Best Western Premier Hotel at Fisher's Landing

Was a pleasant experience. Will recommend, it has a great location, close to Freeway access, restaurants and shopping! Several parks in the area as well if you are traveling with children or animals. Will visit again soon.

I needed a place to stay last minute. The value at Beat Western Premier was excellent. Lobby, restaurant and rooms were very clean. The staff was very friendly and professional. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Amazing, it was everything and more. The swing shift front reception gentleman was a likeness to having a personal concierge. We were greeted with additional soft fluffy white bath towels for our extra long reservation as well as ice cold water which was great after a very long flight. The hotel always had fresh brewed coffee and hot water for cocoa and hot spiced cider. It was really helpful to have computers available and working to confirm our departure flight time. This is a very clean hotel. Amazing Security!

Very nice and clean hotel! Has a pool indoors and a fitness room. They also have breakfast and a dining area with a bar. Rooms are nice with updated everything. I highly recommend staying here! Oh and they have a pretty cool security robot!

The facility is like new and the staff have always treated us well. This hotel is located in a quiet area of Vancouver but is also very close to activities and dining options. The hotel is also only 15 minutes from the Portland International Airport and good for a quick overnight stay.

My stay at Best Western Hotel Vancouver, Fisher Landing, Is probably my best hotel stay ever. The staff was very courteous, and everything was wonderful. The free breakfast Buffett was delicious and was 3 to 4 stars restaurant style.

Superb service and went above and beyond for our veterans group of over 50 guests. Thanks to Tracy, the manager, Dave from facilities and Kim from the restaurant/bar. You all made our visit and our reunion special.

Great room clean, restaurant the front desk everything and also the location. Everything was convenient and we did use the work out facility evening security well done. I will always stay at Best Western when I'm in Washington.

I was impressed with my room, and it was reasonably priced. Comfortable bed, quiet room, strong A/C, and it was very nice and clean. Nice bathroom sink and countertop too. Mini fridge, makeup mirror, and bedside reading lights were also a nice touch.

I am a frequent visitor to this hotel, belong to their “club”, and was given a rate over the phone of $179 per night. My credit card was charged $289 so I called and was told, rather rudely, that I was charged that rate because it was Friday night and they were fully booked. Feels like fraud.

Very nice hotel, best best western we have every stayed at. Safe location. Restaurants near by. Plus they had a bar restaurant too. We had to leave before breakfast but they do have a breakfast. Lots of parking. They allow pets too. I got an upgrade. There was robs and slippers in room.

If you're looking for a place to take you le kid, they will love this place. But if you're on business, this is NOT the place for you. You will hear kids running up and down the hallway. And they will knock on random doors and disturb you. Also, the front desk staff is hit or miss. The woman at check in was less than thrilled to be assisting me, and acted quite resentful that she had to work. ,(A career change is probably a good idea. Perhaps working in waste management, so she doesn't have to work with other people.) But the woman at check out was the complete opposite, as she was warm and friendly. I doubt I will ever stay there again.

A modern hotel. Rooms are a cut above the normal hotel. Fixtures are an upgrade. Very clean with great effort in maintenance. Service staff was very outgoing The location was perfect for our needs. Would stay again.

No free breakfast! (Most "BW Pluss" hotels do this!) No extra shampoo when needed. (Misers!) No light bulbs to fix a non-functional desk lamp! (Not even a replacement lamp available! So working at the desk was impossible....thanks!) No check-in freebies for elite members. (Guess BW doesn't value brand loyalty anymore?) No free cookies in the evening! (How cheap can you get?) STAY at the Vancouver Mall BW-Plus! Its way better than this "Premier"!

Stayed here en route from Oregon wineries to Tacoma, WA. Nice new hotel, looks great and reasonable rates. The 2 highlights of the short stay were: 1. Jessica at the lobby bar. She's a gem. Not only a spectacular bartender, she's super nice, detail oriented, and passionate about making the best possible cocktail, no shortcuts here. Fresh muddled fruits and all. 2. Nearby the German restaurant, Gustav's. Awesome dinner. Unfortunately, the patio firepit wasn't operational. It was not the hotels fault, but the property was busy with kids' sports teams and not well managed by staff and parents.

Great hotel, friendly staff from check-in to check-out, VERY CLEAN throughout, nice amenities, really awesome service and accommodating staff — even at midnight if you need a late night Ruby Jewel Ice Cream from the lobby's snack bar! I also cannot forget the coolest security robot who always is on the lookout. Thank you :)

Location was good. Close to many amenities if needed. First thing we noticed was the cool dalek-like security guard. At night he drove around keeping the parking lot secure while recording. This hotel has a few add-ons, such as fresh baked cookies, cinnamon rolls and wine available, so that is cool. There is also a small in-house restaurant that serves food, but keep in mind breakfast isn't until 7am on the weekends. The beds could be softer as well. But room was clean and didn't smell weird at all. So that was good. The shower head could have been better, but water stayed hot the whole shower!

Room is large, clean and comfortable. Has a very small fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Has a clock. Bring a night light. We have a shower only room. Shower is badly designed - no place to hang your towel within easy reach - and the floor is slick as ice! Breakfast is not free an it's a joke - scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, premade pancakes, oatmeal, English muffins and sliced bread is what you get for $12! No yogurt, cereal, bagels, fruit compote as you get in the most mid-range hotel.

The hotel is fairly new and is still in great condition. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Caution, the shower doors have gaps, and a good amount of water found it's way to the bathroom floor during a rinse. All the other fixtures were in good working order, and the house keeping staff was very friendly and professional. My gripe, (if I had one), would be for the price we paid, (which is a little high in my opinion), they should have included breakfast. Most other BW properties provide at least a simple buffet, and this hotel charges an additional $12pp for the exact same items. That said, the rest of the experience was great, and we would likely return if I knew the eggs weren't an up-charge. If they fixed this it would equate to a five star review.

Very comfortable, clean and quiet rooms. Nicely furnished. Good functioning workout equipment. Nice proximity to restaurants and grocery store. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Great location to go for a walk after getting off the road.

Hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly. I would stay her again. Beds are comfortable. Plenty pillows. Breakfast was good. Kids loved the pool. Everything you could need for a comfortable stay.

I was craving a glass of milk before bed so my hubby went down to the restaurant to buy a glass of milk, but they refused to charge us! So great and unexpected! Very clean hotel! Great parking too!

Very nice hotel with a very friendly staff who is willing to help with special requests. Hotel is very conveniently located close to shopping and restaurants. Room was nicely furnished and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Took grandkids for the pool which was great. Perfect temperature… not too cold. Received pre-check in by email. Wanted $15 each for a wonderful breakfast ordered off the menu. What we got for our $45 was a “buffet” with a great variety of items .. all of which was cold. The orange juice tasted like water with orange food coloring. I would definitely return to this hotel but would highly recommend walking across the parking lot to the Big Bear Diner for any meals.

Very clean and nice. The Nespresso machine in the room was an excellent amenity. Food from the bistro was good with great service. Pool and excel use facilities were very clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Pretty sure an employee was having SEX in our room, if not then it is at the very least gross negligence. Two weeks ago husband tried to do something incredibly nice for me. I have 3 young kids at home. I was burned out, and in lack of some very needed sleep. He decided to surprise me with getting a babysitter, taking me out to dinner and getting a no frills hotel room locally where I can take a nice shower and read a book without being disturbed by young kiddos. I was to stay by myself for the night, and get a good nights sleep without any disruptions. If your a parent and primary caregiver, you know what this simple act meant to me. We checked into the hotel and upon getting into our room, right on one of the chairs, was a black lingerie lace cami. I picked it up and set it on the counter next to my stuff to make sure that I gave it to the front desk when I check out. We concluded our evening, my husband went home to relieve the babysitter, I curled up with my book and read till almost 2:00am because hey, (I have nowhere to be in the morning, I never get to stay up late anymore, and I get to sleep in for the first time in about a year.) Slightly after 8am a young lady bursted through the door to my room, abruptly waking me from my sleep. I immediately grabbing my phone ready to call the police, or in worst case scenario to use as a weapon. Upon realizing the room had someone in it she said "sorry" and abruptly shut the door. It was not housekeeping, no knock, no nothing. Now my heart is racing, through fear and a "WTF was that" feeling? There was no way was I able to go back to sleep, another 5-6hr night for me. As I was checking out with the lady behind the counter that morning I was waiting the usual, "How was our stay?" line since confrontation makes me feel very uncomfortable. It did not come, all I got was a "OK, Your all set". I then started with the intruder in the morning, I explained the only reason why my husband did this for me was to get some REST. Her comments to me were not exactly apologetic, I enquired on what they can do to maybe make this up to me since the entire purpose for my stay was this and she responded by saying since you booked through a third party, meaning Hotels.com, there is nothing I can do (as if I'm not their customer as well?). So all future guests beware, if you don't book directly through them, you don't matter, that was made very clear! I then moved on to the lingerie found on the chair. Again no real apology here, "I will let the cleaning staff know". fighting back the urge to breakdown and cry I asked if this was really the best she could do? She told me her manager would be back Monday and she will let them know. I walked out, not able to hold it in anymore, sat in my car and cried. I did not have the heart to tell my husband, that his kind gesture was completely ruined. The next day I had lunch with my mother, I told her what had happened, and her first response was that in her opinion, 9/10 it was an employee from Best Western realizing they left a personal item in the room and was coming back to retrieve it. Now I'm sure you're wondering how she came up with this? Well as a former CEO of MGM properties from our hometown of Las Vegas, she knows quite a lot about the type of shenanigans that go on in hotels. I had never even thought of putting the two together. It made for a very entertaining lunch however to here some of the worst stories from her 30+ experience that were hilarious, disgusting, down right dangerous and of course illegal. Vegas.... Anywho, she told me to wait at least two weeks to hear a response from any type of management, for at the very least our room was obviously NOT clean, and a stranger had access to it. "Any manager should and would be mortified, especially for a young woman who is staying by herself." Obviously, this is why I am writing this. I have heard from no-one. Of course I now have to tell him. And believe me when I say, that my Best Western Diamond Member husband is less than pleased today, and they are lucky it was the broken women in the lobby, than dealing with him...

