Thank you DESMOND for the excellent services you provide DUE to Allegiant canceling my flight last min at 1:45 AM As for hotel itself its every good thing people on here are saying. RECOMEND

There are hotels that are more accommodating in close proximity. The Fairfield Inn and Suites at Alcoa is an EXCELLENT choice. Go there instead of staying at this Best Westernas it does not meet there usual quality.

Never had any issues with a Best Western till this location. They cancel your hotel reservation if they choose to do so at 6pm if they become a booked hotel and claim they called and left a message when they didn't...

‼️‼️Room was 85° in August - filthy fan offered, elevators broken, unsafe lobby, and I had to haul heavy bags to the 3rd floor despite physical limitations. Staff dismissive, zero accountability.‼️‼️ So disappointed This was by far the worst hotel experience we've had. We checked in late and found our room was 85°. When we asked for a fan, the one we were given was filthy, full of dirt and mold. The only other option was a giant industrial carpet dryer fan — which I reluctantly accepted because I honestly thought I might get heat stroke otherwise. We would have left immediately, but my daughter had an early morning flight and needed the 4 a.m. shuttle, so at midnight we had no choice but to stay. Other issues made us feel unsafe and unwelcome: a man who appeared to be homeless was loitering in the lobby, making us very uncomfortable, and the elevators were broken. I have physical challenges and limitations, and being forced to carry multiple 75 lb. suitcases up to the third floor was not only unreasonable but also a major problem for me. When I asked to speak to the manager the next day, the desk clerk brushed me off with “stuff happens,” and there was zero follow-up or accountability. I've stayed at many Best Westerns before and have always had decent experiences, but this location was an absolute nightmare. I would never recommend it.

Great stay. Enjoyed this hotel. Hidden gem. Only stayed a short time. I would definitely recommend this place if you need to travel thru this area.

We were very pleased with our stay. Check-in was a breeze and we got our requested location on the top floor. This was one of the quieter hotels that we have stayed at even though we were very close to some hangars at the airport. Ruby Tuesday was a convenient walk from the hotel.

Despite the fact that I am difficult to please, Emily, Christy and Lauren were top shelf in customer service. Bhatti provided an excellent breakfast every morning with a smile. The cleaning crew were exceptional. Would definitely recommend and I will be staying there again, any time I am in that area.

Clean, tidy, considerate, and the most painful beds we've ever experienced. We both woke up with bruises, and couldn't go more than 20 minutes before tossing and turning. Sheets clean, quiet areas, friendly staff. No animals allowed. Pool unhealed but available.

We booked one night ahead of time then added a night once there. The front desk person was most helpful getting us another room as the first had a constant running toilet. The room and washroom were clean though the bed could use updating. The pool was on the pool side so I did not use it. Breakfast was the usual hotel standard. The entrance to several hotels in this area is off a busy highway so care is needed. The front desk person was very helpful in finding a good location to eat and telling us the alternate route to get there as the GPS always went to the busy road. It is a 3 star hotel overall and fine for short visits.

Room was spacious and clean. Comfortable beds. Kids enjoyed the pool. I enjoyed he hot breakfast; especially the omelets. Kids loved watching the machine make their pancakes. Plenty of hot water for showers and loved the water pressure. If the need arises, I will definitely stay there again.

Room was clean. And front desk staff were awesome! They were friendly, polite and helpful. Several times I observed them going above and beyond for not only me but others as well. Breakfast was your usual hotel breakfast fare. Pool is indoors but a bit chilly. My only complaint is the wooded area next to the hotel is filthy with liter and sometime it seems like a homeless encampment. But this is a county issue and not on the BW property. However, if I were traveling alone it would make me uncomfortable since the only parking for the hotel is in the back of the building by the woods.

Clean, comfortable room. We booked here for the convenient location to the airport as we had a really early flight out. The shuttle was prompt and drivers friendly. There is an indoor pool that we did not have time to use and we left too early for breakfast but would stay again.

