Best Western Hermiston Inn

Very nice, but...NO ELEVATOR. At the end of a long day, this old gal sure didn't appreciate having to haul all my luggage up a flight of stairs after wrestling it through a side door that was hard to keep open due to high winds! I travel w/12volt cooler that required 2nd trip up the stairs. Aside from that, absolutely no complaints. Room was spacious, spotless & I slept well on very comfortable bed with nice linens & fat, fluffy pillows. Away from the interstate, it was very quiet. Free wifi w/ample signal. Customer service was great - at check-in, Jose offered to bring my luggage up for me but as he was the only one on staff and the phone was ringing & other guests were waiting to check in, I declined his kind offer. Next morning, I grabbed some fruit & fresh coffee from the continental breakfast which looked standard but well tended. At check-out, Danny was friendly & efficient. If you are young & nimble, the stairs wouldn't be an issue but if you have mobility issues, be sure your room is downstairs.

Long triip and was ready for a break. Did not have a reservation. Danny the desk clerk got me a very nice room that was perfect! Very quiet and the bed was outstanding. The breakfast staff Margie and Sky did a great job putting out breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

Super clean spacious room. Liked the King room layout with divider between the bed and living room area. Dennys next door has bar and good food.Lots of parking. Quiet location off interstate highway.Done.

I usually stay in Pendleton or the Tri-Cities but found myself in Hermiston at the BWP. Wow, what a pleasant surprise. The beds were comfortable, the facility was spotless, and the breakfast was delicious

Hotel exceeded our expectations for a one night stop on a road trip. Very kind staff that went out of their way with little extras, like complimentary beverages available on arrival. Excellent breakfast...wide selection and very fresh. Hotel was clean and well kept.

Perfect place to spend a few day in Hermiston. The food was great and the staff was extremely nice/helpful. Pool was greatnfor the kids and checking in and out was super easy and efficient. Will definitely stay again if I am in the area

Great stop while driving thru Oregon. Quiet place, good eats next door a Denny's. Breakfast opens early and was hot and tasty! Did not use other facilities due to quick in and out on my travels. Room coffee was also a pleasant surprise.

This turned out to be a pretty good stop for us on a recent trip. The hotel itself is fairly straight-forward, and a lot of rooms are very easily accessible via the parking lot. The breakfast we received was pretty good, but the rooms they serve them in are a little small (there are two of them). The food was good, and there were plentiful portions. There is a good sized pool there, but when we stopped by the pool was a little cool for my taste. The 5-star treatment we received was at our check-in; the desk attendant was VERY pleasant, and we got 4 cookies! Not a big deal you say? Well, these were exceptionally good cookies, right out of the oven, and were quite large. I saved one to take to the Seahawks game two days later (and was glad I did). Check-out was a breeze, and we were back on US-395 in moments. FYI - there is a Denny's right there as well, but we did not have the opportunity to visit (maybe next time). We definitely will stay there again, because they have delicious cookies (did I mention the cookies?)

BW Hermiston was absolutely the best experience you could have during a very sad trip home after a family funeral. Staff was caring and kind and over the top accommodating. The facility was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the place was quiet.

Staying at Best Western Hermiston Inn overnight was relaxing and smelling bacon in the hallway led us to the breakfast centre downstairs. Good scrambled eggs and bacon were delicious. Driving to the nearby refugees along the Columbia River was excellent at the directions for the birdwatchers. Saw a variety of local birds like blue kersel and waterfowls like snow geese and Canada geese.

Had a good stay here. Cool room on a hot day and a large breakfast. On the edge of Hermiston so not close to any local activity or sites, except the Umatilla County Fairgrounds that are a short walk away.

The hotel had big rooms that were well cleaned. They offer a full hot breakfast that was quite good. The rooms and public areas were a little dated . The real issue was the beds. They were generally uncomfortable, but the pillows were lumpy and almost unusable. Tried all four that were on the bed - they were all the same. For the price which was quite steep, I think I'd try somewhere else next time.

I was quoted 3 different prices and still won't know until my cc statement come in. Not one of 3 employees could tell me which price is right all said they woul have to talk to the manager. Never saw or heard from the manager.

Everyone was nice and kind. A clean hotel and a clean room. The lady that check us in was very nice. She answered all of our questions. Breakfast was very delicious. The breakfast area was clean and in order.

Stayed at the Hermiston Best Wester, and in all my stays at Best Western this was not to my expectations, Never did they once come to make up room, change towels or place toiletry items, and the sign was placed outside my door. The staff is not knowledgeable if breakfast will be served. There are no clear signs of breakfast room.

I thought because this was a Best Western and the higher price, I would get higher quality than the typical American motel. However it was pretty typical. The AC unit kicked on/off loudly enough to wake me, so I didn't sleep much. The bathroom exhaust fan was useless so I opened the window to vent out steam. They use a water softener which I personally don't like. And the TV remote didn't seem to work. I will say that the bedding was high quality and the room was otherwise quiet and clean.

I called Best Western to make reservations. I particularly wanted to stay at a place with a pool that night to relax after several days on the road. I was expecting one of the nicer BW hotels ( perhaps I was confused and meant to stay at a “Plus” inn. This was an older more of a budget BW - old stained carpets. Although this site says free hot breakfast, due to Covid, breakfast was a bunch of processed food in a sack. Or coupons to Denny's next door. As I'm on a restricted medical diet, I seek out the boiled eggs and fruit in the standard BW morning room and have had too many bad experiences at Denny's over the years to ever eat there again. Also the pool was closed! Thanks reservation people! You could have steered me to Tri cities so I could have had a pool. The water out of the bathroom tap had a strong chemical smell like bug spray. It was so bad, I made my tea from my bottled water in the microwave. I could not take a shower in it, it smelled so bad. I mentioned this to the front desk in the morning and the guy told me they knew they had hard water and gave out free bottled water. ( I'm a chemist - hard water = minerals and it don't smell like bug spray). The folks at the desk were nice and helpful so my complaints are not with them. But for $ 150+ that night - no pool, a breakfast offering unlike the typical BW I expected, contaminated water - no shower, had to use bottled water for tea. No USB port to charge phone. The hotel was also not the quality of hotel that I had expected after a very long chat with BW reservations. It was the dirtiest, most run down Best Western I've ever stayed in. Overpriced. Very annoyed with the BW reservations guy that booked this hotel for me.

