Best Western Hotel Universel Drummondville

Not sure what to say about this hotel as there are many positives and negatives…right off the AutoRoute 20 with lots of shopping, including a Costco, nearby. My hesitation surrounds the Queen suite we booked looking absolutely nothing like the picture on their website . Room was big and upon entrance incredibly musty which we corrected by opening the door to the Juliette balcony..fresh air was wonderful with an average view. Once we got used to the suite, we enjoyed it as it was a very big space with fridge and microwave. Jetted tub was nice. 2 big TVs and a few plates and some cutlery as well as a coffee makes (not Keurig). Check in and out was easy and the staff were nice. Bilingual front desk staff. Rating it average because furniture and decor a bit tired and the pool and hot tub were closed during our stay. Restaurant next door looked popular.

Great experience from check in to check out. The staff was amazing, the hotel is great. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Great parking. Easy access to the highway. Great restaurant, very nice and great food for the value. French or English. The hotel is pet friendly and great for the kids. Nice pool and hot tub.

My brother and I were on a road trip from Niagara on the Lake to PEI and our first overnight stay was the Best Western Drummondville. It was an intersting but wonderfully surprising stop from the moment that we arrived. There was a high school graduation going on in the parking lot that was both entertaining and well laid out for arriving customers to move through the event to the parking for the hotel. Inside we were greeted by very welcoming front desk staff who explained what was going on and assured us that it would not impact on either our ability to dine in the restaurant that night nor our stay. And they were right. We were tired from travelling and were readily able to get a table in the busy restaurant. The service and the food was excellent. The room we had was very good with everything we required - the beds were very comfortable and we didn't hear any noise from the graduation party that was taking place in the hotel. I would highly recommend this lovely stopover as it was without question, the best place we stayed on our way to PEI.

I thought I was booking the hotel directly. Unfortunately, I was redirected to a different website that appeared to be their own. The room price wasn't that bad, but by the time it was all said and done, taxes and fees were over $100.00. On arrival, the parking lot was full of people with a car gala going on. It turned out to be prom night for new graduates, and the cars were used to drop them off at the front door. I had to maneuver through a crowd to get to the front desk. Parking was a nightmare. The front staff stated that the group was there for dinner only, and it would be quiet after 9:00 pm. My room was above the pool area, and I could see the gala area just behind it through the window. The grads looked gorgeous in their gowns and tuxes. I don't begrudge anyone having fun. There was music which I could hear with the bass thumping, and my floor was vibrating. This continued just past 11:00 pm. To top it off, there was a patch of grass where a bunch of young men decided to play soccer. They were very loud, yelling, screaming and carrying on. I let the front desk know about it. I had to turn up the volume of my TV to hear it. Needless to say, my stay was not the best. I reported what had happened the next day to the front desk, and the young staff member said she would let management know. I have booked the Best Western in many provinces and states. This included weddings, 50-year anniversaries and various cardiology conferences, and this is the first time that I felt I doubt I will be back.

I drive up once a year from Rochester to Quebec to visit family and this hotel is in the ideal location. Lobby is clean and bright, the front desk is always friendly and I love that there are pet-friendly rooms for my dog. There is a large, gated parking lot in the back, which is always a plus for my truck. The rooms are very clean and quiet, the beds are comfortable, and there are a lot of nice amenities like an indoor pool and hot tub. The Pacini restaurant is in the hotel: convenient and great food. They serve my favourite duck pizza. I will definitely be back next year!

Do NOT stay here! Not a Best Western Plus: NO free breakfast! NO free coffee after 9:50 am. I asked and was told I had to pay for second cup by curt front desk. Motel 6 has free coffee all day in the lobby! Management has screwed down the service so it is misleading of Best Western and especially Best Western PLUS to display this brand. Stay somewhere else!

We checked in smoothly, and our room was incredible! It had a living room with a wet bar and dining area, located by the Service Room on the main floor. Initially, we thought it might be noisy with staff coming and going, but it was perfectly quiet. We also thought being on the first floor might mean hearing noise from the room above, but we never heard a thing, so we ended up having a great night's sleep. The bedroom was separate from the living room, and the bathroom was accessible through the bedroom. The room had an artsy, Art Deco vibe, with unique touches like pocket doors to the bathroom. I regret not taking pictures of the shower, which was as fascinating as the jet tub that filled with water falling from the ceiling! It was one of the most creatively designed hotel rooms I've ever stayed in—an absolute delight. While words couldn't fully capture its charm, I took plenty of photos to preserve the visual impact. The artistic details were everywhere. The living room had a sliding screen door we kept open, even though the lock needed fixing. Despite that, we felt safe and comfortable. The room also included a small refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave, real plates, cutlery for two, wine glasses, and coffee cups. Coffee, tea, and sugar packets were provided, though no bottled water for the coffee machine. Thankfully, we brought our own bottled water to avoid using tap water. Another thing I loved about the room was the absence of wall-to-wall carpeting or rugs. I'm not sure what the flooring was, but it had a dark chocolate color and looked like wood, giving the rooms a fresher, cleaner vibe. Now, would we stay here again? Absolutely !

We booked this BW on our way home from Nova Scotia. After a 10 hour drive, we were greeted with a smile by the young lady at the front desk. We were happy that she spoke perfect English to us and pleasantly surprised of the quality, cleanliness and comfort of the room we were given. There were 2 very comfortable queen beds with extra pillows and towels as I had requested and a lounge chair. The air conditioner was a little noisy but didn't interrupt our sleep. There was a Nespresso coffee machine with 4 pods, a small refrigerator, small shampoo, conditioner and lotion and 2 soaps along with cups/glasses. We always look for rooms with solid floors not carpet. The pool looked lovely but we didn't use it. There was some racetrack nearby which finished racing at 2200 and a few noisy guest in the hallway but enjoyed a restful sleep. Also it is so close to the highway for easy access and has many restaurants within walking distance including an Italian Restaurant attached to the BW.

Beautiful hotel and restaurant! The bread bar at the restaurant was a new and enjoyable experience. And our food was very tasty. Huge pool that was fun to swim in! Friendly greeting by staff. Really enjoyed our day.

We stop often while going through to New Brunswick. Staff is pleasing and helpful. Rooms are somewhat ok. We had room on level of pool and it's ok. The kicker is our vehicle was broken into overnight. Found damage next morning with drivers side window with what looked like a bullet hole then they got in our truck to attempt to steal it. Asked staff for video of specific timeframe and apparently the cameras were not working after 7pm. So no clues for the police, who we called, to help with exactly when or other sort of help. They need to ensure their customers vehicles are somewhat protected from this. So I'd make sure you park close to building and ask to see if your vehicle is protected as best as can be. Even to have security walk around the premises during the night hours.

I had a wonderful stay! The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, which made the whole experience feel comfortable and relaxing. We stayed at Best Western Drummondville on our way from Ottawa to Quebec City, and it was the perfect spot to rest for a day. The location is super convenient, and the hotel exceeded our expectations. It's pet friendly, which made traveling with our dog much easier. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. We also enjoyed a surprisingly good meal at the on-site restaurant—very convenient after a long drive. Facilities were in great condition, and the staff was welcoming and helpful. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Quietest heat/AC unit I have not heard! Shower was in-tub type and small. Anyone over 6 feet will be challenged. Lots of water pressure and very hot water, though. Down side was not having a free breakfast and not having a microwave in the room. There is a restaurant and you get a 10% off coupon.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Drummondville. The location is excellent—right off the highway. One of the highlights for me was how pet-friendly the hotel is. I was traveling with my dog, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. Another great feature of the hotel is the on-site Italian restaurant. The food was delicious, and it was so nice not to have to leave the hotel to enjoy a proper meal after a long day of travel. The pasta was especially good, and the service was fast and friendly. Overall, the hotel is clean, comfortable, and offers excellent value for the price. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, with or without pets, this place ticks all the boxes. I'll definitely be staying here again the next time I'm in town.

Stayed here for a conference-work trip. I was greeted by well-mannered receptionists who checked me in very quickly & nicely. They were extremely accommodating, resourceful, and open 24/7. The lobby is spacious and elegant. The room was perfectly clean and the bed was very comfortable. I stopped by the Pacini restaurant which is located within the hotel and had a delicious linguini dish. I've stayed in many Best Westerns but this one is definitely special!

I stopped by this hotel location when I was traveling back to New Jersey from a trip to Quebec City. I booked a suite and was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the amenities were: - Spacious lobby with great coffee machine - Clean rooms - Soft beds - Kind and helpful staff - Convenient on-site restaurant - Fancy pool and hot tub This is a perfect stop for families traveling from Quebec to elsewhere. My kids and I had a wonderful stay!

Felt right at home, we enjoyed the heated pool the weight room and even some snacks. The bed was clean and fresh. The hot shower made my day. We are making plans to make this our go to Quebec stop while traveling between Ontario and New Brunswick. We did not use the Hot tub but it looked relaxing as well. The staff are top notch in both french and english.

Average hotel, no streaming of netflix etc., and the room smelled when we walked in. Once the air conditioner went on we knew the smell was from it, so they obviously are not cleaning it. The toilet area was awful as the tp roll holder jabs you. Shower was good, lots of pressure. I think the bed has a waterproof mattress pad which makes it pretty hot.

Great hotel for the value. Clean, great and comfy bed. Naspresso machine in the room a bonus. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub and our dinner at the Pacino restaurant was yummy. Just missed the breakfast included. We didn't have time to go into the restaurant for a hot breakfast at a cost. Would have appreciated the ability to grab a coffee to go for the road which is typical of the BW brand.

Stayed here for one night. Hotel located right off the the highway. Friendly, welcoming staff members. There are Best Western signs at the entrance, but in my opinion, is not much of a Best Western. There is no continental breakfast like usual, the soaps/products and decore is nothing like Best Western. Not as good as your usual Best Western, but it was a good option for one night. There was a wedding on location with loud music and it kept me awake for a bit.

I stayed a night on my way to lake Sacacomie from the US. The check-in was convenient and quick. Some staff were friendly, some not. The breakfast is not included, there is only a 10% voucher for the hotel guests for havibg breakfast at the adjacent restaurant. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There is a secured parking area for the hotel guests with an easy access to the hotel lobby and the elevator.

The bed was quite comfortable and the room was comfortable temperature when it was +30 Celsius outside. The bathroom is a bit small but clean. The rest of the room was spacious and was clean. The Nespresso machine and coffee pods were fun to use. Unfortunately the tv cable did not work. Surprised that continental breakfast is NOT included.

Truthfully. That hotel in Drummondville is one of the best we have been ever for one decade. It includes an excellent Italian restaurant for breakfast that we paid for. I ordered a fantastic zesty Fritto Caprene with light tomato sauce and soft cheese. What a real heavenly treat!

We always stay in Best Westerns and this one looked great online. The restaurant was fantastic and the pool was great - unfortunately the bathroom was pretty dirty and the room was very cold (unable to change the thermostat without contacting front desk and the front desk rarely answers). The staff was efficient but not very friendly. The pool area was full of dirty towels at 8 in the morning. I was uncharged for a pet room and they said they couldn't change it due to there being no other rooms. I checked online and there were.

Hotel was clean, staff was polite, they had a resturant, kids enjoyed the pool, Wish they had the contentia Breakfast, As a new pet owner I did not how much extra i paid to have a pet

Very good location, very nice rooms and very pleasant helpful staff. We were a group of senior men returning from a week long golf trip in PEI. This was our first experience at this Best Western and we plan on stopping here on our return trip in 2025.

Very well located - close to the highway. A comfortable room and a good bed. Nice to have ‘real' glasses (not just paper and plastic. Staff helpful and forgiving of my imperfect French!! A good rest after a 1200 km day driving!

Everything was great. Bed was so comfy, pool was nice temperature. The only little thing is that the fridge in room 318 froze my left overs so they were not edible and that was disappointing when I was hungry later that night however I forgot to tell the front desk and that's why I'm mentioning it here . Happy with my stay

The room was clean and well decorated, the pool was Perfect! The staff was friendly and helpful, we got the King Suite, which is great! Loved the big tub and the multi heads shower, It was a great getaway for the weekend!