EXCELLENT accommodations! VERY RESPECTFUL AND CARING employees! I was feeling like I was almost back home in my private home.. the staff had OUTSTANDING customer service and I really enjoyed my stay. They had EXCEPTIONAL toiletries in which had essential oils that gave just relaxed you after all day job training. I highly recommend this hotel! i give it 5plus stars in my book!

DO NOT let "premier" fool you. This place is horrible. Ate dinner in the lounge, every item was cold, undercooked, or overcooked. There is no breakfast, you have to pay for the same nightmare food in the lounge, even the fruit garnishes were moldy. The doors slam so hard you'll never sleep so bring some noise canceling head phones and some sort of floating bed. Avoid the sofa sleeper at all cost along with the tattered scissor cut sheets. The fridge in the room can't even hold the to-go container I had from another restaurant. The staff is slow or just not there, and if you ask for anything you are greeted with some attitude. If you are going to be paying these prices, go somewhere else.

Beautiful, well laid out facility. Full service restaurant excellent in staff, price, choices and flavor. Coffee/hot chocolate 24 hrs. Friendly, helpful staff, location to everything was convenient! Highly recommend!

Great location and staff. Check in and out was speedy and efficient. Perfect location just off the main street, no traffic noise! We will cintunue to use this location when we are visiting family in Vancouver, Washington.

This Best Western Premier is by far the "Best in the West". I am blessed with the opportunity to travel all over the US for work. This Hotel is by far on the very top of my hotel stays. Customer Service is the most important work ethic in my opinion. The staff here without question are great with customer service. During check-in was simple and quick. Michelle seemed to truly enjoyed welcoming us and helping us with our questions. It's always appreciative being recognized for our Membership Status followed with a small gift. Thank you Michelle for doing that and Thank You for all the Staff members for the work that they do, it does make a difference.

This was a very modern, clean, safe and affordable hotel. We had a very positive experience save for the issue with EV charging. This hotel utilizes Chargepoint which is one of the most expensive options for EV charging.

This is the best hotel in town. We visit this area several times a year and this is our go to place beyond all others. Staff is always courteous. Rooms are clean, quiet and the internet is uninterrupted.

Absolutely worst BW stay to date and I am a platinum member. Daughter lives in Vancouver. Stayed here because Marriott was being renovated, not by choice. Only 2 towel sets provided. When needed more, you have to go and get it from the front desk. Next day, they did not have towels either, nor did the cleaners on my floor. No extra roll of TP or Kleenex. Sock in drawer (not mine). Bad lighting. Front desk girl rude looks and talking to other person about me obvious. No breakfast (prior that was a perk). No service of room (we stayed 3 nights) unless you request 24 hours in advance. No towels when we went to the pool. The pillows are awful and the bed is hard. Although it is a beautiful hotel, the staff and management need improvement to address all of the above before I will return here.

This place is amazing. Beds are super comfortable, pillows soft. Rooms are clean and large. Food and drinks are very good. Little expensive. Patio is amazing. Large comfy chairs and couch. Laundry area is great.

I am happy with the quality of the property, but very dis-satisfied with the amenities and overall stay. The internet was slow, the breakfast (I thought was included) would have been an additional $200!!! added to my stay, I was able to check in early which was very nice. The room was very basic. Nothing really stood out for this being a “Premium” Best Western. Also I did not like the fact that the bathroom door was a sliding door. THAT DID NOT LOCK AND YOU COULD SEE INTO. CHANGE THIS!! God lord, who want to have a bathroom door that does not want to close or lock, and or that can be seen into??? Also for everything I needed I had to go down stairs and get it my self. Room service was also disappointing. Why is there a set time to request it? There should not be a set time. I am on vacation, the last thing I should have to be worrying about is having to cater to my own self. If that's the case I'd stay home, right? For this place to be a “Premium” hotel there's needs to be a few improvements to customer service and catering to the guest.

Price was right at this newer hotel. No free breakfast and beds were uncomfortable as were the pillows. Staff especially housekeeping were nice and helpful. The pool and sauna were used and enjoyed. It was okay. Nothing special. Clean and well maintained.

Nice place, slow check in process in spite of the online pre arrival check in. Every Best Western I've ever stayed in has offered a free complimentary breakfast. This joint wants 20 dollars for my self and kid for the exaxt same mediocre buffet breakfast offered for free at other locations. This is a poor buisiness model and inconsistent. The cafe at the top of the block is excellent, offers fresh food made to order at a better value. Don't give this hotel more of what they've already taken too much of. Honestly I don't think I'll be back just because of that.

We have stayed at this hotel 3 or 4 times in the past year. It's our go to whenever we come to visit family in the area. Staff are always friendly. Hotel and rooms are updated (feel almost brand new). Rooms have always been very clean. Parking is well lit. All around a nice place to stay.

While the hotel is updated and looks nice there are some major downsides. The most disappointing thing about this hotel are the beds which look stately but are hard as a rock. The pillows also offer little support so side sleepers will have it worst. I'm a side sleeper. Considering the most important part of staying at a hotel is the sleeping portion of the experience they really have it wrong. Additionally, the bed linens are course and the blanket consists of a thin duvet sandwiched between two sheets. It kept us warm enough luckily but nothing about it felt cozy. The bathrooms are bizarre as the toilets are so low to the ground I found myself almost squatting onto it and I'm only 5'6”. In contrast, the sink is huge and really high up and made my 6'3" husband look like a child in comparison. Children will have trouble even reaching the bowl much less the faucet. Speaking of which, the faucet is too high for the low profile sink basin and water splashes everywhere when you wash your hands. The shower is very poorly designed. The shower head is positioned on the side of the shower where the door is. This means that you are standing and showing in the last water-tight spot of the shower. By the time my hubby was done with his shower the floor of the bathroom was covered with water and required the use of all of the extra towels to wipe up. Finally, the door to the bathroom is a barn door. When in the bathroom you can hear everything in the room and vice versa. The door will not contain any smells so if you are having an upset stomach any smells will permeate the room unless you have some freshening spray or poo-pourri. The cleaning crew does an okay job of turning the rooms, the bathroom detail could be a little better but it is acceptable. We didn't go down for breakfast or swim in the pool so I cannot speak to those parts of the experience.

This hotel is in a nice area, with easy walking distance to restaurants and grocery. It's near enough to the airport for convenience, without any airport noise. Breakfast and happy hour are available near the lobby (for a fee).

I had a room with 2 queen beds and sofa. The room was very spacious with lots of lights. A lot of tv channels to choose from. There was a refrigerator and microwave in the room along with a coffee maker, all the stuff i needed. The lobby is very welcoming with a big screen tv and coffee/tea station, along with a bar. There's a ton of restaurants nearby within walking distance and/or Doordash/uber eats, etc. I'm an elite Hilton and Marriott rewards member and typically stay at either of those hotels...however I wanted to try BW Premier and was so glad I did! The front desk guy was so friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean and relaxing. Plus parking was free! Only issue I had was that the pillows on the bed were small, I felt like I had to balance my head. So I had them bring extra pillows...it was fine. I would probably just bring my own pillow next time.