Great location with very good parking for truck and trailers ,rv parking , Denny's restaurant next door. Very quit with very little if any night traffic in the area. Location is just out of the city . Very clean and great staff. I stay there a lot for work in the area

Clean enough place way outside of town nothing within walking distance except a Denny's full of tweakers but the motel seemed to keep them off the property far as I could tell butt I was concerned about my vehicle all night

lady was not wearing her mask, then when she finally put it on it was improperly worn. It was past 3 when we checked in and our room still was not ready. disappointed indeed. bed was pretty comfortable tho

When we checked in and verified our 3 night stay via confirmation email- staff seemed friendly. Through the next 3 days my room was entered 4 times because staff said I was wrong on my dates, repetitively.

Great price for being a return guest and Denny's, which is next door offers a discount on meals. It is quiet too. Parking can be a bit crowded if you get in too late. I like the mini fridge and microwave.

Great customer service over the phone and in person from the 3 different people I encountered. Right off the highway and next to a Denny's, so breakfast was offered through there, which was convenient and cool.

Enjoyed staying here again for work, with a friendly staff, in a clean room in a well maintained property. Due to Covid restrictions we received a coupon to visit Denny's across the parking lot to order a tasty hot breakfast to bring back to our room to eat. Glad they have a good plan to deal with these hard times and look forward to visiting here again.

The Hermiston BW is in Eastern Oregon. I stay there a lot while doing Agricultural Business. This BW is really great and meets my needs. The Staff is over the top. The Hotel is always clean. Easy on and off Hwy 395. Always good.

I would give a big shout out to the night attendant at the desk on 3/23/2020 her name is Angie, and she is indeed a saint. I'm from about 500 miles away from home, and was stranded in the middle of Eastern Oregon, not knowing anyone or anything about the area. I had purchased a car and was on my way home, and it broke down. I eventually limped it from I84, to Hermiston, the nearest hotel I could find was Best Western. It took me approximately two hours to make what normally would take maybe 30 minutes. Exhausted, emotionally drained, and frustrated, Angie took excellent care of me. Being afraid that I wasn't going to be able to find somewhere to stay at 9:30 at night in the middle of a national crisis, she assured me, she had space for me. She went above and beyond of what can be expected of an employee, let me tell you how. The car trouble I was having, I inquired if where I was parked would be a problem. Do you know what she said? She said "no, but if you feel more comfortable I will "COME OUT AND HELP YOU PUSH YOUR CAR TO SOMEWHERE WHERE YOU ARE MORE COMFORTABLE." Are you kidding? The NICEST HUMAN BEING ever. But, wait it gets better. She listened to me rant and rave about my day; as she was the first one to ask.. Allowing me time, and acknowledging my frustration. She even searched every available room in the hotel to make sure that I was put somewhere that would be quiet so I could get as much rest as possible. BUT AGAIN, IT GET'S BETTER. After telling her what was going on with my car, she pulled the phone book out, told me all the best shops in town, and wrote down phone numbers, and addresses for me. This woman is a SAINT. Best Western, you better recognize this exceptional employee, before I take her to my place of business, and find a place for someone like her to be in charge of our customer service relation team. She is the epitome of customer service, satisfaction, and going above and beyond for the customer needs. I would come back just because of her. THANK YOU, ANGIE!

I stayed for three days and everything was to be expected. Fresh cut fruit was a nice touch at breakfast. I very much appreciated the POD coffee maker with tea and coffee choices in room. The only thing I whised for was less water pressure! The drains cannot keep up with that kind of pressure and you end up standding in two inches of soapy water while showering, not alot of fun! Other than that... great palce to stay while in Hermiston OR.

The staff have all been super friendly and accommodating and have gone out of their way to search for items for me. The housekeeping is very respectful of personal space and belongings and even left me a note letting me know that they wanted to change my sheets for me but needed me to move my things off of the bed. Overall this hotel is one of the better ones I have stayed at and will come back if I am ever in the area again!

Very clean rooms and very very nice and friendly people working the front desk. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Hermiston, Oregon. They make fresh cookies every night and 10% off at the Denny's next store also with 2 free drink vouchers

I have been here for three weeks coming on mondays and leaving each Friday. This is my fourth week on business. The swing shift ladies are amazing. The night audit is rude and unfriendly to both myself and my children. The hotel gives complementary water which is great because the hotel water tastes like chlorine and can't possibly be clean for drinking. My two children and I asked for two waters each , not having asked for water at all since check in, and she refused even though it hadn't been an issue for myself to get waters the previous three weeks. I let her know that the hotel water tasted like chlorine and that it hadn't been a problem she replied after rolling her eyes and getting an unwelcoming tone well here you go I'm not the one that's gonna get fired if they been giving you extra water. If the staff has to worry about getting fired for giving out complementary water when the water here Tastes like chlorine then it just shows how poorly the hotel is managed. She doesn't smile or even act like she wants to be here. Her customer service has been the poorest I've ever encountered. She also didn't care that a Strange guy followed me to my room and knocked on my door and basically said oh I'm sorry that happened with a look on her face as though I was dumb for saying anything about it. I was fully alone that week and very scared and uncomfortable. She did absolutely nothing about it at all. Makes the hotel feel unsafe while under her watch. Considering my company has been paying for myself and several others to stay here for several weeks and the hotel is making a large profit off of our group you would think a couple extra waters would be nothing to the hotel for the money they are making off our company. The only shift that is ever polite and considerate is swing shift and it's the only time I have received good customer service since being at this hotel. I have not had much interaction with morning shift but the night audit is just horrible and needs to be taught how to treat a guest properly. The rooms are good except bathroom could be cleaned a little better. Hair residue from previous guest was in bathroom each week that I've checked into a clean room.

We stayed here one night while visiting relatives. The room was very clean and attractive. Two televisions, refrigerator and microwave. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. It has two floors but no elevator. If stairs are a problem, ask for a first floor room. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is a great place to stay. It has an excellent breakfast selection. The room is very comfortable and the bed was impeccable. A little ways off the freeway (not too far) but well worth the distance.