We were returning from Christmas vacation and just stopped. We didn't plan ahead to stay here but glad we did. We weren't able to dine in the restaurant as they were fully booked due to the many groups staying at the hotel

If your pet needs a full supervision this hotel is not good. No accommodations to take advantage of the pool. Which was one of tge reasons I chose this hotel.I asked if I can have a pool view room? Which was refused! I asked if I can bring my dog to the pool if I keep him on a leash? (Refused)

While driving to and from NB/ON to visit family over the holidays with our dog, this hotel provided a great stay with a pet friendly room. There was an additional $25 plus tax fee for the pet but the room was on the ground floor, meaning sliding door access to outside (instead of having to go through the hotel) and were able to park our car right outside the room, for easy unloading/loading. The room was in good shape with comfortable beds, the staff were friendly and helpful, and there are lots of amenities available, like a pool, internet, on site restaurant, etc. Overall enjoyed our experience and will likely stay there again in the future!

The property was very nice. Staff were great - kind and helpful. Kids loved the pool. We had only a few small concerns that were addressed with the staff. Overall it was a great stay. Would recommend.

This is an easy to get to location right off the highway. The staff are friendly and speak English for us. The rooms are always clean and it is a comfortable and quiet place to get a good night's sleep.

Huge flashy over the top entrance but once inside very ordinary and typical. Room was not the cleanest - Kleenex in the toilet bowl and garbage in the bathtub/ shower drain, a hair in the sink. The products smelled cheap. One night stay while on route to my destination. Late check in and very early check out. Mattress and bed were ok. Overall it served the purpose but I certainly wouldn't be rushing back.

The pool area was perfect, hot tub was perfect from our long drive , best best western I have been too ! Just what the family needed from a week long road trip ? I would highly recommend for families !

Lovely property, stayed there with my twins and mom. We got the suite so our girls could have the living room and we would disturb them. We had travel beds for them, which I'm happy we brought because the couch in the suite was a leather sectional.

We enjoyed the attached restaurant (Pacini) for dinner and breakfast. The food was tasty and the experience was fun, with a bread grilling station free with evening meals. Breakfast was innovative and beautifully presented, and we got a 10% breakfast discount upon check-in.

Happy to give an excellent review of this property. We use Best Western hotels regularly. This BW is one of the best we have stayed at. The front desk clerk was friendly and efficient. She also recognized we would like a quiet room. We had a king room away from the pool. It appeared to be recently refurbished. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable with great linens and pillows. I am quite particular and all the boxes were checked. I appreciated no plastic with glasses and china mugs. We had dinner at the restaurant on site and enjoyed it as well. Hope to revisit sometime in the future! Many thanks!

Overall the hotel is very clean but I was disappointed they do not have a complimentary breakfast while other hotels in the area do. Except for this shortcoming, the hotel stay was good. Clean rooms, clean hallways.

Perfect location. Lots of restaurants. Staff are always friendly and it's perfect if you are hauling any type of trailer. The parking lot is large and well lit at night. Everything is in walking distance.

One of the worst stays in a hotel, staff is rude, security guards running around on power trips, no appreciation for their guests making up rules as the days go on. Closing the pool early, closing hot tub and then reopening after hotel is more quite.

Enjoyed our stay. Rooms were very clean. Pool was nice and warm. Breakfast was really good. The wifi buffered quite a bit. That would be the only negative side of our stay. We stay here every July on our way out east.

Upon arrival we thought we were lost because this hotel does not look like a regular hotel. From the entrance to the exit we were very pleasantly impressed. The price was on point with other places we stayed, but we felt like the entire experience was an upgrade! The grand foyer was incredibly beautiful, and while the pool area was gorgeous, the chlorine was obvious so if your sensitive request 2nd floor or higher. The front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming, rooms clean and sooo comfortable, bathrooms clean and stocked and the overall staff and feel of the place was top notch. BUT the attached restaurant/bar was the “piece de resistance” if you will! Friendly servers, great food, affordable prices, and they have a Bread Bar people. As a last minute reservation and impromptu hotel stay this turned out to be the nicest stop on our journey. We'd recommend checking in to this place for sure!

Customer service was awful and check-in and did not respect my request. I requested a room change and they didn't try to accommodate me. It was a huge no with no explanation and really bad attitude. They did not open the hot for us because there was hockey groups staying at the hotel. Do not recommend this hotel.

We drove drove from PEI to ONT and we stopped a little past the halfway mark in Drummondville. The Best Western was the perfect place to regenerate for the night. Location was extremely convenient and easy to find off the highway. Lots of restaurants and gas stations nearby. Definitely suggest a stay here, we'll be back for sure.

It was decided to stay on our way to Quebec City in the eye of the storm and couldn't make it to destination so we chose he nearest hotel in our way and arrived late at night without any reservation, the front desk was amazing and helped me and my daughters getting a spacious clean warm room and offered us bottles of water, in the morning a nice warm breakfast at Pacini restaurant in the hotel and kicked back our road! A beautiful unplanned night at BW better than the planned one at Clarendon who refused to even changed my reservation dates due to such storm!! Such unprofessional staff and eventually stole my money for a service that was not used!

I stayed with my son for his hockey tournament. The rooms were so comfortable and clean! We ate at the Pacini restaurant after one of his games and we enjoyed it so much. We tried out the newly renovated spa and it was amazing - it was also reassuring to see the security guards during the busy nights. Coming again for sure, loved it!

Clean rooms, terrible gym with broken equipment in a tiny room. Rude staff. With all the hotel options in Drummondville, you will find a better hotel with better customer service than this one. The only good thing was the beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean.

Its exactly what we expected, the employees made all difference. We had a small hiccup, could have happened anywhere, the young lady at the desk did not have the authority to help me, which is understandable, she said her manager would call me……and guess what he did actually call me back. his name was Nichola, his english was very good, he fixed my issue. We have stayed at this hotel several times. It has excellent service in both French and English. The rooms are well maintained and have comfortable beds. We use this hotel as it is very convenient to Rue 20 on our annual trip from Bridgewater Nova Scotia to our home in Innisfil Ontario. The breakfast is not included but is a reasonable price at the connected restaurant.

Stayed on two separate nights, while travelling to and from Nova Scotia. The only real problem was the small bathroom in each of the rooms. You had to watch that you didn't bump your elbows when you turned around. Staff were fairly nice. Restaurant on site, but we didn't use it.

Only negative comment microwave and ice only located on 1st and 3rd floors. We stayed on 4th floor. We travelled from Nova Scotia and after a long drive, we would have preferred to have those amenities on the same floor.

Room was spotless, the room has been renovated but not the bathroom. Nice bed, confortable. Negative point was the odor in the room, funny but not pleasent at all, probably humidity or someting of the sort. The water from the sink (city water) also has a funny odor, water was not drinkable and they were not water bottles available either. :( If you are sensible to sounds when sleeping, bring plugs ;) , bcause you can hear cars from the highway, people in the parking and some guest too.

We so enjoyed our over night stay…do miss the complimentary breakfast. …did not eat at the restaurant…went out for supper and breakfast. The room was clean and the rest of the property was clean also. Lots of parking. Easy access to our room

Only stayed one night but i wished we could have stayed longer! Excellent service and accomodations!! Also the Italian restaurant attached to the hotel had excellent food!!! Would stay over & over again!!!!!

We arived without a reservation and were readily accepted and given a nice king size room, senior discount was accepted without any issues. Great food and drinks at the lounge with nice outside patio.

Both times we were pleased with the friendly, confident staff and the cleanliness of not only the hotel and grounds but the rooms as well. After the first stay I requested a handicap room for my elderly Mom. They listened to me when I explained about the toilet still being too low. I trust that Maintenance will help the room with a raised toilet.

When I booked online, the date I used was incorrect, but theygot me a room anyway. Very helpful staff, b3autiful, comfy rooms, stunning pool area. The restaurant was comfy and the meals were very good.

We stopped here after a long days drive from the east coast. The room was large and welcoming as was the staff. The Italian restaurant inside the hotel as lovely and so nice to be able to get a good meal without having to get back in the car and drive somewhere .

This hotel was clean. The staff are courteous, friendly and efficient. There was a pool which looked lovely, however I did not use it due to time restraints. I was concerned about a language barrier as I am unilingual English, and Drummondville is very close to Montreal - however, thankfully, unlike me, the staff are bilingual with exceptionally great English. Put me to shame with my limited vocabulary in French!!! The price of the room was perfect also - not exorbitant which I was kinda expecting as my stay was just on the brink of tourist season. The only thing I was not a fan of, is that the sink is outside of the room with the tub/shower and toilet. Kinda awkward for me - but probably is fine for other people.

I am appalled! I checked in the evening of July 5th after traveling all day. I immediately headed to the attached restaurant for dinner. There was quite a lengthy wait (well over an hour) and even though the service wasn't the greatest, the risotto was very tasty. I headed back to my room to rest up for another lengthy car ride the following day. When I woke up I found a random item in my bed. It was pink and plastic, resembled a spray nozzle. When I checked out I brought it to the attention of the person working the front desk. She said it looks like something from housekeeping. She was very blasé about it. I asked for a manager, was told there was no one for another couple of hours. When I asked for the manager's name she said it was Nicholas. I requested he call me as I was very upset and wanted to know what was in my bed that I slept in all night. I confirmed my phone number and left. I did not even receive an apology. At one point she wandered off while I was speaking and when I asked where she was going she said "get your invoice". She was also drinking from a big tall Budweiser glass which she had on the front counter. I was made to feel that I had disrupted her. If you have video, I suggest you use it to train your future staff on how NOT to make a guest feel welcome. I have photos of the item in my bed plus one of the Budweiser glass for good measure. I will NEVER stay at this location again and will avoid the Best Western at all costs. FYI... a friend pointed out that the "mystery item" appears to be a USED COVID TEST!!! I could not be more disgusted. Also... no follow up call from the manager.

The room was clean, and very convenient being a drive up unit. We arrived late, and we were promptly checked in. The room was spacious and very clean. We have stayed at this location before, and will again. Very busy place so book early!

They ask for a damage deposit of $150 at check in. We booked by phone and this was not mentioned. We also never received the confirmation email. We had stayed at 10 hotels in the past 2 weeks and this was the first experience with a damage deposit. Advance notice would have made the experience easier. My wife and I had a wonderful one-night experience at this EXCELLENT hotel. Check-In and Check-Out was super-fast and very nice people at the Reception Desk area. This is also beautiful because it has an old-style architectural design in excellent condition. Our night was very quiet. I asked for a room in the quietest area and that worked out perfect. Parking was no problem. To summarize it all: The next time we plan a stay in the Drummondville area, this will definitely be our place of choice. To everyone at Best Western Hôtel Universel - - - - - Keep up the great, excellent work.

Came to visit my friends who live in Drummondville and stayed here for 3 days. Amazing front desk service that was extremely accommodating and the rooms were very clean and cozy! The bed was very comfortable and the room had a good ambience. The Pacini restaurant is delicious, the service was great, and the Bread Bar did not disappoint! This BW is also located at a very convenient spot so I was able to check the little surrounding towns, see the beautiful Drummondville sights, and experience the Drummondville culture. Definitely coming back, this was a really good experience and was the perfect spot for a break from the busy city life!

I booked this place because I liked the Best Western brand and it was one of the cheaper options in the area. I was a bit skeptical after seeing some of the reviews here but it was definitely better than what some of these descriptions. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. I asked for some local recommendations and they took the extra time to print out maps and instructions. I also had two dinners at the restaurant and I definitely enjoyed the food.

No breakfast, first time this happens in a bw. Night staff did nothing regarding excessive noise during a fight in next room.. 100$ + to sleep 2.5 hours. Helpful day manager told me that no notes had been taken of this incident??? First and last time stay

The room is very clean, and the bed is very comfortable. My daughter participated a Badminton Tournament last week at Drummondville, and we lived 2 nights at the Best Western which is only 6 minutes driving distances from the gym. Taking the advantage of the hot Spa & swimming pool inside the hotel, my daughter can easily relax her body after the first day of strong competition. Finally, my daughter won the champion at the second days' competition. Thank you for the best service, and see you for our next tournament. Jenny

Came back to visit Drummondville after about two years and decided to stay at this hotel again. Loved the front desk service, was greeted warmly by Nicolas, who spoke wonderful English. Also went to the Pacini restaurant for supper, which wasn't there the last time I came. It was super busy! But still delicious Italian food nonetheless. Service was quick given the amount of customers there were. Would recommend!!

We have one night stay. It is really a nice experience with clean room and nice receptionists. It is great to have a indoor swimming pool in the hotel and we spent a nice night around pool. We also eat in the restaurant in hotel too and it was really good food.

The party in the room next to us started around 2am and included a group of men and sex workers. It went all night and I hoped security would shut it down. We heard everything through the walls and I couldn't let my daughter use the bathroom as it was as though we were in the same room as the party. ( read between lines... a train was being run with sex workers) It was a very unsafe experience. I have spoken to 2 staff and was told management was not available until a weekday. I mentioned that I am concerned about the safety of the women that were in the room with the men. All I was told is that they hadnt checked out yet. We picked a family room to have a last night stay from vacation travel. We ended up with little to no sleep and getting out as soon sunrose. My after thought is there is no way that room is going to be cleaned enough that anyone should stay in it.

