Best Western Plus Hotel Lewisville Flower Mound, Lewisville

This hotel is very beautiful and clean! The rooms are very nice and spacious. We had a king size bed and a small living room area with a couch and chair. The desk attendants were very helpful and friendly. This hotel is within. minutes from restaurants, fast food, and Walmart without getting back on the interstate. They also serve a hot/free breakfast ! I would highly recommend!

This was probably one of the best hotel experiences we have had in a long time. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable and the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best experience. The breakfast was hot and fresh. Room was quiet and comfortable and everyrhing worked. Front desk staff was great, especially Carlos. All the staff we had contact with made us feel welcome and appreciated.

My recent stay in best Western, Dallas, near Copell was excellent. I stayed there almost for a month, thanks to Messrs Nagesh and Kiran who owned the JPC thunders cricket team. The Dallas premier League tournament sponsored by Filed manager was a great success. I was honored to give commentary during the tournament. On my request they put me in Best Western owned by Mr and Mrs Chris Patel. I really enjoyed every bit of my stay. It's a lovely hotel and the people who work there are very kind hearted. At the front desk, Messrs Lee, Carlos, Nathan and mesdames Johnnie, Maria and Jessica are very hard working and make sure the guests stay is smooth and safe. They waste no time in attending to any problem guests face and solve in a jiffy. Generally guests hardly come across any issue. The owners Mr and Mrs Chris are very amiable and amicable. The breakfast is pretty good. Kiran handles it nicely. The rooms are maintained cleanly. The staff are industrious. If I were to suggest anyone who visits Dallas without any hesitation they should choose this hotel for smooth and safe stay. I wish the organization all good luck further. I stayed here for 2 days for our school reunion. The place is clean, well maintained and the hotel staff is very friendly and accommodated our requests. The lobby area has great space for work and relax. Rooms are larger than expected. I would definitely stay here with family when I come back to Dallas.

EXCELLENT all the way around! outstanding service, well maintained and the coffee was exceptional! Everyone was friendly from front desk to housekeeping to the breakfast staff. Breakfast was well maintained and I can't say enough about the quality of the coffee! We will be back :)

This place stay was great. The room was clean and cozy. Customer service was excellent. Amenities such as Gym and Pool were the BEST!Internet access and cable TV was great addition to the package stay. Continental breakfast included also was a plus. The concierge was SO rude. I saw him being absolutely nasty to the woman before me then pleasant to the man checking in after and then nasty again to me. He was condescending and rude. I did not have a debit card physically however I offered to show him a picture of it with my name on it as well as an ID to verify and he still accused me of possibly stealing it and trying to be someone else. I emailed him the card and gave him a copy of my ID and he tried to argue that my name on the card was not actually my name when I had it spelled out correctly and matched my ID exactly. I ended up being checked in after he berated me in front of other guests and ended up crying over his attitude towards me. Later on I saw the other woman in the hallway and spoke with her, she basically went through the same thing and called corporate and urged me to do the same. I called and lodged a complaint and soon after the hotel manager called and said having a physical card is policy and I'm lucky for being checked in.. and that's not the part I was upset about. I understand policy is policy.. it's the behavior. But the manager told me that's not what the complaint was about even though I explained to him everything and told him explicitly that my issue was the way the concierge conducted himself. He said ‘sorry' but I could in the sound of his voice he wasn't concerned about the behavior. Do yourself a favor and go a little north to the lake Dallas location. THAT is high quality service!

It is always unfortunate to know one of our guests have a negative experience as our goal is to exceed our guests expectations and provide them with the best customer service possible. It is our hotel policy that the guest must have a physical ID in order to check-in. A guest must also, have a physical credit card present with them during check-in, unless a credit card authorization form filled out in advance. Unfortunately, during your check-in you did not have your ID and a credit card present with you. We have adopted these policies in order to keep all of our guests safe and prevent credit card fraud. We would like to apologize this message was not conveyed to your liking. We have made multiple attempts to contact you in order to resolve this matter but have not heard back from you as of yet. We hope you will give us another chance in future and hope to hear back from you soon.

Great hotel, everything you need. Staff were very helpful. Shuttle to & from airport was great & driver very friendly. Breakfast was fabulous & Karyn was super friendly & extremely helpful. If we are ever in Texas again we will stay here. Thoroughly recommended.

My husband and I have travelled the last 5 years and this hotel felt like home to us. The employees were phenomenal and accommodated our every need. We would definitely recommend this hotel. We were only there for 2 nites but it was extremely nice.

Stayed for 5 nights for family business. The hotel was clean and staff friendly. Breakfast buffet was neat and offered variety. Hot foods were hot, and cold foods were cold. Tables cleaned promptly. We did not get a chance to enjoy the pool, however the temperatures in Dallas were over 100 every day. This is a convenient location to jump on I 35 and get around the city. We would stay here again.

The owner does not speaking very good English at all weird Carlos the manager is horrible at his job Maria should work in a factory putting shoes in a box once they get your credit card and your number and they can steal your money they will I guess in Texas they do not use a gun to steal your money they just use your credit card sad

I always stay here for business when I travel to Lewisville. Absolutely love this hotel! Friendly staff and clean environment. Front desk staff are always helpful. Price is affordable. Breakfast staff enjoy their work and want to be there.

When I travel to Dallas, I prefer to not stay in the city or near the airports. I have never stayed in this location and I really liked how it's outside the city but right off a freeway and tucked away for privacy. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean and the room was very nice

I had a layover and logded in this hotel for one night and the experience was simply amazing! The staff was so helpful, the rooms were really clean, and even the landscaping blew my mind. As a sweetpoto breeder, it was so good to see ornamental sweetpotatoes at this location. Great job!

This is a really nice hotel to stay at when traveling. The bathroom was very clean as well as the sheets on the beds. The pillows were fluffy and really comfy. The breakfast in the morning was great. There were waffles shaped like the state of Texas and different hot food selections every morning. I liked the oatmeal machine with the assorted toppings! There was a juice machine, too! We enjoyed our Starbucks coffee they served in the cafe by the pool in the morning. Thank you for your hospitality and excellent customer service. We will always stay with you when visiting in Texas.

We truly enjoyed the week we spent at this hotel. Every one is very friendly and incredibly helpful; from check-in, to check-out. The hotel is clean, well kept, and very-well lit, inside and out. Breakfast is delicious and Karen, (breakfast attendant) is very friendly and accommodating. Maria, at the front desk, and Chris (Manager) are very pleasant and very professional in appearance and conduct. Carolina kept our rooms tidy, and always had kind words to share. The pool was very clean and the water felt great! I highly recommend this location to anyone seeking a nice, clean, safe, and comfortable place to stay while in the area. Remember! We came out for a baseball tournament and this hotel saved us from the heat. It was clean, comfy and has great amenities. The staff was a delight and it was centrally located and close to fields, highways, restaurants and shopping. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by how well kept the hotel was and felt safe.

I took my daughter and grand kids here for a 2 night stay as a quick summer get away to go thrifting and swimming. There is a Giant Thrift Store 1.1 miles from the hotel. WE found many great deals. I am big on recycling. We had a blast at the pool. Max depth 5'. I asked the manager Chris could he keep it open until 11:00 PM cause time to shop, go eat and dress to swim 9:00 pm close was too early. He accomodated my request and many families had late night good memories and fun! Thanks again Chris for the gorgeous landscaping and the privacy the bushes make the pool. Outstanding curb appeal. LIttle outside benches to sit at if you smoke. I give it 5 stars for service! Bed and room were comfy and cool and outstanding clean. All corridors as well as the carpet looked and smelled clean!!

My flights got cancelled and all messed up. I saw the rating. I got there around 1:30AM. They gave me a huge room, very clean. Breakfast was included. $107!!!!!! And soooooo friendly and helpful. They deserve the five stars just for the value, but they truly care, giving water bottles to people, helping them with their Uber, etc.

We had the best experience here. Not only was the hotel nice, the staff was exceptional and so were the guests. You really do attract what you put out and this hotel attracts beautiful people. Definitely book, book over fancier places. Sometimes the best experiences are the simple ones surrounded by exceptional people.

Great overall experience. Good service, great beds, and tasty full breakfast. The bathtub in our room was unusual. The sides sloped in leaving only about a foot of flat bottom to stand on down the center of the tub. tricky to turn around in it during a shower. Never encountered a tub like that in previous stays.

It is always unfortunate to know when one of our guest is upset. We understand that you wanted to book free room using points, however, after doing through research on our part we discovered that your account did not have sufficient amount of points needed to book your free room. This is the reason why you were not able to book your free room online or with us.

I was visiting our child at UNT and had trouble getting a room at the last minute in Denton. Being that Lewisville was only 15 minutes away, and given the room availability and ratings, I gave it a shot. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful in telling us where we could find some food at a late hour. Once we finally made it to the room, what a pleasant surprise. The room was 71 degrees, perfectly clean and had a wonderful fresh smell. The beds were very comfortable and had lots of pillow firmness to choose from. There were even spare pillows and blankets available. It was a fantastic night's sleep. The next morning I managed to make it to the breakfast before it shut down. The usual stuff but fresh cereal, fresh bread, Texas shaped waffles and excellent eggs...AND Starbucks coffee!! I can't stress enough how friendly the staff was and how clean everything was. Stayed 2 additional nights and the experience was the same all three nights. This will be our place to stay from here on when visiting UNT. Its a few miles away but the comfort and cleanliness (not to mention the value) is worth it.

When our return flight got canceled and we became stranded in Dallas the airline offered this hotel as an option while we wait for our next flight. Thank goodness we picked the one! The front desk and breakfast/hospitality staff are outstanding! It's the best service I've ever received at a hotel (including 5 star hotels and resorts that I've stayed in). They go above and beyond, are friendly and have been a bright spot in an otherwise very unfortunate and stressful siuation with our family being unexpectedly stranded with our 7 month old baby. Thank you Best Western team!

