SureStay Plus by Best Western San Antonio Airport

Great shower heads, decent bed, this trip the floor was cleaner/clean, but the towels were thin & crispy… the one I randomly chose off the shelf had a small hole in it; not a deal breaker…good washcloth. I think it is luck of the draw on the rooms and how much you book in advance ….they provide a tiny shampoo and a tiny couple of soaps & nose tissue for amenities. Staff are always nice. I come back for the competitive value.

Pay cash deposit not on your card it won't be returned I still have to call about my deposit It has been over a week other than that excellent it was nice clean safe The pool look nice, but it was a little too cold to go swimming. The staff is not very friendly in an outgoing manner, but they were decent.

Old property that needs a lot of renovation. Wi-Fi and cable TV were OK, breakfast, not so much. Also, close to a major airport, but jet traffic was not an issue when we stayed. This is a Best Western property, so it is substandard. They promote it as extended stay, but it is just a hotel room.

Worst Best Western hotel I've ever stayed at. Lobby was hot and room couldn't stay cool. The breakfast was non-existent, choices were a muffin, undercooked eggs, and juice/coffee, went to IHOP instead.

The room that I stayed in had chunks of chips and other food items lying in the corners. The internet was poor and kept on disconnecting often. The office chair legs were broken, I reported it as soon as I noticed, the staff offered to replace the chair, but I did not need one. Overall poor experience compared to other best western hotels.

Basic hotel suitable for sleeping Bathroom light didn't work so bathroom privacy could be an issue Bathtub had a 8” crack in the middle. “Full breakfast” consisted of sausage, eggs and the basic cereal, oatmeal, toast. Coffee was ok. No waffles. Site says nothing about a $100 deposit on check-in. Again, basic hotel.

Don't stay here. Spend a few more dollars and stay elsewhere and you might get clean towels and a room that has been maintained in the last decade. I would have left if I wasn't soooo tired and at least the bed sheets were clean. Other than that, miserable stay.

Great place to stay. Clean rooms with comfortable bed, ample pillows. Shower has great pressure and hot water. Room has microwave and refrigerator. On-site laundry is available as well as breakfast. This is a great hotel to stay if you are taking a flight. Airport shuttle is available.

Seniors, Do not stay here! There is no elevator! We had to carry our luggage up stairs. Hotel did not warn us about no elevator. We stayed here once before and stayed downstairs and had no idea there was not an elevator.

Nice, safe comfortable room. Clean. I left a pillow in my room that I sleep with… I'm trying to get a hold of the concierge. But over all I recommend anyone stay there. Thank you. Front lobby at check in was very polite also the day counter person was pleasant.

We are loyal BW patrons and always find the rooms clean, bed's comfortable and a good breakfast waiting for us each morning. This Hotel does not meet those standards. We arrived late from the airport. We asked for a bottle of water, they had none. We went to room. It was so hot in there but didn't take long to cool down. Room was clean until I climbed into bed. There was a lipstick stain on pillow, and mascara stains , so clearly had not been changed. Sheets were stained, thin and mattress felt like it had been there 20 years. Breakfast was cereal, milk, and some eggs. No fruit, no juice etc. I hate to write bad reviews but think twice before staying here.

BED BUG, BED BUGS. stay away from this hotel. Having to have my house treated by Terminix at a cost of $1500.00. Nephew was bitten at hotel. Son stared to get bitten two days after returning home. Employees hygiene was terrible. Milk pitcher at breakfast had old dry milk on spout. well never stay at a Best Western property.

It seems the owner takes little pride in their hotel or they would not tolerate the run-down look. Overall dirty and gross. The actual room was OK for no more than a bed and shower. Will not stay again.

The hotel has excellent staff and I really liked the amenities. I recommend this hotel highly to traveling guests. They provide free breakfast with a good variety of food. It's not far from the airport.

We come to San Antonio all the time, first time staying at this hotel. The manager and the staff provided exceptional service from the time we arrived at the hotel. The room was spotless and clean. They have great selection for breakfast which is my favorite part. Overall great service, great rooms and very attentive staff. Definitely will be back again.

Conveniently located near the airport. Rooms are clean and comfortable and they have a great selection for breakfast. There are also convenience stores and restaurants just down the street. Overall a good place to stay.

