All the staff is very caring, helpful, friendly and nice. Mrs Security is nice, helpful and polite. Quick and nice check in. The chef and restaurant staff are very nice and friendly. The staff also give us a complimentary of cake, snacks and drinks. The room has a nice view, clean and comfortable. The pool is good. Very very delightful stay with Best Western Papilio. Thankyou

"Good hotel fos stay"

Good hotel with spacious room and clean, service ok friendly staff. The restaurant need more space and menu's variation, infinity pool ok but not wide. There were some resto and minimart at the ground level are plus point. Location is strategic also.

Stay in Best Western Papilio hotel has been great..... were welcomed by The reception. she was very polite n helpful. All the staff in the hotel are so polite n helpful definitely really enjoyed stay here. I'm greatly satisfied stayed at Best Western Papilio hotel. The Breakfast was great so many choice start from the traditional food, vegetarian and continental. ahh yaa i cant forget when i tried the "bubur sum2 and cenil" the taste soooo yummmyyyyy .. Definitely will come back again.. Great service and total convenience!
