Came down to visit some family and loved my stay here! The front desk was great as well as the cleanliness and breakfast service. Very well organized I will be staying at this hotel every time I come down to visit family!

A nice clean hotel with staff that always go well beyond to ensure a good stay. The bed was comfortable and the internet worked well. There is a nice pool and everything is well kept. It's a very well run hotel.

We stay in Best Western everywhere and normally have great experiences but not here. On checkin the front desk didn't know anything about the local area which isn't such a big deal. But in the morning at 7am the breakfast buffet was empty and response was “we run out”. On a Tuesday? Also the hot water was not working in any room, which is just one of those things, but the front desk attitude was unapologetic. All in all, room was to normal standards but the front desk could use some improvements.

This palce is disguising! Our first room had the odor of vomit. We were given a pet friendly room and was told they are exceptional clean. It was midnight and my husband fell asleep. I opened nightstand to place my belongings. YUCK, there was used condoms in nightstand drawer. This room had not been cleaned or in Covid19 compliance! The bathroom floors were filthy. They refuse to give me a refund and had to get Corporate involved. I would never recommend this place Run, Run!!

My family stayed a few nights during the week and were pleased with the customer service. The gentleman at the front, Dakota, was very informative and made sure to answer all our questions. He was very friendly and professional throughout our entire stay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We traveled for a baseball tournament and brought the team to stay. I made a change on the reservation from 3 days to 2 days. Then I was charged for 3 days. Staff claim that they never received the change and refused to refund me the money.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The lobby could use more options to purchase. The room was average probably needing the tubs to be redone but that's about it. The location is great as there are many places to eat and shop nearby. Overall I was satisfied and have every intention of staying there again in the near future.

Just wanted to say I really enjoy staying at this hotel they staff is excellent. The manger Sonya always in her job i like how she runs that hotel always clean continental breakfast its not hot food but where blessed to have what they have anyway to say they least this is a good hotel to stay at. Nice room and hotel. Very limited breakfast sack. Only bottle water, 2 energy bars and a small muffin. Friendly staff. Trying to help the best possible way, but taking long. Average Internet. TV, microwave, mini refrigerator.

This review is based on the fourth time I've stayed at this property. The positive things first: staff is very nice, room is very clean, great shower, comfortable mattress, nice to have coffee maker and microwave and fridge in the room. Now for the criticism: 1) I was shocked that there were only two SMALL pillows on the king size bed in the room where both my husband and I were staying. One small flat pillow for each of us. When I went to the front desk to ask for additional pillows, the woman at the front desk very politely told me that there were NO other pillows available and that the hotel was full. She said it is Best Western policy now to limit the number of pillows to a room. Ridiculous! She gave me a handful of bath towels that I had to wad up and place under my pillow. 2) the hotel is on the freeway, and there is no soundproofing whatsoever. The noise was exacerbated by the fact that we were on the third floor. If you are bothered by the sound of freeway traffic, then stay somewhere else. 3) the area around the hotel is filthy. The hotel is behind a strip mall and a Panda Express and people have discarded their food garbage everywhere behind the restaurant and the strip mall. The litter is horrible, and because there are no garbage cans, except for one full, overstuffed one that was turned over (probably by a racoon or other animal), people who are unable to "dine in" (indoor dining is currently closed in California) just threw their garbage on the ground. It's unavoidable driving through this mess to get to the hotel parking lot. 4) The grab and go breakfast was small and very unimpressive. I strongly feel like I was staying in a one star hotel in a seedy part of town -- the $107 that I had to pay to stay in this hotel was definitely NOT worth the money. I paid three star price to stay in the equivalent of a one star hotel. This hotel has really gone downhill.

Property is close to Hwy 99 but is located at the back of a strip mall type location. It is 3 stories and has stairs or elevator. Pool area appeared small but was told it was open. Rooms have refrigerator and microwave. Shampoo, conditioner, lotion and bath gel are in boxes you press to get them out. Breakfast was in a paper bag, consisted of banana, small pastry and small granola bar with no drink. King size bed had two small pillows. Room size adequate has chair for sitting. There are eating establishments, nothing fancy within walking distance but don't know that I would do it after dark. Area around hotel had a great deal of trash on the ground, my room looked down on the back of a closed supermarket and paved area was filthy, know it's not hotel's responsibility but think it would be wise to talk to neighbors about cleaning area up. Property was full but that is due to railroad workers staying there. Feel like room could have been cleaner as was evident in dust on headboard and around full mirror in room. Probably wouldn't return.

