Best Western Plus Duncanville Dallas

The hotel staff is very caring and friendly. The hotels always clean and they do what they can to make your stay better. The pool is excellent.

We stayed at the Duncanville Best Western. On the day we arrived we payed our early check in and the first night was fine, but the next day a storm came in causing the electricity to go out. The hotel did not have a back up generator so the whole night we spent it in the Texas heat. The room was very hot and the next day we were not able to shower, because the bathroom was dark. We had to go shower at my sisters house. When we got ready to leave the elevators we still out and we had to carry our luggage from the 3rd floor. I had my 75 and 80 year old Aunts with because we were visiting my sister that is ill. No one offered to help and on top of all this they didn't even offer any kind of compensation for our troubles. They need to have some kind of protocol in place and train the staff to be mindful of the guest and the situation.

The room was clean, The hotel was well kept up, the desk personnel were friendly and helpful, and the hot breakfast was nothing less than outstanding (Great Job, thanks, Gina!)

The room had a strong cleaner smell that lingered for the three days of my stay, giving me a headache everyday. Instead of the employees offering to change my room, they brought a wall plug in to help with the air. The refrigerator was old and nasty, with mold and mildew. The walls are paper thin. I could hear conversations and even snoring. People smoking right at the front door where guest have to walk by.

Disappointed in my stay at this hotel, the place seems to be clean on the outside but my room smelled humid, also the showers have old tile on the walls with black mold, the shower head needs to be replaced i believe it had rust. Very damaged furniture, the bed sheets were dramatically stained. They definitely need better housekeeping service, Rude staff front desk. The pool smelled like bleach, there were bugs inside/out of the pool and hot tub. Overall save your money do not stay here.

NIGHTMARE STAY!!!! RECORD YOUR ROOM AS SOON AS YOU STEP IN!!! We booked it for the pool and hot tub to take the kids swimming. Room had a dingy pleather office chair that was peeling. The desk table was wobbling falling apart. The fridge smelled like marijuana. We over looked it because it was only one night stay. When it was time to check out they said we broke the chair. However pleather doesn't wear in one night. It's the cheap plastic that wears down. They said we moved the wobbly desk. Kept the $100 deposit. Tania at the front desk and Lucy housekeeper. Also the housekeeper said I should charge you for a stain on the bed sheet. I told her yes that was from a blueberry from the Greek yogurt y'all provide. She was upset and told me it's very expensive to wash the sheets. I told her do y'all not wash them after every stay and she stayed quiet. Lucy was mad from a blueberry because they had to remove the sheets. That is DISGUSTING & UNACCEPTABLE if they're not removing sheets after every visit. We even bought our own trash bags to make it easier for them since we had pizza and wings and chips. PLEASE record your room before entering. I asked to see the office chair and they refused to show it to me. I'm assuming they planted it in another room they told me no that they had video that's all I could see. Now I have to wait till Monday to speak to the general manager. Contacted corporate as well.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a good experience. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was nice and helpful. They offered a variety of good breakfast options, which was a nice perk. I appreciated that they allow under 21 check-in, making it accessible for younger travelers. However, we did find a bug in the bathroom, and it was a bit noisy at times. Despite these minor issues, I think it was a good value for the price.

The hotel room itself was clean and adequate, and the hotel location was convenient. There's a lack of USB charging ports in the room but was otherwise fine. The only downside is that a loud alarm went off twice in the room in the middle of the night , and the phone in the room was broken, so we had to go to the desk for assistance twice because of the alarm. No one slept well because of that, and there's a 20$ charge to check out late. I would not utilize this hotel or the hotel chain in the future.

As frequent travelers as we are all over the US, I would have to say this hotel is NOT FAMILY friendly. They are totally missing the Hospitable part of hospitality and it's NOT due to the staff, it's ALL due to, they apparently have the CHEAPEST owners I have ever witnessed. The staff was very friendly and our room was extremely clean. HOWEVER they have a policy that you have to pay $30 to check in two hours early, 2 hours!!!! So at 1:00p with a 3:00p check in we were forced to pay an additional $30 on top of an already $150 room rate for a Best Western to get into our clean empty room at 1:00p. Fine we paid it, as we were there for soccer games and wanted to check in before our next game. Next morning we left a hour before 11a check out but I didn't get a price cut or refund for leaving early. The water pressure in the shower is lacking so much it may be mistaken as a humidifier. Breakfast was awful; the coffee is tinted water, the gravy is peppered water, the juice has no flavor and the list goes on. Everything is watered down and cheapened it's awful, you are charged top tier pricing and given dirt. We will not be rebooking here for the next tournament for sure nor will our fellow teams. The early check in policy sealed the deal for me with lack of hospitality at this property!!! The other things I would have written off and over looked. (I would understand an early check in fee if I was asking to check in before noon but two hours early give me a break!)

I have stayed with this hotel three times in the past year for work and they just keep getting better. I stayed here last year around this time and this two times this October. The staff are super friendly, the rooms are clean, the bed sleeps great, the shower has excellent pressure, and breakfast is consistent. What more could you ask for? They decorate so cute for Halloween and all the staff seem to work great together. Sometimes you go somewhere and you can feel the drama…not here. They seem like family and they make you feel like that too.

The beds were very comfy. The room was very quiet. Hotel staff the best!! Night staff was friendly and very nice. The breakfast was delicious. Lots to choose from. Will definitely stay again. Great stay for the price. How much more can you say.

The friendly and courteous front desk staff set the tone for our experience. Their professionalism and attentiveness to guest needs was felt from the moment we entered the hotel lobby. We will definitely keep Best Western in mind for future travel accommodations.

Great place. Great breakfast. Only thing we didn't like was it had to plugins for our iPhones. We have the small charging ends. No bedside electrical plugs. We also felt it's was a goof distance between a Dallas & Fort Worth sigh seeing. We would stay here again.

The staff at this hotel is exceptional!!! They are beyond friendly & will go out of their way to help in any way they can. Clean both inside & out. Warm & welcoming. In all my years of travel this is hands down the best hotel I have stayed at!!!!!!! I will be staying here when visiting my family.

The staff were amazing so nice to me and my family, the room was beautiful and clean and the breakfast was amazing. The gym was nice it was clean and I had a good workout after breakfast, they also have a nice snack bar with some variations of drinks and cookies and chips. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Thank you BWPD/D for making us feel welcome during our stay in the heat of August 2024. Our home air conditioner went out which placed us in an unfortunate position. My husband was scheduled for heart surgery during this same time. It took three weeks to get the air fixed for some awkward reason. My husband had his surgery and we returned to BWPD/D for his recovery. We appreciate all of you so very much. Your smiles, position attitudes and genuine hospitality went far beyond our expectations. reservations and my pleasant day went well and yes, I would do it again and again thank you. room was clean. Hotel was pleasant clean reservations went well an enjoyable trip. The next morning, I was very pleased with my overnight stay. yes, I am recommended it. I'd give it 4 1/2 stars with all honesty.

Good basic breakfast fare. Scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuit and gravy. There was a happy hour in the evening. Semi-Truck parking for about four trucks. The acces to the highways is easy and several great restaurants are in the area. My favorite is Pappadeauxs seafood kitchen.

I love this place. The staff is super nice. They know me when I come in and it truly means a lot! I love all of them from Ms. Stephanie, the young lady who checked me in this past Sunday afternoon, and the young lady who opened this past Monday. Oh, i've been here several times and Monday was the first time i had breakfast! It was really good! The lady serving was so nice! Thank you all for the great service! See you soon!

