The room was quite dusty, the beds were uncomfortable, the layout was awkward, and the drawer fell apart when we tried to open it. Very surprising, at a minimum, japanese hotels are typically spotless. At least the breakfast was good and plentiful. Not much to do or eat in the area, we took a short taxi ride to Uobei for a Shinkansen sushi experience that the kids loved.
7 minutes to walk from JR Chitose station. There is a seafood restaurant right on the first floor. The room is clean and big enough. The bed is comfortable. Didn't try the meal. Better have public sauna for relaxing. Highly recommend this hotel with limited budget.
Room size is reasonable, well-equipped with nice bed and pillows that facilitate very good sleep. Breakfast is lovely. Nice location of about 7-10 minutes' walk from JR station, with convenient stores including 7-11 & Lawson and no. If nice restaurants located nearby. It takes only 1-2 minutes to go to the road in the opposite for taking the bus to airport, especially friendly to those need to catch the morning flight.,
Stayed in 4 beds room which is spacious and comes with a living area. Cleanliness is good too, location wise is not bad as it is close to convenience shops and Aeon mall is just within 10 mins walks
I stayed at this hotel for three days in January and two more days in February and was so happy with everything that I planned to stay another four days in mid-March. Basically, I use this hotel as the center and travel to various scenic spots every day. I love Hokkaido. This hotel will definitely be my first choice any time I come back and will recommend it to my friends if they also plan to travel to Hokkaido.
We have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions and will continue to do so. The hotel is conveniently located within a 5 minute walk from the station. There are a number of very good restaurants and cafes within close proximity. There is also a convenience store across the road. This hotel is extremely comfortable - beds are a good size, and the room size is very good. WiFi service is also excellent. The rooms are stylish and well maintained. Towels are fluffy and soft. The staff at this hotel communicate very well in English. They are helpful, courteous - friendly and professional. They will readily and efficiently organise taxis for guests and offer advice for other services. The Hotel has a lovely restaurant that provides an excellent breakfast in a buffet style. The quality of food in terms of its freshness and its preparation is very good. There is a variety of food to suit all tastes - and there is plenty of it. The restaurant staff keep an attentive eye on the food - and replenish as needed. The food was just delicious - the best breakfast we had on our trip. We have stayed at this hotel on four other separate ocassions and will continue to do so. It offers excellent value for money.
reception girl helped us to book the restaurant and taxi, that is very helpful to foreigners. the internet rate is little bit slow, anyway, will book this hotel next time once we have flights to connect.
Overall happy with the night we had here, good value of price, spacious room with comfortable bedding and two choices of pillow with different softness. Deodorizer spray is provided. Basic amenities are provided. Location is great especially we need to go airport for morning flight and the bus stop Morimoto Honten Mae is just a stone away (to be precised, not more than a hundred steps from the entrance of hotel, 70m according to the web).
The room size exceeds our expectations. The location is convenient for the first time traveler in town, which provides ease of access to restaurants, and groceries shopping. An excellent value in terms of the price you paid.
Hotels for waiting for the plane in the morning. The hotel is clean. There are quite a lot of facilities. There is a parking lot behind the hotel 800 Yen/day. The room for four people has a spacious area. The bathroom is not separated, causing waste of time in a hurry. The hotel does not have an airport shuttle.
์Near Chitose Train Station and restaurant Aeon Mall Supermarket .We can go to Airport by bus every 15 minute. Hotel have lounge , Microwave , ice and many pillow for sleep. and you can travel around by bus is easy for do it.
10mins drive to airport, clean and spacious room, helpful staffs. Staffs are polite and willing to help to book airport transfer, however it was unsuccessful due to taxi company arrangement, staffs are equipped with language translator and some staffs could speak in English as well. Clear location map for cheap overnight parking area but it could be better if the hotel can provide own parking space.
Location is ok, I should have researched the city better when making reservations. Beds were softer than other Japanese hotels we have stayed at. The bathroom needed a good cleaning - mildew around the drain. The desk was falling apart. Front desk staff was rude, family of 5, with our youngest being free by their policy. When I made the reservation, because she was free they only put 4 people and the front desk staff acted like I was trying to pull a fast one when we checked in with 5. Definitely not a kid friendly hotel.
The frontdesk staff taught me where to take the airport bus, which means a lot to us, as it was snowing and the the bus is not that frequent. She gave me a colour printed visual aid and it helped me a lot. Also, the breakfast is good. All the setting are tidy and clean, and the table distance is well. We are able to relax and enjoy our meal. The staff at the restaurant is hardworking and fill up the food which is finished by the guests. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there.
