    « Bad smell »

The hotel was in a great location and I really didn't have a problem with the looks of our room. However, the room had a nasty smell. If they assign you to room 259 tell them you want a different room! I am not sure what the smell was but I will never stay there again.

« Good location, friendly staff, clean room »

Room was clean and all in working order. Includes breakfast which has waffles you make, sausage, egg patties, buscuits and gravy, cereal, mini muffins, donuts, bagels, toast, yogurt and fresh fruit. They even have extras like whip cream and chocolate chips to top waffles and brown sugar for your oatmeal. Lady attending breakfast room was really friendly. Has an outdoor pool but was chilly so didn't use. But we did use the indoor pool and hot tub which are open until midnight which is great. The pool is heated but i still thought it was too cold. My husband and kids thought it was fine though. Hotel is right on strip and close enough to walk to things to do and restaurants so didn't have to bother with driving in branson traffic. Would definitely stay here again.

« Great location, great staff »

My wife and I stayed here for three nights while on a short getaway to scratch our music itch. This property is well located on the Strip, just across from the Clay Cooper theater. There is plenty of parking, though the access to the lobby was up a short set of steps (first time I'd seen that). We checked in quickly and efficiently by Ken, who assigned us room #129. The room is located about as close to the indoor pool / sauna and the breakfast area as possible, and we found it to be very convenient and reasonable quiet as well. Our room had two double beds, a microwave, a small refrigerator and a nice sized flat screen television. The bath area had two sinks, and we never had to ask for towels. The water pressure was also very good. The room was always well cleaned and ready for us on our return. We also found the mattresses to be comfortable and the A/C unit worked well and was not noisy. This is an older property, but it has definitely been well maintained and modernized regularly. One benefit of its age was that it has a great indoor pool area along with a nice sized sauna / whirlpool. These were very clean, and not overly crowed during our stay. We used them both one night, and we were the only patrons using it. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub and unwinding after our drive in (through some BAD rain). This is a very nice feature. Breakfast was well done, with a nice variety over the three times we ate. Let me give a shout out to Colby (I hope I remembered your name right!) who was very busy serving everyone with kindness and speed. We very much enjoyed the biscuits and gravy, and there was a different egg / meat selection every day, along with three waffle machines. Overall, this was very nice (not the best I ever had, but still a very good way to start your day). One of the best features was the fact that we were able to walk to both shows we wanted to see (The Haygoods were right across the street, and SIX was a short walk to the west). There are also abundant eateries and fun attractions close, as well as a Walgreens nearby. Very convenient, and a break from the Branson strip traffic - a very nice reprieve! All this, and we got a great price to boot! Next time in Branson, we will definitely look the BW Center Pointe first. The staff was constantly trying to be sure they did everything to make our stay top notch, and THEY DID!

« Good Motel and location »

Clean, quiet, good parking, located in the center of things so easy to get to where you need to go We have stayed at this motel a couple of times and when we go to Branson I automatically go here A very good value for the money

    « excellent hotel »

great hotel near several fun activities in Branson. I was there on business and the hotel was busy but they were still very helpful and efficient and my room was quiet and clean and right near the pool and hot tub. breakfast was great!

« Will definitely stay here again »

We stayed here for 4 nights. Great location in the center of the strip, and an easy drive to Branson shows. Very clean, quiet room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast included waffles that you make, eggs, sausage, bacon, cereals, etc. The breakfast person is Casey and she is super. Pool and hot tub look very nice, but for us was too crowded with kids (to be expected). Nice parking lot with Montana Mikes steak house in front of the building. We bought our show and amusement park tickets in the room next to the registration desk - very easy and saves time.

    « Stayed for a week here... »

Perfect location and very clean. Breakfast was included, eggs, sausage, pancakes...fruit...and much more. We were here for a week and the staff was awesome. Definately recommend this hotel, ideal location for all the shows...some in walking distance!! Right next to the Titanic, and Mikes Steak House was right here. When we come back to Branson...we will definately stay here!!

« Best Location on the Strip »

We really enjoyed staying here because of the location. The staff welcomed us with enthusiasm being very helpful. The rooms were updated and comfortable. The breakfast staff were a delight to talk to in the mornings and the items were better than most hotel breakfasts.

    « Great place! »

Great, affordable & very clean place to stay. Would stay there again. Didn't care for the selection of the breakfast items. It was very limited. Also, if you are anything like me and like a comforter to sleep with then you will need to bring one. On our bed was a small blanket between two sheets but it didn't go up past my belly. There was a very thin comforter on the bed if that's what you want to call it. I'm glad that I had some extra blankets in my car or I would have had to go buy one. We stayed in an outside facing room at the very end and back of the hotel (hotel was almost completely empty), we liked that it was quiet back there but it was so cold going back and forth to the pool. Next time in the colder weather I will request an inside facing room so that we don't freeze going to the pool or breakfast area. Water pressure in the sink was low but just fine in the shower. Would definitely go back.

« Great location, rooms need updating »

Great location right on the strip. Staff were great. The only knock I would have is the sofa sleeper in the family suite was God awful. We have two kids (16, 15) that took turns sleeping on it and on the last night our son found it better to sleep with it closed and just on the couch. Felt every bar of the sofa bed and it made noise every time they moved. Breakfast was decent at best, but it's free.

    « Great location! »

This hotel was in a great location. We were able to walk to many of the attractions. All the staff was extremely friendly and we were able to book all our shows at the hotel. We will be staying here again!

« Central location, appropriately named »

This location is right in the middle of all the fun. Drive either direction and you will find just about all the fun and entertainment. There is a restaurant right next door or you can drive a short distance to find whatever else you may want to eat.

    « Good, Solid Hotel »

I went through a 3rd party website to book Best Western. I needed a family suite, and much to my surprise, instead of a couch and two beds, I got a two room (a King and 2 Doubles) suite. It was quite large and accommodating. Anyone can see that it had been used for something else at one time and has been refurbished for family suite use. The bathroom is quite large. The room you enter has a wall fireplace. Each room has a tv, and there is a mini fridge and microwave. The hotel is right off 76 in the middle of it all. The Titanic is next door, and Mike's Steakhouse in front. It can be difficult, depending on the amount of traffic, to get in/out. Most folks are friendly and will let you out :) Our room was clean, with only minor blemishes. The fireplace had some large gaps where it seemed a fixture had been taken out. This wasn't a big deal, and maybe it will be filled in the future. The vanity in the bathroom seemed like there was some type of water damage on the side, but it didn't affect anything. Check-in was quick and friendly. The breakfast was plentiful with a large and filling variety. There is an indoor pool and hot tub, and when the season hits, an outdoor one as well.

