Oh the bed!!! Why do hotels persist in giving bad rooms to people who book on anything other than direct. It's completely counterproductive. We stayed on a night that the hotel was nearly empty. They put us in a room that was as far from reception as possible and that room had plastic sheets for children on the beds. We didn't sleep well at all....in fact of all the beds we probably had the worse in the hotel. Appalling, leading to this bad review. Surely you need good reviews not bad. The only redeeming feature of this place was the waitress and the food.... otherwise it was completely souless and with surely staff. I wouldn't choose this place again.

I don't imagine people go to this hotel as a tourist as it's not in a touristy area and near a motorway junction. Despite that I had a good experience in the hotel. I arrived just 15 minutes before the restaurant would close but still the staff did not hesitate to welcome me there after my check-in. Also at the reception and bar the staff was very friendly. The room is nothing special and the view is non-existent but it had everything I needed and the bed was comfortable. Also a coffee machine in the room to prepare my morning espresso. There are 4 charging spots in the parking to charge your electric car. All in all, a very good experience.

Fairly modern hotel with pleasant & helpful staff. Standard rooms are quite small but properly equipped with excellent WIFI & modern showers. Note if you select 'twin', the beds are very narrow. A bit tricky to find the hotel - SATNAV unhelpful but find the TGV line & try to follow the signs. Trains do thunder past but sound proofing is pretty good & trains stop at night. Restaurant menu quite limited & a bit expensive but very nice quality & presentation. Having travelled from Lyon in a heatwave, it was great to arrive to air conditioning & a cool, clean pool. Overall, a very good stopover and only an hour or so from Calais.

Very modern, clean rooms. Direct access by car. But special mention to the absolutely amazing staff from the reception Martine to the director of the hotel who went above and beyond to assist us in every way possible (we had a car breakdown in France) - we are very grateful.

Really nice rooms, clean and modern with direct access to outdoors. You can park your car directly outside your room. Easy access to the motorway, some nice walks in the countryside and small towns nearby. Only found one item of food on the menu that was okay - the burger - the rest got sent back.

the hotel has drive up access to rooms which is useful, restaurant has a rather a limited menu, but good food . The worse aspect is trying to access it from the roads around the hotel.! Need to go into the village and follow little signs to the back of the hotel. Overall suited our needs to visit the Somme war graves around the area.

Driving down the road to the hotel was a little tricky trying to avoid all the pot holes in the road, which we felt could be sorted out very easily with a few bags of small stones. First impressions of the hotel was very good, nice and contemporary. The young man on reception either didn't speak very good English, or was not very sociable. He gave us our room key and pointed down the hall towards a door. He did not inform us of breakfast times, so we assumed this would be listed in the room. The room numbers were not clearly indicated, so we ended up walking around, through a door, up some steps, through another door to a very musty smelling area, then up another set of stairs. and eventually found our room. The comfort room rooms was small but modern. There was no instructions for the safe which was closed. There was no instructions for the air conditioning which ended up only blowing out warm air. There was no book regarding the facilities or breakfast. The shower was very good and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. We went down for breakfast at 7am. Nobody was there so we had a look at the food which was open to flies and germs. We only had a drink and left. Very disappointing.

I'm currently staying at the hotel for work with colleagues. The hotel itself is nice and modern. However I wouldn't stay here again as the rooms are far too hot and this has also been pointed out in other reviews. Myself and colleagues have been to reception numerous times when we first got here to ask them to change the air conditioning settings as they have overridden the controls in the room. On the second time I went to reception I was told to open the window, great idea if it wasn't located next to a very busy high speed rail line. Half of us are now working night shifts and not looking forward to trying to sleep in hot rooms hence the low score review and the unwillingness of reception to change the temperature setting.

First of all, good luck getting to this hotel. It is easy to locate but difficult to access (more prominent signage required). The restaurant served some delicious dishes. Parking is ample and free. Good WiFi and air con. The shower was modern and powerful but I couldn't get the temperature below scalding hot. There is an excellent selection at breakfast but some items run out if you are not there early. A car is definitely required here as the hotel is some distance away from the nearest town. All the hotel staff were helpful and courteous. If you do have a car, then this is a great value for money hotel for exploring Arras and the surrounding area.