Premises and price decent, but management need some flexibility. Dropping off luggage is dangerous, asked to do In the middle of the street, when car park full. Room is decent, breakfast ok, price point ok, but car park is a problem. We are asked to parked 2 blocks away in the middle of the night
Great location, super friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are decent size for Japan and spotless. Hotel also has easy access car parking and wonderful breakfast with both Japanese and international choices.
As with most Japanese hotels, the rooms can be small. Ours was even tighter as we wanted one with a double bed. Location is ideal. You are only blocks from the train station to Sapporo, or the New Chitose Airport. There's a great bakery/coffee shop across the street. A nearby pharmacy, 7 Eleven, a large AEON shopping mall, and numerous little restaurants are within a few blocks. The rooms are with a modern western touch, with refrigerator. There's a charge for buffet breakfast (the only served meal at the hotel). On the first floor you'll find a nice seating area with a fireplace, a coin self laundry, a vending coffee machine, and a microwave. The front desk is helpful, and some staff speak English.
Booked a night here for an early flight next morning. It is within walking distance from the Chitose train station. Easy to hop into the train to the airport. Quick check in, beautiful and modern hotel. Highly recommended.
Helpful staff in a hotel close to Chitose Station with easy access from New Chitose Airport. Nice reception area with spotless rooms. Excellent value for money - next time we go to Niseko we will ski our last day and catch the late bus to stay at this hotel before catching a flight to see more of Japan.
Best Western Chitose provides clean, modern rooms at an affordable price. Front desk staff were very helpful, though English is somewhat limited (to be expected!). We stayed in a Japanese style room with a family of four. Rooms were large by Japanese hotel standards. The mattresses were excellent, and so was water pressure/temperature in the showers. The room was very quiet and we couldn't hear anyone else at all during out stay. We opted to pay for breakfast, which was a buffet-style mix of Japanese and Western foods, quite delicious. Check out was relatively late, all in all this was a great overnight stay when in transit.
Compared to Best Westerns in the US, the rooms seemed small. However, the room had the best amenities--especially, the Toto toilets with the heated seat and other fine features. The breakfast was the best with both western and Japanese options. The area had many shops and different places to eat. The staff was friendly and accommodating. If you are looking for a place close to the airport, the is the place to be. The Best Western in Sapporo is actually too far from the airport. By far, this is the BEST Best Western we've stayed at.
After our agent tried to put us in two rooms at the $$$ airport hotel, I found this hotel instead. Great price for a room with four beds and good space for that final packing. We arrived by taxi from the domestic terminal. Cost us 2000 yen but for four with luggage we thought it was the easier option. Took about 10-15 minutes. The return journey was booked for us by the reception to international and was again 2000 yen. Efficient and happy with service. We arrived too early for check in and so the kind staff took all our cases, lose coats, hand luggage etc and we set off to the shopping outlet village by train. Note the train station is 450m from the hotel so if you don't have lots of luggage then it is quite feasible to use the airport train service to Chitose. When we returned all our luggage had been taken to the room and coats hung up!! Our daughter quickly went through the freebies and helped herself to a folding hairbrush and tooth brush!! But what appealed to us all was the provided PJs!!! Matching PJs - perfect for our family Christmas photo! There were slippers too but we never quite managed to use those. Bedside USB charging capability was appreciated by all and the tablet with information in multiple languages was a nice touch. I think my only down point was only green tea was supplied and we were down to our last black tea bag. But that really isn't much to complain about is it! Local 7-11 next door and we tried the Victoria steak diner for dinner across the road. Nice looking pastry cafe across the way too but we didn't make it in there. Very happy to recommend this hotel. Even with 4000 yen of taxi's it was way cheaper than the hotel airport alternative.
Hotel is conveniently located about 10mins drive from Chitose airport. We took a public bus from the airport which stops directly across the the hotel. Bus stop is called Morimoto bakery. There is no luggage rack for this bus so you will have to hold on to your luggage on the bus. Bus fare was only ¥230 per person (we got the bus info from airport information counter). On the way back to airport we took a taxi which cost ¥1800. There are plenty of restaurants and convenient stores around the hotel and it is about 5mins walk from Chitose JR station. Front desk staff are helpful and fluent in English. They kindly helped us book for bus to Niseko. Excellent selection of breakfast. Laundromat has 3 machines with washer and dryer all in one. Room is very clean and big enough for 2 checkin luggages. Shower comes with a good size bathtub. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
We are happy with room size for family of 4. Queen size comfy 4 beds with sofa set is really enough for the last night befort depart Hokkaido. The hotel located not far from Salmon aquarium where you would be enjoyed your afternoon seeing salmons swimming against the current in Chitose river (spawning season in October), it's so amazing experience.