    « Great stay »

This hotel was perfect! Right next to the titanic, within walking distance to most things, indoor pool and hot tub! The staff was wonderful and very accommodating when we requested to be near the rest of our family in the hotel! Very quiet and the beds were very comfy! Oh and Breakfast was great every morning!

    « Great hotel! »

Love this hotel me and my wife stay here every time we come to branson! Super friendly service with a nice indoor pool area, small game room, and excerice room. Montana mikes is also a must try when staying its absolutely delicious.

    3
    « Quick stay »

We only stayed for one night but it was clean. The pool is small but it is indoors. The staff was friendly. They provided breakfast but we didn't try it. The tub felt a little unstable and the water only got lukewarm.

    3
« Not happy in Branson »

The room was alright but there was hair in the bathtub and the internet did not work. The breakfast was cold and not very appealing to me. It was a average place for the price but I will not be back. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    « Very nice »

Nice hotel right on the strip. Rooms were clean and quiet. ALL hotel employees were super nice, even booked a show at the hotel, lady was very knowledgeable and had been to most of the shows. Breakfast was good and well staffed.

« Clean Rooms, Great Location »

BW offers interior and exterior rooms. I would recommend interior, 3rd floor room facing the Ferris Wheel. Beautiful light show all day until 9pm. Plus, it's close to breakfast and pool. Family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens ?13 & 17 yr?) 2 queen beds. Room was exceptionally clean! I'm picky, I bring my own Lysol wipes but didn't need them. Shower has fantastic pressure, hot water never ran out. Two sinks one in bathroom and one outside it was a huge perk! I tend not to rate beds cause everyone's preference in comfort is different however these were REALLY firm! Painful! However seemed new, clean and odor free. I bring my own pillow but each bed had 4 mini fluffy pillows. Fridge is larger than a mini. Pool is too small for capacity of guests the hotel holds. Very shallow. 2-3 ft deep. With a narrow 5ft deep area but take one step in either direction your back to 3ft. Hot tub seats 4. I'm 5'6, 135 lbs it sat myself, husband and one other couple. Again, too small for as many guests they have. Excercise room was a hassle to use. You'll have to wait in line at the lobby in order to have an employee physically let you in the room. Plus you'll need a ID to show your age prior to use. I'm 44. I had to go back to my room to get drivers liscence then come back down to lobby to wait again to be let in excercise room. Breakfast is a nice variety. Ladies working it are wonderful! You'll have to juggle carrying your breakfast up to your room since all seating in the dining area is occupied by seniors having coffee and socializing instead of actually needing the tables to eat. Most families I saw were eating on the floor in the pool area. I purchased all my tickets thru IBranson in the gift shop. Saved a ton plus they let you use coupons from brochures in the lobby on top of the discounts offered. Located behind Montana Mikes Steak House on the strip. Quiet, no traffic noise and walking distance to many attractions.

    « GREAT STAFF! »

Great helpful staff. Good rooms, handy location, close to restaurants and attractions, ticket staff also very helpful. Breakfast was good, staff very helpful. Pool and hot tub taken over by kids could not use the hot tub.

« Great location, great staff, great price »

The four of us stayed here for a weekend just before spring break and just before the crowd comes to Branson. Check in staff was great. Professional and thorough. We had a double bed room. It was really nice. We especially liked the sink area in addition to the bathroom sink. That helps with two adults and two kids. Room had comfy beds, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and looked to be newly updated. Breakfast was the normal breakfast plus a pancake maker and they actually had fried eggs Sunday morning. Awesome! Very nice place and I highly recommend staying here.

    4
    « Nice »

nice showers, beds ok, small pillows, clean rooms, HOWEVER housekeeping needs to remember to take cleaning bottles with them and not leave them on the counter in the bathroom. fix the ice/soda machine on 2nd floor.

    « Top location »

This hotel is in the center of everything, so its name is appropriate. Great front desk staff, very knowledgeable about local attractions and helpful. We didn't feel rushed, and we had a lot of questions. The room was spotless. Parking was close to your room. They even sell tickets here to local attractions. We found that to be very convenient. We will definitely return to this location.

    5
    « Wow! »

This was one awesome room. Can't say enough about how nice it was. Very clean and no animal or smoke smells here! We will definitely stay here again. Fair price for the quality of the room. Has an awesome pool and breakfast.

« The best hotel in Branson! »

I can't believe that anyone could care more about every guest! This is one of the best experiences my wife and I have had in a chain hotel. The staff treated us like family and made every little detail their utmost priority! If you want a great place to stay in Branson this is the hotel for you! We will be back and we will tell our friends.

    « Great place »

Stayed here over New Years! Great staff, across the street from clay cooper theater so great area on the strip! Clean, quiet and great breakfast, nice pool and hot tub. Will stay again and recommend this to anyone in my family/ friends

« Hot coffee beside the pool and spa »

While dipping in the pool or spa, Hot coffee is available in the breakfast room located right next to the indoor pool and spa. The staff is friendly and professional. The rooms are comfortable and suited for families as well as couples attending the many shows in Branson. A restaurant is located next door for dinner. The Breakfast provided by the hotel is great. Parking is just outside your room for many of the rooms.

    « Disappointment »

Worst visit ive had here. Woman on phone was rude before we got there. rudeness continued at front desk. Did not get platinum recognition. Did not get friendly vibe from receptionist. Jacuzzi tub did not work properly and a non-working jet to which they really seemed unconcerned about after we reported it. Needs upgrade also. We were told it was best room in hotel. I'm Sorry for the other guests.

« Great visit in Branson »

Our stay at the Best Western Center Pointe Inn in Branson was great. Casey, who ran the breakfast room, was very friendly and great at her job. We had a minor issue with our TV, and someone came down quickly and fixed it. Great customer service from everyone.