Pulling up to the hotel I was not sure if it was a hotel or a casino. Hotel is located close to the highway but we could not hear any traffic noise. The hotel is located near a number of eateries should you choose not to dine in the hotel. The staff were all following COVID-19 Protocols and the front desk staff actually refused to allow a person to checkin unless they wore a mask. There were several hand sanitizer stations located throughout the building. We had a modern room that over looked the pool area. I am sure this hotel is a hit with young children for the pool alone. The beds were quite comfortable and the bedding very nice. The bathroom was also modern, towels soft and plenty of toiletries. We would certainly stay here again in the future.

Great experience, welcoming staff very nice and smiling, room was clean and swimming pool was great and very clean environment. The only thing is that the coffee provided for free in the lobby was very very light , almost tasted like hot water. A side from that the staff was very professional and friendly, great and fast service. would definitely recommend this Best western hotel with my eyes closed. Thank you for the wonderful stay! As a diamond member of Best western, there was no recognition of this status. When asked for an upgrade I was giving a run around, computer would not let me???. The hotel was almost empty and according to their website Queen suites were available. The room was clean and updated, although stark, only one chair in a room that needed at least another.

Excellent location! Close to a lot of the main stores and restaurants. Also, I think BW could afford to leave a few bottles of water in each room for their guests. Thanks again for the hospitality. We love BW.

This Best Western hotel is conveniently located just off Hwy 20 with shopping nearby. It offers spa, exercise room and a magnificent pool. Rooms are modern and service first rate with an outstanding restaurant on-site. The only down-side was that they do not offer the complimentary breakfasts we have come to expect from Best Western properties.

Small things are big to people who are traveling. Coffee in the lobby, heat in the room and front desk staff going a bit above in service. I won't be staying at this BW again, there are others that are nearby that are MUCH better.

Hotel was in a good location. Lots of parking. Hotel changed my reservation from king bed to two queen and didn't even mention it when we checked in. When I called down front desk just said there was a problem but they gave me same rate. Pool looked beautiful.

We booked this motel at the last minute while travelling. Clayton the front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The room was fresh and clean. Due to covid restrictions the pool and gym room was not available. The only downside I found was the layout of the bathroom had you rubbing shoulders with the toilet paper dispenser.. From what Clayton had to say try calling the motel directly to see if there price is better than what a travel site has to offer.

I'm a pretty patient/easy-going person and assumed the negative reviews overstated the deficiencies or had unrealistic expectations for a BW property. I can now attest they are well earned. This is a 1 or 2 star property at best. The woman at check-in was ignorant and unkind. Not only did she fail to recognize BW Elite status per BW policy, she didn't smile, didn't say hello in either official language - she didn't exercise any basic courtesies. She refused the BW gift certificates I presented, despite the fact that I adhered to the instructions. She insisted that I email them that night or I would be charged the full rate but WOULD NOT PROVIDE AN ACCURATE EMAIL ADDRESS FOR THE PROPERTY!!! I researched the email myself in order to comply and raised awareness about the issue but received no answer. I got this issue resolved with another employee next day who, in fairness, resolved it efficiently. I explained my experience at check-in again but there was no follow-up - obviously nobody cared. The condition of the hotel was equally poor: the pool was out of order the entire time (had we been made aware, we would have booked elsewhere), there was a microwave for communal use placed randomly in the hallway - I never saw any staff monitor or clean it. Trollies of garbage were present in the same hall. If these are "industry-leading cleaning standards" then I can do without. The property claims to be renovated but the quality of what's done is super cheap and poorly installed. We stayed in a “Deluxe” room with a loud antique air conditioner (thankfully I brought ear plugs). The soap and TP holders were salvaged seashell chipped porcelain from the 1970s. Black mildew was present on the tile grout. Gross. The drain in the shower was clogged/slow, there was an ant trap on the floor, mystery stains on the bed scarves (we placed them in the night stand and promptly sanitized what we could). Honestly: I felt like we were camping - the only thing to do was survive the stay since the staff don't care about concerns reported. The property is obviously poorly managed. I've only stayed at 1 other hotel that was as poor as this one. True story. Find another property if you're seeking cleanliness and reasonable comfort.

Booked this hotel as a stop on the Trans Canada Highway on our way to Nova Scotia. It is a pleasant looking hotel, pet friendly and has a pool and a restaurant. It is a very busy hotel and somewhat noisy with all the coming and going. The reception staff were not overly friendly and could have tried harder to make a guest feel welcome I feel. However, we travelled in the middle of a pandemic which makes everything more stressful, especially for those serving customers. Our pet friendly room was on the ground floor, cheap laminate floor that felt dusty, not overly clean but was adequate I guess. What I did like was the room had patio doors to outside where the car could be parked, ideal for bringing our dogs in from the car. Unfortunately the air con is crazy noisy, I would recommend you ask that they turn it off in your room if you want to sleep - over course that leads to temperature control issues so you would have to decide what is best. Thought the cost of this stay was quite expensive for the quality of the hotel, had to pay extra for pets- although that isn't unusual it does bump up the price. Also had to pay a deposit for not smoking- which as we are non-smokers I felt unessacary.

It's located close to downtown. Had a nice room. I ate at the restaurant next to the lobby. Very convenient. I saw a very large indoor swimming pool. Did not have a chance to try it out this time but will definitely take advantage of it the next time I visit.

This hotel charged me more than what I was quoted in writing and then wouldn't refund the difference even after saying they would. Be very aware when booking with this hotel. They are unethical and can't be trusted. I wouldn't even give them a rating.

It is by far the best I have stayed in and I can recomment this hotel to any one. Special the front desk girls are so nice and friendly and do any thing to make your stay a very pleasant one that is for sure. They do a very good job and the rooms are very nice and clean as well...

If you're going to put guests in a room that has only one window which opens into the indoor pool area, then you ought to disclose it at the time of booking or at least check in. Disgusted. No natural light and no fresh air. The elevators floors and walls were layered with dirt and grim. Never again at the Best Western chain for me.

This was a great disapointment ,the Best Western name to me is a very reputable one but this hotel in drummundville is very dated smelly room that smell like cheap motel and smokers heaven ,the stucco walls and lack of sound insulation make it a complete lack of confidentiality experience and the rudeness of the reception desk is not a good thing ..wont ever go there again under those condition

Overall service from hotel staff was good. The room looked nice, but it had a faint smell of rotten milk. Made reservations for 6:30pm at the restaurant attached to the hotel and was informed that the kitchen was backed up for 30 minutes. We were ok with that and ordered our drinks, apps and entrees once our waitress attended our table. We received our drinks and apps within 30 minutes. We ended up waiting 2 hours and still did not receive our meals. People that were seated almost an hour after our arrival received their entrees. When I located our waitress and informed her of that fact she went to the kitchen and came out to tell me that they needed 10 more minutes. I informed her that I wanted to pay for the food we consumed and that I was not making my 5 & 7 year old wait any longer. At this point it was 8:30 pm and they were tired of waiting. As I was waiting at the bar to pay for the food the waitress and another staff hurriedly placed our entrees at our empty table. Honestly this was a horrible experience and the waitress handled the situation in an unprofessional manner. Very disgusting trying to shift blame on us because we didn't want to wait anymore. Anyone with kids or any common sense would understand how difficult it can be sometimes to bring kids out to a restaurant, let alone keep them waiting for food for 2 hours. Absolutely unacceptable and this could have been completely avoided. It's too bad because the apps were good. I would definitely recommend going to another restaurant should you stay at the hotel.

We needed a place to stay after a long drive from Nova Scotia. We looked up hotels and saw the Best Western Drummondville listed. The outside of the hotel confused me; it didn't look like a hotel to me. It is a lovely hotel! The front desk staff were very professional and pleasant, the room wonderful, and the restaurant on premises had the best server we had on our trip.

Room Smelled Like Marijuana Ants on the floor Shower Drain was backed up I let front desk staff a hotel know about the probelms and the lady siad I should have called front desk immeadiately instead of the next morning. Obviously she has never travelled and been on the road. First thing I did was take a shower. Hard to call front desk staff and let them know the shower drain is backed up when your already standing inthe shower.

Nice clean hotel, I was pleasantly surprised as I usually don't choose to stay in BW. Was fairly overpriced in my opinion though. However that may just be supply in demand, not many places to stay on the way from Ontario to the Maritimes with the USA border closed.

I will say I felt lucky to get a room on a busy long weekend, but for $270 I would expect not to have 5 long black hairs floating around in my bathtub. The poor girl at check-in was overworked... so it was awful for me after a long drive – but more so for the woman ahead of me who quickly came back to say there was a man sleeping in her room. For $270 I'd demand a man in my room – but no such luck. This Best Western was overpriced, understaffed, and from what I could see – under managed. If it's dark and rainy and there's NOWHERE else to go... pull in and hand over your wallet. Pet friendly and just off the Trans Canada but a total rip off for a roadside hotel.

Great Hotel. Only issue was the surprise additional costs associated with bringing our pet. We had to have a different room, which cost more, plus an additional cleaning fee applied. There was no cleaning required.

Good value: convenient location, check-in and check-out speed is as expected, room is clean and high speed internet worked well. Health protocols were in-place and enforced, which helped me feel safer.

I had a a very nice time at the BW Drummondville because of the great staff, service and clean rooms. What makes this place stand out is its pool, which is great for families with kids but its also a nice hotel for solo trips. The staff is very approachable and quick to solve any issues. The rooms are simple, clean and comfortable. I came here solo but I'll be sure to come back with my family next time! If you are in Drummondville, I would suggest coming to BW Universel Drummondville as it a great and peaceful hotel.

I stay at the Best Western Universel Drummondville because of the friendly staff primarily. It does have a lovely pool and a restaurant attached which is really nice. It is very clean and welcoming. I highly recommend it plus the value for money is great.

I was shocked to see clunks of hair in the bathroom. It was disgusting, especially in time of COVID 19. This tells me it was not cleaned. I always stay there in the past and never had a problem. This was an unexceptionable issue in these times

Very nice stay in BW Drummondville despite the Covid-19 restrictions. Since there is no breakfast available in the restaurant, maybe it would be nice in each room to have a basic basket of bread, jam and some fruits, since usually breakfast are included in most Best Western hotels. I also wish the coffee bags for the coffee machine would taste more than colored water. Maybe next time I'll bring my own coffee.

We make a lot of trips to Ontario to visit our son and his family. Because of th long distance, driving from Nova Scotia, we always stop at the Best Western in Drummondville, QC and have always found it to be very clean and comfortable.We highly recommend it.

My time spent at the Best Western Hotel in Drummondville was great! The staff are all very professional and friendly who made sure that our stay was anything but comfortable and welcoming. I was pleased to see the Covid-19 pandemic taken seriously with the measures put in place; the hotel was clean and nicely renovated/equipped with taking the safety of their customers seriously. Another positive aspect of the hotel is the newly opened restaurant attached to it. The Pacini was definitely one the highlights of the one-night getaway with my friends. Again, the staff was excellent and the food was great! Overall, a very positive experience.

Stayed here while passing through. Very clean rooms and took good covid prevention measures. Had a nice big restaurant in the building so didn't need to leave the building to get food. Was happy to see everyone wore masks and cleaning all surfaces quite regularly,.

New restaurant Pacini had just opened when I stayed at the hotel. Superb italian dishes, very satisfied and good price. Highly recommend staying at the hotel and dining at the restaurant. During covid travel. We were warmly welcomed without a reservation. We stayed on our way to Nova Scotia. Then on the return. We opted to drive the extra three hours late at night to return to this hotel as the cleanliness and service Was top notch. Thank you will return!!!

Very clean and takes customer safety seriously. Hand sanitizers everywhere and signs that indicate what the hotel has been doing so far in order to keep customers healthy. Guest service has also been stellar despite the pandemic. The grab-and-go has been a nice addition. Would recommend.

This hotel was clean, comfortable and very conveniently located. It was well worth the money we paid. I would stay here again. The pool was nice- it closes a bit on the early side. The hot tub could have used better maintenance the weekend we were there- we stayed out of it since the water looked and smelled questionable.

