The rooms are great the breakfast is fantastic (made to order omelet). This is a relatively new hotel so they have made a great effort to make it very nice. Arlington is a busy town and during rush hour it can be challenging to drive. The hotel is located right off 172nd so it is very close to I5.A little secret; the Moose BBQ is right across the parking lot, great food.
Hotel is conveniently located but entry and exit is sometimes difficult due to high volume traffic on main road. Room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was ok. We would stay here again because of central location.
Room was comfortable. Breakfast included made to order omelet among the selections-bakery goods included. Loved the indoor pool and hot tub which was well maintained. I will stay there on my next visit to Arlington.
For the last 3years, I might have spent around more than 4months here every time I've been to Arlington for Business. I love their fully equipped kitchenette facility that makes my life simpler. Gym, pool and hot water spa are very well maintained. Their breakfast tend to become boring for a long stay but covers well for vegetarians. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place for those looking for a chill time around Arlington/Marysville. Thank you BW team for taking a super good care - everytime I'm there.
Great Best Western to stay at. Omelet was great Love the comfy pillows Thanks so much for the stay Temp in room was easyShower was comfortable Beds very comfortable Lots of space. For those who need a work space
Kitchenette room was well designed and furnished.Couch sagged. Bed is good. Great grass field nearby to run the dogs. Quiet at night.Breakfast was good.Shopping in area is good. We will be back. Elevator slow.
I stay here frequently when visiting my son. I've always had wonderful service from the desk and we enjoy the free breakfast. You can order an omelet or breakfast burrito which is made for you on the spot. They also offer the usual pastries, waffles, pancakes, juice, coffee. This weekend they had bacon, fried potatoes and sausage as well as oatmeal, watermelon slices and strawberries. So a wide ranging variety for everyone. There is a nice pool, hot tub and fitness area. It's located near a Safeway and Walmart for shopping and has easy access to I 5 if you are heading in to Seattle.
When visiting family, I stay here on average, 3 to 4 nights per month. The amazing staff welcomes me personally, by name, & thanks me for being a loyal Best Western Diamond member. The entire hotel is clean & tastefully decorated. Rooms are spacious & I appreciate the walk-in showers. Every attempt is made to reserve my favorite rooms. I highly recommend this hotel !
Check in was fast, the room was clean, breakfast was very good (yummy made-to-order omelets), the pool was warm enough, the hot tub was clean, and check out was even faster. Wi-fi was slow, but that was the only issue we had. Would definitely stay again!
Rooms are clean with shower stalls! ( as opposed to the old bathtubs). Beds are comfortable (cushions could stand for some improvement). Elevator access to all floors. And an awesome full course killer breakfast! With eggs cooked on the spot with bacon and sausages...the works.
The hotel staff couldn't have been anymore helpful and friendly. The breakfast especially the cook to order omelet was a welcome surprise. Pool and hot tub was very nice also. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of restaurants and stores close by
We stayed four nights, it was very good. Friendly staff allover, clean spacious room, very good breakfast with made by order eggs. Good Location near I 5 and shopping, it is a ten minute drive to the Outlet Mall We recommend this hotel 100%!!!
The staff at this property is always friendly and accommodating. Rooms are very clean and the breakfast selection is very good as well. Have used this location for business travel for the past 2 years and will continue to do so!
We stayed two nights here, and I slept like a baby, the bed was so comfortable. The room was quiet, and very spacious. Also, it was very, very clean, and had plenty of amenities. The staff was nice, and answered all our questions about our location. I give this motel two-thumbs up!!!
We originally planned to stay here much longer but had to cut it short due to our travel schedule. The suite we stayed was spacious and clean. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise with many descent choices, including an omelette station! The only area I can think of for improvement is to reduce the echos in the pool area. It took only one noisy guest to drive everyone else out due to the loud echos. It's indeed that loud! Other than that, it was an enjoyable stay for us.
Breakfast was amazing. Pool is small but very clean and the area is well cared for. Driveway in from the main road is challenging to find. The room was spacious and quite comfortable. Although the furniture shows some age, it is well cared for
We stayed here for three night four days, super clean, super friendly staff, wonderful breakfast, the maids were fast and friendly, they also have super soft and large beach towels for when u use the pool, that you can pick up at the front desk, which i thought was a very nice extra. The beds are soft and cozy, that is a must for me, my back can't handle hard rock beds anymore, and it was the perfect distance from seattle. It had a kitchenette so we didn't have to eat out all the time, that was very nice, and when we needed something the front desk was always willing to help.
This hotel was great. We have a big family and their room 217 (2 king beds plus pullout) was perfect. Full kitchen and tons of space. One of the king beds is in a separate room. Wish all hotels had rooms like this. Free breakfast and parking too - things most people want. Best hotel of our WA vacation.
With all the ambience of being a standard hotel set among a sprawling set of shops in yet another patch of suburban sprawl, this best western does all it can to blend in. You could be anywhere in the USA as this hotel does nothing to distinguish itself or relate to local culture and environments. On the positive side, the hotel is easy to find and relatively easy to get in and out of. Its set well back from I-5 so pretty quiet. The rooms are spacious and comfortably appointed. The staff do a good job with breakfast as other reviewers have noted. Overall a safe choice if you are staying near Tulalip outlets and casino.
My wife and I decided to stay here on our way to Vancouver and this was the perfect stopover. All of the staff members were friendly and helpful. Our room was big and spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were fresh and clean. The hotel is easily accessible from I-5 at Exit 206. And there are a lot of stores and restaurants nearby for added convenience. We will definitely stay here again
I used booking.com to book room here one month ago. There was free cancellation. However, the hotel still charged me. I spent so much time to contact booking.com and the hotel, and currently just half of the charge come back, and still need more time and energy to ask they refund it fully.
What a nice hotel. Nearly new, very clean, very friendly people, great service, free parking, nice new hard overstuffed pillows (grinnn, we like our own better), very good everything. Best Best Western we have ever stayed in. Then there is the breakfast! Omelets or sunny side up made to order with a smile. Don't want a fresh made omelet? There is a full restaurant selection to tempt you. Scrambled eggs, pancakes, waffles, bacon AND sausage, and very good fried potatoes. We were there four night and mornings and we even had the oatmeal one morning just to try it. It was just fine. Priced in the family price range. If you are in the area, DON'T pass this hotel up. You will love it.
Staying overnight in Tulalip. Using the Best Western in Arlington/Marysville. It was a great experience. The staff were awesome, The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was wonderful! We will stay there again!
The hotel rooms were very clean and beds were very comfortable. Swimming pool was fun for kids. Their breakfast was amazing.Other than normal breakfast with eggs, sausages, bacon strips, pancakes, etc. They provided freshly made omelette with your own choice of veggie and it tasted sooooooo delicious. Overall was excellent and we will definitely bring our dog next time.
We stay here for dance team competitions and it is close to shops and food. The staff is friendly, the pool is fun and the breakfast is fantastic with fresh omelettes or made to order eggs you can't beat this breakfast. Clean rooms and comfortable beds.
I have stayed here on almost 7 nights since August for business and pleasureI say almost because I had a medical emergency our last stay a couple hours into our visit. Property Management was gracious and concerned. This hotel has wonderful staff, sparkling clean rooms, beautiful decor and a warm pool! Walking distance to several restaurants. Sad I had to miss the comfy bed and wonderful breakfast the next day! Loyal customer for life! See ya soon!
Love staying at this Best Western. Staff is always pleasant and friendly, hotel is very clean and beds are nice and comfy. Shopping close by and good restaurants. I would recommend this Hotel before staying anywhere else in the area.
Only 11 minutes away from the outlet, this hotel has the best location. Restaurants nearby provide great choose for eat out. Breakfast is top notch. Room is clean and quiet. Staffs are friendly and accommodating. Can't ask more than this. Will definitely stay again next time.
The check-in was very smooth the breakfast area was large and the food was good the rooms were nice the kids love the pool played in it for hours they had a nice little snack bar area that you could buy extra little snacks and the location was nice right off of I-5 near lots of restaurants
Great staff, very relaxing and a great breakfast makes traveling more fun instead of a hassle. Best Western may be a bit more money than some of the other chains, but the gulf between the chains has become so wide that it is a no brainer to choose BW!
The room was incredible. An indoor pool A grab and go bag leaving in the morning with food. I stay at best western 100x a year and I have never been to a better hotel then this one. This is better than 5 stars
Hotel was nice, however, we were in a handicapped room where the bed was so high a handicapped person would need assistance getting in and out of bed. My husband had difficulty getting off the bed as we were leaving and found himself on the floor, and not on his feet.
Car trouble led me to this hotel an hour from home. It is tucked away behind all the typical fast foot places, but is situated between a Swedish Clinic and Urgent Care w/pharmacy as well as a Starbucks. But, their "included breakfast" is lovely. You have a made to order omelet station in addition to the typical make it your self items. You can also opt for serve yourself eggs, sausage and bacon. It is a very uncrowded seating setup as well.
Booked the room on points. It was a very nice suite. The hotel felt very new and well maintained. Staff was friendly on check in and made sure to let us know about the hot breakfast and its hours. Would definitely stay again.
The hotel just did an all around good job. The outstanding area was the breakfast. I'm still missing that breakfast! The ladies who got up and cooked each morning did a great job and were very friendly. I'd stay there again without a second thought.
