"Smashed car windows"

Windows being smashed seems like a regular occurrence at this hotel. 15 car windows smashed Friday night. You would expect the hotel to get security and watch Saturday night but they did nothing and it happened again Saturday night. After reading more reviews, we realized this is not the first time this has happened. Rooms are poorly laid out. Furniture was very run down and things were very dusty and dirty. I would not recommend staying here.

I would like to rate my experience and service a 0 instead of 1. The place is dirty and the staff is rude and unprofessional. There is no phone service in the area and the beds are horrible. Will never return to this hotel.

Most relaxing and enjoyable stay I've had in a very long time. The hotel itself is sitting back by itself, like a hidden treasure. The staff was great, very helpful and pleasant. I will definitely come back to stay here at my first opportunity!

We had reservations to stay at Glo in Nashville after driving 8 hrs from Kansas. We had called and let them know we would be checking in around 10 PM. We arrived at 9:55. When we went in to check in there was one woman working at the desk. She said she was sorry, but had an issue and needed to leave. She states she would be back in 10 minutes. very strange. After 15 minutes, she was not back and I did call the customer service number online., briefly explaining that the employee left and was not back yet and could we cancel the reservation and go somewhere else without being charged. He could not answer that question and told me to call back the next day. I tried explain that would be too late. I asked if he had a number to call a manager and he stated no, the only number he had was to the hotel. The lady returned at 10:40, but stayed in the truck, found out she had to borrow the truck from a customer at the hotel. They must have known each other, as she was texting him during this. That's also strange and suspicious. At 10:50, my son and another man that was waiting to check-in went to the truck and basically had to tell her to come check us in or we are leaving. At this point there are 4 sets of people waiting to check in. She told us we would get a discount for having to wait, but of course we did not and the person checking us out the next morning knew nothing about what had happened the night before. it was very very unprofessional. we arrived at 9:55 and checked in at 11:00 . I have never seen anyone walk away from customers, having them wait and leave the hotel unattended with the doors unlocked. Don't think I will go back.

"Not very clean and absent staff"

We had high hopes for this hotel based off of prior reviews. We were very disappointed When we got in the room it was not cleaned to any normal hotel standards. There were a few towels, but they were haphazardly placed and hanging off the towel bars as if already used. There were no bars of soap for the sink, but 9 conditioners, 6 shampoos of two different types and they were just all thrown in the corner of the counter. We started out with a half a roll of toilet paper as well. Remote control was sticky and dirty and hardly worked. Desk chair was dirty and had a broken back. It was just overall disarray. We were only there a night on our road trip and wanted to just sleep so that is what we did, but uneasily as who knows if sheets were up to par. The worst was when we went to check out very early in the morning. We went to grab the luggage cart and there was no one at the front desk. We loaded the cart and went downstairs still no one. Went and loaded car and came back in, still no one around. We sat around another half hour to check out, still nothing. Knocked on every office and storage door and no response. Tried to call the hotel, it rang once and hung up. Called the 800 number who tried to reach the staff and they could not. Finally grabbed paper from the business center printer and left a note with the keys saying we were checking out. What an aggravating waste of time. We for sure will never be back to this property, and most likely not another Best western as there are better hotel groups out there.

The customer service at glow was top notch. We arrived a day late because of a canceled flight. They made sure our room was ready the next day and even offered to let us check out a little late, if we needed to because they knew that we were tired. The lobby and everything appear to be very clean. We arrived at our room and even though I found the decor a bit too modern for my liking everything is pretty nice and spacious. The one thing that annoyed me was that the mattress kept sliding on the platform from the bed and I hit the back of my leg and got a huge bruise. I was still not upset. Upon packing up the next day, my daughter discovered huge brown stain on the side of her bed sheets. We did not see this the day before and thank God, she slept on the other side of the bed. I'm so disgusted! I'm a Best Western Rewards member. This really left me concerned about the cleanliness at each BW. This was going to be a five-star review from the minute I walked into that hotel, now it's a three.

Stayed here last night worst sleep in my life no air in my room or my daughter room roaches in the bathroom I complained during the night. When I saw the manager in the morning she said she could take $10 off of a $245 bill for one night

This hotel is a hidden gem in a great location. Close to the Nashville airport, minutes drive to downtown Music row, Blue bird cafe, hour or so to Chattanooga and Look out mountain/ Ruby Falls. Great breakfast, amazing friendly and helpful staff and the beds were like sleeping on clouds after a busy day of activities.

The young lady who checked us in was phenomenal and went above and beyond. When we got to our room my son took a shower. The shampoo and body wash were completely empty. She came up and filled them and then cleaned up his mess. I told her we would get that but she did it anyway. When I got in the shower, the faucet handle and cover fell off. I spent 30 minutes getting it re attached. There was a large spider web in the corner by the window and on the opposite side the wall paper was peeling. House keeping is apparently cleaning “around” the furniture as there were crumbs behind the chair and dirty q-tips under the nightstand. The stoppers on the sliding door are also in the wrong place. Because of this my son and I both smashed fingers. This also makes it difficult to open the door while in the bathroom since the handle is against the wall and is also bent from slamming into the wall multiple times.

Tbh it's super close to the airport and easy to Uber anywhere downtown for next to nothing. I have stayed once before and I'm happy that it was about the same as last time. A few changes for the better and safety of others

The staff was not very friendly or welcoming. The room was not clean (hair on floor from previous guests apparently). The guest upstairs was very loud / walls and floors paper thin. Construction going on so not a lot of rest during stay especially after long flight. Breakfast was really good!!

The main complaint for the GLO was the staff and customer service. The front desk staff and management were horrible! They have no customer service skills. Sofia would not get off her chair from behind the desk. Very snotty attitude. Samantha was just as bad upon check-in. Andrea, asst mgr was supposed to get back to me with my concerns and the GM, both chose to ignor me as the hotel guest. The washer/dryer does not work. The shower was out of soap/shampoo, we checked in at night, super tired and Samantha FDesk could not find extra bottles and blew us off to start! (they have the kind that attach to the wall) View was ugly parking lot over the Rodeway Inn The AC made a lot of noice, off/on/off/on The blinds did not work well.

Our room looked over into the Rodeway Inn, not the best view. Blinds did not function properly, they were out of theguide tracks. Bathroom shelves are over the toilet, not the most sanitary place for them.