We took our grandson to the airport for a 6am flight. Spending the night across the street from the airport was very convenient since we live 60 miles away. Our room was clean, comfortable and convenient with everything in working order, except the land line telephone that we didn't need anyway. Water pressure was fine and toiletries were nice, lemon scented.

Room strongly smelled of weed. I had to leave the AC on high with the door open for hours to try and air it out. The carpet was wet and smelled of mildew. Hotel staff checked the room before I got in and it was still rented to me with these issues.

This hotel was a true value for the price. Clean, comfortable, quiet and a very good meal. Great location!

We stayed at this hotel the night before flying out of TYS. It was the least expensive option I could find, but it was a good value. The outside looks a bit old and tired, but step inside and everything is just fine. The decor and cleanliness is inviting, and the room was also clean and comfortable. The bed was a bit soft (and I had to sleep avoiding a bit of a "hole" in the mattress) but I actually got a good night's sleep. Hopefully, they will update the mattresses in the near future. The breakfast in the morning was surprisingly varied and perfect for a pre-airport meal. The kitchen/dining area was clean and comfortable. The downside is that we no longer had a rental car and had to walk to dinner. The choices are grim, mainly fast food type places. We ended up at a very friendly Appleby's, which worked out ok. Also it's on a main highway, so driving into and out of the street it is on is a bit harrowing. Finally, the shuttle driver was just great. Very friendly and he can navigate that harrowing highway just fine! The trip to the airport was less than 10 minutes, so very well located.

Clean well furnished room, good service. No decafe coffee available for breakfast. The treadmill in the exercise room had functions that were not working. Generally a clean room with good service.

Very clean room with lots of outlets including USB charging. It was very and we got a good night's sleep. Breakfast was pretty basic, but offered the kind of items we like in the morning (yogurt and fruit) plus standards that others wanted (eggs, pancakes, pastry, etc...,). Staff was a little non-interactive in that the only person I saw was front desk clerk who other than handing me my keys didn't even bother looking up. I'd stay here again no problem because the rooms fit my basic requirements for an overnight stay.

Good place that was clean and affordable and made you fill like your home. Nice restaurants close by the pool was nice and heated. The staff was wonderful and would stay again soon. The breakfast was a full hot bar and was delicious.

Drunk fighting in adjoining rooms within minutes of check-in. The front desk refused to move u, the manager refused a requested refund and we immediately left due to the unsafe environment. We had to get remedy through our credit card.

Let me start out by saying it was far from horrible. First off the hotel is located in an odd spot, but we did find it no problem. Second, it looks like this place was recently renovated so that was nice. No problem with check in. Nice part was we were on the top floor at the very end. No pitter patter above or loud people walking through the halls through the night. It seems they must deodorize the hallways because they smelled pretty good. However, they really have to do something about the doors just slamming. I was guilty of that a few times. It just slams if you don't hold it to shut the door. Next, upon entering the room, everything looked pretty nice and clean. Smelled good too! Although not a problem but others may think it is, there was there was no extra pillows and only 4 on the bed, but I bring my own so that wasn't a problem. Next, no plastic bag for laundry that they usually hang on the hangers in the closet space and no hair dryer in the room, again not a big deal since I bring my own because hotel hair dryers stink. It does state rooms are supplied with hair dryers so I'm assuming it broke or got stolen. Our room seemed to have a stink bug problem, they kept getting in I'm assuming from the air conditioner, but we just kept getting rid of them. I guess I could have mentioned it to the front desk, but I don't have a problem dealing with those things, it happens. But what do people do, there were some little markings on the walls and ceiling like food or something. Just a little odd. But my biggest peeve would have been the sprinkler above us was stuffed with toilet tissue. Granted there was another sprinkler in the room, but this is something that should be addressed immediately and fixed before letting anyone use the room. Stuff happens and you want to make sure everything is in working order in the event of an emergency. And for those who have to have their bed made and fresh towels everyday you not going to get that unless you pretty much stay over 5 days. We were only there 2 nights so that was not a problem but they do leave a paper on the bed stating how they do room service. But the bed was clean and it was very comfortable, the room itself was clean as was the bathroom that is why I say not horrible just a few little things. As for breakfast, not the best but at least it's included. It edible and they have a decent variety. Good for a one or two night if you have business to deal with in the area.