Site is nice visually .Not easy to get into. Interior is clean and inviting.Staff is great to deal with. Rooms are clean.Internet is acceptable. Lots of food establishments near by. Since the shelter in place is in affect ,there is no pool ,no training room,kitchen has been shut down. Prices have not been adjusted for these inconveniences.

I sign up for the rewards program and it is definitely worth it. The beds are clean and nice. The rooms are good you can't hear your neighbors at all which is great. However when it is check out they call the room 10 minutes prior and become rude this is the only fall back.

This was my second stay here.Both times, the Staff, Room and Sevices Far and I mean Far Exceeded my Expectations. Any time I come to the Fresno Area from now on this is where I will stay. The staff were not only fiendly, they went out of there way to make sure your stay was as good as it could be.

I will definitely ne staying at all the Best Westerns that I can. The staff was great, price was the best in town. Fast check in and check out. I definitely know where I will be sleeping in all my future vacations!

I've stayed at plenty of Best Westerns and this one has been the best so far. Very clean, upgraded, comfortable beds and you can not hear any noise from the outside which is a plus. They even have breakfast bags prepared for you, incase you don't want to eat breakfast in the lobby.

Staff very friendly and professional. Facilities are very clean inside and outside. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast way very good with a large selection of items. Will stay again on future trips to this area.

the hotel was great I usually enjoy my stay. but this time the housekeeper lied about cleaning our room and she also didn't replace the dirty towels. i even had to go to the lobby and request fresh towels.

This was the perfect little layover spot I needed to break up my drive to LA. It is brand new so everything is nice. The room was perfect size with a king size bed. B'fast options was amazing! Almond milk, granola, fruit, and warm things if you wanted. Very quiet (non-Highway 99 side). You do enter by using the same driveway as Panda Express but there are arrows/signs to BW. Overall, nice stay.

The hotel is nice and he rooms were nice walls r thick for good privacy which is important. I hate hearing the neighbors and knowing their conversations or people hearing mine. Breakfast is nice however I wish I could have in the room and till checkout breakfast ends and hour before check out

This is a remodeled hotel that is neat, clean, and has a friendly staff. But ... in order to get to it, one has to navigate through the parking lots of either a drug store or a fast food restaurant, and this against the arrows. This is a restroom on the ground floor but... it's not marked. Rather it is fairly well hidden in a room at the end of a hall which also houses the ice machine, washing machine, and exercise room.There are automatic doors at the entrance, but ... only one set of them. Better bring a helper to hold the other set of doors when pushing a luggage cart. The staff is fairly fluent in English, but ... when I asked for a channel guide for the TV, the receptionist had to ask another employee what it was.

Price was fair, room very clean, mattress, pillows and linens nice and well-prepared eggs at breakfast. Thank you Anita. Daisy, at recetion, was extremely patient and helpful both on the phone and at check in. We usuay stay at La Quinta in Fowler but this will now be our "go to" hotel when traveling through the area.

I'm so glad that we found this hotel on our way home on vacation, back to Washington State. The room was spacious, balcony King suite, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rate was great we were able to stay and not break the bank. This is a must if you are in the area and needing somewhere to stay for the night.

The entrance is a little tricky but the location is easy to find and navagate once you make the passage. Selma is not a big city but has reasonable choices for food. Breakfast at the location was good and getting back to the freeway was easy. I'd stay again if the occasion presented again.

I stay at a lot of generic hotels and expected this to be just like them. However, for the price, the bed was excellent, and the breakfast memorable. (Great biscuits and sausage and eggs. Plus there was yogurt, fruit, and pretty much everything you could want)

even thou its next to a fwy it still was very quit.the wifi is not that strong towards the end of the building and the breakfast was outstanding.very polite employees overall I would stay here again.And you can park a 18 wheeler here.

N ice enough property but, like many Best Westerns, they go on the cheap for amenities. No soap for shower, just shower gel from wall mounted dispense. Same for shampoo, lotion, etc. for me, reason enough to more and more stay Comfort Inns or Holiday Inns.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable but the beds were in need of new mattresses. One bed in our room was visibly sagging in the middle. Location on interstate was a bit confusing to get to. Cleanliness was okay, but not excellent. The hotel was being refurbished, so things may improve soon. We arrived a few weeks after hurricane Florence, so this was the best we could get at the time.

Another very good experience at a Best Western facility. When travelling, I look for clean room with a very comfortable bed and a decent fitness equipment. Best Western Colonial Inn gets top marks in all three of my primary criteria.

