SureStay Plus by Best Western Amritsar

Service: Was very poor, I requested for bathroom floor mat, Napkins & Bucket; I didnot received all these things till the time of checkout. Meal: If they are not able to give the proper food to guest they should not accept stay with MAP option. We can't chose 2 food items, only 1 option is available. Treatment: Not Good, it was pathetic. Staff Behaviour: Little Rude & not attentive. I will neverever suggest this property to anyone from my family & friends.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. This is a nice little hotel in an upscale location of Ranjeet Avenue. The hotel is nice and clean. Service is good and team at reception is very warm and courteous. Room without windows feel a little claustrophobic so prefer those with windows. Breakfast had a decent spread with good healthy food options. Overall it was a nice stay

Everything is fine like hygiene, staff behaviour, breakfast all facilities overall they have a good hospitality and polite staff. Location is also good and easy to find 7 minutes walk distance via Amritsar railway station. But they provide only 4 bottles of water total 2 ltr complementary. Must look into this provide atleast some more water in complementary.

Had a lovely stay at the hotel. Rooms were really nice. Definitely would recommend it. Prime location in the heart of Amritsar, close to all amenities. Special shout out to Sanjay and Rishpal for being so hospitable. They were very helpful. Thank you.

They have no proper staff in the restaurant, during breakfast timings they jst have one person serving,we stayed for 2 nts ,on the 1st night itself someone badly banged our door in midnight we requested hotel staff to check CCTV camera nd let us know but till the time of check out they didn't bother to help, pathetic hotel I can say .We went to kartarpur sahib for whole day nd requested hotel for room cleaning in morning itself while leaving but they didn't bother to clean even till late evening when we came back we hve to call them again n again.will never suggest this hotel.

Overall experience was good, Ambience was good, staff was cooperative and went out of the way to arrange umbrella for our sightseeing day trip, Restaurent Service was also excellent, especial mention for Mr Joban for outstanding service there.

I had booked this hotel for 3 nights in Dec-23. Rooms and amenities were good. Although room size is small, its not that bad for business visit for one person. Breakfast is good but having South Indian food in core of Punjab is little odd. Hotel is not quite far from airport. Just 15 mins if there is no fog! However the reason for the average experience is the service you get. Despite reminding on all days, they did not clean the room. Also, there was no hot water when I had to check for an early morning flight. If you are able to tolerate lapses in services, its certainly not a bad option for business stay in Amritsar. Lastly - rooms size should be larger for a family of 4.

One of the best & comfortable hotel in amritsar I have stayed in... Breakfast have to improve little bit. Rooms are very spacious nd well maintained... Thanks to front Desk has helped me throughout my stay manager were very informative the local areas and also helped deciding our itinerary for the both the days.. Overall very nice stay.. We had booked a Deluxe room for 4 nights on triple occupancy and overall had an excellent stay. 1. The Hotel is at a very strategic location and virtually everything from the tourist point of interest are within the walking distances. - Jalianwalah Bagh is 2 min walk - Golden Temple is 5 min walk - Partition muséum is 10 min walk - Most of the famous / popular eating places are within walking distances - Market for shopping of clothes, mementos etc are all around the hotel 2. Hotel is on the Heritage walk and hence no vehicles are allowed. Heritage walk is done up beautifully and equally well maintained despite thousands of tourists keep walking here round the clock 3. Hotel has a kitchen and does the room service for the in-house guests and the food served is very good 4. Front office staff Rakesh & Rashpal were very courteous and helpful in guiding the guests on the places of interest, eating places and shopping. They also ensured our taxi / cab bookings for travel. Sanjay, front office assistant was also very courteous and always ready to help with a smile. Our sincere thanks to Rakesh, Rashpal and Sanjay for making our stay very comfortable and memorable. As and when we do plan our next visit to Amritsar, this IS THE HOTEL we shall be looking out for our first preference.

The guy from check in desk wasn't friendly at all. Have to call multiple times just to clean the basic stuff from room. They charged late check in fee for 1 hour despite I have informed them earlier. Need to work on staff.

Overall the location is very good with good restaurants nearby. All types of cuisine are available nearby. Also well connected place, with a playground park nearby for Morning walk. Ample parking space. Only that the room amenities can be maintained better.

You simply feel unwelcomed. Delay in check in, room not ready despite multiple call. Too loud music in night party, we could not sleep at all. Called reception multiple times but of no help. No RO water, you can only purchase water. What not...best western was illusion.