The hotel beside it denied me because I was a local. Best western was a better choice anyway! Breakfast was included in the cost and my kids enjoyed the pool. It smelled amazing in there and was very clean. Will def stay there again!

This place was amazing . You can tell the owner takes great pride from the cleanliness to the great breakfast. Everything was clean and they went beyond expectations, You can't go wrong staying here . This is the best bang for your buck and very clean

This hotel is in a shady location. The room had a leaking sink and mold in the bathroom. Go a few extra miles and stay in Knoxville. It is very close to the airport. Other reviews about this hotel are deceiving.

Firstly, the front desk staff was really nice and efficient. We had no problems even with a late checkin. The room appeared to be clean, however there was some kind of black handle on the couch and parts of a broken pen on the floor. Since I was traveling with a young child, this was a problem. Overall, I think this hotel has the worst water pressure that I have experienced in a hotel. The water came out so slowly that it increased the amount of time we spent in the shower because it took so long to wash off. Also, the sink is outside the toilet and shower area. You have to go into the room to wash your hands. Breakfast was very limited and not even worth the hassle of going in the line to get it. Would I go back to this facility? Probably not!

The room was clean and the a/c was on when I walked into my room! Usually, I have to turn the air on to make the room comfortable, but not this time! It was cool and humidity free! The young ladies that checked me in and out were very nice and helpful and had the answers to my questions. I love I was able to leave my car at the hotel and take the shuttle to the airport! Parking at the airport is not an easy thing to do. But the shuttle is! I hadn't stayed at Best Western before, but I will again on my next trip.

This hotel is very close to the airport and has a good amount of food options walkable from the hotel. My only complaint would be customer service skills with the employees. When we approached the front desk to check out and get the airport shuttle in the early morning there was no employee at the desk. There was a bell to ring and still nobody appeared. When the employee finally appeared she said do you need help . I told her I have an airport shuttle scheduled. Instead of attending to getting our shuttle she went to the breakfast room to pit herself a cup of coffee. She then went to the desk , made a phone call but still didn't say anything to us regarding the shuttle . After some minutes the shuttle driver pulled up to the front of the hotel. This made us nervous because she could have communicated to us that she contacted someone and that the shuttle was on the way. The shuttle driver didn't say a word to us as we entered the shuttle . We said good morning, but no reply . I know it was early in the morning, but good customer service skills goes a long way .

We were given room 115, right by the front desk and lobby. Starting around midnight, we were constantly harassed by slamming doors, loud talking and a persistent beeping. When I inquired about the beeping, I was told it was the fire alarm. When I told her it kept me awake all night, she said, "ya, me too"!!! Additionally, there is no real television service. The channel lineup is what you would get with an antenna. There is no cable and no direct TV. No movie channels. If you want to watch a football game, you are out of luck. If you want to watch QVC, you're in luck

Almost across the street from the airport. The location was great to catch an early morning flight from Knoxville airport. There are some chain restaurants within walking distance. The parking is free and the staff were helpful. The rooms were clean, bed was okay to sleep and the linens were fresh. You get some amenities in the room.

Stayed for two nights on the third floor in a double queen room. The guest room was fine; however, there was absolutely no WIFI signal at this hotel. The breakfast offerings were pretty slim as well (no eggs or omelets).

Room was somewhat pricey. We were told they had both indoor and outdoor pool, however when we arrived three days later we were told the outdoor pool closes after Labor Day. The wireless internet connection was erratic and weak for the most part. Rooms were clean and well kept for the most part.

Bedbugs in the room, confirmed with doctor after coming back home and reported to property manager, she said, it seems we need to complain while in the property, without knowing what kind of bite it is, how can one be so sure? They didnt change any sheets or towels in our 3 day trip and one of the front desk showed us that our room was on schedule to clean but it never happened. The manager Alma Monarezz is very rude and she even said she is going to respond back to this post. I don't think customers deserve this experience neither this kind of rude behavior from hotel management.