I Stay at Best Western in Hermiston several nights a week. The reception personnel are all very welcoming and cheerful. When I need something they are always eager to help. There is one standout employee who has succeeded in raising the bar for welcoming, helpful, and cheerful. I'd like to commend Rosa for her talent of making all customers feel special and welcome. The housekeeping staff are equally wonderful. My charger cord is always nicely coiled up on the bedstand(for those times I forget), the bedding impeccably done up each day, and the room has an airy clean feel when I walk in each day. I have discovered that if I want to leave a tip, I must leave an explicit note that the money is left there for them, otherwise it will be left in exactly the same spot as when I deposited it on the counter. I just have a strong feeling that the housekeepers are very trustworthy. Thank you all for being such great service profesionals!

I was traveling for business and needed internet. But this BW was lacking in inter, front receptionist didn't know the location of router/modem so nothing was done. Instead of sleeping, I had to get up early to travel to my destination and finish up my work. 10 miles away from I84 remote from any city, you're lacking cell signal. If you dont mind lack of internet and cell signal this is the place for you at $140 befor tax.

This property is one of the best Best Westerns I've experienced. Everyone seemed to go above and beyond to be sure guests had a great stay! They offer a 10% discount at Denny's which is just across the parking lot as well as free drink coupons so Mom and I each enjoyed a couple glasses of wine with dinner. However, beds could use mattress toppers to help mattresses be more comfortable.

In the middle of nowhere it seemed but good for our purpose of going to Pendleton round up (25 min away). the price was a bit high for this caliber hotel but I assume it is due to the round up because most of the guest staying there were there for that purpose also. Dennys right next to the hotel. rooms were clean. breakfast prepared by margie was good and hot and a good amount of choices. plenty of parking including trucks and RV. i would stay here again it was convenient to get to pendleton, the workers nice, and great to have the dennys next door for late nite eats.

While expensive in Canadian Dollars due to the exchange rate...everything about this property was 100% top rate. It is unfortunate that more Best Western don't provide facilities such as this! We will be on the lookout for similar properties as we travel across the USA.

Really enjoyed the stay at the Best Western in Hermiston. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean, the breakfast was a full breakfast (not just juice and donuts). And the warm cookies at the end of the hall was a nice touch. They also have a discount at the Denny's right next door.

This would be my second time staying at this property. They go out of their way tomake sure you are happy and comfortable. The place was practically booked solid in spite of the out of the way location. If the location were better, they would likely be sold out every night. Lots of parking for RV and trailers, semis, etc. AND...you get a voucher for two free beverages per night from Denny's Lounge next door.

Room was very nice; hotel seemed new. Breakfast was amazing: taco makings, eggs, hash browns, bacon, sausage, several types of bagels, delicious marble pound cake plus muffins and cheese buns, ALSO fresh strawberries and blueberries. Keurig coffee maker in room, but we didn't use because there was always coffee in lobby along with evening cookies and morning newspaper. When we checked out, the desk clerk gave us “two waters for the road”, a nice touch! There was a Denny's adjacent for which we were given drink and discount tickets; however, we ate in town instead.

Really enjoy my the BW in Hermiston. The parking is great. Lots of room for pickups and trailers. The rooms are always clean and fresh and the Hotel employees are exceptional. I like having the option of opening window and the eternal quietness of the rooms. Great job BW.

We are used to freeway noise and semi truck noise. Lights too bright. This was perfect for us as we really needed sleep. Nice accommodations too. The small refrigerator had a FREEZER which so many places are removing. We need to keep blue ice frozen. Travelers need that

We had fast check in. Friendly staff. The room was nice cool where the air cond was already running before we arrived. You can use the kitchen. It has a free parking, free wifi which has no issue, mini-fridge, microwave, walking distance at Denny's restaurant. The only issue was the exhaust fan needs to fix or replace, it's too loud to use it. We did not use the pool was not inviting. The good part is the son of the owner gave us a free 2 glasses of wine or beers per guest to be use at the Denny's rest. I appreciate their appreciation. Please bring your original copy of your billing statement because they have inaccurate billing. Likewise BW send me an e-mail with different billing in the statement. The check out took a while because they tried to fix our billing.

I misplaced my corkscrew and a staff member ran to the store to get me one! That's service! Room is spotless and appears like new. It is 2 minutes into town. The hotel is in a quiet area perfect for sleep while on a road trip.

Bed was hard. Air conditioning only worked like it should until we fell asleep, then very hot. Tub was horrible, the tub didn't touch the floor of it was like you were on a paddle board trying to balance. I'm sure they have had complaints before and nothing was done. So sad...

The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We had an easy check in and check out the rooms were very clean and comfortable love the decor. Breakfast was a wide variety including bacon sausage and eggs. We will be returning next time we are in town

This place did everything in their power to make our stay awesome. Figured out why my member number got lost. It was attached to a old phone number we had. Customer service was quick and very helpful also.

Stopped here on our way to Pasco. We were greeting by very friendly staff and made to feel welcome. The professionalism of staff was evident. The room was most pleasant and quiet. Altough near a highway we heard no noise from it or adjacent rooms. Breakfast was very good. We were provided vouchers for free drinks at the neighboring resturant/bar which we appreciated as well as the nasty cookies in the lobby and bottled water in our room. Would certainly stay here again.

I was happy with my stay. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was excellent and they offered to go as well. I would stay there again. The added bonus of Denny's next door was a nice touch, especially with the vouchers.

I liked the home feeling it had to it and I went with my mom and little brother and aunt I enjoyed the stay what I really enjoyed bout the place that it had good service and nice people and the breakfeast was amazeing

The staff was friendly. The cookies were good. Check in was quick. Check out was quick. Free newspapers. I was upgraded to a jacuzzi room. Close to town. Right next to a retro Denny's. Breakfast room was in good order.

The location is less than ideal, being well south of town. There are amenities involved with the Denny's next door to make up for it, such as 10% discount by showing room key, and two free inexpensive alcoholic beverages in the lounge. They booked up pretty well for a Tuesday night, though. The room was very luxurious, clean, and comfortable.

I received an amazing greeting and great service from the front desk clerk. I believe her name was Amanda. She juggled phones, baking cookies, and checking me in. She always had a smile and posite attitude. I will return to this property again.

Except for plumbing problem. Good place to stay. Staff was friendly and personable. Drink vouchers were a huge hit. I would come back again. The location was premium to where I had to go the next day as well.

I have stayed at best western from Washington to Main they are comfortable affordable and very nice. My stay in Hermistan was no different when I know I am ready to stay the night I start looking for a Best Western.