    4
    « Branson Trip »

Nice hotel would have been better if the room had a recliner (like it stated in the room description on-line) instead of the chair with foot stool instead. My aunt did experience so problems with the free wi-fi quitting at times. The employees were wonderful, especially the lady working the free breakfast on the weekend and the Monday and Tuesday we were there.

« Best Western Center Pointe Inn Wonderful Stay »

My husband and I took a Christmas bus tour this November. There were 48 in our group. We visited Pigeon Forge, Nashville, Memphis and Branson. This hotel was one of our stops. This hotel was large, clean, the staff were friendly and accommodating. In the morning we had a free buffet breakfast. Lots of food. We were here for 3 days. After a full day of site-seeing, concerts, and shopping, it was nice to return to our room to relax and rest. We would certainly stay here on our travels again. Thank you Best Western Center Pointe Inn for a wonderful stay!!

    5
« Clean room and comfy bed »

We enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and the bed/pillows were comfortable. Its not a super fancy place, but it was perfect for our needs. We will definitely be back. Breakfast was good as well! We didn't use the indoor pool area but it looked nice.

« very nice and right in the Heart of Branson »

Nice and clean, great place for a family vacation. Pool and Hot tub was very nice and loved the late night opening of the pool and hot tub when everything was closed it was nice to come back and relax. Only other way it would be better if it was open all night. I wish more hotels offered this. Would definitely stay here again. The staff was excellent, one of the most respectful and helpful staffs that I've encountered.

    5
    « Close to everything!!! »

I love the location of this hotel. It is within walking distance to theaters, restaurants, and attractions. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, and I liked that it is non-smoking. The staff was welcoming and friendly from the start. Each morning I was greeted by Casey, the breakfast area attendant, as I chose my breakfast items from the buffet, which was always stocked and fresh. Bottom line--great hotel!

    « Creepy crawlies »

We have stayed at the Best Western Center Point several times in the past. We booked this hotel again based on past stays. I am on oxygen and after we got into our room and my husband had moved all of my medical equipment in, including a large oxygen concentrator, we discovered we had an unwelcomed visitor in our room. My husband went to the front desk and showed them the picture of the cockroach we found in the bathroom area. We were told they couldn't do anything at that point (about 6 pm) but they would have someone check on it later. They were sold out so no other rooms were open for us to move to. My husband was told by either the manager or assistant manager that it was probably silverfish. The next day we went to a couple of shows and when we came back to the hotel, we were told they would check on it after we checked out. I have a picture of our visitor and I still say it was a roach.

« Best Hotel In Branson »

I have absolutely nothing negative to say and I am a critical person. I have stayed at many Hotels in Branson over the years and this one was the best. It's a convenient location as well. The staff was friendly and helpful. There were lots of choices for breakfast and it was fresh and delicious. I don't walk very well and the elevator was a welcome sight. Great Job! Kudos to the staff! See ya next time!

Could not have asked for a better motel, staff and especially the location. I will definitely be using this facility again and again. We travel to Branson once a year and have always rented a cabin...but this will be my go to hotel from now on. Please if you are in the Branson area consider this hotel for sure.

    « Great location »

Great location. Can walk to several attractions. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool area and small game room. Good value. The hot breakfast was delicious with eggs, sausage, bacon, Canadian bacon (depending on the day), biscuits and gravy and waffles along with your bagels and cereal.

« Quick trip to Branson to see a couple of shows »

We enjoyed our weekend stay at Center Pointe. We opted for the bonus points in exchange for no housekeeping and enjoyed knowing no one would be in our room or wondering when they would want to clean. The buffet breakfast was very good and we ate at Montana Mike's twice. We walked to a show at the Starlite. It's very convenient to activities on the strip. The staff was very friendly and always at the counter. We will stay there again.

    5
« We have stayed at this Best Western twice now, and it doesn't disappoint. The rooms are nice and clean. »

This hotel is close enough to several eating and shopping places. Next door to the Titanic. It's clean and comfortable. The breakfast will fill you up for a day on the town. We stayed here two different times 12 years apart and it was a great experience both times! The pool and the hot tub are nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's a great value, so many of the other hotels are so expensive for a traveling family. I read reviews when we travel, so I hope this one is helpful.

We always look for Best Westerns when traveling. Have found them to be friendly and professional in their services. Any little problem, they are always right there to fix, and you'll get a big apology. When checking out, always like to make sure that everything was OK.

I was not expecting the clean and nice room that we received at this hotel. We were using points and were treated like we were paying customers! That sometimes is a problem when checking in. When we travel to Branson, Missouri again we will stay here. Parking was great and the location is awesome. The bed was comfortable and room was very quiet! Thank you to Center Pointe Inn.

I have stayed in hotels around the world and this has to rate as one of the best. Rooms and hotel was supper clean. Hotel staff was friendly and went out of their way to accommodate you. Breakfast all items were hot and kept full even though the hotel was fully booked. The breakfast room adjoined the indoor pool which has tables around it that you could eat your breakfast at. Excellent hotel would recommend that you should stay there it you can

    « Cheaper Isn't Always Better »

When we arrived to our hotel room we immediately noticed a foul odor. The room felt very humid. The decor was in need of a badly needed update. When we booked this room the rep told us that it was within walking distance to all major attractions. This was not the case by any stretch of the imagination. Will never stay at any Best Western Hotels. We've had a similar situation at a Best western. Guess we didn't learn our lesson the first time.

    « Anniversary »

We stayed here on our Honeymoon and returned here for our 5th anniversary. Angie in Front Office and Heather-Housekeeping Manager were very supportive helping with my surprise of flowers for my wife + Heather made a cute arrangement of two Swans kissing out of towels. We will always stay here when in Branson and Highly recommend this for other travelers to Branson. The Breakfast room Ladies were very cheerful and served a GREAT Breakfast .Very clean and comfortable rooms. I Salute the entire staff of this Hotel

    « Fall Getaway »

This is an older style hotel, with outside entrance doors, but with that being said it has been well cared for. The furniture is dated and showing wear and tear, however the room was clean and adequate .We had a room with two double beds. There was a separate sink area from the bathroom. Dresser with TV on top, and a desk and chair. The breakfast area was clean and well tended to by the staff. Also this breakfast staff was the kindest I have ever encountered at a hotel. The pool area looked very nice but we did not have time to enjoy it. We did use the concierge service for show and dinner reservations and this was very helpful. This hotel is located on the strip right next to the Titanic Museum.