The room was nice and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and neat. The bathroom was very nice and clean. This was our first time staying at a Glo, and we were impressed. Very nice hotel with a good price. Next time we visit Nashville we will definitely be considering this location. As for the previous reviews of vehicles being broken into, we were fortunate to have not seen this. Hopefully the issues have been resolved and local law enforcement has it under control. I especially love the diamond member parking spot. Only complaint with that is that there should be 2 or 3 of these parking places instead of the 1

These ladies deserve a raise!! They have went above an beyond for us in service!! And they are AWESOME!!! Best front desk an valet parkin I've EVER dealt with!! Kaylee went out of her way to make sure that we were MORE the. Comfortable ab helped us with EVERY thing we needed! And naudia was AMAZING also! We are in town for the truck show this weekend an these girls were AMAZING!! Give them A RAISE!!!

I had to stay one night so I could be close to the airport. I saw online that it was newly renovated and only miles from the airport. Not only were the 4 first rooms I was assigned not even cleaned, the room I did end up staying in had a crack in the door where I felt unsafe as a female traveling alone and still not the cleanest. There were slamming of doors until 3-4am and at that point I just checked out and headed to the airport early. Unfortunately won't be staying here again. The woman at the front desk was so nice and wasn't her fault. The hotel in general is nothing like what you see online.

Positives - spacious room, very comfortable bed, spacious bathroom with great shower, nicely decorated, refrigerator and microwave, nice dark shades, great breakfast, clean except for the floor Negatives - You can hear everything above you. Person walking at 4:30 am woke us up, so loud it sounded like stomping, could hear the bathroom door close loudly above, heard two different alarm clocks going off. It was a good thing I slept so comfortably until 4:30, because that was it for me. The floor in my room was pretty dirty. The amount of dirt my feet picked up between the shower and the bed was gross, and I kept getting my sock stuck on a sticky spot. The pillows are thick and hard. The bathroom door handle was very loose. The tissue in the bathroom was like sandpaper. No water to drink at the breakfast bar. Recommendation - It was a very nice, comfortable room, so I wouldn't say don't stay here. Just ask for the top floor, bring ear plugs, and hopefully they'll start cleaning the floors better.

Clean rooms, very nice and friendly staff. The bathrooms are the biggest ones I've seen at a hotel, mind you I don't stay at five star hotels or have tons of money to do so. Very close, a short uber ride, to the downtown area of Nashville. Would stay there again in the future. Also very quiet. Some hotels you can hear the guests going in and out of there rooms, here there were no such distractions.

I found this hotel as the cost was affordable with free parking and it is about a 15 minute drive to downtown and 8 minutes from the airport. You can barely hear airplanes and it is a quiet safe area which is nice. I took the complimentary shuttle from the airport. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The rooms and hotel are modern looking. We got into a car accident and we were able to extend two nights last minute. Everyone at the front desk was helpful and kind. We highly recommend this hotel! I will definitely book this hotel again the next time we visit Nashville.

We stayed here for a week for my boyfriends birthday. I am writing this review to give credit to the front desk person Sophia for making our stay incredibly enjoyable. Every morning she greeted us with a warm welcome to breakfast, and every evening on the way out she made me feel beautiful, and wished us a lovely evening. She also printed us an embarrassing amount of replacement room keys with a smile on her face! Get yourself a partner who looks at you and talks to you like Sophia from Best Western.

Booked this hotel the day before my stay. It was very quick and easy to book, simple to navigate, and in a great location! The manager was on duty when we checked in, and she was extremely personable and easy to talk to! When we left for dinner and came back, she greeted us and asked how our night went! SO nice!

Hotel is nice! I'm an elite member! However I woke up to check out Sunday morning to discover my car window had been busted out as well as 7 other windows. Security needs to be upgraded and additional cameras should be added to cover entire parking lot! Paid $143 for a room then $200 for a window I'm not happy about that. Room had a small odor and found hair clips in shower

My first impression of the hotel was nice and clean. The lady at check-in was nice. She informed me of the $25 incidental fee and quiet hours after 10. I got to my room, and everything appeared clean. The bedroom and bathroom were very spacious; bed was comfortable. The bathroom had dispensers inside the shower for body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The body wash dispenser was empty but there was a bar of facial soap and a small bottle of body wash by the sink. The only problem was there were bags of garbage piled up outside the elevator on the ground floor and the floor where my room was located. The next morning as I was leaving the elevator, there was orange juice spilled all over the floor.

Ms. Deisy is the greatest ever! This hotel was absolutely immaculate from the service, to the cleanliness, to the appearance, and the breakfast. The staff were so friendly and kind and they were very quick with any requests. The manager Ms. Deisy is an absolute sweetheart and made my stay that much more enjoyable. I now have a go to hotel when I come to Nashville and certainly am looking forward to it! Would recommend this to anyone looking for the best quality for price.

The service at the hotel and the attentiveness of the all the staff was impecable! We were snowed in but the manager went out of her way to get us all food! We couldn't have been in better hands! If I was ever back in Nashville this would be were we would stay without a doubt!!

Very nice and clean hotel, Parking is included (free) which is very nice, Uber to Downtown is $12 .. Its cheaper to stay further and pay for uber than stay closer to downtown pay more for hotel and $40-50 for overnight parking.

Hotel is slightly out of the city centre, yet a 10-15 minute car journey in. Check in staff were friendly and welcoming, with the room clean and well furnished. Great value for what I paid and wouldn't hesitate in staying again.

This hotel is an ideal location. It's near the airport and tucked away from the touristy hub bub. It is a straight shot short 8 minute drive to Berry Hill area where the recording studios are and basically one road to it. If you're a producer, artist or session player looking for a quiet and clean place to stay - this is it! The manager Katie is very accommodating and friendly. The hotel is very clean and rooms are spacious. It felt calm and a home away from home vibe. The bed, pillows and linens were VERY comfortable.

The breakfast was advertised as a full, hot breakfast. We were very disappointed. Usually there was no meat or eggs. When they were there, they didn't amount to much. Over all, the breakfast was a major disappointment. They maid service was poor even though ours was better than our friends, who stayed on a different floor. The motel isn't located too far from Nashville's major attractions but it is not close. Another issue with the location is that there are very few restaurants within walking distance of the property. There are lots of hotels in Nashville and I think there are more than likely many hotels that would be a better choice than this one. This was the first time we stayed in a Glo Best Western. If this is what they are all like, I will pass on the next one.