During my travels in Quebec I most often stay in Montreal or St. Hyacinthe but this time my schedule dictated that Drummondville was best. I have stayed at several hotels in the area, decided to stay at Best Western. Service was amazing and friendly, bed was extremely comfortable, facilities were nice (gym, pool, hot tub). I'd recommend this hotel to anyone. If you have a family, there are options to stay with room overlooking the pool, which is quite nice!

The foyer is spacious & lovely. Unfortunately the bathroom smelled of stale urine and the bed linens were rather worn. Desk staff are pleasant & helpful though often on the phone with bookings so you must wait 5-10 min for service.

Clean comfortable easy access to highway. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to restaurants gas stations and convenience stores. Downtown Drummondville is minutes away. I highly recommend staying here on your travels.

Hotel was let down by the food and beverage department, poor service in lounge,ate in the restaurant received cold food cold plates and abysmal service. Way overpriced for the service we received,would stay at the hotel but will not go close to the restaurant again

Very nice looking building with a parking on site and a drop off zone, many restaurants near by and a shopping mall across the street. The pool is amazing, very big for a hotel one. I didnt try the on site restaurant but I did go to the bar for a coffee (I dont drink) and the staff were really nice and friendly. Check in and out very fast and easy. I called the reception for towels cause we used ours for the pool and they came pretty fast. Bed and pillows are super comfortable and the room was clean. If you need to stop by this area, this is the one you want to go.

The Best Western Hotel in Drummondville, QC is a great place to stay. We feel welcomed and the service is excellent. The rooms are big enough and clean. It would be nice to have a microwave in the rooms. A good place to stay overnight. Unfortunateky, there are no free breakfasts.

If you're looking to spend 250 a night on the off season for a 30 year old dated room this is the place for you,if not go somewhere else,will not return ,waste of money, no breakfast unless u want to buy from their restaurant

We always try to stay with the Best Western family of hotels because of the comfy beds and pillows and clean rooms. This hotel did not fall short. The restaurant was clean and the meals were delicious. Our server was wonderful!

Given a handicapped room when we are not handicapped which was beside the elevator, reception and parking lot exit next to the ice machine that made noise all night. We made our reservation weeks before, but they blamed it on not having enough rooms. We checked in at 6:30 pm after an 8 hour drive.

It was our first time at that hotel and we booked for one night with dinner and breakfast included. Room is spacious and neat. Meals are really great . The dinenr menu is elaborate and all the staff at the hotel are smilling . There is also a pool and a gym for the ones who wants to use it. We will come back .

The staff are very friendly, the rooms clean and comfortable; the bed very comfortable. The restaurant/bar area was comfortable and the food delicious. The bartender/server was very accommodating and very friendly. This is defiantly a place I will keep in mind for a return trip to Quebec.

4 seniors, 2 rooms, keys did not work, twice we had to return to front desk. When I finally did get a key that worked, low and behold, there was a man lying on the bed. I apologized profusely. Back down to reception. The 2 female front end staff giggled and conversed between each other in French. Prior to that they spoke English very well. We honestly felt we were just a nuisance to them. So much for Best Western Plus.

We had a very comfortable stay at Best Western Drummondville! The pool, spa and gym were definitely a plus! The late checkout allowed for a better enjoyement of our room and we definitely will book again!

I have stayed here before and had issues. These were promptly addressed by management to our mutual satisfaction. We have had supper in the bar/lounge both times and both times the emals were excellent. We have not eaten in the restaurant. We looked at the buffet breakfast but did not partake. There are a few eateries in the immediate area, walking distance, catering to whatever your taste is. We have not used the pool not the exercise facilities, so cannot comment.

Stayed here as a stop over on our way to the Maritimes. Didn't make a reservation but had no problem getting a room. Great beds, hot hot water, and our 4 year old absolutely loves the warm water pool. She found the hot tub too hot though. Well stop back on our way home.

We have stayed in this hotel 4 times now and really like it. Close to the highway and convenient to restaurants. The only concern is that breakfast doesn't start until 7. We were well on our way by then so were not able to partake.

Rate is great, but does not include breakfast. The room was very clean and the bed was awesome - best hotel sleep in a long time. There are great restaurants close by that deliver and are children friendly.

We had never been to Drummondville before. The staff were courteous. I enjoyed the restaurant. The waiter was very attentive. I explained my dietary issues and he guided me through the menu and checked with the chef to see if he could meet my needs.

Friendly, Bilingual staff, centrally located off highway 20. Lots of amenities including a pool. hot tub, work out facility, full restaurant and a quiet lounge. Close to everything a traveling family would need, groceries, etc.

Recently stayed here for a stop over. No complaints. Had the dog so you get a different type of room- one that has a door to the outside that is appreciated. They gave us a little dog package with treats when we arrived which was nice. Has an indoor pool but it was really busy so kids did not use it. Overall, no complaints, regular hotel. Room was clean. Location is great in that it is pretty close off the highway, and really close to a mall, costco and restaurants. Would stay here again.

The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. The room was bright and clean. My laptop had a slow connection to the high speed wi-fi. Other than that the stay was excellent. Premium tv channels were included in the package. Well worth the money. Very reasonably priced for the area.

This hotel was not somewhere we had stayed before but we were not sorry that we booked here. The lobby was well appointed and welcoming. We were given a pass to park in a private parking area and our room was very comfortable. We were traveling with our two grandchildren so the high speed internet was absolutely essential. The main restaurant was closed so we ate in the lounge- service was exceptional food, not so much. The pool is a little old looking but the kids were happy to be able to swim. We did enjoy that we could see outside. Breakfast was good- lots of choice. All in all, I would recommend this hotel

Trip from Halifax to Toronto with a one night stop in Drumondville. This was a great pick, the staff was very friendly, helpful and efficiant. The rooms were very clean, beds were comfy and the pool was great!

The entire staff is bilingual. They went out of their way to welcome us & make us feel comfortable. The room was very comfortable & had the usual amenities. The food in the restaurant is a little pricey but delicious. The hotel is close to the highway for travelers but the noise didn't reach inside the hotel..

Great place to stop and spend the night there's a really nice pool area and the pool is warm there's a hot tub too. There's also a bar and restaurant. Get out and walk stretch your legs at mall you can walk to it . There's a Costco right around the corner to gas up and buy refreshments . Great place to stay for everyone

Stayed a night here on the way to the maritimes. Drummondville is a quaint little Quebec town with a beautiful riverfront park. Hotel local just off a main road, walkable to St Hubert's. Down the street is McDonalds & Walmart. As for the hotel.., Pros: modern room, comfortable beds, big pool in a bright solarium type room Cons: only one small elevator, hallways a bit tight We had the misfortune of staying at the BW Drummondville while a baseball team was in town. We had a room facing the courtyard. Parents were outside drinking until just past 11pm. Many complaints from our end of the hotel due to noise. 2 phone calls & a trip to the front desk (930, 10, 11) and it still didn't quiet down until after 11. Staff were either indifferent or just too young to really get a handle on the situation. Either way, disappointing. I can't recommend.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were excellent. My major complaint was that we paid $196 for the room and there was no continental breakfast. There was a large buffet breakfast at the ajoining restaurant for a cost. I feel we should have had access to a continental breakfast for the price of the room. Not pleased!

We booked the room on short noticed and were very comfortable in our stay. The exterior of the building is very dated and made us sceptical when we arrived. Notwithstanding, the reception was very wecoming and the room, king size, was clean with a good bed. The only negative feedback was that we had to be a CAA or Bestwestern member, which we are both, to attain the online price. In my opinion, the hotel should match any pricing without question. Other than that, it was a very pleasant experience.

Nice hotel, on our way home from Nova Scotia, we booked all our Best Westerns along the route there and back, this was the last one on the way home. We drove over 750kilometers the next day to get home.

Stayed here June of 2019, convenient location next to highway, but it was quiet and I did not have any problems with road noise. Bed was excellent, I slept very well, I would definitely stay here again. Front desk staff was bilingual, "pas de problèmes" if you don't speak French.

Lovely stay at the Best Western in Drummondville. The swimming was a great accommodation and was very well kept. The hotel was located quite conveniently, with a shopping centre and movie theatre within walking distance. Although there was a fee for breakfast, the buffet had great variety and great service.

We were on a road trip and made a one night stop. Staff were helpful. Room was satisfactory. Be sure to get an upper floor as the main floor looks on to a parking lot and I think car lights would shine directly into the room. We did not try the breakfast as it was quite expensive.

We close this location because it was close to the highway and pet friendly. The pet fee was $25. The room was main floor with sliding doors to a courtyard. It had an old carpet. I never understand why any hotel would have carpet in a pet friendly room. The bed skirt was stained. Other than the carpet (old but clean) and stained bed skirt the room was very good. The bathroom was spotless and the room itself was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable with lots of pillows and extra blankets.The shower was amazing. There was access to the pool courtyard which was nice with a dog but I wouldn't want it in nicer weather due to likelihood of people hanging out and noise. I could hear highway noise but it wasn't terrible. I'm a light sleeper so always look for quiet rooms. We could clearly hear people in the hallways but it quieted down at a reasonable hour. There was only one room booked beside us and we could hear nothing from them. Staff were friendly. Lots of restaurant options nearby. The chlorine smell was overwhelming in the lobby and strong in the hallways. We couldn't smell it in our room which was all the mattered. Seeing how busy the pool was I understand the need for the excessive chlorine.

This was one of those days when I was driving until tired and needed a place close to the highway just to have a comfortable sleep. Plenty of parking (I was hauling a trailer) and the night clerk was right there. Good rate, modern, clean room. wifi worked Breakfast was not included as I think it is a separate business.

Had to get off the highway due to poor weather and roads. Best Western proved to be a reasonable choice. Room rates were reasonable, room was good size, beds comfortable, and room reasonably clean. Bit of chlorine smell in corridors but didn't notice in room. Hotel is close to amenities(shopping, restaurants, SAQ, gas, etc). We were impressed with the onsite restaurant, especially nice with the weather outdoors.

Stayed here on route from a southern winter. Lots of places to eat around here, but we ate in the bar/lounge (the same menu as the restaurant) but in a sports bar ambience on the property. The lobby is very nice with a sweeping staircase. The room was nicely furnished (weird flourscent lights in main area?) a light that went on automatically as you went to the bathroom was a nice touch. Two plugins on the nighttable lamp was useful. The door off the small freezer area of the fridge was missing. Be aware BW regulars, free breakfast is not provided here, nor are complimentary bottles of water. The main floor was full, so we were sent to the second floor which was a bit of a struggle with our luggage as the elevator was not working. Strong smell of cholrine in our room which was reported to the desk clerk.

Second time staying here. Beds were super comfortable. Appreciated lots of towels already in room. Hotel is clean and nicely decorated. Very quiet even though hotel was full. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bed in the King size room was an amazing memory foam mattress that you just sunk into...the room was very clean and welcoming. The corner washroom layout was differrent at first, but very nice, very modern (I loved the sink) and the jacquzzi tub was amazing as well. Single serve coffee pot as well as a small fridge. We really liked the gated secure parking.

We received excellent service. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Besides the hotel restaurant, other dining choices are available and very close by.

We stopped at this hotel on our way from New Brunswick to Ontario. I indicated on my reservation that we would be arriving incredibly late (well after midnight) and yet there was still some confusion when we finally checked-in around 2am. Our reservation was cancelled and my credit card was charged instead of the hotel redeeming my Best Western Reward Points like I wanted. This was later cleared up after I was in touch with Best Western Rewards. We asked a few questions while checking in about breakfast, but the girl at the front desk didn't really know too much about it. We inquired about room service breakfast, and she told us there was a menu in the room. When we got to the room, we realized that there was no menu, so my boyfriend went back to the front desk to ask for one so that we would have it in the morning, and she said that she didn't know where she would have to go to get one. This was kind of annoying. In the morning, we ended up just calling down to the restaurant and the lady was incredibly kind, and patient and explained our options. When we got our breakfast, the fruit was gross. The watermelon was soggy and wilted and the other fruit was dry and hard. The rest of our breakfast was delicious - I definitely recommend their omelettes. Having it delivered to our room was incredibly handy so we could eat while we got ready since we had to be on the road again very early. The room itself was good. The lobby was obviously recently renovated and it looks great. Honestly, we would likely stop at this hotel again simply because its perfectly located at the halfway point on our trip and there aren't really any other options. We weren't really wowed for our first impression, but I'm a strong believer in second chances. So, we shall see.

We had a great experience in the hotel with family of 6 during the holiday season. 2 seniors, 2 kids, my husband and myself are all enjoy the stay. Great location, very close to a big mall, we went to closest Winners in 5 mins to grab swimming suits for my daughter and son after dinner when we found we didn't pack them.Not only the kids were much like the indoor pool, the spacy patio allowed grandparents and parents to chating, drinking, eating while watching kids. Rooms are clean and quiet; metresses are comfortable; staff are nice and helpful. And the restaurant food is surprisingly fancy, especially deserts!