Overall, it more than met our expectations. Location was excellent - close to lots of restaurant choices We didn't use the Indoor pool, but it looked well-kept. Room was clean. Breakfast was okay, but could have had more choices.

Hotel was well kept and clean, the location you can tell was recently remodeled. Plenty of well lit parking, and even being close to an airport, could not hear planes taking off and landing. Only issue we had was a hot water temp problem.

The service/staff was very nice and the hotel room was excellent. The only thing I would change is the breakfast. There was no breakfast staff, and there were barely any food options. Otherwise, everything was excellent. I would definitely stay here again, I'd just plan to eat breakfast out.

Everything about this hotel was awful, except the night auditor I delt with. The manager is incredibly rude, caulk around the tub had mold, shelf under sink was never cleaned, pillow case was stained, bed looked like it had been slept in...if I could give less than a 1 I would!!!

I was overall satisfied with my experience here! The inside pool is so convenient so to the weather! The hot tub still wasn't working as I read online before booking. This is a clean decent place to stay and only about an hour away from Pigeon Forge.

BW at Aiurport Knoxville is qn excellent choice recommended for quality qs well as location. Worth the stay I would stay again so it must be worth the charge. The staff is excellentl and extremely helpful

My stay at this hotel was the best experience I've ever had anywhere by far!!! The people working here are such amazing people and treated me with such respect. They exceed the required standards, and went above and beyond with helping accommodate me to the best of their ability. I was very comfortable during my stay here, and felt so relieved to be somewhere that I couldn't even imagine more perfect service, cleanliness, accommodations, or safety than this best western had!!! They completely won a 10/10 recommendation from me in literally every category possible!!! They even went out of their way to make sure I got the lowest rate possible for my stay and helped me earn some points while I was staying and I was able to get a couple of nights free with my rewards points they helped me start earning with the rewards account they offer.

Rooms were clean and service was great! We would stay here again. The bathroom sinks were not in the same room with tub and toilet making easy for someone else to use it while someone is taking a shower.

Clean rooms, good service, comfy beds, quiet day and night (despite behind close to the airport). I did not report it, but the internet was inconsistent, low signal and kept losing service. Breakfast was appreciated (cereal, muffins, yogurt, pancakes, fruit).

When i checked in, I was told about services being out. If I had of the two services would not be ok, but not both. The problems were probably not entirely on the hotel, but I should have been given another option.

We received the best service we have ever had at a hotel. The hotel staff were extremely welcoming and can honestly say it made it one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. The person who checked us in (Jason?) was the most welcoming hotel staff we have ever encountered.

This was the best place to stay. They have shuttle service to and from the airport even at 4:00 am. The staff were very helpful and kind. The room was very clean and large. The shower had hot water and good pressure. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We saw the breakfast area and it was clean and spacious.

Weekend and night shift clerks had me park my bike a certain way, Dayshift clerk made me move then another bike parked where I was. She was very rude when I asked about it. Then claimed I didn't have to move. My bike got blocked in due to where she told me to park.

There were several groups smoking pot in the parking lot. Many small children yelling, crying, running, banging on my door, w/ parents also yelling. At this point hotel was almost empty. Why did they put them right next to someone else. Could have put them in a different area and they could be as loud as they want. The breakfast was a joke. The only good thing about it was auto-made pancakes, but no butter offered. No eggs of any kind, not even hard-boiled. Not even toast offered. Good things: housekeeping didn't bother me at all, but were very helpful if I needed something. Ice machine worked.

Clean, nicely furnished rooms. Courteous, helpful staff. Well located near the airport. I was disappointed with the quality of the TV and the lack of hot chocolate at the coffee bar--minor issues but annoying.