This is a great place to stay. The hotel is new, clean and nicely decorated. Beds are comfortable. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure an exceptional experience - probably the best customer service I've experienced at any hotel. We will be staying here again and I've already recommended this hotel to several people traveling to the area.

Perfectly situated to restuarants and shopping. Hotel was beautiful, great amentities and clean. It was overcrowded with groups so some amentities couldn't even get too. The downstair lobby area full and crowded -- couldn't even get to the bar.

Very modern and open facility with enough parking. It is in a quiet area but still close to restaurants, Fred Meyers, and strip mall stores. Black Bear Diner is about one block away, an easy and safe walk for most people. The beds are pretty firm.

My family lives in the Vancouver/Portland area. I normally stay in downtown Vancouver or downtown Portland but I was looking for a more secure location. This hotel was centrally located for me and I enjoyed my 5 day stay.

The only reason for a 3 out of 5 was that the bed was hard!! Get a comfortable bed and you got a 5!! Everyone very professional and friendly, the room and hotel was very clean. The area seemed to be a safe area!

The hotel had a great price. Very beautiful & modern hotel. Super clean. All the workers were so friendly & helpful. We ate dinner & breakfast in the Bistro Restaurant & Lounge and had exceptional service from Brittany who deserves a raise! We will definitely stay again when in town!

First time I stay at a BW Premier and I'll stay again. The rooms have a modern flair,they are clean and quiet and the staff is kind and welcoming. I've stayed in many hotels and BW. I'll start looking for the Premier brand. It's more my style and offers comfort for a great value.

The entire staff was incredibly hospitable, the food was amazing, great amenities, super clean rooms, spacious conference room, close to lots of restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice newer hotel in the east Vancouver area. Appreciated the free upgrade to a suite. Staff was very friendly and helpful at check in. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Coffee bar in lobby was a nice touch. Pool was super crowded so we did not use it. Everything worked as anticipated. Removed one star due to disappointment that there was no free breakfast as advertised - perhaps this was a newer change and not all sites had been updated yet.

My family just checked in a few hours ago, so it may not be entirely fair to write this so soon, but I noticed a few things straight off. Positives to start: free parking, pet friendly, decent sized room, gorgeous teal velvet sofa, nespresso machine in the room, handy little hooks in the closet that are perfect for hanging masks, large bathroom sink with tall faucet that made it easy for me to wash out our reusable water bottles. Lots of counter space to organize our things. Not so positive: $30/night pet fee. Nightly pet fees are ripoffs. Should be per stay. The room is very dark. It needs another lamp or more pot lights. No in-room recycling bin. The window was unlocked. We're on the ground floor, so that was sketchy. The bathroom floor had hairs and a bit of dried on food on it when we arrived. The shower head doesn't work well, and the glass shower doors were cloudy. The only places to hang a towel in the bathroom are right over the toilet (I find this gross), and one of our bath towels was stained. The pull out couch mattress is thin and lumpy. There was no extra pillow for it, and the supplied bedding looks ancient, particularly the blanket. Lastly, and this is why I am writing a review in the middle of the night, the sheets on the bed are pilled and scratchy and literally have holes in them. At least 3, just on my side. Overall, I've stayed in much worse, and it's not bad at all, but the sheets are such a dealbreaker for me.

I used to travel weekly for work staying at many different hotels. Unfortunately, this hotel is one of the ones I would not stay at again. While it looks beautiful and new, the basics are missing. There is zero insulating between rooms/floors. I thought the previous reviews mentioning being able to hear the room above's flushing toilet was an exaggeration. Sadly, it is not an exaggeration! Every time the room above flushed their toilet, it sounded like 5 gallons of water is being dropped into my room. I heard every word of the couple in the next room's discussion about what to have for dinner. I heard every door slam and every footstep in the hall. I am a deep sleeper and normally do not have any trouble sleeping in hotel rooms, but the lack of any kind of noise barrier in this hotel just kept me awake all night. For the next trip, I will opt to stay at other hotels nearby.

Came to Vancouver for a funeral. This hotel was easy to get to off of Highway 14, centrally located, had many choices for food and entertainment close by. The staff is friendly, the best Covid sterilization processes I have seen! Masks weren't required in the county so the staff was only partially wearing them. The room was immaculate, quiet, and clean. will return

Our stay at this hotel was the most pleasant and comfortable. Incredibly clean facilities and room. Friendly and pleasant staff. Location was right at the boarder of Oregon while being in Washington. Very near a wide variety and assortment of restaurants.

My husband and I spent one night here while visiting friends in Vancouver, where we used to live. It's a fairly new facility with very attractive decor throughout, including the rooms. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. We had a 1st floor king room near the main entrance, which was a bit noisy from the sound of the elevator nearby and hallway traffic. You can hear room doors closing. They must allow dogs too because we heard one barking a couple of times early in the evening. The bed was comfortable with a mattress that's quite firm, and quality linens. The room included a desk, small sofa, fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. The bathroom was a bit tight for space but had a great tiled shower with wide shower head and good pressure. My only complaint would be that during my shower the water temp kept getting cooler and then back to warm. There's a lounge/restaurant on the main floor which charges for breakfast. As an overnight guest you receive a 20% off coupon on dinner or breakfast items. We knew there was no free breakfast, and chose this location because it was cheaper than similar hotels in the area with good reviews. There are plenty of restaurants in the vicinity to choose from, and we chose the Black Bear Diner just a short distance away for breakfast. We would stay here again if in the area.

I stayed at this location for two weeks and was so impressed with all of the staff from housekeeping to management. They all were so helpful and friendly, everything was clean, and if I needed anything they were able to get me what I wanted. The only challenge I had was not being on the top floor (1 noisy neighbor upstairs with a small child), and being near the exit on weekend nights with loud people up/down the stairs.

Enjoy your stay at this awesome place. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Slept like a baby. Very nice restaurant with great features. They also have very convenient places nearby to enjoy. I loved the place called Foode.

Definitely a great hotel for a weekend getaway plenty of things to do around the area. If your looking for an amazing deep tissue or relaxing massage. Blue Bay Massage was also amazing and near by for an awesome massage then go back to hotel and go to the hot tub and room. I would highly recommend.

Slow check in late at night. Room with 2 beds and a hide-a-bed, 5 people staying. Room key didn't work. Only 3 bath towels. No bedding for hide-a-bed. Hide-a-bed with springs felt through mattress, not sleep worthy. Breakfast advertised as free, but cost $12 per person. 4 returns/calls to front desk to get what was needed.......towels, working room key, bedding, etc.

We stayed for two nights because my son had a district swim meet in Kelso. Was worried that we had to bring our two dogs at the last minute. Room was clean, staff were friendly. Had no problems with the hotel at all. It was also quite on our wing and we had the last room at the end of the hallway (#201) which had very quick access to the stairs for when I took the dogs out.

This hotel was fantastic! Online booking was easy, check in and out was efficient. Friendly staff and super clean hotel. The modern design and color scheme was soothing. Other hotels use warm and somewhat dim lighting. This one was bright and energetic, makes me happy! Room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom design did not consider shorter people, but we managed. Overall—excellent. Will definitely stay here again.

Usually clean, newer hotel. Room carpet not vacuumed, chips, crumbs. Bathroom sink toothpaste on counter, mascara on wall. Coffee counter had spilled, dried coffee. Loud toilet flush from room above, loud yelling kids running up and down hallway at 13:30 pm. Dirty premises, garbage, litter, cigarette butter.

This hotel is a great find due to it's location, cleanliness, comfort, nice and easy check in with express check out and an overall great experience where this is the hotel I choose to stay when I do business in town with is every month. I highly recommend for families, business travelers and solo travelers.

Great hotel, good breakfast and clean rooms. Would stay here again! Speedy check in/out and pet friendly! Had one issue with one of the 2 TVs in the room missing the power cord and it was fixed immediately.

The hotel is new, very well appointed, staff were excellent but no breakfast. Been on vacation for 2 weeks and this is the first hotel in a major chain that we encountered that didn't have breakfast. Inclusive breakfast is really important to us and unfortunately we didn't pick up on the hotel symbols that meals were available but not specifically breakfast included. My bad for not doing thorough research but would not have stayed here had I known. Very surprised and disappointed a ‘Premier' BW didn't offer breakfast. Location is convenient however for lots of meal choices.

Hotel is obviously new - well-built, clean, modern. Well-staffed, which is hard to find these days. Price was good, room spacious and quiet (4th floor). Shower was interesting, as the shower head must have been at least 8' off the floor, so shorter people wouldn't be able to adjust the aim and flow. And the skin, while very modern, isn't really functional for shaving, etc. Over-all a nice, clean place to stay at a good price.