We stayed at this hotel due to its close proximity to Warm Beach, where were were enjoying the Lights of Christmas. This hotel was convenient in that we didn't have to make the long drive back to our home late at night. This is a relatively new property (from what I gather) so we thought we'd give it a try. The moment we walked in our bad experience began. We arrived late; after 11pm and there were two women standing at the front desk. On the right was an older woman and on the left was a woman who looked to be in her 20's or 30's. It was a few seconds after we arrived (and were standing there waiting) before we were even greeted and at least 5 minutes before anyone bothered to help us. The older woman was busy counting change, but the younger woman was doing something on the computer. She didn't even look up to acknowledge us. I saw the older woman (who did say hello, finally) roll her eyes at the younger woman and I was still standing there. She finally asked the younger woman if she was about finished so that she could help us. I was tempted to say "Someone better help us." Finally the younger woman reluctantly checked us in and demanded to see my husband's Government ID because we had booked the government rate. She was not friendly at all and clearly didn't want to be bothered with helping us, but the other woman made very little effort to help us either. We did report this to the front desk manager in the morning but as someone who works in Customer Service, it's not right to leave a customer standing there until someone decides to help them. Our room was nice and it was quiet and clean. This morning we had a nice breakfast (omelets were really good and the breakfast staff was very friendly. Check out is 11am and we were still packing up at 1115 when the phone rang. It was the front desk, 'reminding" us that check out was 11am. I told her that we would be down soon and both my husband and I felt like we were being rushed out of the room. We were literally getting ready to carry our bags out of the room when someone knocked on the door. It was housekeeping (a woman with a young girl who looked to be in elementary school-surely she wasn't actually working at the hotel) and when they saw us the woman said "Perfect timing!" We barely had time to get our stuff out of the room before they came barging in. Seriously I doubt that the hotel was going to be full on a Sunday night in December and we have stayed at many other BW properties that allowed a lot more time to check out. We also mentioned this to the front desk before we left and were told that it was a "courtesy call" and that all we had to do was to let them know we need more time. However, we don't like being "reminded" of check out time barely fifteen minutes after the fact and we don't like being shoved out of the room when we're trying to leave. We arrived too late to use the pool the night before but for some reason when I learned this morning that the pool was closed for maintenance anyway, it didn't surprise me at all. Next time we'll just drive home from Warm Beach or find another place to stay. It would have been more pleasant.
Great staff, great breakfast , comfortable room. Highly recommend !!! Rooms nice and quiet. Pool and jacuzzi were awesome Lots of restaurants either a short drive, or within walking distance. You will enjoy staying here.
Great location, easy on and off the freeway. Convenience store, Gas, McDonalds, Teryaki, and BBQ all in the same lot within walking distance. Made to order Omelette/breakfast station. Modern decor and very clean with a pleasant staff. Room had a large desk and comfortable chair to work at and a quiet air conditioning unit.
We had a wonderful stay. We would recommend this hotel to all. The breakfast was delicious and the service was excellent. The staff there was friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable.
I have stayed at this hotel on three other occasions and each time had a wonderful stay. The staff, location, cleanliness and customer service has always been excellent. I will always and have recommended your hotel to family and friends.
I could easily have given this place a 5 star rating if it weren't for the unbearable amount of noise - all night long. I wear earplugs and there was no drowning out all the horrible noise - there is highway noise, pipe noise, fridge noise, elevator noise, fan/AC noise and neighbor noise! It was just never ending! Most of my experiences with lots of noise at a hotel are issues with room selection (so, in my case, I had a room with a kitchenette, and it had a fridge that was soooooo horribly noisy all night - and I had a room that was closer to the elevator and ice machine - so more traffic by the room door - and I had a room facing the highway, so there was car noise). But this room also had noise that you cannot escape no matter which room you get! The AC/heating units are older, and so unless you keep it off all night, you're gonna hear this horrible rattling sound of the fan. And then there's the paper thin walls. You hear everything - everyone above, everyone beside and all the pipes and toilets flushing This seems to be a common theme at Best Westerns, as they all seem to have this issue (a recall a similar situations at the Best Western in Bellingham, and the Best Western Alderwood Mall). Ugh... It's unfortunate, because staff were friendly and efficient at check-in, breakfast was very good (made to order omelettes - yum!), and it's in a great location with plenty of parking. I suppose if I got a room on the top floor, in the corner, without a fridge, when it wasn't busy, when I don't need heat or AC, and on the non-highway side, it might mean I'd get a good night's sleep - but hard to say. I may try again one day, when I can sacrifice a night's sleep...
hotel clean & breakfast adequate. Staff very pleasant. quiet area so sleep was undisturbed & only 5-10 minutes from anywhere we wanted to go. I would return to this hotel anytime. Parking is sometimes inadequate when busy
In town on business and booked here. Pros- No surprises, just what you would expect - plus! I am pretty sure the plus is the extravagant (compared to others) breakfast service. Really over the top bonus for the traveling and business types. The hot tub and pool were real nice and the heating cooling unit was mostly quiet. The location was very convenient and the shower was just right...best of all...FLUFFY towels...not that overly starched, sandpaper stuff...I don't know how they pulled that off but yay! Cons- I may have had an antelope convention above me and a pair of Flamenco dancers next to me...if not the noise dampening was less than desirable. I could also hear the travelers in the hall as they opened and closed their doors. The bed was just OK as were the pillows. Not a bad nights sleep but far from an OMG type night. The room was small. Big enough, but small. Bottom line-While not a room I would want to spend a lot of time in it was a nice solid place that is just what one would expect and then there is the plus!
nice hotel, great staff, I thought the pool could have been bigger, but it was nice and warm, you didn't have to suffer to get into it. I would have liked a waffle maker at breakfast rather than the pancake maker, but they did have 3 staff making omlets, or eggs anyway you would like them. You don't see that at every hotel.
This was a great stay, everything was like new, great beds and spacious rooms, fantastic breakfast, including personalized omelettes as you like, nice variety of food, I would recommend this hotel, thank you for a great stay, we will be back
This is a well kept hotel. It has good breakfast. the rooms are very spacious. the staff is very caring. The manager Mathew is very helpful and caring. i have stayed at this hotel many times. This time i was given a room with kitchenette and it was perfect
the best western in Marysville is by far the best place to stay the rooms are clean its quite and very nice, the staff is allways spot on to make sure you have one kf the best stays they havs allways gone out of their way to assist the guest when ever needed, the breakfast cant be beat fresh and the ladies are extremly freindly and very good cooks and make shre if you have eggs they afe cooksd right.
We have stayed at this hotel at least six times over the past few months because of the friendly service and will continue to do so. We believe it is good value. We used to stay at the medallion hotel but now prefer the Best Western.
Stopped in here last year and the service and amenities haven't changed it was an overall great place to stay and good location. The one thing I noticed was the the front end staff was the same and there service was stellar
We love to go here just for the pool and hot tub. We are preparing our house for sale and really need to rest and get away from it all. We were able to bring the grandkids and have a fun time. The breakfast variety is great and like having a hot breakfast. I especially like the custom omelet bar.
I really liked the area the only thing was it's not located just off the road. its more of dinking and dunking around other buildings and driveways just to get to the motel. It would be more better if there was a roadway leading straight to it. Especially at night it is poorly lit there really isn't a "clear road sign " indicating BW is here. I had to do a lot of turnarounds and I believe this is a direct hindrance to this wonderful motel.
We stayed here one night on our way across the pass. It was a good room with the platinum upgrade that we received. The staff was courteous and the breakfast was good. We would stay there again if we are in the area. It is conveniently located near shopping and a golf course that my husband visited.
We stopped at this BW as part of our family vacation trip through Washington. Stayed the night before spending a day shopping at the Outlets. Great hotel for families as it has a pool, large rooms, and a free breakfast with custom made eggs. Bed was great; room was clean. Staff was super friendly. Definitely will stay again.
Loved this location. Great customer service from arrival to departure. Fantastic breakfast selection including a made to order omlet bar. Will definately stay at this location in the future if our travels take us through Arlington.
Great location for where I was working. Convenient access to highways. Restaurants in walking distance, with two in the shared parking area! The staff are always ready to help with any need you have! The breakfast staff are awesome, food was always hot and fresh!
This is an excellent property. I did enjoyed the hotel Their pool and spa very clean and warm, very comfortable. Breakfast provided a free omelet service that was very good. The hotel is close to the Tulalip Casino, I will stay here again.
This is my third stay at this hotel. Great facility and great staff. Ease of access to and from the highway, and important shopping near by. Good clean rooms, and excellent breakfast. I try to stay at best western plus hotels when I am travelling. Haven't been disappointed yet. I will be back again. Highly recommended.
This hotel has the best continental breakfast of all the hotels I've stayed in. The food was fresh and included pancakes and waffles for guest to make, omelets made to order, a large, comfortable seating area, and a well stocked fitness area.
We stayed one night before our cruise & we're so glad we did. The room was clean & quiet and the staff was super friendly! We even had time to enjoy the pool & hot tub. The free breakfast was great too, so rather than a simple stopover, it felt like our vacation started early.
Very nice hotel. Stayed here one night with our family and were pleased. We stayed at a different hotel our second night, in a different town, and my son asked to go back to this one. Clean hotel, rooms and pool area. Friendly staff and they make delicious omelets!
Excellent hotel -- will stay there again if in that part of the country. We like the new Best Westerns. They seem to be quiet and geared to the quality of what the consumer wants rather than cookie cutter made for made to collect money for the corporation.
Three friends and I stayed in a two king bed suite. We loved our two room suite, including a little kitchen, and enjoyed the hot breakfast the following morning in the lobby area. I highly recommend this as a place to stay while in the area. It's much less expensive than the casino and very clean and nice. Both casinos have shuttles to come pick you up. The desk personnel will call them for you. I will definitely stay here again. It is located across the street from Safeway. There are many fast food places within a few blocks. Also Chinese, Mexican, Pizza, and other restaurants within a mile.
Nothing fancy, but did the job of a bed and bathroom. I travel a lot and one thing that hotels must be is CLEAN! This wasn't super clean and spotless, but it wasn't dirty and I didn't feel grossed out like most places I stay. I don't use the amenities, so I can't comment on those. Staff was decent, but obviously training a new hire. Not a big deal, but things were not explained as I don't think much training had happened. Overall a better stay than most Best Westerns and Holiday Inns I've been too.
Traveling alone- felt safe and secure at this hotel. Restaurants , stores and other conveniences within walking distance. Close to I-5. Staff is efficient and welcoming. Rooms are clean and entire hotel is fresh and well maintained. Will stay here again.
Excellent experience at every level. Front desk was super and cleaning crew had great personalities! I look forward to staying on my next trip to the Seattle area. Location close to the casino was a plus too!
In 2017 I stayed at five different hotels for a combined total of over 100 days. The Best Western Hotel in Arlington was the best, cleanest, and most relaxing. All of the staff were friendly, helpful, and made me and my cousin feel welcome.
Excellent modern/clean hotel with great amenities and location to the freeway, shopping (across the street), Seattle Outlet Mall and Being Factory. Breakfast is exceptional with the only negative being the price.
travelling north we just wanted a decent place to overnight. Very pleasantly pleasantly surprised and tired from long day of driving. Not knowing Arlington and not having a reservation everything was a plus when booking in (with small dog). The hotel was exceptional in all areas. Have stayed in many Best Western locations and this was one on the best. It seems we are always satisfied with out Best Western experiences.