The breakfast offered was minimally a “ hot “ breakfast. The juices offered thru the machine were not drinkable. The pool was open but not the hot tub which was very disappointing. The rooms were fine but I don't think the hallways were vacuumed during our 3 days there . The check in was easy . Access on the main road ( Cusick ) turning left to access the way to the airport , restaurants etc can be challenging depending on the time of day . Many restaurants within 5-10 min

Room was dirty, crackers & crumbs on floor, hand print on shower wall & shampoo on floor. Horrible coffee & apple juice don't do a good job replenishing breakfast area. While there, woman was arrested & shackled for damaging her room. Next day, same room was offered to my Mom w/o an inspection. Cords cut on tv etc. Next night, 2 men sat at each end of hall w/ large dog. Drug dealers? What were they watching out for? Was reported but front desk did nothing.

The Large Rooms and Very Comfortable Beds Make Staying With Best Western A Pleasure. The Staff Is Courteous and Friendly. The Rooms Have Plenty of Space and The Desks are perfect if on a Business Trip. We Always Choose Them First. Thank You Best Western

Check in/out was easy. Nice clean rooms with fridge and microwave. Bed was comfortable. Friendly staff. Hot tub was not open, limited number of people allowed in the pool and limited breakfast menu due to covid.

We visited this hotel on Nov. 6th. Check in and out was easy and staff was friendly. A new staff person gave us wrong directions to nearby El Sazon Mexican Restaurant which was frustrating but we eventually got to it. Rooms are updated, clean, and relatively quiet despite being close to airport and a couple of loud people nearby. The bathroom light was malfunctioning and very loud but decided to stay in the room (#303) since we had settled in already so that is why I knocked off one star. We reported the problem to the front desk when checking out and played her the video of it and she agreed and made a note. Shuttle service between airport was convenient and quick. The Pool was open but hot tub was not, which was a disappointment since I feel that most customers would know how to practice social distancing. The breakfast was just okay since there was no egg or meat served. Would be nice to have a packaged egg or egg sandwich and meat to go with pancakes. Covid has things messed up. Overall, nice hotel and we would stay there again.

Hotel was a great price in the area. Very clean, updated. Front desk staff were amazing! Super easy and fast check in, and express check out! Pool area was super clean. SMOKE FREE PROPERTY! Will stay again!

We enjoyed our nicely appointed room that was a great value for the price. The bed was very comfortable, and we liked the layout of the room. We were here with family for a wedding and liked that our location was close to places to eat and the wedding venue.

Had visited friends, but they lived over an hour & a half from airport. Because of a very early flight time decided to stay here for my last night in Knoxville because it was close to the airport. I was wishing I had more than one night here. The indoor pool looked inviting but I didn't have time to use. The room was inviting and clean. And considering the Covid-19 restrictions the breakfast was actually still pretty nice. Would definitely stay here again and have already recommended to a couple friends who were talking of heading that way.

Our room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was enough room for the four of us. Breakfast selections was minimum but I expected that due to Covid. Located between Knoxville and Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. Definitely will choose this location for our next stay. The staff was great, and the kids loved the pool.

First hotel we have stayed in that had made visible changes because of Covid 19. Basic the serve breakfast instead of letting people do it themselves spreading anything what was good to see. ( in another BW and all are doing this now) only booked this hotel as we needed to stop after a long drive on way to Nashville. Hotel was very good with everything needed. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay so much. Bed was wonderful! Pillows so soft. Breakfast delicious! Everyone so helpful and kind. Smells good. Super clean! Love the pool and hot tub. Like home away from home. Plan to go back every time we go to visit our daughter in Tennessee. Great value. Breakfast actually offers protein choices and is healthy!

The breakfast was excellent. LOVED the pancake machine. Real butter,haalf and half. Plus 4 cereals, 2 fruits, a hot selection of foods alternating different mornings. A meat, eggs,potatoes, etc Most everything was clean and new. Thw ONLY thing was the pool is cloudy, but SO beautiful, and private with very long hours. Very friendly staff. And the price was unbeatable!

