BW at Aiurport Knoxville is qn excellent choice recommended for quality qs well as location. Worth the stay I would stay again so it must be worth the charge. The staff is excellentl and extremely helpful

My stay at this hotel was the best experience I've ever had anywhere by far!!! The people working here are such amazing people and treated me with such respect. They exceed the required standards, and went above and beyond with helping accommodate me to the best of their ability. I was very comfortable during my stay here, and felt so relieved to be somewhere that I couldn't even imagine more perfect service, cleanliness, accommodations, or safety than this best western had!!! They completely won a 10/10 recommendation from me in literally every category possible!!! They even went out of their way to make sure I got the lowest rate possible for my stay and helped me earn some points while I was staying and I was able to get a couple of nights free with my rewards points they helped me start earning with the rewards account they offer.

Rooms were clean and service was great! We would stay here again. The bathroom sinks were not in the same room with tub and toilet making easy for someone else to use it while someone is taking a shower.

Clean rooms, good service, comfy beds, quiet day and night (despite behind close to the airport). I did not report it, but the internet was inconsistent, low signal and kept losing service. Breakfast was appreciated (cereal, muffins, yogurt, pancakes, fruit).

Great stay for the price and location! Would definitely stay here again in the future. Staff was wonderful, cleaning service is amazing and breakfast was one of the best I've had. Couldn't have picked a better hotel!

When i checked in, I was told about services being out. If I had of the two services would not be ok, but not both. The problems were probably not entirely on the hotel, but I should have been given another option.

We received the best service we have ever had at a hotel. The hotel staff were extremely welcoming and can honestly say it made it one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. The person who checked us in (Jason?) was the most welcoming hotel staff we have ever encountered.

This was the best place to stay. They have shuttle service to and from the airport even at 4:00 am. The staff were very helpful and kind. The room was very clean and large. The shower had hot water and good pressure. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We saw the breakfast area and it was clean and spacious.

Weekend and night shift clerks had me park my bike a certain way, Dayshift clerk made me move then another bike parked where I was. She was very rude when I asked about it. Then claimed I didn't have to move. My bike got blocked in due to where she told me to park.

There were several groups smoking pot in the parking lot. Many small children yelling, crying, running, banging on my door, w/ parents also yelling. At this point hotel was almost empty. Why did they put them right next to someone else. Could have put them in a different area and they could be as loud as they want. The breakfast was a joke. The only good thing about it was auto-made pancakes, but no butter offered. No eggs of any kind, not even hard-boiled. Not even toast offered. Good things: housekeeping didn't bother me at all, but were very helpful if I needed something. Ice machine worked.

Clean, nicely furnished rooms. Courteous, helpful staff. Well located near the airport. I was disappointed with the quality of the TV and the lack of hot chocolate at the coffee bar--minor issues but annoying.

Ginia was amazing help and very considerate to my situation. Hotel was great. She helped with a point situation and was very knowledgeable of the problem. She handled it with professional care. Thank you Ginia

The breakfast offered was minimally a “ hot “ breakfast. The juices offered thru the machine were not drinkable. The pool was open but not the hot tub which was very disappointing. The rooms were fine but I don't think the hallways were vacuumed during our 3 days there . The check in was easy . Access on the main road ( Cusick ) turning left to access the way to the airport , restaurants etc can be challenging depending on the time of day . Many restaurants within 5-10 min

Room was dirty, crackers & crumbs on floor, hand print on shower wall & shampoo on floor. Horrible coffee & apple juice don't do a good job replenishing breakfast area. While there, woman was arrested & shackled for damaging her room. Next day, same room was offered to my Mom w/o an inspection. Cords cut on tv etc. Next night, 2 men sat at each end of hall w/ large dog. Drug dealers? What were they watching out for? Was reported but front desk did nothing.

The Large Rooms and Very Comfortable Beds Make Staying With Best Western A Pleasure. The Staff Is Courteous and Friendly. The Rooms Have Plenty of Space and The Desks are perfect if on a Business Trip. We Always Choose Them First. Thank You Best Western

Check in/out was easy. Nice clean rooms with fridge and microwave. Bed was comfortable. Friendly staff. Hot tub was not open, limited number of people allowed in the pool and limited breakfast menu due to covid.

We visited this hotel on Nov. 6th. Check in and out was easy and staff was friendly. A new staff person gave us wrong directions to nearby El Sazon Mexican Restaurant which was frustrating but we eventually got to it. Rooms are updated, clean, and relatively quiet despite being close to airport and a couple of loud people nearby. The bathroom light was malfunctioning and very loud but decided to stay in the room (#303) since we had settled in already so that is why I knocked off one star. We reported the problem to the front desk when checking out and played her the video of it and she agreed and made a note. Shuttle service between airport was convenient and quick. The Pool was open but hot tub was not, which was a disappointment since I feel that most customers would know how to practice social distancing. The breakfast was just okay since there was no egg or meat served. Would be nice to have a packaged egg or egg sandwich and meat to go with pancakes. Covid has things messed up. Overall, nice hotel and we would stay there again.

Hotel was a great price in the area. Very clean, updated. Front desk staff were amazing! Super easy and fast check in, and express check out! Pool area was super clean. SMOKE FREE PROPERTY! Will stay again!

We enjoyed our nicely appointed room that was a great value for the price. The bed was very comfortable, and we liked the layout of the room. We were here with family for a wedding and liked that our location was close to places to eat and the wedding venue.