This is a good but not great hotel; a mix of old and updated. Fresh paint, etc. Let's say re-decorated more than re-modeled. The main drawback is the highway noise. We were on the third floor. Our room faced the highway, but that and the air-conditioner did not keep us from getting a good night's sleep. Bed was comfy and the refrigerator was large, though it lacked a freezer. The double queen room was spacious. Breakfast was adequate. I preferred the hard-boiled eggs to the dry scrambled and bacon was the usual skinny lacy stuff. They have waffle maker, variety of baked goods, biscuits and gravy. I am gluten-free and dairy-free, so my choices were limited, but I did fine. At check-in, Lacey was delightfully welcoming. We ate at the Cattleman's near by and had a delicious, relaxing, meal in a cool environment.

I have been coming to this hotel with my family for 3 years now and have seen 3 different owners. The price is ok the rooms are better clean now and upgraded. I really do recommend this hotel. Breakfast is included which is not bad. Will be coming every year on out trip.

The hotel is located right off the freeway and any of the rooms on that side of the hotel are very noisy. Rooms were clean and the bedding was nice. Temperature in the room seemed hard to regulate. The hotel was booked up and we had a reservation from 3 weeks ahead, but we asked for a room away from the freeway and the one they gave us was first floor closest to the freeway and right across from the ice machine.

I have passed this hotel many times traveling on the 99, and I finally stopped for the night. I'm glad I did. Clean, pleasant, and comfortable. The best nights stay ever. Being a disabled vet my dog was welcomed as well. Come to find out, this hotel was a pet friendly place to boot!! This is a plus for BW since most of us have pets as a family member. BW has come along way and have greatly improved over the years.

Visit to this hotel was for a wedding near by. Location to the freeway was perfect. Front desk personnel were friendly and professional Dollar value was fantastic. Bed was probably one of the comfortable I've ever slept in.

Stayed here for 2 nights. We asked for a quiet room and were accommodated as the hotel sits right next to the freeway. It is a little hard to get to, you have to turn in by the Panda Express and it's behind the Walgreen's. The hotel had an odd odor throughout the public areas and I was worried that the room would too, but thankfully it didn't. The room was good-sized and included a king bed and a couch, desk & chair, microwave and refrigerator. The bathroom was split with the sink outside and separate from the toilet and shower. The toilet and shower area was very roomy. The bed was fine for me, but my husband thought it was uncomfortable. There was also a coffee maker. I felt the room was very well appointed and very comfortable. The breakfast was ok. There was a good variety, but all the food was barely warm. Even the coffee was lukewarm. Although there were some misses, I will most likely stay here if I am in Selma in the future.

My wife and I Are Diamond Members with bestwestern Hotels. We have stayed at at least a dozen or so different Best Westerns this year alone with over 30 nights stayed. This Best Western is by far the best we have stayed at And it's not just because the rooms are immaculate, beautiful and spacious. It's also greatly due to the Fantastic wonderful staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome and helped us out in ways the no Hotel has ever done. I really can't say enough about how good we were treated. So incredible. So if in the area. I urge anyone to stay at The Best Western Colonial Inn. We've traveled a lot over the years, and we have to declare this to be a first – at least for us. After paying $120 with tax at the Colonial Inn, we walked into our room ... and the heat punched us in the guts like a heavyweight boxer. That's because the room was AT LEAST 90 degrees inside. That's no exaggeration. It was about that hot outside, according to the thermometer in our car, and the room was unbelievably uncomfortable. The cooler worked, but it wasn't until after 2 a.m. that the place began to feel livable. Young woman who checked us in had about as much personality as a pay phone, never saying "hello" nor thanking us after we spent a pile of money for the sweat room. We thought about asking for a different room, but the parking lot was full and the odds seemed slim. Besides, the desk attendant didn't seem like the type who was going to help. The beds were extremely comfortable, as they usually are at Best Westerns, and that's all that saved this place from a one-dot rating. Good thing for the beds, because the breakfast was of marginal quality, the breakfast room wasn't very spacious and the TV in there was blaring Fox News. I mentioned the room heat to the manager as we checked out, and while she seemed concerned – mumbling something about how the room should be a constant 75 degrees – she gave us a $10 discount. Wow! We probably cost the innkeeper more than $10 in electricity as we cranked up the air conditioner overnight. A previous reviewer is correct – this is an extremely hard-to-reach property from the adjacent street.

