SureStay Plus by Best Western Pigeon Forge

Typically try to stay at a Best Western Hotel on our trips. Price was amazing, staff very friendly and accommodating and our room was clean & spacious. Enjoyed complimentary breakfast & will definitely stay there again when we travel to this area.

The stay was excellent, the staff were all friendly and professional, the room was clean, the linens were all fine and I felt safe there. Nothing like the experience I had at the Best Western Premier in Denver, avoid that hotel at all cost, there the manager Ashley is an awful person that has no issue breaking the 9th commandment by telling lies about you, I feel bad for her staff being trained by a manager that needs more training in hospitality herself, she is terrible at her job. I have been on the road staying at hotels across the country for 3 months and the Best Western Premier in Denver is the only hotel I had a problem with and it falls on the manager Ashley.

I really enjoyed the full hot breakfast and a comfortable spacious dining area. The breakfast staff was friendly and professional. The lady who checked me in was extremely knowledgeable of the area and made me feel very welcome. I also loved the full size refrigerator and our room, along with a microwave and stove top. The cabinet space in the room was fantastic!

The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was very attentive to all our needs. The location is off the main strip but located in the middle of the area with easy access to all the fun and restaurants. Great people and great service with great views.

What a great deal! $59 a night; walk in shower (I use a wheelchair) w/complementary shower chair, huge room with a “kitchenette w/real fridge, spotlessly clean and helpful staff. Don't be turned off by to “old style” two story hotel it has been renovated and the old rooms are nice.

Beds were comfy, room was spacious, walk ways and parking lot very well lit, hotel very good location and price. Breakfast a little disappointing, but served its purpose. Big walk in showers, very clean room and lobby area. The only bad thing is people are allowed to smoke right outside their room, so our room smelled like an ashtray, would be nice for designated area from building. There is NO elevator, I may have missed that on website

First thing I do when I get into a hotel room is check for bugs. None . Good. Bathroom was clean. Towels were stocked. Small kitchenette clean and updated. Only downside was the food I brought back to the room couldn't be reheated in the styrofoam box.

The front staff members were all very kind and helpful. One example was that when we were checking in, Ashish noticed we had mobility issues, so he reassigned us to a first floor room so we did not need to walk up stairs. We were pleasantly surprised upon entering room 106 that it was spacious, immaculately clean, with an updated kitchen and a large walk in shower. We marked it four stars, rather than five because there was no pool and unlike other Best Western properties the complimentary breakfast did not include fresh fruit.

Fake pictures online. Hotel is extremely ran down. From outside hotel looks like a Red Roof motel. As if car would gettn broke into. Upon checking in lady informed us that staff would not be available past 9 p.m. due to no one available to cover shift. Limited hot water. Spotty internet. Floor sound as if water damaged they squeak so loud when walking. Would not spend the money even at extremely low rate. Half a benjamin still not worth it.

The hotel room was clean. The desk lady was nice. Nice hot water with good water pressure. Wifi connection was good. Housekeeping, ours was Naeomi, kept the room really nice. The area of the hotel was pretty decently located, right down the road from most everything. Prices were cheap and affordable. Overall a great stay. Would recommend!

Terrible room . The room was not clean or cleaned daily. Broken deadbolt. Horrible smell and terrible breakfast. This was definitely a shady place at one time. It shows in the quality of the rehab. Spend extra money on a decent place.

Thinnest walls of any hotel ever. Every noise outside and above this room can be heard, even at a normal talking level. Bed is comfy. The rooms are clean and updated, but does not make up for lack of sound proofing. Also, sliding door to bathroom sticks terribly.

Rooms are not very clean. Stayed 3 nights and the last night they didn't even clean the room. Had to ask for towels and take out our own garbage. They said they ran out of towels. And they have the nerve to leave an envelope in your room asking for tips for housekeeping. Maybe they should put some effort into it first.

My stay at this Best Western was the best one yet, the facility was a clean and nice smelling place ever, the people there were so nice and helpful the breakfast was great, love the waffle maker it was great!!! Just give this place 10!!! thank you for your kindness, will hope to book with them next year!!!

The room is big and spacious. It's a nice room. Bed and pillows were comfy. I gave 4 stars because the room was not throughly clean prior to check in. We found an empty condom wrapper sticking out from under one of the beds and the floor had dried drips of something in front of the other bed. Also, the front desk clerk during check in was not warm or welcoming. We stayed in room 126. Sept. 2023