This is our first hotel stay during our recent Hokkaido Self-drive trip. The hotel is really new, and it located on the road to Shikotsuko Lake, and its easy to find. It is close to the center, and many eating places nearby. The staffs are pleasant and helpful, and the breakfast is good with many choice. There is a handy car-park attached to the hotel, wifi is free and good.Room is on the small side but all amenities are there. The price is very reasonable and we are happy with our choice.
Stayed at the Best Western Plus Chitose Hotel in Chitose-Shi, Japan. It's only two stops on JR train (270 yen) and is two blocks away from the hotel. The hotel is clean and modern and the one queen size bed is reasonable for a couple. A mini fridge and water boiler with tea and coffee and plenty of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. They also offer toothbrushes and toothpaste plus razors. The breakfast buffet is fresh and very yummy. The hotel staffs are friendly and attentive. The only thing is when you called and asked then questions in English, they were not too certain of your concerns. There is a small Catholic Church called the Holy Name ten minutes away and it's great for prayers and special intentions. The church is clean and super peaceful and we decided to go there daily for a visit before we start our journey. The Aeon Mall is ten minutes away and there's plenty of shops and eatery. There's a 7-11 down the block and the train station is within walking distance. We will definitely book this hotel again the next time we visit Sapporo :)
This hotel is a very pleasant surprise. It is very modern, the rooms are very nice and spacious (good to rearrange your suitcase before the flight). The receptionists are very attentive, polite and helpful (e.g. by ordering taxi or giving you advice). The price is very fair. The location is 5 minutes from the train station Chitose by foot. There are plenty of restaurants around it. And a 7-eleven is right opposite. From here to the airport by taxi is 1600 Yen and takes less than 15 minutes. Hint: the airport is basically deserted till 6:30, the ANA counters only opened towards 6.45 AM (this was on September 30, 2019) and my flight to Tokyo was at 7:45. I got there way too early. If you arrive at the airport at 6:30 AM all should be good (I was there at 6:10 and had to hang around). Pay attention, if you have a transfer in Tokyo to a foreign country, you need to choose the dedicated counters. It was a very nice last night on Hokkaido before I flew home. And if I have an early flight, I will spend my last night at this hotel again and arrive the evening before. It takes away the hassles. Thank you.
We have an early flight on the next day, so we just stayed for a night here. we stayed in a room with 4 beds with my kids, there is a small area with sofa and table. It is not easy to find this kind of spacious room in Japan with reasonable price. the room is clean and spacious, beds are comfortable, just the shower is not very strong. The parking is first come first served, however it was full when we arrived around 10pm. We were worried at first, then Reception show us a a map where we can park around the area, only 700 Yen for overnight parking, we really appreciated the thoughtfulness!
Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. We were so satisfied to a night here with 2 kids. Parking was not that difficult for us, there has a back door go directly into the hotel. Aeon Mall is close by.
My wife , my son and I visited this hotel by a rental car. My son drove for us. We wasted a lot of time for just for parking our car. First, we planed to park our car shortly in front of the hotel to unload our heavy luggage. But we observed that the small road in front of the hotel is not for car. It's for motorcycle. Then there was a car parking at the street-side in front of the hotel. So, we followed suit. We had to carry our luggage around a plot of flowers to the entrance of the hotel. During checking in process, my son phone in to tell me that he couldn't park at the parking lot behind the hotel as they had directed beforehand. I asked the receptionist. She told me that it's possibly full. She gave me a map to show another parking site. My son hardly found it. In addition ,we had to show the parking card at the reception before we leave. The receptionist follow us to the parking lot to unlock and free our car. All of these are not practical. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. But the management system needs improvement. 1.parking details should be informed immediately after booking. 2.Signs are in Japanese and incomprehensible must be reviewed. 3. A link to VDO clip explanation for parking is highly recommended. 4. Location of parking lot should be mentioned as a link to google map. So the visitors can easily follow the google map to the site. The hotel has no dining room. We had to walk around to find a proper restaurant. The information that is available at the hotel is in Japanese.
We booked a room for three for an overnight stay as airport hotel was fully booked. Hotel is two JR train stops away from New Chitose airport (Yen 350, 10 minutes). Alight at Chitose train stop, exit west side and walk about 10 minutes to hotel. Check in/out was efficient. Room was very well furnished and spacious with shower area and bath tub plus separate toilet. Strong wifi in room. Taxi to airport is Yen 1,840 and takes about 10-15 minutes. Saves time especially if one has several bags to lug around.
it is new and modern. Room is compact Japanese size. Yet the bathroom is decent and not plastic. Works well as an airport transit hotel. There's a little strange at the hotel front entrance that car parked "outside" the "garden strip" so loading luggage is more awkward. Car parking at the hotel back is full at night. They have an alternative site across the street. But overall I am happy with the stay.