Difficult to locate driveway to this property. You literally have to go through a fast food parking lot! Front Desk "people" were not very friendly, nor were they dressed professionally or speak professionally. Breakfast quality and selection was poor. Not a good VIRIETY of breakfast items. Most of the staff do not speak PROPER and clear English. This could be a liability for the hotel if there was an emergency and we could not understand broken English. Overall, very disappointed with this particular property. Fell Way below Best Western Standards we are used to. Our company is redirecting our employees to stay elsewhere when in the Selma CA Area!

Not too far from Yosemite National Park, the price is lower, but I couldn't sleep due to the noise from the highway. The room was clean, the breakfast just ok. I didn't have the best experience at check in, but maybe there are nicer people that work for this particular hotel.

This is a decent hotel that met all my minimum requirements - good bed and pillows, relatively quiet,the bathtub drained well,the AC was quiet enough to have on while sleeping. It's located close to stores and restaurants.

Everything was excellent and the staff was very helpful and the room was very comfortable. Breakfast was really good but wish they had little more option for it. Also the internet was good but it was really slow. But overall everything was good.

Only downside: it is next to the highway. If you have a room facing in the opposite direction it is very quiet. I can't say anything about rooms facing the highway. And it's loud at the outside pool obviously. All I all good value, I would definitely go there again.

During our road trip came across this hotel. It was getting updated and the upgrades are looking great. We were not bothered by construction at all. Close to freeway but not bothered by it's noise either. Had a place for us to do laundry and the front desk supplied soap and dryer sheets, also was able to make change for us. Had a nice pool area complete with surrounding palm trees ( a novelty for us). Close walk to lots of restaurants and shops. Friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast. This was an oasis of a stop for us.

I am usually very pleased with Best Western hotels, and at reservation time this one seemed to have a theme indicative of a well executed marketing strategy. However, execution is also important and it is execution where this hotel fell short for me. The lobby is small and the breakfast below average (in my case there were a lot of workers and the food was empty essentially all three mornings). Luckily there is a McDonalds across the street. My reservation requested top floor which the hotel was unable to accommodate. I would highly recommend this as the floors are wood and my 2nd floor room was very noisy. This is a not a business friendly hotel. There was only one outlet available for charging devices by the desk. All other outlets were consumed by room lights, etc. So bring a power strip or unplug stuff like I did. Annoyingly I had to renew my room key every day due to front desk errors...that is a pain especially after a long day. And lastly my bill was completely wrong. To the credit of the hotel, they made good on it after calling the next day.

Good value for the expense. Clean, quiet room, close to the CA 99 freeway, a block from a large chain grocery store, drug store and restaurants. There are several gas stations within a couple of blocks of the hotel. If your looking for a good no frills hotel that is clean and quiet this is it. They do have a hot breakfast in the morning that is convenient. The staff were very accommodating.

The internet service was a little slow during prime time, 6 to 9 pm. My guess that almost everybody staying there was online being the reason. A little noisey being right next to the freeway in the room that I was staying facing the freeway. A Walmart is down the street. McDonalds across the street. Panda Express across the parking lot. A regular Chinese restaurant is next door but I did not check if there was an easy access through the back way.

We were headed to Los Angeles for a cruise and we decided to stop at this hotel on the way to get some rest before completing the journey the next morning. We arrived in the evening and were pleasantly greeted by the staff at reception after a long and tiring drive. The receptionist in the hotel lobby made the check-in process extremely quick and easy for us and we were quickly on our way to our rooms! The rooms were great! Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Couldn't have asked for anything else. The next morning we were surprised by the large selection of items that were laid out in the kitchen downstairs for the complimentary continental breakfast. While most hotels will be content with some packaged pastries and coffee, this Best Western had a wide range of options including cereal, eggs, greek yogurt, waffles, bagels, and much more. As we were getting ready for another long drive ahead of us, this complimentary breakfast was definitely appreciated! Check-out was just as smooth and easy as our check-in, and this time there was a new employee at the receptionist desk. Upon learning that we were headed to a cruise (many of us for the first time) she went out of her way to help us with printing out our luggage tags and attaching them to our bags.The entire time she was super helpful and had an awesome upbeat attitude, something you definitely don't see all the time! Overall, I would highly recommend making a stop at the Best Western Colonial Inn. If you are looking for a quiet, comfortable place to stay the night then you've found one :) The excellent service and super friendly staff puts this place a step above all the others!