We stayed at this hotel on December 18, 2018. We have had good experiences with Best Western Hotels in the past. For such a nice looking place, it is a shame that the heat was inadequate in that it was turned off in the night. It was also distressing that the bed was sinky. Apart from that the room was clean and the staff amiable. That said, I would not stay in this hotel again or recommend that others do so.

We were passing through from Ontario to the maritimes and this was an ideal stopping location. Secured parking as a surprise but welcome. Check in was great and although breakfast was not included the choice of buffet or a la carte menu was welcome. Would definitely add this as a regular waypoint in our travels.

Very pleasant checkin. Beds were comfortable. Very quiet at theHotel on Dec 20.Secure parking area. Some drive up rooms. Restaurant and lounge on property. We had a beverage in the lounge because they offered a drink special. We walked to a restaurant that was just across the parking lot.

The hotel has a foam bed, one of the best we slept in Canada. It's halfway between Montreal and Quebec which makes it an easy choice for a stopover. The pool looks nice but we have no time for it. The room and amenities are clean. The major downside is the lack of lift. There is only one serving 4 floors. There is also no staff at manning the reception at 6am when we checked out.

Very good hotel and easily accessible from highway. Have a very good pool. Staff was very understanding to only English speaking people. Shouldn't be asked to do a review if you don't want to use 200 characters.

Pretty good BW hotel in the middle of nowhere. Price is decent and the quality of the rooms are very nice. Everything was neat and clean. Smooth check-in/check-out process, fair payments policy, gated parking with video surveillance system. If you'd like to get some food late night you'd have to drive about 3-4 km to the nearest 24-hours McDonalds where stuff can barely speak English. But they do their best, so thanks a lot!

I was passing through on my way to Montreal. The room was very spacious and clean as expected. I had a surprisingly nice dinner at their restaurant. I noticed they had a heated swimming pool but did not have the chance to try it out. Overall, had an enjoyable stay.

This was an excellent stopping off point on a long drive from Chelsea Nova Scotia on way to Barrie Ontario. The checkin people were fluent in both French and English so check in was quick and efficient. This hotel has a fine restaurant attached so breakfast buffet was not complimentary but reasonably priced and had lots of variety. The room was clean and pool amenity looked inviting. This hotel also had a fine setting for group meetings and was convenient to both Montreal and Quebec City for people who do not like big city congestion.

We experienced car trouble during the end of our summer vacation. Very long story, but we were anxious to get home after an unexpected one week delay while stranded. We stayed in a hotel (not Best Western) during that period -- way overpriced, limited amenities, no restaurant -- and then, when we were finally sprung and able to return home, stayed in the Drummondville Best Western on our final night on the road. It was excellent! Large room,friendly staff, full service, comfortable beds, great breakfast buffet, very reasonably priced. I wish we had been stranded in Drummondville!

I booked 2 rooms for Sept 1/18. Since it was a long weekend the rooms were at a premium and cost about $200 each. To justify the cost, I thought the savings from having breakfast at the hotel would offset the high cost of the rooms. Due to a bad back I have to do some physio exercises which involve laying on the floor so I chose the option of a pet free room which cost an extra $10. Since the hotel charges $25 for a pet this seems like double dipping on the hotel's part. I thought the breakfast buffet was included in the price of the rooms. So I ended up paying $12.99 for 5 people for the breakfast buffet. After going to the front desk to sort things out they gave me a $10 coupon per room. This left a “bad taste” in my mouth because the breakfast was the one thing that justified (in my mind) the high cost of the rooms. However the breakfast was very good. The ceilings in the hallway are low so it gives a cheap apartment building feel while walking to your room but the rooms are nice and clean. The beds were comfortable with high end foam mattresses. The pillows were nice. The bathroom had a musty smell. Overall, this is a nice clean hotel but it turned out to be more expensive than I had expected.

Just passing thru on our way out East. As we speak no French we were worried about a language barrier and had no problem with comnunication. The room was spacious, clean and loved the added touch of glass glasses and porcelin coffee mugs. The herbal tea was just what I wanted after a long trip. We enjoyed a soak in the jacuzzi and my husband swam in the pool. The only thing was once we got to the pool we had to go back to our room to get clean towels as none were provided at the pool

Our reservation confirmation quoted one price but the charge on our credit card was more than $50 more!!! Do NOT trust this hotel chain! We took in the confirmation when we registered. Express checkout and then.....the extra charge!

This hotel is quite good and is located within walking distance to restaurants and other amenities. The staff were very helpful and provided valuable information on what amenities were around the area.

The Best Western Plus Hotel Universel Drummondville is our usual stopover on travels between New Brunswick and Ontario. We particularly enjoy a swim in the large pool after a day behind the wheel, and access to the variety of nearby restaurants.

On a busy booked up summer weekend we were traveling back to Ontario when we saw this beautiful hotel in Drummondville. We thought for sure it would be booked up on a Saturday night but thankfully they had room for us and even gave is a seniors rate. Loved it and will plan trips down East going through here. Having the restaurant attached was perfect for breakfast. Pool looked amazing.

Stayed here one night on our way to PEI. Very clean rooms and very comfy beds. All staff we encountered were nice and helpful. Fast check in and check out and easy in and out by freeway. I would definitely stay here again.

First impressions, friendly enough staff but the hotel is a little run down. Deadbolt on our door was broken and the side entrance key card mechanism was broken as well. Room smelled a bit musty but it was clean. Pool is spacious and bright, great for kids but hot tub was lukewarm. Close proximity to a small mall (Promenades Drummondville) and some chain restaurants which is nice. So, if you get it for a good price and just need the basics, it's an okay stay.

Very clean hotel, family friendly (with a pool) and prime location - just off the highway close to shopping mall, restaurants, gas stations, coffee shops etc. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

The exterior of this hotel doesn't look at all like any Best Western we've seen or stayed at before. It has a ‘historic look' to it (that really appealed to me) but my wife's 1st reaction was...”ohh my, this is a Best Western??” INSIDE was AMAZING!! Very modern and inviting! Super clean & nicely decorated! The Breakfast Buffet was worth every penny!! Lots of nutritious choices and excellent, efficient, personable service! A pool was available as well!

This hotel is in a good location easy access to restaurants and the highway however the rooms are very outdated and ugly. The lobby looks modern and nice but that's where it stops. I would not stay here again.

A nice, clean facility where you can link to wifi and get some sleep. Large indoor pool and, I'm certain, other things as well that I just didn't avail myself of. I was road weary and this place had a toilet, shower, sink, bed, wifi, and coffee. It was a pit stop on a long trip. It exceeded all my needs and, if I ever pass through Drummondville again, I will definitely stay there.

I found insects in my room two nights in a row. The staff at the front desk and management staff did very little to remediate. They basically accused me of making this up. I will not book there ever again.

We stayed here on the way to our destination but I was disappointed to discover when trying to book a second stay at this hotel on our return trip, the cost of the room was $80 more for the same accommodation. The reason given was that there were only a few rooms left. There is no reason the consumer (me!) should be paying more just because the hotel is having a good night of business. Ridiculous. This location has lost our interest in even inquiring to stay here again. Unfortunate, as we really like the Best Western hotel chain as a general rule and we try to stay there when possible.

If you go to bed before 11pm, skip this place. Party involving liquor in 2nd floor hallway. Strong pool-chlorine small for rooms overlooking pool. Very loud screaming from kids playing in the pool, even with door to room closed tight. The staff needs to control this problem.

Lovely hotel, clean and comfortable, for our one-night stop on the way to pick up our daughter from university. Check-in was easy; we arrived an hour early and were very graciously received. Francine in the bar was friendly and entertaining to talk to. (And the young lady she was training was very pleasant, as well.) We didn't have a chance to try the pool or gym, but they looked like great spaces. No problems, we'd recommend to anyone.

There is nothing particularly wrong with this hotel but there was nothing to say "come back!". It is conveniently located just off route 20. There is a nearby Scores restaurant and also one within the hotel. The one in the hotel is quite expensive and the menu did not inspire us so we went next door. The rooms are clean and beds comfortable but the walk down the long halls does not inspire. Very dated decor and starting to look worn out. There were strong smells of chlorine throughout most of the building although the rooms were fine. It was hard to find anyone at the front desk when we needed someone. It can be a very long walk down hallways and up and down stairs with your belongings to your room. There is no included breakfast and the price of the hotel is certainly not in the budget category.

The staff is bilingual and very helpful. The room was very clean and modern with all the conveniences necessary. We will definitely stay at this Drummondville Quebec Best Western when we pass through Quebec again!

Easy check in and out! We didn't have a reservation. We were just passing through and the roads were crap!! The beds were amazing tho!! When you are traveling it's worth it to stay here for a goods nights rest! I think the have memory foam mattresses! It was that good I actually want to cAll the hotel for the name of the mattress! Haha!!! Yes the mattress/sleep was that freekin good!

We just needed a quiet room for a good night sleep. Therefore, when we booked, we requested a quiet room. The next day, we when we woke up we were very grateful that we did not hear any noise even though it was New Year's Eve.

We had an overall good experience. Staff were friendly and the room was clean and tidy. However, we selected this hotel based on two facts 1) CAA discount (which we did not received but gave the number during our check-in) 2) Complimentary breakfast which was advertised online but was not available. Next time we're driving from Ontario to New Brunswick, we will likely stay at a different location. For travelers, a comp breakfast is a really nice amenity.

The room was clean and comfortable. They had all the amenities needed. The bathroom was clean, but not new and had some "charm". Our room was on the first floor and despite being close to the restaurant and pool, it is was well protected from the noise; we didn't hear anything outside the room. The only reason why I don't give 5 stars is simply the ratio quality/price. For the price they charge, I would expect something a bit "more", compared to similar offers elsewhere. I just think the supply/demand is out of balance and this is keeping the prices higher than they should be for what you get. IMHO.

If you are looking for a mid-range, full service hotel that can cater to families as well as business travel, this is the place for you. The Best Western Brand is very evident here as this hotel delivers a comfortable stay, with easy access and parking off of Auto-route 20 between Quebec City and Montreal. I was headed back from a business trip and got caught in a terrible snow storm and followed my google search for a full service hotel to spend the night and let the storm pass through. When I saw the Best Western on my I-Phone I pushed through the snow and finally made it to the hotel...I really dislike the typical road side motels with their no food, cheap accommodations etc. I love full service hotels and this is what I received.. I have stayed in many Best Westerns all over the USA and Canada..Generally, I never miss with them and this place was no exception..Indoor pool, nice rooms, great internet, decent price, full service restaurant and bar...Granted, nothing is perfect as I tried to sit down in the restaurant at 8:45 pm after checking in and was told to go to the bar if I wanted to eat. The restaurant closes at 09:00 pm...To make a long story short it worked out but the girl in the restaurant had an attitude...The girl at the bar saved the day and managed to get me something to eat and talked my head off..The food was good as was the service.. I guess some of the staff were tired and had a big day...The hotel is clean and the kids will love the pool...It will work out for you...

we stayed here for our son's hockey tournament and they were so accommodating, friendly, and the pool area was amazing.. the boys had a blast. we ensured our team stayed on the same floor and we had our 7-8yr old boys enjoy the stay and had fun

In Drummondville, Quebec for business. Pleasantly surprised by the overall quality of hotel of this older property. All staff were professional. The restaurant provides a great breakfast off the menu or buffet. Rooms were neat and tidy Bed very comfortable and effective heating system.

Hotel is located at a very convenient location close to highway. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and tidy. I just with they offered breakfast as most hotels do these days or at the least a discount for quests at the hotel restaurant.

Great hotel for the price. Spent a night there on the move from NS to Ontario and it was a little out of the way off the highway but worth it as they were pet friendly & I was travelling with a cat. Staff was quick & efficient with the check in - my receipt was under my door in the morning. Clean room, Coffee pot in room, comfy bed. Breakfast was included and suited me perfectly. Located near gas stations, coffee shop, mini strip mall; perfect if you needed anything at night.

This is an excellent place to stay if you are on Rt. 20 and want to stop either before or after Montreal. The room was well laid-out, good amenities, excellent bed and bedside lighting, excellent shower and bath, could open windows if desired, excellent price. Within walking distance of shops and good eating options, if one chooses not to stay inside. I will definitely arrange to stay there on my next trip.