Booked a quad room for my family of 3 as there were no other rooms available. Its spacious and clean and the beds are super comfy. But the bathroom is very small. Breakfast is more Japanese style though there are some breads and pastries available. Overall a pleasant stay.
Arrived in the evening at about 6pm after a drive from Noboribetsu. Looking forward to a fast check in and then some rest before dinner. Oh my, car park behind the hotel was full. When I went to ask the front desk for a spot for the car park, I was told the car park was full as there were other guests using. Instead I was told to park at a make shift car park across the street. The car park was covered with small stones. You just could not drag your luggage across it. So again, we drove out to the front of the hotel and stopped along the street, unloaded the luggage and my small kid with the stroller before driving the car back to make shift car park. What a hassle! It was more than half hour back and fro just to settle the parking issue. The next day I asked for a slot in the car park behind the hotel since I was staying for 2 nights and I didn't want to face the same situation as before and had to load my luggage back into the car. Oh, it's on first come basis, the front staff asked. So if you come back late, you may not have a spot In the car park. Totally can't be bothered attitude, and that's after I had already paid parking fee of 1600 yen for 2 nights. So I drove out of the make shift car park, drove into the now empty car park behind the hotel, and got a parking ticket, exchange the ticket for a season pass with the front desk, just so that I can secure my spot for the night. It was fortunate that I did that as it was pouring when I checked out, and being able to access the car just behind the hotel was much needed. With 2 large luggages and a small kid, and no shelter available, we were still going to get wet. No offer of umbrellas or help of any sort after we checked out, you are on your own. With 7 non smoking floors, I couldn't get a non smoking room even though I was staying for 2 nights. Hmm.... was the hotel really full or just lazy to find... I am sure there are way better hotels than this in Chitose.
With a later arrival at night during Golden week, we were looking for a hotel close to the airport with a certain comfort level. We were not disappointed with the comfort level even though we may have wanted slightly larger rooms for our family of 4 (staying in 2 separate rooms). The lone disappointment of the experience was the parking space. As we could not get any spot on the hotel's parking we had to go around a couple of blocks to find an alternative solution. Obviously, while arriving late, we would have appreciated being offered a more convenient solution. However, clearly, the reception staff made themselves very much available to guide us through alternatives.
This hotel is 7 floors nonsmoking and 1 floor smoking from their initial opening in June 2019 so no rooms smell of cig smoke. Everything is clean and nice, including the views! Rooms facing front of hotel you can get a sunrise view and the other side sunset more directly. I recommend backside facing rooms but it depends on your room type. Breakfast was good too. It's worth it. I would give 5 stars but staff could not give me accurate info on bus timetable or price to Lake Shikotsu. Renta car if possible in Hokkaido.
I had searched for hotels around Chitose and decided to pick Best Western as it looked new and fitted our budget. It was more of a stay over for early morning flight. I liked that the reception staff were able to book us a car at the time we requested. As for the room (no 803), it was on the highest floor which offered a view of the airport in the distance and a good sunset view at the lift lobby. The room was great - very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. If one does not mind lugging suitcases for some 600 meters, please choose this hotel
So we stay here just for transit. We arrived at the hotel around 8.45pm, after a long train ride from Hakodate. The reception took at least 20 minutes just to get us the room we already booked via booking.com The room itself is nice and clean. But no complimentary bottle water and no safety box.
We travelled in a group of five person and had booked 2 rooms for our 2 nights stay. The 3 person room was in Japanese style with tatami beds and the double room was with 2 beds. Both rooms were spacious as compared with other hotels in the same price range.
Good location, It is in walking distance to go to railway station and Aeon about 15 mins. Easy for find place to eat . The reception very helpful. Breakfast is good. It will be good if the hotel provide airport transfer and free parking.
Excellent decor, location, interior and exterior, breakfast, services & laundromat. Cleanliness is TOP notch and easy parking lot. Surrounding area is convenient with 1 min to minimart & pharmacy drug store. 5 mins to Train station & 10 mins walk to Aeon shopping mall
I stayed at this hotel overnight to catch a flight early in the morning out from Chitose Airport. This is a good reasonably priced hotel if you want to make a quick stay around the airport. If I'm on vacation, however, I'd stay within Sapporo-City. Pro: 1. Close to Chitose Int'l Airport. 2. Accessible via JR train from the Airport, only a few stops, about 10 minutes. 3. If you want to use a taxi instead, it's also a 10 minute ride, and the fare is reasonable at $15 - $20. 4. From JR Chitose Station, you walk about 5 minutes straight on the main street. Easy to find. 5. The room was super clean, organized and quiet, though nothing fancy. Fast free Wi-Fi. Price is good. Con: 1. No shuttle bus operated by the hotel. You've got to use public transportation. 2. I stayed there during the dead winter, so not too many restaurants were open. 2. Chitose-shi is not particularly known for a destination for vacation -- not much to do. Overall, I think I will use this place again when I need to stay near the airport for whatever reasons.
