Best Western Plus Grand Rapids MN

It was ok but the place wasn't all the great it was one of the better places I've seen in a long time but it didn't have the qualities that it should have had so for a Best Western and it really should have been much better than what was there I think and I'll leave it to you

Heather was the best host we could've asked for, providing top tier service that was second to none. The hotel itself has all the amenities you could need - a pool, laundry, breakfast, cookies, and coffee! The rooms were large and extremely clean, and the beds were very comfortable too. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

First of all, this is a beautiful new hotel. Lucky us there was a Starbucks in the parking lot! The room was roomy and clean. Beautifully decorated. Walking into the entryway of the hotel was very impressive. The whole experience was very nice. I only have one complaint. The walls must be paper thin. There was someone in the next room snoring all night. And at 7 AM this morning somebody's phone in the next room must've been vibrating and they must've had it by our wall. It actually woke us up. the breakfast was nice. Very nice room. It wasn't anything overly special but it was definitely nice to have a hot breakfast. The only advice I have is when booking rooms maybe they could space them apart. Maybe do every other room. That way you wont hear the neighbors. We heard them talking we could've answered their questions. It definitely was not real private. But overall it is a beautiful hotel and I would still stay there again.

Any time I'm in Grand Rapids I stay at this hotel. It is clean, with all the amenities you nee(Except Hot Tub). But the thing that really sets it apart is the staff, the front desk team is always there to greet you with a friendly smile and ready to go above and beyond to make your stay the very best.

Relatively new hotel run by a professional staff. We love staying here. The rooms are nice and the grounds are well kept. It's quiet during the week. I've never stayed here on the weekend so I have no idea what it's like. Coffee is good. It tastes like you made it yourself.

Nice, new clean hotel. Easy, convenient location with easy access to everything you could need in town. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was well stocked, warm and clean with plenty of options to start your day!

I did not expect this level of service, friendliness, breakfast options, and room quality at this price. I stay at hotels 2-3 times and have stayed at very expensive hotels and very cheap hotels. This is an inexpensive hotel that easily compares to a name brand hotel at a much higher rate. A special section for GF breakfast, very new everywhere, large rooms, great beds and TVs, and wonderful service.

This is an excellent place to relax, sleep, and eat. We didn't get to swim as we were there for family needs. Comfy beds, great shower, great breakfast included in room rate. I recommend this hotel 100%.

Nice new property, friendly and helpful staff. Loud, drunk hockey parents and out of control kids running wild throughout the hotel. Hotel had the call the sherif on them for the 3rd time they I have stayed there.

Great place, friendly staff, nice rooms for the price. Breakfast and breakfast area is very roomy with good hot food and coffee bar open 24/7. Rooms are very clean and has a nice fridge and cabinet area

Beautiful hotel, comfortable beds, awesome shower, delicious breakfast, friendly staff. Well worth the money! Hopefully guests treat the hotel with care, it's a gorgeous newer hotel with great accommodations.

Staff was awesome. I appreciated not having my room announced while checking in and how helpful everyone was. Rooms were great and I loved being able to stream from my phone to the TV to watch the shows I wanted to watch!

Wow! What a fantastic hotel! Newer property and it shows. Nice furniture, breakfast, clean and friendly staff. Would definitely stay at this property again when back in the area. The rooms were really quiet and well decorated with mini fridge, microwave and coffee.

The customer service was horrible and the front desk lady was very very rude I didn't appreciate that if she is going to be in customer service maybe she needs more training and she told me that asking me for my driver's license was protocol I wasn't happy with her service

We were greeted by Heather she is so nice. She gave us information about places to see and eat at. We found the bedroom and bathroom clean with lots of light. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good and the lady running it was very good keeping the trays full and the tables clean It had lots of stores and restaurants around. We will definitely stay here again. The only thing was the air conditioner made a very loud noise when on and an awful sound when it shut off.

This hotel is new and awesome. Everything is clean and nice. It's quiet and the bed is soft and comfortable. The place is well thought out and a wonderful stay - better than anywhere else we've stayed in the area. Definitely the right choice!

This place is super nice. Very clean. Good exercise room and pool. Has daily breakfast specials. Everything is clean and smells clean. Very modern. Very large rooms. If it were allowed a large family could stay in the room, if some don't mind sleeping on the floor. There's room for that!

This hotel is new (opened Nov 2022). Modern decor and clean. Loved the spacious room (2 queens), very large TV and walk-in shower. Lots of outlets and high-backed chair plus circular table w chair. If you are a business traveler, you could set up a laptop at the circular table as there is no formal desk. Mid-week price was decent considering this is high season for vacationers in MN.

We spent a quiet night here. The lady who registered us was super-friendly and hospitable. Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good -- more than just a pile of sweet rolls and cereal. Extra points for fat-free milk and low-sodium vegetable juice. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice, new hotel. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Very good location, close to shops and eating areas. Couldn't ask to say at a better place. I will come back next time I'm in Grand Rapids.

Great new hotel and experience for our team! We were here for a sports tournament weekend with our team and families. The hotel is well laid out for groups, breakfast was great, and the staff was amazing. They were friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. We'll be back!