"Worst Best Wester hotel we've ever stayed at"

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights. When we checked in the first thing I noticed was that the inside handle on the “barn door” slider to the bathroom was falling off. I reported it to the registration desk, and also left a polite note for maid service to have it repaired. The following day nothing had been done. I again reported it to the registration desk. This went on each day. On day 4 the entire handle fell off onto the floor. It was still on the floor when we left to come home. Maid service was terrible as well. 3 of the 5 days after returning from downtown the service had not been to our room. We had to get towels from the front desk. So you know we had a pile of wet towels on the bathroom floor that we had to deal with. And on the 2 days maid service did arrive, the bed wasn't made, and the pillows we're laying on a chair. Each morning when I entered the wet shower, dirt from walking in bare feet in the room would come off in the shower. The hardwood and tile floors were filthy. The breakfast buffet was staffed by one attendant. Totally inadequate. The hot food items would be mostly gone when we would get there by 7:30. There was no variety to the menu. I really felt sorry for the attendant, and told her so. We will never stay here again. For $150-160 a night I certainly would expect better.

First off, they need to pay closer attention to damage and poor repair work. For a new hotel, the repair work on any damage was subpar. Putty filler was still visible and unpainted, large holes in the wall where the install crew made errors and never fixed them. When housekeeping "cleans" the room, they should actually do a complete job. For the first 3 nights, we had a broom left in our room. I even moved it so the maid would see it and remove it, but nope, it stayed! They only made the bed 2x of our 4 nites stay. Towels were only put in the towel area once. Other times, they were on the unmade bed, on the counter top or on the chair by the door. The lamps that are affixed to the wall are about 8" from the night stand and you can barely put anything on it, let alone not hit the lamp when you access the alarm clock. 2x we didnt have our coffee of drinking cups (cold and hot) replaced, and when we called the desk, we were told we could come down and get the requested items. Water leaked under the shower door, which had the potential for a slipping hazard. The breakfast was no where near what was described. There were these little mini hamburger looking things that were so dry and hard, they could not be eaten. Desk clerk George was literally the only good thing about this place!

This is a nice new hotel in Nashville, the breakfast area needs some work to make sure there is enough during the whole time frame. The showers are nice, the storage and closets are roomy. The rooms are a nice size and comfortable. Minutes from downtown and cheap Uber/Lyft costs.

No I wasn't expecting the bed to be made. I was expecting the trash to be emptied, fresh towels and toilet paper to be changed. (there was not a backup roll of toilet paper otherwise I would have done it myself)Everyday I had to ask for fresh towels.

I highly recommend GLo Best Western. Our room was modern attire, comforatable and quiet. I loved the desk area with the ergonomic fitted chair that tilts and rolls. The price with taxes was only $140.00 per night. You cannot beat the price and the comfort/ammenities of GLo Best Western.

"Fun and Hip for the Young at Heart"

This is new version of Best Western which is fun and hip for the young at heart. We were not entuhsaistic about the location, which might be more appreciated for an airport stay. For the passing-through, traveller, it did not seem to be located near a reasonable selection of nearby restaurants. It is so new that there were a few small quirks which they will probably soon straighten out, like a lack of decaf coffee at an otherwise nice breakfast.

Located behind a roach motel, this Glo I had better expectations on the overall stay. This concept does not have a warm welcome at all. The pictures online are overly photoshopped, its crazy. I even felt bad for all the guests while they looked at disappointment at the the breakfast options. Not cool when you charge full price and then use the Covid excuse for the crappy breakfast. Pop tarts, brown bananas, cheap stale bagel. Come on, you can do much better!

"It has a lot of potential"

It was clear from the start that this property was recently built or renovated. but once in our room it became clearer that the work was done quickly and half assed. bathroom mirror was secured tot eh wall but very crooked, outlet covers did not line up with outlets so they were hard to use. fixtures on walls and in bathroom shower were poorly done, large spaces our fixtures wide open. Check in and out was quick and easy aside from the fact that we were assigned a room that was already take and woke the poor people up at 1230 in the morning when trying to get into the room. They too were assigned the wrong room. Once the room was straightened out it as all good. It was clear there were 2 people in our room but we were never left enough towels and washcloths for 2 and the last day we didn't receive any at all, had to go to the front desk to get towels and washcloths.

The decor was great, the location was great but the service was poor. Front desk staff lacked any sort of customer service skills and house keepers were beyond lazy. I understand everywhere is short staffed but there wasn't even an effort to make things right. Our king room was perfect sized and decorated nicely. Would be awesome to have a bar in the lobby :).

Check in staff was wonderful…had gift cards issued by BW and Assured management would handle the credit prior to card being charged. 24 hours later they still have not handled and charged my card the full amount: called to resolved within the hotel and left on hold for 14 minutes with no assistance or resolution. Great staff…poor management.

We stayed here last night. The room was nicely appointed in a minimalistic/modern style. Very nice. The bathroom was clean and well organized also. We only have two comments. First, the walls were thin and allowed us to hear someone in the adjoining room argue on the the phone at around 11pm. I was able to make out most of the conversation. Second, as we were getting ready to leave at about 9am I went to get one last coffee for the road. The coffee container was empty. They said they would make more but it would take a few minutes. Bummer.

Upon arrival and checkout (two days later) the front desk staff had friends hanging out at the counter (two different team employees). The place was not worth the price. It was pretty inside but the lack of customer service in a hospitality industry was way below average. Also, upon arrival the outside trash cans were overflowing with trash. I understand that it was late but if that is a guests first perception then it should be addressed. In the past month I have stayed at 23 hotels, including this one. I would not stay here again when returning to Nashville. There are much nicer places in the area for the price.

The hotel is very nice from the outside (don't be deceived by the hotel in front of it). When I checked in, the front desk attendant was friendly and very willing to help. We parked and went up to our room, which was beautiful. It was clean, bright, and very spacious. The breakfast was good and included quite a few options. Our only ‘complaints' were the person above us was wearing heels at 6 am and could be heard stomping around, and the alarm on the room clock was set for 530 am. We appreciated this hotel being away from the busy downtown. It was easy to get downtown from this location.

This was our 2nd. visit to Nashville and I searched pretty hard to find somewhere reasonable in the busy summer month of July, that was also pretty nice. This place fit the bill. It was a good location without too much noise, it was only a few years old; bright and modern and it was clean. With that being said, one day our room wasn't cleaned or restocked with towels, so I had to get them from the front desk. It seems that most places are lacking help & this may be why I was a tad frustrated with the lack of front desk help and maid service. BUT, I DO want to give a shout out to "Miss Margaret" who made my reservation with a great disposition and gave me a very fair rate with a discount. I never got to meet her, but she needed to be commended for her determination to make me happy with a good rate to stay there at the GLO BW. From the others I met there, she definitely stood above the rest! --I'd definitely stay here, again...no doubt.