    « Enjoyed our stay..... »

We had never been to Branson and decided to stop on our way back from our "West" trip. Booked this particular Best Western due to its inside pool and hot tub. Pool could have been about 5 degrees warmer since it was advertised as heated. My preference only as I like warm pools. Hot tub to me was just right, although a few people thought it was too warm. Jets were just right also, as to not splash water in your face. Upon checking in, the front desk was very friendly, efficient, and helpful. In fact, I would like to compliment the whole staff on their friendliness and helpfulness. Always a smile and greeting from an employee at this Best Western. Free local papers were also nice as we could see what was happening in the area. Breakfast to us was a typical BW breakfast, although again the breakfast staff was particularly efficient as the two nights we stayed, there were also 3 bus tours and I believe all were using the complimentary breakfast. Tables were cleaned immediately upon someone leaving and never was their a lack of food. Only thing I would suggest is: bacon option, only meat was sausage, and French Vanilla for an option for creamer. I love my tea with FV. This facility also has a fitness center that Kim (wife) enjoyed. This BW is also located within walking distance to some attractions and gift shops. Branson is very hilly and spread out, so to find a motel/hotel that is good for all parts of Branson would be difficult. We would stay at this BW again as to us it is one of the better ones.

For the past several years, we have been staying at Best Western whenever possible, and have come to expect a very nice comfortable room. This Branson, Mo location was not a disappointment. Great place to stay. A little dated, but clean, comfortable beds, fast WIFI. Better than typical motel breakfast. Pancakes, waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits/sausage gravy, coffee, juices, donuts. Very centrally located. Has a ticket office on site to make reservations at any show w/ discounts at some. Saw an indoor pool and not sure if there is also an outdoor.

Room was large with an extra chair in the room beside the computer chair. Amenities great. staff was very helpful and the gift shop was convenient because you could buy Event Tickets on site. Breakfast was different every day which was nice. We stayed 5 nights and the bill was very affordable. We will return to the same hotel next time we go to Branson Mo

« Nice for the price »

We got a room very near the main street. Expressed our concerns and were told no one had complained about night time noise, so please give it a try. If we found it noisy they would move us the next day. They were right, it was fine! We stayed 5 nights. The shower curtain had a musty smell, although no visible mold or mildew. The first couple days, the cleaning crew did a nice job, just didn't leave any coffee. The next day, got coffee but, although they took our dirty towels, did not leave clean ones! Oh, well! High point is the breakfast and the girls working there! Friendly and constantly refilling and refreshing.

« Convenient and Good Value »

We were impressed with the breakfast and also the open Bible with the poem on top of it. A very welcoming touch. The room was very clean and we received additional points since we did not require housekeeping for the second night.

    « Overall Good Value »

The proximity of this Hotel was right in the middle of many shows and attractions and is right on the main highway. The staff offered tickets to all of the shows and attractions we wanted to see and were extremely helpful in locating great food for a reasonable price. They were also helpful in deciding what to do on spur of the moment adventures. The hot tub was a great relief also.

    « Quiet room »

We had an excellent room. We heard no noise at all from either the outside or inside. It was great. The room was spacious with all the ameneties. Bath area had two sinks which was great getting ready in the morning. They had a great hot breakfast. The desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel is in the heart of Branson. The outside of the hotel is kind of plain but the rooms were nice and clean. The internet connection was good. The free breakfast had a good variety of items. Not awesome but typical free hotel breakfast. I would stay here again. Great price!

    « Anniversary Trip! »

This hotel was a great choice for our stay in Branson. Extremely quiet and comfy room. Loved having a sink/vanity in the bathroom and another one outside the bathroom. We would like for there to have been a comfy chair in the room...there are chairs, but not the comfy kind :) There was a great hot/cold breakfast but the area was pretty congested and on the small side. The indoor pool was refreshing after a long hot day out exploring. Use the ticket service! A great time saver!! All of the staff were helpful and friendly. The only trouble we had was, when checking out, not all of our BW gift cards hadn't been applied to our bill. We had to wait a little while to get this cleared up. Check your receipt to ensure points or whatever have been credited to you.

It's a motel. Rooms open to parking lot. It's clean but very dated and well it's a Best Western. Small bathroom, kind of musty smelling. Breakfast leaves a lot to desire. For someone on a tight budget it's in a central location.

    « A Fun & Convenient Stay »

We stayed here a week while enjoying Branson. It was ideal for us. We were able to walk to several of the venues and the others were easy driving distance. There were several restaurants in walking distance. The hotel has 3 buildings. In the main building where we stayed the rooms opened onto a hall. The 2 other buildings had rooms that opened to the outside if that's important to anyone. It's a safe area. The main building had an elevator but I don't think the others did. The room itself was a good size and clean. What I liked especially was that there was a sink inside the bathroom and another sink outside with mirrors. As a woman it's nice to be able to put on makeup outside of the steamy bathroom. The bed was comfy and there was no outside sound at night. We had a small refrigerator and microwave which was nice. The only problem was that the coffee maker had a short cord so needed to be put on the sink where there was a socket. Not a real problem because we had good coffee along with a great hot breakfast each morning. There was always a table available and the staff were so friendly. The first day our cable TV didn't work and the staff came in quickly and fixed it. The pool and hot tub were both a good temperature. The parking lot exited onto Hywy 76 which was busy much of the time but people were so courteous and let us get out of the lot. If we come to Branson again I will definitely stay here.

    « Great comfort! »

The beds were really comfortable. All of the staff that we encountered were extremely helpful and friendly. There were two pool options, one outside and one inside for inclement weather. Also had two hot tubs on the property. This motel in centrally located so it is easy to get to shows or restaurants.

