Great location. TIPS: Three buildings. Request updated room in main building away from walking uphill outside for Full breakfast. Go early gets crowded. Sound proofed room. Very expensive pet surcharge.

Overall, a fantastic stay. Over the Labor Day weekend, so expected a lot of traffic. The location is fabulous, just be aware that during high times, busy times, it is very difficult to make a left turn from anywhere there isn't a traffic light. The hotel was clean, well kept, well lit, the amenities were great. There are two pools, two hot tubs, a fitness room, game room, a breakfast area where there is service and they keep things filled. The staff we encountered were on top of their game and so friendly. Todd, our front desk person, so accommodating, understanding and great with directions and instructions. Our concierge, Alicia, she was just phenomenal. Great suggestions, knew the location extremely well, made all of our arrangements, along with getting tickets/discounts to places. Never steered us wrong and knew the local area. If I had one complaint, it would be the air conditioner in the room. Overall, the room was cool, but to be fair, the weekend was very hot and the sun was on that side of the hotel almost all day. I feel the blower (fan speed, it was on high) maybe could have been better for the air to circulate throughout the entire room, but it was still very nice and clean. Would definitely return and stay there again.

Older hotel but well maintained. Room was very clean, breakfast was good. They had a staff member dish the hit portion of the breakfast for guests to prevent what happened to us at another hotel. At that hotel a guest cleaned out ALL the meat leaving none for other guests. This hotel dishes each guest their portion to prevent one bad actor from ruining a meal for everyone who follows. We greatly appreciated that effort to ensure every guest could have a decent breakfast.

The staff at best Western are always very nice, that was no exception here. The game room was out of service due to repairs and there was also construction going on in the parking lot, which woke us up earlier than we intended.. we had other issues, but the staff did their best to accommodate us.

This BW is be a hard “no” for me during prime vacation time simple because it's on the strip and you can't pull left out of it. Heck, getting out of here is hard enough just turning right. Room #110 had a buzzing noise from the air-conditioner that is very annoying!😡 Check-In and out was easy. Room came off clean. Nice big TV with good channel selection. Bed comfortable with many pillows. Hot shower water and great pressure that you can walk into😃 Typical BW breakfast.

The exterior is very well kept just appears dated, don't let that fool u. Our room was obviously renovated at some point recently, super clean & much larger than expected. Outdoor pool super small, but indoor pool was great! Good breakfast, amazing staff! And u can't beat the location, we walked most places and never spent more than 20 minutes in the car at our farthest destination. We will stay here again!

Best Western Center Pointe Inn in Branson MO is a great place to stay. The staff is very nice and helpful. Indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. Hot breakfast. Convenient to attractions and shopping. Reasonable rates. Highly recommend.

Great experience! Rooms are clean and comfortable. Many things to do within walking distance. Breakfast was busy, but got seated every day. The office staff was very helpful and responsive to every request. Good value for families.

This motel has many rooms. It has two pools. One out door and one indoor. It also has an indoor hot tub. Easy parking close to the doors and elevator. The Directors Suite is the Best room of all. It has a hot tub in it. Easy check in and on the 76 strip. Great served breakfast as well as many options to please. Great place to take kids.

We really like this hotel. It's an older motel, but the rooms have been redone, set back off the main 76, it's quiet and comfy. Amenities are good as well. Price is a bit high, but you pay for what you want. Atmosphere is subjective. There is a main hotel and a detached motel. Not a big deal for us at all. They are clean and comfortable beds. I particularly like the walk-in showers! The staff is friendly & professional. Noise is not a problem. Location is OK, but never had a problem getting in or out. We love the fact that we are next to Hero's Restaurant & Titanic Museum!

This was a perfect place for us to stay during our visit to Branson. The name is very appropriate because it is right in the middle of just about everything that we were interested in. The staff members were all very accommodating and friendly. The concierge was a great help choosing shows and getting our tickets. The rooms seemed to be recently renovated and the breakfast offered many different items. We would definitely stay here again!

This budget hotel was A+. It had a prime location. The low price did not equal low quality. Our room was updated and very clean. Our bed was comfortable, the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. We used the pool and hot tub. Highly recommended.

Great motel. We stopped in Branson for a couple of days. This motel is located on the strip, right in the middle of everything. We stayed in a room with 3 beds, which was perfect for our group. Rooms look to be recently renovated. They were clean. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good! Will stay again!

We traveled in February and enjoyed our stay. The pool was warm and hot tub was great. Games in arcade were .50 and fun. We liked that everything was open until midnight so there was plenty of time to enjoy. Breakfast was good, hot food was served for you. We also brought our dogs and they were treated to milk bones and a bandana upon arrival. This was a great hotel and we will definitely be back.

The staff was really nice but the room was just average. The bathroom didnt seem to have a light. Thank you for your time..

The room was ready and clean when I arrived. The atmosphere and location were perfect for what we needed. It was a great value for the price and had all the amenities we needed. the noise level was quiet during my stay which was perfect. When I needed extra time to check out, they were able to accommodate us and exceeded my expectations.

This hotel is over the top in cleanliness and friendliness. We always stay here when we come to Branson. The breakfast is always served with good wholesome food. We feel safe and comfortable here.

My family returned home yesterday after a 3 day stay. Second year we have stayed here. Staff all very courteous and helpful. Housekeeping and breakfast staff excellent. Rooms very nice, Bed great, Weather for 2 days was 70's,. Will be back next year to experience Christmas at SDC

Met friends there we had an awesome time. Rooms were clean and well stocked. The room cleaners did a great job every morning.

This is long winded, sorry but want everyone to know the details. Bad stay from the time we checked in. First off we checked in the gentleman who checked us in gave us room 243, he even drew a map on where to go in at what building and directions on the map to the room. We drove around to the building and got to the room. The key worked to get us in the building but not the room. So my wife walked back up to the lobby and told them what was going on another guy and girl were also there. The guy who checked us in asked her if she knew her numbers and insinuated that she was stupid, then he made a quip about perhaps he had dyslexia. So the room key worked only to find that when we were walking into the room it was already taken with people's luggage, clothes laying out and unmade beds, so we backed out of the room. We could have been shot or something if the people were in there. Or perhaps we could have been not so honest people and stole their stuff. So, my wife walked back up there and told them what we had found. The same guy then joked again that his dyslexia was acting up and the girl then asked my name and info she said we were in room 234, they said the next building over. So, we took our luggage to the next building over and there was no room 234. This time we wised up and called the office ( we are no spring chickens to be lugging luggage everywhere!) So, the other gentleman asked where we were and we told him, he came and got us and said no the room is 2 more buildings over. Now mind you counting the lobby they have 6 buildings. We have already been to 3 buildings lugging luggage. So, the gentleman said he would take our luggage over to the room for us. We said ok. While walking to the 2 buildings over we had to go up and down stairs, my wife fell up the stairs (we both have bad knees). The gentleman was looking for us. He said the room is up these stairs and my wife said she is not doing anymore stairs. So, he said he would see if he could get us a room on the ground level. Which he did. We had no idea where our luggage was for about 45 mins, cause he said he would go back and get it. Then he finally got to our room with the luggage, he listened to us blow off our steam and we showed him the map the first guy had drawn with the room number 243 circled and how to get to it, just to show he was wrong. They said they were sorry,he came back about 20 minutes later with a certificate for a free night( usable on any next stay) and $20.00 off our stay. We were still angry and upset. Then we were gone the next day shopping and when we came back we couldn't get our room door open, my wife finally gave it a good shove and it opened and a card fell out the door, thanking us for our stay, Why are you thanking us? You should be apologizing. I told the one gentleman that we were going to call BW corporate and complain tell them about our horrible experience. Corporate called the owner and told them they need to respond to us. The owner emailed me and said he thought the problem was settled. NO it was not so he them agreed to refund the full amount of the stay and that the gentleman who accused us of being stupid and not knowing our numbers was fired. I hate seeing anyone lose their job but this i felt was called for. I am sure that the people in room 243 would be just as livid if they knew 2 strangers were let into their room while they were out enjoying themselves, anyone would be!! Also outside of my complaint every time we came back to the room their was someone outside complaining that their room keys quit working and it is a huge hill you have to climb to get to the lobby. We never even ate the free breakfast because of the huge hill you had to go up, if we had to get in the car and drive up the hill we would go somewhere decent to eat, not a hotel breakfast! Hopefully the owner gets better help!!!

I made an online reservation for a pet friendly suite. Upon arrival, I was told the suites weren't pet friendly. They were willing to make an exception, but the pet would need to be in a kennel at all times. We didn't bring a kennel because we weren't expecting that. So, we were moved to a pet friendly room with 2 twin beds. It was very small and sleeping was terrible. We had 2 adults, a teenager and a dog. I also ended up having to pay another $40 on top of it all. I thought it would at least be cheaper since moving from a suite to 2 full beds, but it wasn't. The staff was friendly and tried to be accommodating but I feel like I lost out on this one.

Great stay. Great breakfast. Clean. I don't like outside door rooms but parking right outside the door in a safe place was awesome. Friendly breakfast staff that served us was from Jamaica and we had fun with her.

Very noisy but a good location. They had a great breakfast. There were LOTS of rooms here. It is just an old hotel that was renovated, kind of. Nice staff. A server gives you the eggs and sausage. Very germ free!!

Here's the good, bad and ugly. Like many establishments up and down the strip in Branson, this is a motel - not a hotel. All rooms open to the great outdoors. The staff was courteous, the rooms clean, breakfast was average and the pools were wet. The location is the western end of the strip, so a longer drive to the Landing but still close to many of the theatres. Don't sleep on using Gretna Road to bypass the 76 strip traffic especially when heading to the Branson Landing or back to Hwy 65. ‘Heroes' restaurant shares the same parking lot and had standard bar food. The most disappointing part of this motel stay was the room smell. The fan coil unit used for air conditioning contains mold. Some people use the words ‘musty' or ‘mildew' to describe the smell but the truth is - mold. There's no way that the owners, managers, maintenance, or custodial staff could mistake this serious problem. I can only assume they just choose to ignore it. Mold abatement and regular cleaning of the mini-splits is the only cure. My experience has been that if you find this problem in one room, you'll find it in many rooms.

Room had a terrible odor pulled back bed sheets long hair woven into my sheets which if I can see just by pulling back sheets whoever made the bed should have seen it it was disgusting the whole room felt dirty stayed outside most of the evening just because the room was horrible breakfast was just as bad and the Maze to get to the breakfast you have to go through the inside pool area then when I'm checking out they were waiting for me because of my Google review but they did nothing to satisfy the issue they just called me out on it run run as fast as you can I would never stay here again

The rooms were very Clean and well stocked! We were very happy with the night we stayed there! It was close to several places to walk to!