Rosa at the front desk is delightful. She was so helpful and kind to two weary travelers...made reservations for us for the next leg of our journey. Was patient as we sorted ourselves out. Just wonderful! Room is clean and quiet and spacious.

Had reservations for 4 nights at Motel 6 in Pendelton, place was so terrible had to check out. Was able to get this hotel for rest of our stay. It had a great staff and breakfast , super clean and just 20 minute drive to round up. It check in got free adult beverage vouchers and discount cards for Dennys which was next door.

Made this reservation through the hotel website. Welcome was great, and we even were given a coupon for two glasses of wine each or two draft beer at the next door Denny's! Also front desk had fresh cookies for guests. Although an older motel, very well maintained with a friendly owner we met the following morning. Also had a very nice breakfast provided on site!

Good clean room and facilities. Pool was very clean and a nice comfortable temperature. I didn't give it five stars for two reasons; 1) Small round toilet. 2) No hot tub. Breakfast was well done. Having Denny's next door is nice so you don't have to go looking for a place to eat dinner.

We chose this hotel because we are members and had a free stay coming. So what a better way to use it than to visit our son. My husband myself and 2 granddaughters stayed. Clean room, super nice staff, breakfast was good fresh fruit and yogurts. They had Almond milk which I was greatful for. We received vouchers for drinks over at the restraunt. No elevator which is fine by me but others may want to be aware. I have no complaints with this hotel stay and yes. We would stay again.

This motel is about 5 miles north of I 84 on US 395 and it is worth going out of your way. It was very clean, well maintained and very quiet. The staff was pleasant and they gave us a 10% discount for dinner at the Denny's restaurant next door. Our room was large and clean. The beds were comfortable, and the AC was quiet. There was a large work desk & chair, and a smaller table with 2 chairs. There was a microwave, fridge and coffeemaker. The TV had lots of channels. The bathroom was small, but well arranged - you didn't feel cramped. The sink was in the bathroom. Breakfast was great - scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns, baked beans, waffles, fresh fruit, bread, bagels, yogurt, etc. Last but not least, they have water fountains in the hallways. We'd definitely stay here again.

If you are just traveling through Hermiston like I was what a perfect spot. Right on Hwy. 395 with a 24 hour Denney's right next door. This Denney's happens to have a full bar in the rear too. But you won't need to buy breakfast because like all Best Westerns you get a great free one at 6:30 AM right in the hotel. This hotel has a nice indoor heated pool too. The rooms are the full amenities you come to expect from BW with the large flat screen TV, lots of channels, plenty of power plugs, good free wi fi and clean facility. The bed was comfy with good pillows. The staff was very friendly and quick to assist when asked anything. Breakfast was a little special too. Really good scrambled eggs with a few extras I enjoyed.

This hotel is was a great place to stay. The staff was very friendly and always there if you needed somethin. This was the first night of a 10 day trip and I unfortunately left my hearing aids in the room. I called the room that night and they told me they found them and would hold them till I got back on the 28th. The room was very clean and a great bed. The complementary breakfast in the morning was very good. Yes we will be back.

Called at the last moment and got the room we requested and the right price. Super easy check in and check out. Complimentary nightcaps available though we were too tired to get them. We recommend them!

Stayed here this past weekend and loved it! The beds and pillows were really comfortable, and the room/ bathroom was very clean. The hotel itself was nice and quiet. There was a variety of selections for breakfast. Definitely will stay here again on my next visit to Hermiston!

The property and our room were very nice, spacious and comfortable. My husband & I appreciated having 2 sinks in our room. His and hers. In the morning, I liked that the bathroom had a heat lamp. It felt good to be warm when drying off after a shower. My one big complaint is the outside noise. All night there were trains and semi trucks passing by. Even with my earplugs in and the room fan running all night, I still woke up often due the trucks and trains.

So I had booked a stay at another hotel which was having work done on there pool. We called over to the Best Western and the matched the rate that I was getting at the other hotel, which was very nice. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good also. The pool is huge but it was very cold, would have been perfect if they had a hot tub. Thanks for the great stay.

Clean with good service and a decent breakfast. Easy to book a room. On the outskirts of town so it's quiet. Makes it easy to visit family and yet have my own place to stay. There is a restaurant right next door that is open 24 hours.

We really enjoyed our stay, the bed very comfortable. The help also a recommendation for staying here. Breakfast was good and supplies did not run out. We will stay here when we visit with family in the area. A little way off of the highway but with the extra drive to stay in a quiet location. There is a Denny's restaurant right next door which gives a discount to Best Western customer and the desk gives a coupon to each Best Western guest of legal age for a glass of wine or a beer.

One night stop for business after a 5hr drive. Great staff, nice new facility on the outskirts of town. Denny's is across the parking lot for a quick meal. BW provided a drink coupon. Hi-speed internet performed well. Will stay again if I am driving this way again!

Stayed 2 nights here and it was great. The staff was super friendly, a variety of options for breakfast and fresh coffee & cookies throughout the day was a nice feature for the lobby. Hotel was conveniently located to everything we needed to get to.

Excellent staff and accomodations. Our experience with Josh was great as well as the checkout process. The accommodations were right near the auction and right next door to Denny's. My wife and I would gladly and will for future events stay there.

The hotel was very clean, quiet and is staffed with very helpful and friendly folks. We were given lots of bottled water, snacks and received a discount at the Denny's restaurant right next door. Breakfast a the hotel was very good and the swimming pool was just what was needed after a day on the road. Beds were comfy and overall the room was clean and cozy.

I would have given this hotel a 4.5 to a 5, but because of the checkout experience i would give it maybe a 2.5. Everything else was very satisfactory. If I am the only one to receive such a situation, I would recommend this hotel.

When I reserved the room, I indicated that due to arthritis, I am using a walker to get around and asked for a room close to check-in, to save long walks to and from the room. We were given the first room, just around the corner from the lobby, which was very comfortable and suited our needs.

Hotel is very clean,well staffed and all employees are very helpful and extremely professional. We stayed here for the Pendleton Round-Up (22-miles west of Pendleton approx.) Quiet area, great breakfast and easy access from freeway. Overall great experience.

Everything you need for a good night's sleep: very clean and comfortable room, comfy bed and pillows, helpful staff, free breakfast. Denny's across the parking lot was an added bonus. Great choice for Pendleton Round-up lodging.