« Breakfast staff moved my review from 4 to 5! »

After a rough check-in, we walked into a wonderful room that faced the Ferris wheel which is beautiful. This hotel is in the middle of the strip in a great location. If you look at a map, you can take back roads that run parallel which will save you a lot of time. Indoor pool was great. Outdoor pool was a little chilly but nice. Casey was running the breakfast in the morning and was also there the next 4 mornings as well. It was the first time I've stayed at a hotel where I had tears in my eyes when we were leaving because I knew I would miss her. She is so kind and sincere. My 3 children looked forward to seeing her every morning as well. I never have seen a person that cares about her job as much as Casey and it shows. It is clean and the breakfast is very good. Only complaints I had....the pool area was messy after breakfast in the morning and it was never cleaned. This wouldn't keep me from staying here again...that's for sure!

We stayed at the Best Western Center Pointe Inn and it was an amazing experience. The front desk staff was exceptional! We walked in to smiles and hellos from Shirley and Ken. Bob the General Manager was a sweetheart. He upgraded our room to suite cause we were celebrating our anniversary. It cost a lil more but no normally what you would pay. Everyone we encountered was extremely nice. Casey in the breakfast was so pleasant and easy to talk to and Janis was nice too when we checked out. This hotel is in the center of everything. The Titanic Museum is a must see. We visited a couple of museums. I will be returning to Branson again and I will be thanking my dear friend for recommending this hotel to us. Keep up the great work.

« Enjoyable stay in Branson »

This is an older but well maintained property in Branson that is very convenient for a brief stay. Located directly across from the Clay Cooper Theater and next door to the Titanic Museum, it is within walking distance to other shows and their is a Walgreen Drug store nearby as well. Montana Mikes, a steak restaurant, is located on the same property. Check in and out was easy as we had a reservation. The desk personnel are very helpful in answering questions about shows and directions. We had a king room very near the street but the room was quiet during the night. The room is an older style room with a recliner and desk. There is a chest of drawers to put clothing in. The bathroom has a vanity outside of the bath/toilet area which makes it convenient for dressing in the morning. Breakfast is served from 6:30 to 9:30 with juice, coffee, eggs, sausage, and pastries. There is a waffle maker and a pancake maker for use. Cereal and yogurt is available. One morning, make your own burritos were available. The lady that handles the breakfast is a very sweet lady and works to accommodate everyone's requests, if possible. There was adequate parking available for our Sunday-Tuesday visit. Traffic is busy in front of the hotel but we had no problems either pulling out or turning in to the hotel. We walked across the street several times and caution is advised. The A/C worked very well for our August stay. The bedding was good as were the towels. W-Fi was very good also. We did not use the pool which was located on the property in the front desk building. There is a big screen TV in the room with remote. Based on this stay, we would stay here again as we had no problems with the room and the central location in the city. We visited Table Rock Lake State Park during our stay and we enjoyed some birding. We attended two shows at the Clay Cooper Theater which were really excellent shows. Enjoy your stay in Branson.

« Nice hotel and Great location »

This hotel was clean and nice, nothing fancy, but good hotel. Enjoyed the outdoor hottub and they were open until midnight. It is in a great location, especially if you want to be able to walk to some things. It was next to many things like the Titanic museum, the ferris wheel, the best go kart track, Pasghettis, and many other shops and mini golf and the wax museum. If you like to walk like me, this is the place to stay.

Large room, conveniently located to strip, yellow, and blue routes, friendly accommodating staff. Would not use Jacuzzi as it was gross, (as are all hotel Jacuzzi's) and bed was like a torture device. Do it yourself breakfast was ok, avoid cooked food, or go out to eat.

Stayed for an extended weekend. Rooms were nice, not overly large, but clean. No shower soap in bath when we arrived, but the nice maid took care of it for us and even asked the next day if it was alright. Water in shower was just lukewarm until almost finished, then got hot. ? Overall, nice stay, usual free breakfast fare. Would stay again.

Issues -cable was not working -Cheetos left in the chair in the 2nd bedroom -mold & mildew in the bathroom -the room was super dusty, if you have allergies don't stay here! -there were 5 flies, flying in the room upon check in, the manager offered a disguisting fly swat to kill the flies -hotel décor was old, outdated -the floors of all wet areas were super sticky & dirty I would never stay here or any best western ever again!

« Our new GO-TO hotel in Branson »

We typically stay at another hotel in Branson but I got a great deal on this hotel so we stayed here instead. I am so glad we did! We had a standard (2 Queens) room. Our room was clean and included a refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast on Sunday morning was crazy - we ended up eating in the pool area but the food was good (and included in the price of the room) and the breakfast room staff were AMAZING. Super friendly and all of the food was well stocked. They had a waffle maker and pancake maker - not to mention eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage patties, cereal, oatmeal an donuts. Monday morning was less crowded but we still chose to eat in the pool area because it was quieter. They have two pools and hot tubs (indoor and outdoor). The indoor pool only went to about 4-5 foot but the outdoor pool was 8 foot. The kids had a blast swimming when it started getting dark and the lights of the pool came on. We had a great experience at this hotel and it will now be our Go-To hotel for Branson.

« Clean hotel, good location »

Clean hotel, very friendly staff. The hot breakfast was just OK, but it was free. The breakfast room was small and was extremely crowded on Sunday morning. On Monday morning it was far less crowded, and the food was better. The location is really nice, close to a lot of activities. I'd stay here again if I was going to stay on the strip.

This was a great motel. It was clean and quiet. You could not beat the price either. If you stay at this motel you can walk to almost anything. I even walked to the restaurants that we ate at.Will stay there again.

    « Overall pleased »

My wife and I spent 4 nights here a couple weeks ago. We were very happy with the our stay. It is an older hotel but has been updated and taken care of. Our room was clean and comfortable. Our only issues were minor........2 of the lamps in our room were not plugged in and we couldn't locate outlets for them, making reading in bed or the chair impossible. Also, the breakfast area is not very easy to get to, having to go through the indoor pool area. People with physical limitations would have some difficulty. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. I had originally made the reservation through and secondary sight. So I called the hotel to confirm the reservation to find they had us in a 2 Queen bed regular when it was suppose to be a King handicap. Josh at the front desk fixed it with no problem. Housekeeping was also very attentive. On the day we didn't have them come in they left us a message to let them know if we found ourselves in need of anything. Overall we were pleased and would stay here in the future.