Updated rooms since our last stay. Check in area and dining area is always clean and well kept. The people at the front desk and the breakfast area are always welcoming. Lots of traffic, BUT perfect if seeing any show at Clay Cooper Theatre. We were able to walk to the 2pm show we were seeing.

The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable, we loved that the pool hours were open tell midnight, and that there were two pools, so that they weren't so crowded. They had a good breakfast choice, this hotel was in a great location, and we were able to walk to a lot of the places we wanted to see. We had our grandkids and it was very kid friendly.

We stayed 4 nights the price was really affordable!! The staff was really awesome! Pools were clean and they had indoor and outdoor. Breakfast was yummy for hotel food and they had a pretty good amount they never ran out. The concierge.in the gift shop was amazing she helped me plan my whole trip and got the best deals!! We had a complete packed week of entertainment and fun!! Some of the best shows!! We did so much in the 4 days we had there her help made it so less stressful!!!

Reasonable rates for a clean room at the center of all major attractions. Clean towels are provided each day and complete room cleaning done when scheduled. The staff goes above and beyond to be helpful with advice on things to do. No regret.

This hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to several attractions. The breakfast was above average hotel food and it was different each day. It was served by the staff, which was nice. Had a couple of issues but housekeeping took care of them. Will stay there again.

Mixed a business trip with pleasure. Kids on spring break so needed to do something with them on their time off from school. Good facility maintained well and updated rooms. Great staff. Nice place to stay right in the middle of the strip. Many things to do in walking distance.

The room needed some work. The paint around the window was coming off. The room hadn't been dusted recently. The towel bar by the sink fell off if you touched it. The hand bar in the shower fell out if touched. The pool area was dirty, and the hot tub had black grease like substance all the way around the top of the tiles inside. There were also no towels, and the front desk couldn't get any. I also tried using the business center, but the computers were not working.

Conveniently located and very clean, with a decent breakfast and friendly staff. We extended our stay, which we booked on Priceline, and were able to negotiate a rate with the front desk for additional nights. We'd stay there again and plan to do so.

This was not a good experience at all. The room was fairly clean except pubic hair in the shower. The shower bar was rusted and kept falling out, the hardware for sinks and shower are very dated and somewhat difficult to turn on, the toilet sits so low to the ground that unless you are of mini stature your going to have a climb to get up off of it. I saw a baby cockroach crawl out from under the soda machine on the second floor, the pool was not very clean, the food for breakfast was not very good at all. It was just not. The beds are extremely uncomfortable if you have any kind of physical issues like back, legs, being human ECT.... No blankets on the beds only sheets and it's still February when we went. Just not worth the money at all. Save your money and go somewhere cleaner and more comfortable.

The staff at this hotel is absolutely amazing. Kind, caring, informative. They can answer any question you can throw at them, will give you maps and information on any local establishment, etc. The rooms are a bit dated, but they are in the process of updating them now. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast is very well done with hot and cold items and very plentiful, coffee available all day, and the pool/hot tub area is wonderful. The location, being right on the strip, is wonderful. Not noisy at all and there are many things within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

We go to Branson at least 3 times a year, and since we brought my parents this time, they wanted to stay somewhere close to the Clay Cooper Theatre, so I chose this Best Western. Absolutely a horrible experience. We are Platinum members and all they offered were 2 water bottles, and didn't even ask if we wanted points. The rooms were gross, and the pictures prove it. Their breakfast was thrown together as eggs, tater tots, and cheese. This Best Western should not have the brand, and we will be contacting the corporate office because when I told the lady who I turned the keys in how disgusting the rooms were, she didn't care, and I am sure this wasn't the first time she has heard of it. I also asked to speak with a manager but there was no on available. One nice thing was the gentleman who checked us in last night (we stayed for only night, November 29th), and he was helpful explaining the layout of the property.

One of the better Best Westerns that they have, staff is warm and welcoming. Breakfast bar has good options, and staff helps you with what you need, rooms are very clean and roomy. I usually stay here when in Branson and have enjoyed each time. Good walking distance to some attractions and eating places

We just returned from a weekend stay. The hotel was very nice. Cleanliness was a 10 plus. Breakfast was good. If we weren't tired from Silver Dollar City we would of used the hot tub. All staff were friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Would return on my next visit. Great location!

Excellent concierge service for helping get show tickets. Suite had plenty of room for a family of 4. Location was great for seeing all the attractions of the Branson area several within walking distance. Breakfast was kinda of basic but can't complain for free. Pool was nice.

My husband and I made reservations through "Branson Shows". I am in a wheelchair and needed a wheelchair accessible room. The room we got was not accessible. When we spoke with the hotel clerk about the fact that what we booked and paid for was not handicapped accessible, she stated that they had only two accessible rooms and they were already booked. She offered not refund or discount. So, if you require the use of an accessible room, don't go here.

The carpet was disgustingly nasty! The room smelt horrible. I had to spray air freshener every time I was in there we tried to stay away as long as we could and just sleep there I won't be coming back. I do not recommend this place at all. It needs a total remodel.

The rooms were clean..the breakfast was fresh with a big selection..the pool was amazing..the staff were courteous and accommodating as we had one member in a wheelchair and there was not an accessible room so equipment was provided that helped out

The room was a great size even with an extra roll away bed that we rented. Beds super comfortable. Very clean over all. My only complaint was the refrigerator was freezing all of my fruit and veggies. I tried to turn it down, but it didn't help. I told the clerk at the desk when we checked out. Will stay again.

The bed mattress seems old & slightly craters in the middle, but it was very comfortable. Area was quiet as well. This place is convenient to all the attractions. In spite of that, there wasn't much noise because we were in the back of the lot. Will return!

Bed was ok . The breakfast was good. Had ants in the bathroom. They did spray but didn't help much. Room services was great. Needs updated. Needs to make the breakfast area easier to get to for wheelchair users. Front desk was very helpful when we had to leave a day earlier than plan.

I have stayed at this hotel in the past and it was ok, but they have let it go. First room had cake crumbs on the floor and had a peculiar odor. Second room was ok and that night I found a rotten banana peel in the dresser drawer. But the worst part, and this may not apply to you, the EV chargers were out of service. Only one worked and of course, someone else was plugged in. Then I bought two tickets at their gift shop for a show. When I got to the show I only had a voucher that I had to wait in line to get a tickets, and of course, it was the worst seats in the house. To add salt tot he wound, the charged me $7.50 for ticketing when I could have just waited in the same line and bought the tickets cheaper and had the same seats. There are so many tricks at Branson you have to be very alert to not lose money. I think kids would like all the activities but as for me, not again. With that said, I thought I got my moneys worth only at the Branson Belle.

Very convenient location! The beds were super cozy and rooms were clean. The pool being open late is an amazing way to end a hectic night and was a great surprise! Absolutely no complaints! Will definitely stay again! I recommend peeping the shop across the street! Lots of goodies!

Great location in the middle of all the action! Nice room with modern shower/bathroom amenities that all functioned as designed. Clean, Large parking lot to accommodate whatever you drive. Three parking spots reserved near the check-in facility to power up your e-vehicle, weather it be Tesla or something else.

I would recommend this property, friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. I would return to this property without hesitation. With it being centrally located in the heart of Branson, Missouri I not only felt safe and secure at this property, but also enjoyed the easy and convenient access to all the amazing shows and sites of the area

Newly remodeled room was very nice. Exceptionally clean room which was nice to see. We were disappointed with the breakfast as there were few gluten free options. The location is great as the Clay Cooper Theater is across the street. Several restaurants are within walking distance.

On three night at the Best Western Centre Point were a great base camp for a busy schedule of seven shows in Branson. The room was good with good A/C and four good pillows. The breakfast was excellent with cereal milk eggs scrambled and boiled along with sausage and yogurt plus more.

ANTS! I have stayed at many Best Westerns and this is the worst ever! Room felt old and tired. There was an opening in exterior door that you could see daylight thru. The phone message button was flashing when we walked in and never stopped. Had to put a towel over it at night. Then there was the ant problem. Lots of ants in the bathroom and found some on table near the window. Did not see them until we returned from dinner on our first night. Saw on a couple other reviews this is an ongoing issue. The indoor pool was ice cold. I should have asked for a refund and looked elsewhere for a room. Thankfully we were only there 2 nights. The only good things were the location right on 76 and the breakfast was pretty good.

The room smelled very moldy and there were ants crawling on us in the bed. Went and told the office manager and he said thank you for letting us know, no change of rooms, nothing. I will not stay at this location again. Not recommended. Do not stay here.

I could write a review , but would rather write a thank you !!! The motel was what you would expect from Best Western , we travel a good bit and Best Western is one of the few motels that I can name that have never disappointed,the room was clean, and breakfast was great every morning with a different menu each day !! Lots of choices and staff was very friendly . But what stands out the most was after a slight mixed up and misunderstanding in some tickets purchases ( they have a ticket office right at motel and you can get any ticket you need without the trouble of going anywhere !) Kirk the manager went above and beyond to make a wonderful vacation stay a wonderful vacation with absolutely 0 complaints!!! Big ups to Kirk and the entire staff!! Thanks again and see ya next time!!!!

If I could give this a negative star then it would get 5. Do NOT stay here. Pictures and previous reviews very misleading. Worst beds ever. Not just uncomfortable but detrimental. I woke every morning and could not move. Heck, one morning I thought I was actually paralyzed. They were old, lumpy, springs broke down, and the pillows were the worst ever. They were cheap and lumpy, too, like the ones from Walmart. It was actually more comfy using a rolled up towel than their pillows. Also, after checking online, we could have moved to the Hilton down the road for a little cheaper. If we wouldn't have been close to the end of our stay then I would have asked for a refund and left. This is like those old school motels and is by far a hotel. It reminds me of the cheap rooms we used to rent as teenagers to have a place to party in high school. I guess they are so expensive due to the location. The breakfast was good and was the best thing about this place, but it was so packed in that small room every am that we only ate there once. There were ppl literally standing up eating due to limited space. I can promise that it did not outweigh how poor the beds were. Best Western…: it's time to invest in new mattresses! You have killed my back, and I need to know where to send the chiropractor bill?!?

The location was great! We walked to two shows, to restaurants, we were close to: Beyond the Lenz, Wax museum, miniature golf, Ozark shopping barn, dominos pizza, and many others depending on how far you can walk — lots of things within 1/2 a mile or less. Some of the hotel has been renovated and we got ones of the renovated rooms which was so clean and beautiful. Hot breakfast with eggs, biscuits and gravy, ham, waffles, etc.

Staff at the front desk and breakfast area was nice and attentive. Beds were super comfortable. Basic amenities. Outdoor (small) and indoor pool available. Close to a lot of things to do in Branson.