This Best western deserves the name - nice facility, good value - better than average breakfast. I could wish it were in walking distance of more restaurants, but that's the only real shortcoming, and nothing about the hotel itself.
Excellent free breakfast, proper HD service on the TV, quiet toilets & showers, all make this hotel repeatable in the future. If I had any complaint though, it'd be the soft bed and puffy pillows, like spherical marshmallows, if you like that sort of thing. 100% would stay here again.
This is a lovely hotel. The staff was excellent as well as most of the amenities. However, the pool area had a very strong smell of chlorine both times I have stayed here. We also had a complaint about the cooling system not working and advised the staff who were apologetic and would get maintenance to look at it.
Great hotel. Friendly smiling staff. Opened up the entire dining area to our group for a team dinner that we had made at no cost. We stay there every year and will continue to do so. They treat us like family or better.
This is a new, clean, comfortable hotel with the best complimentary breakfast of any hotel I've stayed in. The complimentary omelet bar made the breakfast something to look forward to and the helpful friendly staff make you feel valued and at home. Nice clean, comfortable rooms and great beds make a comfortable stay. I'll be back.
Really good hotel, friendly staff, amazing breakfast with eggs/omelettes to order. Comfy beds, great shower! We had a very pleasurable stay. Nothing bad to say. Will visit again when shopping at tulalip outlet.
This was the best hotel within this chain that I have stayed at. The breakfast was awesome and the staff was even better. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay. Best Western in Arlington was a win win. Again best hotel stay so far in a Best Western hotel chain.
We recently stayed over 4th of July week and have a very nice stay. The rooms are clean and well kept. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The full breakfast is nice, especially the made to order omelets. The hotel is close to the freeway and the Tulalip casino and outlet mall. Lots of restaurants near by. There is a grocery store across the street and a Starbucks just across the hotel's parking lot. Would stay here again. Overall, a nice stay.
Nice property off the highway. Modern and stylish; recently built or renovated. Good bed offering a comfortable sleep. Quiet under-window-mounted HVAC system with good cooling. No separate thermostat, and no fan-always-on control to limit the noise of cycling on and off during the night. But the unit was quiet. But we did hear a slight amount of outside noise from cars, sirens, and an annoying train horn from the nearby tracks. But disturbing noise was fairly minimal. The breakfast was more like an Embassy Suites hotel -- wonderful made-to-order omelets and eggs cooked your way, with all the trimmings, and all included with the room charge. Downsides: 1. Squeaky ill-fitting bathroom door that rubbed on the jamb. 2. Shower leaking causing loosening of one tile and bubbling of the plaster/paint in the bathroom. I would definitely return to this property if i were in this area again.
This hotel was easy to get to off I-5. We picked it for its proximity to Everett for the Boeing Factory tour (on our way back from Canada). The room was clean and new. The bed was super comfortable. My husband loved the omelet bar in the morning and my young daughter raved about the pancake machine. The free breakfast was plentiful in a large room.
Stayed 2 nights for business and pleasure. Very clean newer hotel. Room was beautifully appointed. Very clean. Breakfast included made to order omelets with many choices including spinach and mushrooms. Pool and hot tub were perfect! Every single staff member was friendly and responsive!
This is a great place to stay. Great staff very clean! Many restaurants near by and also close to the two casinos. I would highly recommend this hotel for business or pleasure. Also close to Bistro San Martin which has amazing food but make a reservation.
This Best Western has an omelette station as part of their complimentary breakfast. The omelettes were excellent and made the breakfast experience superb. Recommend you try this BW for the omelettes alone!
We stayed in a gorgeous room, it was clean, spacious, and affordable. We were surprised by the size of the room compared to what we paid. We had just been ripped off at a few other hotels so we were really happy. The breakfast was great with made to order omelets. I would definitely stay here again.
This hotel is easy to locate only 1 min. off of I5. Excellent staff were quick to respond to requests and/or offer assistance. Our room was quiet and the beds very comfortable, plenty of pillows with varying degrees of softness. Great shower with lots of water pressure. The complimentary breakfast was the best I've experienced. Lots of choice including scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. Like your eggs another way? No problem! Omelettes and fried eggs are cooked to order! Definitely recommend this hotel . . . . I'll be back!
Have stayed at this hotel a couple of times. Friendly staff, comfortable beds, clean rooms. Like the walk-in shower. Price has gone up considerably since previous stays. Fortunate to have enough points for a free night.
Stay for 3 nights for business. Nice clean room. Good breakfast. There is a shuttle to the bigger casino that front desk cant call. Make sure you go to the Tuesday King crap buffet. Casino is next to an outlet mall.
We stayed here after a day in North Cascades National Park before flying out of Seattle the next day. It was a perfect location, easy to get to. It had great parking and our suite was huge and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the view of the mountains was beautiful.
Staff at check-in gave good service. Let us know about the free breakfast, shuttle service and gave fresh cookies. Shuttle was only five minutes after we asked for it. Picked us up at same place it left us at casino. Driver used surface streets due to construction on freeway. The breakfast the next morning was great. in addition to regular fare, the had a omelet bar to cook eggs any way you wanted.
From staff to management, it is apparent that they care about the service and product they are providing. Rooms are great, clean, well kept and amenities all function. Well placed in the area for business , shopping . This is a regular stop for me and now some of my travelling co-workers.
Clean and comfortable. Has all the amenities. Great friendly and accommodating staff. WiFi that works. Awesome hot breakfast with made to order omelets. We'll be back. This is our come to hotel when in the greater Seattle area.
Wow. What a wonderful experience. Rooms very clean, staff extremely courteous, and snacks and full breakfast great. The property appears to be brand new and very close to a few places for dinner including Outback Steakhouse.
Great spot close to many needs including outlets/golf. Hotel was clean, reasonably priced/comfortable room/great breakfast. Check in was efficient. Overall hotel was very clean with a great staff who went out of their way to accommodate guests needs. Generous free parking. Cookies at reception well received. Well done BW. Keep up the good work.
Good stay for your money's worth! Staff very courteous and helpful! The breakfast was especially good, and items refilled and fresh tasting! Would definitely stay there again on future trips! Easy parking also!
It was our wedding night and we didn't get there till midnight and they were very accommodating. We got a very relaxing night after all the crazy stress of a wedding. We had a house full of family a ton of kids... we needed the peace and it was a great night the staff was amazing and very kind.
We stayed the one night in Arlington and chose this hotel. It was really clean and quiet. The bed was really comfortable. The AC was pretty quiet compared to many hotels we stayed at. The breakfast in the morning was excellent. They even served hot, fresh rolls right to your table. Would absolutely stay here again
Nice hotel convienent to Costco for trip down and up and the outlets Breakfast was great with the omelette stations Very nice and the hotel items as side were very fresh and plentiful The potatoes were also s nice touch But the coffee has to be upgraded Go do the best and you will find people will eat less from the Buffett Because they are satifies with a very good coffee
This was a great hotel and the location is perfect. We were attending a wedding and it worked out well. There is a great Outback Kangaroo ranch nearby that was a great place. The pool was wonderful. Near stores and gas.
I'm definitely coming back to this hotel the next time I'm in the Arlington area; clean, quiet, a really exceptional complimentary breakfast spread and the hotel staff were really friendly and professional.
We stayed here while attending a concert at the Tulalip Casino in June. This hotel is almost new, and everything about our stay was perfect. Our room was very clean, neat, and had a walk in shower, instead of a bathtub. We had a king bed and a full hide a bed/sofa in our room, and were on the 4th floor. Our room was very quiet and got very dark when closing the shades. The front desk clerks were very polite and helpful with us getting a shuttle for free to the casino. The next morning, we went down to the eating area, and their free breakfasts consist of pancakes, muffins, cereal, juices, bacon, eggs, potatoes, and many other fruits and things. They also have a chef that will cook you custom omelettes for free. The food was awesome, and their kitchen staff was very polite. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. What a great staff they have.
We were desperate for a non-smoking hotel when we booked this hotel, having just come from the migraine-inducing, stale-smoke smelling Quality Inn down the street (quick aside: if you don't mind smoke, the staff there is really quite wonderful!). We balked at first at the price of the BW, thinking it was a bit out of line for an off-the-freeway hotel on a busy highway. But what a respite it was! The management runs it as if it was a Westin. The lobby is welcoming with ice water, the light-filled breakfast area looks more like a comfortably hip restaurant or lounge than a cafeteria, there is a small market with food and other sundries, and the staff is efficient. The room was quite clean and reasonably roomy, tastefully decorated, complete with microwave, fridge, and coffee. HVAC worked perfectly. The grounds are very well kept, inside and out. Within walking distance (just across the parking lot) are a Starbucks, a quick teriyaki & Asian restaurant, and a delicious smelling barbecue joint. It's only about 5 minutes from the Tulalip Casino and Seattle Premium Outlets, and about 20 minutes to Kayak Point park. All in all, a very nice place to land if you are in the area.
My wife and I were there for 9 nights earlier this month visiting family in the area. This is the 3rd stay for us at this facility and we have enjoyed each one. The omelet bar at the excellent breakfasts is unique and enjoyable. The rooms are clean and well appointed. Staff are friendly and when I erred in booking a night short, they were extremely helpful in finding us nearby appropriate accommodation for the night in question. We will most certainly stay there again.
This hotel had all that our soccer team needed such as in house laundry, quality breakfast for the players, inexpensive rooms, and a pool and hot tub along with numerous food options near by. It was very disappointing to the team that the hot tub did not function while we were there though.
As you walk through the doors the smell of a clean hotel was my first impression. The hospitality was very impressive, the room was exceptional and the breakfast was by far the best hotel breakfast. I also enjoyed the pool and hot tub which were very clean and nice. I would highly recommend this hotel a five star property Thank you Best Western Plus for a wonderful experience!
This hotel is in a central location. It is very comfortable and well looked after. I would stay there again. We drive from Vancouver to Seattle to see the Mariner's games and shop on the way back. We look forward to reaching this destination.
