Best Western Plus Chandler

I stay here now and then as I live in chandler when I walked in the building it just felt like management had changed. Front desk was not as nice as they use to be. My room was not as clean as usual the elevator was just nasty. Walls are dirty im staying one night but probably not the 2 I had planned for.

We have stayed here multiple times. It is very clean and the staff is very friendly. If traveling thru Chandler Tx this is a great option.

I'm a refugee from a house flood and Rohan and the entire management team have been nothing but kind and helpful. My room is delightfully clean as is the entire property. It's quiet and I feel safe. The bed is excellent. They have even welcomed my dog penny. I'll be here for several more days and they are making a bad experience (my house flooding) tolerable. This is the best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel that provides one. This morning I had an omelette with cheese, sausage, fresh fruit and the best crispy waffle I have ever had. The coffee is as good as Starbucks. As long as don't think about my flooded house, I feel like I'm on vacation.

For 4 days the carpet outside my room door was soaking wet. Every night I had problems with the internet and remote for the TV. Staff would come down and spend a long time trying to fix it. The last night of my stay they couldn't even get it fixed. A staff member told me that this is a regular occurrence. The breakfast was not very good. I ended up eating only yogurt. Would not recommend this hotel.

***Call before booking to find out whether or not the elevator works.*** Newer hotel that is poorly maintained - [ ] Outside Door to stair well does not shut (broken) - [ ] Room air conditioner does not cool the room. 77 degrees. (Front desk did not care.) - [ ] Elevator did not work. Maintained this would be a hidden gem of a hotel. Clean. Attractive common areas. Comfortable beds. Well set up rooms.

We had a nice stay, and breakfast was great each morning. However, housekeeping needs to be more on point about cleaning the rooms. When we checked in, I went to wash my hands in the bathroom sink, and facial hair was all over the sink. Also, there were stains on the bed cover.

This hotel is a great getaway if you are local as well as a great stay if you are traveling. The staff is always so friendly and helpful.

This is a fairly new hotel and has all the current amenities, including a huge TV. It was sparkling clean. One thing that it was quite hard to find. Our GPS led us astray into a dead-end on the other side of the road. Signage from the main road was limited. Once we found it, check-in was easy. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was above average for a hotel breakfast.

I love this Best Western! Always friendly staff and always clean. Also, checkout isn't until 12, which was very helpful this trip.

We rated this the best hotel on a 10 -hotel road trip. The hotel is set back from the road and is on the edge of the town. Our 3rd floor north facing room therefore was very quiet and had a semi-rural feel to it. Yet supermarket, gas station, eateries, all very close. Room was fine , built on the identikit BW+ plan , but everything worked as it should (unlike some hotels we could mention). Staff were uniformly friendly and efficient. The breakfast choice was the best on our entire road trip. A great example of the marketing maxim that there is a lot to be said for just simply doing the expected normal things well. Recommended.

There was nothing wrong with this booking. The location, the staff, the cleanliness. . .. everything was great. Especially the kind lady that was the breakfast room attendant. She was GREAT!

My family and I have stayed here on several occasions and each was just as outstanding as the other. The breakfast area was clean and food was nice and hot. We will stay here each time we are here visiting family.

We decided to pay a little more to stay closer to rhe family we were visiting in Chandler. The price was a little higher, but the hotel was very nice, clean, well maintained & GM was GREAT! The 24 hour coffee was a PLUS and the breakfast was adequate for what we needed. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean & well stocked.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast and beverage amenities were provided and delicious. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. I would recommend this location to anyone wanting a safe and perfect hotel experience.

We have been stating at this location ever since they opened.. It is a lovely hotel and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. When we walked into the breakfast area the attendant recognized us immediately. Love their new coffee machine too > Much quieter than in Tyler and will always stay here when in the area. Great for First Monday in Canton. A short drive and a pretty.

This jewel of Chandler, Texas is a great addition to the area. Service is excellent, rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful, and amenities were great! Highly recommended!

Elevator was out in November through my last stay in January. I would stay more except that one staff was not helpful, really off-putting. Not sure when they will fix the elevator - but walking up a couple of flights of stairs with no offer of help was not fun.

This was the best Best Western location I have ever been. Tabitha went above and beyond to make it a pleasant stay. This is a smoke free and extremely clean location with comfortable beds in a quiet location. Awesome breakfast and amenities! We are planning our next trip to this area.