« Good location right on the strip »

This was our first time to Branson. We spent two nights at Best Western Center Pointe Inn. Friendly and efficient housekeeping staff.  They offer a typical free hotel breakfast between 7:30 and 9:30 AM. There were not enough tables and chairs to accommodate the number of people in the breakfast dining area and it was a madhouse. Because of this we only had breakfast here the first day. Terrible lighting in the room as the lights were not bright enough and it was hard to see in the room. Not enough outlets in the room. Overall it met our needs and the location is perfect. I would look elsewhere for a longer stay.

    « Loved this place!! »

You will love this place!! A+ Breakfast With something for everyone. That alone worth at least $30! We spent so much time doing stuff away from the hotel we were too exhausted to spend much time in the pool so keep that in mind before you book one of those costly hotels. However the indoor outdoor pools/hot tubs were nice. Housekeepers were constantly seen walking around the property cleaning/detailing which was nice to see. Most places it is rare to see anyone cleaning. Great stay. Will be back!

    « Shopping Trip »

Excellent trip with a stay at an excellent hotel. Our area has very few stores that carry merchandise electronics, cameras or sound equipment so we must venture to places like Branson, Springfield or Little Rock. I wanted to see what Best Buy had to offer and the nearest is in Branson. We decided to make this an overnighter and selected Best Western based on location, reputation and cost! The one we selected offered everything that we could possibly need at a good price. Room was great, the staff friendly and knowledgeable and the breakfast was fantastic.

    3
« Okay place to stay »

Good location next to Titanic and across the street from Ozarkland. Montana Mikes in same parking lot. Room pretty clean but Best Western is running a green promotion which sounded more like they did not want to clean the rooms. I still want my bed made and trash emptied even if I agree to reuse the towels. Breakfast was good, biscuits and gravy, waffles, eggs, but too crowded closer to 9 am. Not enough seating.

We went to Branson to see the Haygoods. Our hotels was right across the street. We were able to find a place to eat that was also walkable. After the show we walked to a place for a malt and sundae. So we never had to use our car for anything.

« Great place to stay! »

My wife and I stayed here on vacation. We used a vacation booking agency to book our trip. This saved us 40% off regular retail price of the room. This location is right smack in the middle of everything it seemed like. The hotel parking lot was next to the Titanic Museum parking lot so we walked to the museum. The hotel parking lot was also next to Montana Mike's Steak House which we really enjoyed a great meal there then walked back to our room. The hotel breakfast was very nice and staffed the entire time it was operating. If you looked around like you were looking for something the friendly staff asked if they could assist you. The sausage gravy was some of the best, as hotel breakfasts go. When someone left the staff cleaned the tables before they were used again, which was great to see. Our room was very spacious and clean. If you have read any of my other reviews I am very picky about cleanliness and maintenance of rooms and facilities. I looked and I could not find any faults or defects with this hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were great. I would recommend that you make reservations prior to arrival. While checking in the staff could not help two walk-in customers looking for a room. The staff called several other hotels trying to help these people but on the weekend Branson is booked solid. The indoor pool area was very nice and clean. We did not visit the outdoor pool. Parking was very adequate. If you get a choice of room ask for one with windows facing the large Farris wheel, the light show was fantastic. I gladly recommend this hotel to others.

« Family fun in Branson »

This hotel was great. It's right on the strip so there are several places you can walk to plus Montana Mikes is in the parking lot. Our room was on the bottoms floor but it was so quiet it felt like we were the only ones there which was nice. Our room was very clean. My only negative is that the hotel had a very distinct smell of chlorine/bleach and it was very strong. Other than that we were very happy.

« Gorgeous rooms, Fantastic Breakfast, Staff SO-SO »

Rooms here are absolutely gorgeous and breakfast is quite possibly one of the best in hotels I have ever stayed at. Staff needs some improvement though in recognizing Diamond Select members such as myself. They won't do a room upgrade to "best available" even when asked, just told we "don't do that." Some staff very good and accommodating, though others at front desk obviously here for the "paycheck," and don't seem to really care about making guests who are loyal to the BW brand really happy.

    3
« Staff were friendly but room was below expectation »

The staff was great but our shower was dirty and made funny screeching noises. The beds were also incredibly hard. For breakfast, they only had 1 waffle machine which always had a line..I wish they would get another one for that area. For handicap access, the pool was the only way to get to the breakfast room. We had someone in our party that couldn't do stairs and had to walk through the pool and wet area just to eat in the morning. That was difficult as well.

    5
    « Four night stay »

Our room was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and made our stay a good experience. The full breakfast had plenty of choices and the food was great. The pool areas were clean and towels were provided free. The bathroom was large with ample sink area. The king mattress was great and very comfortable.

    4
    « Good location »

We chose this motel because of the central location on Highway 76 in Branson. It is close to the Titanic, the Clay Cooper Theatre and the Starlite Theatre and not too far from one of the Tracks Fun Parks. We could see the lighted ferris wheel from our hotel window on the west side of the complex. The rooms are generous in size and very clean. We prefer not to have housekeeping in our room and we were asked rather than having to deal with the card on the door. There are two pools, an indoor and an outdoor pool. The breakfast was expansive. Everything you can think of and a few special items like brown sugar and blueberries for the oatmeal. It is a good idea to go early as this is a motel with many rooms but the attendants did a good job of keeping items filled. Staff was friendly. We would stay here again.

    5
    « Well cared for!! »

The staff was so wonderful to us during our staff. The front desk staff, breakfast staff, and housekeepers were all so friendly and took the extra effort to ensure we were well cared for!! I would highly suggest staying here. The staff will go above and beyond for you.

    « Great Western »

Very nice motel, handicap room was nice. the doorbell for the hearing impaired was a bonus. I had a bad experience with one of the local motels last year, and am pleasantly surprised with this motel, this motel is not 55.00 a night , but I guess you have to pay alittle more. We only go once a year I was not willing to risk another bad trip.

    2
    « Not impressed »

We booked a room here for three nights on our summer vacation and house keeping did not clean the room once. They did stop by late one after noon and bring towels but that was it. The location is good if you plan on walking around close to lots of family attractions, however the city is not set up for foot traffic. Overall as far as the service I would rank this hotel amount the worst I have stayed in.