I was traveling to attend a funeral for a friend and mostly wanted something nearby, so I really didn't want to overthink the hotel search. This was going to be a place to crash for the night before leaving town. I might have saved a few dollars elsewhere, but I do love having a room with a little extra space and a couch for spreading out. That's what this suite offered. Although the room decor was a bit bland and dated, -- you know, the old muted gold tones everything was immaculate. Staff members I encountered, from the front desk managers to the housekeeper to the breakfast line attendant were all professional, welcoming, and appropriately friendly. Kudos to the management for running such a good team.

I almost never leave reviews, but, Carlos and his team at this hotel are so noteworthy, they deserve praise. My 2 boys and I stayed for 3 nights. By the time we left, we felt like we left friends. When you come and go, they call you BY NAME - every time! That's the kind of friendliness they show. The hotel was spotless too! If I'm in the area again, I will go out of my way to stay here, and I recommend you do too!

My family stayed here 4 nights for a tournament and the staff, breakfast and rooms exceeded my expectations. Maria at the checkin was polite and provided me with a quiet room for our stay. The breakfast experience was exceptional as well. The staff kept the area clean, provided us assistance in making waffles, promptly replaced empty items, and gave us details of what options were available. We had only one issue of the 4 night stay. It was the crazy family who was staying next to us. Normally in a hotel, you always get that one inconsiderate family. That family was next to us. They were non-stop screaming at each other and their child was jumping on the bed and running from one side of the room to the other. (I know this from putting my ear to the wall) Lee at the front desk handled the situation very professionally and by the second time asking, they finally were quiet. We would definitely stay here again. It was close to restaurants and family activities. Easy enough to get to from the major highway.

My husband and I traveled to TX to help take care of a family members affairs. With all the crazy driving and mutlipe appointments we had to, attend to walking into the lobby of this BW was a huge relief. Lee, who was at the front desk to check us in,, was such a super nice man. We chatted for a while and we felt right at home. The decor was lovely, everything was clean, the amenities were so nice, and our room was comfortable. The complementary breakfast was good both mornings. We have to travel back shortly and will stay there again.

Angela gave me a warm welcome and offered to make me a breakfast plate and even a fresh chelate chip waffle! This hotels entire staff is very hospitable, highly recommend staying here as solo or even with family! The suites are quite large and easily accommodate 4 people.

We stayed 1 night. The gentleman at check-in was very nice and even upgraded our room. The rooms were very clean and spacious. We ate breakfast the next morning, and there were plenty of options...waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, etc. Angela worked for the hotel and made us chocolate chip waffles. She was so nice and helpful. They gave us a late checkout when we asked. I have nothing negative at all to say. We stay in a lot of hotels, and this was a great stay.

Good location right off 35E, very friendly staff, rooms are nice and big, good breakfast, comfy beds. Bathroom spacious with plenty of vanity space, we spent 3 nights here and couldn't ask for a better place to stay, felt safe which is a huge relief, plenty of parking, Would definitely stay here again

Our stay was great! The hotel was very clean, staff were friendly and helpful. We were towing a small work trailer and the concierge was helpful directing us to a safe place to park. When we left this morning the breakfast was good, coffee hot and the staff were attentive and smiling! Overall since we started our trip two weeks ago this had been the best stay. Thank you.

CLEAN, Kind, Accommodating! If I could give this hotel 10 stars, I would! Our entire visit was wonderful. Shout out to Lee who made us feel like family, and graciously took care of using our points for part of our stay. Everyone's attitude was so kind. Beds are very comfortable. Heater works great and is quiet. Lots of counter space in the bathroom. I requested new towels each day. Always came back to fresh towels, trash emptied and everything tidied up. We told them they didn't need to change the sheets every day. We were on the 3rd floor so no noise above us. There really were no problems or concerns at all. Thanks to the Manager Chris. When we checked out he made sure to speak with us and made sure we were happy in every way with our stay. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!

Overall, the hotel is amazing. We went down to go and get breakfast and the Breakfast Attendant, Angela, had everything clean and ready. She was kind and ready to help in any way. The customer service is amazing. I've traveled through 6 states in the past couple months. So far, I haven't been at a hotel as clean, kind, and comfortable as this Best Western in Lewisville.

Angela, a breakfast attendant, helped out in whatever I needed for breakfast. She's a wonderful person. She even offered to bring me my food and make it, even though most of it was self-service. She really goes above and beyond.

I had to stay here, but was pleasantly surprised by the energy it takes to make everyone happy under the circumstances. The entire staff seemed to try their hardest and I appreciate that. Chris the shuttle attendant was great. He came in second place. Angela the breakfast attendant earned the top spot. Breakfast was eggs, bacon, and waffles, cereal. Since this breakfast isn't offered everywhere I appreciate that at a Hotel stay. The quality was above average but not like a 4-5 star hotel would have. That's the reality and being away from Home this comes in a good spot! Take care of the workers there because they are trying to help their customers!

We stay in many best western hotels in different cities, and always enjoy our visit. We have been to the Lewisville Best Western 3 times, and it just keeps getting better and better. Everyone goes out of their way to answer concerns, greet you with a smile, and take care of any needs you have during your stay. We interacted with several members of the staff, but some of the excellent people are Carlos, Chris, and Karen. Also our room was large, very clean, and we had ask to check in a little early and the hotel allowed us that privilege. Cannot say enough good about this location and the management and personnel staff.

The hotel itself is standard and clean but the staff are what make it exceptional. My family of 4 was stranded overnight in Dallas by an airline cancellation and was comped by the airline for this hotel. The front desk clerk, I forgot his name, made sure we all had toothbrushes and toiletries and made sure our rooms were next door to each other. Angela and Yesenia were our friendly breakfast attendants and also provided excellent service.

We stayed at Best Western Plus a few days during the Christmas holiday. The holiday decorations in the hotel lobby were wonderful. The rooms were clean and served our needs. I worked out in the fitness center both days and was very happy with all the weights available. The breakfast was the average hotel breakfast. The best part of our stay was the hotel staff. They were incredibly friendly and attentive. Everyone seemed to enjoy their job. A few minor criticisms of the hotel: - The pictures of the room and the actual room feel different. The pictures make it look more modern than it actually is. They put extra effort into decorating but it's a standard hotel room. - There's a gas station and a few convenience stores around the hotel and that's it. You don't have to drive far for restaurants but the look and feel of the area around the hotel was not what I was expecting. Bottom line: It was a cozy clean hotel stay that met the needs of our family during the holidays and I would stay here again for a short hotel stay.

Excellent hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was really good and they use real eggs in their scrambled eggs. The rooms were clean and everything was in working order. All of the major restaurant chains are within a short driving distance.

We were only there for one night but they made a horrible experience at the Dallas/Fort Worth airport (thanks to American Airlines ) much better. The shuttle driver for the facility was very friendly and was back early the next morning to take us back to the airport. The gentleman that checked us in was very welcoming, and the staff preparing the continental breakfast the next morning were as well. Our accommodations were second to none. This place is a jewel.

I had a phenomenal experience from start to finish. I was greeted by a friendly face at the counter who made me feel welcomed. My room was given to me without a problem and the layout was very comfortable. Those beds were literally heaven for my back. And then I got the privilege of waking up to a beautiful continental breakfast unlike any other that I have experienced at other hotels. BW has a high quality assortment of nutritious breakfast items to start your day right. And then, the chauffeur Chris escorted me to the airport in a timely manner and was and friendly person to talk to along the way. And to top it all off, I was able to get this amazing experience thanks to their affordable prices. Best Western Plus really earned its name.

My husband traveled a couple days before me and I met him there. He checked in to another hotel in the area but it was not a great property and the price was less. This one was very clean, well taken care of and the staff was wonderful. I joined him a couple days alter and we so pleased with everything. Mae and Lee run the front desk and both were attentive and friendly. Great wifi and breakfast. They serve Starbucks coffee. The air conditioner worked great and the hotel was quiet even though it was full. It is convenient and easy to get to with restaurants and gas stations close by. The cleaning staff did an amazing job each day. I have already recommended it and will stay there again. The only complaint is that the shower pressure was actually too high. That may not be bad for some. Give this place a try!

This Best Western delivered more than I was expecting! The rooms were very large, the staff were super friendly, and the breakfast was tasty! The location is good, close to everything you could need. Our family had a convention at the Gaylord Palms and this is only about 15 minutes away. We stayed here 5 nights and ate their breakfast each day; they even have waffles in the shape of Texas and they were delicious! They prefer to make the waffles for you which enabled me to continue eating rather than standing around waiting for my turn to cook. I couldn't ask for a better place to stay.. Room and the hotel look great and are kept up. They even cut fresh flowers from their own outdoor pots and garden to decorate the breakfast tables with. The hotel personnel were extremely friendly and helpful; all of them cared to make our stay wonderful; Karen (breakfast area), Lee (evening desk) and the daytime/afternoon onsite manager (I neglected to get his name) stand out, but even their replacements on the weekend (breakfast area) or those behind the desk other shifts etc were outstanding. This pertains to the even the maids cleaning the rooms! Excellent Job!

This hotel has the best costumer service! Every employee that we encountered was so nice but two people stood out above everyone else. Angela, the breakfast attendant, made the breakfast experience wonderful. Lee, the man at the desk in the evening, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. This man is a people person. He was so nice and helpful. My 7yr old mentioned several times how nice “that man” was. If you are big on having great costumer service, this is the hotel for you. We would stay again! ❤️

My aunt and I were in town for a friend's birthday celebration. We initially planned to do a turnaround trip as we only live 3.5 hours away. The celebration and fellowship ran late so we were too exhausted to drive home. We already tried TWO other hotels that had nothing available. When we arrived this BW Plus, we were greater by Nathan. We were in town to visit family and the hotel was recommended by our family member who lives near by. We were immediately greeted by warm smiles and a beautiful, clean lobby. The hosts at the front desk made great restaurant recommendations and gave us the briefing on the hotel's amenities. The room was super clean! We had everything we needed including breakfast in the morning. Diann's friendly hospitality and great waffle making skills made our morning bright!! The coffee was provided for us all day (which I loved) and breakfast was deliciously prepared. I was very impressed by the décor and the beautiful landscaping. You can really tell the people who work at the hotel and the person who owns this facility cares about his business, employees and his customers. I would stay here again and again. It is great price and a great room.

