"Staff are rude"
The worst hospitality experience we have ever experienced . Would not even give it a 1 star. The only thing that is nice is the exterior of this hotel. The staff are incredibly rude. The stay in this hotel ruined our holiday. Conditions of rooms were bad with bugs coming out.i will be writing up a complaint of the staff in the horrible place.
"Bad"
I absolute do not recommend this hotel. The value for money is extremely poor…. The arrival was unwelcoming with loud music, the pool is too cold and the whirlpool was extremly filthy, the badroom conditions were also bad with a lot of mold and rust. It felt like there was only one young woman working in the entire hotel who was actually trying to solve our problems. The rest of the staff either told us to wait and never showed up, or simply brushed us off.
"Pino with the family"
The food was very good. The spa/pool was nice and clean. We would have given this place 5/5 if it wasn't for the beds. We stayed in the ”Wolf” room. The beds were way too hard. A pity they haven't invested in better beds when everything else is so nice and good.
"Charming hotel under Trebević"
Charming hotel under Trebević offers great variety of drinks and sweets (visited their restaurant). The service is fast and kind, had delicious trileče and blueberry juice. Highly recommend.
"Heart of Nature in Sarajevo"
Beautiful hotel in a peaceful natural setting in Sarajevo , just a few minutes from the-old part of the city. Friendly staff, great breakfast and a relaxing wellness area. Unique architecture .
"Very disappointing stay – not recommended"
We stayed at Hotel Pino, Trebević (Sarajevo) from 31.12.2025–06.01.2026 (4 people) and left 3 days early due to the terrible conditions. The entire hotel was cold, including rooms, breakfast area, and wellness. Breakfast was cold, cleaning service was poor, and the restaurant is overpriced. We were served a burned pizza, sent it back, and received an undercooked one. The so-called wellness area was a disaster: cold pool, dirty and unhygienic sauna, not even turned on, no oils available, and we had to search for staff. Nothing relaxing about it at all. The stay caused stress and illness, and despite leaving early, no refund was offered. Do not recommend. Additional photos attached.
"Terrible"
What should have been a peaceful escape into nature on Trebević turned into one of the most unpleasant hospitality experiences I've had in Sarajevo. The prices are absurd for what you get — mediocre food and drinks sold at luxury-level prices, with none of the quality or service to justify it. You're clearly paying for the location alone, and even that loses its charm quickly once you interact with the staff. Speaking of staff: rude, dismissive, and acting like guests are a nuisance rather than customers. Basic politeness seems optional here, and any question or request is met with attitude. The ownership doesn't help the atmosphere either. The old grandpa owner just sits in his corner all day, watching but contributing absolutely nothing to improving the place or the experience. Meanwhile, the female owner comes across as stuck-up and arrogant, as if guests should be grateful just to be allowed in. That kind of superiority complex has no place in hospitality. This spot survives purely on its location in the woods — not on service, quality, or warmth. There are far better places on Trebević where you'll be treated with respect and won't feel ripped off. My advice: don't come here. Save your money, your time, and your mood, and support places that actually understand what hospitality means.
"Visited again with the family!"
Another fabulous stay at this small Family owned hotel. It's set in the nature which feels like a real retreat away from the old town hustle and bustle. The rooms are spacious and clean. We enjoyed the breakfast and the outdoor play areas. We didn't really use the pool or sauna as we were exploring Sarajevo for most of our stay. Sunnyland is super close which we really enjoyed and the staff especially Faud was always on hand to help us if we needed anything. The spa lady was really sweet and overall my boys enjoyed their stay at Pino!
"Wow booked to stay again!"
Wow! What a beautiful hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our short 3 nights stay so we've decided to book again for our whole family in Aug! The breakfast was good and the staff were so friendly. The grounds are stunning and it's like a nice escape from the busy old town / central Sarajevo. Highly recommended hotel!
"Food was great, rooms were clean, manager Boris left me speechless with his unprofessional behavior towards his employee"
Food was great, rooms were clean, manager Boris left me speechless with his unprofessional behavior towards his employee calling receptionist names in front of other guests. I am embarrassed to write it down! All kudos to waiter Dino who made our dinner and stay experience better from what manager Boris promised to us. Room key wasn't working each time we want to go upstairs someone from downstairs had to open the door. Definitely not recommending or visiting this place because of what our entire group witnessed. Safety Room key wasn't working in morning I went out dog gurded hotel, security guy was asleep who got upset when i aked him to open the room with master key.
"Kuwait in Bosnia 🇧🇦🇰🇼"
Great hotel, the food is good staff is very friendly especially Eliza and Irfhan, we come 3 people from Kuwait and the accommodation was perfect food was also halal overall great experience, the rooms were clean and heated and all staff were very helpful towards our issues, recommend 🔝
"Feedback for Pino Sarajevo"
I went there on 24th Dec,2024 to spend a night with my wife and 3 kids. Location is great. Food is good. But the best part the people, Fuad Elisa Zakir Adam Selfless courtesy and not just the faces but good hearts as well. There was unprecedented snow and our worry was to reach urgently to City centre on 25th morning. The mentioned people took personal effort to ensure the taxi arrived on time, the breakfast boxes packed well. And yes a Non alcoholic place, though their fine Bosnian coffee makes up for that ;) Vishudh Keep it up ! Vish
"You will never have second chance for first impression!"
This hotel is beautiful from outside And inside ! The staff is is OK. I will give it one star 🌟 because it's to expensive for what you're getting. This is 3 star food selling for 5 star price! Do not order Bosnian pita and do not order salad I learned it the hard way!