Hotel was ok, nothing to write home about. There are many other better options than this. And most importantly the staff working there keep asking for reviews, is this for real, I'll write a review only if i like things, why keep forcing to give staff 5 stars. There was this girl mehak, who I'm talking about, i mean you are a front desk staff not an celebrity, her attitude was clearly showing, completely ruined my mood. How do they hire staff? I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The services are very good. The staff is very humble and nice. Mehek is very sweet and guides about everything perfectly . Talking about the cleanliness it was superb and harman is very polite and always there to help the visitors.

Breakfast was Nice.Rooms very clean.But some reception staff need to be a bit more attentive learn to smile and make guests feel welcome except Simran he was greeting us whenever we passed by them.He was Well groomed and he consult me like a family member.I would like to visit again.Thanks

Very average hotel especially the service. Delay in room cleaning, not all items replaced, not so courteous staff and average in room dining. Good thing was that the hotel was clean and rooms had decent space. It is well located in a good locality.

3 days prior to our booking, I had called the hotel requesting them to book a cab for us. The manager (Mr. Sanjay) asked me to remind him about this request in 2 days. As hard as it is to get in touch with him, when I finally got through he had 0 recollection of our conversation and again told me that the booking can be done only when I'm in the hotel. I ended up wasting 3 hours of my day just for this response. This could have been communicated to me on the first day itself. However we couldn't make it to Amritsar as our train was cancelled and now came the hard part of cancelling our booking and getting our refund. We spoke to MMT executives (we had booked through MMT), they were very courteous and understanding. The entire process took 5 minutes from their side however the manager (Mr. Sanjay) refused to give us a refund. He didn't respond to mails and was very rude when we tried contacting him. Even told me that he will stop answering my calls and will not respond to the mail. This was when I called him twice over 6 hours. As a first time customer of SureStay I will definitely NEVER recommend anyone to book a stay here only because of the manager's behavior. Absolutely not acceptable for someone to scream at the other person because you are a very "busy" person. The other person's time is as valuable as yours

The hotel is good and is still undergoing expansion so will get bigger. Our room was quite spacious and had all the necessary amenities, the most important being hot water. The dining room is small but sufficient and the food is good as well. The view from our window was a construction site.

The hotel is located in a new part of the city with several options for restaurants around. They have a wonderful staff who ensured that I was well taken care off during my stay there. The room itself was well appointed and comfortable.

It was pleasant experience, very hygienic environment which is very important in this covid period,, good parking area, also offered competitive prices. Staff was very courteous I recommend strongly if you visit Amritsar, you must try here.

Don't consider staying at this hotel. Looks nice from pictures cause it's new, however it's customer service is bad. Stayed with family and half way during the stay, hot water ran out and none was provided (it was during winter). General Manager promised to set things right but never did anything. Breakfast was on average, with option to order most food.

The hotel has neat and clean, spacious rooms with comprehensive food menu. The service gesture by staff is admirable. Buffet breakfast is is also very tasty and good. I recommend it for short and long stay.

I stay at hotel 2days ..wasted money..very hot no aircond..noisy even in midnight do contration work on night.stupid management..all staff no adicaded people..no go school all staff..i think no school in amristar.

I reached early morning and asked for early check-in. They charged me 800 rupees and my friend who reached a day earlier didnt pay a dime for early check-in. The hotel is noisy with music playing in the halls every morning which can be heard easily inside the room. My room had no window and its chiller didnt work and my room was highly damp/humid to an extend that my suitcase and shoe had mold on them after 5 days. Also the best felt extremely damp. Eventually I was asked to pay at check out although i had paid online before hand but they said they have not received any payment (i contacted my travel agent and they reimbursed me). Other 5 friends who stayed there also had their own problems with the rooms/services. All in all an awful experience. Do not recommend.

Excellent hotel, when in amristar, this hotel is a must, 5 star rating, cleanliness, and very friendly staff, the complimentely breakfast cater for English n India, large variety, lunch and dinner was master chefs quality, awesome food.

Had a very comfortable stay at Sure Stay. Enjoyed complimentary Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner of Hotel. New set up with great hospitality. We booked three deluxe rooms and stayed for three days. Had visit of Durgiyana temple and Mall also. I recommend the hotel for Amritsar stay.

Friendly staff and food was very nice. We stayed two days and don't experience any issues. From the staff at reception to the staff at kitchen all are very helping and supportive in nature..,.... Location of the hotel is also appropriate, if you are traveling from delhi you need not to enter in the city. Hotel is also very near tp Aatri boarder.