1st night check in middle of night A.C. breaks. It started to get warm In the room but my kids were sleeping. In the morning I go tell front desk who then tells me we can move rooms, great. What she also told me was: I should've told them last night so we could've moved. It was in the middle of the night umm no. Next night clean slate new room. Nope not a chance shower tub creaks every time you step around in the shower. Toilet clogs at 1030pm no maintenance but i was told i can walk downstairs and retrieve the plunger. So I go downstairs And tell then we need a snake, she said sorry new management don't even know where there would be a snake. Sure enough plunger didn't work, I needed a snake but none available in a hotel. So I just became unsanitary and used my hands to pick dig cheap outta the toilet because there was no options. And the a.c. is as loud as a car motor, which they said they fixed but didn't. And theres mold in the bathroom. Ugh!!! First time ever doubted the name Best Western sad to say!!!!

What a great place to stay. we were lucky to be up graded into a room with a veranda. The bed was perfect. The breakfast was very tasty. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was efficient and nice. I look forward to staying here in the future.

We needed a place to sleep for the night. It was clean quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was thrown together quickly and late. It was cool at best ( temp) the water that was supposed to be hot was barely warm, coffee was warm and that's about it. It was what we needed.

The hotel is dated, but looks like they put some money into it, unfortunately the bathroom wasn't updated and the hand rail broke off while my son was in the shower. When I told the staff, she acted like she didn't care, ultimately said the manager would call me, which never happened. This issue could have been handled so much better with a little concern, to bad it wasn't and put a blemish on Best Western for us.

The staff was great, the room was adequate, the room decor was completely off from 'colonial' style but the lobby and exterior were nice. Overall, a pleasant experience. Would definitely stay here again.

It was good but we stayed 4 nights with you an I have the rewards card an did not get a free night I feel the one in Goleta should have offered us a discount or even the one in Fairfield should have offered

For the price, this is a very nice hotel. I think it has been recently refurbished with new carpeting and furniture. The staff at all levels, from reception to housekeeping, were very polite and attentive to my needs. Would I stay here again? Most definitely!

Toilet didn't flush properly. Loose grout all over bathroom floor. Room wasn't cleaned when we left for the day. Owner pounded and opened the door at 10:45 am and said "time to check out at 11am" owner son was rude!!

The staff was very friendly and made sure my stay was absolutely comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Open parking was a very nice welcoming plus for me. It is also close to several food places.

This hotel and it's employees made me feel like I was at home it was so comfortable and clean they were always ready to please. The continental breakfast was fresh and yummy. The decor of the hotel was so nice.

The room was very clean and the bed comfortable and warm. Breakfast was simple and light which is perfect for long drives. The shower had plenty of towels and hot water. The owner took interest and concern in our stay.

Hotel was decent enough other than the ants on the sink. I did not report the issue because we used bug spray that we brought from home. Used it and they didn't come back. The staff was friendly but I didn't get their names. In the morning a man was setting up the continental breakfast and he only had coffee. I am not a coffee drinker. It was a very cold morning and I wanted hot chocolate. He made sure to get it for me.

This a recently remodeled Best Western hotel. It is clean with new furnishings. I don't mean to be fussy but! Each of the 4 nights I stayed I had to go back to the front desk and get toilettres. The bathroom sink faucet was loose the hot and cold faucets were switched, the bathtub squeezed badly when I took my shower. OH the door to the unit was very hard to close When I mentioned these things to the front desk manager all I got was a yea yea yea The continental breakfast was very sparsly stocked. The start time was more like 7am than 6:30 It is close to highway 99 and was easy to get to.

To start the front desk is wonderful the owners/managers are friendly people who make you feel right at home. the building is very clean all the way through. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Continental breakfast. walking distance to other places to eat and visit. would highly recommend this hotel. easy access to the freeway 99.

Was and extra bother to the staff to ask for 2 room keys, only 1 wash cloth in the room and asked for extra and was given 3 more washcloths but with attitude. Frig was unplugged when we checked into the room so not cold to put food in..

Best Western Colonial Inn, Selma, CA This Best Western is a block east of US 99 at the Flora Street exit, easy on off the 99. We had a large room with a king bed and probably enough space for a second king bed. We were on the first floor and the room was very quiet, no noise from other quests or the traffic on US 99. The room was very clean and bright, the WiFi worked great a well as the TV. The Best Western breakfast had waffles and the gentlemen taking care of it and the desk had very thing ready well before the scheduled breakfast time, 06:30. He was very accommodating, going to the trouble to find a specific type of oatmeal my wife enjoys. This is a good stopping point for our travels along US 99 and we look forward to staying here in the future. There are a number of fast food places within a couple of blocks of this location including a Denny's.