Should keep this hotel as my little secret...but they are good so I need to give them their due credit. This is my first Best Western stay and I'll stay here again without a doubt! The rooms are very spacious, we booked for 3 people and we were given a room with 4 single beds, lots of space to open luggages and trust me we had quite a few! The beds were very comfortable and the rooms had windows (you could open it slightly) and we were able to see the streets. Bathrooms were of a a decent size and water pressure was good. Good quality shampoo, conditioner and shower gel were provided too. The location of the hotel was great too...a 15min ride from Chitose airport and shouldnt cost more than 2000yen. Also walking distance to the JR Chitose station. There were also lots of convenience stores around the hotel. 7-11 was next to the hotel. And there's a big AEON mall located just behind the hotel too. It's most prob a 5-7min walk. I loved AEON! Had a great food court, huge supermarket and a few other speciality shops. There's also a really old school steak house abt 3 min walk from the hotel called Victoria. Decent food with a free flow of salad bar! Special thanks to Yuki at front desk...she is so polite, so efficient and speaks perfect English! My check in for both stays were so efficient and rooms were ready each time I checked in. On my second stay, Yuki had already prepared the keys for me and she even recognised me once I stepped into the lobby. Doing hotel site inspection is part of my regular job back home so I really appreciate it when the staff go beyond their duties. So yes, Best Western may not be a 5 star hotel brand but the service level and the staff has definitely exceeded 5 stars. And yes, this has become another of my favourite hotels.
Best western plus hotel fino Chitose is really good with it's environment, cleanliness and they had diffuse lavender essential oil at the lobby which make us feel very relaxing. We arrive hotel around 11.30am and request to place our luggage at lobby and they even help us to move it into room before we come back. Staff can speak fluent english which we had successfully make our day trip to Shikotsu Lake by bus with the easy way directed by the staff for where to take bus on and off etc... It is around 40 mins way to Shikotsu lake by bus and the lake is really beautiful which must pay a visit if you stay near Chitose town. We stay only 1 night because the next morning we need to take flight at 9.30am. Please make a taxi booking at the reception it only cost 1600Yen, it's ease and convenient because we taking very heavy luggage and have kids and old folk. We take taxi at 6.15am and reach airport by 6.30am, after check-in, wait for departure door open at 7.30am and we have plenty time to do our last shopping before we on board. Highly Recommend!
The hotel is near at new Chitose airport and just walking distance from the train station. It's also convenient because there are restaurants nearby, convenient store, mcdo, small shopping mall and supermarket named Eon.
The hotel location is quite close to the airport. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, room was big and clean, the bed is very comfortable, front desk staff is polite and very good. Overall, i really enjoyed my stay here. Thank you!!
A very nice hotel. The rooms were clean and modern with all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent and reasonably priced. I would recommend. Loads of shops locally.
This hotel have everything with the good price. Have 7&11 Shop opposite the hotel. Near Aeon just 500M and aslo near Outlet just 10 Mins by Car. For car parking have at the back of the hotel for free.
We chose to stay in Chitose town after our club med holiday as our return flight was early (9:20am) the next morning. It is a nice way to unwind after a hectic 5 days of skiing, eating and drinking non-stop! If you have only hand luggage and you are traveling alone or as a couple then you can get here by train as the JR station is about 7 minutes walk. We are a family of 4 so it made sense to take a metered taxi from the airport which took about 10 minutes and cost us 1,600 yen. The location is great as you are within 5-10 minutes walk to so many restaurants. Aeon supermarket is about 5 minutes walk. I suggest going there to buy whatever souvenirs and gifts you want to bring back home.
Fortunate I came across this hotel on Internet. First impression was it was so clean and 10min walk from JR Chitose train station. JR Chitose Station is 7min from New Chitose Airport second stop. This Hotel is almost Brand New and have everything you need. It has a restaurant but I didn't see it open maybe hotel just open when I stayed. But lobby is nice and some comfortable waiting area. It has free parking which is so nice and unlimited access to carpark. Shopping mall 15min walk and restaurants and 7/11 at door step. If you walk 20min near the Aeon mall lots of local restaurants. I would recommend and stay here anytime. Staff speak good English and helpful. Rooms have everything you need. Rooms are very modern.
This hotel is clean, modern, good location and fair price. 7eleven is beside of the hotel very convenient. Bus stop 30-40m from the hotel. 10 minutes walk to Chitose railway station and Aeon supermarket.
