The room was thoroughly inspected and no bed bugs were found and also the room was rented out, with no further complaints. We want to assure you that we are thoroughly investigating this claim and that although we have not found any evidence of a bug infestation, we are taking the necessary precautions to ensure that nothing is missed. We want to assure you that we respond promptly to pest alerts with expert extermination services and also treat to deter pests on a regularly scheduled basis. We take this business very seriously and assure you that management has taken all the steps to make sure that all the rooms are clean and our ultimate goal is to make sure each guest had a comfortable stay. I do apologize about this issue. Our latest check out time is 11:30am. And you came to check out at 3:55pm. All housekeepers were gone by 12:30 that day and no one would be here to have clean the room. We would have lost revenue. I do apologize. The next night we ended up being busy and ran out of king rooms to rent.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us. I do apologize for the misunderstanding. When you booked your room, you were supposed to call and let us know you were traveling with a pet. Once you got here we did have to change the room type because we don't except pets in suites. We also gave you a discount. We usually don't price match. Also, we don't usually have issues here, we don't know what guest do when they check in. The cops were called, but it was for a noise issue.

Guest called up front to front desk, very rude. Keys weren't deactivated by front desk. A number of things could have happened. Could have been by a cell phone or anything magnetic. Front desk was not going to go to a room to a verbally aggressive person, so for her safety she called the cops and waited. Guest did pay for two nights because they didn't voluntarily leave. Since this happened after 3 oclock pm and check out time was at 11 am there was no one here to clean the room.