We ended up at this hotel after reserving another online. The other hotel did not work out, so best western helped us find this room.. This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was great; very accommodating. The room was very clean, and very comfortable.

This is one of the nicest places to stay on the north Portland area. I didn't have to worry about the surrounding area or the homeless people who stalk your personal property. Everything was great except the shower water pressure, that was less than optimal.

Brand new hotel. It has kind of, modern feel, clean and potentially - modern. It did not disappoint me. But, it did not impress me, either. Decently good bed, good size of bathroom, kind of different coffee machine, seems to be better than the most of hotel coffee machines. Looks like lot of crew workers in the area are using this one. I don't eat breakfast. But, it looks like they are charging for it. So, be sure, you know this. There is a lot of close places, I am sure, you can get decent food for less.

Wonderful hotel. Quiet, clean. Room was great. Slept wonderfully. Breakfast not included but good options nearby. Really impressed. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Nothing to complain about with this property. Staff ready and willing to help.

New place, covid has done some things to affect the overall quality and some changes need to be made. The overall experience was top notch. Good location away from the hustle and bustle. Eating and drinking options available close by.

This hotel tops our list of places to stay at when in need of a quick weekend get-away. Rachel who was working the front desk at night provided us with the BEST customer service we've received all year; after our fifth trip to the front desk within within couple hours (forgot our toothpaste, snacks, questions) Rachel made us feel like our requests were welcomed and put me at ease asking for help (not so with the large majority of other hotels I have stayed at). The beautifully appointed rooms are clean and comfortable and the QUIET location is conveniently located next to lots of shops and places to eat. A wonderful place to stay at when wanting to visit the metro area but not wanting to stay amongst the depressing and discussing mess that Portland has become.

Of all the hotels in the Vancouver, WA area this one is fabulous. Just off the freeway and 164th st it's close to everything. The hotel is modern, clean and comfy. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Wish I could have stayed longer!

It was very clean, staff was great, room was great the sofa bed was actually super comfortable for the kids. The only thing is that breakfast is $12 for adults and $6 for kids it was advertised as free online

This hotel has been better with previous stays. Be sure to request housekeeping at check in. We were not advised and found out when we didn't have service and were out of toilet paper and down to 1 tissue. Even after asking for the trash to be emptied and towels replenished, our room was never attended to.

Loved the King set up! Plenty of space, very clean, well lit bathroom and great layout overall. Easy access in and out for my dogs and no fuss checking in. Highly recommend this hotel for a very relaxing stay in the Washougsl area for an MX event! Definitely a very good value for the price.

You remember from Lord of the Rings how the hobbits woke up in Rivendell after the nazgul had ravaged them? And they get saved by eagles and taken to house of Elrond where they recover, with sunlight dancing on walls and sounds of waterfall around. That's how this hotel feels. After staying in places that are "good" but not as great, and your back aches and you realize their beds are nothing short of incredible here. The decor in rooms is amazing, light, Scandinavian in feel, espresso machines, robes, slippers, wonderful glass cubicle shower with great water pressure. I was like that's it, I will never leave.

The scene was chaotic when we arrived to check in. We were told our reservation was not available. They would check local hotels for us. They finally found us a room at their hotel. We were checked in and give a room card key. Took the luggage to the room to find someone lying on the bed. Went back down to the desk. They gave us a different room. Breakfast was advertised as complimentary and signs were in place advising of the cost for breakfast. Spoke to front desk. They comped us breakfast for the first morning. Immediately changed the website. Breakfast was poor quality. Powdered eggs and a handful of staples - sausage, bacon, potato container was empty even though there was one other family in the room. No waffles, yoghurt, milk cereal, pastry, fruit - a;; normal items at comp breakfasts in hotels. They wanted $15 adult for this meal.

All the really great reviews make you think this would be a great place to stay; it's not. I stayed on the 3rd floor, the hall was filthy, carpet unclean and not even vacuumed. The room was beat, the carpet matted and gross. The mattress was worn out and so bad that we left at 430am because we couldn't sleep, my hips and back hurt just thinking of it. Rethink your stay here.

We stayed here with our dog while visiting friends in the area. Easy to get to the waterfront area of Vancouver, Fred Meyer. Quiet place with plenty of parking. Clean room, although nothing very interesting around as far as a view.

By far the Best Western Fisher's Landing Hotel is the best Best Western I've ever stayed at. It was a good value for the location and property. It was so convenient to have a bar/restaurant within the hotel. Breakfast was a good price. The rooms were nicely laid out with a sitting area. Very modern and clean. With covid they were short staffed but even the General Manager was jumping in to make sure service didn't suffer. In fact, she made it even more special. We enjoyed our stay so much my parents ended up staying there a week later. It was overall better than I expected!

We had a great stay at this property! The title pretty much sums it up. We will likely stay here again in the future as we visit the Vancouver area frequently, and this was one of our better properties we've stayed at in the area.

Terrible. Requested an early check in was approved for 2:00.. It's 8:00 and still waiting for a room. Lobby AC doesn't work .Awful place blamed it on weather... What does that have to do with getting a room before 9:00 pm when you waited since 2

Over three hours to check in. No presence of management to assist. One person checking in over 50 people. 114 degrees. No help to be found. Worst experience ever.where is Jamie Seale? Customer service voice mail is full. This is the worst operation ever. Don't stay at any best western much less this one. Also the room was dirty. Probably because staff was maxed out.

This is thee perfect hotel. It's clean, modern, a fantastic pool, the rooms are huge and smell great, the bed is super comfortable, the bathroom is amazing with so many more little amenities than a wee bottle of shampoo. The TV is on the wall so more space on the dresser, the coffee machine is more like a nespresso and it's fast! The supply of coffee is not skimpy either. Having a vault in the room is great. Hairdryer is good, air conditioning kept up with the heat wave over the weekend to the point we were actually under the quilt. The room was so quiet! You couldn't hear any guests in the hallway. I only have one, not really a complaint, but a suggestion. A free breakfast would be nice and a few more coffee accessories like sugar, creamer. I won't be staying anywhere else, this is my home away from home. I'll bring my creamer and sugar new time. :)

This is my 3rd review of this property and if anything the Hotel gets better, if that is possible!!! It is only 10 minutes from Portland and it is quiet, very clean and modern. The rooms are comfy and the hotel staff go out of their way to be helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this Hotel. It is my favorite in the Pacific Northwest.

Great place to stay as a close alternative to Portland. Does have a small bar & restaurant ( currently a meager menu) but it's nice to not have to go out. Great location with alot of other options. The hotel and grounds are very clean, impressively clean. Staff was nice and friendly, room was clean, even had slippers and bathrobes in my suite- makes for total comfort

We spent 2 nights recently at this property. We have stayed here numerous times, and really love the location as it's close to family. However, this trip, we were slightly disappointed. They are no longer providing breakfast options, other than ordering from their small kitchen options. The pet fee is $30., and I thought it used to be less. I realize it was a holiday weekend, and the place seemed completely full. I went at 10 at night to take our dog out, and there was one young lady at the desk....and there was quite a line of folks checking in. It had been like that when we arrived 5 hours earlier. I wanted to complain about the unruly kids running up and down the hallways, but she had her hands full.

After the first night our room was not made and we had to go downstairs to get toilette paper. They wouldn't bring it to the room. Front desk told us room service was upon request. We had free breakfast included with the booking and they declined in at check in because they opened their owner restaurant and now breakfast is not free anymore. They should have honored our booking conditions

Very good clean hotel in great location. Located by many services but yet quiet with plenty of parking. Felt comfortable with all COVID precautions and great breakfast given the situation.Will definitely be back when in the area!

I visit the Vancouver/Port;land area at least a dozen times a year. I found this hotel a year ago and stay here every trip. The hotel is very clean, quiet and in a great location away from downtown Portland but still only 10-15 minutes away. Great places to eat within 2 minutes and the staff at this property are great, They are very nice and make you feel right at home.

Stayed here when they first opened a year or so ago and the hotel is as nice and clean as when it first opened. Beautifully decorated extremely quite and when open one of the best morning breakfast buffets around.

The carpet looked like someone had taken a sponge and bleach to put dots all over the floor. Gave an uncomfortable optical illusion. Lighting was not the best either. Areas in the room were left dark.

Traveled to the area for my birthday, brought the family. Staff was helpful and the entire hotel was clean and comfortable. Fast breakfast service. Hit coffee 24 hours a day. We were able to use the pool and hot tub, our family only because of covid. It was great. The beds are comfortable. My 11 year old son said he had the best sleep ever. Plenty of room to spread out, and the room comfortably sleeps 5. Coffee maker, fridge and microwave in the room. Nice toiletry selection. Very clean. My service dog was welcome. It is always a good experience, usually it's only myself and my partner.