Just stayed the one night here as had an early morning flight out of New Chitose. Staff were very attentive and helpful, including organising larger taxis for our groups ski gear. Only cost 1,200 yen from the hotel to airport. Would consider staying here again
Stayed for 4 nights in Feb 2019 for holiday Rooms are neat, clean and new. Excellent carpark next to hotel Staff are friendly and housekeeping are exceptional, even when we hanged do not disturb, do not make up room at the door, housekeeping made sure we had fresh towels and water replenished by hanging the new ones at your door knob. Very Nice touch, which I have not experienced anywhere else in the world when we instruct "Do Not Disturb" at the door
Easy to get there by walking 10+ minute from JR station. Staff ready to welcome us in front of Hotel even though the weather was nearly -8 degree , 10 minutes to reach most happening street. You can find a lot convenient store around .
We stayed here at the end of a skiing trip with friends. We had a morning flight from the airport & it was a reasonably convenient location - 3 blocks from the train station - about a 5 minute walk, then a 10 minute train ride to the airport. I am not sure how new the hotel is but it felt very new. The rooms were typically small of a Japanese hotel, but very nicely appointed & comfortable. Also - there is a 7-11 across the street, which was handy for a quick breakfast on the fly before heading to the airport. All in all, a good stay - I would stay there again
房間很不錯~但真的建議增加機場接駁服務,因為離車站還是有點距離,雪地拉行李真的太累人了,以後有接駁才會考慮入住吧The room is very good~ but it is really recommended to increase the airport connection service, because there is still a little distance from the station, the snow luggage is really too tiring, and will be considered after the connection is complete.
I didn't expect the room to be big enough for the 3 of us... we really liked the view... My kids loved there stay, they even loved the breakfast.. we wished to have stayed longer, the check in and check out of the hotel was fast.
A Must Hotel!! Near JR Chitose Station Deposit 7-11 Supermarket Near Aeon Shopping Mall Near 100 Yen Shop In accommodation is super convenience! Clean, Warm, I Like so much I'm not a reviewer but i review becoz i really love it.
The Hotel is new and very good located. There is a lovely Park (Aoba Park)20 walking Minutes to freshen you up and do some exercice all year around.the Breakfast is very good, the Staff very friendly and Helpful.good Restaurant(Victoria) and 7eleven near the Hotel.Perfect stay before or after a Flight.Airport 10 Minutes with Taxi and Aeon Mall 10 walking Minutes....
For the price i booked its bit far from the chitose station and bit hard for those travelers who bringing big luggages. And they should at least have free shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport itself.
The rooms and bathroom were clean and comfortable ! Service for check in and check out was fast and friendly. Access to the floor using the card is good security too. Great stay ! Aeon was conveniently nearby for last minute shopping. Strongly recommend for anyone who wants to stay near the Chitose Airport. So many restaurants nearby the hotel too. 7-11 is just next to the hotel.
Very good location, the hotel nearby the JR Chitose station and two stations away from the New Chitose Airport.Good cleaning in the room and the room is quite large. But the fitness centre is too small. It can accommodate one to two persons only.
My flight was canceled due to bad weather, it only took me 5 mins to find this hotel. We had a great night here, comforable, warm, especially during snowy day, my two children have their beds, too, the beds are clean and soft~
We booked a room for family of four. It's spacious and well maintain. But, no drinking water provided. Location is not bad though not as good as Ana Crown Plaza. But, there's a 7-eleven convenient shop across the road.
The hotel lobby is very welcoming and the room is very clean provided all the basic amenities. The location is very good, next to 7E store and 5 mins walk to AEON store, 10 mins drive to airport.Everything is excellent!
We booked 4 single beds for our family. Nearby Aeon mall, drug store, confectionery shop & nice eateries nearby. We went to 四季彩菜丸 which was opposite to the hotel for dinner. Very nice hot pot soup (pork with vegetables) that goes with hot ramen. The small sashimi and tempura rice bowl were great too. The eatery open till 11pm. Though they do not have English menu, the waitress briefly explained the dishes to us with minimal English patiently.
Rooms are spacious (we had 4 single beds room), location is 800m away from Chitose Station which is 2 station away from Shin-Chitose airport (train took only 7 min to the airprot). Convenient store next to it to grab something before going to the airport. Very convenient in catching an early flight to the airport.
Hotel was a bit far from Sapporo but a great location from the airport. The staff are very accommodating and are very much ready to assist their clients. The cleaners, janitors, and receptionists are very pleasant and well mannered that we didn't mind the distance we needed to travel daily
We are family of 4. Stayed in a executive quad room - with 4 single beds. Mattress was comfortable. The room was very clean. Room size was a bit small, could open 1 big & 1 small luggage at the same time, but will restrict movement in the room. Inter-room sound proofing not adequate as we can hear voices of guests from next door, especially in the bathroom. Location is great with many choices of food and convenience stores. Aeon mall is within walking distance. Parking is free and conveniently located at back of hotel. It's also a short drive to Chitose Rera Outlet Mall.