Hotel was busy with lots of over the road travelers, truck drivers, and construction/industrial workers. Denny's is in the parking lot, which is convenient. We arrived late and left early. It is out on the perimeter of town, so quiet and reasonably priced. It was neat and clean and what looked to be recently updated. Surprised to find gluten/dairy free items available at breakfast. Breakfast was very good and kept stocked well. All around great stay.

Place was Full!! But the staff and all the amenities where outstanding. Surprising the Staff at breakfast kept everything Stocked and clean. bed was a little soft but still had a good nights sleep. 2 nights in fact.

Stayed there the day before the great american eclipse because of the neat, quiet location and reasonable prices. Overall great value for the money. Would go back there if travelling the area. Plus you get a free beer/glass of wine at the Denny's next door (the only restautrant within walking distance along the road)

This Best Western is a great place to stay. Neat, clean and fairly new. The front desk staff was very helpful. Fresh cookies and coffee were waiting for our arrival. The room was clean the bed was great. One complaint the water didn't get very hot for our shower in the morning. There is a Denny's right next door for your convenience. We would definitely stay here again.

Very effective at satisfying your lodging needs. Comfortable, clean. Breakfast is kept well stocked. Denny's across lot offers discount for guests. Water is softened, making rinsing difficult. WIFI adequate.

Great hotel though a little way in from freeway. Definitely better than many other 3 star rated properties on priceline and others. Bathroom curtain type / quality can be further enhanced but overall a satisfying experience with a great staff around to take care of needs from check-in to check-out.

Nothing fancy, but clean and safe. Nice deal for a dinner at the Denny's next door. Great for getting a good night's sleep while visiting the area. The hotel wireless worked fine for my daughter streaming Netflix shows on her phone.

The room and breakfast was good. I would have given 4 stars but the pool was not working. This is a bummer when you arrive with 4 kids after a long road trip. They did not provide any alternatives. The adults got free drink vouchers for the Denny's bar next door.

The staff at this hotel were great and very pleasant to deal with after the Quality inn experience in Federal Way Washington. Having a Dennys in the parking lot and the hotel giving a discount there was a bonus. There was a lot of parking available and the breakfast was very good.

We enjoyed our staff and the staff were a big reason for this. Very clean hotel, easy access to the Pendleton motorcycle show. Comfortable rooms and quick breakfast provided. We were greeted with a bottle of water and prompt check-in.

Facility was like new. Much nicer than I expected for the cost. Obviously did a full remodel recently. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Pool was perfect for the kids and even the breakfast exceeded expectations and was clean and well equipped. I have a dairy allergy and they even offered almond milk which was a nice touch I don't see often! Super friendly staff too. I'm pretty picky about hotels but would definitely stay here again!

Out here ,eastern Oregon,you won't find the fancy 5 stars,however if you need a good night sleep and some comfort this one is a good choice.Just out of I84,not far away from eastern Washington wine country and of course Hermiston,home of these sweet melons.Lets not forget about McNary Dam,worth a visit. But I digress,motel is clean ,good Internet connection,quiet.Tap water may be a little warm in summer,not motels fault but as a regional thing.Best Western gracefully offers complementary bottled water.There is a bonus in all this,a restaurant Denny's is just across parking lot and Best Western offers you a voucher or two good for select beer or wine,food is good too.I can say for sure that on this one trip I got my money worth it.

Well managed recently renovated hotel is conveniently located for travelers. Great hot or cold breakfast. Impeccably clean room with pleasing decor. A great leather recliner to crash in and enjoy TV. Lots of local restaurants nearby. Good size refrigerator.

We needed a room last minute on our way home. Easy reservation process, check in was fast and the room was very comfortable. Breakfast choices of waffles, eggs, bacon, hash browns, cereal, fruit, juice etc. All very good. Would stay there again!

By far, THE best hotel we stayed in during our weeklong trip across the northwestern US. The gentleman that was on duty at check in was very friendly & helpful. The room was beautiful & spacious. Off the freeway a short distance, very friendly town, Swimming pool and spa were very clean with plenty of towels. The internet service in the lobby area kept going off line. Staff were present and most helpful.

Staff was extremely accommodating, they go above and beyond the service of an average motel. The facility is nice and clean with great amenities. My 3 week stay was better than most. I would definitely recommend the Hermiston Or. site to everyone.

as I have stated in almost of my past stay, there should be some sort of out side seating for the guests to avail themselves of when taking a smoke break. Other than that , Best Western motels are the only place to visit and spend the night

Located on Hwy 395 just a half mile or so from the city limits of Hermiston OR. Not a bad location but not walking distance to anything except the Denny's next door. Very helpful staff, rooms were clean and comfortable. They did offer a 10% discount to Denny's and a couple of beverages there, so it made it worth going next door to eat and have a beverage rather than driving into town. They have a nice pool, but no hot tub, after competing in a Spartan race earlier that day it would have been a nice welcome to have a spa to soak in. Quite also which is nice sometimes all you hear at night is noise traffic at some locations.

A bit out of town, with only Dennys to eat at, but was quiet and very comfortable. Enjoyed our short stay, wish it was closer to town. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was ok, nothing spectacular but better than rolls and coffee.

Not a bad stay. Have stayed at this same Motel in the past and haven't had any issues. Josh, at check in was very helpful and courteous. Explained everything from the location of our room, to the breakfast area. How it would be easier to get to our room. Asked how our day was going, told him that we were looking forward to having a cold beer with dinner. He then offered us a few complimentary drink coupons from the restaurant next door when he heard about our long day of being in the car. I wished I could remember the name of the lady who checked us out, I think it was Cathy, but she was just as pleasant. Never the less, if we have to stop by Hermiston again, Best Western is where we'll be staying.

I was greeted warmly by the staff at the Hermiston Inn. The room was clean and well kept. The bed was comfortable, thought the pillows were too thick for my comfort, fortunately I brought one with me. My check out was easy. I was given water for the road and a friendly send off.

Staff is great to work with you, we requested a down stairs room because of physical problem and the staff was great to see that our room was down stairs and close to the dining room. Room very clean, quite, comfortable. Breakfast excellent! We felt very safe with the need for your card to enter facility.