It was a very good experience with Best western Inn. I stayed in Thousand oaks, Palm springs and near sequoia national park, over all great and would recommend. May be will be have more booking for coming vacations and weekends.

We stayed 2 nights here. Due to an unexpected delay, we didn't get in until 1:30 in the morning. When we informed the hotel clerk, he told us to simply call when we get there and they would unlock the doors for us. I felt badly when I called and a woman whom I obviously woke up unlocked and registered us in. (I think this is owned by a family). The hotel was comfortable, but nothing remarkable. I believe they were trying to economize whereever possible. The halls are not air-conditioned, and as a result were stifling hot on the way to our room. But that didn't bother me, as the a/c in the room worked just fine. The pillows were small and a bit lumpy, but easily "smooshed" to give comfortable support. We were fine for the 2 nights we stayed there. Breakfast was included, and there was a waffle machine-which is always a plus for me. My daughter said the cereal tasted like it was old, but my husband did not complain. The juice machine was out of order, but they had pitchers of juice in the small fridge, along with boiled eggs and milk, and half a container of canned peaches. The breakfast was adequate and did the job for us in filling the early morning empty space. I would have enjoyed a bit more variety and freshness, but like I said, it did the job.

All staff were very friendly and outgoing. Hotel was very clean, and quite. Room was very comfortable and bed too. We loved the out side balcony where we could watch the sun go down. It was very comfortable having dinner out there too.

I come to Selma for business couple times a year and find this hotel to have big rooms with free WiFi and breakfast. Cant really ask for much for the great price and service. Clean,Comfortable and Friendly staff. Right off the freeway but but no noise was heard in the room. Walking or short driving distance to restaurants

Driving through Bakersfield and not seeing much in terms of hotels, esp. In good areas. ...so drove on until spotted a best Western sign for Selma. This hotel is behind some other businesses, but it is easy to find. The room was clean and it was quiet. We were told not to leave anything in our car....so draw your own conclusions on that! Breakfast was mininal compared to most other Best Westerns, but it was fine. The car was in tact when we went outside, so all was well. The innkeepers were nice.

Thus is a nice mom and pop run hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. You have a fridge and microwave. Plenty of restaurants {at least fast food} nearby. They supply free wifi and free continental breakfast.

The hotel room was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The hotel itself is in a good area, however, there is a problem with car burglaries, so be sure to take everything out of your car at night. We had no problems, but the staff made sure we knew to bring everything in.

Property faces Freeway and Off Ramp. Recycled air made for a Stuff Atmosphere, was nicer outside. Pool was dusty and dirty, Spa was filled in with concrete, had to wait for room and was not clean when we went in. Gym was locked and not available.

Front desk staff was very polite and rooms were OK. The place is in dire need of an update. Towels and linens were threadbare. WiFi was good. They don't offer reward points... Weird. Checked out at 6 am and no breakfast or coffee. I guess it was too early.

clean, friendly and efficient staff, close to many restaurants and services. Right off the freeway but did not really hear any freeway noise in the room. Had problems with the internet connection at first but they rebooted the server and then it was fine. The manager even followed up with me to make sure it was working.

Stopped by this Best Western on my way home to Texas. Needed a place to park my truck and trailer and they had plenty of space in the parking lot for that. The front desk was very helpful, getting me a map and figuring out my best route the next morning. Everything was close by. I was able to walk to a supermarket, load up on groceries and get an amazing streak dinner from Cattleman's. Another nice Best Western.

Hot, Hot, Hot! No ac in the interior hallways. Air conditioning off in the room every day. Nothing like coming in from 104 degree heat to a 95 degree room! Old outdated "best Western" furnishings, super cheap breakfast. it seems like a mom and pop hotel that claims to be a best Western.

When my family's Sequoia National Park trip ended with a trip to the Selma ER, this lodge had clean rooms at a reasonable rate. In addition, the proprietors showed genuine concern and offered actual help, allowing me to store my car load of camping gear in a separate room. Best Western quality with small business heart.

The staff do not understand or speak English very well. The entire hotel did not have the A/C on unless you went to your room and turned it on. Then it broke around 4am, thats when I woke up sweating anyway. So I decided to leave early, but no bill under the door and had to go to the front desk. I think I woke the man up and he didn't know how to use the computer. I could go on, and on. Unless your broke and desperate DO NOT stay here!! Not of BW quality.