Do not go to this location. Brittany is a theif. She will charge you a low price and take extra money when you leave without you knowing. Housekeeping sucks bad smells in carpet. Not safe in my first week there was a double homicide and suicide in the sane night doors dwn from my rm. Housekeeping never ask you for service or offer to give new towels or bedding. Rms are cheap and convince to stores and highway 35, but its not worth your money or time. Do not rent from thieves.

The gentleman at the front desk was very welcoming and informative. He showed us where to park to be closer to the room, and his customer service went above and beyond upon checking us in. The room was very clean and stocked with everything needed. At checkout everything was handled smooth and easy there was no hassle.

I DON'T SMOKE!! $200 deposit not given back because front desk didn't properly check me out and just put notes that she smelled smoke...I don't smoke and there is no proof. Any of these front desk employees can just keep your $100 deposit by just putting notes that they smell smoke and just keep your deposit. My room was 140 which is next to the exit where people smoke. Employees or hotel management is stealing.

Hotel is an older hotel. I would say at least 40 years old. It is RIGHT NEXT TO SA AIRPORT RUNWAY. So you see and hear the planes flying overhead. It is just 'ok' for one night stay. Room was clean but Halls were dusty. Breakfast was not appealing. What I did not like was the expectation to pay $100 deposit for a $60 room. Think of an old motel 6 that needs remodeled and this is the Surestay Plus. Also no elevator. you must take stairs to 2nd floor. I believe some of these positive review are fake. Don't believe them.

Hotels rooms were booked out to prostitutes. Room straight up dirty. We cleaned the room ourselves. Staff was aggressive and assumed I didn't know how to read. Afraid to ask staff anything due to charges.

We had the best experience. The staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast was great. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. When in San Antonio we will ONLY stay here!!! It is a home away from home.

Excelente stay, rooms were clean. Near airport. Had a great stay. I enjoyed the breakfast, they had scrambled eggs muffins,etc. Front desk staff was helpful. Everything was wonderful and clean. The parking has a good lighting outside very bright and clean. I felt safe at this hotel.

The property is right across the airport . Nice and clean well maintained room. Nearby mall just 5 minutes from the mall and 15 minutes from downtown. The Deskclerk was very helpful enjoyed my stay will come back and stay here for sure.

The hotel was very beautiful. I spent 3 days there, which was very enjoyable. The rooms are clean, the place is close to all services, and the staff are friends. I will go here again for sure I will not go to any other place in San Antonio, Texas..

This location for Best Western has a lot of issues....mostly CUSTOMER SERVICE way below standards, breakfast presentation very poor, and facility dated with some signs of "REHAB" but overall positioned near the airport, so don't expect a good night sleep with planes flying by and noise not well buffered. The front desk clerk at check-in was not present for almost 20 mins, and I had to reach out to a cleaning lady to assist me. My main concern was the front area being unattended in the morning hours, as anyone literally could have walked in from the outside and was a potential safety risk. The "HOT" breakfast menu was limited to only powdered eggs, and the pan next to it should have had available sausage/bacon, but it was empty! No one available in this area also to address situation. The final "straw" was the bathtub did not have drain plug, so we were not able to take a "hot bath", as only the shower head was the only option. When I requested a "DRAIN" plug was told my only option was to change rooms, but my wife and I already settled into the room. This is unacceptable.

The staff and management is really good. I have experienced a good stay in the hotel. The rooms were well maintained and clean. It's the best place to stay with family and friends. Glad we had the great experience. I'll recommend his hotel.

Not a pleasant experience. Coffee maker missing the cup holder to make coffee. The breakfast was just as bad. Will never stay at a Best Western. Have to tell everyone how bad of experience and I definitely over paid. Had to type 200 letters or I cannot comment. This is crazy.

This was worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. The clerk locked out of the lobby at 245am in a shady neighborhood. She was rude and uncooperative. Whatever you do, avoid this hotel like the plague.