Pros- Staff is very friendly, pools and hot tub were great, standard room, proximity to everything was perfect. Cons - We had a major ant problem in both rooms we had. Rooms open to the outside thus allowing the cigarette smell into the rooms, unfortunately. Hot breakfast & fresh food is limited and served to you (dining area is super small).

It was a great experience all the way around! We were greeted and given our perk rewards. The room was clean and smelled clean. The breakfast buffet was great and had a large variety. The people serving breakfast were so welcoming and friendly. The internet service was great. Check-in and check out was easy and hassle free. The value for our stay was great!

We stayed in the building with all indoor hallways. The rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was great, extra bathroom sink located outside the shower/sink/toilet area was appreciated! The location is close to restaurants and activities, just a short distance to Silver Dollar City.

Beds were clean. Plenty of pillows. It was spotless! We took our family and had adjoining rooms. Staff was friendly and kind. We stayed in the main part of the hotel but there were outside rooms as I'm sure this was built on later. There are a lot of stairs and walking as it's a large facility. Indoor and outdoor pool were always busy. Pool areas clean. Breakfast had good options and was clean. Breakfast was always busy with a lot of guest. It is located central to the 76 strip and we walked to dinner, walked to the attractions easily!! It's in the center of everything.. Heroes family restaurant is next door and it was good food. Titanic next door. Perfect family stay. Hotel had great staff! We would stay here again!

We booked third party, and had no idea the rooms were from an outdoor entrance, didn't love that. We were lucky enough to be assigned a room directly under the stairs, so peace and quiet was not a problem we had to contend with, the pitter patter of little feet was a constant companion. Once time to shower, we were able to practice our juggling skills as there is nowhere other than the floor to set the soap, shampoo, etc. The breakfast really was amazing, so that's something I guess

Was refused my receipt at departure. AM manager insisted multiple times that I booked through agency other than Best Western so he could NOT give me a receipt. At time I made reservation an odd charge for Refund Protection Plan was highly recommended (as Branson) and I could rescind its purchase as long as it was before the expected 48-hour cancellation policy hotels give you. This $29.44 RPP cost plus full charges for room and "tax recovery & fees" was charged to my credit card on the date I reserved the room. This was $124.99/night and $48.20/night Tax & Fees PLUS the Refund Protection at $29.44 and 18 days prior to my arrival.

The front desk staff was pleasant. Access in/out with ADA needs was easy. We didn't swim, but we stepped into the pool area and it looked clean and inviting. Our main complaint was the invasion of sugar ants in our room. They got in my daughter's purse and bags and she had them crawling on her in the car on the drive back home. We only stayed overnight. We reported it at checkout the next morning.

This hotel is the only one that I have ever been to, but it's awesome. It has an indoor pool, game room, free breakfast every morning, a microwave and mini fridge in the room. Anything that someone traveling could ever want. Plus, it's surrounded by tons of attractions.

Location of this motel is perfect for us, we parked the car, went swimming, and a soak in the hot tub. They needed that 21 taps and more which is right in the parking lot. Then we walked the strip and saw the anthem of rocks show which we purchase tickets at the gift shop by the front desk. Just loved being so close to everything!

We enjoyed our stay here. Right in the middle of the action. Staff from check in to check out were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, large. We were on the 1st floor. Pretty much walked everywhere. We used the indoor and outdoor pools. They were nice but definitely in need of some repairs and good scrubbing around the tiles. Breakfast was great. I would recommend and stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful so that was a positive. The indoor and outdoor pool options were nice and the breakfast was decent. The bathroom floor was dirty. Worst of all is the poor ventilation in this hotel. There are no bathroom fans so all of the humidity from the showers lingers in the room and everything feels perpetually damp.

This is an older hotel but clean, spacious room, and the beds were comfortable. The staff was pleasant and check-in was fast and easy. Didn't use heated pool and hot tub but they looked very inviting. Good location near many attractions. Would stay again.

Great location for walking to things close by. Staff was great! The smoke detector started going off in the middle of the night and they were so helpful and made it right and they made it right with free tickets to a show.

This hotel is very clean and the staff are efficient. We were greeted with kindness and thanked for staying. Our handicap accessible room was perfect, no stairs, huge bathroom and handrails. It was the cleanest bathroom we have had in a long time.

I had never tried this hotel all my years coming to Branson, but I made the right choice. Beautiful, modern, clean rooms. Staff was very nice. No problems!

The facility was clean and quiet. Housekeeping changes towels and empties trash on a daily basis. Any maintenance issues are immediately addressed. Breakfast experience was the best we've had in all our years of travel. Great central location!

We have stayed here on quite a few trips to Branson. However,this has far been our worst experience. The WiFi and internet connection in this room in basically non-existent. I have taken iPads down to customer service lobby four times. I have been treated like I am the one doing it wrong....but these photos speak for to themselves. I am not sure why no one help us.

Not luxury of course but everything we needed! My husband and I and our 2 kids stayed in a double room. It was clean, had fridge and microwave, comfortable enough, kids loved the pool and hot tub area, though so did everyone else, it was packed! Breakfast was ok. Right in the middle of the strips so close to everything. I would definitely stay here again. Lady at the front desk was very kind at check in.

Overall we had a good time. The staff made the difference and really boosted our overall experience. We had a very hard time getting in the buildings and room with our keys. Need to update/remodel to a different style. Holding luggage and trying to control little children is so frustrating standing at the door swiping it over and over again! Twice we had to actually have somebody from inside the hotel open the door to outside, letting us in! The style of the hotel was more motel style, which was fine and the rooms were OK. Plenty of lighting, the A/C worked good had all the amenities we needed such as a mini fridge and microwave. The tv was a little small and outdated, and our shower didn't have a conditioner but two shampoo bottles and a body wash. For the price we paid we did expect a little better.

Terrible stay!toddlers in hot tub! Allow a pool noodle that people would slam on water that was abrupt and disruptive to all in area.When I nicely ask a 16 yr old girl not to do that she went and told her drunk dad who got into pool to continuously slam noodle making terribly loud noises!Allowed non Disabled people to park in handicapped parking,When we informed front desk of these issues he just told us nothing I can do that's just how people are these days.Told us he couldn't call police due to a 500$ charge hotel would have to pay for every time they come out.Told us that police couldn't anyways about the illegal parking because it's private property.I paid $315 to be scared to stay there and didn't go to breakfast in fear of that crazy dad!

Friendly staff, perfect location, very clean and comfortable rooms. We plan on staying again. Restaurants near are amazing as well. Probably one of my favorite places I've stayed in Branson the many years I've been coming. TV, wifi, microwaves in rooms if you're on a budget. Plus if you're an early bird they have a full breakfast. The pool opens early and closes late so if your wanting to take a dip after a night on the town they are open till midnight.

We stayed for 4 days. The breakfast crew were very friendly and helpful. The selection of food was good We were disappointed that the hot tub and the ice machine closest to our room weren't working. The location was good. I would recommend asking for a room in the main building, so you don't have to go outside to go to the pool.

What a pleasant surprise to come to such a charming, clean, friendly motel. I was on a tight budget and was looking for the best bang for my buck. All the other motels that were cheaper had reviews that definitely scared me off but Best Western Center Pointe Inn had excellent reviews but low stars and I didn't understand it.

This is THE place to stay in Branson, MO. The hotel has a friendly staff and is close to almost EVERYTHING. The beds are comfortable and the indoor pool is very inviting. They have a full-service ticket agent to help you with show and attraction tickets.

Family spent one night on a two day trip to Branson to enjoy Silver Dollar City's Christmas. Reception was friendly, rooms were clean and in working order and breakfast was excellent. No issue in using points for stay

Great hotel in a great place. This was our second stay at this hotel. It's an older hotel, but very well maintained and clean. We would stay here again. The breakfast area is a bit small and the selection of food was somewhat limited. That said, the hot food was cooked on site, but served by a kitchen staff.

Room was nice and clean, internet worked great, pool was very nice, breakfast was excellent. Not the most comfortable beds but not the worst. The shower was excellent! Will definitely return again!!!!!

The hotel is a little dated inside, however it is very well maintained and our rooms were spotless. The tub was huge, and the bathrooms had heating lights which I loved. The indoor pool and hot tub were both working, clean and family friendly. All staff were so kind. We will definitely be back.

We stay here everytime we come to branson and it never let's us down. Myself and my family have been staying here for years when we come to town, the service and breakfast are always outstanding, couldn't be happier.

Our stay was very nice. The room was very big and comfortable. We were within walking distance of several attractions in Branson. The hotel has and indoor pool, we didn't use it but it was very inviting. The breakfast was very good, hot and lot of choices, not just a cold muffin.

We stay at Best Western Centre Pointe Inn every time we go to Branson. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, microwave and fridge. Lovely pool area. Great location on the strip, right across the street from the Clay Cooper theatre

upon check-in not only was the desk cierk smiling and friendly i was given a card and pin recognizing my military service. wonderful. there was even a smiling concierge .our room was next to the indoor pool which was great. breakfast was good. should we return to branson we would undoughtily stay at the BW center pointe inn

Friendly and clean. Staff always there to help. Breakfast was very good and hot. Only 1 choice of meat, ham 1 day ,sausage next day. Etc. plenty of parking. Maintenance man on site all day very friendly thought are AC was broke ,he was right there to turn it on.

Hotel downsized my room and blamed booking.com and told me to take it up with them. Jacuzzi had a brown film as if someone had through up and left it. The hotel has not been upgraded in a very long time and is definitely not worth staying in.

I do not understand why so many positive reviews. This place is one of the worst I have ever stayed at. Looks nothing like the pictures. It's old and run down. Rooms are incredibly small and worn out. It's reasonably clean but tired and dated . There are so many better options at the same price point. No housekeeping. Poor breakfast selection.

Wonderful motel, they don't have full housecleaning but they do bring new towels daily and have an excellent breakfast. The only complaint is Ken at the front desk. He was very condescending. We needed a new room card a couple times over and he made it seem like we where asking him to give us his right arm.

This place has the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Way better than my bed at home. We didn't even want to get out of bed. I also love the fact that we were directly on The strip and around so many attractions. We left the car parked and just walked.

My wife and I stayed two nights with our son (5 months old). We booked the room ("Director's Suite") with the jacuzzi tub. It was fantastic. Well worth the extra expense. The hotel is well within walking distance to a lot of great attractions, including the aquarium (our main intention for the visit). Both the indoor pool and outdoor pool are a great plus for this hotel. The breakfast was also pretty sweet and well organized. My wife and I have stayed at a lot of hotels over the years, from LA to Chicago, and we can honestly say this is one of the best places we've stayed. For the price paid, you get A LOT of goodies. Super clean. Super spacious. Super location. We highly recommend.