Very nice hotel, all of the needed services are easy to find and the staff readily supplies the little unforeseen needs ( i needed a safety pin to fix my tie and Stefany supplied one!) ALL of the staff members were nice and made my stay even nicer. The room was nicely appointed and comfortable, had everything I needed to get dressed for the funeral Saturday morning. Was also able to keep my “road snacks” in the fridge. Wanted to make it to the workout room but because of the drive I just didn't have the juice!!

Hotel hallways smelled dirty, my room had 2 broken doors, poorly functioning shower, internet was crazy slow (2mb sec), and we had roaches in the restroom, room, and behind the mini fridge.

Took a chance with this location being close to a very busy interstate. Couldn't hear a thing in the room which was great. Everything from check in to check out was perfect and could not have gone better. Room was very clean, plenty of towels and bedding. Huge walk in shower with plenty of very hot water pressure. Bed was very comfortable and provided an excellent nights sleep. Breakfast was over the top with plenty of choices and Angelica greeted you and helped you get breakfast. Even had her homemade salsa there which was delicious!!! She made sure to tell everyone to have a great day when they left. Hotel was clean and everything was in working order. Didn't get to use the pool as it was storming. But did look very clean and inviting. Would definitely recommend and will definitely return when I'm in the area! Thank you!!

The location was quiet, calming, and relaxing, which made it a comfortable stay. The rooms were neat, clean, and in excellent condition. I love their small details, like a coffee maker, desk, refrigerator, and microwave in rooms, and they were provided with small shampoo/conditioner, towels, hair dryer, flat iron, and hangers. For breakfast, the food was good. I lived the waffle makers they had. I will definitely return to this location when staying in Dallas.

The staff were friendly and responsive. Breakfast was hot and satisfying. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The air units didn't get as cool as I like but we made it work. The staff allowed us to sit in lobby linger as long as we kept the noise dowm

The staff were friendly. The breakfast was a full breakfast with eggs, sausage and biscuits. The coffee machine made a great cup of coffee once I figured out how to work it. The place was older, but clean. We felt comfortable and safe. We would recommend staying here.

Clean room. Quiet atmosphere and great customer service. I will definitely stay here again. I booked the suite. It was a great size. Had microwave and refrigerator. Located close to highway with easy access to highway. Easy to book online and easy check in.

My stay was very pleasant. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast server was very friendly and a delight to converse with. It was nice to always be greeted whenever I came thru the doors or entered thr corridor in the morning. Its nice that they have a Happy Hour with alcoholic drinks, I just wish they had something for the non-alcoholic drinkers.

The rooms were clean and nice. They could be updated a bit, but overall a nice hotel for a short stay. I chose this hotel due to no reviews of bugs. I can confirm there were no bugs found at this hotel or in the hotel room. The hotel is also centrally located to the areas that I needed to go. While there were a few families there from out of town for various reasons, the hotel remained very quiet even during the weekend. This will hopefully be my go to hotel for my Dallas visits.

Awesome customer service, the Front Desk woman was fantastic-checked in at 11pm on 3.7.24- she was efficient attentive and friendly! Facility has a great clean scent when entering. Beds are spot on as are pillows. Water was hot hot hot! That's a great thing. Quiet and in a convenient location, very reasonable price-will make this a go to spot! You won't go wrong with this choice!

Nice bedding. Quiet and a nice breakfast. Everyone was so wonderful and friendly. When we arrived, the coffee was empty so they brewed another pot, even though I said it was not necessary. The breakfast was begun at 0530 as they had some early risers. The eggs, meat and potatoes were served by staff and they had breakfast sandwiches available to go. My husband enjoyed his as he slept in.

Jetted Tub was not useable due to cleanliness, there was black hair and foreign objects in the bottom and slides of the tub. Not only was the side of the tub/woodwork cracked there was also a deceased cockroach on the tile surrounding the tub. There was also a constant smell of marijuana in my room on the first floor, especially leaking into the restroom. Entering the hotel individuals were sleeping in their vehicles. Myself and guest decided to cut our trip short and leave this hotel 24 hours early without a refund.

They accommodated an early Sunday breakfast for our group. We had a large group in town for training and our breakfast choices out of the hotel were limited. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The lady taking care of breakfast was very friendly.

Like this hotel for its quietness and cleaness. I stayed there usually for a week or two. The staff are very friendly and diligent for its upkeep. Like their breakfast choices also, hot meals, Always fresh coffee. Self schedule room service. Shower and hot water supply adequate. Room appliances all functions well.

Desk associates and house keeping were absolutely the best I have encountered in a while. Though short staffed they didn't miss a beat. Head board was greasy. Had hand prints all over it and head grease on it. Did take pics and go down stairs to show the front desk she didn't say anything. Also room service just walked in without knocking or anything. Then I received a call saying a key was turned in. She lying bc I have my one key here on the tv stand with me. STILL THEY SHOULD HAVE KNOCKED!!

The rooms were very clean. The ambience of the hotel was good. The breakfast was very good. Customer service was awesome as well. Our first room had issues with the air conditioner, but we were moved to the room next door with no issues.

The room was definitely to standard and above and gave a sense of home . It gave me my own personal space to really work on my projects. I'm a content creator/writer who enjoys solitude with a little bit of space to enjoy and be inspired by my surroundings. This is a great hotel if you a need a quick getaway or something to catch up on when it comes to maintaining your own lifestyle. I truly appreciate the time and energy I had spent inside of this hotel. So this is a number one on my list of hotels around the area.

My wife and I stayed here a couple of nights the first weekend of July. As the saying goes, this visit "was not our first rodeo," as we've stayed here a couple of times in past years. But things have changed and this visit may have been our last. The rooms were nice enough, but we were put off by several policies implemented since our previous visit. Like most hotels, they've resumed offering housekeeping during multiple night stays...but only by request. We weren't instructed what to expect at check in and were surprised by how the process works... Guests receive a text message asking if their room needs service. They will only provide service if you answer before a specific time. Simple enough. But our message arrived at 8:03 a.m. Sunday morning and required reply by 9:00 a.m. We were busy when the message arrived and didn't see it until after 11 a.m. That evening I made a trip to the front desk for towels...the first of many visits during our stay. Breakfast was a big issue both days. Food was only provided until 9:00 a.m. on weekends. (Most hotels extend service at least until 10:00 a.m.) In addition to the early schedule, we found the dining experience rather strained. An employee was present to "serve" eggs and meats from warming trays sitting on folding tables. We didn't ask why, but I can imagine the official reply might be that "providing an attendant adds a touch of elegance to the meal." That's not how we felt. It seemed that management thought we'd take too much, that they didn't trust us. Other breakfast items were available self-serve, but with someone constantly watching, we felt like elementary school kids without a hall pass every time we approached the counter. To top it off, a big banner announced availability of a super burrito for just $7.00. I understand they're trying to generate revenue, but this was rather unseemly considering they advertise "free" breakfast. Ironically, a laminated flyer telling how hard the attendant works to provide our meal was on every table. It featured her name and a QR code leading to a survey about her service. The code opened a Google page that required logon. It's probably a good thing I didn't have my id/password with me at the time... Remember that 9:00 am close time? We arrived about 8:50 am on Sunday to find the proteins gone and many other items already been taken away. We ate at McDonald's. Hotel television service offers many channels, but no online menu! The only way to see viewing options was to move up and down the list channel by channel! We looked throughout the room for a paper guide...nothing. Giving up, I returned to the front desk to ask for help. The clerk held up a folded and stapled "book" with several pages and said that's the only reference they had. I took it to the room. It's apparent management is cutting corners and incentivizing other purchases to increase income. (A bowl filled with ice cold adult beverages front and center at check in is one of many examples.) I'm not opposed to the use of texts and other technological tools to help...but they've got to be used in a proper fashion. For instance, the TV schedule could be accessed through a QR code. And housekeeping could be requested starting the previous evening. Most of all, customers can't be made to feel like shoplifters in a place they've paid to visit. FYI: we stayed at another Best Western in a small community during this vacation. There, we were were made to feel valued, even though their facility wasn't quite as fancy. Despite a few physical imperfections, we have no qualms about returning there. Our opinion of this place, however, is guarded.