    4
« Short Get Away Trip »

Our room was to the back of the complex and very quiet. The room was comfortable, clean and the rate was reasonable. It is close to the outside loops so that made it easy to drive around the city. I would definitely recommend it.

This is our second stay at this location and I have to say both times we were very pleased with everything offered. I am a clean freak and these rooms are clean and nice! The breakfast was good and the indoor pool and hot tub were open late and nice to have available!

We stayed for 5 nights and found everything to our liking. The price was reasonable, the room was clean and we will definitely stay here again.. The breakfast had a wide variety of hot and cold foods and the internet was fast and reliable.

Stayed here on a two day trip to branson. Rooms were very clean and breakfast was good, great selection. Friendly staff was surprised when housekeeping even called before they left to make sure we didn't need anything. Loved the fact that there was indoor and outdoor pool/hot tub :) Would definitely stay here again if I ever return.

We have stayed in this hotel many times over many years and have never been disappointed. The indoor pool was very nice, even in the rain! Since coming here so many times, we have found the route around Branson will take you everywhere you need to go with this base point. Another fun time at Center Point Inn!

    « Great location, staff, & breakfast »

My husband and I stayed one night at this location at the beginning of Memorial Day weekend. Our check-in was easy and pleasant with nice staff. Our room exceeded our expectations - nice updates, clean, convenient to have a refrigerator and microwave, the a/c worked great, and two full-sized beds (on the harder side, but comfortable). We used the outdoor hot tub in the evening. It was pleasant, with a nice view of the colors changing on the Ferris Wheel. The room and outdoor pool/hot tub was surprisingly quiet for the beginning of a holiday weekend. The indoor pool had several kiddos and adults, but it is a nice facility. The breakfast was great - lots of items to choose from. It may be wise for them to open the breakfast room until 10a (instead of 9:30a) on the weekends / holidays because it was super busy. The breakfast staff were very friendly and accommodating - filled food readily and were polite. The hotel location is right next door to Titanic and Montana Mikes, which is great because you can take the side roads and mostly stay off of 76. We had a great stay with a low price due to purchasing on priceline. We hope to be back.

    « Wonderful place! »

The rooms were nice, the pool was great and the breakfast was yummy! I loved how the rooms opened to an indoor hallway and we had to have our room key to enter the building. It just seemed much safer this way! It was also nice having a motel in this location!! We so enjoyed our stay!

« Can't Go Wrong Choosing This Hotel »

Stayed Six days and nights at this hotel while in Branson and are glad we did. From the professional staff who would smile and talk with you each day to the excellent service received from room service to the excellent breakfasts. Had not stayed at a Best Western before, but if this any indication than they have won our business in the future travels.

    « Good "Center Point" »

This location was right in the middle of everything which was extremely nice. The room and bed was decent no real problems, it had a funny odor but we think it was the ac unit that was smelling musty. We did not have hot water the first night, it was mildly warm but was fixed by next morning. There was plenty to choose from for breakfast, make your own waffles, they had eggs, biscuits & gravy, sausage, cereals, oatmeal, danish, fruits. WiFi worked pretty good. We would definitely stay here again

This was a nice hotel for a short weekend getaway! It looked like it had been recently renovated. Breakfast was great, rooms were clean and comfortable! Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking!

    « Branson with pleasure »

Our stay at the Best Western Center Pointe in Branson was satisfactory. The room was clean and refreshing. The bathroom was clean and stocked for two people. The bed was comfortable to me, but a little hard for my wife. I had to rearrange the sheets and covers because as they were made, they only reached to my waist. After pulling the sheet and blanket out from between the mattress and foundation, it was comfortable - amusing to us being 'short-sheeted', yet pleasant. The rates were surprisingly low - we would stay there again, but would recommend sugar-free syrup for the hot items, and a choice of turkey rather than pork on the breakfast menu.

Angie at the front desk gave us great service and was very accommodating. Trish in the Ibranson concierge area was extremely helpful and made all our show reservations and many tips to help us with directions and seating. She is very friendly and we enjoyed talking with her. Overall this hotel had excellent service and all amenities were great.

« One great choice in Branson »

Reference: The Get things done attitude of BW staff The old travel industry had an expression: Orchid and / or Onion letters hopefully to a Corporate CEO who has empathy ?.This is an "orchid?. Your hotel has an unusual lay out but it works and works well ...all is super clean and staff attitude is splendid. Had managed several organizations before becoming a reluctant hotelier in Hawaii. Client service is always a tough challenge; in America it has become a false in many businesses. Repeat, this is an orchid letter! A well deserved one. It is always a pleasure in any walk of life or endeavor to see professionalism demonstrated. People say America is getting soft in mind and body. Remarkably, your people contradict this supposition and are role models for getting America back on track. We will remain loyal clients because of this level of service, mahalo. It is always a pleasure in any walk of life or endeavor to see professionalism demonstrated. Helen, clearly, is ?professional" Helen is a professional members of your team. Please accept my heartfelt compliments for having employed such a fine person. It is sad that all outfits do not have more ?Get Things Done" Type People?? Amen After some frustration, Helen executed remedial action. Embarrassing for all who preceded. Never gave up -- checking until she got the job done -- well done. No wonder the overseas businesses are surpassing our domestic efforts. They have people who get the job done, instead of passing it along to another. Bravo to you for motivating such fine team members! It is a daunting task pleasing all the people all the tim

We really like staying here on the Branson strip. Its a great location for walking or driving to attractions. The staff is the best! Very helpful! The young lady that sets up the hot breakfast (included) is just as sweet as she can be. She went out of her way to find me the kind of tea I requested (as important to me as coffee is to others!). We have in the past, stayed at "other" hotels, but since we found this one, we don't even want to stay any place else!

« Well located and well kept lodging »

We stayed here three nights with a motor coach group touring Branson. The hotel was centrally located amongst many theaters, restaurants and entertainment venues. The rooms were clean and well appointed. I had a very minor issue (so minor I won't elaborate) and after reporting it to the front desk it was resolved when we returned in the afternoon. The breakfast provided varied everyday and the options were numerous and no different than found in any well run hotel. The young lady servicing the breakfast was friendly but not intrusive in any manner. Admittedly, May is probably still in the off season so it is quieter than normal. Our room was adjacent to the swimming pool area and stairwell but it was quiet in our room.