Poor breakfast and overcharged for room. Hotel room amenities listed state "full breakfast" they had bread, scrambled eggs, cereal and yogurt but not the full breakfast advertised. They used to serve waffles, sausage and several full breakfast items in the past, and the coffee... bad instant coffee, machine didn't work, the clerk had to pound on it to work. Overcharged for room. $174 charge for $74 bill, PLUS $100 hold for incidentals. When I asked, the clerk stated it was for incidentals, then I asked about the Extra $100, she stated "I don't know, that's the way they do it, I'll have the manager call you.. took several calls to get it corrected. We've stayed here in the past and enjoyed it, gave it good reviews, but it really has gone down hill. Too many hotels in San Antonio to choose from. I won't be staying here again.

No elevators. If you are disabled or have family that is disabled make sure they book you on the first floor. Grounds were dirty. Actual room was not not not not clean! For the price I paid I would never recommend this specific hotel to anyone not even to house your pet! Employees were very nice and helpful after spending about 10-15 minutes for anyone to come to the front desk to check me in. I was the housekeeper for my hotel room that day. I booked it for two nights but made other arrangements after the first night. I was not staying a second night.

The staff was friendly and helpful, also the location is great, Right across the airport. Clean area and prices are reasonable. Fast access to the hwy 281N, close to downtown area and good restaurants.

This was my first and last time staying at a Best Western brand hotel. The hotel was rundown and dirty. It smelled. They were supposed to have free breakfast and only had coffee. I booked two nights, after the first night I cancelled my second night and stayed elsewhere.

We were racially profiled. Messed up our reservation. Called the police on us bc we wanted a refund after messing up our reservation. They double charge n take your money they are doing fraud things on ppls reservations. Do not stay here

Got to this hotel only to be told they canceled our reservation. No email or text or phone call. Said my credit card got declined. But check this out. I made this reservation about a month ago. When tried to see what credit card I used there was no way to do so or check it. The guy tells me they don't attempt to call etc BUT get this I'm checking into the same brand across town and the deskman is on the phone with someone asking for a new credit card from someone whose card got declined for a stay that evening and was confirming they were still coming. Cost us time and more Uber money. I had to wait in line to check-in and there was a whole string of issues with check-in on those people too. Not one person was successfully checked in. Had to pay 3x the money at their "other" hotel. They had nasty furniture in the lobby too boot.

Me and my sister came to san antonio to visit with a few cousin's and we stayed the weekend And was welcomed with open arms the front desk worker's were very polite n got us into our room very quickly the rooms were perfecr for us the housekeepers were very helpful and piloted made us feel welcomed

I wish i could've given 6 if i have the option about this place i went to san Antonio with my family to explore city i chose the economic hotel by san Antonio airport, we enjoy our stay very easy and convenient to the airport i can recommend this hotel for future travers its very clean and quite place

I would give this hotel a 0 if possible. The room had finger clippings on the floor, the bathtub had several cigarette burns on it, stains on the comforter, the window didn't even close tight. Absolutely ridiculous! I didn't even stay. Turned the card keys into the front desk and left. I had a $20 gift card that was supposed to be applied to my bill but apparently that didn't happen. I would never recommend staying here or at any Sure Stay given my 1st and last experience!

I only say it was an okay place to stay because for the price it was good for just traveling through. However, the women and the front desk were not very helpful, very short while talking, and didn't seem to care to help. The housekeeping women were the best out of the staff. Very friendly, very good at their jobs and were really nice.

I made a reservation and showed up with my service dog. I was being nice and having conversation about my dog first being an emotional support dog, I didn't get to the part about the disabilities training and dual responsibilities my dog provides before Rene (the front desk representative) absolutely disrespected me, cut me off and demanded documentation. I explained that I have the documents and would be willing to show them to her manager, but I consider my health information to be private and explained that her asking was against ADA. I understand some people take advantage but that's not what I'm trying to do at all. Rene refused to give me my room, I was charged a cancellation fee and her manager Dee Khushal has yet to take or return my phone calls. I will be filing a complaint with ADA. They shouldn't treat anyone like this!

When we got there front desk guy was not very friendly. We got our room and one of the beds wasn't made, it smelt like mans spray, there was toe nail clippings all over the floor in the room. We requested another room. It was clean but there was mold in the bathroom and the coffee pot was dirty.