The staff at Reception were friendly, and helpful. My standard non-smoking room with 2 queen beds was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Hot water was instant and plentiful. The hotel itself is within a short walking distance of several good restaurants (BBQ chicken, ribs, pizza), and coffee shops, and is easy to find after leaving Highway 20. No complaints - I will stay here again.

The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean and comfortable. I ordered garlic cheese bread and a shrimp caesar salad via room service. I didn't like the pieces of garlic on the bread. The shrimp on the salad were good, but the lettuce was in large pieces and it wasn't fresh. I was not pleased that the room service person told me when she delivered the food that the system was down and I could not charge the meal to my room. She had a credit card reader with her, which we had to use. That meant one more person having my credit card information.

This is a large hotel that does a lot of commercial business with conventions and meetings. There is an on-site restaurant and breakfast is available for an extra charge. The rooms are reasonable in size, well furnished and clean. Heating, shower, and other amenities are always kept in good working order and we have never had an issue in the times we have stayed here. There is lots of parking available and the access off the highway is easy. Across the street is the largest mall in Drummondville including a grocery store. There are several restaurants, including a Tim Horton's within easy walking distance of the hotel. A couple of gas stations are within a one minute drive. The staff are fluently bilingual and ready to assist with any requests or information you need.

Lovely place, beds were so comfy --great night's sleep. Love that you don't have to travel far off the Trans Canada highway to reach the hotel. Easy checkin and departure . Close to gas stations for filling up before getting on the road again

Front desk made call to see if everything was okay with the room. Hotel is appealing from the exterior with clean and bright interior.

Friendly staff, nice size swimming pool and average size room. Has Wifi. Gym: Advertising that as a gym should be illegal. It is honestly a 10x9 room with a couple machines in it, some dumbells and a bench. No room what so ever to move around in or stretch or do anything other than ride the machine that is 1 inch from another machine. Pool: nice size, clean and has a jacuzzi Room: Average size for a hotel. My room had 2 beds, a small balcony overlooking the pool and the average size bathroom. Water for the shower gets super hot super quick! Which is nice compared to some places. The room was a bit noisy though. I usually don't complain or get annoyed by hotel sounds but I could hear everything from doors closing, foot steps to people coughing. Does NOT have free breakfast. That wasn't ideal as we were sort of trapped in the hotel (business) for the stay, I would rather breakfast just be tacked on to the price of the hotel room and be none the wiser. Breakfast buffet is $15. Bar: Not much selection for booze. No ipa's and no jagermeister. Very small televisions. Had a few vlt's from what I saw.

Stayed here one night with my 95 year old father. Staff was very accommodating especially since we just showed up without a reservation. Rooms are clean, beds are super comfortable. Food at the restaurant is very good.

We would recommend it to anyone who may ask. about it, the front desk server was good and the rooms were very comfortable and clean, just the food in the restaurant was not very good at all, especially for the price. And even though we mentioned it, there was no compensation offered, most likely due to the fact the server did not speak english .

I made a simple error in booking and arrived one night early and was offer a room for double the price of the original booking. Yet the hotel was probably not more than 50% full. Arrived around 8 pm after a 13 hour drive

The restaurant was wonderful.. best meal of our 8-day road trip. Conveniently close to the highway. And great value for the money. Would stay again. Our room had patio doors to outside, and the car parked right outside the doors.

We were driving from Vancouver to Prince Edward Island and our last stop for a hotel was in Drummondville. We had a pick up truck with a 22 foot trailer which they could accommodate which was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was more than comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Last minute decision to stop in Drummondville and called while I was on the road. Person answering was very helpful and courteous. When I arrived at the hotel and was very happy with the appearance and cleanliness of the property. Very easy access from the highway. Front desk counter people very pleasant and willing to assist. Room was very clean but I would say weathered. Price was a little steep for the room I had but that was minor.

This is a good place to have an event. They will with you from the beginning to the end. Very professional and dedicated people plus excellent food and installation, also plenty of parking space and restaurants around the hotel.

This hotel has really improved. As a Best Western member I received a free upgrade on this stay and received a beautiful suite at the same rate! My room was very large. I had two couches in the living room with a flat screen TV as well as a mini kitchen area and extra large cupboards. The hallway led down to a very large and clean bathroom with a jet tub. Leading down from the bathroom were two queen beds with another TV and an extra large computer work station. I was very pleased! The only 2 negative points I have were that the overall the is still a little dated and it was a shame that I still had old carpet in a great room. The staff here were all very friendly and very helpful. Lots of amenities close by and easy access to the highway. I would stay here again when passing through Drummondville.

Wonderful experience in a Suite room. The bed was a little hard for my back, but I enjoyed the stay. Everything worked, and was delightful. Staff was friendly, and room was clean, as was the lobby. Loved the pool, and the hot-tub, also really liked the jetted tub in the bathroom.

For the best of the best when traveling through Quebec take a break and stay at this Best Western. Not only will you find great staff but you will find they go out of there way to make your stay one of the best experiences you could expect. The service is better then 90 percent of most other travel accommodations with clean rooms great décor. The lobby says it all, as soon as you walk through the front door the layout of the lobby says welcome and we care about your stay. The front desk clerks are very friendly and will go out of there way to make sure you get the room you want or need. At the best prices they can do. The rooms are very modern and quiet. Make the Best Western Drummondville a must for your overnight accommodations or take a day or two to explore the surroundings you won't be disappointed.

Driving from NYC to Newfoundland, I needed a hotel at about the halfway point of my trip. I didn't want to stay in the big cities like Montreal or Quebec City so I picked Drummondville, since I saw that they had a Best Western. I try to use their hotels as often as possible as they almost always offer a quality product. This particular branch jumped to near the top of the list. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the bed was probably one of the most comfortable one I've slept in. It was memory foam and I slept like cement from the moment I hit the mattress. I wish more hotels were as nice as this one.

The wife and I had a good time. The bed was extremely comfortable and the lounge area is very inviting. The pool was refreshing as well. In fact, aside from the price, I wouldn't change a single thing.

This hotel is very close to #20 highway and we had a great sleep and delicious breakfast with courteous service . What more could you ask for.Perhaps a update to premises would elevate the experience as we stayed at Best Western Plus in Edmundston on way home and it is absolutely beautiful. I loved their decor with antiques and beautiful furniture.

Visiting friends and relatives. Great nights sleep had a good breakfast before hitting the road again. Staff was great even though I don't speak French. A bit of a charge for the dogs, this was the most I paid on the entire trip for this hotel.

We've stayed at this hotel previously and always been satisfied with it. An excellent stop over point between Ontario and East Coast vacations.We have not used some of the amenities such as the pool and fitness room but they do look inviting. Only issue I might mention is there is only one slow elevator which can get busy during peak times but hotel is only 4 floors.

I think that people need to keep in mind what they paid for a night in a hotel before they write their reviews. I paid $130 +/- for a 2-bed queen with cot (2 adults and 3 kids). For us, we felt that this was a fair rate! I was a little hesitant to stay here based on some of the other reviews I'd read, but found that my hesitation was unwarranted. I needed a quick, economical, overnight stop on my way home to ON from NS. This hotel was perfect for that! Yes - there is definitely a strong pool / chlorine smell when you walk into the lobby. It's unfortunate, but I am not sure how it could be helped. :( The woman at the desk was friendly and helpful at around 10:30PM at night when we arrived. I know VERY little French, but do try to be respectful and use as many French words as I know. She responded graciously in English. She was perfectly bilingual and kind about communicating in English! I'd asked for a cot when I had reserved our room over the phone, and also asked about whether it was already in the room as we left the hotel to find food before going up to our room. (I was told that it was in the room already.) We were disappointed to see that the cot was in fact not in the room when we made our way back from our late supper around midnight - but it was brought up cheerfully when I called the front desk from our room. The beds were very soft and comfortable, and there were plenty of extra pillows. The bathroom had lots of hot water, and the shower head worked well. We enjoyed a morning swim before checking out as we'd arrived too late to swim the night before. The front desk attendant was happy to provide towels. I cannot comment on the food, as we did not order from the restaurant. (We got breakfast at Tim Hortons, which was close by!) I would be happy to stay here again, for a price around what I paid this time. Merci! :)

I booked into BW in Drummondville having spent a couple of weeks at motels and Airbnb's. I was spending a couple of nights and booked BW as I wanted the fitness centre and business centre. Neither is good, its debatable that they should be included on the amenities. The fitness centre is a 10 x 10ft room. The weights bench is unstable and there is barely enough room to use the weights properly. The business centre is two desks on the second floor, above an open lobby. Which means its very noisy. Pool is good, as was the service. My room had a broken light and was on the inside of the hotel, looked out over the pool. Which meant noise till 10pm and chlorine smell.

Had previously reviewed the Hote Motel Drummond as a decent budget hotel and still stand by that but they charge $20 for pets. We tried to book at the desk at the Comfort Inn and they wanted $50 additional. We had heard that the B W was recently renovated and we were able to get very large 2nd floor room with soaker tub for a little over $120 which was decent since we arrived at 900pm. No extra charge for pets!! Room was very clean, very little highway noise and secure parking with gated entry and exit. Lots of Drive thru spots for vehicles with trailers Loved the premium memory foam mattress and multiple densities of pillows. Will stay again

This older property, currently undergoing some renovations, is wonderful. Located close to the main highway, it has the look or an Inn, not a traditional motel, a style that carries to the interior decor that is roomier and better designed than most BW properties. I was warmly greeted at check-in where the clerk explained that she was putting us on the main floor with parking just outside our room to help us with my mobility issues. We were only a short walk from the lobby and restaurant, but our room was as quiet and welcoming as it was large, clean and comfortable. My partner, who was not feeling well, went to bed, leaving me to visit the restaurant alone. I had an excellent dinner at reasonable prices before retiring early. The next morning, we also ate breakfast in this pleasant restaurant which serves an excellent buffet with a wide variety of hot and cold dishes. Although the buffet is not included in the cost of one's room, we received discount vouchers that helped to make it more than worthwhile: it was a bargain, particularly when compared to the meagre "breakfasts" included with one's room price in many other Best Western properties. All in all, this hotel beats most of the BWs in which we have stayed. And did I mention the heated swimming pool, solarium, and fast wi-fi connection? Bonus.

This hotel is a great place to stay. Good location, easy on/off the Trans Canada, close to lots of amenities. Hotel is nicely decorated, very clean, great food, and friendly helpful staff. The hotel pool/fitness/spa area is clean and well maintained. For pet owners, there's lots of places to walk your dog.

Have been using BW Hotels for many years. This was our first visit to Drummondville. Easily accessible from Route 20, the hotel does not have the usual BW facade, but the staff and amenities are certainly up to standard. Check in staff were most efficient and courteous. A minor issue with room keys (my fault) was quickly resolved. We were also allowed to keep some frozen food overnight in the restaurant's freezer. We missed the traditional BW complimentary breakfast, but they do have a restaurant on site.

The hotel lobby and room stunk. This place had a very old smell about it. The bed linens were even damp. This hotel was grossly overpriced considering its current condition. If I had not been so tired I would have never considered staying in such a dump. This is a place is more motel than hotel.

We were driving from Amherst Nova Scotia heading back to Ontario, We had to make one more hotel night stop and we chose Best Western in Drummondville. We were a bit concern when I read some of the comments and we were not going to stop there but as we were tired I decided to call to the hotel to see if they had any rooms available. I called the number listed and they told me it was total with taxes 160.72 so I said ok. We arrived at the hotel and went to check in and the girl at the counter said the room was 107. plus tax would be $127. The room was wonderful and the beds were so comfortable and the room was clean. We went downstairs to their restaurant to have supper and the meal was excellent, the service was great we also went there for breakfast and also the meal was excellent. My complaint is this, when you phone the number for Best Western you are give a phone number which I thought was the hotel directly but as it turns out it is ReservationCounter.com and they charged my visa $160.72. I phoned when we got back to Ontario and spoke with ReservationCounter and that is their price, I phoned the Hotel directly after i looked it up on the internet, spoke with a gal there and she can't help me because it went through ReservationCounter. I think that the hotel should have a direct phone number that people can call to book and save themselves money. I got this hotel by searching on my Iphone for hotels in Drummondville, then looked also in our travel guide and the only phone numbers listed are these call centres, I guess that is how they make their money.

we stayed in here going to Ottawa from the east coast. This is an older building close to many restaurants. The room was small and seemed dated The wall had a rack in it. Water would not drain in the tub when showering and when you used the sidewalk k all you hear are pipes gurgling. we were on the first level. when we walked in it had a stong cleaning chemical smell. had the door open to air it out but didn't help much . As we didn't know the area we stayed because of the cleaning chemical smell we didn't know about other issues. This hotel is overpriced and would not recommend it. we are a family of 4 and didn't know he area and kids were cranky and needed sleep. otherwise would have left. when I checked out told the clerk everything but not sure she was interested

It was a clean room.No vacancies and they had a very inflated price.It was up by $100 compared to the usual rate.It is too bad Hotels continue to do this.They claim,supply and demand....It is taking advantage of travellers.The staff was very friendly...