Love the new clean hotel and location for overnight from airport. 10-15mins near airport by taxi estimate 2000yen. Hotel got ice machine and 7-11 opposite hotel .Around have a few restaurants and one good bakery for breakfast. We went to one local western restaurant, food was wonderful.
Found on the right after a walk of about 5-10 mins from Chitose Station. The second stop out from the airport. Opened in June 2018 and so in superb decorative order. The facilities are state of the art. The beds are Simmons , the pillows are buckwheat and the staff are all new, keen and red hot. In short, a marvellous spot. So, "What's the beef?", I hear you cry... It could be so much better... the transport to and from the airport is by taxi to a street drop or by train and then on foot. For taxis, it would be so much better if there was a pull - in on the street outside the hotel for taxis or even just a paved area. The second option, combined, of course, with the pull - in, is a shuttle bus, which could be arranged by liaising and, of course, cost - splitting, with other hotels nearby. The frontage comprises a pavement, followed by a dip from the kerb to an area of over - trodden earth, then a rise and fall over another kerbstone, before the tarmac. All of this obstacle course must be negotiated with luggage, wheelchairs, infants, prams, the elderly and infirm etc, to reach a taxi. The alternative is a walk of 4-5 city blocks with all that luggage, etc, at the end of a pre - flight trip, hire car drop and transport, the flight and a rail hop... Add to this equation, the fact that Hokkaido is notoriously snow-bound for nearly half the year and bucketing down with rain for around half of the period where snow is absent. Rain makes the area btween pavement and road into a muddy puddle 4-6 inches deep!!!.. Now, technically, the pavement in front of a hotel and the public transport associated with it are not, technically, a hotel's direct problem. Sadly, I disagree. There is space here, or at least flagstone the muddy pond to bring it to pavement level and drop the kerb to the roadside... applications can be made to request changes to the street frontage, (You pay for this area in the UK). Other hotels have pull - ins and shuttles. It can be done!! Then, and only then, will you receive your 5th star.... would like to return,...... when the airport shuttle can deposit me at the pull-in...
Although room is quite small but it is very clean, nice and modern. Reception services is good. Hotel is nearby train station and convenient store. Free parking provided. Within 10 minutes drive to New Chitose Airport. Very recommended.
This is the best hotel yet of our 8 day trip to Hokkaido. First off we arrived hours before check-in time and hotel gladly stowed our luggage while we went shopping at Rera Outlet Mall. Check in was pleasant and when we got back to the hotel, our luggage was already delivered to our room ... now that's hospitality appreciated. We were allocated a 4 bed room for our party of tree and the room is spaaaacious ... wooohoooo! There is space to walk around without stubbing our toes on furniture and luggage. Room decor is newish and great, beds are comfy, room is well appointed, ensuite bath is great ... this hotel is fab. I am a smoker though I do not smoke in the room. I appreciate the issues of smoking in public and the disdain for it but I often feel marginalized in hotels that often only provides an ashtray out behind the hotel out in the cold. This hotel is great ... they actually have a smoking room next to the coin laundry at the lobby area. Again much appreciated. Our best stay yet in Japan. Highly recommended for those putting a night around Chitose before an early flight out.
Awesome place to rest with reasonable price. It's built in 2018 so of course clean and nice facilities. Even They recorded 8mb/10mb of Wi-Fi speed: which I have never seen any other hotels in Japan. I loved that there is enough sockets for electronics. (Because i have lots of electronic gadgets) Just one thing: I lost my sausage ?? It might thrown away accidentally when housekeeping.
Comfortable hotel at an affordable price. It is located near Chitose station, which is about 20 mins from CTS airport by bus. AEON is located behind the hotel which takes about 10 mins by walking. You can get food and grocery from there.
We were a family of 12 and booked 4 rooms. The receptionist was friendly and check in was fast. She offered one of us a bigger room seeing that there were 3 children travelling with us. Good variety at breakfast and both kids and adults loved it. Rooms were really comfortable and the bathroom was a good size. Location was also good as we could walk to nearby shopping area. We enjoyed our stay here.
Hotel is new with modern facilities like Gymnasium and washing machines, . Bedroom is big of Japanese standard and the beds are super firm and comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants nearby so dinner is not a problem. There is also a convenient store next door. Bus stop is just around the corner if you do not want to take the 10 mins walk to the train station. The same bus stop also has bus to bring you to Lake Shikotsu.