The hotel that sits directly in front of this hotel made my spouse and I almost do a U-turn. We continue to go to the hotel and found out that this is actually a really nice hotel. The lobby was nice the gym was amazing the rooms were really nice the breakfast was great. All in all this hotel was actually great. We really enjoyed the fact that there was no swimming pool because that meant people would not be running around in the hallway areas would not be wet. This hotel seems to be either for a business or leisure time for adults.

Paid for room via Priceline but hotel charged my credit card again still not resolved. Floor of room was sticky dried food stuck to floor. Toilet made gurgling sounds all night and if you have guests in the floor above you beware you will not be getting any sleep.

The only remarks, I have with this Hotel is, They need to keep the entrance outside clean for the cost of the room I expected clean. The rooms were awesome as it is a new hotel. The location is a bit concerning for safety, Close to the Airport. If you are staying to visit Nashville for a few days, I would suggest another place to stay.

Hotel needs a little minor maintenance to make it top notch but conveniently located if you have a car rental. Front desk staff amazing. If you like sleeping in a shipping container, pick this hotel! Actually, it wasn't half bad. Hotel and everything in it appears new and clean. The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was the size and shape of a shipping container and had a very unwelcoming, cold feel to it. The furniture and décor was overly trendy and sparse. Perhaps it will appear to younger types. There was no counter space and the lack of carpet gave the room a bit of an echo! Also, the room needed more outlets. The A/C died the first night , but they switched rooms for us no problem and comped the bill. The staff was great and the place was clean and everything appeared new. If you like trendy and something different, this hotel is for you.

The room was very nice, I really liked the modern décor. The bed was very comfortable. This is a new hotel, but it is already showing signs of neglect. This hotel did the smart thing & got rid of carpet in the rooms. Love that, BUT I spilled some water on the floor & wiped it up with a white wash cloth & the cloth came up black. Which shows they are not mopping the floors on a regular basis. We watched dirt that remained in the corners of the elevator & in our room for 3 days that was never touched. When they came in daily they did provide new towels & wash cloths & emptied the trash, but left the trash cans in the middle of the room. I never saw anyone in the 3 days we were there cleaning the public spaces other than the gentleman outside cleaning the parking lot, the outside of the facility was spotless.

Glo Best Western provided a sense of privacy and welcoming stay all in one. My husband and I are locals and we wanted to experience a get away from home but not leaving Nashville as a whole. We were very pleased on how clean the hotel was. The setup of the room , loved that you couldn't hear people in the hallway what so ever. Water was scolding hot and that is one thing I pay attention to . Bed was extremely comfortable and over all the staff was so nice. Definitely will be staying again.

This is Best Western's failed attempt at being relevant. On the outside, looks great, updated, hip, modern. Upon entering the room we were hit with a not fresh scent, not BAD, just not a clean scent. However the floor was not clean, in all the corners were dusty and had debris including a candy wrapper and a razor head behind the toilet. Signs of wear are already present from disrespectful travelers. There is currently no breakfast being served, but a bagged breakfast instead. Now let's talk about the bedding. Pillows are atrocious! Hard, thick, and cheap. Baby cot was requested and there is no bedding! How do they expect you to place a baby on a surface that has no way to be cleaned. Gag me. Didn't see it prior to going to sleep because it was under the pillows, but there was dried blood under my pillows that I didn't discover until the morning after sleeping on it. The ONLY reason I gave this place 2 stars instead of 1 was because of the staff. They were extremely pleasant and helpful. They are the only thing that keeps this place afloat. Gym did look nice too.

This hotel is really dirty and I would not recommend anybody stay on it. There's spots on the wall and it looks like things here and there have been beat up really bad and not taken care of. The hotel staff is not that great either they seem to be bothered we need to ask him a question about anything. I'm not impressed!

The hotel was everything you need with the extremely comfortable beds, fridge in room, nice shower, microwave, clean, hardwood laminate floors, the room was quiet, smelled clean, the air worked well and was quiet compared to other places I've stayed. The staff was great. This was a wonderful last minute find. It was my first stay here, but it certainly won't be my last.

Cheap, cheap, cheap. Bring your earplugs, otherwise you will hear everything at night, from the rooms next to you, the hallway, the road. Cheap air con unit (PTAC) is insanely loud, especially in heating mode. The receptionist was unfriendly, and disinterested at check in, the lady at checkout was more into checking her email than telling us of the breakfast options, we had to ask her for the small bag with the apple and muffin. Coffee undrinkable. In the forested area next to the property people live in tents.

"Best Hotel outside of Downtown Nashville"

This is my 6th stay in Nashville area this year. My go to place when I have a conference at the Gaylord Convention Center is this GLo Best Western! I first came here in July 4,2019 since then the building and service is more professional and safe. I was happy with the to go breakfast given which included muffin, water, two fruits, breakfast bar, and coffee to go! I love the VIP parking for Platinum/Diamond members too! I always sleep my best here with the bedding and amenities. Love the decor boutique style of this hotel and it's only 13 mins to Convention Center/Opry Mills and same to Downtown Nashville. Hope to be back here again!

"Mask requirement during a pandemic."

I stayed at the Glo Best Western hotel 10/15/20-10/18/20. At first I felt safe because on each door there was a mask requirement for all hotel staff and guests. However, the front desk attendant was not wearing a mask, nor was any of the house keepers during my stay at this location. When I asked the front desk clerk why she was not wearing a mask, she replied " I'll put one on if it makes you feel better." This was a mockery of my question, when I was simply referring to the signs on the front door and elevators requiring guests and hotel staff to wear a mask. I requested that the house keepers not enter my room during my whole stay. If you require your guests to wear masks, the hospitality staff should be a direct reflection of the hotel's requirements. Best Western's actions jeopardized my health, and ultimately my family's health upon my return. I thought I would be in a safe environment staying in your hotel, I was mistaken.

I wasn't super excited to book at a hotel type I'd never heard of (GLo? Huh?), but at check in I was surprised to see a bright and lovely new hotel with modern decor. My room was clean and well appointed, the bed was comfortable and pillows firm, and the layout was logical! I appreciate that the flooring is a sensible laminate, no gross carpet, and the shower is spacious with nice water pressure and REALLY HOT water. I would happily stay here again -- oh and tons of Uber Eats, etc., delivery options too. Really pleasant stay.