This was a half way point for our 2 day journey so the hotel was perfect. The staff were awesome, very courteous and helpful. The bed was great. The hotel is a bit outdated inside, but is clean and comfortable.

Hotel is given a BW plus rating. This is typically associated with the amenities/services offered, commonly not necessarily the state of decor or age of facility. Exterior is well kept. Inside is dated, rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Staff was helpful and spoke English Workout was not really a workout (only two feeble dated cardio machines worked, free weights were ok, room was hot and a makeshift space 10x12) so we were disappointed as we rely on w/o facilities at our BWs. We heard the hotel restaurant was ok, but closed at 9pm before we arrived. A few fast food places within walking distance. Definitely should qualify the amenities they advertise. Overall left rested, just not fit.

Very clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast not included, but the room price is reasonable enough to make up for it. We would definitely stay here again if we again visited Drummondville. Absolutely no complaints about the hotel or the service.

The people were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good and a good value. We loved the memory foam bed so much as soon as we got home we inquired about getting one for ourselves. The bathroom was a little small but ok.

This BW Plus property is badly worn and the service matches the hotel....marginal at best. Go somewhere else. BW Plus has lots of very good properties, but this is not one of them. The hotel needs a complete makeover. Check-in was a nightmare, there's only one small elevator for four floors and no service elevator, which means you're constantly waiting because cleaning staff monopolize the system. BW Plus should be embarrassed to have their brand on the hotel.

My father and I stayed overnight with no reservation. We checked in at 4:30 pm. The hotel offers free wifi, an indoor pool and a restaurant. The accommodations were quite good with comfortable beds, lots of towels, and clean rooms. The pool was well maintained and clean. The hotel is a little dated but has been well maintained over the years. Overall, this hotel is a great place to stay, and I would have no problem staying here again.

The room was large and comfortable and pretty clean. Dark hair on the bathtub was a bit off putting. One very small shampoo not adequate for 2 people. Amenities were lacking. Some places around to eat but a long way to a grocery store. Large mall not too far away. Had difficulty using my Best Western rewards coupon. Long wait to check out. Both people were on the phone and that was their priority. The lobby under construction and ugly. Area around the elevator dark and dirty.

Slow at check/in, otherwise a pleasant night stay as usual at BW. Staff was very helpful with any requests, as well as professional. Breakfast was fairly standard as with other BW Plus hotels. Location is excellent as it right at the exit off route 20.

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times over the years when on road trips to and from the Eastern Canada. The pool is definitely a nice feature after a long day of driving. We found the front desk staff to be very congenial in fulfilling our requests. Great location for getting an early start on the highway the next day.

Unclean with a sense of unease re safety. Beds were excellent and staff was good. The restaurant is terrible - disguised as "fine dining" it was very expensive, the food quality was poor and there were no accommodations for children. Not a restaurant you would take your family to after a long travel.

Generally I enjoy my stays at various best western locations. The hotel is a trusted name for my business and personal travel. Unfortunately at this location I had a very poor experience as my safety was at risk. On this trip, I had been travelling with my 2 daughters (us 3 females only). We had a poolside room. When it was time to prepare for bed and lock the door, I realized that the door did not lock. It appeared that the lock was busted. I called the front desk who were aware of the problem (it seemed to be an ongoing problem that they were not concerned to fix), and advised that there was a pole in the floor that I could use to wedge into the sliding door. The pole that I was told to use was shorted than the gap between the frame and door and did not at all feel safe. In addition to the safety issue, had an issue with preoccupied front staff desk staff and restaurant staff not being very helpful but my main issue was the safety one. This is definitely a location I will never visit again! It is disappointing because with other locations I've had such a great experience but not at this one!

Hotel and staff quality were above our expectation, room was very clean and spotless. Pool area was very well laid out and operation curfew was maintained to provide a quiet evening. Completely satisfied with the hotel, however no breakfast was offered nor even a discount at the adjoining restaurant buffet.

This is a dated hotel with lots of bus tours coming in. It has a terrific staff in the restaurant for breakfast. I was able to discuss any issue with the staff despite their English skills. The location is convenient and well marked. There are other options in town with newer amenities.

We were driving in from out east and decided to call from our vehicle. The receptionist hung up on us and when I called back she then left us on on hold for 15 minutes (was hilarious because on their phone they say that their wait times are minimal and that answering and responding to calls are a priority). We checked in quite quickly, managed to get to the pool only to see the ceiling falling down. Decided to move to the hot tub for a mere 2 minutes because it had a funky smell (no it was not chlorine)... We returned to our room to shower and get settled. My husband fussed with the air conditioning unit for half an hour only to open the patio door (which leads to a busy parking lot)... We woke up hot and restless and decided to get out of there... Upon check out we spoke to the receptionist and mentioned the HOT room on the 4th floor....she said non chalantely, "next time time call down and have it activated"... I had no words....on the front sign it says "free AC"....beware and be sure to "activate it because you will certainly have a warm stay!!!

When we checked into this hotel, my first impression was a good one. Even though they are undergoing some renovations, the reception was quick and easy. The room was very nice, on the first floor as we had dogs with us. We had exterior access which was convenient with the dogs. The room was clean and the bathroom setup was unique. The tub had jets but was quite loud. The bed seemed okay until we tried to sleep through the night. The mattress was extremely soft which landed my husband on the floor and I ended up with a muscle/nerve tweaked in my neck which lasted 2 weeks! I've had a stiff before from poor sleep position, but this was nothing like I have ever experienced. And the fact that I found my husband on the floor using the small bed coverlet for a blanket spoke volumes. The hotel does not offer complimentary breakfast but it does have a restaurant. There is a very nice indoor pool. The hotel is located right in town with access to lots of shopping and restaurants. Try fromagerie Lemaire for really good poutine. I might stay at this hotel again if I should find myself in Drummondville, but I would make sure the mattress was firm!

Good facility with friendly staff. Clean and efficient but rooms are a little old fashioned. Superb pool and fitness center. All you need in an hotel even if the exterior looks uninviting...go inside and it is uphill from thee. Too bad that it is so close to the highway.

We stayed one night. They were very courteous helpful and friendly. The room was so clean!! Great pool area too. would absolutely stay again! All rooms have some kind of view courtyard or pool area. I am sure we will be back again!

Quick stop. Just needed a clean comfy bed to sleep while on an emergency family trip. Hotel has clean comfy beds, lots of clean fresh towels and the perfect location for what we needed. Not our first stop here and won't be our last.

Fast check in / out, super clean, great service, clean pool & pool area, and convenient breakfast buffet. Premises is well kept; everything in facility was in good working order. Some renovations underway, but didn't impact our stay whatsoever. Overall, a 10/10!

We stayed here for one night on our way back to the U.S. The room was very nice with an extremely comfortable bed and pillows. The room was very clean. The lobby is undergoing some kind of renovation, but it is not concerning. We had some trouble getting the air conditioning to turn on, so we called the front desk. The clerk said no problem, she could fix it from there, and voila! The AC came on! So keep that in mind if you have trouble turning on the AC. We had a late lunch on the road so we were not ready for dinner until about 8:30 p.m. We decided a pizza in the room would be fine so we went to the front desk and asked the clerk if she had a recommendation. She did, so we asked if she would order it for us since we don't speak French. She happily did, and we left money to pay plus tip, and said to call our room when it arrived and we would come down and get it. We thought that was great customer service on her end. And it got even better when she had the pizza delivered to our room! This hotel is definitely recommended!

Stayed one night enroute to Quebec City. Hotel smelled of chlorine upon arrival. Room was nice, clean and well presented with probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in... ever ( and I have a very high quality bed). Upon entering the room there was a distinct smell of musty, which could have presented an issue as I am slightly asthmatic, but we cracked open a window, took some allergy meds and all was good. We received a $10 coupon towards our breakfast buffet, which was wonderful, hot and well stocked, coffee was perfect and the wait staff were smiling, greeting, prompt and simply perfect.

Stayed over night on our way home from a trip to New Brunswick. check-in staff was great & room pricing very competitive. Beds are comfortable, rooms clean and well appointed. Bathroom we had was small -- but not a big deal to use. Will stay there again if we ar win the area.

After 10 hours on the road it was a pleasure to sleep soundly in a comfortable bed. There were no distractions or noise. Excellent television service. Hot water is readily available to have a decent shower. Best Western provided us with a relaxing night of rest that enabled us to get on the road early the next day to continue our long trip home.

Comfortable beds, clean rooms/bathrooms. Friendly, personable staff. The lobby/second floor area was still under renovation when we got there. Can't wait to see what it will look like. Overall very enjoyable experience.

Restaurant is phenomenal, rooms are comfy and clean, and a good nights sleep is always guaranteed. I stay here at least 4 times a year and always look forward to eating in the restaurant and having time in the pool!

Bathroom was not cleaned properly. Large amount of hair on the floor from previous guests, Very disgusting. Price was reasonable but hotel was under major renovation. Appearance was rough in some areas. No free breakfast but pricy buffet.

The hotel was under renovations. Lobby smelt like chlorine. Elevator was dirty. My room was dingy. And it was oddly situated with a window facing the second floor elevator. If I knew hotel was under renovations. I wouldnt have booked it. A note should be posted on the website. Disappointed

We rented two rooms for 3 adults and 3 kids, on our way to New Brunswick. Very friendly staff, clean rooms and pool was great. The only thing missing was breakfast. It was in a very convenient location. We would stay again.

Air conditioning is upon request. Called three times to have it turned on-never happened. Room smells musty and humid. No sleep. Cannot wait to check out. Hotel is being renovated but about 10 years too late. Elevator looks like a freight elevator. Front entrance area is falling apart. Worst hotel stay I've had in ages.

Ideal for me as I always travel with my dog. The bed was comfortable and noise was minimal. Rooms are nothing special but it wasn't far off from the main highway and the area has a number of options for meals.

Stayed at this hotel on our way back from Ottawa, we had a pet with us and the rooms on the main floor are great for that. Room was clean and staff was nice. The hotel looked like it needed repair, front lobby desk had had huge hole at the top and the outside just looked run down. Needs some improvement,

We were there during Grad, so the hotel was pretty full. Our Room was located on the ground floor and must've been flooded during all the rain we had in previous wks, the entire carpet was very damp and I had to wear my shoes at all times and therefore the room also smelled damp and somewhat musty.

No issues with the hotel. Good value.. The rooms were large with good size TV. The staff was friendly and helpful. A nice pool, The room was clean with no issues encountered. We were happy with our 1 night stay.

Great hotel and a good location with a good restaurant and if one chooses there are lots of restaurants nearby, within walking distance. The elevator is very very small so if someone has luggage it is very crowded, however, there were only three floors so the stairs are an option, when not toting something. Be careful when you book as we were not when we booked and they refused give us the Seniors Rate because we had not initially booked that rate, they were inflexible and refused to adjust

I stayed in this hotel for one night. The bed was comfortable and decorative. The towels were clean and so was the room. The pool was very nice, but the elevator was to small. There were chairs provided in the room as well as a mini fridge. I recommend this hotel if you ever visit Quebec, Canada!

The bed was out of this world comfortable!!! Restaurant service was great. Two gas stations close by. A little less than a mile to Centrexpo Cogeco. It is right off the highway exit and very convenient.

This hotel was perfect for our team's participation in a local tournament. The Swimming pool was large enough for our girls to relax and play. There were many local restaurants within walking distance. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and the group was able to arrive quickly and check out efficiently. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance that could easily accommodate a team.