This is a great location! It was very clean all the way around. Definitely a safe location. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic! The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Don't know what more you could really ask for!

The experience I had at this Best Western was unbelievable. From the time I came in till the time I left the staff was just outgoing and made me visit great.. I could go on and on how good my stay was.

The room was already cool upon our arrival which was a blessing because of the triple digit temps in the DFW metro area. The breakfast area was well kept and the hot foods were served hot. We'll be back when we pass through there again.

I had an unfortunate encounter upon arrival when I was left outside the entrance for over 15 minutes without anyone working at the front desk to assist me. As a guest, it is disheartening to be left waiting and unattended for such an extended period of time, especially after a long journey. I expected a warm welcome and efficient check-in process, but instead, I was met with complete neglect. This lack of responsiveness is not what I anticipated from a reputable hotel like Best Western. The absence of staff at the front desk raises serious concerns about the level of service and the overall management of the hotel. It is essential for a hotel to have a well-staffed front desk at all times to address the needs of guests promptly and ensure a smooth and welcoming experience.

I am very pleased with the serving staff's diligence and work attitude to keep guest informed and cared. Clean room and towels. Attentive breakfast replenish and choice. Air conditioning and amenities is nicely maintained and functional.

Less then two weeks into a five-week vacation driving trip, I stayed at the Best Western Plus Duncanville/Dallas, as it was close (a ten minute drive) to my cousin's house. It was a "different" experience for me because although Best Western is one of the four hotel chains that I use, on this trip I had spent nights so far all with another chain and the way this property did certain things was different from the way the properties in the other chain did them. Differences included the breakfast arrangement and the shower. At this property, breakfast was from 6-9 (versus 6-10) and the hot breakfast was from 6-8. (I was told upon check-in that breakfast was from 6-9, so was prepared for that, but did not know until I came down to eat that the hot breakfast supposedly ended at 8.) On my departure morning, I came down about 8:40 and there still were several sausage, cheese, and egg croissants still available, which were very good. I would have been disappointed had there been no hot breakfast available when I came down. (Usually my motel breakfast includes eggs plus something and cold cereal plus something.) The other point I would mention is that the OJ here was drinkable; it was not what you would call excellent tasting. This motel needs to change the brand of OJ that it serves. The room here was excellent. The bed and pillows were great, there was a fridge and microwave, and my a/c had been set at 76 so, thankfully, I was not freezing when I entered the room. (I turned it down to 74 which kept the room coolish but not freezing.) The bathroom also was excellent. It contained two empty shelves where I could put stuff (so many motel bathrooms hardly have anyplace to put my stuff), there were two bars of thick nice-smelling soap and separate small containers of shampoo and conditioner, and a very good walk-in shower with doors instead of the curtain. Most importantly, the shower nozzle was pretty good. I could adjust it to get a good stream of water coming from the inside circle in the nozzle. This motel is quite visible from the highway, but after you get off the highway it is not obvious how to get to the motel as you have to pass around several buildings to do so. I would not want to arrive here for the first time in the dark - especially without GPS assistance. I had a fine time and would certainly stay here again when I visit the south Dallas area.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful in every way!!! Very well managed and organized. Front desk remembered me by name! Room was comfortable and clean. Location is peaceful, yet convenient to local food & stores.

I wanted to take just one of those pillows home I slept like a baby with a bottle of milk . I didn't feel like going out to eat and y'all had several accommodations to include beer, wine oh mimosa so pleasing lol Thanks for a nice n warm place to stay

Best western is a nice cozy place to stay. Very relaxing and the service is great the area has access to nice store we all know and love and it's 20 mins away from the Dallas aquarium , The reunion tower has a beautiful view. I say if your looks for a place kinda away from the busy city stay here .

Well the first night I was very uncomfortable sleeping on the mattress in my room,I woke up my back was sore,I told the lady at the front desk about my mattress and she gladly let me move to another room and I had a good night sleep .I wish I knew her name I stay there almost every week Thank you so much

I really wanted a jacuzzi room on this side of town and I was really skeptical about it. But I'm so glad I took the chance. I got it to surprise my man for his birthday. It was exactly what we needed. I can't wait to go back!

Employees were rude the whole time from the start, maybe just because we were all younger (19-20). But I will never come back to this hotel. You ask them for more towels during your almost week stay and they get bitchy. You ask if they have anything and they treat you like crap. The customer service was a damn joke and it honestly ruined our stay.

Overall not terrible but probably better places available. Our food was late so we called the restaurant. They said it had been delivered to the hotel about 20 minutes earlier. Went down and sure enough, there is was. Asked the desk clerk why she hadn't called. She was a bit surly and said she had called but the phone must be broken (it wasn't) so we had cold pizza. Also had a cockroach or two sitting on our food that had only been out on the table for about 15 minutes.

Great stay…the coffee was nothing short of EXCELLENT. Mattress was firm and slept wonderfully. Staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast was hot and filling. Room was nice and clean. Hotel was accessible and near all of our destinations.

Stayed 4 nights, my Emotional Support Dog was welcomed, room was clean, bed was super comfortable, cleaning ladies were really nice! I really enjoyed my stay at best western plus in Duncanville/Dallas Tx.

I love the rooms everytime i go its so clean. Only problem was wen someone stole my vehicle. But best western tried to accommodate us as much as tgey could. So i would say a 5 only becayse it wasnt there fault

We arrived too early to check in and were told we'd have to wait until 3. Understandable, so we made plans to wait and come back when the room was ready. Shortly after sitting down in the lobby, we were called back to the desk and informed that the room was actually already cleaned but there would be a $60 charge anyway for early check in. Why the charge if the room is ready? Isn't that the fee for GETTING the room ready? We left the hotel and returned to check in. The ice machines were all broken. Unprofessional Front desk staff looked like they had just gotten out of bed. They were rude and seemed inconvenienced by any questions asked. $3 for 2 ibuprofen tablets for the inevitable headache this hotel gave me. Other guests were permitted to lay catering trays on every surface in the lobby and tuck in for a very smelly dinner. Noise and chaos on the entire first floor. At 7 am the next morning, we were AWAKENED by management and accused of making noise since they had supposedly gotten a complaint from the room below us. Paper thin walls but I assure you we were out cold until that phone rang. Skimpy, crappy breakfast as a highlight of a surprisingly disappointing stay. I'm an experienced traveler and know what to expect. This is not a 5 star hotel and I don't expect it to be. I was looking for a quiet, clean place to stay for one night. With so many options in a 5 mile radius, I'd give this one a pass.