Beds are old and horribly uncomfortable. Mold in bathroom. Coffee pot in room left dirty from prior guests. No breakfast although it was advertised on website. Furniture piled up in lobby exterior windows on building busted out and boarded up. Pool closed although other hotels had their pools open during our trip to San Antonio.

This hotel was in an excellent location next to San Antonio airport. I arrived later in the day and had an early flight the next morning so I did not use most of the facilities but the room was excellent, very clean and comfortable. The price was very reasonable and I would definitely stay there again if I was in the area.

This was the closest BW we could find to the San Antonio TX airport. The BW Posada Ana Inn on Jones Maltsberger Road has been removed for a parking garage ! It is sad that there is not a higher grade BW near the airport. There was at one tome years ago!

We found this place at the last minute and had to pay more than $120 for a night stay. Cant complain much. the room was clean and hotel itself was comfortable. I wish they would have served the breakfast as advertised or at least brown bag lunch as other hotels do.

Clean, comfortable beds and room was immaculate. Customer service was excellent too. The only downside was there is no breakfast due to COVID-19 which is understandable not everyone serving the hotel right by International Airport very convenient

We booked 2 rooms and to our surprise room was hell hot and when we enquired, they mentioned that there is no electricity and it will not be restored till morning as we were having kids with us, we checked out both rooms within 1 hour and asked for refund, they told us to contact Manager "Dee Khusal" in morning for refund. When we called her, she is horrible person in hospitality business, she should be somewhere managing fraduster casinos.. she directly mentioned that we cannot refund and started lying that we were told at time of checkin about non-avaliablity of AC. There are pretty nice hotels around same location, please dont ever book this.. she is looting people there...

As other mention, they don't know how yo charge You, and do anything un their hands yo double charge you the deposit .They try to charge me the room To My credit card but for dime reason they can't which has no sense since the security deposit was charge there (twice) they salud only one nigh was possible to charge a total lie, from front desk they calle me at 11pm (we where ready to sleep) and told My that credit card has that problem, I finally use another one an they charge the 3 night of the whole stay, but the duplicated security deposit wasn't cancel, nor by the moment and at leats two day has passed, they charge a 50 dollars for mis charges that I didn't caused, You people are a group of thiefs.AC units are loud as hell, mini fridge also very loud. I have to ask first for My room ti be cleaned they don't ask You if needed, so in the 3 days just one they open the door when se where there and didn't apologize and ask if we need towels then never appeard again all cleaning ladies weren't wearing mask. No complementary breakfast it didn't exist, no waffles no fruit no cereal Nothing just horrible tasted coffee. I'm writing this in a holiday inn that cost a few dollars more but they charge me just 75 dollar deposit and no duplicated.

I booked 3 rooms for my employees thinking the rooms will be in great standards due to what I seen on the website. I was terribly wrong. The customer service was horrible ! When my employees went to their rooms there was blood on the curtains and it didn't looked like they even clean the rooms properly especially with COVID. I inform the manager and she accused my staff of cutting them self and placing the blood on the curtains. NEVER AGAIN !!!

My hubby and I live in San Antonio with 3 roommates. We run away from home from time to time but hate the thought of spending money on a Hotel when we have a house. So of course we start at the lower to higher rates but we're very picking and refuse to stay in a ghetto nasty room(which is what comes up first when searching for something in our price range). I'm happy with Best Western Brands and have been very Happy with my past stays. Thank you

The hotel is super excellent. Harry from Frontdesk was very super helpful. Good new renovated rooms. Close to airport and lot of choices to eat. I will definitely come back whenever I am in San Antonio.

Overall, I had a great experience with at SureStay; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and is perfect location near the airport. I would definitely recommend 10/10.

I was needing to stay near the airport and was worried about the quality of some of the hotels nearby. This hotel completely exceeded my expectations! Rooms were very tidy and clean and the room was nice and cold making it great for a good nights sleep after a long day of traveling. 10/10 would stay here again!

This hotel is definitely not a place I will ever stay again with so many things wrong. I could live with almost everything that was wrong other than the fact the room was not even close to being clean.

This is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever seen. It is tucked away in a strange little pocket which works for me only because I already happen to be very familiar with that part of San Antonio. There is a LOT of noise, some of which can be ignored and some of which is harder to block out. Overall, I think it is a good value for a non-luxury, "just need a bed and a place to plug in devices" kind of stay.