The female staff are more helpful and friendly. The one male staff we met was gruff; perhaps he was not so conversant in English... When asked if there are breakfast options outside the hotel nearby, he just led us to the hotel cafe. When pressed further, he just shrugged. We approached a female staff who helped us with our query. Otherwise, a pleasant stay plus free parking to boot. If you have a car, just drive a few minutes to McDonalds if you are tired of Japanese buffet breakfast. Lots of dining options around but we were there for one night only and tried Hamazushi - a fun sushi train joint.
professional and helpful counter staff and comfortable stay which is value for money. Free parking was a plus for 28 car only. Will like to stay again next time when visiting Hokkaido. Will be great if they can provide transportation to chitose airport
The hotel is new and the location is near JR station about 500 m. Hotel's decoration is very modern. Otherwise, a rest room in the room that I stayed has a musty smell. Should install ventilator. Check-in staff speaks English well.
Staff always help us. I Booked via booking.com found just smoking room but staff told me that he would tried changing to non smoking room but he could not promised. When I checked in last sunday , I was very surprised I found all of my rooms are non smoking. I was appreciated.
The hotel is new and nice, but they only had limited parking lot for free. If u are unable to secure a lot, u may need to park a distance away at 1000yen per 24hr. But wait for a while and u may get one. Buffet breakfast is good.
I just spent the past night at the Best Western Chitose before sending a friend off on an early flight. The hotel is new and is beautifully designed. The color scheme in dark brown is excellent, and the rooms are fresh and comfortable. I had one of the rooms with a deluxe Simmons bed in it and I slept very well. The air conditioning also was great. The only thing I didn't like at this hotel was at check-in when, after telling them I am a permanent resident, they requested to see my foreign registration card, which only the police and government are allowed to request. After refusing to give them my card, and volunteering to show them my Japanese driver's license, they relented. It is frustrating after 20+ years in Japan to be treated as a potential criminal. You have my local address on file, and I'm using a JCB credit card, and I'm speaking to you in Japanese. If you treat me like a suspect right from check-in you're already starting off on a bad foot. Apart from that, the hotel was excellent, especially for quiet Chitose. I will be happy to stay here again, but fully expect to have the same dumb request made the next time I check in...to which they will receive the same response from me.
A very new hotel that just opened early this year. Of course everything is new and clean but most importantly, it's spacious! What a rarity and indulgence in Japan. I suppose because it's quite far from most civilization they could be more generous with the space. Got ourselves a Japanese style family room which technically could take 4 (2 twin beds plus 2 futons on the tatami mat). But am glad we had it for just 3 pax, leaving a good space for moving around and we could have all 3 luggages opened at the same time! The toilet is separate from the bath and it's a huge shower space with even 2 wash basins! I slept on the futon and it's super comfy. There's a 7-11 just opposite the hotel and the hotel itself has a self service laundromat too. Parking however is a challenge here. The hotel offers free parking but their carpark has only 26 lots, first come first served. The hotel was helpful enough to let us park on the sideway just beside the handicap lot on the first day. Took some convincing and reasoning but glad and thankful it worked out. But we didn't have the same luck the next day and had to go park at a nearby underground carpark and pay ¥700 for it.
The hotel is new, so everything is clean, neat, size of room okay, lobby spacious - as for the front desk - some are nice, warm and polite, one that has a very strict face with no smile and no understanding of English Language. They do have a restaurant for breakfast but we check out before their breakfast time, so our package does not include. Just walk about 10 minutes to the station and it takes about another 8 minutes to reach the airport station, so convenient for light luggage guests. For family or those with many pieces of luggage, the hotel can book taxi which cost about Y1600 per 1 way trip. Near to the hotel there is a Yakitori restuarant, and if you do not mind walking around there are few cafes, restaurants, 7-11 and there is a Mall 2 streets behind where you can buy lots of stuff. Highly recommended for those who want a clean, reasonable priced hotel and is near to New Chitose airport.
A large (for Japan) room in a spotless hotel. Luckily for me there wasn't much for me to do in town for the evening, so I could enjoy the room without feeling like I was hiding. Very clean, excellent value!!!
Brand new hotel so cleaniness is unquestionable. Quality breakfast with adequate spread. The price we paid for wouldn't have included breakfast if we booked elsewhere in Chitose, but unsure if it was for promotional period only. Good choice for a midway stop driving between south and east Hokkaido if you not going for onsen hotel in central Hokkaido which will easily cost you double or more. There is a nice yakitori restaurant ?? not far from the hotel which can accomodate our big group of eight though it looked small from the outside.
One of my favourite hotels for my Hokkaido trip. New and clean. Spacious. Comfortable. Quite close to the jr station where there are a few malls. A new restaurant was opening right at the hotel when we were there. And it looks good. Definitely recommend staying here to be close to the new chitose airport, if the airport hotel is not available.