Had visited friends, but they lived over an hour & a half from airport. Because of a very early flight time decided to stay here for my last night in Knoxville because it was close to the airport. I was wishing I had more than one night here. The indoor pool looked inviting but I didn't have time to use. The room was inviting and clean. And considering the Covid-19 restrictions the breakfast was actually still pretty nice. Would definitely stay here again and have already recommended to a couple friends who were talking of heading that way.

Our room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was enough room for the four of us. Breakfast selections was minimum but I expected that due to Covid. Located between Knoxville and Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. Definitely will choose this location for our next stay. The staff was great, and the kids loved the pool.

First hotel we have stayed in that had made visible changes because of Covid 19. Basic the serve breakfast instead of letting people do it themselves spreading anything what was good to see. ( in another BW and all are doing this now) only booked this hotel as we needed to stop after a long drive on way to Nashville. Hotel was very good with everything needed. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay so much. Bed was wonderful! Pillows so soft. Breakfast delicious! Everyone so helpful and kind. Smells good. Super clean! Love the pool and hot tub. Like home away from home. Plan to go back every time we go to visit our daughter in Tennessee. Great value. Breakfast actually offers protein choices and is healthy!

The breakfast was excellent. LOVED the pancake machine. Real butter,haalf and half. Plus 4 cereals, 2 fruits, a hot selection of foods alternating different mornings. A meat, eggs,potatoes, etc Most everything was clean and new. Thw ONLY thing was the pool is cloudy, but SO beautiful, and private with very long hours. Very friendly staff. And the price was unbeatable!

At first inspection I was really impressed with the hotel. For the price it was nice. Just what we needed for sleep since we came on vacation. When I went to pack all of our stuff up I discovered rat feces all under the mattress of the sofa bed my children slept on the entire weekend! It wasn't one or two, it was COVERED as if a mouse had been living in that sofa bed for quite a while. When the situation was brought to their attention at checkout, a simple “oh we will take a look, sorry” was the response. Would not recommend staying here.

Stayed last year at this site and property was not in very good shape. Decided to return with my family only because my granddaughter wanted to use the indoor pool. The hotel has been totally updated very nicely. Clean and comfortable. Lobby needs punched up a bit to appear more welcoming and fresh brewed coffee is preferred as opposed to boxed type. Nice quiet room. Friendly guest service. I will return.

The hotel was fine, nothing fantastic, but clean and accommodating. Only thing that bothered us was that, at check in, the front desk person had a handwritten note that they had left and would be back. Who doesn't staff accordingly for a Saturday night? It appeared she had to drive the shuttle to the airport, but again, they should not leave the front desk unstaffed at 9pm. Upon her return, she was friendly, and nice, quick check in, but there was a line of about 6 of us by the time she made it back. Management might want to review staffing needs for the future. Hotel looks newly remodeled, rooms were nice and bed was comfortable.

I have stayed at several hotels in this area during the last year, and I definitely will stay at Best Western on all future visits. It was much nicer then the competition and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is very conveniently located to the Knoxville area, and especially the airport. Everything was clean, the staff helpful, and hospitable. We will for sure stay there again. The breakfast area was very well maintained and stocked with good variety of foods. There is an indoor pool and fitness center.

Hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast is what you would expect and didnt disappoint. I would stay here again if I was in the area. I think fir the amount paid it was one of the best options.

We had a great stay, was limited parking. We arrived later at night and parking was filled, had to park in very back and walk but was well lit. Breakfast wasn't too bad I would of prefer some biscuits, bacon and maybe gravy. But overall was good.

Stayed here due to an early flight departure the next morning. The 3 things important to us in a hotel stay are: Cleanliness, good shower and comfortable bed. This hotel had them all. The hotel was very clean including the pool area and the small fitness room. The shower had decent water pressure and the bed was comfortable. Also there were many restaurants in walking distance

We had a reservation at La Quinta Inn just down the road for a 2 Queen room and when we arrived the room was not available. Only Kings available. The Best Western was the only hotel with a double room and it was about 11pm so we quickly agreed to stay there. The staff was very welcoming and the hotel looked recently remodeled. We were exhausted and had an early am flight the next day. We did not get to utilize many services but the rooms and lobby were clean and nice. convenient to airport and basic restaurants. I would definitely stay here again if flying from Knoxville.

I had stayed previously at this Hotel when it was under a different name. I was pleasantly surprised to see the transformation. It was like a brand new Hotel. The room was great - everything new. Had a great breakfast in the morning and the staff were very friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Exhausted after a flying in from New York we stayed at the Best Western by the airport. Don't let the outside fool you, the inside has been tastefully renovated in a Chic Modern. We stayed on the first floor in the newly renotated room. Very, very clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in. The receptionist at the desk said everyone loves the beds and now I know why. Great WiFi and large flat screen TV along with a micro wave and refrigerator in our room. I found the complimentary breakfast very satisfying before leaving on a long road trip. I can easily recommend this Best Western without hesitation. Another plus it is totally non smoking.

Hopfully you will get the joy of meeting Bill at the front desk he is very knowledge about the area and has top quality customer service skills!! All the staff is friendly and helpful. The entire hotel was clean and neat you can tell the employees take pride in this Best Western, from the driveway to the room. We were only looking to stay one night but after the top quality customer service and the cleanliness of the entire Best Western we decided to stay another night.

Cold breakfast and poor management . Had problems was told would get credit but never did. Don't offer credit if you won't honor it. The water pressure was horrible. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable

Stayed one night when passing through, the unit is off the main highway so there is less noise. Lots of food options nearby, and airport across the highway. Hotel is fresh, nice, and priced right for your basic 3 star hotel.