I stayed here back in 2018, and loved it. I saw that it was the cheapest option for my trip and was very happy. I stayed twice this week on my trip. The first trip was without a hitch. Rooms both times were clean, the same standard from when i was there a while ago. Staff on the first stay were amazing. Unfortunately, the second time around, a male employee who I believe might have been the same male employee as someone else commented about in August of this year was a bit...frustrated when I attempted to check in. Very harshly and abruply indicated that he had no rooms. (Granted yes, I was a bit early, but it could have been a bit nicer about it.) It did not help that it appeared he had a personal visitor there speaking to him, which honestly seemed to be his irritant. Aside from his facemask being a bit...interesting, everything else was amazing as usual.

Over night stay here, as we had a flight early the next morning. Had seen GLO's before, just had never tried... really enjoyed it! Would recommend this hotel to anyone- travelers, family, etc. Everything one needs- very comfortable and great value.

We stayed at GLO for one night while traveling home from Florida. There are some positives and some negatives about my stay. Positives are the modern decor and freshness of the property are fantastic! Our room was spacious and clean - however when we woke up the next morning there were ants crawling all over the table by the window! I'm talking 20 - 30 nasty ants. It was disgusting! When I checked out of the hotel the next morning I spoke to the gentleman at the front desk, who was wonderful by the way. He said he would have the manager contact me on Tuesday about my issue. I have yet to hear from someone so I'm posting this review for you to see. As we were driving home that day I had about 5 ants climb out of my purse, which had been setting on that table all night! So so gross! I Won't be back to Stay at this hotel! If you have an ant problem then get it taken care of! Absolutely disgusting! Just sharing my experience so you can be aware!

I don't understand how this place doesn't have bad reviews! I'm not one to hang a place to dry. But this place sucks! 1. Horrible customer service! Grab and Go bags for breakfast are handed out in the mornings. I went to get some for self and family members. The black male individual made some remarks and faces of being annoyed. I'm guessing he had to refill some more bags. Horrendous! 2. There were ants in the room. We sprayed some Lysol bleach on the floor and near the microwave to get rid of them. 3. The room door didn't close completely. It was locked. But there was still a crack. It's a new hotel building. This is evidence of quick construction buildings. We will never stay at this place again. And won't ever consider Glo BW Hotels. It's a shame. I'm so disappointed.

Clean, new hotel, Quirky decoration. Lighting in the room is pretty weak. I am sure this place is meant for the budget minded millenial business travler. Nothing really to complain about but at 50 years old I probably should have picked a slightly more expensive competitor.

Glo offers a nice new contemporary feel to a cookie cutter world. The lobby was designed beautifully and the rooms felt great. My only complaint is the breakfast, it was definitely lacking compared to most of the places that I stay.

The hotel was new with a funky, modern decor. Check in was easy. Check out was quick. Front desk supplied us with tooth brushes because we forgot ours. Located very close to the airport which was convenient. That was the reason for our stay. We caught a plane the next day.

Staying overnight in Nashville was unexpected. I searched for a nearby hotel that was inexpensive and clean. This lovely hotel exceeded my expectations. It is brand new, very clean, modern, colorful, spacious, comfortable beds, and an excellent free breakfast. The staff was friendly and attentive. It has a quiet culdesaclike location. I will definitely stay there again. . .

This hotel's name, Glo seemed a little odd until we arrived. All modernistic lighting on the outside makes it glow. It is eight months old and very clean and well built. Whenever you book an airport hotel jet noise is a concern. Not here. The building is so well insulated that we had to listen carefully before hearing the whisper sound of a plane passing by. The rooms are a little different from most. They are long, and rectangular. The floors are “bare” making them cleaner than their carpeted brethren. We had a problem with the shower and when they couldn't fix it immediately, gave us a new room. Beds comfortable, shower door sealed perfectly, no leaks on the floor. Coffee served all day. Nice breakfast area. Good breakfast: eggs, breakfast meat, waffles, yogurt, etc. We stayed three nights and were very happy.

Everythiing about this location was better than my expectations. The breakfast was good. The staff could hardly be any better. It is new and as such, not smelly or dirty. It is close to the airport and close enough to a couple of places to eat out. This will be my place to stay when in Nashville.

Very nice modern hotel. No carpet which is great for allergy suffers. Rooms are modern for miliniums but if ur up to speed u will like it! I would stay again there. Shuttle take u to and fr airport. I walked around area as solo traveler and had no issues.

Loved the room! Nice decor. Didn't have the same ole same ole feel of every other hotel out there Very pleasnt. Super comfy bed with TONS of pillows! Superb! The bathroom was phenomenal. I will definitely return.

So we book this room on Priceline. We only needed it to stay for an early airport flight the next morning. We called a few days before we arrive to ask a question. We had to call 4 or 5 times before anyone answered. Once they answered they could not answer my question. She said she would call her manager and call me back. After an hour, I tried to call back. They hung up on me and then would not answer the phone again. Frustrating!!!! Then we arrive for our stay. They had us down for a king bed. We needed 2 beds. They were not going to budge on swapping our room. So we walked out. We were going to just forget it and lose our money. My husband walked back inside the lobby and overheard the guy talking about him to the manager. So guess what they did, they gave us a room with 2 beds (only because he heard them talking about us). We will not be booking this place again! It's unfortunate because the place is super nice but just horrible customer service.

Beds are extremely comfortable, rooms are clean and bright, very modern feeling. Location could not be more convenient. Feels tucked away, but extremely close to both the airport and downtown. We came to go to Vanderbilt and it is a very easy commute.

Spent one night, but by the time I left I felt like I knew the staff...and better yet, that they knew me! Jamaika greeted us warmly, and explained everything that we needed to know. The next day, she had excellent suggestions of things to do and places to go! We greatly appreciated all that Jamaika did to make our one night stay a wonderful experience! John, of housekeeping, was super friendly and outgoing! The hotel is just 5 months old, but still seems brand new. Everything was super clean and fresh. I read another review which criticized the “harsh” lighting in the room. While several of the lights had very cool white led lights, there were also some more “warm” tinted lights, too. During the day, the natural light from the large window adequately illuminated our room. Definitely a place where I would stay again. Convenient to BNA and Park and Fly! Thanks for a great stay!!!

This hotel was not for us and we won't stay at a GLO hotel again. From other reviews, we were very disappointed. It did not have a welcoming feel to the hotel, especially the room. It had a cold, cheap modern look. We like the modern look, however, this hotel was remodeled with a low budget. Lighting was harsh and housekeeping was lacking in our room.