Nice people great room. Very clean. Breakfast all you could ask for. The breakfast room was beautiful and well appointed. Wish I could have stayed longer. Convenient to but not too close to freeway. Room very quiet.
Exceptional service and staff, starting with the friendly greeting upon our arrival at 2:00am. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Super breakfast with many choices, and omelettes made to order. All of this on a sold out weekend at the hotel!! Highly recommended and will stay again.
All amenities were satisfactory, I liked that the hotel location was situated off freeway enough not to be noisy and it was within walking distance to groceries, fast food and Starbucks. Although I didn't use it it had an adequate gym. It also had a kiosk type snack shop in lobby if customer not interested in going out.
The hotel was beautifully well kept inside and out, staff was extremely helpful and cheerful, the indoor pool and hot tub temperature was kept nice and warm. I was able to have access to restaurants, groceries store's, gas station all around this hotel.
The best western in Smokey point was great with the amenities they afforded and how helpful and friendly the staff was and the fact that we were able to bring our pets since we were in the process of moving out of state and would need a place to stay for a week
Quiet location, close to Premium Outlet Mall 10 minute drive. Also close to Costco for gas and good selection of wine. Great breakfast, made to order Omlettes, and good choice of other breakfast items and good seating.
This hotel is well situated, just off of an interstate, close to Outlet Shopping, close to Seattle. Wa., and close to the Pacific Coast waterfront and it's culinary offerings. Hotel is fairly new (3 years), is very clean with a very caring staff, hotel offers/makes great FRESH omelettes on request. Overall a very pleasant visit
After a very long flight from overseas (14+hrs) with two young children and landing at SEATAC, we stopped here on our way to Canada. The staff were friendly and check in was easy. Stay was comfortable, room was clean and access to shopping was easy (across the I5 and a 5 min drive to the next exit for the Premium Outlets). Complimentary breakfast was good with omelette made to order. Best was the service we had upon checkout. Travelling with 7 suitcases was a bit manic and we didn't feel comfortable leaving them in the truck while we went to the outlet. Front desk staff let us leave them in a spare room and pick them up afterwards. This was amazing and really made a difference for us. 7 suitcases is a lot but didn't phase them at all. I've stayed here a few times but this time cemented it as our go to hotel when visiting the Seattle area.
I stayed at this hotel for business, and will be staying again next week. The friendly staff made for a very pleasant stay, breakfast options were great, the pool and hot tub were amazing, and the bed was comfy. Upon returning to my office today, a coworker asked how I liked it, and now he is booking it for a business trip in June. Thank you for making time away so nice.
We continually seek out Best Western Hotels wherever possible in our travels. They are upgraded, comfortable, clean, modern, professional and meet our every expectation for travel. This hotel had a very nice breakfast, complete with made to order eggs any way or omletes. Excellent hotel!
We were displaced from our home because of a home restoration. Our room was very accommodating- clean and comfortable. They allow pets- so we did not have to kennel our family dog. The room showed no signs of any pets being there before us. We had to leave our home a bit earlier than first planned and they were very helpful- letting us check in early. The breakfast was excellent. Made-to-order omelettes- YUM! Will definitely recommend this hotel to all!
New hotel. Great amenities. Lots of parking. Close to I-5. Very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. The omelet bar breakfast was fantastic. I would come back here just for that. WiFi was included, but had to re-log in every day.
We hosted a birthday party for our 9 yr old daughter. We had 10 girls and a couple little boys. The hotel was super accommodating and very friendly. Great guest suite and no complaints at all. The pool is large enough for all of them without crowding. We were able to bring in pool toys without concern. Breakfast was good and had nice variety. All in all, great stay!
The food we happened to try nearby was horrendous. You may have to travel a bit for good food. But the hotel itself was great! Clean, quiet, and organized. We were on the 4th floor at the end of the hallway (I had requested a high floor if possible) and it was very nice. Obviously there isn't much of a view but it was nice to see the rain and clouds. The checkout and check-in were both quick and easy. The parking lot was usually pretty full, meaning lots of other people liked the hotel too. It was a pretty center location for us, since we were attending a wedding in Stanwood, meeting friends on Camano Island, and then driving to Birmingham for dinner with other friends throughout our stay.
Great stay with great staff. The breakfast was awesome and looked forward to this every morning. Offering such a continental breakfast with made to order omelettes was extremely helpful while traveling with 2 little boys.
I travel to be able to visit my Mother in assisted living. This best western is a very convenient location. Easy access, very clean and comfortable beds. There is a great breakfast provided with many options including gluten free.
The breakfast was delicious, the room clean and functional and the staff was quite friendly. Only issue I had was we ran out of tissues and they weren't replenished by housekeeping. The staff treated our dog like one of their own. They gave him a "cookie" every time we would return.
Friendly staff, well located. I was in bussiness, and the confort found made easy my stay. There is a mall just other side of road I-5, and if need go shopping there is the Seattle Premium Outlet about 15-20 min, very nice area, with some good restaurants (RAM, Olive Garden).
Excellent stay, quiet and peaceful room and area we were on the way to the flower fields of the pacific northwest. Room had a nice kitchenette with plates and other items for use. Plenty of fast food places near if you wanted a quick bite. Starbucks was just across the parking lot. Breakfast was really good. You could choose to have an omelet or fried eggs. They provided scrambled as well. Normal breakfast fare but well presented.
This is the best place to stay when in the arlington wa. area the staff is super frendly they love aminals they make sure you leave with a great time after staying here if any issues come up they take care of it right then and there
I stay every month for work the staff there is really friendly and welcoming. The beds are super comfortable. The breakfast has a great variety of hot and cold foods. Very tasty. I won't stay anywhere else when I go there.
I stay at this property each time I am in the area. Good value, quality accomadations, Clean rooms with current functioning amenities and wifi. Ample parking as I drive a large truck and trailer. Close to shopping , Outlet mall and Casino if you like they will call the shuttle for you. Good dining in close proximity. The morning breakfast provided offers great made to order omelets and eggs, a wide assortment of other breakfast item are also available. Welcoming and helpful staff throughout my stay. only about an hour to Seattle in morning traffic.
We stayed at the Best Western Plus in Arlington while visiting family who live in the area. We were pleasantly surprised with how nice our room was. We had a suite with 2 king size beds, small living area and kitchenette. It was almost like being in your own little condo. The larger refrigerator was very nice. Everyone enjoyed the made to order omelettes in the morning. It was a nice touch on the traditional hotel breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.
A very nice stay, just not enough water pressure in the shower. Very good breakfast fresh, good omelette. Staff were friendly and accomodating. Was given a 10% discount at check out due to poor water pressure in shower and toilet running.
It was a shopping trip with my friends and my mother. We had a great trip and your stuff was great, always there for us no matter what we needed. The breakfast staff were great too. They went out of their way for us thank you! See you next year
Helpful friendly staff. Fabulous breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms with microwaves and refrigerators. Fruit and coffee out all day for guests. Warm chocolate chip and peanut butter cookies appearing at 4:00 everyday!
Wonderful stay! EVERYTHING was great! Clean, quiet, centrally located to everything, friendly staff, lovely rooms, good wifi access, breakfast was really great with made to order omelette available in addition to the regular buffet selections.
I travel for business primarily. I have used this hotel on several occasions. It never fails to disappoint. Great staff, great rooms and close to shopping if that's what your into. Great complimentary breakfast each morning. Recommend this property to anyone.
The front desk staff was very prompt upon arrival and a very sweet man "JD" helped with a last minute late check out in a very professional, courteous, patient, thoughtful manner. There is complimentary refreshments available (iced tea/lemonade, bananas, oranges and apples) and also a grab and go mini mart for snacks. This location is so close to the highway and also has many eateries within walking distance like the MooseBBQ and Jersey Mikes Subs. The room was very clean and the bed was mass comfortable. Convenience and comfort with a genuine smile..is the BEST!
If you ever want to stay at the friendliest hotel, this is your hotel. It's staff are so helpful. When my husband travels on his own, I never worry. They remember your name, and the made to order omelettes at the free breakfast are awesome. I high recommend this hotel. Make sure you join the rewards club!
We chose the Best Western Plus in Arlington as our hotel for the night! We were in town to visit family and friends! It's conveniently just 2 blocks off I-5 and easy to find! When I came to check in however, I was a bit concerned as a rather large gathering of 8 year old boys in town for hockey, and their parents were all in the dining area, some boys jumping about, some looking to find their friends to go swim with them, etc. My initial thought was...what have I gotten myself into! Instead Denise at the front desk was pleasantly welcoming (I can only imagine it was a long night for her) provided a rapid check in and best of all, put us in a top floor, quiet yet near the elevator room!! Many thanks for that alone! The room is spacious, equipped with a microwave and refrigerator. Bathroom is also good size, interestingly enough we had a shower only, which was fine. The beds were comfortable and so appreciate each bed had plenty of pillows to make the nights sleep better! If I come north to Arlington again, I would definitely come back to the Best Western Plus! PS Good Luck 8 year old hockey players on your games!
If your are looking for a hotel to accommodate a large group comfortably near the Seattle Premium Outlets area, choose this hotel! We booked a 2 room suite (separate closed off bedroom with a queen bed and sofa bed outside with the kitchenette) for our family of 6. It was clean, very spacious, had a kitchenette and overall a comfortable sleep. We made use of the gym and pool facilities. They offer complimentary breakfast with a pancake maker and an omelette station! We were very happy with the stay!
Great value for money; friendly staff; clean large rooms; complementary full breakfast; ample parking; quiet yet close to freeway. Pet friendly hotel but we requested a non pet friendly room. Relatively close to Tulalip Casino. Would use again if in the area.
My friend and I stayed here on Oct 29 & 30. We came down for our birthdays. We chose this hotel because it was conveniently located between Tulalip and Angel of The Winds Casinos. We took the shuttle to Tulalip, which was quick and had friendly drivers and chose to drive to Angel. Our room was nice and bright and the beds and pillows were really comfortable. All the staff here was friendly and informative. All were able to give accurate directions to places around town. A special thank you to Marcy at the front desk who was nice enough to provide us with extra coffee for our room so we could enjoy our "special" coffees! The included breakfast was great. The omelette station was fantastic, we left each morning feeling full and satisfied. The staff here was also friendly. Thank you to all of you who made us feel very welcome. We will see you all next year for our annual birthday trip!
