Best Western Corpus Christi Airport Hotel

A wet fecal soiled wash cloth was on the shelf above cloth area ...dust on bed head board... now crazy part is a couple months ago I stayed here and was charged a ridiculous cleaning fee for items left on bed that were basically bottom of laptop bag lint and candy wrappers but they made no effort to accommodate for the fecal soiled wash towel left when I checked in

The hotel staff has always been easy to work with specific to changes in stay and the location is well maintained and clean. Staff is very friendly. Love that they are pet-friendly. I would choose this location again for future stays in Corpus.

Everything is clean and organized! I love this hotel because they have bottles with hand soap, shampoo and conditioner. Hair dryer, laundry room. Definitely the best!!. The breakfast was delicious 😋🤤. I recommend 💯 the staff were friendly.

We were very disappointed with our stay, especially with how good the reviews are. Right away, we noticed there is no hand soap, or soap of any kind (i.e. shampoo or body wash), provided. We even asked at the front desk, thinking they just forgot, and they said that they do not provide soap. The next day, we took a shower and used the towels. One towel was fine, the other had brown spot stains. We needed two towels, so I went to ask the front desk, and they handed me another towel. That one was also stained. I asked again, and all in all, 3 of 4 towels had brown stains. We also asked for another key card, as they only provided one, and they handed one over but did not program it to open any doors. Our second morning we woke up to a huge puddle on the floor from the AC. To top it all off, the TV in our room didn't work. The staff was friendly, so no complaints there. But overall it was a strange and pretty bad experience, and I definitely would not recommend staying here. And if you do, bring your own soap and towels.

Quick and fast check in , room was good it had all the amenities I needed to prepare for a interview I had set up. Hotel location was great. All the food places where close by and easy to get to and the interest was close by as well. Check out process was quick and easy.

Clean room, comfortable bed, close to the airport. The front desk and staff were friendly/ and helpful. Only con was the $25.00 Check in fee. For early check in.

Room and hotel itself were very clean. I did like nice shower room with tub. Breakfast was conventional but nice area to eat. I recommend to stay this hotel

Went out to work for the day and when I returned, my wedding ring and all my toiletries were taken. I spoke with the front desk staff and was told there was nothing they could do. I also called best Western corporate who just told me to file a police report.

The hotel was nice. The room was very clean without the overwhelming chemical cleaner fumes I've encountered at other places. I have bad allergies and those harsh chemical cleaners make me sick so that's a big bonus in my book. The staff was friendly and courteous. I had an issue with the refrigerator, the microwave and the light in the bathroom, but I feel like those issues weren't something the staff on duty could control. I did report them to the front desk so they could note the issues and have them fixed before the next guests checked in. A big selling point for me is that they are a pet friendly hotel. My 60lb boxer was quite comfortable here. They have a large courtyard to walk your fur baby. For human comfort, there is a nice outdoor pool. They also have a couple barbecue grills and lots of outdoor seating areas. I didnt use the grills but it's cool that they have them. If it hadn't been for the isolated issues I experienced I would've given them a 4. Overall I had a pleasurable stay and would definitely recommend to friends, especially those traveling with pets.

My boyfriend, best friend, and I recently stayed at Best Western, and overall, our experience was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was great for us, providing a comfortable space to relax, and the service was nice and accommodating. However, the breakfast experience left much to be desired. Despite being free, it was quite sloppy. There weren't enough dining areas, and there was a shortage of kitchenware to prepare waffles, pancakes, cereal, and more. This made it uncomfortable as we found ourselves too close to other guests, trying not to be in their way. On a positive note, we appreciated the pool and the pet-friendly environment, which added to the overall enjoyment of our stay.

I stayed while I was in town for Detective training. I needed a place to stay that was close to where I was taking the training and this property was very close

Went into my room and first thing I see is large holes in the top sheet of the bed. These are not tiny holes that could have been overlooked, these were 3-4 inch holes in the sheet. I put my stuff down and go to the bathroom, turn on the light and there is used toilet paper in the toilet. I go back to the bed and take photos to take to front desk and show her so that they don't charge me for the damage. I show her and she offers to move me but I declined as I was worn out and just wanted to rest before my flight

My husband and I are big fans of Best Western and this one was exceptional. From front to back was remodeled, was spotless on the out side and the inside! The personnel from the front desk, Yvette and Samatha, to the housekeeper, Lulu and the nice folks that did the morning breakfast. The room was spotless, quiet and comfortable and the lobbies, food, were all great. The location was near everything and easy to get too. We experienced not one single problem during our stay. Definite, great place to stay and there are several Best Westerns in the area. this one is the one to stay at. The breakfast each day was great!