The walls are very thin. Someone was banging very loudly several times on the wall. Not sure if they heard my tv, I sleep with it on. The heat wouldn't work, called and spoke to the desk but noone ever came.

I travel to Portland 6-8 times per year at a minimum.This is a very good alternative to staying in Portland. It is 15 minutes from downtown.The hotel is very modern, very clean, very quiet and in a perfect location. Plenty of good eateries within 5 minutes. The rooms are very nice and the hotel staff are outstanding. I will be staying here from now on.

We stayed at the BW Fishers Landing last August during the wild fires. We had to evacuate our home. This hotel is nicer than many 4+ star hotels we've stayed in -worldwide-. 1. Super clean 2. Beds are incredibly comfortable and lots of comfy pillows. 3. Showers are clean and have good pressure and lots of hot water 4. Did I mention the rooms are super clean? 5. Fold-out sofa bed 6. Good selection of TV channels and a big TV 7. Good food at fair prices 8. Outstanding Internet speed and access 9. Fair pet policy/pricing 10. Good coffee available 24/7

Best stay with the required Covid restrictions. Miss their awesome breakfast buffet but they are doing better than others with friendly staff doing their best. Sue, at the reception desk, greeted us with a smile and also gathered the breakfast To-go bags. Rates are lower & this is a quality location.

Stayed in best western for two days and the toilet was not working for the whole two days. After reporting multiple times the plumber took a look and informed the hotel management and us that the issue cannot be solved right away. Even after this the hotel did not provide us with an alternate room stating that we are we were checking out that day. To sum up throughout the stay we were using lobby toilets and mall toilets even after booking best western premium service and being a member with them for a long time. The entire purpose of booking a hotel room was not met and affected all our plans during the stay

The hotel is very clean beautiful lobby and beautiful interior. front desk staff she is very nice and i have a good conversation and she's helpful.The room clean nice amenities, the internet is very high speed.overall im very satisfied

This is truly an awesome hotel! The grandeur of the lobby and room take your breath away. The elevators are the best coordinated pair I have seen in action; you never have to wait more than 35 seconds for one on any floor. We like the Espresso machine, too! It's right smack in the middle of the Fishers Landing shopping district, with so many restaurants and retail stores of all kinds a short walk away!

3rd night staying here in the past week, Dania at the front desk already remembered me and made my check-in super smooth. On my first visit I submitted a survey that was sent to me from BW and the manager Jami immediately replied and thanked me for my (very minor) concerns over the internet (which had been fixed BTW). Hospitality is not just about clean rooms and amenities, staff is what makes a hotel. Please keep up the great work!

This place is ridiculous. Spent money in all the wrong areas, including rooms with a nice couch- with NO LIGHT in sight. Completely dark, so if you were hoping to read something, forget it. Darkest room I've ever stayed in. Two room lamps, both facing straight down. Bare walls, very sterile feeling. No worth the charge.

Best Western usually has a great breakfast buffet, but the cv19 thing put a stop to that. They have a "brown bag" selection at front desk available consisting of cerals, yogurt, juices, danish etc. We opted to eat in the on site restaurant for breakfast and it was great. A very pleasant young man ( Justin) served us and he had his own way of making the potatoes. Portions were large and well done. Don't miss getting the spuds! Front desk attendants were efficient and friendly. Room was very nice as expected at a Best Western. We forgot some clothes in the closet. Called them later that day and they wait 24 hours before anybody goes into room, but called us at our next overnight and said they are mailing them home.

First off when doing a reservation i had to make two one for a free night then another for a second night. When i was checking in the person behind the counter could not get my free night into the computer.He could not register us for two night and said we had to go back the next morning to do the second night.We had plans that morning so my wife had to stay do register us around 11 (he said). She asked for the free breakfast and said it was to late ( when all she had to do was reach behind her to pack it up, we found out the next morning.Got to the room was going to set up a roku ( called ahead to make sure the tv would work) and the tv and remote would not work. Called down to have someone fix it, no one came. Water pressure was the worst I have ever had(campground showers have better pressure. Did not get new towels or offered ( found out at checkout we had to ask). Now come to find out i got charged for my free night and it was for more than was offered. Room was very nice,beds were great and property look good. Needs lots of work on service for a premier property!!!

Nice hotel room. Hard beds. No amenities due to COVID. bait and switch pricing! When I called to make my reservation they said price included my dog. When I checked in they charged me another $30 and were very inflexible about it. They had a crappy breakfast I didn't want either. Was relatively quiet for a place fireworks are supposed to be illegal.

Far enough away from the busy city but close enough to the 205 to take you if you need to go. The rooms are lovely and the pillows are great. There is a magic coffee machine that was not available this time do to COVID but a smaller version is in your room. Lots of food choices within walking distance .

The first two nights were alright then the third night they put people next to us above us it sounded loud all night and in the morning. Told the staff and all I got was a lame apology. 480.00 for three nights and didn't even sleep the last night. Not to mention the hotel was probably at 20 percent capacity so why not space people out in the rooms.

This is a nice hotel that is away from the noise at the airport with good parking and an excellent staff. Since we were there during the corona event it was not possible for the morning restaurant area to open so they gave out a list of what was available for the room which we did and it was excellent.

We had a water leak in our home and needed a place to stay for 2 to 3 weeks. Our daughter is very medically fragile and we needed to have accommodations for a hospital bed to be brought in. I called for two weeks asking if we could do this and if they had the availability. I called four times was told each time the manager would call me back. I never received a call back. Today I call and ask who can I call from corporate to put in a complaint and they get me to the manager. Manager (Kathy) proceeds to tell me they had system issues with booking, she needed to call a engineer to see if a hospital bed could be brought in. She did apologize for not returning my call for two weeks and made up so many excuses. This is very unprofessional and not the way you treat people. I felt like they just didn't want to make the accommodation for our daughter so they just ignored our phone calls. I only needed a yes or no so I we could find another place ( our choices are limited for the Vancouver area. Hopefully this complaint will prevent them from treating other people this way. We just needed a place that was comfortable for our beautiful girl

I want to like this place. I really do. We stayed for a night on Feb 22, 2020. While the free breakfast was one of the better ones we've had, there were a few issues from the start: We didn't get the pet-free room that we requested via email- with confirmation. My young child is highly allergic to pet dander. I was assured that the room was deep cleaned. Walking down the hall to our room, we saw a trash bag on the floor across the hall. That same bag stayed there through the weekend, untouched by the numerous staff that walked by. Upon entering our room, it looked nice. Modern. Clean. The toilet had the "clean" band on it's seat. And inside the toilet bowl was a load of poop and a humongous wad of toilet paper. We couldn't get it to flush, so we called the front desk. We were told it would be 15mins before someone would get there. 30mins later, we went to the front desk, asking for a new room with an unclogged toilet. The guy wasn't very helpful. If anything, he came across like he could care less. No apology was given about the room being left in that condition, even though he was the one who assured me about the cleanliness. How could I trust that the room is clean?! Also, they couldn't move us to another room because they were "fully booked". As if every single reservation had checked in within 30mins?? And if that were the case, why were we able to find rooms still available online? Folks, we could have been moved to a different room, get the clogged toilet fixed, clean it up, and put the next reservation in there when they arrive later. The guy at the front desk was not helpful in the slightest. Sue, the late night front desk clerk, tried to make up for it all with a goodie bag, which we were greatful for. And she was considerate enough to hear me out. But... it was a toilet full of poop that didnt belong to any of our party. Don't think we'll be staying again

We had a reservation checked in at 6:00. Wrong room so we were asked to check out. There were no other rooms available. Meanwhile other travelers checked in while we watched. The problem stemmed from housekeepers calling in sick however we were not apprised of the situation in the amount of time it would take to ready a room, nor were we offered another room that was already clean.

This is my 6th business stay here and each one has been perfect. I have traveled here with both colleagues and my spouse, all of them have been very pleased with the experience. The staff is friendly and responsive no matter what time I have arrived or changes to schedule. The rooms are laid out well and the area has lots of options for food close by.

This is a very clean and comfortable hotel for the price. It feels more upscale than other hotels in the same price range. Other than the fact that the guest laundry machines were all broken and there were no signs stating this so I wasted some money trying to get them to work, everything else was great.

Though the location is a bit removed from the City Center, this is an excellent blending of accommodations, service, and technology. The desk staff could have been friendlier, but seeing as it was the holiday period I will give them a pass on this.