We have stayed here multiple times because of the convenience to restaurants and activities. This visit was disappointing. We had two rooms for two nights. The rooms were not clean. A coffee pod was left in one coffee maker. There were gummy bears behind the bed, which we found while looking for plug ins. There were snack wrappers behind the TV stand in one room, which we found while trying to get it to work. We had issues with both TVs. None of our keys worked on the second day. I believe the front desk only set them for one day. Maintenance had to get involved to get one door working again. The breakfast staff is great and they have several good options daily. The seating area is too small for multiple bus loads of people, though. Rooms were not cleaned daily. We were told our trash would be dumped and new towels would be delivered. The cleaning crew for our floor called in sick, so another crew had to come after they had finished their own floor. That was sometime after 2:30 when we left to get to our show. On our last day, the cleaning crew knocked on the door around 8:30! No consistency. This makes me sad as we've stayed here many times and recommended the place to others.

The hotel is located in a very good area, my family like the location it is a very nice area. We are already making our plans for next year and we are planning for a week to stay the next time. We are looking forward to seeing more attractions next year.

The room was ok for a suite. The hyda bed mattress was gross and falling apart. They comped us with a roll away bed. Overall hotel needs a good clean and update. Next time I will do a little more research before booking.

This was a stay we booked about a week before we stayed. This Best Western seemed to be located where it would be easily accessible along the strip. The room did not disappoint. The room had a mini fridge which was great to store and keep our items cold during our stay. The microwave was also useable and functional. The issues we did have were minor and related to cleaning. There were noticeable cobwebs along the lampshades. The phone also flashed red all the time for a message left for a prior occupant at sometime. The breakfast provided was great and everyone liked the variety. The breakfast room always seemed busy each morning. There was one morning that it appeared they had ran out of a certain menu item and then changed the board to reflect it during service. The staff did a great job cleaning and keeping food out during breakfast. We did have to ask for more towels since our room was not being serviced due to our short stay. We made several attempts to call the front desk and no one answered, and finally we did make contact and they came to bring the towels. The wife offered the dirty towels as she read that they would request them to be exchanged, but the person who brought them acted like it was not necessary.

This was a motel advertised and priced like a hotel. So many problems. The shower head in our first room leaked making it uncomfortable to shower. The air conditioner in the room we were moved to kept us up all night. The clanking was insidious. The freezer on the fridge was frozen shut, which we didn't know before buying ice cream. The beverage vending machine only had come, root beer, sprite, Dr Pepper, and water. No snacks. The beds were supposed to be queen sized but were full sized. The bed skirts didn't even fit the beds, so you had to look at box springs. The beds themselves were not very comfortable. The sheet and blanket were extremely thin. No comforter! The breakfast was terrible, portion controlled, and weren't many options. The pictures are very deceiving. They make the room look pretty modern and big. They are very small. We felt on top of each other. The decor was very old. The indoor pool was big, but no ventilation. It was hotter inside than outside. The outdoor pool is smaller, but everyone swimming was courteous of others. Good location.

Make sure you set your in room temperature as low as possible before you leave. The hallways seem to not be air conditioned and are extremely hot during the summer. The bathtubs are taller than your average step and could pose some difficulty with elder members of your party. Beds were okay although the pillows were small and hard.

Motel is in a great location in the theatre district. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Pools looked very fun, lot of kids in there, and open til midnight. Rooms and parking easily accessible. Front desk and breakfast staff great. Not a lot of selection for breakfast but it is free. Would stay again, had a great stay!

2 pools. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. My family had a great time. All the shows and the mall were right there. The only difficulty was getting back on to the 76. But that's not their fault. Just heavy traffic.

Our room was reasonably clean, but there was a lot of activity (noisy guests), the pool was too crowded to use, the breakfast area was very crowded as well. The parking lot was very full and we couldn't park in front of our room. I think this motel would rate better during a less busy season, but is super busy in summer.

The rooms smell musty. I never once saw anybody checking the pool for cleanliness and they refilled the hot tub with the hose and never checked chemicals in it. The free breakfast was good and the rooms where clean. Staff we encountered were nice.

Checked into this Best Western expecting my room to be very nice for what I paid . I was traveling by myself just to meet friends who were passing through town . After I got to my room I opened the window to find a tremendous amount of dust along the metal work . There also was a lot of dust on top of the microwave which looked like it hadn't seen a duster in weeks or months . I pulled the sheets back in my bed to find hair which I then proceeded to clean up . The bathroom also had a flickering light above the mirror which was terribly annoying . I left very early the next morning because I didn't feel like looking at the breakfast location . For what I paid this was unacceptable. I'm a platinum member so next time I'll try the other Best Western in Branson . Hopefully it will be up to typical Best Western standards .

Our stay was very frustrating we had to keep calling the front desk to come an fix our toilet not sure if our room has always had issues with the bathroom but it was very frustrating to keep calling about fixing it

Great stay! We stayed here for 2 nights and were glad we did. The rooms were clean and the AC worked so well. It was very convenient to everything we wanted to do. Room 126 is huge and could accommodate at least 6 people. It's an older looking hotel but the rooms are not older looking. We would stay here again. Breakfast is typical but has hot food daily.

We loved that they had an indoor and outdoor pool. The rooms were nice. Front desk employees were really helpful on booking things to do. We were able to walk to see several different attractions in the area. There are plenty of restaurants in the area to go to.

Great room , great breakfast and great location. Who could ask for more. The pools and hot tubs was very nice and stayed open till midnight. It is an older property but well kept up and my only complaint was the tv remote didn't work. So minor I didn't even report it.

Wanted to take a last minute trip with the family to Branson and reserved 2 adjoining rooms at this hotel a few weeks prior. We were excited given the good reviews here on Trip Advisor. We ended up cutting our trip short by a day...mainly because the hotel wasn't the best. The rooms were older and not terribly up to date. After checking in, we found one of the toilets were broken and had to be fixed. Maintenance did come and resolve the issue quickly. The handle bar in the shower was also broken. Overall, we felt like the rooms were just ok and nothing to write home about. The breakfast was good, but the eating area is entirely too small. There were so many people there in the morning, the staff could hardly keep up and there just weren't enough tables to accommodate everyone. Food was good, but the space was disappointing at best. Finally, there was a group of children (church group I think) staying at the hotel at the same time we were there. They were incredibly loud and obnoxious. They were up screaming and running around at all hours of the night. I heard several other guests screaming at them to hold it down...but it didn't help. I was disappointed that the hotel management didn't do more to quiet them down. Overall, our stay was just ok. I will say that the staff was very nice and accommodating, which is good. It wasn't the worst experience of my life...but certainly not the best. I likely wouldn't stay here again.

Our trip was with a senior citizens group. The hotel/ hotel staff was very accommodating. The rooms were clean, nice, and everything worked as it should. I will be staying here again. I wanted to extend my stay and the hotel was very easy to work with to make it all happen without incident.

Location is good if you want to be within walking distance of a number of museums, etc. The motel is tucked back off of the street, so there is no view worth mentioning. Only towel service for our stay. We were okay with that, but others may prefer full service. Breakfast was standard eggs/sausage. Room was clean. A little bit worn out in spots. Typical bathroom wear issues.

Not only is this hotel so convenient, it is clean and quiet and has free EV charging. The breakfast is outstanding and the service is grand. You can walk across the street to a show or eat at several nearby restaurants. It is on the strip so entertainment is close by.

The staff at the Centre Point Best Western were exceptionally kind and helpful to our senior group, providing service above and beyond what one would expect. The way they treat guests is definitely the edge this hotel has over others in Branson.

Our tour group stayed at the Center Pointe Inn. The staff went out of their way to help our group in amazing ways. There are lots of places to stay in Branson, but if you want a caring and extra mile staff that wants you to enjoy your trip, stay at this Best Western.

The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, front desk, cleaning people and breakfast staff! We stayed for seven days and this was consistent. We were also assisted with recommendations to shows around Branson and with purchasing tickets on site.

Nice clean hotel. On the strip in Branson. It's great for families. We booked a dirty hotel and called at the last minute they were very accommodating and nice to us. The room was clean. Grandkids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The food for breakfast was not bad at all. We would stay again.

The hotel and facilities were 1st class. The Breakfast Staff was extremely friendly and set a great atmosphere for everyone every morning. The fitness center had great equipment and the indoor pool was big and enjoyable.

We came into town last minute and reserved a room at Best Western. I was given a discount for being a rewards member and upgraded to a huge suite for an awesome price. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Branson!

Don't stay here! It's gross! Ev charger is broken. Bedding is thread bare. Breakfast is nasty!! The hotel desperately needs to be updated. There was no room to plug in devices to charge so the lamps had to be unplugged.

While our overall stay was good, the room needed more attention from the cleaning staff. The office staff was very helpful when we interacted with them. The best service was from the breakfast area staff, they were friendly and helpful.

We usually choose this Hotel when visiting Branson. It's easily accessible, friendly staff, clean rooms, inside corridors, and even though the location is on the strip, it's quiet. Breakfast area was clean with several food choices.

Second stay at this hotel. They didn't clean our room between days, but they did give us fresh towels. This place is very conveniently located on 76. It os right across the highway from Clay Cooper Theater, where the Haygoods are currently performing. Lots of food and shopping choices within walking distance. Good pool. The indoor hot tub was only slightly warmer than the pool. The breakfast staff shines. They were truly great and attentive to guests.

This was in a great spot! Walking area to the ferris wheel and the strip to walk on. Indoor and outdoor pool was a plus. The rooms were clean, the staff was nice, and the breakfast was delicious. They were able to get us rooms next to each other which was a plus.

We had issues with this hotel that can largely be summed up with one word: smoke. So this hotel has rooms that open to the outside and each level is one long balcony outside the rooms. Unfortunately, the HVAC pulls that outside air into the rooms. So, any time someone smoked on the balcony (as frequently occurred, at all hours of the night) my family had second-hand smoke in our room. The first time it happened, it was late at night and we wondered if there was a fire or if the AC was malfunctioning. I opened the door and saw someone smoking at the next room over on the balcony, so we soon realized what we were in for. The smoke lingered in the air for awhile after the person was done and…well, it wasn't pleasant to be in that. The parking lot is right by the balconies as well, so you're likely to encounter smoke when loading and unloading from your vehicle, as we frequently did. For this reason alone, this hotel didn't suit my family. With the outside door, you'll also deal with flies—just something to keep in mind. We were always dealing with at least one fly in our room. There was a free breakfast, but it's located in a small room right by the indoor pool, so there is a chlorine smell and, in general, the breakfast room is not ventilated well. I happen to have a very weak sense of smell, so it was quite pungent. With the smell, it just wasn't appetizing. And frankly, I smelled cigarette smoke as well (honestly, that could have been third-hand smoke from peoples' clothing; there was so much smoking that the smell just lingered) The employees were friendly and overall things were fairly clean, apart from a few gnats in the bathroom and one ant that we saw. There always seemed to be at least one fly. There is a small refrigerator with a freezer that was in major need of defrosting. But it all worked. The inside of the refrigerator needed to be cleaned, but it wasn't really bad. There were some crumbs left from s previous guest. There was also a stain on a pillowcase, so we set it to the side. Now that I'm writing this, I guess the room really wasn't very clean. This issue paled in comparison to the smoke, I suppose. The room itself was old and the furniture was dated. There is a desk and chair, and you almost feel that you will fall through the chair when you sit on it. This hotel is very close to Pasghetti's, where we had a great meal—delicious food, large portions, friendly service, and nice decor. It's an easy walk there. This place is also within walking distance of Titanic.

