Best Western Ferrat

Spent 5 days at this lovely, welcoming hotel recently whilst working in Temuco The staff were really welcoming and helpful from reception to breakfast and bar staff. This is a well maintained, very clean hotel that is comfortable The room was a good size with a comfortable bed and air conditioning Breakfast and bar staff were really friendly and very professional, representing Best Western well!! The location is superb, with lots of great restaurants, a huge mall and the bustling town of Temuco all within walking distance And if you're into football, Deportes Temuco are a steady 20 minute walk away

This hotel was a great experience! People are friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean, the rooms are good (could maybe add a sofa), breakfast is included in the price and is very attractive with scrambled eggs, toast, fruits and all . The location is great and there is a great restobar to get something to eat or drink just down the same street, customers are cool and "normal" (hard to find these days!), in front of the hotel there is a neat store that sells refurbished clothing from india. Also lots to do, local casino, mall and restaurants are all within walking distance. Also saw tennis final and Trump shooting, so you have live steam as to what is happening. You will enjoy this hotel!

a new hotel in a good district, there is a parking garage, there are many restaurants around and the staff is very helpful; the breakfast was adequate, they could create a lounge area since the rooms are rather small.

Super clean and new hotel with friendly professional staff who made us feel very welcome. Room just right and with an excellent shower. Breakfast had everything you could want and the waiting staff were attentive, a real credit to the hotel. This was just a 1 night stopover for us en route to Santiago (from Puerto Varas) but fit the bill perfectly and at an excellent price!

Can't say enough about our stay here; business trip and truly appreciative of the employees here; any and every special request to accommodate us was handled with exceptional care and attention. Why stay elsewhere when you can stay at a brand new, clean, comfortable and stylish hotel in the heart of the town? Since they are new they only offer breakfast so make sure if you don't want to go out you have the UBEREATS app and you can have groceries and meals delivered anytime including beer & wine!

So glad we decided to spend a few nights here while on business. Centrally located in the heart of Temuco to shops and restaurants; hotel is brand new and super comfortable; the staff are all there to serve and please 100%! We will be back again and again.