This best western was great. The breakfast had the coolest panache machine that my kids loved to use. The decor was fresh and the place was clean. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The only down fall was the lack of seating during breakfast time, it was a little crowded.

Lovely hotel, located minutes from our children in Portland, Oregon. Wonderful indoor pool. LARGE pillows, COMFORTABLE bed and bedding. LARGE, THICK towels. BEST breakfast choices. HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS staff!!!

I stay @BW 2 times a week for business. Didn't know they had a BW Premier close to my home so decided to take the family there and it was awesome. We all enjoyed our time there and will be coming back in the near future and of course for business trips. Just love it!

Great hotel in great condition. Spacious, clean. Very comfortable beds and good breakfast. If you drive an EV there is onsight charger but VERY expensive (about 39c/kWh). Appreciate the hotel putting that in but if I was an EV driver I would look elsewhere. There is another hotel about 1.8 miles away with completely free charger

We had a company christmas party. Staff made sure everything was in order. We had fast and friendly service. Good food and an ok drink selection. Room was clean with a cool modern feel. Had a realy good night.

I stayed two nights here because it was a Premier Hotel. I usually stay in a BW Plus across the river in OR, but I recently tried Premiers in CA and OR and loved them. The facility looks new, more contemporary that many BW properties, nice touches in the rooms and common areas. Love the barn doors on the bathrooms and walk-in showers with doors that swing both in and out. Very nice room decor, furniture, beds, lighting, and accessories. The pool and hot tub are really nice. We didn't try the Bistro but it always had people seeming to be having a good time. The place was swarming with young people and families from a soccer club (Surf out of Spokane). They were polite and while active could not be heard in our room. The staff made sure that breakfast was handled so there was alway seating and lots of food. While in WA it is only 15-16 miles to downtown Portland and only a few blocks off 205. 30 minutes got us to City Center (MODA) three times over the weekend.

We're heading back at the end of the month of December, so they must have done something right! A lot, actually. The staff are uniformly cheerful and helpful. The building is bright and airy - and new. A good location for eastern Vancouver, and really quite close to PDX. We had a two-queen room with shower-only option. Very comfortable. Excellent breakfast options.

I stayed here to recover from a surgery I'd had. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and in a quiet space. It was clean, having Nespresso available in my room daily was great! The breakfast options were a wide range, and the happy hour was amazing! The shuttle service was next level as well! Very very pleased!

Many newer hotels try to be fancy but are impractical. This hotel both looks good and was guest friendly. Our room was nicely laid out. We could see the TV from the couch. The light from the sink didn't shine onto the bed. The shower head is high enough that we didn't have to contort ourselves to get under it and the vanity is tall enough that we didn't have to hunch over. The breakfast was tasty, service was great. Enjoyed the pool but didn't try the bar. Maybe next time.

If we stay overnight in Vancouver again, we will definitely stay there. Beautiful hotel, room immaculate, very comfortable bed, excellent service, great free breakfast and great location. No complaints!

Safe for solo female traveler. Parking is visible to front desk and front room. Entrance controlled and unlike other BW in Vancouver, no creepy people in lot. Clean (brand new). I live the Nespresso in room and in lobby.

I booked a room on booking.com and in the policy was mentioned that 'pets are allowed' and I even notified them in exactly the same day I booked the room. And 2 weeks later I finally got a response from them saying that 'we are not allowing pets'. And what a hell? What they were doing for 2 weeks to say me that?! So I called customer support and a nice lady said that 'I contacted the hotel and confirmed that everything is fine' and even gave me a direct phone number for the hotel. So I called later just to be 100% sure that everything is fine and wow - I got the answer that we do not allow pets and please cancel your reservation! So now I have only a few days before my trip and I need to find a new place to stay! The worst experience in my life!

Hands down the best hotel we have ever stayed in and we are in our 60's and 70's so we have stayed in plenty of other hotels. This place is beautiful, ultra modern, with high end decor and furnishings. The place is amazingly clean. The hot tub was really hot, the jets were strong, the pool was refreshing and beautiful. The breakfast was gourmet, tasted so good, and was presented so beautifully. They had a guest appreciation reception one night in the restaurant and the food they served was delicious and they even gave you a glass of wine or a beer with the food. The restaurant itself has a great happy hour with amazing food. All their staff went out of their way to make us for welcomed and cared for. We will be staying at this hotel whenever we come to Portland to see our kids and grandkids, it is worth the drive over the bridge to Vancouver just to stay at The Best Western Premier Hotel at Fisher's Landing! Thanks for the great time!

All over best service I have recieved at any hotel. The only thing was there was no printed material about the hotel or area in the room. But you do have free internet, so you can check things out on your own. Walking distance to several great places to eat, awesome breakfast included. Don't think the staff was very proficient with the nespresso machines, they left 6 pods to make coffee with and when I used all the regular ones they replaced with Decaf, I had to go ask for some different ones. But she readily gave me what I was looking for and then some, great service anyway.

Everything was amazing - we only wish we could have stayed longer...We used Trip Advisor recommendations to book this hotel for an overnight stay not knowing this hotel was new this year! Our room was gorgeous! The fitness gym had great equipment, the breakfast was really well done (and included), the pool amazing, and the customer care service - excellent. We will plan to return and stay a few more days for a mini vacation.

I would easily and quickly recommend this hotel. I was attending a conference at the Portland airport and the only hotels with availability within the immediate area were 1-star. We felt it was important to have a good hotel experience so we looked further (across the Columbia River) and stayed at the Best Western in Vancouver WA, <5 miles from the conference. We are very happy with our choice of hotel. Room was beautiful, clean, comfortable. Relaxing in the lounge after a day of travel was lovely (great bartender). Hot filling breakfast made a great start to a full day of conference sessions. I would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat.

Stayed for 5 days. Room 343. Excellent cleanliness. Staff was very friendly and attentive to the hotel and guests. The breakfast area was immaculate. Food was ample. Sometimes cold, but hard to keep buffet items warm. Pancake maker was a nice addition. Real treat was the espresso/cappucino machine available all day. Rooms were very quiet, dark at night and clean. Spacious. Would definitely return..

Best Western Premier, Vancouver WA. The worst hotel experience over the last 10 plus years. We had reservations for 2 nights that was booked directly thru Best Western. Check-in process went smoothly and quickly. Our card was charged the 2 night rate plus around $80 for incidentals. (Had no problem with the additional charge as it is usually subtracted at checkout.) Around 7:45 pm on the second night we got a call from the front desk. The clerk said "Our records show you checked out. You MUST come down to rectify". We were already in bed as we had an early flight the next morning. I said there must be a mistake as my reservations clearly showed we reserved a room for 2 nights. The desk clerk then implied the problem was because we used a 3rd party (like Expedia) to reserve the room. I explained we reserved directly with Best Western and gave her our reservation number. That didn't matter, "I still needed to come down right away". I'm thinking, 1. WTH? 2. How and why did this happen? and 3. If there was a problem, why did they wait until 7:45 pm to notify us? Also, our room key still worked. Figure that out? (My wife initially thought it was some kind of ruse to get me out of the room.) Anyway, I got dressed, and went down to the desk. I didn't get an explanation on how or why this problem occurred and had to again sign the papers and again present my Credit Card. The clerk initially charged me for a second night rate about $20 higher than what was on my reservation. That was corrected after I pointed the discrepancy out. End result, we had another night charged to the card. Now, a day later, we still have 2 pending charges on our credit card. The initial charge for two nights plus incidentals. And, the second charge for one night, plus incidentals. (Two nights for the price of three, what a deal! NOTlll) . Needless to say, we didn't sleep well because of this blunder. If the charges are not corrected soon we will be filing a dispute with our Credit Card company.

Building was in new condition. Front desk staff at check in was cold and robotic. Hotels.com did not list all the hotel fees and the front desk refused to comp the additional fees, even though they admitted to this happening previously with Expedia users. Room had leftover garbage from previous guest (an unused maxi-pad on the floor of all things?). Morning breakfast was good. The location is a bit far from downtown Portland and Vancouver. Overall, expected better for the price I ended up paying. WILL NOT stay again.

Beautiful property, nice and caring staff, and great breakfast. My kids loved the automatic pancake maker. The staff went above and beyond by calling when I was out asking if they could take my dog out.

We loved our stay. Walk-in showers and modern amenities as well as an excellent breakfast and coffee bar. We were in the area for only one night and checked in very late, but the room was excellent and we were impressed. Close to everything for shopping and finding restaurants. Plenty of parking in the back with easy access.