Worst customer service ever!! Total Scam artists! We recently stayed here for less than a day because my daughter had an out of town soccer game. Front desk staff was no where to be found unless you went outside where they were smoking. The bathroom was dingy and musty with a fan that did not work. The kicker though is the extra $100 they charged my card after I returned home! I was told that housekeeping found pet hair in the room which is total crap!! There were 2 adults and 2 kids that stayed in the room. We were simply there for 1 soccer game and do not even own a pet!! I called to address the charges and was basically told too bad. What a joke!! Needless to say I called their corporate office and now have to deal with a ongoing claim while they "look" into it. We stay in hotels all the time for soccer tournaments and games and I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my life!!!

Room was comfortable and clean, and the hotel staff were all very friendly and competent. Hotel is near busy road but our room was quiet. Great location for easy access to Columbia River, Boise, or Tri-cities area in Washington. We stayed there to go to the Cold Springs National Wildlife Refuge -- hours of walking trails, great for birdwatchers.

Big rooms and everything was in great condition. Denny's next door was handy but the breakfast room was by far one of the best I've experienced in any hotel with tons of options. If you happen to be in the area this is the place to stay!

The Inn is run by really good people. The desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the maintenance staff was efficient and polite. I would definitely recommend this Inn for stay.

We checked in later due to baseball games getting out late. Everyone was exhausted and the front desk staff were super patient, helpful with where to eat, all around sweet. When we checked out the next morning the fella working was just as kind as the ladies the night before.

I've stayed here before and it's a nice place. Had a nice room last night was quite as very few people there. Bed was good but the shower in the morning was like warm at 630 am. I tend to like hot showers. So good luck with that. Small continental breakfast so don't get to excited.

Hotel seems new and clean. It's not a great location outside the city a little, but the staff was great, internet was better than most, plenty of outlets, Keurig in room, overall a nice place to stay.

This, more or less is the first place you come to in Hermiston when coming from Stanfield. They are in the process of remodeling, so all rooms are not available. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They have free cookies and coffee in the lobby. The breakfast selections are many and all are very good. There is a Denny's restaurant in the parking lot so all meals are handy.

This place was a good way-point between Boise and the Oregon coast. For our trips to the coast we like to leave in the afternoon so this is a good stopping point after a few hours of driving. As far as the establishment goes it is a nice, clean, (being remodeled - mostly done in July 2016) Best Western. There is an adjoining Denny's and they gave free drink vouchers for either wine or domestic draft, two / adult. It would be nice for places to realize micro-brews are domestic, but none the less we had fun doing a mini wine tasting. Breakfast was nice. They have heated, and what I thought were nicer than normal chaffing dishes.

The room was newly remodeled and spotlessly clean. The bed was comfy, with a touch of firmness. The staff was friendly and efficient. There is an exercise room on both floors. The included breakfast was heavy on the refined carbs; the coffee was surprisingly good. There is a restaurant across the parking lot.

One night stop over on October 6th. Usual Best Western, nothing startling, just offering reasonable accommodation at a decent price. Room was ok, usual sound transfer problems from other rooms, fast internet, excellent front desk (Josh checked us in and he was truly exceptional), reasonable parking, Good location next freeway. Offered discount coupons for Denny' s Restaurant next door. Bottom line, would stay there again.

We wanted to stay in a quite place and found this Best Western on the edge of town. It was quiet with a restaurant next door. The hotel staff were excellent and gave us coupons for a discount at the restaurant next door. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and will stay there again when in that area.

We enjoyed our stay. Our room was huge! There. Was some remodeling going on but our stay was fine. The breakfast was better than most?? We would definitely stay here again. The staff was very friendly and check in /check out went smoothly.

We stayed here during the Round up which was only about 30 minutes away. It got us away from the crowds and noise and with the Denny's next door being open 24 hrs we were able to get dinner one night and a desert the next after a long day at the rodeo and Happy Canyon. Also, you get a 10% discount if you are staying at the hotel. The room was clean and quiet (we were on the other side from Denny's), the staff was very accommodating, and the breakfast was filling.

On 395 just South of town in a quiet area. Denny's is next door for a meal, or a quick 5 minute drive into town. Undergoing upgrades, but still excellent service and nice room. Ample parking. Will stay again when in the area.

The staff was attentive, the breakfast was hot and good selection. The beds were comfortable and room was clean. The hotel was clean even as it is being remodeled. We enjoyed the pool and would have liked to have had a hot tub.

Nice quiet Hotel right on the freeway. Great room at end of hallway near back door for easy access for our service dog. Daily breakfast and great coffee. The staff really went out of their way to "pamper" us and help us celebrate our 25th anniversary. In addition our room was upgraded without additional cost and we were given several drink coupons to use.

We try to pick Best Western when we can because we can usually count on quality. When we checked in we were given goody bags of treats for being in rewards program. Staff was friendly and efficient. Room was set up well. Breakfast was good. They had some organic options and plenty of choices.

Staff was very helpful since we needed a little extra care. Everyone from the front desk to the breakfast room to the housekeeper was very cheerful and helpful. Our room was exceptionally clean, the complimentary breakfast was way above standard. Each table was clean and had a flower decoration. Made for a good start of our day. Talked to the women who was continually cleaning tables, counter, etc. and asked how long she had worked there. She said eleven years. Must be a good place to work to keep help that long. We recommend this Best Western as one of the Best!

Hotel is undergoing renovation, but that doesn't affect the service. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room was nice and breakfast was good. Denny's shares the parking lot for lunch and maybe dinner according to your tastes.

We enjoy our motorcycle travels a great deal. We most stay a Best Westerns because of the quality of the rooms and the Motel overall. It makes traveling much more enjoyable when you can trust the place you are planning on staying. Great rooms and good breakfast, and the staff was awesome.

This hotel was about 4 miles from I-84 but well worth the drive. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. They also give you drink coupons for the Denny's lounge in the parking lot, which was really nice. The pool was clean and not overrun with kids; we had it to ourselves when we used it. The breakfast was good, and we will definitely be back. We stopped here on our trip from Washington to Oregon and Idaho and back.

Wife and I were in the area for the Pendleton Whisky Music Fest and all decent lodging in the town of Pendleton was booked. Hermiston is about 25 miles west of Pendleton so staying at the Best Western in that town was a good option. The motel is clean and kept up to date by the owners. Our king room was very nice. TV, refrigerator, air conditioner, coffee maker, etc were all in working order. The parking lot is shared with a nicer Denny's restaurant for easy access to quick dining options. We give this motel our highest rating and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, or recommend the place to friends. I very much doubt there are many comparable lodging options in this scruffy eastern Oregon town!