I came due to my water pipes bursting from the winter storm a few weeks ago and needing a breather from the repairs. I'm a local and can say I'm glad this Best Western is in my town. Erika at the front desk is a keeper. Super friendly and professional at the same time.

We stayed for only two nights but we were pleased with this particular hotel. It was a good location for us, their beds were super comfortable, the staff was friendly, rooms were clean. There's a 7 Eleven gas station right next to in case you need to put gas of course and grab snacks. We rested well.

My husband and I stayed 4 nights. Very clean. We were very impressed with the job they did with protecting for Covid. The lady that took care of the continental breakfast was very attentive and on top of constantly cleaning and wiping down after everyone. Very good continental breakfast. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. You didn't see anyone without a mask. Definitely advise to stay here.

We were very impressed with the job they did with protecting for Covid. Clean, comfortable, convenient, nice decor. Everything was top-notch during our stay and exceeded our expectations. The front desk clerks were friendly, very helpful, and efficient. Thank you, Lee and Andy! The decor was fresh and soothing. Room amenities were plentiful: refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, ironing board/iron, hair dryer, and all the usual. The bed was super comfortable. The room was quiet and away from traffic noise and we could not hear our neighbors. The HVAC was not too loud and did not wake us up at all. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. WIFI was fine. The curtains blocked out the sunlight very well. Breakfast was very good (hot food, green tea and black tea bags, plus other items). Hopefully, that covers everything that prospective guests might want to know. We will be staying at the the Best Western Plus Lewisville/Coppell, the next time we are in town. One more thing: good value for the price. Thank you!

This hotel is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at for a fantastic price. We were here for three nights. Each day our room was cleaned and vacuumed so it looked like we were entering for the first time. All staff members were pleasant and went out of their way to ask how our day was and see if they could get us anything. Just wanted to also mention that their breakfast was delicious and each day was a little different. Definitely makes a big difference in the value of your stay when you have a high quality meal included.

The toilet would not flush, the bowl filled up with water, but would not go down the drain. They moved us to another room. Which was ok. The toilet there worked better. The room was comparable to the one we had.

I have been extremely anxious about staying in a hotel during the middle of a pandemic. Our room was super clean (and I am picky). The manager on duty gave us about 10-15 minutes after we checked in and called to our room to check on us. He wanted to ensure that our room met our expectations. I wanted some additional fabric sanitation spray for my own peace of mind and he brought it up within 5 minutes. I had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. All employees have the necessary PPE to make you feel safe and they had a great continental breakfast. This should be your first hotel choice!

Because of Covid 19, Texas requires masks at this time and the majority of the guests at this hotel were not wearing masks. When I mentioned it to the front desk, they said they cannot do much about it because the sheriff won't enforce it. Their breakfast is also self serve which with this pandemic is really not safe. Would not recommend this hotel at this time.

Yes, you are right about Texas requiring face and nose covering starting on July 02, 2020. This is the reason why our front desk agent REQUESTED that YOU COMPLY with it and put on your mask. Instead, you got very upset and called the POLICE ON US for asking you to wear a mask? The police came and assured us they we DID NOT DO ANYTHING WRONG by asking you to comply with our Governor's Executive Order. This review is nothing but an attempt to make a false attack on our caring staff and spread false rumor about our facility.

On arrival, the front desk staff was super pleasant and efficient. After a 5 hour drive, it was welcoming and refreshing. Cleanliness was evident every where I looked. The sitting area looked inviting had it been needed on this overnighter. Entering the room, was a surprise, as it was over the top with pleasant amenities, layout and cleanliness. The atmosphere everywhere was fresh, not musty, or covered by some yucky room spray. All the staff was very pleasant. Breakfast options were good. Access to the interstate was super easy and there were plenty of food options nearby. We have appointments and business end of month which are 30 mins north, but will return to this same hotel for the next stay by choice. I decided to stop at front desk to say thank you instead of leaving my key cards in the room.

The Best Western in Lewisville/Coppell is one of the nicest hotels my husband and I have ever stayed in. The room was spotlessly clean and smelled inviting. The beds were comfy and cozy, the amenities were plenty, and we were made to feel welcome. Breakfast was delicious, lots of variety. Hotel staff members Andy and Nona were absolutely wonderful. During these times it give me great joy to write this review. I would like to say Andy and Manager Chris has taken really good care of me and my niece. I have to have some work done in my home and had to stay at a hotel. I 1st went to Laquinta all lies. Justin the Manager is very rude.. Anyways back to Andy and Chris two amazing men whom Made what was a very stressful morning after not being able to work as I work from home.. They went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed to work from the Comfortable room they place me in Nit to mention I was here way before check in time.. If you are traveling ir just need a Staycation Come here they have Beautiful room and grounds friendly staff and warm breakfast safely for there guess.. This place is by far the best I've stay in when it come to there guest..

The side of the building we stayed in was right next to a highway on ramp, so we head to turn the a/c fan on high. Also, the water pressure could peel the paint off a sidewalk, and the tub was actually uncomfortable to stand in. Other than these three things..... we enjoyed our stay, and at a very good price.

Excellent hotel to stay at, the rooms are excellent and very well decorated. I loved the nice cushy pillows. The only thing I didn't like was that their restaurant was closed due to the COVI 19, however the attendant gave me several options where to get something to get food for takeout.

Our experience was excellent. The facility and our rooms were were spotless.Health guidelines were followed at every level which was comforting while traveling during this health crisis. The staff was very accommodating. They were friendly and very helpful.I plan to stay on a regular basis when traveling to Dallas.

I spend up to 300 nights a year in a hotel. This is hands down the best managed and ran Best Western I have ever stayed at . It was in very condition, clean and the staff was great. They were polite and professional. Even the night clerk was wearing a tie.

I really appreciated the fast checkin and the room was very comfortable. The hotel people were very nice and helpful. The outside was very maintained and landscaped. I was at this hotel for around 3 weeks as I am relocating for business. Hotel was great, clean, great staff, well lighted parking. Not noisy with the highway next to it. Room had no issues. Breakfast was great as well.

good value for the price, bathrooms could have been cleaner as the floors were a little dirty in the hard to get to spots like besides the commode between it and the tub.We stayed in the two bedroom suite and it was very spacious with all the modern amenities of home. The rooms were a little noisy at night due to the location and closeness to the interstate but not unbearable. I would recommend this to other people i know if they were going to stay in or had business in the Lewisville area.

The front desk was very accommodating. The room was large and nice. But the highlight was the lady at the self serve breakfast. She was always refilling drinks and clearing dirty plates and was just a joy to be around.

Very clean. Comfy beds. And I have a picky back when it comes to beds. Not a bad price for the room. Only thing I didn't like was the bath tub. It curves in middle. Was a little hard to stand in. They did have a handicap bar in bathtub. Breakfast is nice, have some different food each morning along with the same waffles etc. Not far from I-35E in Lewisville.

A great place to stay! Easy accessibility from the interstate, very friendly people at the front desk and in the dining room, excellent breakfast (better than any other hotel we stayed at, especially the egg casserole), A good exercise fitness room, very clean and well appointed guestrooms, and just overall a really good place to stay. And the price was extremely reasonable. Oh, shopping availability within 1 mile, with all restaurants, shopping,and everything that you would see in any big city. Highly recommend this hotel, with high recommendations for Elaine and Yesinia in the dining area. They were very friendly and welcoming as were the front desk people whose names I did not get.

We just stayed two nights at the Best Western Plus in Lewisville/Coppell, Texas. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the hotel was convenient to DFW without being too close. The breakfast staff were efficient and very friendly - greeting us both mornings. The receptionists were all pleasant and professional. One woman even went out of her way to find us some hot chocolate late one night. We highly recommend this hotel.

I had to stay at this hotel because my job relocated me soon then my apartment was ready. I truly enjoyed the entire month staying there. Elaine was amazing helping us and everyone else with breakfast. She came in to work right after a minor car accident (everyone was okay, and it was due to the other driver), however it was only after several minutes of talking and her being so caring toward us and all the guests that we learned about the incident. Our group has stayed here for several years in December. There is no doubt that you get what you pay for and more at this hotel. Hotel manager, front desk and breakfast host (special!) are GREAT! Breakfast was the best I have had in a hotel setting. Lots of yummy choices. Room was very spacious and clean. Housekeeping was variable. Front desk staff was fabulous! It was a very convenient location to swimming pool we were competed in. Location was also good to restaurants.

Best Western Hotels are consistently clean and the staff and the prices are very good. We were very happy to return and stay at the Lewisville Best Western. The staff let us check in early, it was very helpful.

Good stay for two nights. Staff were all great and very friendly! The room was nice and cool. The shower was good, water was hot and the room was clean. Breakfast was great! Overall, I would recommend this place.

We travel a lot but don't usually stay at BW hotels. However based on the reviews we choice to stay here on our trip. The reviews were correct and everything was fantastic. From check in to check out. This hotel was clean, reasonable prices, staff was super friendly and acted glad you stayed there. This hotel by far had the best breakfast of any hotel we have stayed at. The food actually had some flavor to it.

Rain drizzle and cold welcomed us and stayed all three days Lewisville. But the warmth of the room, the staff and this hotel heated our spirit. The facility is conveniently located for easy access. It's in iting clean hallway carpet and eager breakfast staff are reasons to come back.

Arrived in the evening for my reservation. Everything was ready at checkin. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful on guiding me to the destinations I would be attending. Room was clean and comfortable, slept like a baby!!!!

The staff was great, Elaine the breakfast attendant was amazing, she would always have a highchair pulled out for us in the morning, we didn't even have to ask. She was super friendly and knew where the best places were at to visit while we were here.

We had a bad experience at another hotel and the staff and manager welcome us with open arms! They made us feel like family and changed a bad experience into the best! Rooms are large and the entire hotel is bright and extremely clean and well run. All staff were friendly and helpful!

The staff here truly makes the difference. The front desk (Nona and others) and the support staff (Elaine at the breakfast buffet) are clearly giving their job 100%. We felt like valued guests. The hotel is very clean and orderly. The free buffet breakfast is excellent and very much appreciated.