The hotel was easy access from I-40. It has only been opened for six months. Close to the airport and next to a neighborhood. It was just my Teenage Granddaughter and I traveling and we felt very safe. Room is very modern, no carpet! (yay!). Extremely clean ! Complimentary breakfast was very good for a hotel breakfast. I worried that the close proximity to the airport may be a problem but planes flying over were minimal. Very reasonably priced especially for the Nashville area. Hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming! Will definitely stay here for future trips to the Nashville area!

I had an early morning flight, so my daughter drove me to Nashville the evening before. The Best Western, only a few minutes from the airport, was clean and the beds were super comfortable. The room looked like it had recently been remodeled. Free breakfast was included, but we had an early checkout. Perfect choice for a short stay.

This hotel is incomparable to most hotels I have stayed in. First of all, WOW... The customer service is amazing. The night we checked in, the lady who helped us (forgot her name-beautiful long colored hair) went above and beyond to impress us. We are Best Western Elite Members, so we received our free snacks upon check-in, but she also gave us an amazing and large room. The room was clean, nice new fixtures and everything was perfect. I felt like I was in a $300+ per night hotel, as I have stayed in many of them. I told my spouse that from here on out, if we are out of town on a trip, we are searching for a GLO Hotel first! The breakfast was also good. Many options to choose from and healthy ones also at that. We will definitely be back!

First of all I can't say enough how wonderful Jamaica and Regina were at the front desk. They were so sweet, friendly and helpful. When we checked in and out. The room was spacious, clean and nicely set up. The bed was so comfortable. The best thing was we did not hear a peep from the other rooms, so quiet, there was a small gathering across the hall. We could not hear them from the room. It is close to the airport we barely heard the planes. Best night of sleep I have ever had away from home. We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here three nights to visit Nashville. Never being in the area, we were unsure where to stay. This was a convenient location near downtown and Opry area. Uber/Lyft averaged $10 per ride. We were also able to take a drive to areas other than downtown. The hotel is new, clean and very modernly decorated. I caution that noise travels, if you are a light sleep you may want to look elsewhere. Also, the bathroom has a barn door which does not lock or block out all noise - be sure you are comfortable with who is in your room!

We were in Nashville to celebrate a bday. The room was clean, bed comfy and, surprisingly, the pillows were nice! We liked having laminate floors instead of carpet. We weren't fans of the modern sink. I had to use the full length mirror for hair/make up as the bathroom mirror is small and just above the sink making it unsharable. The staff were friendly.

This was our third stay at a Glo and second at the Nashville Glo is a new hotel brand for Best Western and we like it a lot. It is new , clean and bright , with big rooms and all the basics, but without the unnecessary frills that jack up the price. It is still a bargain hotel which is the hallmark of Best Westerns. Beautiful, clean and new hotel. Very quiet and relaxing area. Having personal transportation is a definite advantage since the hotel is pretty remote and in a residential area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Glo! The hotel was brand new. Everything was fresh and clean. The decor was sleek, modern, and colorful. Our room was immaculately clean. The room was very quiet and comfortable with a large bathroom, microwave, mini fridge, blackout window covering, effective AC/heater, and very comfy bed and pillows. A hot/cold breakfast buffet was included with our stay. There was a nice selection of tasty food including fresh waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, cereal, fruit, yogurt, bagels, juices, and coffee. It was the best free breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. Another nice touch was that the lobby had puzzles, board games, and candy for the guests to enjoy. The best part of our hotel stay was the staff! Everyone was incredibly warm, welcoming and friendly. We will absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at the GLO Best Western. It's about 10 minutes from downtown Nashville. We were only in Nashville 3 days so we didn't rent a car and decided to use Uber instead. You need to add a special note to the Uber driver that it's the GLO Best Western because the hotel is tucked away off the main road. Otherwise everything about this hotel was right on. It's very clean, the rooms were nice and clean, the breakfast was good and offered lots of options. I would definitely recommend.

Ok this hotel is new and retro. They have some growing pains to work through. For instance breakfast was sub par for a best western. Eggs were not cooked and powdery no batter for the waffles and sausages were so overcooked you couldn't chew them. One day the staff didnt show so the poor FD lady who was so nice tried to do both. With that said room are clean and beds awesome. So hopefully they can maintain it! Great area uber averaged $11. No pool so keep that in mind for the kiddos.

Came to town to celebrate a friends 40th. Uber is about $12 to downtown. Downtown isn't far, but it's still about a 20 min drive due to traffic during the day. Night (like 11pm) about 10 min drive back to the hotel. When getting an Uber make sure to tell the drive you are at the Glo Hotel, otherwise they will drive right pass it. Since it's so new it's not on the GPS I guess. Breakfast was good and hot. Room is nice and clean. I love that there is no carpet. They have games to play in the lobby that was nice. Best are comfy, but the pillows not so much. They were really hard. Well for me anyways.

First time staying in a Glo hotel. Appearance is very modern/contemporary. Rooms were the same style. Barn door at bathroom was heavy and bulky. TV didnt work first night and front desk person had to pull out wood panel from wall to access coax cable and took alot of effort - said cae needed replaced but wasnt going to do that that night and didnt offer another room. Second night TV didnt work, we kept having to wiggle the coax cable that she had pulled through the wood panel. After asking two different staff, did receive a generous discount. Room was loud due to non-carpeted floors and for little children - no bathtub. I dont desire to stay at another Glo.

If you are a light sleeper this is not the hotel for you. I first want to say that the staff was very polite, friendly, and accommodating. The hotel itself is very clean. The communal games and puzzles in the lobby area is a very nice touch. The breakfast was your normal continental style. My biggest issue was the lack of sound barrier. You could hear everything above you and in the room next to you. While it is nice that they have eliminated the nasty carpet that most hotels have by replacing with tile the downside is the lack of sound absorption. If you stay there stay on the top floor and all the way at the end hopefully that will help eliminate most noise.Also the A/c said 66 but felt like 74 , it did not cool down.

This Hotel and staff was awesome! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!! Everything was clean and everyone was friendly!! The breakfast was very good! You can't beat the price for the town and everything was still close enough but far enough to get away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. We went to the museums and enjoyed a bit of the nightlife all in Nashville.

Traveling to DC- found this gem on the east side of Nashville. Hotel even has a laundry! Bright and clean, good breakfast with a range of food. Friendly staff, humongous king size bed room. Great TV channel selection. Not a good springboard for heading back into town but that wasn't our objective. A few pleasant and cheap eateries in the area.