Refrig - froze all my food. Central entrance was closed and made people have an obstacle course to get to side entrances. A small curb is not marked and no signage. Easy fall hazard...I did it. Mgt did not care and did not fill incident report. I asked three times No trial sizes or coffee in room. AC was not turned on before arriving. Floor was not clean (socks were dirty). AC unit omitted a smell. DO NOT STAY HERE. BW Corporate does not care.

I like the ease of checkin as well as the value for my money. The rooms are always very clean without any stale, dingy smell. The beds are comfy. The shower and bathrooms are spotless and the internet connection is stable.

We stayed for 3 nights in March. While preparing for checkout we stripped the beds as a courtesy and discovered a bed bug. We took a pic and showed it to the front desk and were informed that it was not a bed bug and our complaint was dismissed. We took the matter up with Best Western corporate. They investigated and we were basically called "liars" by hotel management. Best Western will not take ownership of this disgusting issue and the management would rather insult their customers than take responsibility for the state of their hotel.

Good for 1-2 nights stay. 5 min to airport but nothing around. no food, only one gas station. Must drive. I had to return a rental car, came back to hotel, stayed overnight and took next morning flight so 2 trips to/from airport. Learned when checked in only one free airport shuttle, extra is 15/trip. First time I heard about this from any hotel near airport which should provide free airport shuttle.

This place was def worth the money. We checked in late and had an early flight so we did not use any of the facilities, nor did we have breakfast so I can only comment on the room. It was very clean, A/C worked well, probably had one of the best shower heads I've seen/used in a hotel room with great water pressure, bed was comfortable. Our microwave didn't seem to work so the girl working up front let me use the one they use for breakfast.

this Sure Stay Motel is excellent. It is close to the airport, very clean, the rooms are likle new, check in was easy, the manager was very friendly.I didn't try the breakfas so can't comment on that. I would definitely stay here again.

Where do I start the girl that was at the desk Alexis was clueless of how to do her job had no idea how to check us in we stayed in 126 and 107 she did not put our wake up call in went to get some chips gave her $2 for a bag of chips that cost $1.50 she gives me a quarter back as change at this point I am seeing that this hotel just hires anyone off the street she was very rude and incompetent of anything at the hotel or her job she could not even give us the breakfast hours we will be calling Best western to discuss this issue she needs to find a new job this place is not for her she was more worried about her phone than her job this morning the night guy Robert was amazing very knowledgeable and was very willing to help and answered all of our questions even opens breakfast early to let me and my family grab something before our flight he is a true gentleman and assets to the hotel only reason we will be back is Robert helping get everything right he went above and beyond to make sure we where happy and turned a bad night into a good morning

The Hotel had a free breakfast and free airport shuttle. Just call when your flight arrives. Super friendly staff and rooms were newly renovated. No complaints. Just note there are no restaurants nearby so bring your food or you will have to order from a delivery service.

I found this property to be better than anticipated during my visit to my son in San Antonio. My king room was clean and the furnishings new and up to date. The bed and linens, desk, easy chair with ottoman, and swivel Samsung tv were all you could want. The bathroom was clean and having the sink outside the bathroom would be a plus if other guests are sharing a room. The only minor problem was that the sink drainage was very slow. Front desk staff tried to fix it to no avail, so it will be referred to maintenance. Breakfast consisted of eggs, sausage, fresh waffles, yogurt, pastries, cereal, and juices. I would definitely return to this location.

We were in San Antonio for a high school reunion. We were very pleased with how roomy the room and the bathroom were for handicap. The shower was a roll in shower which was just awesome. There was plenty of space to maneuver the wheelchair in the room. I have no complaints and will stay there again.

The hotel is about 7 minutes from the airport, so it was very convenient for us as we got in very late.. It was easy to find and very easy to check in. We reserved a King Room and we were very pleased with the cleanliness, the size of the room, and how comfortable it was. Breakfast was okay. We will definitely be staying here again anytime we come to San Antonio.

I chose this hotel location strictly for the proximity to the airport. The amenities, helpfulness of employees, and lovely room were a wonderful benefit at the end of a long and tiring trip. On top of all that, the price was amazing!