My family and I were stuck on a plane for 7 hours during tornado warnings and severe storms with one attempted flight home to Tulsa that had to be turned around to return to DFW for fuel, 4 hours later...cancelled. 1am stuck in Dallas with no rental cars available, not knowing the area at all, two tired children and no luggage. 4am we finally got to this hotel and the man that greeted us was so welcoming! He extended our checkout so we could get some rest, provided us with toothbrushes and had the much needed Advil on hand. There is a breakfast but we slept through it, although I'm sure it was great! We did get our fill on the fresh brewed Starbuck coffee when we got moving around 1pm and it was perfect! While we waited for our rental car to pick us up so we could drive 4 hours home (since all flights were full) the manager brought a goody bag of drinks and snack for our trip. So thoughtful! The hotel was very clean and updated. (I'm one that checks the sheets very carefully before my family puts their stuff down and so when I say this hotel is clean...it's actually super clean!!) This was so much more than we ever thought we would find under the circumstances!! We would certainly return if ever we are in the area and I have recommended this specific location to friends that drive through regularly! Thank you Best Western Plus Lewisville/Coppell!! We appreciate you more than you know!

Recently remodeled it's stunning inside. Very serene strategic ocean turquoise lighting in the lobby. Breakfast has gone up several notches. No stale dry cold old here. The fresh scrambled eggs were fresh and perfect every single morning, and there's a lady who comes around to your table and asked if you want your cranberry juice dropped off does all that stuff for you just as if she were a waitress which she was not it self serve. It just really pushed everything over the top and I don't plan to stay anywhere else if I'm in that area I'll be at the Best Western Plus in Lewisville Texas

My family and I stayed for one night. The service was excellent and the room was big and clean. Chris at the front desk was friendly. Ms. Elaine that works breakfast is AMAZING! She was super friendly and she even helped me with my son until I fixed his breakfast. We will definitely be staying there again.

Five stars. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Overall, the motel was the best I've had in a long time. Price was exceptional too. Inside halls were clean, no offensive smell. Breakfast was very very good and breakfast area was attended by very friendly and helpful personnel.

My husband and I came down to TX for a very short two day stay for him to get specialized medical care, and he needed to travel with his medical service animal, a dog named Jeter. We have had numerous experiences where Jeter has been rejected by hotels, restaurants, etc (illegally), and traveling is always stressful as a result of that. Not only was he accepted at this hotel (regardless of it being not pet friendly in general), my husband was able to bring him to breakfast, out for walks, and in the shuttle to and from the doctors office without a single incident. I cannot tell you what this means for someone who is disabled and needs a service animal to not have to have that additional stress that at a moments notice an untrained staff member may yell at him for having this very necessary part of his treatment. You put him so at ease, meaning he was able to focus only on his healing, as was very critical during this trip. Thank you.

If your priority is quality over price, this is the hotel. The manager is watching over the property like an hawk. He goes the extra mile to make sure you will be happy with your stay. The breakfast buffet is great. The rooms are large, neat, and comfortable. The individual A/C works great, and keep the room at the right temperature (you can pick your own). This is my preferred hotel when I travel in the area. I stayed in a few others in the area, but once I stayed at this property, I just stick with it ! I wish I could find the same wherever I travel in US and Europe. I always feel a bit sad when I pack to check out. This is how much I enjoy staying there.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. We booked this hotel and stayed for one night as we traveled through town. On way back we decided to stop amd stay for 3 more days here. Got in late on a Friday night. In the morning we had to leave to load a truck in the summer TX heat. The hotel thought we had checked out, because we didn't answer the door when the maid service came by. They ended up cleaning our room. We came back before check out to shower before leaving town. The front desk staff treated us very graciously considering we showered in their already cleaned room. It was a great property, great customer service and outstanding staff.

Quick overnight trip of shopping and this place was recommended by a friend ...The staff here are so friendly and helpful, rooms and lobby etc.. were very clean, great breakfast and we loved the little extra touch of things like flavored water at front desk. Rooms were big and spacious but the split system is faulty when you try switching to heat which triggered the alarm which was not good and disturbed the peace and the hotel rug smell really damp and can be better managed.

We do have a regular cleaning schedule for all of our AC units as the seasonal weather changes. All of our AC's are set to cool as the Texas weather in August averages around 100* F. We wish you had mentioned you issues to any of our staff so, that we could've provided you with a solution. We hope you will give us another chance and have a better experience next time you are in town.

Suggested by the hospital we had to go to. Did not disappoint at all drove us back and forth to the hospital which rgey disnt have to do. Got to know us by name. Which noone had ever done on any trip I have taken. If I or anyone I know ever is in this direction again. This is where I will be. Stay here you will feel like family.

Really nice hotel with fantastic staff. There was a problem when I checked in, it was handled professionally and immediately. The next morning, the lady at the front desk apologized for the inconvenience (even though she wasn't there when I checked in). I really appreciated the concern and the cheerfulness of the staff. Breakfast was fresh and good. Location was close to the airport and the beds were very comfortable.

This was, hands down, the best Best Western I've ever stayed it. It was so clean, which is the top thing for me. The staff was amazingly kind, especially the woman in the breakfast area! The breakfast was good and the hotel has made some efforts in the rooms to reduce plastic waste. Highly, highly recommend this hotel!

Nice place! I received a text when the room was ready. The desk staff were extremely nice on check-in. I thought the bed was very comfy. The shower had wonderful pressure, so I took an extra shower just because I liked it so much. I wish we could have stayed longer!

I stayed here with a group of friends in a 2 bedroom suite. The suite was amazing and very spacious. It was like staying in an apartment. The landscaping around the hotel is also very relaxing. There are wind chimes in the trees and neat little sculptures all around the property. Definitely a little gem in Louisville.

We were travelling to a funeral and the Best Western staff were helpful at every turn. Clean and comfortable room, reasonable rates, outstanding breakfast with eggs, toast, waffles, fruit, cereal, yogurt and Starbucks coffee, nice pool. Just what we needed. When I had trouble with my phone, one of the people from the front desk helped me solve the problem.

We had an excellent day. The pool area is beautiful and the front desk help is amazing! Such sweet smiles and wonderful personalities. Nona was so welcoming and hospitable! We hope we get to see her when we move to this area! We accidentally packed the blow dryer and they were so nice when they called to let us know. Thank you so much! Very clean facility, friendly staff, great breakfast. The breakfast staff were so kind and accommodating for our little 2 year old that thought throwing jello on the floor was a fun idea. There were no complaints, and we didn't even have to go ask for any help with the spill. We turned around, and here came on of the hospitality specialists with a rag indicating “He's just doing what little 2 year olds are supposed to do.” Highly recommend this hotel for a family friendly stay!

My husband and I took a quick road trip to have a pool! This place is beautiful! Great room and beautiful landscape! Quiet in the room. HGTV! Need I say more??? Close to everything. Chili's is right next door but their steaks were not good. The hotel was awesome!!!

Very nice, new hotel. The room was wonderful and we had plenty of room for a family of four in the double queen suite. Breakfast was outstanding! There were so many options! My children loved making their own waffles.

My wife and I found the receptionists very welcoming and helpful during our stay. The breakfast service was well done and the attendants were attentive and uniformly pleasant to interact with. We had a couple of special requests during our four day stay that were promptly attended to. Both of us would return to the Best Western Plus if we again travel to the area.

What can I tell you about this classy, elegant, clean, and cozy little hotel? I just love it! The caring and welcoming atmosphere starts from the moment you get in the parking lot. The landscaping has beautiful and warm gardens with sitting areas inviting visitors to enjoy a good book under the trees day or night. This is no doubt an oasis 15 minutes from the DFW airport. The manager takes pride on his job. The greeting and welcoming you receive from the moment you enter the beautiful lobby is compared to that of a 5 starts hotel. The fresh water with lemon and peppermint refreshes you as you prepare to enjoy your state. The smell of fresh Starbuck complimentary coffee together with the beautiful smiles of the staff that greet you invite you to relax. The homey environment makes you feel like staying in no other place when you are in need of a affordable but fancy experience. This was my 4th stay in the last 3 months. You don't have to be on vacation to book a reservation. A surprise awaits you every time. This time was a fresh complimentary smoothie made specially for your taste. I never ever received such a treat on any 5 starts hotel. It was like a Spa retreat instead of a lay over place to stay when you did not make your flight. From the clean and comfortable room and bed to the complimentary treats that await in your room; ( fresh glass water bottle, cristal coffee mugs, pretzels, cookies...). All this little delays for such an affordable prize are compare to none I have ever seen. I have travel to many places and countries and I am from Puerto Rico however at this time I am a local from an hour away who chooses this wonderful place to retreat. You will have to come see it for yourself and I guaranteed you will Love It too! Thanks Best-western Plus for the lovely stay for my birthday. And, No one is paying me to make this review. We got there past 9pm but the front desk let us go swimming! Great breakfast buffet with a variety of breakfast foods. Our family came and we swam the entire day and had the pool to ourselves. Great for families. Nice landscaping.

We just stayed at the Best Western Plus in Lewisville, TX. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Several days before our stay I received a call from the staff reminding us of our upcoming stay, then the morning of I received a text message letting us know our room was ready if we'd like to check in as early as 10:45am. During our stay our checkin was very easy but the best part was the breakfast. We tend to be fairly unimpressed with the standard free breakfast choices that hotels provide knowing that is usually too expensive to provide healthier options or the “extras” that just make a hotel breakfast a little more exciting , We usually go buy a healthy breakfast out. We were very impressed with the extra touches they provided to enhance the breakfast options. Beyond all the typical offerings they served yogurt parfaits with granola, coconut, raisins, fruit; multiple oatmeal options, 3 different kinda of salsas (including an avacado salsa). What really made it stand out on the last day we're the 3 different options of made-to-order fruit smoothies-spinach pineapple, strawberry banana, and strawberry blueberry and how gracious and kind ALL of the staff were especially the kitchen staff. Overall, I would like to thank the hotel for a wonderful stay!!