I was in town for a family funeral, the hotel was very nice. The beds and pillows were comfortable, rooms very clean. But the front fest staff was absolutely fabulous, some of the very best that I've ever encountered!

Very bad breakfast half done meat bad management people smoking pot in parking lot .the management is the worse .when you go to front desk it's always a lady sitting out front smoking. You have to ring the bell multiple times to get help . Won't be back to this place unless they get better people to work there very poor management

I have had some bad breakfasts at hotels before, but never this bad. It was not only bad quality, but they were too cheap to put anything out for the guests to eat, not even coffee. The staff made every excuse possible for not providing food at all, more or less quality food. They were questioning us everytime we asked for something like more TP. The cards needed to be recoded every time we left our room or the hotel.

We rented the conference room to host a baby shower. It was perfect. The staff was more than accommodating, and several of our group stayed over 2 nights each in several rooms. Everything is in perfect condition, and the location was easily accessible.

You will enjoy your stay:-) The staff is wonderful. The hotel is so clean. The room was so new and comfortable. Great location. The breakfast was so delicious and the texas shaped waffles will put a smile on you . Great way to start the day. :-)

Very pleased with the convenient location and cleanliness of this hotel. Beds were very comfortable, black-out shades were appreciated, and staff were friendly. Also enjoyed the pool (except for the wasp nest). Would definitely stay here again!

I'm in a wheelchair and it's hard to find a hotel room that is truly accessible. This room was the most handicap friendly I have ever found. The bathroom was awesome. It had plenty of grab bars and a roll in shower. It was marvelous.

Tabitha and Heidi went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and went above and beyond to accommodate us we had a small intimate meeting planned, because of the advisory warning for snow-we were able to hold it in the breakfast area.

We had a great stay in Chandler's new Best Western. Everything was so clean and new. The beds so comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast delicious. Closes to may good restaurants, fast food, as well as, nice eat in restaurants. Very short distance to Tyler. We had a wonderful time.

Multiple handicapped rooms, but not all have hand rails in bathroom. Beds too tall. Doors too strong to open. Chair's unsafe. Handicapped room is the furthest away from the elevator. Door to handicapped parking is not handicap accessible.

We held our Chamber Board dinner in the meeting room this past week and spent the night afterwards. Everything was wonderful from the cleanliness of the room to the extremely comfortable bed to the breakfast the next morning. The manager, Tabatha went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed to set up for the dinner and the whole staff was friendly and courteous. The hotel is an asset to our Community and we will definitely be staying there again as well as recommending it to all of our Business members!

What a Lovely new Best Western !!!!! It is located off the main street in town and very quiet and yet close to many restaurants and only 10 minutes from Tyler, Texas . This will be our place to stay on First Monday in Canton too...Only 30 minutes away and worth the trip there. The staff was very accommodating and Peaches in the Breakfast area was very friendly and helpful with directions to Tyler.. Could not have asked for a better place to stay with my three girlfriends.

Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly and professional. We were in town for a baseball tournament and the hotel was a 5 minute drive to the park. Worked out perfectly for us. I would definitely stay again.

Had a wedding on the property. Guests were smoking pot in the restroom & set off smoke alarm at midnight No Security Police should have called to protect the security & safety of other guests Very Poor Management

We needed a hotel in Tyler and everything was booked so we found the Best Western in Chandler. What a hidden gem. Brand new, great location, large rooms and a very nice staff. We will stay here from now on when we visit our daughter at UT Tyler.

Brand new hotel. It's off the beaten path, so very quiet. Extremely clean. Breakfast was full with waffles, sausage and eggs, cereals, juices, boiled eggs and yogurt. The manager (lady with dark hair) came over to me during breakfast and asked if I slept ok, which I thought was very considerate. The only complaint I have is that the sheets were not as soft as I would like, but the towels were very nice and soft. I would definitely stay here again!

Decided on this hotel in Chandler instead of one in neighboring Tyler. Great new hotel. Located near all services that you'll likely need - gas station, fast food, restaurants, grocery store. We arrived very late (around 11pm). Check-in was a breeze. The lady managing the front desk in the night shift is awesome. She is very helpful. We chatted with her again at breakfast the next morning and it was a delight. Definitely one of the highlights of this hotel. No complaints about the room. Nicely appointed and of a decent size with 2 queen beds. There wasn't a bath rug in the room but it was easily rectified. Ice machines on every floor. Free self-service laundry is provided too - one washer and one dryer. Nice little business office corner. We used the printer to get some documents printed. I would definitely pick this hotel again if we are back in this area.