At first inspection I was really impressed with the hotel. For the price it was nice. Just what we needed for sleep since we came on vacation. When I went to pack all of our stuff up I discovered rat feces all under the mattress of the sofa bed my children slept on the entire weekend! It wasn't one or two, it was COVERED as if a mouse had been living in that sofa bed for quite a while. When the situation was brought to their attention at checkout, a simple “oh we will take a look, sorry” was the response. Would not recommend staying here.

Stayed last year at this site and property was not in very good shape. Decided to return with my family only because my granddaughter wanted to use the indoor pool. The hotel has been totally updated very nicely. Clean and comfortable. Lobby needs punched up a bit to appear more welcoming and fresh brewed coffee is preferred as opposed to boxed type. Nice quiet room. Friendly guest service. I will return.

The hotel was fine, nothing fantastic, but clean and accommodating. Only thing that bothered us was that, at check in, the front desk person had a handwritten note that they had left and would be back. Who doesn't staff accordingly for a Saturday night? It appeared she had to drive the shuttle to the airport, but again, they should not leave the front desk unstaffed at 9pm. Upon her return, she was friendly, and nice, quick check in, but there was a line of about 6 of us by the time she made it back. Management might want to review staffing needs for the future. Hotel looks newly remodeled, rooms were nice and bed was comfortable.

I have stayed at several hotels in this area during the last year, and I definitely will stay at Best Western on all future visits. It was much nicer then the competition and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is very conveniently located to the Knoxville area, and especially the airport. Everything was clean, the staff helpful, and hospitable. We will for sure stay there again. The breakfast area was very well maintained and stocked with good variety of foods. There is an indoor pool and fitness center.

Hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast is what you would expect and didnt disappoint. I would stay here again if I was in the area. I think fir the amount paid it was one of the best options.

We had a great stay, was limited parking. We arrived later at night and parking was filled, had to park in very back and walk but was well lit. Breakfast wasn't too bad I would of prefer some biscuits, bacon and maybe gravy. But overall was good.

Stayed here due to an early flight departure the next morning. The 3 things important to us in a hotel stay are: Cleanliness, good shower and comfortable bed. This hotel had them all. The hotel was very clean including the pool area and the small fitness room. The shower had decent water pressure and the bed was comfortable. Also there were many restaurants in walking distance

We had a reservation at La Quinta Inn just down the road for a 2 Queen room and when we arrived the room was not available. Only Kings available. The Best Western was the only hotel with a double room and it was about 11pm so we quickly agreed to stay there. The staff was very welcoming and the hotel looked recently remodeled. We were exhausted and had an early am flight the next day. We did not get to utilize many services but the rooms and lobby were clean and nice. convenient to airport and basic restaurants. I would definitely stay here again if flying from Knoxville.

I had stayed previously at this Hotel when it was under a different name. I was pleasantly surprised to see the transformation. It was like a brand new Hotel. The room was great - everything new. Had a great breakfast in the morning and the staff were very friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Exhausted after a flying in from New York we stayed at the Best Western by the airport. Don't let the outside fool you, the inside has been tastefully renovated in a Chic Modern. We stayed on the first floor in the newly renotated room. Very, very clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in. The receptionist at the desk said everyone loves the beds and now I know why. Great WiFi and large flat screen TV along with a micro wave and refrigerator in our room. I found the complimentary breakfast very satisfying before leaving on a long road trip. I can easily recommend this Best Western without hesitation. Another plus it is totally non smoking.

Hopfully you will get the joy of meeting Bill at the front desk he is very knowledge about the area and has top quality customer service skills!! All the staff is friendly and helpful. The entire hotel was clean and neat you can tell the employees take pride in this Best Western, from the driveway to the room. We were only looking to stay one night but after the top quality customer service and the cleanliness of the entire Best Western we decided to stay another night.

Cold breakfast and poor management . Had problems was told would get credit but never did. Don't offer credit if you won't honor it. The water pressure was horrible. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable

Stayed one night when passing through, the unit is off the main highway so there is less noise. Lots of food options nearby, and airport across the highway. Hotel is fresh, nice, and priced right for your basic 3 star hotel.