I stayed in this hotel together with my daughter for 6 nights. After a long travel, we had a very warm welcome at the reception desk at the hotel. We even got a couple of dinner tips (with route) on request. The breakfast in this hotel is also very good. You can even ask for smoothies if you like. Also nice swimming pool. Didn't have the time to use it though. Comfortable location if you want to visit the Dallas area. Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful visit..

We held a Chrysler 300 Club Meet here and the hotel could NOT have been more helpful or friendly. We used the lobby and Breakfast area as our Hospitality area and really enjoyed it. Rooms were well cared for and the Staff was wonderful. I must mention Maria how handled the Breakfast area and she was a delight. Bright and cheerful and ready to help and offering to get anyone something she thought they might want. A great stay and highly recommended.

I accidentally booked a non-refundable stay on the wrong dates. Upon arriving at the hotel my mistake was discovered and I had to make another reservation. Being short notice the rate was much higher than the rate I was quoted online. The manager was kind enough to discount the rate considerably. Being that my mistaken reservation was non-refundable, I figured I was going to have to pay for both reservations and had accepted that fact. To my surprise the day after I checked out the manager called me and told me if I would call the place I booked my reservation and request a cancellation he would not charge me a cancellation fee and would refund the money for the mistaken reservation. I travel all the time for work and this is the first time I have ever had a hotel refund my money when I cancelled a reservation. Thank you. I will be staying at a Best Western whenever it is possible from now on.

We stayed here because of the reviews. It's located right on the highway and easy to find. I realized we were going to arrive late so I called and was ensured the room was still available. I was concerned because I had not told them we were checking in late. Sure enough they welcomed us and our room was perfect. Exceeded our expectations. Bed was very comfortable, room was spacious and clean, staff were friendly and breakfast was amazing. The lobby is absolutely beautiful. I felt like a movie star walking in with all of the aquas everywhere. Outside there is a nice walkway and sidewalk if it's warm. I would definitely stay at this place in a heartbeat. Worth the price. Grounds are well maintained, it is located in a good area, well lit at night, well off the highway so noise is not an issue. Breakfast staff is very attentive. Room was clean and large, Some restaurants within walking distance.

BW continues to secure my loyalty with the Plus and up hotels. This hotel is about 20 minutes from Dallas and was not only aesthetically pleasing, but the interior matched the outside. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was decent, but still worth it to not have to go out and buy breakfast. We'd definitely stay there again!

This is a best-kept secret that's too good not to share. When the weather prevented our flight from departing, and it was 10pm on a Saturday night, we didn't know what we would do. My son found this Best Western listing and we called them up. We got the last available room, had an Uber driver take us the short distance (~15 mins) from the airport, and were greeted by the nicest desk clerk in the world, who made us feel like we were the only guests that mattered. The bed was unbelievably comfortable; the shower facilities amazing; and the delicious complementary breakfast out-of-this-world - well stocked and plentiful. The manager greeted all guests in the morning, and was engaging and gracious. We were made to feel like family. We will definitely return to this hotel when our travels bring us back to the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Very, Very Clean. The staff was excellent as well. The front attendant was very helpful during our check-in even though it was extremely late. The free breakfast was amazing and the staff once again assisted us. Truly a great stay.

Wonderful, spacious, and clean room with 2 queen size beds. We were able to lower the AC to 66 degrees F -- so helpful when going through hot flashes! Breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options to choose from. Lots of parking available, too. Overall, an excellent stay. Will definitely return in the near future.

This hotel is beautifully decorated. The lobby is cozy and pretty. They provide 24 hour coffee with a selection of liquid creamers not just the little packets. The staff were so friendly it felt like visiting relatives. Room was comfortable and everything including internet worked well. At night it was quiet and I slept well there. If I work in this area again I would definitely like to stay here.

The staff was friendly (especially Mr Lee) Great free breakfast. Free Starbucks coffee all day. Rooms were spacious and clean, very comfy bed and pillows. I spent two relaxing days there. I would definitely recommend it.

Awesome. The place is clean, great breakfast, and they make you feel like family. It's like visiting friends you haven't seen I awhile. We stayed there for a weekend, while visiting family nearby, It's a very convenient location, near the highway and several businesses.The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was better than average, front desk staff were very helpful. Special thanks to Ryan, at the front desk, who consistently went above and beyond to be helpful. We did notice, that if you have the "do not disturb" sign on the door," housekeeping will respect your privacy. However, later when you remove the sign, they will NOT return to cleanup the room. It was not an issue for us, but might pose an inconvenience to some folks.

We love staying at BW, especially on the weekends because they're the only hotel that serves an early breakfast. Because of this hotel stay, we will never stay at a BW again. Ann, The lady who checked me in never smiled, never said thank you, never said glad to have you here, she was VERY unfriendly and not someone who should be greeting/welcoming guests. 2 days after check out, I saw an additional $45 charge for this hotel. When I called to ask about it, I was told by Rebecca it was for damages. I told Rebecca we did not leave anything in that room damaged and I would like to know how it was damaged and to see pictures of it. She told me someone would call me back because they would have to see if they could still find the items because they were probably already disgarded. I'm thankful my $45 was refunded, but I've still not heard back from anyone from this BW for an explanation, appology or how they intended to handle this. This hotel needs to have a lesson on customer service! This hotel was very clean, the rooms were great, the early breakfast was great - BUT the staff at this hotel is VERY lacking in customer service relations and made this stay less than desireable.

Extremely clean hotel, spacious rooms, If you extend your stay you'll have great breakfast with lots of options every day. Super friendly staff that go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. would definitely recommend to friends and family.

This is a clean, comfortable place to spend a night and then get a ride on their shuttle to e3k in the morning. The staff are courteous and attentive. My only complaint is that the continental breakfast doesn't have much that appeals to me so I have to make other breakfast plans, but overall it's great and I plan to continue patronizing this location.

Pleasant weekend stay but could keep breakfast open till 10am. We drove in for 3 hours to pick up someone at DFW and stayed overnight at your property. Very nice property, nicely done rooms. Hospitable staff. Clean rooms. However the room had a slight musty damp smell, reminiscent of the pre-makeover Best Western motels. The carpet in the room felt damp and sticky. Breakfast was the BEST I have had at any place I have stayed. The cook at this hotel makes very authentic Spanish dishes. However, being a weekend, it would have been nice if the breakfast stayed open till 10am(like most other places I have stayed in) instead of till 9:30am. Don't enjoy waking up early on weekends. Definitely recommend this place once the carpet and musty odor have been addressed.

loved the coffee its great for my teeth. can talk face to face without interruptions. no texting or text apps needed when the person you are with is right in front of you. this is much better than the trailer in live in.

Beds are very comfortable; room has nice size desk to be able to work. The staff are always very courteous and they have a good breakfast. Easy access to highway and several restaurants. Area is quiet.

The single king handicap room was perfect. It is big, clean, and wheelchair accessible. Our bathroom was perfect for a powerchair too. The staff are not only friendly and helpful, they are observant. When I need help they do so with a genuine smile not a forced one.

My daughter, son-in-law and I moved out of our home so renters could move in. At this time Our new home was being remodeled so we stayed 9 days at Best Western Plus Lewisville. We had adjoining rooms. No one really likes to be displaced like that. But our stay was comfortable. The rooms were clean, the breakfast bar was better than most, the staff was friendly and helpful.

The Lewisville/Coppell Best Western hotel is one the cleanest, best run facilities that I have stayed at. I travel approximately 20 weeks per year so I spend a lot of nights away from home and this hotel is at the top of my list. Everyone is so professional and they all go out of their way to make sure your stay enjoyable. When business brings me to the Dallas/Fort worth area I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else.

Reserved a King Suite for less than $100. The gentleman at the front was extremely nice and the room/hotel was neat and tidey. Large tv, fridge/microwave, plenty of space, etc. free parking and breakfast also. Great stay fir the price!

Very clean lobby and room. Staff was very top notch. Lee at the front desk was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fresh and had plenty of choices. Room was quiet, even being so close to the freeway.

My husband and I came to the DFW area for a last minute day trip, but we decided to stay one night after all. On the road we looked for a hotel and found this one for a great price (under $100 w/tax). We were greeted by Lee at the front desk, he was prompt, friendly and very welcoming. Our room was very comfortable and clean, including the bathroom. The beds/pillows/bedding were excellent. The breakfast was decent, with a variety to choose from. The coffee was hot and fresh. During our check out Nona was very helpful and friendly as well, making sure we enjoyed our stay. This will be on our list of hotels to choose from on our upcoming DFW trips! Wonderful staff, clean rooms and a good breakfast with Starbucks 24 hours in lobby. The rooms are big with a nice seating area and nice big tv. I felt very safe in the hotel and walking distance to a Tex Mex restaurant and Chili's.

Hotel is clean and well maintained - area feels safer than those closer to I35W and price was very reasonable for the area. Stay here 2 or 3 times a year when visiting family in the area. Would definitely stay again.

Can you add 5 more stars to make it 10? My profession requires me to travel nationwide 12 months a year. I've been to hotels all over and hands down this location is THE BEST I've been to in over 2 years. I mean there is nothing negative to say, everything is above average. The room was very spacious and extremely clean. The rest of the hotel is immaculate as well. It is very well decorated and the staff keeps the environment fun and upbeat. All of the amenities, the pool, the fitness room, the laundry room, vending, meeting room, are all outstanding as well. The dining area looks excellent and the morning breakfast was so well structured we though we were on a cruise. If you are ever in this area, this is the location you need to be in. I thought most hotels didn't care anymore, but I was wrong. Best Western Lewisville/Coppell is HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommended!! Did I say they were recommended? Stay here.

I'm kind of a tough customer. I have a lot of allergies and perfumes can literally make me sick. There is no hotel in the Lewisville area that has a hypoallergenic room but this hotel came close. The folks at the front desk made sure housekeeping didn't spray any Febreze in the room on the day I checked in. They even put in an ionizer to neutralize any odor left over from previous cleanings. Of course, there is no way to get all perfume out...anyone with a perfume allergy will tell you that we just do the best we can. But the hotel really did try hard...good on them. And they didn't make me feel like I was a bother. I'm also very allergic to mold and can tell you that my room was just fine. The beds were comfy, the a/c was not loud, and the blackout curtains really kept the light out. We slept soundly! We'll be back.