The hotel is located in a relatively quieter place. Liked its lobby and breakfast choices. Room are clean.and spacious. Wifi and air conditioning worked excellent. The staff are nice and helpful and working diligently.

It was nice and clean. I enjoyed my stay,I had a good night's sleep, sheets were clean and fresh. The bathroom was spotless. I loved the window view. Good working air conditioner. Nice and quiet with no noisy loud people in other rooms. I would definitely come back

I had a great visit. I was able to rest well. The room was clean. The staff was polite. Breakfast was good. Pool was clean. Happy hour was great wished it had food (LOL) My family and I could talk in lobby without people bothering us. I would stay again the next time I am in the area.

The front desk representative on all shifts were very professional. I was greeted upon entry every time and they all showed interest with ensuring a pleasant stay. I chose the location for electric car charging purposes and there was a car parked illegally, they assured me I would receive the charging spot. I was nervous about something going wrong. The front desk reps on all shifts made sure I was comfortable and they would make sure nothing happen to my vehicle. I was able to charge without any incidents. Greatly appreciated their services.

Front desk service is great, staff is always welcoming. The morning breakfast is amazing as well. As a gold member check out at 1pm is FREE! Not much more you can ask for. The rooms with pool view are serene. Feel at home there!

Very clean, comfortable hotel! Many choices for breakfast! Everything worked great! Good number of channels on the tv. Loved the bed and pillows! Close to restaurants and freeway access. Ate at a Red Lobster one mile away.

Super clean and nice both inside and out. Very easy to get to from Interstate 20. Only thing they need to do is add a lot more EV chargers. EVS are coming and everyone will want their own charger for their car.

Great job all around the breakfast woman were awesome and started breakfast on time and it was one of the better breakfasts. Maybe add gravy and biscuits. Rooms clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. I was out like a light.

I always have a great experience when I stay here. I always receive texts to update me on any changes, welcome me to the hotel, and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and safe. As a travel nurse, those are important to me!! The full breakfast gets me started for the day and the attendants are very friendly even bagging my breakfast for me to take on my way to work each morning! Would definitely stay here again!!

Staff was great, the rooms were old dingy, smelly, towels stained, overall I am upset with myself for paying $500 to stay at this place, it should be illegal for hotels to overcharge!!! I really should have gotten a room downtown, a mistake I will never make again. I had to spend money on cleaning products to clean and sanitize entire room so me and my kids could feel comfortable.

After a very tedious day , Best Western was the perfect finish. I ate , showered and had the best bed for a great night sleep. Thanks to the staff of wonderful people. From the time we checked into the time we checked out the Stanford very nice the ladies that work at The Breakfast Table very sweet and generous and overall was a great experience thank you so much for a fun experience, we will be back.

The property was clean and so welcoming. The overall area outside in the parking lot was well maintained. The lady at the front desk check-in was nice and accommodating nice hot showers, nice bedding, nice linens. The morning breakfast was great. I forgot a pair of jeans and I return the following week and they could not find them. I called and nothing but life goes on I figured someone needed them.

We stayed here for one night. I'm thankful it was only one night. The front desk was nice when checking in. The problem I had was the room. The bathroom mainly the bath tub area looked like I was staying at an hourly hotel. The rest I can deal with like the cracked walls around the bed and such but that tub was just nasty. Again I'm so glad it was only one night. I won't be returning ever.

Property is in a not so great part of town and I didn't know that when I reserved my stay. The lady at the front desk check -in was nice and accommodating. The room was quiet and the room temperature was nice. Nice warm shower, nice bedding, nice linens. Quite a bit of Mold on the ceiling in the shower. They advertised Free Breakfast but when I went to the lobby, the gal handed me a menu of the prices such as she makes your waffle for $4. There was no Free Breakfast and no free Continental Breakfast items. I have been staying at a lot of Best Westerns during Covid and they often provide a sacked breakfast or something but this was the first place they wanted to charge me for making my free breakfast waffle! I ended up leaving without any breakfast items which was a disappointment because I would have liked at least something.

I have stayed at other hotels, but this hotel wasn't impressive at all. The front desk agent who checked me in was nice and professional. I watched other guest come in and each one was greeted in a friendly manner upon returning. Later that day when leaving the two front desk staff were engulfed in a personal conversation and completely ignored my wife and me. When we returned the same treatment not so much as a hello. On the second day when getting breakfast we were only allowed a baby size egg and cheese burrito, 2 small muffins and a small drink. When I asked for another one the attendant said we were only allowed one. But we can pay $4.00 for an upgraded breakfast. After the behavior and the rations I decided to check out instead of extending my stay. While preparing for check out I receive a text telling me I could do a late check out for $15.00 this is a free service at most hotels. Customers care should be of the utmost importance and when guest are nickle and dime then given food to feed a small child is a bad taste left in a customers mouth. I went up the road to another hotel that provided a full hot breakfast, I could eat as much as I want and there were no rations. I am very disappointed by the treatment and service received at Best Western.

Lots of things broken: sink stopped up, shower drain came off, toilet was rocking and unstable, pillows are horrible and limp, bed was ok, the staff was very nice especially during COVID, it was clean.

My husband and some of our friends stayed at Best Western for 2 night. When I pulled the covers back, there was a dried BLOOD spot on the sheets. They don't staff housekeeping at night, so it took a while to get new sheets FOR ME TO CHANGE MY OWN LINES.

It was a quick checkin and it was so quiet and peaceful. Now the only thing i didnt lime was the bfast but i get it COVID....i wish that they had Smart Tv so i can watch stuff from my phone onto the tv

This particular location,in Duncanville,is my hotel of choice. It is always clean and the staff is always friendly.It is never noisy, and check in and out is a breeze.It is also non-smoking which is great for me.

Good hotel for business or fam travel. We were treat with the utmost respect. (Like family). Hitel is clean and fresh smelling. The decor is like a beautiful big home. The road ok ms are spacious and has large bathrooms. We were offered blankets and extra pillows at check in. Breakfast was outstanding. We felt safe at this location. It was well lit and around stores and resturants. Will return.

The property is relatively new. It is beautifully decorated and overall very clean. Although the bathroom was clean, the tub looked immaculate. The shower wall was actual tile. The color of the grout and the faint smell of mildew was the only give away that the renovation was not within the last few months. The breakfast was a variety of hot and cold options. The dining area was clean and well kept. It was cold, but the cleaning crew were spraying down the tables in the pool area, as if someone may use them. The pool actually looked new and inviting. Overall, it is a nice, very modern looking hotel. I'd stay again.

The front desk staff were so sweet! I had a medical emergency and had to be in bed rest. Emilia, Felicity and Angelica were as helpful as they could be and checked on me. They made sure I was comfortable and went out of there way to make me feel at home!

I am a BW rewards member so stay at BW quite often. This was the best property I have ever stayed at and the breakfast was very good...there were the usual offerings and some that were unique to this property (pig in the blanket was delicious).

The Best Western Plus Duncanville Dallas is a great location when you are travelling even further south into Texas. The location is on the south side allowing you to get to 35 easily in the morning to get under way. The staff and service are both excellent and it's a great value.

Stayed here for four nights and. Was treated very well! I would go back if I have occasion to stay in Dallas again. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and if we needed anything they were fast to get it taken care of.

Front desk attendant was very friendly, The room was very clean, the room was set to a nice comfortable temperature. I feel like the showers can do a little upgrade. But over all everything was great !