We were blown away! Great job Best Western. You are batting a million! This hotel was much nicer than the high end hotels!Listen people stay at Glo, you will not be disappointed!! The room was great, with barn bathroom doors that opens to the most beautiful, spacious bath and beautiful shower. The bed, oh my it is heaven. You feel like you are sleeping in a cloud. This is called a "boutique" hotel, with a bright modern interior with bright yellows and blues throughout lobby and rooms. Our room had good lighting and a comfortable chair. The bathroom was large with a good shower. Room had a refrigerator but no microwave. Room window did not open (a disappointment). Average hotel breakfast.

Great location - close to the airport and the interstate. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is lovely. Its so beautiful and modern. Breakfast is standard continental. The only downside is that it doesn't have a pool. If you don't care about that, then definitely book this hotel! It's very new so they're working out a few kinks but it's completely worth it!!

Beautiful new hotel with classy mid century modern decor. Loved the hardwood floors in the room and enjoyed a hot shower with a rainfall shower head. Room was quiet and lobby is surrounded by trees not concrete with mostly windows to enjoy the view. Breakfast was also better than usual at a hotel that offers a free breakfast

Nice quiet location, very friendly and welcoming staff here. The hot breakfast was awesome, the eggs and sausage were both fresh, hot, and great tasting, as well as the waffles you make yourself. Very clean rooms with very comfortable beds & pillows!!! The bathroom is very nice with the lighted mirror and the shower is amazing!!! Booked online & check in was a breeze, as well as checkout!! Hotel was nice from the outside. It is new so you expect new and clean rooms. However services were substandard. they didn't acknowledge my diamond elite status and didn't offer me gift /points. I had to mention to make sure my points are credited. They don't have "do not disturb" tags. The staff refuse to provide additional towels when asked .The food selection was sub par. The noise from the other others and floors bled through the wall. I have been woken up several times due to these noises.

This hotel was perfect for a stopover close to the airport. The hotel was clean and fresh. The rooms were really spacious. Free and good wifi + free parking. The hotel does not have a restaurant, but there are a few restaurants just around the corner. This hotel is maybe not the closest option if you wanna do sightseeing downtown. But if you want a quiet and nice hotel a bit away from downtown, or if you need a hotel close to the airport this is an excellent option. Even though there are traffic around, but by land and sky haha, the rooms are really quiet. The beds are also excellent! I had the best sleep there in a long time.

The hotel opened only 2 months ago, looked very up to date and is in a great location for many attractions. However, we experienced a number of problems.. The front desk people were nice but one of the breakfast area attendants was not nice - had an attitude toward customers if asked a question. Coffee was luke warm every day and we reheated in microwave.. The room didn't meet cleanliness expectations, especially for a new hotel. Dirty floors in our room were never cleaned the entire visit.. White socks got filthy walking around the room. Shower was not well cleaned. Our stay was 4 nights and every day we had to go to lobby for supplies ie. towels, shampoo, soap, toilet tissue, water cups. Ice bucket was never serviced the entire stay and dirty cups not removed from room. We had to request a change of bed sheets after 3 nights. The breakfast was good for a hotel this level. Breakfast tables were not kept cleaned. We noticed several people (didn't seem to be guests and not sure if employees) hanging around in the lobby area most times day and night. In our opinion this nice new hotel is not being kept very clean and will become less appealing over time if not given more attention. We plan to visit this area again, but will not plan a stay at this hotel.

This hotel is beautiful. The decor and fixtures are wonderful, clean and elegant. The staff was top notch, very helpful and SO kind, gracious and patient. I will definitely recommend and stay there for future visits. Breakfast was amazing, hot food well prepared and hot, and SO many options. I just wish it stayed available later than 9 for us non-morning folk, haha though I understand why it isn't. Bed was SUPER comfy! I have a really great bed at home, and so sometimes hotel beds can be.....somewhat of a struggle, but this one was fantastic, and I LOVE LOVE LOVE all the pillows! **Edited to add: Shower was not super hot. Not sure if this is a problem, or a feature, LOL! Since a few others have also remarked on that, perhaps someone at the hotel can take a look and address? Either let us know that's how it's set up to be, or have your maintenance folk check it out?***

This was a very nice property. Husband and I both enjoyed the stay great breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful with surrounding areas. Hotel beds are comfortable. Enjoyed coffee in room and well supplied. Would highly recommend.

This hotel is beautiful. The decor and fixtures are wonderful, clean and elegant. The staff was top notch, very helpful and SO kind, gracious and patient. I will definitely recommend and stay there for future visits. Breakfast was amazing, hot food well prepared and hot, and SO many options. I just wish it stayed available later than 9 for us non-morning folk, haha though I understand why it isn't. Bed was SUPER comfy! My wife and I stayed here for 1 night, and were initially pleased. When we arrived, we were greeted by the two ladies at the front desk. Then, a man came in and started cutting a tile with a very loud saw. I would think he would come during the period of time after guests have checked out. The elevators were very hot and humid. However, our room was very clean and modern. We did not have any hot water for our showers in the morning, and that is one thing I look for in a hotel. I saw other reviews had the same issue. The breakfast was average, but still good. As we were preparing to check out, the maid knocked on our door an hour and 15 minutes before check out time. She said we were due to check out and that she had to clean the room. I have never had that happen to me in a hotel ever. That did not set well for me. Overall, our stay deserves the 4 star rating. Many of these things are trivial, but still should have been done better. It was an enjoyable stay despite all of these things.

We stayed at Glo in Asheville and it was wonderful. The next evening we stayed at Glo in Nashville and it was not as nice, especially to be the same brand new hotel. The elevators were very warm and musty. Our first room the shower door fell off and the second room the faucet moved (a lot). The hotel also has a very bad A/c issue and ran out of hot water. Nashville needs some pointers from Asheville. The staff was amazing though!!!

Stayed here to catch a flight to Seattle from BNA. Nice....new....clean.....quiet hotel with friendly staff in very close proximity to the airport (BNA) plenty of places to eat and many deliver. Will certainly stay here again when I'm in the area.

The hotel was new and very modern. The front desk people were very nice. The only problem we had was the room was a little dirty. Maids didn't clean floors or shower very well. Stayed three days and the maids didn't refill towels and toilet paper very well. Didn't dump trash cans daily either. The entry and breakfast were very good. I didn't care for all the people hanging around in the entry all the time.

The lobby was spacious. Breakfast was delicious and included many options. I loved the decor of the room! We booked this at the last minute after our flight to Nashville was delayed causing us to arrive at 2am and we didn't want to cause trouble with the host of our Airbnb. It was reasonably priced and a beautiful hotel.