Sorry to be critical but the breakfast is almost offensive as to the quality. Not a single thing, except the coffee, worth eating and the servers stand there watching you which adds to the worst breakfast I've had in years at a hotel which prides themself, as if they have s great thing going here (besides the landscape). Room was Danny with odd cotton blankets.

Stayed for 4 nights in this hotel. I always assumed that it's below average, but this one is not. It's clean and inviting. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. Shuttle bus driver was also helpful and kindly suggested good restaurants to go to. Convenient location to Medical City which where my conference took place. Walking distance to Chilli's. It was definitely a great experience and will highly recommend.

We stayed here while attending a Cowboys game. We loved everything about the hotel. Staff is amazing and the rooms were superb. Bed was extremely comfortable and I actually got to sleep more than 6 hours straight. They serve one of the best breakfasts of any hotel we've ever stayed at. Will definitely return.

Stayed at Best Western Lewisville for a conference for work this November. Rooms are extremely spacious with sitting area as well as comfortable king sized beds. Hot breakfast every morning with everything you need! The hotel provided free shuttle to my conference at the Medical City of Lewisville everyday which was a big reason I chose to stay with this hotel. When I was checking out the staff even offered me a free shuttle to the airport - stellar service! Staff continuously checked in with me throughout my stay to see if anything could be improved. Definitely would return back to this hotel!

When i stayed here i was warmly greeted by the general manager, Mr. Chris Patel. Each time we crossed paths, he personally made sure that i was comfortable during my visit each day that i stayed here and even remembered my name and addressed me personally. The rest of the staff was incredibly friendly as well and my bed was so comfortable that it actually helped to relieve some serious muscle knots that i had been dealing with for weeks beforehand. I will DEFINITELY stay here next time i am in the area

Great stay for the money!! The landscaping gives it a resort feel. The hotel itself was small, but very clean. As a hotel guest, you learn not to expect much from a breakfast bar that's included in the price. However, this little hotel goes above and beyond in that area. It was seriously the best breakfast experience of its type. Good variety; excellent quality food; and a friendly staff that kept everything well stocked and hot.

I just had the opportunity to stay at the Best Western Plus Lewisville Coppell, Lewisville, TEXAS, First impression, the grounds of the hotel were manicured in a manner like a golf course, I've never seen grass so perfect, upon entering the hotel, there was very welcoming staff at the hotel, very clean, immediately checked into my room and noticed I had a very large, comfortable room with all of the amenities like fridge, microwave, large TV and was very clean and well laid out. Bed was quite comfortable, nightly I took part in using their fitness room as I am someone who trains 5 days a week and am very familiar with how a gym should be laid out and what to use. I found this gym adequate, I found everything I needed for a very quick workout, it was clean, fresh towels, purified water and did not leave disappointment. The breakfast food services in the morning had very warm welcoming staff, food was great, fresh and lots of variety. Coffee was great as well, once again, lots of variety, several different brands and very clean down there. Check in and checkout was very fast with no issues at all. I would highly recommend this Best Western Plus Lewisville Coppell, Lewisville, TEXAS.

First of all, it would have been nice for Booking.com to let us know that the pool was kind of in a construction zone. My 11 year old was a bit put out by that. Use the wifi, because cell service seems to be twitchy in that location. I found the beds to be a bit hard but thats me. Breakfast was amazing, if you are going to be there look for the mini burritos for breakfast, they were fantastic!

This trip was emergent so we reserved another well known hotel with good ratings. It was absolutely awful. We cancelled the remaining reserved stay and found BW. What a refreshing site. Very clean, friendly and professional. BW will be the first accommodations we seek out the next time we travel.

Second time staying here with my family. They have recently renovated and its very well designed and clean. All staff from front desk, housekeeping, outside and kitchen were very attentive and friendly. There are lots of places to eat within a short distance. Only 2 exits up there is BJs, Steak and shake, olive garden and more. At this exit there is a Mexican restaurant within walking distance. We love the location. Only 15 minutes drive to grapevine Mills where they have legoland discovery and also an aquarium. About 30 minutes drive from downtown Dallas. We were easily able to drive into see the sixth floor museum. We used the pool which they have made very aesthetically pleasing. You have to go through a gate where they have put trees and shrubbery . It's very well maintained and they also have a large gas grill there that you can make use of. They have a gym which I didn't make use of. Breakfast is served from 0630 to 0930 and they have a good variety of juices and hot and cold food. Parking and WiFi are free. Rooms have fridges and microwaves. I like this hotel for - location - customer service - facilities - price

Earlier this month we spent a week at this hotel. It was wonderful on every level! The room, pool area, workout space and public lobby and breakfast areas were spotless. The best part was the staff - everyone was incredibly friendly and gracious and helpful, from the front desk staff to the breakfast and housekeeping staff. We felt very welcome and cared for. Breakfast was very good, and the location was very convenient to shops, etc. And, I loved that they have the Wall Street Journal available to guests at the front desk! We'd definitely stay there again, and highly recommend it.

From the moment we arrived you find this hotel very clean from the car park to the reception area & the bedrooms. Staff is very friendly & professional & they assist where ever they can. The hotel offers a great clean private outdoor pool with lounging chairs & umbrellas. Been staying here for 4 days & it's always clean & very inviting. The hotel is quite & peaceful. The rooms are spacious & very clean with a tub/shower. The breakfast is included they have a large variety & it's very tasteful. We enjoyed the hotel it's very central to everything we needed, it's also close to too Mexican restaurants (walk-in distance) the local food is awesome. I would recommend this hotel.

I cannot say enough about the superb, clean,nicely decorated place. It is beautiful inside and out. Daily maintained to perfection. I have stayed at higher priced locations that were not as nice as this one. All the Personnel were extremely professional and informative when needed. Even when things were not running smoothly they wrre polite, calm, kind and professional. The entire Staff and place are a definite attribute to the Hospitality industry. The location is good for easy access to I35, close to DFW airport, shopping etc. It is a privilege to speak about how nice this place and the people are to not only myself but all who pass through here as I have witnessed. I especially want to note that the staff was very hepful in getting my juice etc at breakfast ad I walk with a cane. Too, other staff helped locate a trolley for my things and then offered to help get them to the car. I am truly humbled by how nice and accommodating these peopke have been. Great place for all sorts of groups, business and families. Too, all staff seem to be bilingual. Excellent place...

We live in Texas and used points for a one nighter close to enough to visit family. The room was overall clean, tho we had noted a big white drip on the couch close to the floor level so it may have been missed by the cleaning technician, but we alerted her to its presence. We did not use the pool just too many other activities. The breakfast was typical of the "free breakfast" the meat was what my wife calls little sausages, and the taste was so neutral not sure if it was pork or beef or a combo. I always tip the breakfast attendant, and I respectfully suggest any guest do the same. It is not suggested anywhere in the lodging etiquette book, however it is welcomed by the workers. .

We stayed here for 3 nights for a family trip for multiple families. The front desk went above the norm to make sure all requests were meet. We needed connecting rooms for easy access to a senior citizen and that was granted. I also called the front desk to ask if they knew of a wheel chair rental company and they were nice enough to lend us a chair for the day! The room service hostess was not the best. The days the room was cleaned, many items were not restocked, trash was not picked up, and not enough towels were left behind. Even after calling the front desk for towels for 2 mornings in a row, the room hostess never delivered them. But the excellent customer service of the front desk overshadowed the lack of service of the room hostess. The breakfast is not the best for hot foods. The eggs look like yellow mountains that you chisel apart. Your best bet is to stick with waffles, PBJ sandwiches, fruit, and yogurt. The yogurt is the best part. Many yogurt toppings to choose from.

Of course it is clean and the breakfast is good! The real kicker is the incredibly friendly staff from the desk to cleaning to breakfast! Every single person spoke and smiled and seemed genuinely interested that we were having a good stay! Very impressed and will definitely return!

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We were staying there for client meetings and the GM, Chris, allowed us to come back well after the check out time was passed to let us use the employee facilities to change into more comfortable clothes and work remotely using the hotel wifi. Breakfast was great! The rooms were clean and very recently updated and the facility is centrally located for easy freeway access to downtown, Lewisville and Carrolton. I would definitely stay there again when in the DFW area!

We were heading to a family reunion at Lake Texhoma. This Best Western Plus was excellent. Breakfast was good and allowed us to get on our way in a timely manner. We also enjoyed the pool. The property was easily accessible from Texas 121 Business and I 35E. We would stay here again, if we return to the area.

We recently stayed at this Best Western for our granddaughter's graduation. I consider myself a hotel snob. I love nice hotels and don't mind paying for them! This was a such a great experience! We actually extended our stay for a day . The bed was so comfortable, breakfast was delicious, room was spacious! Felt like we were at home! We left Best Western to stay at a Sheraton in downtown Dallas for a convention! Paying double what we were paying and I keep telling my husband I'd rather be at the Best Western! The bed's not nearly as comfortable, no refrigerator, no microwave. I could order fruit and coffee for breakfast for $17!! We will definitely be staying at the Best Western whenever we visit!!!

Overall this hotel was very good. The employees were very friendly and welcoming. There was a not a large variety of breakfast choices but was just okay. Would definitely stay there again should I need lodging in that area.

Stayed here recently for a few day. I was happy with the stay and thought it was also a good value. Very clean and the staff is so friendly! Will definitely stay here if/when I return! Also breakfast had a good variety!

The Front desk staff was exelent, fast check in and check out and they offer a express check out welcome warm cookies available on the afternoon and 24 hours starbucks coffee also available Breakfast exelent diferent every day Rooms very clean and free bottle of water every day at the rooms. The interior of the hotel had the appearance of cleanliness, until we checked in our room and while there for 24 hours, we killed 3-4 bugs, ants, spiders. Other than that, my husband and I was very pleased with the front desk customer service.