Nice, clean hotel that was easy to access from the freeway. The only concern was when we checked out. The lady was not at the front desk, she stepped away for a moment where I had to wait quite a bit and eventually call her on the desk phone so she can come back to check us out.

this was our third stay there, breakfast excellent best we have had in years at a bestwestern. when in the area again we will go back. plenty of places to eat around the hotel. but if you are tried there is a Luby's right outside the door

The staff/team of West Western are all, professional, courteous and kind. They are very hospitable. The Breakfast Buffet is awesome, save me approximate 10 to 15 dollars per day. The locations is exceptional very close to where I'm working in the Dallas area. Very much enjoy my experience with Best Western of Duncanville every week.

I have been calling this Best Western Plus Duncanville Dallas since Friday Nov. 1st trying to reserve rooms for a Large group in February. I have been consistently told that I can't reserve more than 3 rooms on one card and that I must speak to the Sales Manager. But I called 3 times today and she is NEVER available. You must NOT want our business.

After been traveling for such long flights I was tired and late to check in, but was met by a polite young lady who was very efficient and helpful, room met my expectation. Very good location, close to a lots amenities, love the deco. People were very friendly and kind, staff very helpful. Just to say thanks to Robert, Daisy, Ruby ,Iris, Abby and the cooks. I enjoyed breakfast a good amount to choose from, but a bit more different fruits could to be added. Those lovely ladies that did the room. I had a very pleasant stay but was bit disappointed at cleaning ethics but I sorted it out and was at rest! A room kettle would have been a bonus!

It was a great stay. Even though I was smoking in a non smoking room they at least gave me a courtesy call to let me know I was being charged 200 for the violation. It was well worth it but I need to find me a smoking room next time

This is a great hotel at a great location. We wanted to spend time in Dallas and Fort Worth and this hotel was a great location between them. We had a nice suite for two nights, it was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The staff was very helpful, especially with dinner suggestions. We ate at one of the Italian restaurants they reccomended and it was excellent.

Although the lobby was under construction, the employees went out of their way to make this a good experience. The updates are going to look great when they are done and the hotel was very nice. Great breakfast experience with an employee there and the food was hot and good. Nice place to stay for the price and I will definitely stay again. We were there for a basketball tournament and location is great to get to the Fieldhouse.

Pankaj and his staff always go out of their way to make us feel at home, we have been staying there for a number of years and would not go anywhere else. They are in the process of renovating the lobby area and it looks great. They made sure that no issues were caused by this renovation. I look forward to returning soon to see the finished product. On my stay at the Best Western I had Excellent customer service they were always courteous and if I needed something they would help me to the best of their ability to get it for me or to help me find it to get it I would refer the Best Western to anyone.

This was my first stay at a Best Western in at least 25 years. I was pleasantly surprised with this excellent hotel, its professional staff, and the overall value! The property is well-maintained and the staff is friendly and efficient. The breakfast is comparable to other chains at this price point and my family had no difficulty finding something tasty. The breakfast attendant was especially eager to help. We're planning on staying at other Best Westerns this summer based on our experience with this one.

We stayed at this hotel for one night as we were on a cross country trip. The hotel was conveniently located and staff members, from the woman who checked us in at the front desk to those who maintained the breakfast area, were very pleasant and helpful. The room was comfortable and nicely furnished, the beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

This location never seems to amaze me. A new amenity that I discovered on my stay there was the Sundry Shop. Several soda beverages to choose from. I loved how they had Blue Bell Ice Cream in stock. This should be mandatory when you visit Texas, grab you some Blue Bell ice cream. I want to also thank your staff for acknowledging that I am a Diamond Member. The free room upgrade didn't hurt either. Keep up the good work.

I have stayed at the Duncanville location on numerous occasions. It is conveniently located near my family, friends and shopping. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the rooms have been clean and well appointed. Breakfast is plentiful with an assortment of food choices for hot and cold items. There has never been a problem with booking a reservation by calling directly to the front desk and getting online pricing. When in the Dallas area I seldom stay anywhere else. I wish the hotel had a bar, but each room has a mini fridge so bringing my own bottle of wine is no issue.

After visiting the Alamo and the river walk, we decided to change plans and go to Dallas,dealy plaza, then to Fort Worth to the money factory,which was amazing to see what billions of dollars looks like. Glad we went.

Service was Awesome as was the breakfast and the accomodations. The Staff was always there for me when I needed them and often went above and beyond what I was expecting. Room was very clean and was recently updated. Although I had neighbors I rarely heard any noise from their rooms. I would recommend this Hotel for anyone stopping in the area.

My room had one king bed with a mini living area to the side with a hide away bed. It had a microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. The room was very clean, cozy and inviting. The hot breakfast was decent, my only complaint although a minor issue was that the eggs seemed like they were egg substitutes, but flavor- wise everything was good. The breakfast consisted of eggs, potatoes, biscuits, gravy, waffles, yogurt, mixed fruit, muffins, bacon, sausage links, coffee, apple juice and orange juice. I am sure these items may change depending on the time you visit. I also worked out in their mini gym, which had a treadmill, Cross training machine for leg workouts, bicycle, and a weight machine for lat pulls, bench press, leg work outs, curls and bar dips. The gym had a tv and drinking fountain as well as towels. I ate my meals at Luby's restaurant next door which you can walk to and it is a buffet style bar where you walk down the line and tell them what you want, and pay for the food at the end of the line. This hotel has an outdoor pool and spa which I did not try out. They have a little snack room including drinks and misc essential items for purchase. I also utilized their computer room which has two computers and printers for personal use. The hotel staff was very friendly. I came for business but would also bring my family here if I am ever in town for personal reasons. You can get super shuttle or Uber to transport to and from the airport.

We came to Dallas for a family gathering and were very fortunate to stay at the Best Western where the staff was extremely friendly and helpful during our visit. The breakfast had plenty of selections and my son really enjoyed the Texas Waffles made fresh to order :) will definitely stay again next time we are in town!

We stay here every time we are in Dallas, owner and staff are great! Very fairly priced for this high end hotel. It feels like visiting friends and family every time there. We are there on business and usually book upwards of 10 rooms for a few weeks each time. They always go out of there way to help, whether it be shuttle service for my employees or accommodating us with room service at special times because of our work schedules. The staff there go out of their way to fulfill any needs we have. Would not consider anywhere else!

I travel for business and stay at many different hotels. This was a nice and clean hotel. Other hotels in area are more expensive but not a good value for the price. Hotel looks new and it is very clean and well maintained. Typical breakfast. Staff very nice and helpful. I would recommend to anyone staying the area for the value vs the other hotels in the area.

We travel to the Duncanville Texas area every year for our class of 1965 class reunion. We would not stay any other place except the Best Western here in Duncanville. It is a beautiful hotel, everyone is so nice and helpful, it is always clean and neat, the beds are very comfortable, it is close to all kinds of places in the Dallas and surrounding area and the Breakfast is wonderful!

We were visiting some friends in Duncanville and needed a place to stay for one night. We picked the Best Western Plus and we were not disappointed. Our room was clean and well decorated. We had everything we needed and the beds were extremely comfortable. They had a very nice breakfast area with a nice breakfast offering. Everyone at the front desk was friendly, and I was really impressed when we returned later in the the evening and we received a very friendly "Welcome Back". We would definitely stay here gain.