We felt the Hermiston Best Western was an excellent choice for our stay to visit friends and relatives. The room was clean, roomy, and comfortable. The breakfast had many options, including several "healthy" choices that are often missing at motel breakfast bars.

We went into Pendleton and could not find a room, took a chance off the beaton track and found the bestwestern, recently remodled with the smell of fresh carpet. Was well worth the stop. So if you find yourself trying to drive one more town and your close to Hermiston take the five minutes off the freeway and rely in Best Western.

This hotel was horrible. At first my reservation could not be found for over 10 minutes until the clerk realized that they were looking at the wrong date. The hotel first floor stunk like a smokers lounge. The bedding was horrible. It was scratchy and stale. The room was stale as well. The shower was dirty and had hair on the walls and in the tub. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash that was provided left a filmy feeling. The towels were scratchy and dingy. The breakfast area had only 5 tables with 4 chairs each - 20 people can sit. I would bet that there are more than 20 people in the hotel at any time. At least the internet worked.

We stayed at several BW hotels during our trip. This one was absolutely the BEST. The room was spacious and comfortable and very quiet. The Keurig was an added and unexpected touch. Food service was excellent, especially the complimentary breakfast. On the outside the building is a little plain, but the room and food service more than makes up for that. An excellent value!

Nice clean property. Staff very friendly - especially Eric. Really went out of his way to help us out. Breakfast good and plentiful. A couple things to keep in mind, there are no elevators here, so you need to carry luggage upstairs. Also, you might want to take your own conditioner.

This is a very basic motel with a small lobby and no elevator (2 floors). It is not much to look at from the outside and almost appears pre-fab. That all changes when you get to your room. Also, Josh, the front desk agent we interacted with was efficient and friendly. He was more than willing to help with anything we needed. My room was large and would be called a suite anywhere else. It was decorated very tastefully by someone who knew what they were doing. I immediately noticed the way the scarf was placed diagonally on the bed - I found it very attractive. Our basic king had a sitting area with a sofa bed that was as large as the area the bed occupied. There were two large cabinets in the room. One held the TV and the other held only a lamp. They have the microwave on the vanity counter and I do wonder why they didn't place it on the other large cabinet (perhaps sufficient power wasn't available). The vanity counter is in the entry hallway, separate from the bathroom. The bathroom is nice and large and even includes a large wall mirror. I noticed there was no artwork on the walls and something over the sofabed might be a good addition. This microwave was very good - it was high wattage and great for making popcorn. There was also a large refrigerator with a stainless steel door. They have cookies in the evening. When we stayed there were two choices. They also offer a coupon for beer or wine at the Denny's next door. I appreciated the large, warm fresh baked cookies that appeared around 1800!! Everything was nice and clean in the room and the bed slept fine but the sheets were not as smooth as I prefer so that detracted a little bit from my overall comfort. Breakfast was decent - the coffee very weak but the OJ was good. The eggs were real and the sausage very, very good. I understand all the hot items are supplied by the Denny's next door as the hotel does not have a kitchen.

The hotel is in the midst of remodeling and all the changes they have made so far are top notch. Room was comfortable, quiet, clean and had all amenities. A bonus- 10% off anything at the Denny's that shares the parking lot. The staff was respectful of other customers as well as enthusiastic about the remodel. Only difficulty is that Best Western changed their logo and it was hard to spot. Nothing the hotel can do about it, but just be on the lookout for the hotel and driveway.

The price to value of the hotel is very good. We stayed the night for less one hundred dollars. The beds were soft, the room was quiet, it had a tub, and the movie selection was good. The room was reasonably new and the lighting was good

We had changed to this hotel from BW Kennewick, having travelled from Whitefish and wanting to get a little further down the road. The hotel has been there 15-odd years but due to ongoing refurbishment works, looks a lot newer than this. Breakfast was fine and the BW keycard allows you to get 10% off of the bill for the Denny's next door. The hotel was also good enough to give you free drinks vouchers in the same establishment which was welcome. We didn't use the pool as we arrived feeling a little tired after a 7 hour drive from Montana.

Great place to stay. The staff is excellent. Denny's right next door. Its 5 miles from the interstate which is good for sleeping. I hate when I have to listen to traffic noise, hard to sleep. When traveling, I always check for Best Western rooms first. The staff here were courteous and professional. The room was clean and the bed was delightfully comfortable. This is the first Best Western that I have stayed in where they have switched form individual soap/shampoo/body wash bottles to a pump unit mounted to the shower wall. There was dried soap drop residue from the unit and it struck me as unclean, unpleasant, and unwelcoming to use. I did not use it. I like going "green" but using a soap dispenser like that in a shower that is "public" is not appealing, particularly when spending a fair amount for a nice room. I hope this will not be the trend for Best Westerns.

Good location, ready to start/end a drive along the Columbia River between Washington and Oregon. Friendly staff, solid breakfast, discount at Denny's across from hotel entrance. Only problem was some traffic noise during the night from Denny's, as many trucks stop there, and our room was on that side of the hotel.

I called in today 4/26/16 at about 11:30am to book a room for this week. The lady at the front desk was rude and unhelpful she seemed as if I was a bother calling.. For that reason I just disconnected the call without booking. Very un professional and did not fulfill her duty as a front desk agent.

The room was clean and modern, the front desk gave every perk possible, the bed was comfortable, the location was next to Denny's and a quiet highway, and everything worked well (TV, internet, microwave, frig, etc.). And to top it all off, it was cheaper than any other quality hotel around - stingy to my favor.

Great place to stay, I stay here once a week for work, they offer complimentary drinks and discount across the lot at Denny's, clean rooms, but the best part is the customer service every time, from housekeeper and from Collin and Cathy at the front desk, highly recommend it.

new carpet in the hallways and a new foyer. I wanted to go swimming in their swimming pool. I got all ready and headed down to the pool. There was a childs birthday party going on poolside, so there were a bunch of kids in the pool, not enough seating and their was bunch of boxes along two of the walls.