We were in Lewisville for some medical testing. The staff was extraordinarily helpful, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. My grandson used the fitness center and the pool. The hotel is easy to reach off I35.

The place was very clean, and bright. The breakfast was good with lots of selections to eat. The gym, and pool was also nice and clean. We enjoyed staying here! The parking lot was well lit with no issues, as all of us were driving old muscle cars and no one messed with any of the cars. Thank you for a great stay!

Stayed here for 4 nights and everything was wonderful...would stay here again!! The breakfast buffet was better than expected. The service staff were very courteous and helpful. The outdoor pool was a nice place to hang out at.

Our telephone line was dead and the room was not cleaned well, there was things left on the floor from previous days and our drinking glasses were dirty and never replaced. Other wise the breakfast crew was really nice and had the area really cleaned. Check in and out was great, there is some remodeling but no noise was heard at night which really helps.

It would have been helpful to know that there were renovations going on when I made my reservations. No access to ice machines on floor 2 while we were there. Construction debris covered walk-ways which from the parking lot which had to be navigated strategically. Reserved 3 rooms for my family who were in town for our son's graduation from UNT. Rooms were nice and clean so that made up for the rest of the hotel looking rough from the renovation.

Renovations were underway and this was not disclosed when my reservation was made. The unsightly appearance from the renovation work was distressing (Front entrance, second floor plastic covering the renovation area). After nine hours of driving a clean room saved the day. The reservation would have been cancelled otherwise. Hotel is in a good location with access to restaurants, mall, entertainment, easy highway access, but I expected better hotel accommodations from Best Western Plus.

I stayed in mid April for a couple of days on business. Hotel is under renovation that is almost complete. guests were not being inconvenienced. Hotel decore, cleanliness and appeal is among the best that I have seen, including stays at Garden Inns by Mariot. Staff are pleasant, helpful, and approachable. Breakfast was above average as well. Very good water pressure on second floor.

Very nice hotel! Convenient location for an event we were going to just down the street. Early check-in was great! Friendly staff and easy reservation and check in experience. Beds were so comfortable that we slept in and missed the breakfast the next morning! I would definitely stay there again!

I highly recommend this hotel! We have stayed here twice with a large family group, and the hotel staff was very happy to accommodate us in every way. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very nice and comfortable and the housekeeping staff fully services the rooms each day The full breakfast is great! The breakfast team keeps the breakfast foods hot and fully stocked. The are right there during the breakfast hours to assist in any way. The front desk staff is awesome! They made making reservations easy, greeted us with a smile upon check-in, and wished us well upon our departure. I can't say enough about the whole experience. It was awesome and we look forward to our next visit!

My wife and I stayed at this Best Western for 3 nights in October. Initially, the most challenging part was getting to the hotel from the Interstate. No fault of the hotel, the Highway exit signage could use some improvement. The room was good sized and the King bed was fairly comfortable. The decor was modest. Typical BW+. The staff was exceptional, however. Friendly and helpful attitudes were the norm throughout our stay.

Wonderful four night stay and the complementary breakfast was great. The lady overseeing the breakfast, Mildred, was attentive, quite accomodating and most pleasant to converse with. Overall a very pleasant stay, the hotel staff was very attentive with any needs. Enjoyed the coffee available 24 hours and breakfast was great. Three drawbacks construction out front, toilet seat too low and tub floor uneven making it difficult to stand.

Our Church ministry held an event in the conference room. From the beginning of the initial booking to the day of the event, the staff was very helpful, courteous and so friendly to us and our guest. The manger Carlos was beyond professional with us and answered more than enough questions to help us ensure we had everything we needed to hold the event there. The other staff members Chris and Charlie were equally helpful and courteous. The price is well worth the value you get. Light next to the mirror on the left side of the TV did not work. AC machine and heater worked perfect since I'm cold natured. Overall, amazing stay. Would definitely stay again and recommend to a friend!

We were needing an overnight stay while traveling, and chose this hotel for it's location. There was construction right in front of the hotel, but it was still easy to get there. The hotel was even better than expected! Excellent, updated facility with a welcoming staff (Charlie). Room was large and well appointed. It would be perfect if a longer stay was needed. A bonus for us was that it was free! We used BW points. Highest recommendations for this hotel.

Great stay, very clean, quiet etc. A little difficult to get to with construction but otherwise ok. Breakfast was good with decent variety. Room was comfortable and quite large etc. Even though room was close to elevator we did not hear anyone coming or going. Overall a good stay.

Many family members traveled from Houston for a funeral in Lewisville and all stayed in the Best Western hotel. All the rooms were great and the breakfast excellent. The shower had had lots of hot water with a good shower head!!

I stayed here due to it be so close to my sister's house for the holidays. The staff is really friendly. I did ask that the drain on the shower be checked since it was draining slowly and there was no improvement so don't know if they did this or not. The blankets on the beds are very thin, so my daughter said she had trouble sleeping since she was so cold.

Our stay at the Best Western was wonderful - from the time I made the reservations, to the addition of a night, to the check-in, re-check-in and check-out. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and well-stocked with amenities. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. Also, close to some good restaurants.

In my travels I always try and find a Best Western property. They most generally are very well kept, clean, comfortable and affordable. This locations in Lewisville was no exception. The hotel is easily accessible from I-35 with adequate parking. Check in was a breeze and my room was perfect. The hotel staff were very polite and eager to insure my stay was enjoyable. I highly recommend this property.

I can't say enough about how happy we were with our stay! The room was clean and comfortable. Every single staff member was friendly and eager to fulfill any request! The breakfast was wonderful with a lot of choices! We stayed for 6 nights and the breakfast had new choices each morning! I would HIGHLY recommend staying in this beautiful and friendly hotel! :)

I don't make a habit of writing multiple reviews for the same venue but I feel this is the least I can do. Having stayed in the BW Lewisville multiple times for at least a week in a row the last 6 months Carlos and his team never ceased to amaze me! They're always go the extra mile (Texas size!) to make me feel at home. I have spent in hotels across the globe and can safely say this is by far always the best stay ever. A friendly hello when you drop in, always checking on you, clean rooms with smart interiors, very complete hot breakfasts, 24/7 complimentary Starbucks™?, spacious parking, I can go on! But again what makes a hotel a 5 star experience is the people! You guys are amazing and again, being a frequent traveler I would normally not say this, though it may sound cliche as in 'there's no place like home' but you guys make it for me the closest as it can get so in this rare case I would say: I look forward staying in your hotel again, anytime!! I stayed at this hotel for 2 plus weeks. Within 2 days, every employee called me by name (not even sure how they knew that). The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and the amenities in the bathroom were just what I needed. Also the fridge in the room actually worked correctly (for some reason most don't ??). And even after that long of a stay, I didn't have a single complaint. The staff is what makes the difference at this hotel. The only thing I could compare it to is how they treat you at an expensive resort in another country. I have stayed at 4 and 5 star hotels that could learn a lot this hotel and their staff. Their attentiveness and concern and friendliness truly set the bar very high for future hotel stays. I will certainly plan to stay here again. My only TINY recommendation would be to have sliced fruit available with breakfast. The breakfast is VERY good with plenty of options but just adding that would be awesome :)

Group enjoyed the same hotel two years in a row. Will do it next year if near our destination activity. Staff is the best! The breakfast is hot and varies day to day to be pleasing to all. It would be hard to beat for the rate paid for a group. Free parking, close to lots of restaurants and shopping center.

Easy access on and off Major highway and shopping center. Comfortable beds and pillows. Excellent Staff excel in making you feel comfortable and at home on arrival and balance of stay.. Breakfast is above average. Attendant to assist you @ Breakfast and start your day off in a positive way. If you need an overnight stay this hotel is the one for you to consider.

1. Construction in area hindered easy access. 2. Much disturbance by teenagers running up & down the halls from the 2nd. & 3rd floor, doors slamming and no supervision. 3. Room was comfortable but the bed mattress slumped to the middle hindering a good night of rest. Dissatisfaction with room was discussed with manager at time of departure. Not a good impression for our first time using Best Western.

Stayed here for a second time, previously stayed in 2014. Will definitely stay again if ever in the US. Super friendly and helpful staff. Very clean, comfortable and quiet rooms. Convenient location close to I35 and DFW. Extremely reasonable rates! Couldn't fault this property at all! Hope to see y'all again soon!

Even though it was a challenge to get in and out of the property due to street construction right in front, there was no extra noise or mess once I made it in the parking area and in the hotel itself. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the plantings and sitting areas scattered about the grounds were lovely and relaxing. Thought and care must go into this landscaping to be a bit of a oasis in the city.

We stayed at this hotel for a personal trip and found it to be super clean from the lobby to the room. Even the lobby restroom was clean! We drank clean tasting tap water (true) and loved the Starbucks amenities. I personally appreciate a CLEAN remote. Additionally, the staff was super friendly, and allowed us to use the business center a few hours after we checked out, and while we waited for our flight. We will definitely stay here again.

Best breakfast in DFW! This is a “green” hotel, and the breakfast buffet items are made from fresh ingredients. Guacamole salsa, breakfast tacos, fresh cranberry juice, and yogurt were favorites. Plus an abundant variety of eggs, sausage, yogurt, granola, 3 oatmeals, cereals, Starbucks coffees, teas, breads, “homemade” waffles, and more. The hotel is newly redecorated in a modern theme; rooms are clean, and beds are comfortable. Good value!

Charlie at the front desk was awesome. The hotel was great too, but Charlie was sincerely friendly and wonderful to work with. He truly elevated the hotel in our eyes from "great" to "outstanding". The room was nice and clean (and best of all, quiet!), and the food at breakfast was better than most hotels. I've stayed at other hotels that were twice as much and the service was half as good. So we honestly felt like we got much more than our money's worth here. Obviously, we would not hesitate to stay here again, and would happily recommend this hotel to others.

People are nice, the rooms are clean, it is well situated. However, for all the good stuff, the one thing that has a drawback is the food. The yogurt was in a machine, rather than individually packaged. You had no idea what you were eating. But there was a big selection. The eggs were scrambled so you didn't know whether they were from a hen or a refrigerated, pasteurized entity.