I who always makes reservations was at a loss for where to stay, I have to have CLC so sometimes it's limited, this hotel was not far from where I was working, walked in and Robert the manager was a delight! Didn't have a room on the 3 rd floor but at that point I was distressed! Room was lovely,clean bed very soft and comfy.But there was a herd of whatever upstairs!!!! I tried it for 2 nights but then with no sleep, Robert found me a room upstairs and they took care of me, breakfast was delish, all in all a great visit will stay there again.

Visiting family and needed a nice, clean hotel to stay in for three nights. Best Western Plus came up in our search and it fit the bill. Staff was friendly, the king size room was spacious and the bed and linens extremely comfortable. Tip: Avoid the Applebee's across the way. It's a loud and obnoxious local spot.

This hotel was absolutely the best place I have ever stayed in! It was very clean, the bed very comfortable, the staff very friendly and the breakfast was awesome! I would recommend this place to anyone needing to stay in that area.

This is by far the best hotel in Duncanville. Great customer service from the moment you walk in and the new upgrades are great in the room. New sofa with new pillows, new sitting chair, and lamps are great in the room. King size bed is so comfortable. I slept like a baby. Breakfast is amazing with the all great options to choose from. Express check out is great for the ones on the way out early in the morning. Always get my email bill and save a tree at the same time.

I AM a member of the Best Western rewards program and got a free upgraded room so that was a plus. The hotel has recently been renovated, the hallway smelt like chemicals but our room was nice and in a convenient Dallas location. Next time my wife and I visit Dallas we will be staying at this hotel.

Smells and looks clean from the minute you enter. Everything is spotless. The staff is very professional and friendly and helpful. This is a beautiful property. My room and bathroom were specious and comfortable. The bed was very clean. I was surprised and happy to see breakfast and choices they had. Check in and check out was a very pleasant experience. It is a very beautiful property at a very reasonable price. I will certainly stay there if my business takes me in that area.

I recently stayed there and have to say the service and staff were excellent. Everyone was very pleasant to talk to and interact with. Nice clean hotel with a great breakfast. The location is also very convenient with plenty of places to eat in the area.

Condoms were left in the dresser drawer in my room and on floor....We had to change rooms..and I had my 10 yr old daughter with me who saw everything that was left...........the service here is horrible....but the breakfast was good...

This is a great hotel if you are ever in the Dallas area. I have stayed here on three occasions and it has always provided great service and the location was excellent. There are plenty of restaurants, etc in the area.

My family and I loved the breakfast at this hotel. The ladies that run the breakfast room are fantastic! The breakfast room was always clean, the food constantly restocked when it ran low, and the food tasted great. I especially love the vanilla yogurt machine with all the different topping. My family travels a lot for our church Bible Quiz program, and we stay at a lot of hotels that serve complimentary breakfasts, and this hotel by far out-ranked them all. They are hard-working and take pride in their job. Keep up the great work ladies! You are doing a great job!

This hotel is a new hotel. Very close to Interstate 20. Easy to get to. Came in for the State Fair of Texas. The hotel was clean and very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and the rooms were modern and updated. Loved the visit!

Just have to say that the food is amazing and the lady working there named Adriana was so helpful. The rooms are very clean, just have a great environment. They have a nice pool and a good gym. Also have some restaurants in walking distance.

The only problem we had was with the shower not working, but they accommodated our needs immediately. Great service for spur of the moment needs. We were surprised by the shower not working, so we requested another room and this hotel gave us what we needed. Thanks.

My hotel stay was great. The staff were very attentive and pleasant. The bed was very comfortable. I did have a problem with the sink in the bathroom being stopped up, but the hotel staff handled this issue expeditiously.

Wanted to stay at this hotel for one night! I made it very clear to the desk person, that the room was for one night and two people! They said ok. When I got the hotel confirmation I was charged for two nights! I called the hotel to correct the error and the person said no problem that they would correct it the error and take away one night! Waited all day and never received an email confirming the changes. I called them again and ask why I had not gotten a confirmation on the changes? The clerk then told me that there was a 2 night stay minimum! I ask why I was not told this in the first place before it was too late? No answer! None of the emails said anything about a 2 night minimum! The information was not even on their web site! Caution should be used in dealing with this hotel! They do not believe in being up front and honest!!! I will not be staying at this hotel! I got a better deal at a nicer hotel!!!

Staff very helpful - but breakfast stops at 9:00 am M-F and 9:30 on weekends. Much too early - should be served at least until 10:00 am. Computer area had only one (out of two) working correctly. Music in lobby (where computers are located) too loud and not appealing to all ages. Rooms are just basic but hotel is centrally located to many things.

Attended a conference in Dallas and chose this hotel because of its proximity to the conference location. Overall, we were pleased with the hotel. The price was great compared to similar hotels in the area. The hotel is very inviting upon entrance and the staff are equally inviting. The staff were very helpful with information, and responded in a professional and courteous manner to whatever assistance you needed. The exterior, interior, breakfast area and rooms are very clean and updated. The king bed was very comfortable, the carpet was in good condition and the furniture was nice. The rooms do look like the online pictures. Breakfast had a decent variety of hot and cold items, but the rooms had refrigerators and microwaves if you wanted to make your own. There was a nice gym and pool area that was also clean. The hotel is very close to plenty of restaurants and stores for everything you would need, but you do need a car to get around.

Very pleasant experience I've frequented this hotel for the last 6 years! It's one of the best in Texas ! Staff is very friendly.... renovations are underway! I didn't think it could get any better! I would recommend this site to my family and friends!

I really enjoyed the stay at this hotel. King bed felt great. I slept like baby. The carpet in the room looked amazing. Breakfast was enjoyable plenty of items to choose from. The Hotel Manager Robert was very helpful getting my boarding pass printed.

I loved the aroma when walking thru the door and being greeted by a friendly staff. Check in was easy and my room was conveniently on the first floor. My kids were excited about the pool being open. Breakfast was amazing and there was a great variety to choose from. I will definitely be back when I'm in the area.

My favorite home away from home. It's very welcoming being acknowledged as a Platinum Member. Greeted with a big smile and offered a complimentary upgrade for being an Elite Member feels great. The additional perks at check in is great. Breakfast is amazing. Fresh potatoes, fresh biscuits, fresh salsa are all a thumbs up.

We are gold rewards members. When we checked in, they informed us that they had a free upgrade to a king suite with a nice sofa for us. They are in the process of replacing the carpet in the rooms. The rooms are very clean, and the staff is great. We were treated great by Robert Aleman, the hotel manager. The breakfast area is large, and clean. It is always great to get a free hot breakfast. The breakfast included biscuits, sausage, bacon, potatoes, and southwestern style eggs in addition to the regular cold items. If we are ever in this area again we would be sure to stay here!

Everyone was very nice it was a pleasant stay. The only problem I had was I had a needed my toilet plunged an the front desk told me I had to come get the plunger do to they was short of staff. But the breakfast, cleaningness was excellent, the hallways, rooms, snack rooms, lobby was very clean. When I come to duncanville again, I found a new home.

We keep coming back here when we visit family in Dallas. It's clean, quiet, the bedding is outstanding, fast wifi, immaculate well-lit breakfast room and the complimentary breakfasts are top notch. Even more importantly, the service from the staff here is second to none. Plenty of free parking and well lit outside the hotel.