Arrived and the front desk was very helpful with our checkin as well as enjoying our two bernese mountain dogs. Front end was also attentive to our dogs providing them with treats. Front end provided their recommendation for pizza and we were not disappointed. We shared our pizza with them and they now can recommend the restaurant with first hand tasting.
clean, comfortable, staff were dressed nicely. Breakfast had a variety of breads, cereal and omelets made for you. Breakfast was over at 0930 would be nice to have it extended to 1000 or so. Nice motel
Stayed here twice now. Shower only room. Shower is easy to adjust. Our room was clean and comfortable. Heater unit was fairly quiet. Only 'problem' was the pillows. In our opinion they were hard and thick. We prefer thinner, soft pillows and, learning from our first stay, brought our own this time. Will probably continue to stay here in the future.
Good quality hotel adjacent to I5. There are restaurants and shopping nearby. Close to outlet stores and to Tulalip casino resort. Also close to Everett Mall. Room was clean and comfortable and quiet. Front desk service was quick and friendly. Breakfast was terrific and breakfast staff were attentive and friendly. Lots of selection and friendly service.
Staff were very pleasant and professional. Rooms very clean and spacious. Just off the I5, close to Starbucks, Safeway, Wal-mart, and Joann Fabrics. Pet friendly. Breakfast was delicious and lots of variety.
I recently stayed one night at this Best Western Plus and it will be an experience to repeat. The hotel is clean, common but nice ammenities, wonderful staff, and one of the best breakfasts you can have for a hotel breakfast. They cook omelets to order! A bit hard to figure out how to get into with the traffic configuration but well worth it when you do.
this was pretty nice place to stay it has a verity of food choices in the area even a grocery store near by. this thing needs a characters count down how has two hundred characters to say I defiantly do not or care too.
It was a really good experience; the hotel is so clean and the staff was so professional. Food and shopping was walking distance. It also provided a free shuttle to the nearby casino. The outside looked like an normal Best Western but the inside looked so high class and the staff treated us so well too. We went earlier that the check in time, the room was available to they got the room cleaned and checked us in right away; we did not have to wait for 4 pm to get a room.
Everything...from the greeting to the departure and everything in between, was excellent! The full breakfast was hot and yummy. Lots to choose from, the beds were very comfy and the pool and hot tub were clean and perfect.
Associate stayed at the same property for $30.00 less the night prior to my stay. Unfortunately the Border was closed due to a incident requiring a night in hotel. BW Marysville charged me substantially more than a associate who stayed same property the night before.
We like to stay at this hotel because the staff is friendly and kind. Rooms are always clean and fresh. Very accommodating even when we have the family, and room rates are always reasonable. Close to shopping and the casino so that's a plus.
Location is the best. You get all around the hotel. In hotel they have all amenities. Their breakfast is great. Little pricey compared to other brands. Some rooms do not have a bath tub. Only shower provided which is little disappointment. Their pool and fitness is great.
I stayed in a King Bed room for 1 night. The parking lot was pretty packed when I arrived about 9 PM but was FREE. The hotel had offered an indoor pool and hot tub (close at 11 PM) that I was too tired to bother using but went to check out anyway. They also offer an exercise room, free wi-fi in room, cable TV (with HBO channel), and a complimentary breakfast. Checkout time is 11 AM. When I checked in the front desk employee told me her family was from my hometown, more than 2700 miles away. Small world. I was given 2 card keys to my room. One was to be placed in a holder as you enter the room in order to keep the lights on in the bathroom and hall area of the room. Both cards worked and opened all entrance doors into the hotel from the outside. What a concept! Most hotels tend to have problems in that area. The bed was big and comfortable to sleep on. The room, equipped with both microwave and refrigerator, was clean. The lamps on the nightstands on both sides of the bed came with an electrical outlet for easy mobile phone charging or for whatever other personal power needs you may have. The bathroom was clean and supplied with Aromae Botanicals bath products. A shower stall was provided instead of a bathtub. It's located approximately 1 hour north of Seattle on Interstate 5, which is a heavy traffic corridor with drivers that don't stay to the right except when passing. I used it so that I could be somewhat close to the North Cascades National Park for the next morning, about an hour and a half away. Overall, I was pleased with the accommodations for the price point and would stay here again.
Prior to moving in to a new home at Warm Beach, we arranged to stay here from May 28 thru July 8. We visited before committing a reservation, and were given a guided tour of the facilities including choices of rooms available. Our experience was one of excellence. Although breakfasts were the same, they were ours to enjoy every day including the omlet bar. Although we agreed for reduced room service, the staff took good care of us almost every day. The Desk staff, manager, and housekeeping staff were especially nice to work with. Maintenance was on the spot when the washing machine cash box failed to start the machine. Hints: Parking on the East side is shady most of the day as are the rooms. Sun impacts the East side rooms only in the A M . There are several choices of kitchenette arrangements to consider. Rooms on the third floor and fourth floor East side have a territorial view but not of the airport. The King Beds are higher than many we experienced. Short folks be aware. Bathroom had safety features and some rooms have shower only for you to choose. Plant and grounds were immaculate and the pool out front is visited by birds. Truckers have an adjoining gravel parking area large enough for the big rigs on the West side. Numerous small food vendors are a short walk nearby including Tacos, Coffee, and BBQ. Medical facilities are a short walk thru the hedge on the East side. This is a very quiet, nice stay. There is a pool and a fitness room also.
Our stay was way above our expectations for location to shopping, sights, venue (family wedding). Everyone was very helpful from the room attendant, front desk agents and breakfast attendant. The only surprising element were the number of dogs in the hotel. We saw them coming and going in the elevators and lobby, BUT did not hear or smell them!
We stayed for one night in a king size room with a couch. The room had a desk, TV, microwave -refrigerator - coffee maker. The room had a shower (instead of a bath). Public areas are quite nice. There is a nice seating area in the lobby. There is a 24 hour snack cafe (versus vending machines) that offers a variety of items. The waterfall feature in the free parking lot is nice. Internet speed was good. The breakfast in the morning had a good variety of cold and hot items like other Best Westerns. The thing that puts it above other Best Westerns is the large and well designed breakfast seating area. The lady who runs the buffet is also very nice. Overall service was good.
Wonderful stay at this hotel, we had the suite which was perfect for our family of three. We have been to Washington 5 times in the last 10 years and our friends live in Arlington which is about 7 miles from the hotel, perfect location. Staff was courteous, professional and always available to answer any questions.
This hotel is in a great spot for visiting the outlets, casinos, and Cabela's.They put out a great breakfast, there are other eateries nearby and easy access to I-5.Far enough from the highway that there isn't any traffic noise.
I recently stayed at the Best Western on a business trip for a nearby conference. The hotel is clean, spacious, quiet, and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious, including an omelette bar. Scheduling a shuttle, however, was a problem. I called on Saturday night to schedule a Sunday morning shuttle, and the front desk told me to call 15-20 minutes before I needed it. I asked when they started running, and they told me 7 AM. The next morning I called to schedule a shuttle, and they told me it didn't start until 10 AM. Luckily a conference organizer lived nearby and was able to pick me up, thereby avoiding a day of missed flights and delayed travel plans. Although I would stay here again, I wouldn't rely on their shuttle.
Was very tired from travelling, it was nice to be able to go straight to bed and find the bed comfortable to sleep on. The room was new and modern that was a bonus. It was quiet so I did not hear traffic from outside. Overall I would stay there again.
Spacious and clean rooms, helpful and friendly staff, good and convenient location, and among the best breakfast experiences in a motor hotel. We'll stay there again without hesitation if we need to be in that area.
Excellent hotel overall. The breakfast staff is excellent and very helpful. The omelette bar is very much appreciated. Vey clean. If there is one thing that could be improved is sound proofing between floors. When staying on the lower floor, it's possible to hear people's footsteps from the floor above.
I love the breakfast at this hotel, they have an awesome omelet station and lots of choices for everyone. The bed was so comfortable we did not want to have to get up to leave, almost missed breakfast. The even had room for us to accommodate our tent trailer. It is also around 5 to 10 minutes away from the 2 best Walmart's with Awesome selection for Type 1 Diabetic supplies. We stay here specifically because it allows us to get inexpensive Diabetic supplies and Gluten Free food for our daughters. I recommend it to all of the families we know with Type 1 Diabetic Children and they too love it.
We had a great experience staying in this hotel. It was clean. We rented one of their largest rooms and it fit the 4 of us comfortably. The room had a kitchen in case we wanted to cook. The kids enjoyed using the pool and I love that they had a laundry room. Breakfast was included in our stay so it really help keep our food budget down.
This was a great hotel to stay in! It was a fast and easy check in and they greeted us with fresh chocolate chip cookies. The room was a decent size but most importantly very clean! We felt safe too. The only thing that it is far from Seattle so it can either be a positive or a negative depending on your preference and activities. But the distance wasn't anything horrific. Overall, definitely recommend it.
The only thing that really stood out was the mostly awful smell of the room when I opened the door. It smelled like a mix of overcooked (not quite burnt) bacon, and . . . I'm not sure, something off. It wasn't too overpowering, so it quickly went unnoticed after being in the room for a bit. No idea what caused it, but it was definitely not cause for big complaint. The other thing was the kids. So many kids. I don't know if it was just a fluke, or something was going on, but it was loud until pretty late, and then again fairly early in the morning. I wouldn't necessary fault the hotel for this, but had it been built better this wouldn't be as much of an issue. On that note, the hotel seems newer, and not completely cheaply built, but not built to any great standard of quality, either.
Very nice hotel in a busy little area of Arlington. This was my second time staying here and the Rome are always clean and the beds comfortable. Pillows are better than average. They have a couple younger gals working in the evening. So depending on what one is working you could have good service or amazing service. They gave me an up-grade to a king suite?? very nice room. So if your in town????
Great location, comfortable beds...great free breakfast.....I would recommend this Hotel to all my friends and family....Amazing staff and the comfort of the room and service we received was over the moon.
This hotel is handy to the Stanwood/Camano Island area, being located at Smokey Point within a few blocks of I-5. There are stores such as Safeway and Walmart across the street, as well as many family restaurants nearby. There is a nice, clean pool with a hot tub for the kids, and the fridge and microwave make kid-friendly meals easier. Rooms are well kept and the fans work well in the bathroom, even after 4 showers! The Wi-Fi is able to stream Netflix on a tablet for the kids.