This was a great new property near the airport. Gave me the look and feel of hotels when I stay abroad. would definitely stay here again. Probably not the best size room if you were bringing a family but it's perfect for business or single person/couple travel.

The hotel and staff were very nice. The hotel was clean and aesthetically pleasing with it's retro/modern/deco decor. A little hard to locate due to NO signage on main roadway. GPS actually took us to another hotel next door. The hotel was opened only a couple months ago and was very clean and functional. Breakfast is served but was CONSISTENTLY LATE and lacked fruit selection. 6am should mean 6am,NOT 7ish...Parking was well lighted and plentiful. Secluded off main road allowed for a quiet atmosphere. Would visit again and hope that they have breakfast issues figured out.

The property was very new, so some parts had an unfinished feel, for example there was no shelving in the shower to place toiletry items, they had to be placed on the floor. Otherwise, the room was clean and the modern decor was very welcoming. The website did mention a sunbathing pool deck, but during my stay I was unable to locate a pool. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. When we arrived the cleaning staff and accidentally left our door ajar and the general manager offered to change our room for peace of mind - we declined because it wasn't a huge issue and it did not occur again while we were occupying the room. Overall, a great place and we would definitely go back.

It's a contemporary design and on par with most modern, reputable brands. This is a few miles from the airport and right by the highway, so it's a good choice if you're flying in or out. FYI They're a member of best westerns rewards program.

Hotel is decorated in a very modern theme.It has only been open sense May.The staff on duty was very nice & helpful. Our room was clean quiet & comfortable with large walk in shower.It has a large breakfast area & has average hotel breakfast. It does not have a pool, but is supposed to eventually have one. It has charging ports for hybird electric cars. I could not find building number in GPS, but hotel was very easy to find right after tuning on the street. Short driving distance from local attractions.

Tucked away behind an older, rundown hotel on a residential street. Sort of looks like a hotel merged with an Apple Store. Sleek, clean. Good breakfast. There is no pool, so I'm not sure if the kids will like it. But a good fitness center and beautiful lobby and sitting area. Easy access to downtown and near Opry Mills for shopping.

We were thrilled to find this newly opened hotel during the week of CMA Fest at such a reasonable price. I'm guessing a lot of people were unaware of its existence since it was so new. Unlike some hotels in the airport area, parking was not a problem for us. Everyone we encountered at the front desk was friendly, every employee in general we encountered was friendly, in fact. Our room featured 2 queen beds, and I was surprised to see that there is no carpet, at least none in the room we were in. As another reviewer mentioned, the tv is mounted on the wall with the bathroom behind it. The bathroom featured a shower stall, which I loved. There was a sliding door for the bathroom, when the bathroom door is closed, a closet is revealed in the sleeping area which had a small shelf, as well as an iron & ironing board. There is also a desk area in the room with a small coffee maker and mini fridge, and an area with drawers and a chair. The room had a minimalist feel, but that was fine with us. There weren't a lot of other guests while we were there, I feel like it's because of the newness, so I can't really speak to the noise level other than to say it was quiet and peaceful for us while we were there. Complimentary breakfast is offered in the lobby, and was pretty typical. Overall, a great stay, a great value & a fantastic staff - we would definitely stay here again!

This is a brand new hotel (apparently opened about 2 weeks prior to our stay- stayed late May). As this is a new hotel, they are working out some kinks. We were on a cross country trip (reloating) and wanted some place to stay that was close enough to downtown Nashville without being in busy areas as we were traveling in a Uhaul. This hotel was in a good location. About a 15 minute Uber drive away from the Country Music Hall of Fame/Broadway area. A Dunkin Donuts, Subway, and a Mexican restaurant were up the block from the hotel if needed. The hotel is hidden from main roads which provided some safety. Decently priced compared to other hotels in the area. During check-in, there was some confusion regarding the correct wifi code as the one originally provided for guests wasn't working. We ended up getting different codes later in the day. Internet was slow to connect. Otherwise, check-in was was easy and efficient. There is coin-operated laundry in the hotel. As one of the front desk attendents said, this hotel is "very Millennial". Very streamlined, simple, and clean. A refreshing concept compared to some other hotels on our trip. I liked the layout of the rooms- TV was on the wall sharing the bathroom to prevent TV noise leaking into adjoining rooms. The beds were like clouds! Best beds so far from any hotel- the front desk attendent said they are gel-topped. Good firm pillows as well. A little mini fridge was in the room. Bathroom was large with a stand-up shower. We noticed that water was leaking from the shower door and created a puddle near the shower- we mentioned this to the front desk upon checkout. You do hear guests walking in the room above you. Breakfast was included. The scrambled eggs were the best hotel eggs I've ever had- light and airy, almost melted in your mouth. I liked the yogurt machine with toppings (crasins, granola, and shredded coconut). My only complaint with breakfast was the lack of attention from the attendent. The sausage had run out prior to him starting to make more. It took about 10-15 minutes for him to bring out 5 sauage patties. He was making more links and patties at the time but it took about 5 additional minutes. Overall, enjoyed my stay at Glo and would stay here again. You need some patience in the beginning as they work out some kinks as they are a brand new hotel.

"NO SHUTTLE/Terrible customer service"

If this is a Best Western, it's the worst one I have ever experienced, and I stay almost exclusively at Best Westerns. We were stranded in Nashville due to flight delays. We needed a hotel near the airport, WITH A SHUTTLE, another Best Western listing for this hotel stated it included an airport shuttle. When I called the front desk at10:30 PM on Memorial Day, I was informed there was no shuttle. The male working the front desk had zero customer service skills; he offered to call his manager, was gone for a minute, then claimed the manager wasn't answering. I told him to cancel my reservation even though it was a non-cancellable, non-refundable booking. He agreed and then hung up on me! Never once confirmed who I was (I had never given my name), never gave me a cancellation confirmation. I called back and asked why he hung up on me. "Oh, I thought the conversation was over" I asked if the reservation was cancelled, he said yes. I asked how that was possible, since he had never once confirmed who I was; did I have a cancellation number? Would I get an email? "Uh yeah" Never got an email. Still don't know if I've been refunded. The only way I knew the reservation was cancelled was by logging in to my Best Western account.

Great location, brand new hotel, very easy to get in and from the BNA Nashville airport. Very clean and great staff. The interior of the hotel is so nice and neat, a must stay place next time you are in the Nashville area.