My wife has a physical disability and walks with the aid of a cane. On arrival we were offered a room at the very end of a long hall. This would make the trips in and out extremely difficult and painful. The hotel was nearly fully booked and the only available room was a suite, for an additional cost, but it was right next to the elevator. We accepted. When we arrived at the suite the phone rang to tell us that this room was only available for one night of our 2 night stay. We would have to move to the suite next door in the morning. No big problem, I would pack our things and they could move them for us as we were joining friends in the morning. OK. As we were heading to breakfast I checked in with the desk and was told that staff is not allowed to handle guests luggage and that we would have to vacate the room by 11am and the new room might not be available until 4pm. They would store the luggage in the room behind the desk if I brought it down. We went for breakfast. The hot buffet looked 'over used' for the $14.95 cost so we ordered regular breakfast from the menu for $8.95. When we asked for the bill it showed $12.95 each. When we questioned this we were told that is the standard weekend rate for 'mini-buffet'. No other explanation or reduction was offered. When I went up to grab our luggage I found the maid cleaning our new room. I asked how long she would be and she said 'almost finished' I explained the situation and she agreed to hurry and inform the desk. I packed and went down to the desk. The clerk grumbled then spent several minutes on the phone discussing the issue with someone else. Finally she said OK and gave me new key cards. I went upstairs, packed and moved the luggage. I then noticed that the living room of this suite contained a large boardroom table. The tiny bedroom had only one bed. I went downstairs and told them that we need 2 beds because of my wife's disability. The clerk said this was the only room available and suggested that I sleep on the pullout couch. I told her there was no couch of any kind in this suite. She offered a cot. I relented and went back up to move things. The phone rang and a different clerk said they could not put a cot in this room because of the boardroom table. I agreed that it would be difficult but I was not going to sleep on top of the table. She said that they did have a single suite available on the 4th floor that had a couch and a small table. She offered to remove the table and roll in a cot. I agreed. I had to carry our bags up the stairs as the only elevator was being monopolized by the cleaning staff to move laundry, etc. Finally I joined our friends who had been waiting for about an hour. When we returned that evening, I was forced to sleep on a small, lumpy cot in the living room area of a suite that I was paying extra for. NOT happy. At best this hotel is of very average quality. When you add very poor customer service, it is extremely over priced.

the room is very nice, the pool is perfect, The employee is helpful...the fitness center is quite small but it has all the machine to make all your exercice... It is the third time that we go to drummondville and it is a good hotel...

Feels like you are back in early 2000 when you go there. At least the whole place looks outdated in the same era. Beds are really comfortable but the bathroom layout is rather odd. There is a shopping mall right in front and a few chain restaurants around so don,t bother eating at their restaurant/buffet. Staff is really friendly and the place is easy access from the highway.

The room was ready upon arrival, the staff at check in were quick and found my reservation right away. There are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. I ate breakfast and lunch at the hôtel and service was excellent and fast. The food is fresh and of excellent quality. The speed check out meant I did not need to go to back to the front desk, which was very convenient. The invoice was sent by email right away.

We have stayed here often since our son moved to Ontario and we have always enjoyed our stay. The rooms are very nice, the beds are comfortable and the staff is friendly and bilingual. The wifi can be iffy but for the most part it's good. They also have 'soaker tubs' which are awesome!

By far the best value and overall stay in Drummondville is at this hotel. The hotel staff were bilingual and the amenities are excellent. We had a room with patio doors to the pool area, great for families!

Hotel was typical Best Western, clean and comfortable. In Room Internet functioned well, bed was comfortable. Price is very good and good location off the highway. Breakfast is not included and onsite restaurant is on the pricier side, better options for breafast exist a short drive away.

Room was great. Service was excellent and readily offered in English. Complimentary breakfast would have been nice to have. Almost all Hotels we stay at have a continental breakfast of some kind. On site restaurant breakfast was offered to late for departure and was expensive.

Excellent place to stay as we travelled through to Ontario. Great service, nice place to stay! Will be our stop everytime we travel. Would recommend to anyone with families as the amenities are great!

This hotel had very friendly staff and rooms were decent with the added bonus of an indoor pool which is a good size. Breakfast was average but it is a hotel that although will not stand out in the memory is definitely good value.

Staff very polite, rooms was clean, internet reception was perfect, I would recommend my friends to stay at that hotel. Mattress a bit too soft. Next time I will try the dining room. Hotel rates are very low in the region of Drummondville.

A Great stay, Confortable and good service. nice perks, need minor upgrades. Interior is very old fashion but clean I stayed 2 nights Arrived at noon. Had an excellent stay and would recommend anyone here, very clean and the bed / mattress....omg....very comfortable. After a full day of standing and walking you couldn't ask for more. All rooms thru out the Hotel are very clean and have a fresh scent to them. Will be back next year.

went in for a dart tournament the place was fun and clean area of play also was in cery good contition and everything was picture perfect. another tournament is already schedule and i will return with no hesitation.i confotably recommend this hotel to anyone that asked

If you are traveling between the Maritimes and Ontario this is a great place to break the trip. Hotel is spotless, service is great. Rooms are nicely designed and furnished and beds are comfortable. Highly recommended.

This hotel is used as a conference center but I have never found it to be noisy. It is well furnished, the beds are comfortable and the service is excellent. A free newspaper (English) is available in the lobby. The staff are bilingual and very helpful with directions, etc. The parking lot is large and easily accessible off the highway. The large Drummondville shopping mall was just a two minute drive away (or walk it in five minutes). There are several good restaurants in the area and a gas station is only a block away.

This hotel could have been very good, but it was the opposite. Many of the rooms overlook the swimming pool. So what you say? Here's the problem: The pool is supposed to close at 10 o'clock, but the staff's inability to inforce that rule can ruin any chance of sleep. Even with repeated phone calls to the front desk, the screams and echoes coming from the pool continued until well past 1 o'clock in the morning. If you are looking for a good nights sleep (or any sleep at all) I would consider looking for another hotel. If you're stuck and have to stay here, at least make sure the hotel staff on duty is willing to follow their own rules. Yikes! Is that really too much to ask?

I stayed here last night and what a nightmare.. We first checked in and got a room with a view of the pool and I thought the room was great. Damn was I wrong. I woke up about an hour after I fell asleep and there were people still in the pool being noisy. I then called the front desk and asked what time the pool closes and she said ten. Long story short, I had to call down twice because of the noise. The First time it sounded like she was going to do something, but no. I Called down again and she said some people have access to the pool. Well if it's supposed to be closed at 10, why is there people still out there at one in the morning? I go down to get a room change after trying a few times to go back to sleep with no success. I explained to her that there were people above me making noise(which I didn't complain about previously) and also from the pool obviously. There were also little kids running full speed down the hallways a bit before midnight. certainly didn't help the situation one bit. Anyways, the room was an upgrade. At this point I didn't give a damn though because I just wanted to sleep. Got to the bedroom and I could hear voices through the wall plain as day so I go get a third room. Finally a quiet room! Too bad I was so high strung at this point when I was missing hours of sleep and of course I can't get to sleep for well over an hour. Total bogus experience here overall. It was a journey to get to a resolution which I did the leg work for. Customer service is horrendous and I would strongly recommend you to run away from this dump!

Good solid stay in this hotel. Room was clean and the location is great as it is just off the main highway and within a short 10 minute drive to downtown. As a corporate traveller it more than did the trick. Nothing fancy but a good size room, well kept, very good service and a good location. Does it need a little TLC, yes..but it is more than adequate for all types of travellers to modernize it a bit. Good solid stay.

This is a good example of a solid and average hotel. The small room was renovated recently and the staff were friendly. Good location off the highway and near big box shopping, a mall, grocery store, dining options, gas station and a Tim Hortons. No complaints and at the same time no wow factor. For 98 bucks a night I am a satisfied customer!

I booked this hotel for a weeks stay for a business trip. I have used many Best Western's over the years and am generally satisfied. On this ocassion, I was not. The room was first the wrong one. I had reserved a room over 2 months prior to arrival but when I arrived they gave me a totally different room. It was a king suite instead of a standard room. Not normally something I would complain about except that this room had a meeting room outside of the bedroom instead of a living room. A long board tabel with chairs all around it. I had shown the reception the confirmation letter I had showing it was a standard room but was told it was all they had for the week. This in of itself wasn't a deal breaker but the room was one of the more run down and dirty room I have ever stayed in. The carpets were so full of stains, I refused to take my shoes off. I didn't want to walk around in bear feet on that floor. The maid service was hit and miss. One day I would return and everything was cleaned and made up but the next, I would have the bed made up and towels in the bathroom but no new coffe, or any garbage thrown out. It was like a quick in and out. Lastly, there was a lot going on in the hotel this week. As such the noise was terrible. I know the hotel can't control people all of the time but it showed the lack of soundproofing, as I heard every foot fall and door slam all night long. Over all a very disappointing experience.

We stayed at the BW in Drummondville, which is our usual stop over-point when travelling through Quebec. We have stayed here numerous times over the past several years. During our last visit we were charged above that which was quoted over the phone when I called the hotel direct to book. After getting the price for a one night stay I requested an email verification, which usually is sent within a day. This time the email was sent several days later and did not include the price I was informed it would be, just the date, location and confirmation #. After arriving for our stay the price shot up $20.00. I advised the front desk member (male), that I was quoted a lesser amount. However, he just kind of shrugged and that was that. I didn't argue as I had an email with no cost attached to it. I decided on the way back to try the Quality Suites. I got the room for the price quoted and the Quality Suites got a new customer.

The front desk staff are very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. The only downfall was it didn't offer a breakfast. Otherwise we would stay ther in a pinch.all in all decent places to stay when in Quebec.

Overall I was dissatisfied here. I booked online 5 months in advance for a king suite, 3 days before my stay I was called by the hotel and was told there was confusion on their end and the room was not available. Totally unacceptable, I obviously got bumped. The beds were memory foam mattresses, was not the best quality. I will not stay here in the future.

We stayed here instead of our regular Drummondville Hotel to save a buck. That was a mistake. I should start by saying that one of my family members has an allergy to pets. Normally hotels have a pet free floor and this has always been 100% fine. Best Western was suppose to have a pet free floor, however mistakes were clearly made. We literally had dogs running in the hallway. The manager apologized and stated that it was a mistake that occurred because they were booked for the night. They provided a free breakfast, but we would've preferred a night that was not uncomfortable and sleepless. While our room was clean. We did not find the hotel clean. We had a family joke that if you got lost you could just follow the dental floss that people had left in the hallway back the the room. The pool was nice in the evening, but in the morning it was in need of a really good cleaning (clumps of floating hair and band aids) and I did not feel comfortable letting my kids get in. The room was quiet an clean. All staff I interacted with were friendly. Overall it looked like a place that was nice five years ago and is starting to go. The pet free floor mistake made it a zero fun night for us.

We recently stayed at this hotel on two occasions, travelling to and from the maritimes from Ontario. It was easy to find from the highway. I was a little worried when I read some of the earlier reviews; however, our experience was favourable. Both rooms we stayed in appear to have been recently updated, clean, and with comfortable beds. On the second stay though our shower/bathtub was less clean then desired: the grout was stained and the shower curtain smelled bad. We ate in the hotel restaurant and found it to be very satisfactory. As other reviews have mentioned there is only one small elevator, but this was not a big problem. I would recommend this hotel for an overnight stay.

Hotel was easy to get to from the highway. The outside appearance was very nice and inside was very clean and nicely decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were excellent and area surrounding was very inviting. Our room also was very clean and nicely decorated and the bed was super comfy. Lots of technology electric plugs. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Travelling east and needed a place close to restaurants and providing a good night sleep. The room was clean although decor wad a little dated. Our room opened to the inground pool area with hottub. Beds were comfy and a good sleep before continuing our travels. Great caa rate. Restaurant on site is fabulous so don't go elsewhere but that's another review.

very great location off the Aut 20. Near great restaurants. Secure parking was not very secure. Tiniest bathroom ever. Worse mattress ever. My husband can normally sleep anywhere and anytime, however, even he could not sleep on this mattress. Lumps everywhere. It is like a memory foam mattress and it remembered the shape of every single person who slept on it. Staff were great.

Well, This is the top of the line Hotel. We stayed there for 1 night on the way home from the Maritime. We checked in at about 4:00 pm September 5 2016. We were very impressed at the cleanliness of the hotel. This hotel offers everything a luxury hotel should have. We did a little exercise on the tread mill, had a swim in the beautiful indoor pool, jumped in the hot tube for a few minutes, then relaxed in the room. We even won some money in the casino bar that evening over a Spanish coffee. The one thing, that I really took note of and enjoyed, is the security......You needed your room card for everything even your personal car parking.......NICE TOUCH. Checking in was fast and smooth. We really liked and appreciated the car parked right in front of our room, this made carrying our luggage from car to room only a few feet away through the sliding glass door. The room, with king size bed, was exceptional clean and quiet with hi-speed internet. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel on your travels if in Drummondville, Quebec............I would rate this a 5 STAR HOTEL.

We stopped here on our drive back to Toronto for the night. Friendly staff, quick check in and easy free parking. The room was modern, clean and spacious. The hotel was good value for the price and an easy stop over.