Hubby and I stopped here on our way to Seattle. It is kinda in the middle of nowhere, but it is certainly a jewel. The room was clean. The bed was soft. The linens were average. They have a keurig in the room. There were free cookies in the lobby..score for me!! Hubby wanted to get back on the road, but found out the Denny's next store was bringing over the hot breakfast of sausage, gravy, biscuits and eggs...score for him! They had bagels, nutella spread, cereal, and fruits too! The staff were very friendly as well. We were treated great! The clerk even gave us free drink tickets to the Denny's for beer or wine if we wanted to eat dinner there. Who knew Denny's served beer? There was even a shoeshine kit in the room! I would highly recommend staying here.

Normally I wouldn't write a review of a Best Western because you know what you're going to get. And the Hermiston BW delivers. The only reason I write this review is because after seeing the other reviews and speaking with other business associates in town, this may very well be the best option. Most of the other hotels are flea bag joints that you wouldn't trust. The only down side is that the only close restaurant is the Denny's Diner that shares a parking lot. However, you are given two free drink vouchers per person/per night that you stay at BW. These drinks are good for a Coors, Bud Lite, or Miller Lite, I believe.

Newly remodeled rooms, lobby and hallways. Still some areas being worked on, but were not a distraction. Laundry facilities, that actually worked, in hotel are a plus. Restaurant next door is also a plus. Special rate,not advertised, for veterans - 35% less is rooms are available.

I have stayed at this particular hotel for several nights over the past few years. They are currently remodeling, which is making it nicer. I did not have an issue before, but it does look more modern. Always friendly and helpful staff here. It is conveniently located in the same parking lot as a Denny's which is also reasonable. Excellent for a decent nights sleep on a work night.

This place was top notch. My family and I stayed at the Hermiston Best Western for a basketball tournament the weekend of November 14th and 15th. We booked a king suite room. Our room was clean and very large. My wife and 1 year old daughter slept on the king size bed. My 8 year old daughter slept on the couch cushions on the floor and I slept on the hide-a-bed couch.

This is a good place to stay. We were attending the Holiday Hoops Classic Tournament so the hotel was filled with families and athletes. The pool was filled with kids having fun each evening. The breakfast was good. Fresh fruit, juice, yogurt, eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Hearty food for all ages. The room was clean and the towels were big and fluffy. There were adequate electrical outlets for all the devices. Parking is a bit difficult due to the Denny's Restaurant next door which shares the space. The hotel gives vouchers for food and drinks at Denny's. NOTE - there is no elevator for the second and third floors.

Staff is great; rooms are clean and comfy. Breakfast at the hotel is excellent, well-presented. Restaurant is close-by for lunch or evening meals. Hotel is located close to the freeway for each access on/off. I highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

The Hotel is nice but way too expensive. The rooms are average. For what they charge you would think they would have bigger TV's in the room and personal hygiene products for use. At check in I signed the charge sheet, but when I got home and checked the charge on my credit card it was $35 more then what I signed at the front counter. I'm a Truck Driver and stay at many Hotel's and this one is just too expensive for what it is. Its worth a few extra minutes to drive further to find a better value.

I couldn't ask for anything more! A complete (complimentary) breakfast as awaiting me when I woke up. When I needed help to set the alarm clock, I got it and the person was cheery! The location is perfect for accessing any of the nearby communities. One can get a discount on meals at the Denny's next door by showing your room key.

Good value. Nice breakfast that went well beyond the usual Continental. Slept extremely well. No issues at all with service. Clean room. Quiet. Pool was closed for some reason and they were remodeling hallways but these things must be done sometime. Overall we were quite happy and would choose to stay there again.

We were pleasantly surprised at the breakfast selection and quality, as well as the friendly and courteous staff everywhere in the hotel. In spite of in-process remodeling, we were very satisfied with out stay and felt it was a great value.

I never thought there was much of anything in Hermiston but watermelons, however I was wrong (not about the watermelons). It is a rather critical highway junction so there are far more hotels than I ever imagined. This particular Best Westerns was one of the most pleasant places I have stayed at in a crossroads area. We hadn't planned on staying there, but the fires were so horrible that we simply couldn't see any further. I was absolutely thrilled to get inside, peal off my soot and sweat stained clothes and get in a shower! Fortunately, it was a very nice shower with a tub as well. I have stayed at hotels at a lot of hwy crossroads, but this was really one of the best. The beds were very comfy, they had square pillows (?) but they weren't bad, it just felt funny, Wi Fi, a full breakfast and a Denny's right across the parking lot. They also had good military/VA rates. The towels were good quality and not over-used, the placement of the TV, bed, recliner, etc was just right and basically I would highly recommend it for a night and maybe more. Oh, one other thing, I had asked for a quiet room and the desk suggested the second floor, but the only access is stairs. If you have a lot to take in this may present a problem or if you can't manage stairs don't request a 2nd floor room. When we were there, they were also undergoing some upgrading renovations, but I never heard any noise from it.

There were renovations being done at the time of our stay, so not sure if this had to do with the odor of the room or not. The room was clean, I am glad that they were able to move us to another room that did smell better. The guest service was very helpful when we checked in, without having a reservation

Is under some state of renovation had strong odor from construction materials. needs updating in rooms but was clean. Dennys next door that offers 10% discount to hotel guests. breakfast had average offerings but room has very little seating.ok for a one night stop.

You can't always simply rely on the rating...you have to keep the location in mind as well as the number of options that are available. The lobby and main floor area was under renovation (don't recall this being mentioned anywhere) so first impressions weren't that great. Hallways and staircases/stairwells showed many signs of wear so these renovations are definitely needed. Reception had great difficulty finding our reservation and then couldn't get it logged into their system correctly. This hotel does not have an elevator so be cautious if (1)you're packing a lot of luggage or (2) you have difficulty with stairs. Security was a concern as we noticed the outside door to the parking lot was broken and didn't lock correctly. We pointed this out to the office and it did appear to be fixed later in the evening however... Our room was spacious and comfortable and the bed was firm. To our surprise, and pleasure, the hotel had upgraded the coffee machine in this room to a Keurig single cup and this was a great upgrade...wish more hotels would do this. The bathroom was clean and functional. The included breakfast provided a good selection of hot and cold choices, with a Denny's next door to add to the selections available

Josh (front desk) was amazing. The internet was very slow and Josh kept resetting the modem. I was originally checked into room 126 but the carpet was still wet from being shampooed... Josh was very nice and immediately put me into room 130 and helped me move my items. It was 104 degrees outside but the indoor pool was very refreshing! The A/C in our room kept the temperature at a cool 69 degrees and we slept very well.
