Located in a residential , quiet area near public transport. Large bed, nice shower and great breakfast. Friendly staff.

Booked with extra cost to be able to cancel the hotel, but they didnt say that needed to be done before 1.st september, I booked 2nd of september, so now I need to pay... never use this hotel, very bad service.

The hotel is an 8 minute walk to a subway station. The subway goes directly to the Oktoberfest venue. There is a grocery store and drugstore nearby. The rooms were clean and modern. The staff was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again. The WiFi is very good. The bed was very comfortable.

The rooms are OK, other than you could not change the room temperature . at all. You have to pay for your stay at CheckIn which is an absoulute NO GO for me. You have to pay your bar expenses directly and cannot put them to the room. Overall my impression was that the guest is an asset and not to be truste, not really welcome.

The front-desk employees were quite friendly and attentive throughout the entire visit. The hotel room was spacious and clean, and I liked the amenities (such as the television turning on when entering with the access card), as well as the wireless charging port. I personally do wish that some of the amenities were already there on arrival instead of having to request these through the tablet but from an sustainability standpoint that is also a good thing.

We were in town for Oktoberfest and it served that purpose well. It's about a ten minute walk from the subway which gets you were you want to go easily. There is a small plaza just north of the hotel with a few restuarants and a bakery but otherwise it's in the middle of nowhere. We didn't have any breakfasts. Good staff, clean rooms.

Good hotel at Arabellapark, rooms are clean and spacious. Good breakfast. Staff friendly and ready to serve. Public transportation near by, a lot of small restaurants and even a bier garden. We went to spend a couple days at Oktoberfest. Certainly will be back next year.