Staff was great, and the facility seemed almost new. Very nicely appointed, very clean and very high quality. The breakfast area was one of the nicest free breakfasts we have had. The seating area was exceptional as well. My son didn't like the showers but that was the only complaint. We will definitely stay here again!

In fact we stayed another night, just to kick back and relax there. Breakfast was exceptional. Bacon that was actually cooked crisp, not undercooked like most places. A Nespresso machine that was to die for. Great staff. The food in the restaurant was excellent. We ate there twice during happy hour, prices were a bargain for the quality. Try the beef brisket tacos. Yummm. Only issue is if your room faces the front of the hotel, you do get some road noise.

The hotel was very nice and everything was fresh and new. The staff was very friendly and the room was very comfortable. The location is nice. Breakfast was good. The lounge is nice for a late night drink.

I've stayed at a lot of Best Western locations across the United States, but this one definitely stood out. The rooms were unique and very functional. The amenities were second to none. The continental breakfast was top-notch! I've seen a lot of waffle machines in my days, but a pancake machine???!!! Simply a wonderful experience.

Recommended by co-worker. I had just an overnight stay but found the room with all amenities and the staff VERY pleasant and helpful. Thought the room and decor were very comfortable. The room was large, modern and had everything I needed.

My initial impression was fantastic. Service was great, beautiful entry, lobby and exceptional room. I didn't realize that pets were accepted until check in but was told that they were not allowed on top floors where my room was. It was great and no problems as I didn't encounter any pet concerns upstairs. The issue came next day at breakfast when I saw a guest take his dog in his arms and make his way to the breakfast buffet to help himself to breakfast with dog in arm and snout within a few inches from the cooked food in pans. I found this quite displeasing and a potential health concern to have an animal in the food serving area so close to the food. A bark or sneeze could have made its way to human consumption food. While pets may be allowed at the hotel, I would suppose that the intent of policy was not to have the animal in such close proximity of human consumption food. In fact, I don't believe that it would be an acceptable practice at any food establishment, and in Washington live animals are generally not allowed in a food establishment [WAC 246-21506570] (6-501.115). while there are some exemptions to the code, what I witnessed is unlikely exempted. In conclusion, just be mindful of all guests.

Spent 5 nights at this hotel. Room we had on the 4th floor was great-fresh, modern decor; clean & very comfortable. Dania & Erin, front desk, & Christine at the bar couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.

Hotel was great for the most part. Breakfast and dinner was great, The whole hotel and swimming area was great. Housekeeping not so good. We left in the morning for 4 hrs, came back and our room was not clean. So a maid on our floor, said something she said she would get on it. So we went to pool, came back over a hr later, still not clean. Said something again, she said she would get right on it. So we went down to the outside area for 45min. Came back, it was better and bed made up, but sheets were not changed and didn't refill the toiletries. So housekeeping needs a wake-up call!!!!!

This hotel exceeded my expectations for a Best Western. It is modern, decorated beautifully, and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Most important to me, this place is CLEAN. Granted, it is brand spanking new, but as a pretty squeamish germaphobe, I greatly appreciated how squeaky-clean the whole place was, from the lobby, to the hallways, to my room, and all spaces in between. The bed was incredibly comfortable with plush pillows and comforter, and the personal products provided in the bathroom were a quality brand. The free breakfast was wonderful, with hot fresh eggs, potatoes and hashbrowns that were delicious, with many other options available. The price I paid per night was lower than I have paid in hotels that don't even compare to the quality, cleanliness, and comfort of this one. I wish there were more Best Wester Premier hotels in the areas that I travel to. Will definitely choose this one again when I am in Vancouver. Five stars.

Great modern motel. Hotel staff was friendly and entertaining at check in. Made you feel at home. Rooms where great. Bartenders at lounge were great! Will stay again. Plenty of great places to eat walking distance.

What a great hotel, had a tour group of nine rooms. From checking in to dinner and checking out, everything was outstanding. The rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable. We had dinner at the hotel and all of us were very surprised with the food. The entire staff I had contact with were great. I definitely will use them again for next years ride.

We stayed at the Best Western at Fisher's Landing for the first time and our experience was awesome. Upon check in, we were handed an awesome canvas bag with toys and goodies for our dog who was staying with us. The experience was so great, that if we travel to the area again, we will definitely stay here again.

Front of hotel and lobby were attractive and welcoming, only having one front desk clerk with a computer system not working was not so nice. The lady working, Kimberly, was friendly and if she didn't have so many interruptions she might have been able to get through the line faster. Our room was clean and comfortable but the construction next door was noisy and disruptive, they worked until 7:30 p.m. and stated up again at 6:30! Breakfast area was nice but not much of a selection, wished there was some fruit. Will try it again after construction finished.

Nice and newer hotel. One of the best BW's i've stayed at. As good as or better than most other hotel chain locations. not far form airport if that is a concern. I would recommend. why is there a 200 character minimum for reviews?

New building (in Feb 2019) so clean, modern and fresh. Good location with access to loads of restaurants in area, and 25 min drive to downtown Portland but better value. Building work next door is noisy during day but that will be over in time and we would return to this hotel

This is a great hotel for a business trip stay. There's great workspace in the rooms plus coffee and a spacious shower! There's a business center in the lobby, very nice. They did great soundproofing when they built it. I never heard a thing as far as neighbors, hallway, or road noise. I'll stay here anytime I'm in Vancouver!

Best location close to eating place. Walk to shopping centers nearby. Close to recreation centers and beautiful Lake Lacamas parkland for level hiking. About 30 minutes drive to Portland International airport and downtown Portland with no sales taxes purchasing dinners and fashion.

The hotel itself was lovely, as was my room. Favorite part? I didn't have to bring my Nespresso machine from home (yes, I travel with it - I love it) because there was one in the room. There was also one in the breakfast area that was not open for use (why???). Spent most of my time in my room (clean, well-decorated), the hot tub (comfortable, very hot), and the lounge (good drinks and food). Walking distance to lots of other restaurants, stores. Would definitely stay here again.

From the moment we parked and walked in we were pleased with how clean and friendly the atmosphere was. Rooms were comfortable and laid out well. Breakfast and amenities were fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful with any questions we had.

What can I say? The property is outstanding and staff was super. In 15 days driving the west coast from Seattle to San Francisco this was by far the nicest place including the other BW hotels. They have a nice outdoor area with patio heaters off the pool. It was just a happy twist of fate that we found this place!

A very comfortable room for a family of 5. Restaurants in walking distance and nice bar/restaurant onsite as well. Wish we could've used the airport shuttle but it did not run early enough. Pool and hot tub were nice and clean as was the fitness center.

The hotel staff were amazing. Friendly, accommodating and amiable. The restaurants food was wonderful! The noise level at times was a bit much. Only during the day and that was 100% on the guests being disrespectful.

This hotel offers Nespresso machines in the room and one in the lobby. The one in the lobby can deliver hot milk, froth, cold milk. I was in heaven. It is a new hotel, very comfortable and reasonably priced. Great Value. Only complaint was the shower head was a bit wimpy but it did the job and the shower itself was nice and big (enough for two large people;-) We had a King with shower only room. I will book here every time I come to Portland and will definitely check out other Best Western Premier hotels.

My wife and I booked a block of rooms for our son's wedding. We had a wonderful experience. I was particularly impressed with the manager Michelle who has done wonders with her staff—uniformly courteous and professional. Cafe/Bar staff superb. We had a sitting room and bedroom combination. Outstanding. Cleanliness immaculate. Highly Recommended.

We found this hotel for $113. night during the week. Beautiful and an accommodating room. Two TV's which made my husband happy. We stayed two days. The cleaning crew did a terrible job. We didn't get our bathroom fully restocked. Bedspreads were folded and left on the couch. Our breakfast dishes were stacked outside our door.

Great location and very nice accommodations. The staff is always very helpful . The breakfast has always been excellent. The rooms are always top notch and supplied with the little extras you will need.

My husband and I need to travel to Vancouver periodically since we moved away. We usually stay near the Vancouver Mall, at Best Western there, however, this new property, located off 164th, was lower priced, so we stayed there. Brand new, just opened in February, it was beautiful! Modern, yet comfortable, easy access to walk our dog, and reach the parking lot. They have a bistro, coffee bar, rest rooms off the lobby, pool, and hot tub. We didn't use the pool or hot tub, but it was nice to have the coffee bar. The bistro also has cocktails available. The breakfast was very nice, pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage, gravy, juices, pastries, bread. My favorite was the wonderful location, nice quiet street to walk the dog, and very little traffic.