We can assure you that by using that machine it stays fresher than if it were in a container. As far as the eggs go, we only use real eggs every day, not like every other hotel that uses frozen patties or from a box. They are cracked and made all day long. The bacon and ham are also made fresh and fried. We hope to see you again !!

We stayed at the hotel for 12 nights on a sporting trip, room was very spacious and comfortable, breakfast was good with lots of variety and as much coffee as you like 24/7 staff were very helpful big thank you to Carlos hotel manager who could not help us enough, 2 miles to the train station into Dallas on the Dart green line, nice pool, and local bar & restaurant 5 min walk

Perfect location for our vacation visit to family. Wonderful breakfast buffet each day. Made use of the pool. Very roomy, comfortable rooms and a bottle of purified water each day. Very nice. Staff was very helpful and even loaned us an umbrella on an especially rainy evening.

Air conditioner needs huge improvement! Tiny pillows on the bed, but one full size in a drawer if you look for it. Couch was worn out and sagging,TV placement only good if you watch from the bed and there was no guide available plus HBO you had to pay for. We won't be back for sure.

dbubbadog1, We are sorry about the experience you had while with us. We have a “Pillow” menu that you can chose the pillow that fits best for you, and our HBO is free. I do not know where you went to see a charge for that. We hope you have safe travels back home, and thank you for staying with us and letting us know what items we need to work on.

We had 2 rooms and stayed 2 nights at this Best Western in Lewisville. It was clean, staff was helpful and location was great as it is right off of the interstate. The only thing I might mention was the breakfast; we weren't impressed. It was crowded and you had to make your eggs or your waffle in the waffle irons. (yes, including the eggs). This procedure really took a lot of time as people had to make their eggs in the waffle iron one by one. Coffee in the room was fine but there was only 1 regular and 2 decaf. Had to ask the 2nd day for more regular coffee. Also, they must be remodeling somewhere as the parking spaces on one side of the hotel were taken up with storage pods. Huge ones. I did like the hotel and will use it again, just a few little glitches.

As far as the Pods are concerned they will be removing them today. We had used them to donate furniture to Hurricane victims in Houston and needed a place for them while they were able to be shipped after the flooding went down. When you return they will not be there. We look forward to your next visit.

We enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Easy on and off interstate. Very good breakfast. Plus there is an El Fenix Mexican restaurant in walking distance. And a Chilis. We would be happy to stay here again. Thank you to the staff.

The convenience of their location to my plant is excellent. The Staff was extremely friendly and very professional. The breakfast food is better than most locations I've stayed within the BW chain. Will definitely return and probably stay here for all my DFW stays.

I highly suggest this hotel! Rooms are large, and extremely clean. Staff is super nice, from the moment we walked in the door everyone was so friendly. Hotel was quiet, TV was nice. We will definitely return to this hotel and suggest to many of friends and family to book here.

I went with my family, we needed to stay for one night close to Dallas and Fort Worth. It's a small average hotel but it was clean and the front desk personnel very nice. Breakfast was good. Everything worked properly.

I have been a frequent guest here for almost two years now. Carlos, Rebecca, and the entire team will make sure that your stay is perfect. Rooms are always clean, you have a fridge in every room, great TV, work station, shower with great water pressure, all that you need for a great stay. I had eight rooms this week for a business meeting and each guest enjoyed their stay and the front desk staff made sure everything went smoothly. The other recent plus is that the construction on 35E has completed and shifted south so getting in and out is much easier. Lots of restaurants within a short distance. Book with confidence!

Everything at this hotel was accommodating. Rooms are clean. Breakfast was good. The staff are very friendly. We will definitely stay here again. We are Rewards members and will visit more Best Western hotels in the future.

Not sure why this is called a Best Western Plus because not a Plus at all. We had a late check in and the man at the front desk was efficient and apologetic when he told us the elevator was out of order so we would need to take the stairs. The room was very dated but at least it was clean. Breakfast was the standard usual fare at these two and three star places so no unexpected surprises there! Sheets were a bit rough but beds were okay. An average place to stay for a quick night's stay but wouldn't recommend for any longer then that.

JO92373, Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your stay with us. We are however a bit curious about the elevator comment. Our Elevator has not been down since over a year. I believe that this is the wrong hotel in which you stayed in. We are constantly refreshing the hotel including lobby and guest rooms.

We spent 4 nights in this hotel. We arrived late in the evening and my first impression was the smell. It had a weird smell to the hotel. While it looks like the hotel has been updated i still felt a little like it was on the cheap side and while it looked clean I felt like it was just surface clean. The breakfast wasn't so great either. They offer eggs, pancakes and such but it was only so-so. I was disappointed because it was highly rated on tripadvisor. I wish I had kept my reservations at the Hampton instead. We also had to cross the parking lot to get to the pool. I won't be returning to this hotel. It was okay but definitely not as great as the ratings would suggest.

Room was very clean the hotel staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good hotel. The only problem we had was the cleaning staff trying to come in our room at 8 o'clock in the morning when we were still there. I would most definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very clean and updated. The little amenities in the room were a nice touch. Nice neighborhood with alot of stores and shopping near by. The staff were professional; except the Assistant Manager Jose was quite rude when we had an issue with a possible lost item. He raised his voice to my boyfriend when we were searching the laundry area with the maintenance man. He assumed we had just walked into the laundry area by ourselves without asking questions. The front desk manager was very polite and was very professional when we went back inside to let him know that we had found the item.

Always a great value and very clean. Extremely friendly staff, enjoy staying here when I am in this part of the world. Very good accommodations and amenities for their pricing. Lots of restaurants in the area and a convenience store across the street which is handy as well.

It has been a number of years since we lived in the Dallas area, we were surprised at the road construction and navigating our way to the hotel. This hotel and it's outstanding staff made the drive well worth the effort. We arrived and were greeted by a friendly and professional group. From check in to breakfast it could not have gone smother. A couple of nice perks, free Starbucks coffee 24 hours a day, the Wall Street Journal and the breakfast buffet.

This hotel is by far the best. All the staff gives 1st class treatment to all guest. Carlos, Susan, Rebecca and Keith at the front desk will make your stay the best. No need to eat breakfast anywhere else because. They have it all.

I was use other hotel all my business trip and family trip. But last year I use this hotel 3 months. very good for me and my family. All staff is very kind and nice also very friendly. We had a nice stay at the Best Western Plus. The rooms are clean and the hotel is well maintained. The free breakfast buffet is good. It was nice to have a suite with a pull-out sofa bed in addition to 2 queen beds since we had two teenagers with us. Refrigerator in room was not very cold so we didn't try to keep food in it. They offer room service from orderinn.com which was ok.

Overall it is a great hotel to stay at.this hotel again. My only complaint woild be the strands of hair I found in the bathroom. Hair strands that are nit mind kind of grosses me out eventhoufh it was only a few strands of hair.Staff was very friendly. Location was great and easy to find. I would definitely be staying here again.

Great stay with the family! Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were large and clean. Property was well kept and very pretty. Great location. Everything we went to do was within 30 minutes. My family loved it!

Our room was very clean, AC was noisy (squeaky) in first room, but they quickly offered us another room. Food was good with a variety of choices. Friendly staff too. Room had tv, sm. coffee maker, microwave, fridge, & hairdryer. Didn't use the pool or workout room, but they appeared nice. Would have given more stars, but not real fancy with valet, gift shop etc. (Not that they were necessary) Definitely would stay again. Mexican restaurant at the end of the parking lot was excellent too!! Chili's was next door to that.

Can't say enough positive things about this hotel ... Property was pristine ... Room was wonderful ... If there was a negative it was the beds were a little hard for our liking but everyone's personal preference is different. Staff was amazing !!!! Stayed here last month for a week. Clean and spacious rooms, excellent air conditioning. Breakfast is great but could use a little more variety. Also, the Starbucks coffee could be a little stronger taste. Small point: couple of times house keeping forgot to replace bath room amnesties. Very friendly staff. The swimming pool is small but also clean and very quiet(provably because it was just too bloody hot ;-)) Some shops and (texmex) restaurants near by. I look forward staying here again next week! Love the jacuzzi tub room.* The service was fabulous and the breakfast bar was awesome. *Careful the floors are real slippery around the tub. This will be our local kid free night getaway for us. Thank you for the hospitality.

Best BW I have stayed in out of probably 20 BW's over the last 15 years. The staff, Charlie in particular was most helpful. I WILL stay at this facility again and have already recommended it to my family.

My husband and I stayed for a week over the 4th of July. The staff was extremely helpful and personable. The towels were clean and fluffy. The bed was comfortable and clean. The room was clean and cleaned daily. The toilet paper was great! (Did not crumble in your hand upon contact.) The Breakfast menu rotated some what daily and was tasty and fresh with Starbucks coffee. This is a great location easy; access to most major routes. The landscaping is well cared for and gorgeous! The pool is small but clean. The front and back entrances were washed daily! To tell you how clean this hotel was... I walked around on the carpet in my room in white tennis socks and they stayed white on the bottoms! Did I mention how personable the staff was and how clean this hotel is? Thank you Carlos, Rebecca, Jose, Martha, Hannah, and Maria! This now our go to hotel in Dallas area!

The staff here is incredibly nice. The hotel is clean and quiet. Breakfast has been wonderful and coffee is fresh all day. Thank you for such for a great stay. We look forward to staying again. Great stay, beautiful decor, and awesome hot breakfast. Check in and out was easy. Very good price and close to DFW. It's a hidden gem. It's also a convenient location to Fort Worth, Grapevine, and Carrollton.

After flying into Dallas, we stayed the night at this Best Western before driving in. We had no problems, comfortable bed, spacious, and friendly staff. We will stay here again when traveling though Dallas.

Tired of Holiday Inn Express' nasty breakfast I booked here because Best Western has better breakfast. Good experiences in Florida (Navarre) and Colorado (Walsenberg) reassured me. Everything was great except the mattress, it was only slightly better than laying on the floor. This place is a no for side sleepers, room 304 anyway. I got 1 hour of sleep before my shoulders could take no more.