The property is newly built and hence amenities such as room space, cleanliness etc. is good. Although I had reserved over a month ago with a request for upgrade the same was denied (my bad). We were finally offered all 3 rooms on the 5th floor, but was extremely disappointed with two things in particular- NO hot water (amritsar was around 2-4 degrees around that time) and the rooms were extremely cold (no blowers). However must compliment the food quality which was very good and value for money. The staffs were good and possibly tried their best at all fronts;

We stayed on a busy Christmas weekend and yet were amazed by service. Shout out to Amrit at the front office for making it pleasent from reserving on phone right up to check out. Good well equipped rooms with ample natural lighting too.

Everything about this property is good.The doors and handles are hard on hinges may be the fittings are new. Lounge is low in space.The staffs are co operative and well mannered.You can get Hotel cars are available for site seeing but they appeared costly to me. Complementary Breakfast is good.

this is near to Amritsar airport Best western is always good to serve for his services. Hotel rooms are really good and comfortable staff and services are very good. As we are Jain they served us Jain food that's what we want. Prices are fair enough. We liked rooms they have locker facilities Must stay.

Construction going on both sides of property. Luckily, there was not much disturbance for us as it was on halt due to Diwali. The breakfast options are extremely limited and very, very poorly managed. There's just no thought applied to the process! There is always something running short and it takes a lot of time and follow-ups to get replenished. There is a lady in their restaurant who keeps sulking & frowning and has all excuses for the poor service! Someday there are bakery items and they disappear the next day!? We got repeat breakfast options in our 3 days stay? Really, where did you get your chef from? It seems there is just one stove in the kitchen as things take awfully loong to come by. Even tea gets served after 4 follow ups & after 20 min. The reason quoted - it's being made fresh!? The housekeeping never picks up the phone and they give just one small bathing soap even for a twin occupancy room - they never replaced the soap in our room in 3 days. There is no hand wash or shower gel provided either!?

The staff and service was good. The hotel is nearby to the main market area and easily accessible to the Golden Temple. The breakfast spread and the taste of the food was really good. The room allotted to us was good but little thorough cleaning under the bed should be looked into

I had booked 2 rooms in Surestay Amritsar hotel as we were visiting Amritsar along with parents. The reception team upgraded our rooms and had reserved 2 adjacent rooms. The staff was very cordial and helpful. The breakfast was part of our tariff a d we enjoyed it. The variety of items was very good and the staff was always willing to get you kitchen prepared tea or coffee and any special items without any issue. We wanted to eat paratha one day which was not on their breakfast buffet, but they very happily prepared 2 parathas for us, which was really going out of the way. The food was also very tasty and staff helped us with the serving size so that we don't over order. The rooms were great, spotless and very well maintained. We had an amazing and memorable stay and will definitely stay here in future as well. Thanks.

We fifteen couples got together at this place in their Sapphire Hall. Great ambience. Great service by very courteous staff. The soup, the snack were just great and the expense was also not that much. Loved it

Really appreciate the hospitality and care shown by the staff. Even late night the staff was really happy to serve us and our kids with delicious food. The maggie made was really awesome . Even the car pickup and drop (Mr Manoj) and his knowledge about city was good. Then you meet another guy Sukkraj who guided us with the timings helped us a lot with the beautiful darshan of Sri Harmandar Sahib. Hats off to Sure stay team. Keep it up.

I booked this hotel from Makemytrip only on the basis of pictures for my Parents. My father after his visit specifically asked me to give them "Full Marks" on internet!! Clean rooms, Great Hospitality! The owner, a kind old Sardarji Uncle was personally attending guests making sure they are having a comfortable trip. Sending my parents to stay at a hotel & having them taken care of makes me feel this place is great for families & one must book this hotel if you are planning to visit Amritsar!!

Clean rooms, excellent staff and ambiance in the hotel. Though it is slightly away from the airport and railway station, the hotel is well maintained and clean. The choice of toiletries and bath towels were very good. Breakfast was good too and service was very pleasant. Food is a bit expensive. Its a new property. The comfort of staying in branded hotel chains is something different and this hotel is a testimony to it. I will give it 4.5/5.

The quality of our holiday in Amritsar was really elevated by a comfortable stay in Sure Stay. The rooms were clean with all the basic amenities that are supposed to be present. Breakfast was tasty and the entire team of hotel was extremely helpful and friendly. One of our rooms was also upgraded to premium.

This hotel is in Ranjit Avenue. As per the person there, this hotel was started in Feb 2019. The hotel is newly constructed. The service there needs to be improved. The room given to me was clean and spacious. The food served there was tasty.

Just checked in .. ambience is amazing... Brand new hotel... Room interiors & upholsteries are good... must try hotel in Amritsar.. eventhough the hotel is situated in bit of outskirts, didn't feel abt it.