I'm not sure what caused my wife to change our reservation from another nearby property, but in doing so, she saved us $40 and got us into the nicest facility we've seen on this trip. Greeted at the desk by a young lady named Brittany who was obviously proud of the property and justifiably so. After a long day on the road, her attitude and pleasant tone made us feel very welcome. She made sure that we knew the amenities available (Bridges—a very nice cafe/ cocktail lounge. Best mushroom soup I ever tasted!) and was very careful to make sure she'd answered all of our questions. Our room is very nicely set up, and, possibly because of the newness, sparkling clean. With two adults and three 18-year-old granddaughters, we feel like the property is spoiling us. Don't know when we'll be back to this area, but I darn sure know where we're staying!

Have been staying there weekly for business since May. Perfect place for business people to stay during the week. Staff is pleasant, rooms clean, amenities are spot on and the bar is nice. Overall a fantastic place.

Everything is very well done. Clean, well decorated and nice staff. I would not have expected such a nice Best Western for the price! We will definatley stay here the next time we are in the area... and maybe stay longer so we can use more if the amenities.

The property was very nice, all new including a lounge and great outdoor seating. The espresso machine and pancake maker were a huge hit with the guests. This is the nicest BW I have stayed at. My group was staying at a hotel across the street. We stayed here because of pet accomodations. Our group actually came to our property for the lounge, great bar and food offerings and service, to hang out and were really impressed. Everyone really liked the patio seating.

Staff service were amazing, I am one for guest experience being in the industry out of Hawaii and they nailed it!! Friendly and very knowledgeable in the activities of the nearby area!! They will take you around to spots withing a radius!! It was a plus for us considering our family lived right down the street along with shopping and eating nearby which cut our Uber bill down significantly!! The modern decor are beautiful and so bohemian sheek!! We will be back for sure ...

New hotel, I AM A Marriott Gold Elite member, found the BWP exceeding my Marriott stay for similar hotels was much better. The breakfast and staff exceeded my expectations. Would recommend shower grab- bars for safety.

Location was great! I loved the fact that this hotel is brand new and beautiful. Everyone was super nice and helpful. They knew the hotel was going to have a lot of guests with kids so they kept the pool open a half hour longer! Pet friendly which is a huge plus. Will definitely stay here again!

What a fabulous property! My husband and I stayed at this lovely hotel while in town for a reunion with friends. I was also celebrating a birthday, and the hotel staff was aware of that. They greeted me with "Happy Birthday" at every turn - upon check in, when a staff member saw me in the hallway - there was even a birthday card for me in our room when we arrived! This was our first stay at a Best Western Premier property and I and must say these are definitely more upscale than a regular Best Western. The property is beautifully designed, and the décor is modern and in line with current trends. This hotel has everything your heart desires, a restaurant with incredible food and full bar with marvelous cocktails, a dining area for a full complimentary breakfast, a business workstation, as well as fun amenities such as swimming pool and Jacuzzi. The rooms contain thoughtful extras such as plush robes and slippers, in room safe, and a black face towel for removing your make up so towel stains don't occur. Definitely a novel idea. We had an absolutely fantastic time staying here, and will be back each time we are in town. I would wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone who is considering staying in the area. Relax and enjoy!

We had to stay a night just a few miles from home after getting our carpets cleaned and being overpowered with the shampoo smell. There are at least 5 or 6 new hotels within 5 miles and we had not been in any and chose this Best Western because of a promotional rate and it's location. I also thought I was booking a room with a tub, which can be hard to find, but I think i selected the wrong room somehow. The property was super new with everything brand new and nicely decorated. The king bed was super comfy and they had pilllows that I actually enjoyed which doesn't happen often so I always travel with a couple of mine.

Four days we held a workshop at this quiet, new hotel. The hotel staff were beyond courteous and saw to our every need. The Hudson Room was arranged quickly and staff assisted with the technology presentation on the latest equipment. Lunch time there was a sunny patio attached to the breakfast room. This is an attempt an an upscale hotel for the chain. It's nicely designed and the staff was great. The rooms are okay and clean, but there are a lot of little things that need attention. I think wasn't they work through the NEW stuff and work through the kinks they'll be great. The location is great with plenty of options for eating in the area. The breakfast was nothing to brag about but, it was okay.

It's a brand new hotel so everything is nice. The staff are friendly. The rooms are unique but a little small in space. If your in the side bed your feet will hit the wall heater when you get out of bed.

Very nice facility close to the interstate and PDX. Property appears to be recently constructed/renovated, very clean (even under the bed!). Nice complimentary breakfast, with a restaurant on site. 4-star facility at a 2-star price

This hotel went way above and beyond to accommodate my wife and Son while I was in meetings all day. I can't thank them enough for this great experience. The rooms were beautiful and extremely comfortable. The TVs have the ability to cast from your smart device which was a first for me!

Very new facility. Clean, but minimal use so far. Pool chemicals improperly used, my kids feet had raw spots after use. The free breakfast was unimpressive w very few and unappealing choices. The bathroom was inconveniently layed out. The sink, toilet and shower are in the same room. The closet was small and difficult to access in the tight entry. The bed was not comfortable. The pillows were stiff and they have the worst sheets I've ever slept on. I think the poor sheets were the most disappointing part of our stay.

New hotel the staff was very friendly the beds were very comfortable the rooms are clean. You really can't go wrong staying at this hotel. The breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. Rooms were large great place to stay

Hotel was fantastic & very clean! Staff were phenomenal! Overall such a great experience that I had to book an extra night because my daughters didn't want to leave! Rhe rooms were like the rest of the hotel which was very clean, new and up to date

I have never received such quality to attention as I did at B.W.P They truly showed care and compassion to us, we arrived with our bulldog bubbles and I of course always expect a fee, but, never expected a gift bag for her, well worth more then the fee!! Way to go folks! I'm a B.W. customer for life!

Brand new property. A lot of kinks need to ironed out. No hours of operation for breakfast, pool, restaurant, etc. we're provided at check-in. Requests weren't granted. Pancake machine in breakfast area is awesome.

Stayed here for 2 nights and I was super impressed with the hotel, it's staff, and the whole experience. They really care about their guests and giving them a good experience. Rooms were great, service was super friendly and helpful, and the owner even comped my meal at the bar because he was worried it took too long

This is a new location that we never tried. We usually stay at the other best western hotel in town. The place just opened last month and we had a special promo. The hotel is brand new and very clean and service was amazing! It's now our favorite place to stay.

Beautiful new hotel. Very luxurious but comfortable and friendly staff. Hotel has a restaurant and bar which was very convenient - the cocktails were DELICIOUS. What you'd expect from a fancy downtown bar. I can't wait to stay here again.

This hotel has gone so far above the norm for Best Western. The staff is impeccable, the service is so friendly and inviting. The rooms are very nice and comfortable and above all the coffee is great! The pools is comfortable and the perfect temperature, when it's time to relax and release stress the hot tub is spectacular and a comfy 100 plus degree. Christine is a super friendly person who makes a killer drink. The hotel's signature cocktail is sweet and savory (Washington Rain Drop) and is priced to not kill the checkbook. The chef does amazing bring spicy and pop in the chivken wings, the nachos are so savory and amazing with the pulled pork on it and the cheese sauces is so good. But by far my fav part of this bar is the Hummus and pita words can not describe how good that is. Above all what a great hotel! It's welcoming, comfortable and makes you feel right at home from the time you walk through the door.

Staff were great and attentive. The high quality bed sheets, towels, pillows, etc. made everything feel nicely upscale. Especially liked the new suburban they use as a shuttle, and the commute to and from the airport was quick. Will stay here again.

I was One of the first guests in this beautiful new hotel. Impeccable service and the bartenders and restaurant staff were awesome. Great rooms and amenities. Couldn't believe this was a Best Western.. they've really outdone themselves here.

My husband and I were one of the first guests to be able to stay in this brand new luxurious hotel. Being one of the first guests they obviously rolled out the red carpet but as more came I never noticed a change in the service level. The entire experience felt five stars. We were upgraded to a king suite and really enjoyed the amenities. My husband loved the 50” TV with all the channels while I enjoyed the walk in shower, luxurious robe, and extremely high end Nest brand soaps and lotions. We went down in the early evening and had a drink and split a meal at the bistro downstairs. It was not your typical hotel bar. The finishes were extremely high end and you could tell they spared no expense. After a good nights sleep we came down and enjoyed the free breakfast. The offerings were plenty from bacon and sausage to a French toast bar as well as a build your own yogurt area. The eggs were real and tasted great. They had a nespresso machine that made us a cappuccino like you would get at a coffee shop. We noticed them back in the room as well but didn't have a chance to partake as we were full from breakfast. This hotel far exceeded my expectations and we looked forward to stopping here again on our next time through town.