The housekeeper moved my wife's contact case from the bed side table to my overnight bag in the bathroom causing confusion. The eggs were under cooked, everything else was great. Very friendly and polite. A+

We were supposed to stay here two nights and it was so nice we decided to stay another night. This is convenient to Dallas and area attractions without being in the city. The rooms were so clean and it was quiet here. Ms Blanco served us a wonderful breakfast every morning! This was not just microwave food, she put some love in this food! We travel a lot and this was the best breakfast we have experienced!! The front desk people were so helpful to helping us find area things to do, giving us directions, and booking us an extra night! So pleasant, polite and helpful! Don't pass this hotel by! Wonderful place to stay!

We walked into the lobby and it smelled so good and we were greeted with smiles and plenty of help. This is our 4th or 5th time to stay at this location. All the flowers were beautiful. We are close to plenty of places to eat also. We slept like babies. WE LOVE IT HERE

Had to stop overnight on the way to Austin & found this property through Hotwire. Staff was friendly, the room was clean, and it was located near the highway without being noisy. Breakfast was included and they had a good selection of hot and cold items. Free parking, too.

I enjoyed the 2 free beers for happy hour every night provided by the front desk. (no bar or restaurant in this hotel) $15-20 Lyft to downtown Dallas and walking distance to Pappadeuxs seafood restaurant that I thought was phenominal.

I drive an 18 wheeler. So, I always have to call ahead to make sure they accept Corporate Lodging and have room to park my truck. Pricella answered the phone and took down my info quickly. I had a place to lay my head! Yes! What I didn't expect was the awesome service when I got to the hotel. Pricella walked with me to show me where to park and how to negotiate the surrounding streets. Not only did I receive service with a smile, but the follow through that we need so much these days. I parked, entered the lobby, got my key and information about breakfast (6-9am), and made my way to my room. Best Western Plus never fails to exceed standards. Bravo! Thanks to the entire staff for providing top notch service. I will certainly return!

My boyfriend and I took a much needed one night stay. Everything was great. We were able to relax and unwind. Spend some much needed quite and quality time together. It was well worth it. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was great. The hotel was very nice.

I was at this hotel for a family reunion. Overall, it was clean and the staff was pleasant and helpful. Our group really found it convenient to be next to Luby's where our entire group was able to go for the final day and family meal on Sunday.

I usually stay at the regular Best Westerns but decided to stay here last night and being a BW Plus didn't make it any nicer. The breakfast was awful. Eggs were hard, bananas were black, and bacon was rubbery. They had a yogurt dispenser that was out and not a worker in site. I will not be back.

Everything was outstanding, from the greeting to the checkout. The service was great. The front desk clerk was very helpful and friendly. The hotel manager helped with a correction on my bill. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The free full breakfast is a plus with delicious home made waffles.

Best Western is a fantastic hotel. It never fails to go above and beyond expectations. The hotel staff is always polite, noise is always at a minimum and a restaurant with the most delicious food conveniently placed by its side.

Other than the room temperature being turned down extremely to far every day it was a good stay. Maids should pay attention to how the guest sets it. I was moved to this hotel after another hotel overbooked for our meetings.

Staff at Best Western Plus Duncanville are all nice. Especially the manager always greets with welcoming us even though we are a big group of young people. We appreciate that every year we stay there.

Good place to stay close to Dallas and surrounding area's I would come back to this hotel again. Staff was friendly and helpful and rooms were clean. Close to the Dallas area so driving in isn't so bad about 20 minutes or so to get into Dallas and see the sites around the city. Pool was a plus and price of the stay was well worth the drive compared to what the hotels in Dallas were asking.

Almost every hotel was sold out for the weekend that I needed and I felt that I had to 'settle' for the Best Western Plus. I am happy to say I don't feel like I settled at all. The staff was pleasant and the hotel was clean and inviting. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious and there was a good variety of items offered at the breakfast buffet. I will not be quite as likely to bypass the Best Western logo quite as quickly as I have in the past.

Rooms, decor, staff, breakfast and amenities comparable to HI Express or Comfort Suites. Only complaint would be price...I feel it was about $30-40 overpriced. Stayed for my father's funeral. Staff was friendly & accommodating.

The customer service was great because they allowed us to check in early after a long day of traveling. I only have one complaint and that is the shower in our room was less than desirable. A simple repair and cleaning the grout could fix the issue.

Well, when you google Duncanville Dallas I found a real mix of reviews. I will say THIS hotel was just great! I got the best hospitality I have ever gotten from this a hotel. The room was clean...very clean! The bed was so comfortable, I had traveled down for training with work and they took care of my transportation. Jesse, our driver was honest and knowledgeable of the area on where to eat and where to stay away from.The night i checked, after the flight and shuttle to the hotel, the sweetheart behind the counter was so nice! I wish i would have gotten her name! ALL the staff was wonderful! Checking in and out was a breeze! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Dallas Metropolitan area!

We have stayed at this Best Western Plus a number of times and they have always met or exceeded our expectations. The hotel is clean, quiet and the staff is first rate. We were in the Dallas area visiting family and we checked in for the weekend. The front desk offered to move us to the first floor (originally on the 2nd floor) because my mother uses a walker. We thought that was nice and accepted their kind offer. Not long after checking in we noticed ants crawling on the walls and bathroom floor. We called the front desk and they offered to move us to another room or come in and exterminate. Since we were leaving for a good while, we elected to have them come in and treat for the problem. When we returned the problem was resolved. We always judge a place not so much on what they do when everything is fine, but how they react when you have an issue. This staff is first rate and quickly resolved the problem. I have to mention their breakfast area which is always inviting, clean and they have an excellent selection to complement everyone's eating requirements. If I wasn't now retired, I'd be staying here on all visits to Dallas. They offer everything I could ask for ... and then some.

I actually had an issue when I stayed at this hotel BUT the manager and staff was so accommodating and rushed to solve the issue that it is not worth mentioning. I don't expect everything to be perfect but at the end of the day I do expect great customer service which I did receive. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

The interior and exterior of the hotel were very appealing and colorful. During our entire stay the staff were friendly and the room was comfortable. Breakfast in the morning had so many options to choose from and the entire hotel was neatly kept. We were within minutes from multiple restaurants and even a Walmart, and being near the highway it was an easy drive to the Dallas area. We will definitely be coming back!

Best Western PLUS Duncanville Dallas is a great hotel. It's beautiful; the staff are extremely helpful; and it is located in an easy to get to Dallas location. I went to the Medieval Times and it took only about 30 minutes to get there. My two nights' stay was awesome.

This hotel was not only beautiful but very inviting. Location was perfect. Staff went above and beyond for my family & I as we arrived very late and we received a late check out. We did not have the honor of trying breakfast as we slept in but staff had offered to make us a Grab N Go Bag to hold us. I would definitely fr come d this hotel to all my friends and family. We will definitely return. Thank you to the staff at Best Western Plus Duncanville for making our stay home away from home!!

Even though an older hotel, it feels that it has been renovated - very clean. Staff was most accommodating. A very good hotel that is convenient to the airports (both DFW and Love field). Only negative was the noisy vending machines on the hall. Get a room far away from them.

I am a hotel snob. The hotel I usually book at when traveling to Dallas had no availability. Since I knew I would only be sleeping there 1 night I took a chance on Best Western. I was pleasantly surprised. I was greeted immediately when I walked through the door. The hotel was clean and updated. I had a room on 2nd floor. It was quiet and very nice. Shower alone should get 5 stars. I will start using this hotel when I come to the area for business.