Not much to say, my son had his friend come by who was staying next door and they did not like that. Apparently you cant speak to your neighbors in the next room, as we were gotten after for meeting and spending time with them.

Clean and convenient to Airport. Plenty of dining choices fairly close and easy to get to. Rooms could use a little sprucing up like removing the old TV support on the dresser since TV is now on the wall and a few old holes where pictures must have been hung.

I stayed at this hotel (family owned) for about a week and a half, not only was the owner (Harry) extremely unprofessional, rude, and uneducated, they double charged my card for one stay, when I asked them about it they yelled at me as if it was my fault. The assistant manager (Robert) was extremely rude and only spoke to me with attitude through the entire stay, "I was called in today on my day off and I'm not happy about it" was his excuse for treating me like a degenerate. I will say, the only good part about this hotel is the interior of the rooms, and Augustine. Augustine was an actual ANGEL through this whole stay. Seriously, if you're planning on staying here for longer than a day or two, forget it. Don't make the same mistake I made.

This was our second visit. Located near the airport runway. A little tricky to navigate to, but the hotel is nice. Clean, plenty of parking and fairly quiet. Hotel staff is professional and courteous. Breakfast is good. Price is very good. This hotel is an excellent value.

we checked in late the stay was great the housekeeping was good the front desk was super nice Robert and Jeanette did everything the could to make our visit nice we where here for family vacation the rooms are nice big and clean the new breakfast area is beautiful and nice close to the airport too the shuttle this morning and Robert got me there even helped me unload my stuff and walked me to the door I just has hip operation I wish there was more people like this will be staying again

I booked in order to save a few $$. Big Mistake. I will never do this again. Paid $109/night, prepaid. At check-in was told a $100 CASH deposit was required. I literally had to go to the ATM to get this or they would not check me in. Room was unclean, floors had not seen a mop in quite some time. 9am I had to take a used bath towel to the front desk before they would provide a replacement. This is because housekeeping doesn't arrive until 10am and they clearly dont trust anyone. Felt like prison.

Stayed here for two nights during our convention. And I will say everything went great. Stayed in a king room and it looked remodeled from the Super 8 it used to be. Dark Hardwood floors, 35" Samsung tv, bathroom was in a room all its own with the toilet and shower/tub, and the sink was in the main room. King size bed was comfortable and I slept great, however bed is a little high off the ground, so get a running start. Microwave, small fridge, and good a/c make this a place well worth the chance and price was great too. Small pool for the kids, but no exercise room, not a deal breaker. I would stay here again. Hotel is a little trick to get to,and for a hotel near the airport it was pretty quiet.

I stayed over the Stay Hotel as part of the Best Western Rewards program. The price was right as I was only staying in town for 2 days. The location was down the street from my future employer and off 281/San Pedro. That area is full of restaurants and near North Star Mall. Also the Airport is right across the Freeway.

...is the main reason it doesn't score higher. It's basically at the end of the runway, so we did hear virtually every plane taking off and landing. Our room was on the front side. I will say the staff were great and accommodating, the free breakfast was convenient and good. The property is older, so it was a mixed bag of old and new. The room itself was reasonably comfortable, clean and everything we used worked perfectly. There's a Studio 6 next door that looks newer, so maybe it has better sound proofing and is blocked from the runway by SureStay. (No free breakfast or free airport shuttle.) If you need a place by the airport, and are a sound sleeper, then this is a reasonable value.

I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past, either when traveling from San Antonio (very close to the airport ), or when attending functions in the city. The SureStay is not fancy, but is clean, comfortable, and a good value for the money.

The place was problematic to get to but knowing my way around San Antonio and having worked in the area it was simple for me.back to the hotel the workers were great and helpful. The breakfast was editable but cold for my taste (eggs & sausage) I do recommend and would stay again.

Great Rooms !! The bed was a little hard but overall our stay was pleasant and the rooms where clean.The hotel was close to the places we visited during our vacation . I will defenectly book in this hotel again !!!

I chose this hotel since it included a shuttle to the airport and I enjoyed it. The room is comfortable with a mini fridge, microwave oven and coffeemaker. The room is also very quiet. It has a small pool. There is a mini buffet as well.