We stayed here while visiting family in Marysville. We had a one bedroom suite and it was very roomy. The breakfast was ok, I would suggest planning more time for breakfast if you want omlets because they take a long time if there are a lot of people.
We stayed two nights and were very satisfied. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our room was not large, but it was very comfortable. The bed was comfortably firm and the bed linens crisp. (Time for housekeeping to take a look at some of those towels for replacement.) The breakfast includes all the hot and cold breakfast standards. On second morning, there was no yogurt that did not contain aspartame: when a yogurt container says "light" (or "lite") that means it contains aspartame. The day we checked out, the front desk staff kept our luggage for us until afternoon, as we did not want it in the car all day. Staff was very accommodating and helpful about this.
After giving away our room at another hotel, the new Best Western Plus in Arlington was recommended to us and we were so glad we ended up there. Lovely, attractive lobby, rooms and decor; great breakfast; wonderful spa; and conveniently located to everywhere we planned on going. It was a great experience!
Best western plus hotels are a good clean well run chain. The Arlington is clean and centrally located. Staff are friendly and check in was quick. Pool is clean and well maintained. Breakfast is provided and it is typical for provided breakfasts. Would recommend for families and visitors to Outlet Mall.
Very nice motel, new, comfortable with an excellent staff to serve you. The staff goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. We have stayed here before and plan on staying here again. They also are very good and friendly to handicap children. It is always a pleasure to stay here.
Our recent stay at the BW Arlington was done by utilizing our BW Rewards Points. The process was easy over the phone. Upon our arrival the front desk staff couldn't have been more congenial or helpful. JD the front desk man provided us with recommendations for dinner based on our preference of food, and he was spot on. The restaurant he recommended is adjacent to the hotel , and we will return there again. Our room was a suite and was extremely clean, The bed was and linens were very nice and comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was very good. Personally made omelettes were fantastic and the remainder of the spread looked fresh and inviting. I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past few years. Each time the staff exceeds expectations. I have recommended this hotel to other co workers and they too have had the same experiences I have had. We will return again.
This was our second time staying here, and was very enjoyable and relaxing. Except the phone malfunction. The rooms are spacious. The bathroom is average. Beds were very comfortable. Their breakfast is one of the best we have had better than any of the other Best Westerns we have stayed at. It would be nice if they extended the time to alittle later, so we could sleep in alittle more. We have not tryed out the pool, but it had a very strong smell of chlorine. The shuttle to the Tulalip Casino was very prompt. I would definite come back to stay here
Our family planned a road trip as our vacation this year. We stayed in several motels. This one is the only one to meet or beat our expectations. Our room was very comfortable, especially the bed,..very quiet and very clean. The staff was very attentive and friendly. We will book this property again for sure.
The staff, service and amenities at this hotel were absolutely top notch. The breakfast was outstanding. The staff was friendly and asked about the wedding we were attending on Camano Island. The parking was easy and free, the room was well-appointed, and the beds were comfortable. For the price, it's hands down the best hotel we've discovered in a long while. We would give them 5-stars or A++ Totally recommend!
This Best Western Plus is only two years old. It is very convenient to the freeway and shopping including several banks and grocery stores. We enjoyed our stay and the bed was very comfortable . Our room had a sofa bed and was comfortable to sit on to watch TV . Lighting is great. I did not use the gym but did walk by it numerous times and it looked well equipped. The is a laundry matt on the first floor near front desk. Brunch is served daily. Room has mini fridge and Keurig coffee machine . I highly recommend the Best Western Plus in Arlington, WA.
I found this to be the best hotel in the area- we had a 2 bedroom suite and it was great- we stay here once a month - the breakfast is free and healthy. Fruit and full breakfast. The suite has a full size fridge and two separate bedrooms and a pull out couch- also a two burner glass top stove top- microwave and a DVD player in each room. A full shower no tub
Very nice accommodations, friendly staff. Only concerns were with the pillows (all pillows seemed the same density). If you prefer a soft (feather or similar), bring your own. Bed was otherwise comfortable. Also, would have liked an outlet close to the mirror area in main area. Otherwise seemed to have plenty of outlets for chargers, etc. 2 chairs for relaxing (desk & upholstered with ottoman). Very nice shower (no tub in our room). Roomy bathroom.
Stayed 2 nights from 24 May 2016 After our cruise we were heading North into Canada via the North Cascades NP so we wanted a hotel in that direction, but with some shopping close by. This BW was a lovely hotel and we really enjoyed our stay. Close to food options and shopping it was ideal. We did enjoy the lovely friendly lady at reception when we arrived in the evening – very bubbly. (can't remember her name but we thought she looked like Taylor Swift). The only strange thing we experienced was coming back after a whole day out to find our room had not been made up. We had put up a do not disturb sign overnight which we took down at 10.30am when we left for the day and apparently because of this they did not disturb. I would suggest to cleaning staff that it would pay to recheck rooms that are not being vacated before knocking off for the day as vacationers do like to sleep in and have a leisurely departure for their days activities.
This was our first experience with a Best Western Plus and it was outstanding. The hotel seemed like it was very new; it was immaculate and very spacious. It came with a full breakfast, including omelets to-order.
This place is.about two years old and it super clean and rooms are big. The staff here are really good the man that looked after is awsome. This location is about 45 mins north of Seattle and has alot of food places around it. The rooms are really quiet considering how close it is to a.main road. Would stay here again if we wernt moving on to another place
This hotel is fairly new and extremely modern. The rooms are a little tight, but extremely clean and quiet. The breakfast was good and like most Best Western. Washington is a beautiful state and this hotel falls in line with the overall scenery. Not close to SEA/TAC, but not too far either. I had a very comfortable stay here.
The professional and courteous staff make you feel comfortable and at home. This is a great place to stay for business or pleasure. It is located just off the highway can close to a large shopping outlet putting most everything convenient. We plan on staying here again in the near future.
Nice clean hotel, very quiet and the breakfast was over the top. We have never had such a good breakfast included in our stay. Location is great close to lots of shopping and the Seattle outlet mall Costco and Marshalls. This is a great place to stay just off the freeway.
Great place to stay. Restaurant. Open all hours, great staff and meals reasonable priced. Staff very helpful. Maps, advice etc. we're met several other people staying there and shared conversations with them and the staff I the foyer. Most enjoyable time.
Very nice room with king bed and excellent breakfast buffet. We appreciated the opportunity to get a room with shower only - roomy. Breakfast room was relatively large with no overflow occurring. Would definitely stay here again.
Very nice facilities. Very friendly staff. I only regret staying next to the stairway. A little noisy at times. No other complaints and would gladly stay again. Nice location with easy on off access to the freeway.
This hotel is new and fresh. Very clean rooms, friendly staff, and great breakfast spread. They had a omlet station, pancakes, fresh fruit, oatmeal. Outstanding !!! The beds were comfortable, and had warm covers.
This hotel is extremely affordable. The breakfast was amazing and the staff is the best hotel staff I have ever encountered. So friendly and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and clean. I would rate this stay as a five star for sure.
Generaly quite good. Will use the hotel the next time we visit this area. the only fault we experienced was the lack of towells replaced the bed not (dressed) made up properly and bath room toiletries not replaced.
Front desk staff upon check in was outstanding. Truly felt like she cared. Room requests we're honored and that is a great plus. Room was clean, breakfast staff indifferent but polite. Would definitely stay here again when in the area! Clean and nice accomidations.
This was the first time that I've had a fresh omelette at a Best Western and they were very good with very fresh ingredients. The other items were pretty standard. The serving area was spotless and the only draw back to the stay was the bouncy beds. I had this experience in the past and it was also at a Best Western. If your bed mate turned over to quickly you could be bounced off the bed. Getting a double queen might fix that problem.
Have stayed at this hotel half a dozen times in the past year. Always met with pleasant staff who are very accommodating .Rooms are clean and the amenities are current and in good shape. . Beds are comfortable . Breakfast is always fresh and plentiful. This is a well located hotel for shopping and or gambling. Provide a shuttle to both. Although I am mostly on business but always notice these shuttles coming and going.
We had a nice long stay here when we were waiting for our new house to get finished. It ended up being almost a month! Everyone was great. We had our cats with us and no one had a problem with it. They have a real breakfast every morning. Omelets made to order and super crisp bacon! Bed was comfortable, room was clean and people were friendly. Would definitely stay here again but hopefully won't have to.
My daughter and I had a little getaway and stayed here one night. It is very new and very nice. The room was clean and comfortable very attractive. The people I had contact with were friendly and helpful. We will stay there again.
Clean room, lobby, and breakfast area. Our hotel room was newly renovated. Complimentary breakfast included an omelet station, wait staff was very hospitable; locally knowledgeable and courteous staff.
The room was great! Clean facility inside and out. Breakfast was more than adequate. The room was very clean. I literally have no complaints about this stay. Usually I can find something. The staff was friendly. If I had to complain about something it would be that the pillows were a bit to hard! That's it. We stayed on the 4th floor which I always try to and it was extremely quiet. Wifi was very good overall as well as far as hotels go and this is coming from an IT manager. Well done at this location Best Western.
Good from the first greeting at the check in desk to the check out the next day. This hotel is only 2 yrs old and the front lobby to the room we stayed in reflected the cleanliness of this welcoming business., Breakfast was very good and foods were presented nicely as well. Would certainly stay here again.
It was a good stay and the staff were nice. The breakfast was reeeeally good cuz of the fresh-baked croissants and the omelet (which they usually don't make at other hotels in this class range). The hotel was clean. The only cons: elevator was kind of scary (the start and stop of the elevator) And the couch didn't have a support of the bottom so we kind of fell in when sitting on the couch for a while.
We were there with many family members and were celebrating a 90th birthday the next day for my mother-in-law who lives nearby. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Rooms are nice, beds comfortable. Amenities spot on. All the children loved the indoor pool. Staff were extremely helpful when we took over the Breakfast room in the evening to make party favors, goodie bags, etc and we just had a great time, getting a chance to visit and look at old photos. The breakfast in the morning is one of the best I have ever had & we travel a lot! Tons of choices of cold and hot items. They even had a couple of ladies making omelets & scrambled eggs even though there are eggs, potatoes, bacon & sausage in hot warmers already. Also, a pancake machine. Just wonderful and a large room too. We will be back! We are up in this area about 4 times a year, so definitely will come back.