The hotel was a good value. The indoor pool was well designed for kids the rooms were clean and well maintained and the hotel was in a great location on the 76 strip. The hotel is located beside the Titanic Museum close to many of the attractions.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Conveniently located yet quiet. Not a fancy upscale hotel, but great for someone that cares about the essentials of a clean and comfortable sleep without paying too much.

We have stayed at this Best Western many times, and it is consistently a great place to stay. Convenient to everything on the strip, very clean inside and out, friendly/helpful staff, hot water, cool A/C, comfortable beds AND PILLOWS! Microwave/frig/coffee in every room and a huge plus is that you get 2 vanities with sinks ( one in room, and another in the bathroom)!

The room was small and the beds were doubles instead of queen sized. The hotel is laid out oddly. It's on a hillside, and in several buildings, so it's easy to get turned around. The indoor pool and hot tub area needs more ventilation. It was hard to breathe from the humidity and heat.

All customer service people were awesome. Everything was clean. Good parking. And of course the location was great. This was an expensive place to stay. Things that could be better: 1) internet - we work and needed it. It was intermittent. 2) the AC going lower than 71° - we were there when it was 99° and felt like 108°. 3) Please no reconstituted eggs. We have been to BW's with the cheese omelets and veggies egg white frittatas.

Excellent location with easy access to shows and all activities. Very friendly courteous and helpful staff. My family loved the stay and my grandchildren Loved the outdoor swimming pool I would recommend this motel to anyone who wants to go to Branson.

The only real problem was the traffic along 76 getting out. But that's what you get staying in the middle of everything in Branson. Great breakfast and friendly staff, clean rooms with everything working. Worth the stay for the price!

Decent place to stay within walking distance of many attractions. If you want reasonable toilet paper bring your own! Had to stay in a double queen when we wanted a king & wanted a room with door to outside, neither of which we got.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel/motel. It has inside and outside doors. At check in and every time we stopped by or walked through the front desk area, all staff greeted us, answered any questions and offered advice. Our room was clean, the shower was awesome, loved the split sinks and the larger refrigerator. My only complaint was the bed was a little hard for my liking, but that's a personal choice. Overall, we loved the location. Easy to walk where we wanted to. Room was quiet and parking is super easy.

Great location downtown. Friendly check in and check out. Our room was clean, and beds comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and well prepared, and breakfast area staff did a really great job. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Loved the atmosphere, location and the view of the strip. Also the hotel has a nice complimentary breakfast buffet. Everything was fresh and staff was very clean and nice. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

This hotel is centrally located, not just in the middle of the action on 76, but right in the heart of Branson itself. Upon arrival, there was some confusion as I'd booked a room for three nights, but they originally stated I there for two. When I pointed out this discretion, the gentleman at the counter quickly corrected himself and claimed the day staff had made a minor error but it had no effect on my booking. He was very helpful in getting me directed to my room and provided a wealth of information in helping me to navigate my way around. My initial impression of the room was positive. The place looked and smelled clean, AC unit worked well, bed was pretty comfortable, pillows were nice, clean towels, polished surfaces, clean microwave and mini-fridge, clean toilet, carpet, and tile. I did notice a small clump of hair in the tub, and the sink valve was closed with some standing water left inside, which struck me as odd. Internet worked well enough to do what I needed to do, though I did notice a bit of buffering here and there. Not a big deal as I didn't go to Branson just to sit around a hotel room and watch YouTube all day. To be fair though, some of the other businesses located on 76 were reporting internet issues that weekend, so I felt lucky to have access to the internet at all. My stay was overall quiet and uneventful. Every guest I encountered seemed happy and friendly. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and informative. Everyone I spoke to ask how I slept and if my room was satisfactory. The breakfast bar was fantastic, and I'm not just saying that because it was inclusive. There were three cereal options, toast, bagels, a customizable waffle bar, a variety of juices, coffee, fresh fruit, biscuits and gravy, sausage or ham (seemed to switch daily) and a hot breakfast dish that changed daily. All of it was really good, and again, the staff in the breakfast area was super friendly. It was a wonderful start to my day. One final complaint though, as I was packing to leave, I happened to notice a few brightly colored objects under and near the head of the bed. Upon closer inspection I recognized those objects to be candy pieces that resembled peanut M&Ms, and they appeared to have been there a while. The carpet under that part of the bed also appeared dingy and discolored, indicating the beds have not been moved and the carpet there properly cleaned in some time. So while the housekeeping staff did a pretty good job at doing a general clean, their attention to detail could use a bit more...attention. Despite a few tiny things, my overall stay was pleasant and I will absolutely consider staying here again.

Rooms were clean, staff were friendly. Breakfast was good and staff were accommodating. Pool area is clean and well kept. Location is within walking distance to many attractions. Well taken care of and overall just a great place to stay.

Actually booked this hotel out of list for extra credit card points, but super glad we did. The location in center of Hwy 76 strip was super, easily walked to restaurant, music show, and museum. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and plentiful, clean facilities Room was usual queen beds, but bathroom was great with split double sinks, separate heat light, and makeup mirror.

We enjoyed our time in Branson! We chose this hotel because of the high ratings and location to the shows we had chosen to see! It was wonderful having the concierge woman arrange all of our show tickets which were waiting for us at the Best Western desk.

Used room card to access pool area and upon slipping into spa the management shows up to inform us there was VOMIT in area and pool!!! Then he acted like no fault but ours!! Never seen any cleaning crews. Another couple exposed as well .

This hotel is right on the strip of Branson so it's very easy to access all the shows and attractions from here. It's right next door to the Titanic museum. I would totally choose to stay in this hotel again

This hotel is right in the middle of the action. Clean and staff is so friendly and helpful. The kids like the indoor pool that's open until midnight. The breakfast area is plentiful and has the nicest people helping and cleaning. Check in is a breeze and we were greeted at every turn. Will stay again!

The ads for this hotel make it look like a three-star hotel with comfortable rooms and free breakfast. It is, in-fact, a motel with seperate buildings for its amenities. The rooms are not updated. Our AC was noisy and collected moisture that stained the curtains above it. The carpet is old and smells musty. The beds need to be replaced. It appears as if the bathroom was updated, now the rest of the room needs to be as well with more modern furniture and plug-ins for today's devices. Five stars to the breakfast ladies for your service. Two stars for the room only because the bathroom was clean. The four stars for service that I gave is for the breakfast people and maid. The front desk people were not friendly nor were they rude. They were just there.

Very accommodating front desk staff. Hotel is a little old school in that rooms have outside entrances. Kind of a throw back for us which was fun. Rooms were clean, but a little dated. Located on Brandon's strip with lots of attractions within walking distance. The full breakfast buffet is made right there…not some thawed out frozen stuff. The cheesy eggs were amazing and the ladies in charge were great!

Check in was easy and all staff we encountered were very friendly. We did have issues connecting to WiFi which was important to us since my husband did some work from the hotel, the staff offered physical help by asking my husband to come down to the lobby with his laptop so they could fix the issue. Beds were comfy, rooms were clean, and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. My kids and I loved the make your own waffle stations. We also loved how close the hotel was to so many things. We'll stay again!

This hotel is located right in the middle of Branson's attractions. We had little travel from attraction to attraction. Easy to get in and out of this area. Plenty of parking. Very good breakfast, friendly staff!

Despite the positive reviews I read prior to booking this motel did not come close! Our room was musty and dusty smelling especially with the heat on. There is no thermostat for the heat so I either froze or was boiling hot. Do not stay here if you have allergies. Very disappointed. The breakfast was fine and the ladies who served it were nice. That's the only positive I can say.

Motel is older with updates. Carpet in room could be replaced and would make the room seem fresher. Staff at this motel are are good as I have experienced in many years of travel. Friendly and helpful.

My boyfriend and I made a last minute trip to Branson, MO, just to get away and relax. I found this hotel through the Silver Dollar City package option. I was able to purchase tickets for the amusement park and hotel together. The BW Center Pointe Inn was very nice, clean and modern. The have rooms inside where the door opens to a hallway and rooms where the door opens outside (not a hall). We liked staying on the main Branson strip. You could walk to shows, shopping, attractions and restaurants. There was not much noise from the strip either, which was nice. The breakfast was good and the staff very friendly. We spent a little time a the pool/Hot tub on evening. Very nice accommodations. would recommend staying there.

The buildings where a little dated on the out side but the rooms and pool where just right. The staff was so friendly. I forgot my toothbrush and was going to buy one. However the nice lady at the front desk said here you go.

The front desk clerk needs to learn how to speak to people and what is an appropriate “joke”. I was checked in by an older man wearing a large face shield. When I was filling out my information I commented that I needed to double check my license plate number and that the one I listed might not be correct. This man laughed and said, “it's ok, you'll just be the last one we identify when we are clearing the rubble.” I uncomfortably laughed and told him it wasn't funny. It was incredibly inconsiderate and inappropriate.

We were traveling late and booked this hotel with our points thru the customer service line, it was booked incorrectly but the night manager promptly fixed it and thanked us for being reward members! Pool area was nice and the rooms were super clean but the carpet could use a cleaning. We did not get to partake in breakfast but it is back to buffet (cafeteria style). Staff was very kind and helpful! Nice surprise! This hotel exceeded our expectations.

This property is right in the heart of Branson. It is an older property with furnishing to match, but the location is worth stay here. The bed was comfortable, but had to ask for an extra blanket as there was no comforter. The towels are changed out daily, but no other room service with COVID rules. The breakfast was COVID too as we were served an omelet, sausage, biscuits and gravy. No waffles or pancakes, but it was good. Not a lot of outlets in an older place, but like I said the location was nice!

Great hotel! This was a girls trip and we had a double queen suite. The room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. Having two sinks/mirrors was good with four women getting ready each day. All of the staff we encountered were friendly. Breakfast was really good, too!