Staff was extremely accommodating, knowledgeable and amazing rooms. Would come back again. Found this cute room last minute, price was amazing, easy to get to and best part was the airport is just a hop, skip away.

Nice average hotel located near the airport. Room rates are reasonable. Parking is adequate, staff was friendly, check in was simple, room was clean and comfortable. Humidity was very high so the bed felt clammy. Breakfast was OK. No toaster, no microwave.

The reason I always choose Best Western is in my opinion they're prices are very reasonable for what you get. I can always count on friendly and helpful staff and an all around good experience. I used to try cheaper hotels but I've learned the hard way “you get what you pay for.” I'm willing to pay a little extra for peace of mind. This SureStay met my expectations like the rest. The free airport shuttle is really handy too.

Hotel was nice, breakfast area could be a bit more not sure what I want to say but its a bit cramped and some foods are noticeable due to in a different area. overall was nice with the exception by the airport we knew not right under and i mean under flights almost touching down

The hotel rooms located on Richland Hills Dr. property are beginning to need some renovation. The caulking around the bathtub was cracked and missing in places, mold was developing in the cracks and on the shower curtain. The front desk staff is friendly, attentive and helpful. The breakfast is an expanded continental with eggs, sausage, bacon and waffles.

All around great, welcoming and friendly staff!! The room was comfortable and relaxing. Extremely clean. Everything worked well for me. I would definitely stay at SureStay again. And would highly recommend to everyone. I look forward to being a guest here again in the future.

If the bed wasn't so hard it would've been a perfect stay... not a scenic location but close to literally everything you could need...nice staff The shuttle driver was unavailable so the manager got us an uber at no charge to the airport

I have stayed at this property on numerous occasions when in San Antonio. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and although the accommodations are simple, it is an excellent value for the money. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

All three rooms offered all smelt like smoke. Linens did not appear clean. Shower liner smelt of mildew. Motel had dark creepy feeling throughout. Back door to enter motel was left unlocked because lock was faulty. Will not recommend.

Room was fine. Location was great, as we were catching a plane the next morning. But when we checked out they had no record we needed a ride. Not much selection for breakfast, and the eggs and coffee were terrible. As we were leaving the motel they added some sausage and yogurt. It would have been nice if we could have had some.

The woman who helped us was so sweet and considerate. She went beyond to make us feel welcomed. A few minutes later she called to check if everything was good. The room was clean and tidy. In the morning, the gentleman working was just as helpful and considerate. I would stay here again.

We were there for 2 days. The room was very clean and modern. The staff at front desk was great. I'd definitely stay again. Shuttle bus was not in working order. So I waited at airport for 3 hours for my ride. Be sure to call ahead for shuttle service.

Quit weekend trip to San Antonio for a Saturday meeting. Didn't want to spend a small fortune on a room. This is an older facility that could use a makeover, but overall it was clean, the room Im was spacious, had comfortable beds & the A/C worked great on our room (the hallway on the other hand was really hot). A couple of negatives for me were the fact that there was no elevator & we had to drag our luggage up the stairs. Secondly, the bathtub was super small. It's directly across from the airport, so you definitely hear the planes coming & going. Located within a few miles of restaurants and shopping.

We had made a reservation at a very bad hotel and we were glad we found this one at the last minute. It really saved us from staying in probably one of the worst hotels in San Antonio. Super 8 definitely has our business.

The lady at the front desk was rude. I had to use the ATM to give a deposit which was never mentioned before. The bathroom smelled like urine and the room was very dusty. I did not report the bathroom because I just decided to clean it myself. After traveling 3 hours, I wasn't in the mood to deal with the front desk lady again. I did not get much sleep because the mini fridge made a loud ticking noise all night. I finally just unplugged it.

Stay was solo and for business. Overall it was okay. Shower still had hair from previous night. Not too clean.

My wife and I were in San Antonio for the delivery of a grandson. We like staying at Super8s because they are inexpensive and always well maintained.

This was not a bad location in San Antonio. It's very convenient to all other restaurants and the airport. The room was very clean and quiet. No issues at all. Free breakfast was included which was great.