I've been traveling a lot on business lately, and have fell into using Best Western a lot. Reliably comfortable, nice hot breakfast complimentary, comfortable bed a well decorated room, a fitness center, 250 airline miles, and lately $25 for every two stays. But this time I had a refrigerator with a high-pitched whine that kept me up. One of those annoying sounds that's hard to locate the source of, but when I called the front desk, they immediately guessed it was the fridge, which leads me to believe that it's not an anomaly here. I had a $6 sub sandwich with me for lunch the next day so was reluctant to simply turn it off, but instead I ran the HVAC fan to at least somewhat mask the noise. The room also has a setup whereby you need to stick your key card into a slot by the door to be able to use the entry or bathroom lights. It's intended to be an energy saving measure--when you leave the room those lights will be off. However, it would be much more effective if it shut off all the lights EXCEPT the entry light so you're not stuck in the dark when you arrive as I was, AND it shut off the HVAC. Then you'd see real savings. So, great start that I appreciate (a first for me in all my stays) but it needs some work. Finally, when I asked for a recommendation for an evening stroll, they suggested a trail near the airport just off their map that only covered a few blocks in each direction. The trail ended up being just fine, but they would do well to have simple flier with a map of the full trail and how to get there. I'm sure there's something on the web about it. Oh, and the custom-made omelettes are appreciated.
We've stayed here three times. We find that it has good access to the highway and shopping, but still quiet. The rooms are large and the staff friendly and helpful. We particularly liked the custom omelette breakfast. It's the best included-in-the-price hotel breakfast we've ever had.
Everything concerning my stays at this hotel is really great. the only thing I would change if it where up to me is the really lame couches. They are the most uncomfortable thing to sit on ever. The cushions are like wedges that make you slide off the couch. but really other than that I really like the hotel and staff. I sleep very well in the beds and like the quality of the internet from most of the rooms I have stayed in. Also the free omelets in the AM Rock.
I stay at Best Western hotels a lot for business travel, but this one has to be one of the better BW hotels. It is clean, quiet and obviously redecorated in the not too distant past. The rooms were spacious, decorated quite nicely and well appointed. Some business associates who stayed at another hotel brand just across the parking lot said that they will stay at this BW Plus the next time they are in town. The BW has better rates, has bigger and more attractive rooms and the breakfast is good (and free). Also, they have an omelet bar for breakfast--it can be a little slow if there are a lot of people who opt for omelets, so if you're in a hurry, there are the regular scrambled eggs, which are just ok. Accompanying sides are good, however. The internet service was spotty and had to rely on my cell phone for emails on a couple of occasions. I could have called the BW help desk, but I was too tired to bother. I have called the BW help desk from other BW properties twice and was surprised that they are actually helpful. Overall, a great Best Western hotel. As a frequent business traveler, it takes a lot to impress me.
Good hotel great staff especially liked the pool and hot tub. Breakfast very good for my family and my wife and kids are vegetarians. They enjoyed the pancakes and cereal and I enjoyed the bacon and eggs.
This hotel was vet reasonably priced. We are Canadian and the booking agent brought price down even further to accommodate for our low Canadian dollar. Fresh warm baked cookies a front desk upon arrival were a big hit for our kids. Friendly staff at front desk as well as at breakfast. Breakfast was included, fresh warm croissants as well as an omelette bar. The only downfall was the pool was quite over chlorinated. Overall, a great stay.
We really liked this hotel, clean rooms, nice pool, friendly staff. But...after dark this area is not one to mess with, even going out to your car can be hair raising. A lot of dug activity in this area and you must keep your head on a swivel once the sun sets
A very nice hotel - excellent breakfast. Front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. All staff are friendly and helpful. They seem to like working at this hotel. Will definitely stay at this hotel again when in the area.
Had a last minute business need for a motel in Arlington. Best Western Plus is new (last couple of years?) and looks it. Very nice and quick check-in without reservations and given a good $107/night AAA rate. Total non-smoking property. Room very clean, very comfortable and HVAC pretty quiet. WIFI 9-10 megs down and 3-4 up - pretty reliable and was able to stream from my tablet to the new HDTV with extra HDMI ports. Very nice. Room has micro/fridge and a little coffee maker. Breakfast with omelet bar from 6a to 9:30am. It would be nice if they kept it open a little later for business travelers needing to sleep in a bit! Very glad I tried this great new addition to Smokey Point!
Clean comfortable hotel, amazing breakfast with an omelete station. Where else would you get a breakfast like that!!! Nice neighborhood very close to a Walmart , Costco and Seattle premium outlet mall.
This is the best of the Best Western Hotels. The room was large and beautifully decorated with good furniture. It also had a walk in shower. Receptionist was very courteous and knew the area well. She assisted us in finding a restaurant for our evening meal.
This hotel was nice looking but if you want to get some peace and quiet this is not the place to get some well needed sleep. The rooms are way TOO NOISY. If someone is in the room beside you or above you will here EV VER RY THING that goes on. and I mean EVERY THING!! I GOT NO SLEEP, OR REST THERE. ALTHOUGH THE HOTEL IS NEW THEY DID NOT INSULATE THE WALLS. iF SOMEONE FLUSHES THE TOILET ABOVE YOU IT SOUNDS LIKE A SUNAMI ETC..
I was really impressed with the free breakfast! One of the better I have had. I dropped in without a reservation and had a dog with me, I was pleased to find they were accommodating of both. I did not realize it would be such a hassle to find a hotel that would allow a dog. I was not expecting a pool of gym but this hotel also delivered on both.
This place is my favorite place to stay,it's new the rooms are clean ,dogs allowed and cookies at 5pm with coffee . The breakfast is the best one with a cook preparing your eggs . Right by the well stocked buffet. This will be my place to stay when in the area.
My stay at this hotel was very pleasant the complimentary breakfast was excellent omelet station is a nice addition the room smelled fresh as well as the sheets keep up the good work best western in Arlington
Very Clean, like new condition. Nice pool but chlorine in air is too heavy. Breakfast is well rounded, lots of seating. For laundry, need to bring our own quarters as front desk doesn't stock quarters and no money changer.
My wife had a conference in nearby Marysville and Trip Advisor's rating if this hotel led us to trying it out. We were greeted by friendly staff, who agreed to match the Trip Advisor on-line rate without hesitation. We were impressed with cleanliness of the hotel and it's in a great location. There is a Safeway across the street, Starbucks is a 30 second walk from the front door and there is a huge variety of meat options within a 5 minute drive; pizza, Mexican food, seafood, fast food, etc.. There is also a great continental breakfast at the hotel with an omelette chef. The Tulalip Casino is only a ten minute drive south. We don't get up this way often, but when we do, we will definitely stay here again.
I really like the breakfasts the hot tub and that you have Bravo channel on tv.I like the waterfall out front and the fresh drinking water in the lobby .It is always very quiet and does not smell.I like that I feel so comfortable and I use the computer room to get a lot of work done. Fresh fruit is always available.I can make cups of tea bin the evening,
LOVED the breakfast spread at this location... the hightop table in the center was great. Omelets made to order were wonderful and everything was super fresh and clean. Lobby & Reception area looked like a resort and was current and stylish. Bedding was great & super comfy.
My wife Adriana and I drove up to Arlington to visit an art exhibition in nearby Stanwood. The day was dark and rainy to start with so we didn't want to take a rain-drenched drive back to our home in Bothell later that evening. Our mostly Golden Retriever, Rusty, was with us in the back seat. Fortunately Adriana had sought out a pet friendly hotel and booked a room for us at the Arlington Best Western Plus, so we could all drive home in the morning. It was a great choice. The price was moderate, even with $20 tacked on as a pet charge. We spent quite of bit of time in our room. Not solely because the weather outside was miserable but because we checked in shortly after noon so we could just relax awhile before continuing on to our 5 pm gallery visit in Stanwood and returning to the Best Western afterward. Room amenities included free Wi-Fi, a large high quality TV, small refrigerator, and a microwave. A small, but well-equipped fitness room was right across the hall. A few steps away an alcove offered frozen microwaveable mini-meals, beverages and snack choices. Our room was spotless and comfortable and the king sized bed with nice crisp linens felt great to both of us. Every hotel employee we met was friendly, cheerful and obliging. Our room price included a free and very complete breakfast in a pleasant breakfast room just off the main lobby. Coffee, milk, yogurt, fruit juice, omelets made to order, oatmeal, a machine that automatically cranked out pancakes at the touch of a button like an ATM dispensing cash, a wide choice of bread and pastry products and more. A visible comment on the availability of good, free food was the fact that an unusually large number of the breakfast guests this morning were hugely overweight. And we spotted two of them, a couple next to us, industriously stuffing great quantities of rolls, fruit, large scoops of dry cereal and more into large plastic bags, surreptitiously hauling away quite a few pounds of goodies, all courtesy of Best Western, who probably didn't realize they were making the donation. Rusty enjoyed his brought-from-home dog food in our room and found that shrubs in the landscaping outside were particularly attractive and deserved special attention. Cons? Just two. A sofa bed that rounded out some of the furnishing in our room was impossibly uncomfortable to just sit on. The cushions smooshed down into the frame of the bed and it felt like you were sitting on a playground slide and about to slide off. I sat in a desk chair instead and Adriana tried sitting on the bed to watch TV with her legs stretched out in front of her, without any really comfortable back support. The second issue, paper thin walls. My hearing is lousy so I am not noise sensitive when I sleep, but Adriana's sleep was interrupted by conversations in the next room at 3 am, and environmental hotel noises such as doors opening and closing. She might give the Best Western Plus a star or so less. More pros: This hotel has easy and straightforward on and off access to I-5 at exit 206. It also is virtually next to a Taco del Mar, a Starbucks, and a barbecue place, all a few steps from the hotel. 172nd Street itself also offers a whole host of other shops, eating places and various services that Best Western guests could find convenient.
The greatest bang for the buck Ive ever had. As nd delicious hot breakfast to boot. Highly recommended. The room was huge with full kitchen and desperate bedroom. For under $200 with 2 king beds. Wonderful.