This is our first trip since COVID began. This was more than what we expected with all different requirements. We wasn't expecting breakfast service. We also was surprised that the pool and hot tub was open.

This motel is located near many attractions and restaurants. Like most of Branson it could use updating to warrant the nightly price of $140. Breakfast had some hot options served by staff. Nothing special and it was clear COVID is still affecting what can be served.

Enjoyed my stay there, and especially the breakfast and breakfast staff. If I could suggest one thing that would make your stay even better, it would be that the rooms would be updated, they're clean but they need new furniture.

The lady who checked us in was horrible. She was rude and condescending. When we tried to speak she raised her voice and talked over us. She needs to be retrained and taught better customer service skills!!

The BW Center Pointe Inn is perfectly located on the Rt. 76 entertainment strip. Can walk to many shows and attractions. The facilities are well-maintained and the staff helpful and friendly. Show tickets can be obtained through the gift shop. We were quite pleased and will stay here again in the future.

We stay here with all our visits and Best Western Pointe Inn seems like home. We will be back spring of 2022.. Thank you for being great host again this year. You helped to make our vacation successful and fun.

Overall, we had a pretty good stay. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. The location was convenient to all the happenings on the main strip. The only thing I wish would have been better is the shower head. It had multiple settings but none of them were good.

The room smelled like dirty socks and was very dirty. The bathroom had hair that was left I guess from the persons before. They did not clean the shower or the toilet you could see crap stains all over it. My wife went and bought cleaning supply's to clean it herself

Staff goes above and beyond. I received a call three days prior to my stay to ask if there were any specific needs I might have -- never had that before from any place I have stayed. I asked about some equipment for the bathroom to help my parents manage easier. A toilet riser, shower chair, tub grip and non-slip bathmat were all in place when we arrived. Also, they put us in the main building so we were able to use the elevator. Excellent hot breakfast (eggs/bacon/sausage/breakfast casserole) plus coffee, juice, cereal etc. Great location with easy access but the staff is the #1 reason to stay!

This was a great hotel, beds were very comfortable and we loved the pillows. This hotel is right on the strip so you can walk the strip for a fun experience. Kids loved the pool & breakfast was yummy!

Nice and clean hotel from the room to the lobby. No smoking and no pets so it smelled cleaned too. Amenities were wonderful including indoor pool and jacuzzi. Mini fridge, microwave, ice and cable TV. Very close to everything. Very satisfied.

I read a ton of reviews before picking this place and because of the positive reviews I decided to go here. The staff was friendly but the room seemed dingy. I was staying with my client whom I was taking on her vacation. She noticed that there was a very large spider web connecting the headboard and the pillow on the bed. I cleaned it up and dusted the rest of the headboards. The car is literally about 10 feet away from the room which can be a good thing. We retired around 10pm and that is when there was alot of noise outside the room from other hotels guests. In the morning, we were wakened by the noise of a garbage truck before 7am. It was a Friday morning. I think it was extra loud because our room was so close to the parking lot. I showered , there are no vents in the bathroom and the hair dryer didn't work. We went to breakfast with wet hair. The food was good and the staff was friendly. I didn't feel like I was staying in a clean hotel and therefore I would not stay there again,

This is the only place we stay at when going to Branson. The location and price is perfect for us. We have stayed here 6 times this year and we have never been disappointed. We have brought family members and their children twice and they have love the facility and what it offers too.

The room was very clean. Quick check-in process. Right in the middle and across the road/next door to major attractions. Could walk to many attractions from the hotel. Great breakfast despite COVID restrictions. Bed was very comfortable and plenty of pillows.

Hotel was clean, which was even more important as I was moving from a location that was not clean. Everything was in good working order, guests were quiet, ice was available, parking was close. It isn't fancy but it is definitely worth staying in.

You can walk to all of the attractions, shows, and shops along the Branson strip from this hotel. It's in a fabulous location. You can leave your car on the hotel lot, and walk to your destination. So nice!!

Front desk staff was extremely rude and disrespectful. Price per night was $100 too much for this run down hotel. Will not be staying again. I was told to buy an air mattress at Walmart. The rooms are so outdated - not worth the price

Visiting family in the area and stayed 2 nights in the Governor's suite with my husband. Very comfortable. Quiet. Breakfast was good. Not as much variety due to Covid. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

Was send a email for check in so did it. When got to the hotel they told me that email means nothing because it is sent by corporate and has nothing to do with them. I requested inside room with adjoining rooms with a traveling companions. We got outside rooms and they did not adjoin. When I spoke to them about this they said basically sorry they have nothing else. We had people hanging our room smoking marijuana all the time so it would go into our air conditioning vents. Our room smelled all the time. The rooms were so outdated and damp feeling. The only good thing I can say is the location is descent. I travel about 60 nights a year and I will say this is the worse place I have ever stayed in.

Overall the hotel is clean, and in a great location to walk to a lot of things. The beds could be a little more comfortable and needs better pillows. The staff is very nice and friendly. Even told us about a few good spots.

Great place. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Has 2 pools and they are both a fairly decent size. The outside pool goes up to 8 feet deep. 2 hot tubs also. The only negative, is that they dont clean the room everyday. All the hotels are like this though. They claim its because of Coved, but im sure its just to save money.

Great place to stay. Friendly staff, clean rooms, hot breakfast, clean pools, easy to find on the 76 strip in Branson. The price for a family of six was very reasonable. Our room was spacious and easily slept six with two queen beds and a sofa bed, room included a fridge, microwave, extra tables and chairs.

My room was damp the entire 3day stay! It smells gross. There were bugs squished to the walls. Dead bugs covering the ac unit. Dirty toilet. Dirty/stained sheets! I feel dirty for having stayed there!

The staff was so kind! The breakfast was one of the best flavor wise that we've had for a free breakfast! Those ladies were awesome! The property had a great location! You could walk to so many attractions. The pools and hot tub were clean. The game room is outdated, but not bad. The air conditioning worked great!

Best Western Center Pointe Inn in Branson, MO. Their name says it ALL, they are centrally located in the Theater District and are very close walking distance to several GREAT shows. Best Western Center Pointe Inn also has a very knowledgeable, friendly staff who can suggest and book your shows for you at no extra cost. Plus everything was very clean and orderly Wonderful to relax in the indoor AND outdoor pools with hot tubs beside EACH not all hotels have both.

I was fooled by this hotels high customer rating. It rates high due to it great location. Everything is in walking distance. However the rooms are old, dark and smelly. Very depressing. I would not stay there again.

Room was not clean. Smudge on sink mirror. Hair on top toilet seat. Old dirty recliner chair in room. Shouldn't be there. This is an older outdated motel. The only and best part of my stay was the front desk attendant.

The location for this trip was great as it was close to all the routes which made it a lot easier to get around. The staff from the front desk to housekeeping and breakfast staff were great A little disappointed with the decor of the room because one closet did not have a light. Otherwise everything was great.

Clean rooms, although house keeping doesn't clean till you check out. They told us this upon check in, and that was alright with us. Had some issues with check in, but there was miscommunication between expedia and the hotel. But we were given good tips and will never go through a 3rd party site for hotels. Staff was exceptional, and the rooms were nice. It made our stay really enjoyable I would suggest bringing your own pillows, we weren't big fans of the ones provided

We really enjoyed our stay at this Best Western. The front desk attendants were very nice and cordial and made check-in and check-out process pleasant. The room was very clean and welcoming. We did not get to take advantage of the indoor pool but it has one. We were very impressed with the continental breakfast. This will definitely be our go to place when visiting Branson.

We loved staying here. Rooms are nice and clean. The staff was super friendly. Pool is open 8am until midnight so we were able to sneak in a couple swims a day. Breakfast was delicious. Will definitely stay again.

The staff is so welcoming and easy check in/ out process. Breakfast was served instead of buffet style due to COVID. Still great variety. The pool area and hot tub was clean and is open until midnight, which is great if your out until late. Would definitely recommend.

I can not recommend this hotel in Branson enough. From the front desk, to the housekeepers, to those who prepared and served breakfast our family felt welcome and valued. If we stay in Branson again in the future, we plan to stay here.

We stayed 3 nights and the kids absolutely loved the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was great and the service was awesome. We would recommend this to anyone and we are already thinking about our stay for next year.

Motel was clean and seemed well sanitized. Staff was very accommodating allowing early check in and lots of info about local attractions along with some coupons, map and other information. “To go” breakfast was really amazing considering the current COVID issues. The staff were working very hard to follow sanitation, quality food and very friendly and professional.. We found several hand sanitizers, wipes and other options to take precautions. Our beds were very comfortable and size was fine for two kids and two adults in our party. The bathroom was very clean and contained plenty of supplies. We got a roll away and they very conveniently even thought of extra pillow, towels, lotion and soap & premise the bed.. The location is perfect right on 76, close to everything, but very quiet. We all enjoyed the view of the Ferris wheel. I would recommend this for any travelers.

Older hotel, but very clean. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Free hot breakfast available with different choices everyday. Right across the street from the Clay Cooper Theater and walking distance to the Titanic. Reasonably priced, especially if you are a Best Western member - there are regular deals available.

Just a quick overnight trip to Branson - stayed at this Best Western Plus site due to location being across the street from Clay Cooper's Theatre for the Dean Z Christmas show we had tickets to see (awesome show!), and the indoor pool. The hotel is very clean and quiet. Did not take advantage of the breakfast, but a modified (Covid) version was available. Took the granddaughters and they enjoyed the pool and hot tub! In my opinion, the bed was so very comfortable! I noticed several hand sanitizer locations throughout the building which i appreciated!!

Friends and I booked this hotel for a softball tournament our husbands played in. We had a great experience. The pool was great! We were stuck in a tornado warning and staff was very helpful with getting guests to the lower levels and making sure everyone was safe!

Stayed in the Best Western Center Pointe Inn at Branson. The Inn is very old, in need of some updating and very clean. They take the COVID-19 very seriously when it comes to cleaning; every surface that is touched by a guest receives a thorough cleaning. The hot breakfast was OK. Under the circumstances of 2020, they put out a “hot breakfast.” Coffee was very good!

The room, indoor pool area and elevator and hallways was very clean. The hot breakfast was great and all the staff was very friendly. The pillows was comfortable but not so much for the bed. I would stay hear again because of how clean and friendly the staff was.

Such a great place to stay with very helpful employees. We were on vacation and had lots of questions about Branson and they were very helpful! But most importantly the rooms were very clean and the customer service was excellent with a really good breakfast as well!! When we come back this is where we will always stay!