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the years; however, during the last stay, I noticed a marked change. The carpets were filthy, not only in the lobby but on the room floors. Also the hotel staff was not friendly. It appears there has been a change in management or ownership. This hotel no longer measures up to the Best Western standards and I will not stay here again.

Love the location of the hotel. Not too close, not far from Dallas. Nice comfortable King size bed with a sofa. The walk in shower is very roomy. The complimentary breakfast was great. Fresh cut fruit was outstanding. For my Platinum status I was offered express check-in and express checkout.

My night stay was great. The bed was very comfortable room was quite. The breakfast was better than going over to Micky D The ease of getting in and out with my big rig I will consider staying here again whenever I am in the area.

We had a great stay at this hotel. A friend and her young daughter and my young son and I stayed in a room with double queen beds while in town for a basketball tournament. The hotel was very near to the rec center and Bob Knight Fieldhouse. Check-in and check-out were quick and simple. The staff were friendly and most helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It could not have been a more pleasant stay...other than having better toilet paper. Come on. Splurge a little on the toilet paper. :) We also enjoyed the use of your hot tub, room refrigerator, complimentary toothbrush/paste packet/pick, Foosball table, and breakfast area. Thank you for making it a nice weekend for us.

We stay here 30 to 60 days per year, wouldn't consider any place else. Pankaj and his staff have always went out of their way to make us feels at home and take care of any and all of our needs. Rooms are very clean, breakfast is always fresh. I have been staying here for a good number of years. My employees and I are treated like personal friends and have even had Pankaj and his family visit us at our office in Canada. Real friends, great people. Every time I have stayed at this Hotel I have been very pleased. The staff have always been friendly and ready to serve. The rooms are clean and large. The pool is very nice. I'll always stay at this location when in the area.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The room was musty, had poor ventilation, and the windows didn't open. I couldn't get the heat to turn on the first night and had to wait until the next morning for someone to help me. The registration clerks were rarely at the desk and I waited 20 minutes for someone to show up to check me out.

It's a really nice and clean hotel. The room was big. Sheets clean. Staff was friendly. I would recommend it to anyone staying in this area. Really nicely surprised. Pretty cheap for what you get. Pretty close to downtown Dallas

I have been overcharged by $412 and is still struggling to get it back, every time they say they have reversed it,but still struggling. I have emailed and called so many times ,it is not funny anymore.

Booked through discount site and got a great price for the area, considering how close it was to everything I wanted to see in 3 days/2nights. Originally booked for me and my wife, but then added my nephew without making any changes. Robert at the Front Desk caught my mistake and changed us to double queens without any charges, this could have been considered an upgrade at other hotels. The room was clean and enjoyable, even facing the main road, I could not hear any traffic, which was awesome. The breakfast variety is very complete: waffles, scrambled eggs, muffins, sausage, bacon, toast, bagels, juice, fruits, yogurt, coffee, etc (complimentary). They have 2 computers from where you can print your boarding pass. They have soda machines on all floors and variety machine on 1st floor. Overall really good, better than some 3.5 and higher from other chains.

This review is mixed. The hotel and room were fine. The location is near restaurants and other conveniences and that's great. I was however, disappointed as a business traveler. This hotel advertised a business center! Unfortunately, it costs money to conduct your business here! If you need to send a fax, or make copies, the charge is $1.00 per page (even if you are a rewards member)! Additionally, the internet is dreadfully slow!! If you are traveling for business make another selection!!!

I travel for business regularly. This is a great place to stay if you are headed to the south side of Dallas. This is a tough area to find a good hotel in. Staff are exceptional. It's very clean, quiet and has a good breakfast. It's right off the freeway, but set back far enough that you have good freeway access without the freeway noise.

i have dnd sign in my room i went to the housekeeping which was working and that floor and ask her just for fresh towels she not even respond to me when i said goodmorning but instead she start ask me stupid questios in very rude tone .. i when to the front desk i ask for towels and also they have the same attitude very bad for a best western brand the room was clean and comfy very nice hotel i don't have any complaint about that but seriously they should be have a training about care a guest

Nice hotel for business, they have free wifi, direct tv with a huge programming and free breakfast all mornings. Close to highways and like 20 minutes from DFW airport. Its has a poorly gym equipment that need replacement, pool and hot tub that i didnt try it and also they have drier and washer machine on each floor i guess, they have snack machines algo, ice, etc.

I have been to this hotel for the last 7 weeks. They have a very professional staff. Since I have been here so many times they know me by name. Robert is personable and nice. My room is clean and tidy. The breakfast is fresh and hot. I love love love this hotel!! Highly recommend this hotel!!

This was my first time in Texas, so a little confused and unsure regarding what and where to eat and visit. The young lady at the front desk "Cecilia" is by far the BEST I have ever encountered in my many hotel stays! She was cheerful and helpful in her suggestions for eating out and places to visit. The hotel is conveniently located for my business travel, but other than that not good. The room had ants in the bathroom. When I told house-keeping on the way out for dinner I was assured they would be taken care of. Came back from dinner....ants in the bathroom. No other rooms to move me to. The breakfast bar was disappointing. Stale bagels and watered down juices. They need to put a bit of effort into this as it is one of the last memories guests have prior to check-out.

Our Experience was excellent at this Best Western. We had a brunch in the banquet meeting room. Mr. Lad and his staff were very nice and professional. The lobby area is well kept and decorated nicely. Our guest were so impressed with the room and surprised that this type of service was offered at this location. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us. We will definitely look to have other events at this location!

My experience at the BW Duncanville was awful! It began with a phone call for the reservation. First, the lady was short with me, we had a group reservation for a large family reunion and I called a few days late of the "deadline" and they would not honor the rate. I rented two rooms for two nights, approx. $500 for stay. I also asked about utilizing my CLC card, she said CLC would be honored at check-in. At check-in, the front desk guy, whose name tag said "manager" was not welcoming at all. I requested discount with CLC, he told us rooms were overbooked and he could not allow the CLC discount. Then another customer checked in behind us and she asked if they had any rooms available, he said yes...so obviously not overbooked. Did he lie to me? The rooms were mediocre, the beds are hard. I could not believe the poor quality of the construction in the bathrooms, tiles were loose, grout was falling out of joints. Your hotel will be falling apart and then Best Western will pay for poor management at that point. I will not stay at this hotel ever again, nor recommend to my friends and colleagues. After this experience Best Western will be last on my list of choices.

Ask for a room that is away from the front entrance. 2nd floor room near main entrance was noisy due to activity in and out of the hotel. Breakfast area was very small but interior of lobby was neat and nice.

My daughter and I were visiting to attend the State Fair of Texas and stayed here for two nights. I had good first impressions with the lobby and the very nice front desk lady. We asked for a quiet room with working wifi since daughter had a grad school assignment to submit. We had a little trouble with the wifi but eventually she got it running and was able to submit her work. Our first night was very quiet but there was a crying child and some pounding the second night; minor irritant. Also, we ran into minor maintenance issues which when added together were kind of surprising: a three foot crack in window (I reported it right away and the lady at the desk assured me the windows were double-paned and offered to move us), gaping holes where two of the three ceiling sprinklers were, a chip in the tub floor (about a dime sized), and two minor rips in curtain. None of these would cause me not to stay here again, I would. But when added together... The mitigating factor was that the room was VERY clean and the two front desk ladies we encountered were super nice so I would stay here again (unless I ever run into maintenance issues again).