Thermostat in heater would not shut off room was too hot to sleep (this is in Jan Freezing outside). The answer provided by BW staff was since thermostat no working to manually turn on/off, made for a sleepless night. This BW has a 11am checkout where all other BW have noon checkout. Called for a additional hour so we could check out at at 12 instead of 11 and they denied us, to make it worse there were only 14 rooms rooms occupied. will not stay here again. WIll stay at Medallion or Best Western Navigator
Newer Best Western Plus property with easy walking access to Teriyaki, Barbecue, and Starbucks. Rooms was clean and comfortable. No issues at all. The best surprise was breakfast with an omelet station. Easy access to/from I-5 from exit 206. Nearby is Costco, Lowes, and Walmart Supercenter.
We stopped here overnight after a long day of travelling from Vancouver Island, BC Canada. The hotel was clean and new. Located close to lots of shopping, restaurants, and easy to get back onto the I-5. The beds were comfortable, amenities good in the room. Wi-fi worked beautifully. Pool and hot tub were a great activity for kids and adults. In the morning we enjoyed a full breakfast - hot foods, cold cereals and baked goods, coffee, juices, etc. We will stay here again :)
We enjoyed the friendly service and the lovely hand made omlettes for breakfast. The hotel is clean, modern and offers a great atmosphere that is safe. We take advantage of the free shuttle to Tulalip and the shopping. Fantastic experience.
This motel is fairly new and is a wonderful place to stay if you're visiting up north. The room was well appointed and the bed was very comfortable with an assortment of pillows to choose from. There was a great breakfast available that included custom ordered omelets which were delicious! Great staff . We didn't use the pool or the fitness center but they looked inviting!
Full disclosure: we were looking for a hotel close to a family get together that would provide lodging for me, wife and daughter without paying too much - this BW fit the bill. I travel on the cheap, but also prefer to work directly with the local hotel instead of the brand (I like to talk to the actual hotel staff not some distant booking center) and always opt to book direct with hotel instead of 3rd party booking engine (kayak, Orbitz, etc.) whenever I can. Normally I research best rates online, contact hotel for price match or value add and presto, I'm done. Not this time. I found the room for $108+tax on Kayak, called hotel and best rate they would offer was $116. Bizarre - they paid the third party booking engine a piece of my lower rate, instead of capturing my business directly. Maybe the front desk clerk hasn't been trained to meet or beat best rate, who knows. Struck me as a loss for them. The hotel was clean, staff friendly, full hot breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, various breads and muffins AND an omelette station included in price. So for me, I'd likely go back. Here's the catch on my stay last night and breakfast this morning - it took FOREVER to get the omelette. The poor staff were really trying but they couldn't keep up with the demand and it had the feeling of a couple people just thrown in to the job. Once I did get my omelette, there were no forks, so had to tell them and wait for a chance they could re-stock. All the while, I was holding my omelette and waiting. Don't mean to sound petty, but the layout of the breakfast area added to the problem and they've got some work to do to get it right. Be prepared to wait, if you're in a hurry, try the IHop on other side of I-5. Also, daughter complained complimentary wifi wouldn't allow her to access twitter, snapchat or other RSS type streaming.
Excellent Hotel as it is brand new there is nothing one can say against it. The hotel is far enough off the freeway to make it very quiet. The Hotel is close to shopping, a casino and restaurants. It is a short drive south to Tulalip casino and outlet shopping at Marysville WA. A bit longer drive north to Burlington for more shopping. This hotel appears to have a lounge in the evening, although we didn't use it.
The Hotel is pretty new and so everything in the room had that NEW look and smell. Clean, had everthing I needed except the room had only one sink and it was in the bathroom. The breakfast was wonderful with the varieties of food offered including On Demand Omelet.
We stayed on the 4th floor. Great wifi signal that we could even watch Netflix movies in our room. The dinning hall is spacey and nicely decorated. What we liked most was the fresh made omelettes prepared as ordered, which has 10+ ingredients to choose from. The omelettes really made my day! We will come back again.
Nice hotel to stay at. Comfortable bed, very nice breakfast. Only issue we had was with the internet - very disappointing. Slow speed and not very easy to connect to. Aside from that, which is a minor issue considering this was a personal trip and not business, I would stay here again. I wish we had the opportunity to check out the hot tub - but that will be next time!
We were attending an Event at Tulalip Casino and since the Casino was full we were asked to contact this property. They told me this was a new property and got great reviews. I am here to give this a rave review. The Staff at the Front Desk were top notch and noted everything included. We booked a King size bed. We were told free wifi, parking, pool, spa, small store on premise (although Safeway and 7-11 are greatly within walking distance) and a wonderful breakfast spread including a made to order omelette bar. The Staff were wonderful and the property, including the free shuttle to the Casino, made our weekend a complete success.
The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. The beds are comfortable. The room I stayed in had a small full sized refrigerator, built in microwave and a small range with all of the items necessary to prepare a meal. The pool was great too!
this hotel is conveniently located close to shopping, Medical services, restaurants, The beds are comfortably, & the advantage of having shower only rooms is huge for elderly & semi disabled persons. The breakfast (for us) offered omelets made fresh right there for the first time; The only thing is the parking. there is not much in the front but it was not a real problem.
The best Best Western that have I ever stayed at. Great location and very clean. Breakfast is much better than Holiday Inn or Hampton Inn's. Pool is nice and clean. Price is a great value for any hotel.
This is a great hotel to stay at. Staff very friendly and hospitable. The rooms are nice and inviting. The breakfast in the morning was very good, had a omelet station so you could get a hot omelet made up. Would stay there again
Great location, easy walk to numerous eating places and shopping. Quiet rooms, friendly staff. They recently added a made-to-order omelette bar! Reasonable rates, newer property. Internet is fast, but not smooth enough for streaming. Pool, exercise room and mini-store on site.
I would recommend!! Really nice place. Also, convenient to other ammenities. Will stay here again!! It does not face the road , It sits back off the road, sideways, so you have to keep your eye out, so as not to miss it.
Great job Best Western Plus at Arlington/Marysville! Great customer service, very clean property, and overall a great value for the money. Very close to freeway. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
This is an easy access hotel close to shopping, the Tulalip Casino and the outlet malls. It has a wonderful breakfast included in the price plus a pool and fitness room. It provides a wonderful stay at a reasonable price and you get warm cookies in the afternoon on top of everything else. Would definetely stay there again!
My husband, daughter and I went on an overnight trip to Tulalip, and were looking for an affordable venue to spend the night. We were very happy with The Best Western Plus in Arlington, WA. It was very clean and updated. The staff was extraordinarily friendly and very helpful. The "continental" breakfast far exceeded our expectations, as any other continental breakfast I had ever had before consisted of fruit, muffins, maybe some danish, coffee & tea. This continental breakfast had it all... hot items included fresh pancakes, oatmeal, sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs, country style potatoes, and an omelet station with a delightful young woman making your omelet to your specifications. Other items included were cereals, yogurt (Yoplait, not no name), fresh fruit, bagels and cream cheese, toast with all the fixings, muffins.....pretty much the same as going to a restaurant for a quick breakfast. The dining area was extremely clean and there were a number of people walking around cleaning tables, picking up soiled dishes, refreshing depleted food items. It was great! The rooms were very clean, comfortable and quite roomy. Our room had two queen beds - very comfortable. I really could not find a negative thing to say about it. And the price was right....$107 US for a night. There is even a Starbucks outside the front door right next to the hotel. It is also central to shopping, dining and Casino action. I would definitely stay there again and would advise anyone looking for an affordable, clean, comfortable, friendly place to spend a night or two to give it a try...you won't be disappointed.
This hotel has large, modern rooms. Off the freeway but easy to get to. The free breakfast is awesome. They have all the usual items plus they have a station that makes omelets fresh. Very friendly staff.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great offering a wide vsriety of choices. I especially liked that the staff asked about our day when we returned to the hotel and gave us a chance to share our daily sightseeing adventures. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.
Great beds! Everything clean and smelled good. All help very, very friendly. Only thing I did not care for was the breakfast. There was a huge variety but the eggs tasted like they were fried in sausage grease. Scrambled eggs were hard and oatmeal watery. Pancakes were hard and flat-- Lots of other things good, like breads, rolls, yogurt, etc. Coffee was very good. Really like the hotel, just the food I had an issue with. Free shuttle running all the time to Tulalip casino! Next to a Starbucks!
New, clean, great price, large room for 5 family members. Great little breakfast buffet for the kids & parents. A step in the right direction for Best Western, up from the typical motel/hotel. Centrally located for the Outlet Mall, Mt. Vernon, LaConner, etc.
I was traveling alone to Anacortes and stopped here on way. Room was a little spendy but received AAA discount. Very nice & clean. A bit noisy. Could hear everything. Conveniently located and good breakfast.
We were choosing between BW Plus Arlington Marysville and another hotel in the area and are so glad we chose this place! Lobby was bright, spacious, and inviting. Staff were friendly, hospitable, and knowledgeable. Our double Queen Room was standard but new and quiet. There was some hair and some sort of dirt on top of one of the beds but everything else seem to be clean and in order. The beds were comfortable and a staff quickly brought another piece of blanket upon request. We appreciated their prompt response. Wifi worked great and there were lots of parking slots within the property, at the front and back of the hotel building. Breakfast is included with each stay – a great convenience! The hotel's dining area had ample seating for all guests. We were there on a weekend and there wasn't an omelette station as advertised on their website, however the buffet spread offered sufficient variety of hot and cold items. We also appreciated the coffee/tea and fruit at the dining area outside the breakfast hours. We were in the area for shopping so the location was great. Aside from the Premium Outlets in Tulalip approximately 5 minutes south of I-5, there is a Walmart in the hotel's vicinity as well as Lakewood Crossing complex which has a Target, Bestbuy, Costco, Michael's and other shops. There's also a nice Safeway and many fast food outlets in the area.
Being our first stay and a Best Western Plus hotel, we were pleasantly surprised at the superior level of quality over the regular Best Western hotels. I would highly recommend the additional quality of the accommodations at this hotel.
Great hotel which really justifies the BW Plus designation. As a new hotel it has all the refinements we needed with great comfort. breakfast was especially good. We would particularly recommend this hotel to anybody travelling the I5 in and around the Marysville area