We stayed here for 3 days while celebrating our anniversary. When we arrived the hotel had put our names on the hotel sign for our anniversary, had towel swans on our bed and a bottle of sparkling grape juice.So sweet! The hotel has 2 great pools, inside and outdoor, 2 hot tubs and they are still serving a hot breakfast in to go containers. All the people that work her are super friendly and helpful. They will book your tickets for shows and sometimes cheaper than you can buy at the show itself. When we come back to Branson, we will stay here.

This hotel was a really nice place to stay. The people at the desk were very friendly and thorough with my needs. The accommodation were great, new looking rooms, very clean and fresh. The area around the hotel was easy to access all the attractions and shops. We will definitely be coming back.

We plan to use this hotel in the near future the next time we visit Branson. Asked for a tour of the place and they made it happen. Enjoy the fact that they had indoor and outdoor pools and hut tubs (closes at 12am.). Our room had a jet tub as well. The room was very spacious and unbelievable. Enough space to take blow ups beds for the children to sleep on so everyone can have there very own sleeping quarters. The hot breakfast included was great. We were able to eat our breakfast in our room. This hotel is right on the strip in the middle of EVERYTHING. Planning a group trip next year for family and friends. This is a great hotel. We walked to several attractions. Titanic museum is right next door. You could see the beautiful Ferris wheel lights at night from our room.The staff was excellent . Very friendly. The hotel was quiet. The bed was comfortable. All areas of the property were clean and in good repair.

The room was very nice and clean as was the pool area. Great room. we had a room on the 3rd floor and it was probably the most quiet nights sleep I have ever had in a hotel. The staff were all very helpful and friendly.Very welcoming. I would recommend this hotel. We walked to the Titanic museum and miniature golf and the Hollywood Wax museum.

Hotel is located on the strip within walking distance to many activities and restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast offering is a must, the food was fresh and the staff was very friendly. Will definitely stay here on my next trip to town.

Awesome service! Affordable, close to everything. Great free breakfast. I highly recommend this and any Best Western. The outdoor and indoor pools were great. The staff always greeted you, asked you if you needed anything, and gave offers for their gift shop.

Wonderful hotel! It starts with a cheerful smile and welcome to the hotel. Directions and a map were provided. In the lobby is a place where you can get tickets to all sorts of shows and attractions in Branson. This is NOT one of those things where you have to sit through a timeshare presentation. You walk in and ask if they have tickets to a particular show/attraction and they take care of thr rest. Unsure of what you want to do? Just ask and they will make a suggestion. We booked a King Suite with a Whirlpool tub. The room is very large, probably the size of 2 standard rooms. Bed was comfortable. The best part was the Whirlpool tub. Most hotels with Whirlpool tubs, the tubs themselves are quite small. Not here. The tub was large enough easily fit two people comfortably. The price for the suite was very reasonable. In fact, I would've paid an extra $50/night for it. The room and the hotel were all very clean and they are clearly taking extra precautions due to COVID-19. If you like your room colder, like we do, turn the air conditioner down an extra few degrees than you normally like. For a room this size, they need a bigger air conditioner. The indoor pool/hot tub was nice as well. If I had to be picky, I would suggest they put signs in the stairwells indicating which floor is the lobby, like they have in the elevator. Overall, I gave this hotel a five star rating. Is it fancy like the Ritz Carlton? No, but the customer service is just like I would expect at the Ritz Carlton. If nothing else, stay here for the customer service. We even had a message on our phone from the front desk asking if there was anything they could do to make our stay better. Small touches like this make this place! We will stay here again!

Although a bit aged, the rooms are clean, the AC works great, and the location is handy to just about everything there is to do, including many of the great eating places.

Excellent staff, clean rooms right on the Branson strip. Stayed during the Covid-19 situation, breakfast room is closed but they have take out basically. Walk to the breakfast room and are greeted by a staff member that will get you whatever you want. Breakfast burritos, cereal, juice, milk, muffins etc. Great place and comfy beds, will stay here again!

This hotel is right in the middle of most of the shows and attractions, they offer clean rooms and very friendly staff. You can ask any of the staff, and if they can't answer you(which is rare) they will find someone who can help you. The pool area is always clean, as well as the breakfast area. You will receive a different type of main breakfast menu daily. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had 8 rooms of families staying at the hotel for a tourney and all rooms were clean, staff was extremely friendly and helpful and laundry on site was wonderful for the uniform washings between game days. Location is perfect for walking to a lot of different attractions and food options.

It was one of the cleanest hotels that we stayed at. The breakfast had more diverse food and awesome fresh coffee. Everyone that worked there greeted us with smiles and asked if we needed anything. They upped our room from a double to queen without added price!

This is the best place to stay in the middle of town to everything to see and eat.i would tell anyone that goes to Branson to stay here.The beds r so comfortable and the breakfast is awesome.Everyone is so nice and always ready to help u if needed.

This place was spot on for location and amenities. Some of the equipment didn't work in the Fitness Center, but everything else was great. Free Parking, Free Wifi and location was awesome. Its walking distance to a lot of places and the restaurants, shopping and exhibits are within your feet. Would definitely stay there again if the price is right, great customer service!!

We needed a place for a family of five and the 6 person suite did great. Funky layout but lots of space. Microwave and mini fridge were nice. The indoor pool was fun and the hot tub nice. The breakfast was as expected but with the best waffle set up we've ever had at a breakfast like this. Location was great for us.

We stayed here one night on a family trip to Branson between Christmas and New Year, 2019. -Spacious rooms. -Affordable. -Quiet. -Great Branson central location. -Indoor pool was enjoyed by the kids. -Very good hot breakfast with lots of options. In particular, the ladies working the breakfast were very friendly, courteous, and efficient. Highly recommended.

We were only stopping for a night, but you can usually count on Best Western to be clean and comfortable, and it was. The front desk staff was very nice and the hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location.

The hotel is right by by several attractions and you could easily walk to the Titanic! It sits off the road so noise is minimal when you want to get some rest. The staff was very helpful when we had a voucher to use and got everything settled quickly.

Our whole experience with this location from the time of booking my room until check-out was a very enjoyable experience. The staff members were all very pleasant to work with and Manager, Helen went above and beyond to help me with booking my room. The hotel was actually sold out while we were there but other than the crowds at breakfast you never would have known they were so busy. If there was one negative thing I would say it was about the temperature of the pool water. My kids were excited about the indoor pool but the water was really cold and not much fun. If swimming is not on your agenda, I would totally recommend this hotel to everyone, it is a very well run facility that takes pride in clean rooms and customer service!

We usually like to stay in less crowded areas, but we booked last minute so were glad to get a room at all in Branson. Turns out this was a great choice! The place has hotel and motel type rooms. The pool area is great The breakfast staff does a great job and every one we saw was polite and friendly, even thanking veterans for their service and going to tables to offer personal assistance. Vey impressive! The room could have had more outlets, but we were very pleased with our stay. This is a great location for sightseeing as it's close to many attractions and restaurants.

We only stay at this hotel when we come to Branson. They always take really good care of me and my wife. We are regulars here and I like that they know us by name. Trish and Josh get us tickets for all our shows. The girls in the breakfast room are always smiling and helpful. Really the whole staff is great and this is why we stay here only.

Checked in Early and was greeted by Vicky. Super Friendly and caring young lady who Loves her Job. We were looking to get a room with a sofa. We like to sit and enjoy life in the morning or before bed. All sofa rooms were booked. As a Bronze Member Vicky offered to see if could get a couple Lazy Boy recliners in the room. Maintenance made this happen easily with a Great Attitude. Room is great and Hot Breakfast walking distance to many venues. Thank You!!

We have stayed in this hotel many times before! It is convenient to the businesses on the strip and to Silver Dollar City. They have renovated since the last time we stayed and it is now really nice. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Great rooms and great service.

Large family suite was perfect! Great pool, hot tub, and game room. The location is excellent being right on the Branson strip with easy access to restaurants, shows, and fun family activities. May be our new go-to hotel for trips to Branson!

Breakfast could have been better, I liked it but only bacon was offered as a meat and Gravy was to thick. A good breakfast is the reason I stay at Best Western this one was nothing to write home about.

We have stayed at this best Western three times in the past seven months. Josh from the front desk was wonderful on the phone when I called to make the reservation. He explained everything to me and the process was so easy!! Our room was clean and the staff is friendly. We have always had a great stay each and every time! The pool area is nice with lots of seating & the kids it. The adults loved the hot tub. Breakfast has pretty good variety & Casey is always smiling & keeping everything stocked. Love this hotel & looking forward to our next stay!

My husband and I booked a quick trip to Branson Mo and spent one night at the Best Western Center Pointe. The hotel is not new but we were not disappointed because of how clean and well kept the property was.Although the hotel was on the main strip we were impressed with how quiet our accomodations were. Another plus was that we were in the middle of the town which gave easy access to the attractions. Center Pointe is close to Tanger outlets which was one of our trip destinations too! Breakfast was good,food plenteous and the dining area had lots of room. We forgot our swimsuits but it was good to know the indoor pool was open till midnight. I would recommend the Best Western Center Pointe and will be booking there again.

We had not stayed at this Best Western before, but were very pleased with it. All the staff were very helpful and made you feel welcome. It is an excellent location and gives easy access to bypasses around the heavy traffic on the blvd. We will stay here next time we are in Branson.

Fast check in, very nice clean room. Quiet location off main road. Did not eat the breakfast. Heater failed to work but maint man brought in a brand new unit and had us nice and toasty in minutes with no fuss. Nice stay.

This is a motel. The pictures online look like a hotel but it is not. Our room had little double beds and smelt like mildew. The breakfast was good... only reason I'm not giving it 1 star. I will not stay here again.

Great time of the year to visit. So much to do and see. So you don't need a huge room. Because you're not in your room much. But the time we were there. The people were very nice and always helpful. Grandson loved the indoor pool!

Located in the middle of the strip in Branson, MO on Highway 76. Easy to get in and out . Close to most of the theaters, shows and dining. Easy to travel to Tanger Outlet Mall and Branson Landing. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable about the area and will help with directions. Pool area is clean but is somewhat busy and loud. Grandkids love it. Full service restaurant adjoins the motel and meals are good and fair value (Montana Mike's)

Upon arriving, we were placed in the travel lodge section. We were NOT pleased at all. It is old and musty smelling. The staff worked with YS and had us in the hotel section....indoor rooms. This queen room was better.....very clean, but still aged.....very few outlets and NO USB PORTS. They said theyve been updated, but the times are dark. The room itself, as well as the entire hotel, was immaculate and very quiet. I cannot remember hearing people in hall or doors slamming. The cleaning staff were very pleasant, as well. The week we were there, we kept our room clean ourselves with clorox wipes. We didnt want people coming into our room. We put nite on door everyday as to towels, trashbags, to, etc. needed. They were very efficient in leaving us what we requested in front of our door in a bag. We placed our trash and used towels outside our door. Hotel us right in the middle of Branson, hence the name CENTER POINTE. It was within walking distance of many shows and attractions. We enjoyed our stay. OH! In the hotel, we had DOUBLE BATHROOM SINKS!

