Best Western Cascade Inn & Suites

At the mouth of the Columbia River Gorge yet minutes from downtown Portland, the Best Western Cascade Inn & Suites, Troutdale, Oregon, pairs friendly service with deluxe amenities, with pillow-top beds, a complimentary hot breakfast buffet, an indoor heated pool, a hot tub, a dry sauna, an exercise room, and free parking. The setting opens onto an outdoor playground of hiking, biking, and skiing on Mount Hood, with wine country, the rose gardens, and the historic Edgefield estate close by. The gorge and the city are both within an easy drive. Troutdale is the western gateway to the Columbia River Gorge, where the Historic Columbia River Highway begins its climb past Multnomah Falls and a string of cascades plunging from basalt cliffs, with the orchards and vineyards of the valley below, the glaciers of Mount Hood on the horizon, and the bridges and food halls of Portland a short drive west. In spring the waterfalls thunder full off the green walls of the gorge.