Smell of sewage thruout the property. I was only there for about 30 minutes and then I just left the property could not sleep or be comfortable with it smelling like that and no one doing anything about it

Stayed a night & can't complain. Good blackout curtains. Decent bed. Hot water & cold A/C. Lots of breakfast options. Right off the highway on my route. All for $88. No complaints except the hand soap was empty.

Reaching the hotel front desk at the hotel, sucks...you can never reach the front desk, you can only reach the call center...every option sends you to the call center. I even tried the housekeeping..this is a red flag and I would never stay at this hotel, ever...

We've stay here multiple times, always enjoyed our stay. Their breakfast buffet is exceptional in selection. Food is always hot.The housekeepers are always polite, friendly and helpful. Close to the attractions of Corpus Christi.

This is a very clean hotel, was nicely laid out. Bed was a little hard for my comfort level. Overall was a comfortable room, breakfast was adequate, and it saved me over $10 a day. I would stay here again I will take a mattress pad, because I liked the room.

This Best Western was renovated within the past couple of years. The lobby is attractive and the rooms was nice. The breakfast served was excellent with lot of hot and cold options. Most of the employees were professional and helpful. We felt safe. The major problem we had was that there was an outlet in the room that was pulled out of the wall. House keeping should have reported this when cleaning the room prior to our arrival. Also, we had been told that the hotel TV would get the channel for the ALCS baseball playoff game. It did get that channel, but the reception was so bad that we watched the game in the lobby with others who could not get good reception. I would recommend this hotel overall.

Very Good. Will return. Pool was nice. Room was nice. AC nice and cold. Everything was clean and in working order. Always had a decent parking spot and felt safe during our stay. It may be just a little dated , but was one of the nicer Best Westerns we've stayed in.

CONS: room floor was a little dirty bed was firm,smelled Like dirty Mop water around the hotel. PROS:The room was big, quiet. It had everything you needed from coffee to tv wifi. And Breakfast was good .

Came to Corpus Christi for the first time with my cousin. The lady at the front desk was helpful to my cousin during check-in, because he had trouble with his card to get checked into the hotel and she was patient and she wasn't hesitated for us to ask questions if needed

When call for reservations was not told no breakfast no pool and twin beds 3 people in one room with small beds flat pillows the bathroom was so small you have to close the door as you move around it, towels ruff thin. The room was not cleaned We were there 3 days no cleaning they put coffee in room NO cups I would never stay in the place again and I warn anyone who does the only thing you get is a bed to sleep in for 200.00 a night I have traveled all over the world and have never seen anything like this. Oh yea mold in shower. STAY AWAY

This place is a rip off! Read others reviews. We stayed at this outdated and filty motel on 11-14-2020 when we left we had 260.00 in extra charges. When I spoke to them they said due to it being smoked in. We don't smoke nor did anyone smoke in it! After reading others reviews come to find out this has happened to others! There is plenty of nicer hotels around there so AVOID THIS PLACE. Sounds like there is a dishonest and lazy Cleaning staff especially Priscilla Clark!

This hotel charged my business card 230 dollars saying I smoked in the room .. when I argued the fact they were 100 % 'wrong . The manager Yvette Clark said she will talk to the owners. The charged my company credit card and refuses to give me her bosses number. I do smoke but it is a gross smell so I NEVER stay in a smoking room. I drove for a living and when I smoke I PULL OVER instead of leaving nasty cigarette butts on the floor I use a cup or a bottle that I have in my truck. I stay in hotels everynight. I remove my cup or bottle at the end of each day. I throw it in the trash either on the way walking to my room (if there is a trash can located) or I throw it in the room trash . This hotel DUG THREW MY TRASH FOUND MY CUP AND ACCUSED ME OF SMOKING IN THE ROOM !! Dont you think other people next door would smell or in the hall way where all the doors face each other. On video shows me asking for a room down stairs and closes to a exit door so if I wanted to smoke it would be convenient for me I smoked 3 cigarettes that night outside. They refuse to Reimburse my company .. This is not fair to me . They did it so easily and nobody can help me make then unwrite their Wrong

I checked into this hotel mid week and had a nice quiet stay. The front desk clerk was very cordial and professional when I checked in. I stayed on the 3rd floor and it was quiet. Breakfast is the average breakfast of waffles, cereal, pastries, muffins, etc.. The room I stayed in was clean and the bed was relaxing and comforting. This is a nice hotel for business stay.

Loved this hotel and the comfortable updated rooms. The bathrooms and everything in the rooms has been completely redone. Love the handholds in the bathtubs and the amenities. Pool is also great! My only complaint is the breakfast. We got thier fifteen minutes or so before closing and everything had run out. All we could eat were biscuits and coffee and juice. They had cereal ...but no milk and waffle station but no waffle mix. Biscuits but no butter or jelly. This has to change!!