My church group had a wonderful time. Trish in Groups were amazing and helped us with everything we needed. We will stay here again if and when we return to Brandon. I also liked the option of having the hotel purchase our tickets to a play and we just pay them.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. The bed was comfortable and he room was clean so we were satisfied! The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. It was convenient to be able to get show tickets in the gift shop. The employee in there was super helpful too! We were surprised by how nice the hot breakfast was, lots of choices! It definitely gets busy at times but they have overflow seating in an adjoining area by the pool. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean. Very nice, reasonably priced, close to attractions hotel! Will stay there again if we visit Branson again!!

Hotel needs updated inside and out. Not what I expected from a Best Western at all. Had signs of water damage throughout and room smelled of mildew. Bad odor from ac. First room had yellow stained sheed and skirting was still dirty. I would not recommend.

Stayed at BW Center Point Inn in Branson, Mo. We had a great time. The kids enjoyed the pool and spa and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Check in was quick and we had no issues at the hotel. We will be back.

Wonderful stay. Hot tub and indoor pool was relaxing. Breakfast choices outstanding. I was greeted immediately upon checking in. The staff was super friendly, including the housekeepers! The housekeepers were very responsive to our needs and were NOT rude about it at other places I have stayed. BW Center Pointe is always my go to hotel in Branson. I love the location!!! It's within short walking distance to a lot of attractions and shows.

rooms were very clean and up to date. breakfast buffet was great with many different options of breakfast items . pool and hot tub area was very nice. right across the street was clay coopers theater .

Made reservations in May. By Sept. they got mixed up and cancelled without letting me know. All email said the correct days but when we got there they showed wrong date and showed a no show description.. They then booked us in a lesser quality room with no handicap provisions. Net loss of 32,000 rewards points.

We have stayed at the Center Pointe Best Western 2 years in a row because of it's location. We can walk to several restaurants & shows. Getting into and out of the driveway & onto the main highway can be tricky during the busy season in Branson--that is exactly why we go the end of September.

My family decided to go to Branson for a quick weekend getaway and with so many motel options it was a bit difficult but we settled on this one and overall happy with it. The front desk clerks were friendly and got us checked in quickly. We were on the third floor so not a lot of noise from other guests. Our room was okay....could use a little tlc... the sink outside the bathroom was loose so every time I turned the faucet on it moved. Furniture was a but worn but functional. No usb or outlets next to the beds for charging phones. A/C started making a weird noise the second night but worked, although most of the cold air went up behind the curtains. Beds were comfortable but the pillows were awful. Very small, square and lumpy. Need to replace. Room seemed clean overall. We did enjoy the pools and hot tubs. Nice having one of each both in and outdoors. I did notice that the rope was broken off in the outdoor pool and someone could cut themselves. Need to fix that. Also open til midnight is great. All were clean. Breakfast was adequate...although it does get crowded. I liked that we could get discounted tickets in the gift shop. Saved us money and time. Location was great! Close to a lot of attractions and restaurants within walking distance. We only used our car once to go get dinner the second night. Overall not bad for the price but this place could be excellent with a little TLC and maybe updating some furniture. Would return if we go back to Branson.

Comfortable beds, new sheets, clean and quiet room.....loved the indoor pool and hot tub being open until midnight so we could enjoy after our evening Branson show! Breakfast staff were the best! Nice breakfast selection....

We checked in at front desk. They said welcome. We told told him it was our anniversary and he said happy anniversary. He put "happy anniversary with our name under outdoor sign on board. We thought that was great. Nobody never did that to us before. Plus we got a bottle of grape juice. Excellent experience. Will be back again!

This is the second time we came to this place which says alot about how we feel about staying there. This Best Western was clean and had everything we needed and more to make our stay great! The complimentary breakfast was nice and well stocked. It also has an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, though we did not use. We did use their ticket service which was very convenient located in their gift shop. We walked to two shows and two restaurants from where they are located as it is within walking distance to many attractions. We will stay here the next time we come.

Good place for families even though it is pretty much just me and my hubby. You really don't hear anyone else. They have an inside and outside pool. Easy to get to and in walking distance to most attractions and shows. Everyone is very nice. You can even buy tickets there too. It is clean

We decided to stay another night in Branson (we had been at a condo in West Branson) so I went through a 3rd party discount site to book the room and I always state that I want at least a 4 on TripAdvisor and this is the chain that we received. I am beginning to wonder if people that stay in the Branson area have different expectations from a room than I do. This to me, should barely be a 3. Check in was a breeze. The person that checked us in was informative and very personable. He gave me explicit directions on how to get to the room and told us about parking, swimming pools and the breakfast location. We were in room 112. When we walked in I immediately called the front desk and told him that there was a slight smell of cigarette smoke, dampness, etc. I didn't want to get charged for smoking in the room. He did send someone from housekeeping to put an air freshener strip of some type in the AC unit and she also told us to leave the vent going in the bathroom. The beds were far more comfortable than what we had been sleeping on the past 3 nights so that was a plus. The shower was okay, the shower head needs to be cleaned with lime away or something along that line, so the water doesn't go everywhere but down. Water pressure was good. Refrigerator was okay, but the freezer portion didn't freeze the freezer packs that I had brought. We went to look to see if they had anything that we would be interested in eating for breakfast the morning of checkout. I am a yogurt person, but nothing was left in the refrigerator (I saw someone take the last one). Granted it was very busy in the breakfast room so I can imagine that restocking could be an issue. We decided to go elsewhere from breakfast. Location is great but we won't be staying here again.

The room #111 smelled musty, couldn't get rid of the smell. The toilet didn't work half of the time and the sink took minutes to drain. I don't understand how they received so many great reviews on TripAdvisor, but we all have different preferences. Maybe this room was assigned to me because I booked with a discount 3rd party app. I believe hotels and motels always have the ability to avoid negative reviews like mine by selling a quality product and treating everyone the same. Anyway, there are many better options for the price in my humble opinion. I stay in Branson hotels and motels quite often and would say the best quality of this motel is the location. Also the staff is friendly.

We were booked in the Governor's Suite, which is a huge room with a walk in closet, king size bed, and a full size hot tub in the bathroom. Very relaxing. A/C was not properly suited for the size of the room. I like it cold, like 68*, dont thinknit ever made it oast 73 but it wasnt unbearable,filter to a/c smelled a little musty but nothing big. 2 sparkling pools, great location to everything, staff was super nice, breakfast was good. Hot fresh coffee, juice, milk, yogurt, fruit cups, biscuits and gravy,eggs, meat choice, hot fresh waffles, toast bagels, instant oatmeal,cereal,muffins or pastries, and tortillas to make breakfast burritos. We would love to stay here again. We read reviews before staying and it lived up to all the positive reviews, since no one ever says what kind of breakfast hotels offer, I hope this review helps.

We enjoyed this hotel very clean and the beds we're so comfortable! Great location will definitely stay again. the pools were clean the only thing I didn't like was the employees break room was right above the outdoor pool just a little awkward and the pool outside was very small.

I took my ball team to stay there the end of July, everything seemed fine. I just found out about another group that stayed there after us who apparently they received a personal phone call and offered a discounted rate to come back. To my knowledge there was no problem with the group I had and we have stayed there before. Not sure why another group gets special treatment though, doesn't seem like good business. I will have to check around next time we are playing in Branson since maybe our business isn't up to par.

Yes we stayed at the Best Western Center Pointe Inn it was a really good hotel and the room was nice I liked the breakfast and it was a great place to stay in the area I would go back and stay there. In Branson

The hotel was an average hotel. The front desk was courteous. Cleaning crew, well one lady was accommodating and courteous. However, one day we requested more towels and instead of knocking the cleaning staff walked right in, to my surprise! I have never had this happen before anywhere! They usually always knock, so I was taken back. All in all it was a decent place. Would I stay there again..not sure. In all honesty though, I think Branson has many hotels/motels in question. As we drove the strip many have been left in disrepair and need torn down. It has been a few years since I have been there and was surprised at some of the places that used to be beautiful and appealing.

This was a nice and clean hotel.you feel right at home.Every one was very nice and friendly.The complimentary break fast was nice.we stayed on the first floor in the Maine building.which was close to the indoor pool and the breakfast room.they also have an outside pool.this hotel is on the Maine strip and close to everything even silver dollar city.we stay at this hotel every time we are in Branson.

5 rooms were treated for bed bugs during our stay. We were given multiple reasons for what was happening in the rooms that had the doors taped shut, none of which were the truth (bed bugs). An indoor and outdoor pool can cover for a lot of things, but not bed bugs,

Best Western Center Pointe Inn is an awesome hotel to stay at while in Branson. The staff goes out of your way to take care of your needs. Very friendly and helpful. This is always my choice of hotels to stay while in Branson. Price is always reasonable and the location is perfect.

The staff was friendly and nice. The outside of the hotel was in decent order. The room was ok but could have been a bit bigger. It had everything needed but needed little more space. I would stay again but I hope I have enough space for my daughter considering she is in a wheelchair.

We had a very spacious 2-room family suite. Beautiful fireplace, huge bathroom, 1 long, 2 double beds, it was just perfect for our family of 6. The grandkids enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool areas, and the breakfast buffet every morning. Very courteous staff. Perfect location on the strip. This was our first visit to Branson. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

they offer the best customer service, breakfast accomodations, and staff of any Best Western we have booked. Their breakfast is very good, and their staff is as well. I would recommend this location for anyone staying in Branson, Mo. And they are located in the middle of several shows, restaurants, ect, Very central location to all the action.

Great location on the strip close to shops, Walmart and attractions. The steakhouse Montana Mike's located in the parking lot was delicious!! We just needed a quiet getaway for a few days and enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. Would stay again if we go back one day.

This is the best place to stay, it is clean, comfortable, friendly staff. This was the second year we stayed at Center Pointe and will stay again next year. I booked a handicapped room, not realizing that it did not have a walk in shower which we really needed but the staff did provide a shower seat which was not the best situation for an amputee but it did work.

The hotel was fine. The cleani g staff on the weekend was horrible. They didnt clean the room, halfway made the beds and two pair of sunglasses came up missing. I would stay at BW again, just not the one in Branson,Mo. Cenretpointe on 76 highway.

Would return again. Friendly registration staff. Breakfast very good with very friendly and helpful servers/kitchen staff. Hotel location centrally located. The Tesla chargers were the reason for our stay. We found the hotel very good and plan to return. Would recommend installing a minimum of 3 Tesla chargers at all locations.