The room was good. The service was good. The location was perfect. The room was clean. The value was great. The breakfast buffet left a lot to be desired for. They needed more waffle makers. They did not have whole milk. They only had skim or one percent.

Everything was wonderful, just confirm your dates before arriving. Was in the center of it all and I walked to everything I wanted to see. 2 Restaurants right next door. There is an RV park behind the motel which some of our party used and we all were together that way.

« Welcoming and gracious place to stay near all activities in Branson »

From a late night check in to an early morning check out we were made to feel comfortable and accomadations were more than expected. Trisha helped with all of the tickets we wanted and gave valuable information about seating and shows. Pricing was also great.

    « Was well pleased »

My wife and I stayed here for one night. We were over all pleased with the location, hotel staff, and general appearance of the room. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. The only negative(s) is: The water pressure is not very good in the sink or shower. Other than that, we were pleased. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

    « Spring Break Disappointment »

It was Spring Break and I had a good deal so we picked the Best Western Center Pointe Inn. We have stayed before and had a relaxing stay. This time it was not to be. Check in was quick and professional (although they let the phone ring and ring and ring...and ring while they help customers at the desk). The Phantom enjoys the indoor pool and hot tub when the family stays in Branson but, and this is no fault of the motel, there was a full blown hootenanny in the pool area the entirety of our stay. I'm talking 20 plus kids in the pool at top volume with 6 adults with toddlers and little kids in the hot tub. All hours. We never did get to use the pool or hot tub. The hotel was clean and the rooms were quiet enough but the beds were straight out of the Spanish Inquisition. My night on the Center Pointe slab sidles easily into the Phantom's list of miserable sleeping conditions at number 12 right behind a night's rest in the front seat of a 74 Impala after a tent camping torrential rainout. Considering most of this list includes tent camping disasters, extreme temperatures - hot and bitter cold, and horrible human behavior, the Center Pointe's queen-sized beds are in bad company. Very little rest was had. Honestly I probably would have slept better in a sleeping bag on the floor. If you want a comfortable bed and a chance to swim or relax keep looking traveler.

    « Great place to wait out a snow-storm »

On a spring motorcycle trip with two buddies and had planned stop on the way in Branson. The suite worked great - two beds plus the sofa-sleeper. Branson ended up getting snow so we stayed an extra night. Couldn't get the suite since it was already taken but they took care of us and set us up in a double room with a roll-away bed. Worked out perfect. SUPER friendly staff - especially the gals providing breakfast. Nice, clean rooms. Within walking distance to several sights (good way to spend our down day). Montana Mikes restaurant right in front of the hotel with decent food and drinks.

    « A good place to stay »

The motel has been around for a while but was nice - our room was nice. The TV in our room had an issue but was fixed shortly after we informed the office. It appeared that the 160 rooms were filled. The number of people staying there caused the breakfast area to be crowded but it wasn't too bad. There were a lot of choices for breakfast. We had a good breakfast each day. There is an indoor pool by the breakfast area. The pool looked nice but we did not use the pool. The staff were friendly and pleasant. We would stay again if we go when we cannot get into our time-share.

    5
« Our stay in Branson »

The hotel room was clean. The pool indoors is heated ( November stay) and crystal clear. It was great since we had the grandchildren with us. The breakfast has many items to choose from. The people go out of their way to be helpful. You can purchase show tickets in the gift shop. You can find cheaper motels but we like the knowing it will be clean and good service.

« Quick family get away »

We live just over an hour from Branson so we decided on a quick getaway for my 3 kids, wife, and I. We don't like any kids to sleep on the floor so have started to book family suites or larger rooms. We booked what looks like their only family suite they have. This is by far the largest room I have personally stayed in. It had a large room with a comfy king size bed, fireplace, and tv and a second very large room room with two full size beds and another tv, fridge, and the biggest bathroom I've ever seen. The door with the kind size bed did lock so you could lock the kids in so they had no access to the doors outside which is good with the proximity to the strip. The room was slightly dated but very clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. There was some noise from the strip but we turned the fan for the air to on to cover the noise. The location is close to a lot. We usually prefer to stay off he strip to beat traffic but it was ok. The titanic museum, new ferries wheel, and many restaurants are within very close walking distance. We watched the ferries wheel change colors from the parking lot. We took advantage of the pool which was one of our main reasons for going here. The heated indoor pool was still slightly cool but the kids loved it. The hot tub felt great. When we went it was not busy at all. We ate the free hot breakfast and it was what I find to be typical of hot food at hotels. Saves us money that we use towards the nicer room for a large family. We enjoyed our trip and would stay here again.

Made a reservation at BW Center Point for Monday to Wednesday 10/10/16-10/12/16 to celebrate our anniversary and to see The Texas Tenors at Starlight Theater. We arrived early and our room was ready and very clean. We had parking right outside our door and plenty of light in the parking lot. The breakfast both mornings was delicious and plentiful. Lots of variety and the food was hot. Nice indoor pool and hot tub. The outdoor pool was already covered. Hotel is in a great place for getting to everything. Room was cleaned promptly and well done. Employees were very nice and accommodating. We'll be back.

    « One unpleasent experience. »

My wife and I have stayed at the Center Point Inn during our yearly vacation of 4 and 5 days per year for the last 19 years thus spending thousands of dollars at the Best Western Center Point Inn. Being a disabled Veteran, I have found Branson to be a very nice place to visit every year as long as I'm able. The Center Point Inn has always been neat and clean and staff friendly and accommodating. For many years the wireless internet did not work for "outgoing mail" (this year being the first year we could send email). In the past years few of the maid staff we encountered were able to communicate in English, but we were able to achieve our requests. The main situation we ran into this year for the first time was the removal of two new pairs of shoes we had purchased, ,just hours before, from our room. When confronting the General Manager, we were told that there was a Missouri law that held the customer responsible for their own items. The General Manager then called the person that serviced our room and she admitted removing the shoes and said she discarded them in the garbage. The Manager stated that they were not responsible for this action but would reimburse half of the $131.00 and he stated that he didn't have to do that. I find it hard to believe that the "Spirit" of such a law would not be violated in situations such as this. .My concern is to inform others that may stay at this establishment to be aware that apparently the management refuses to take responsibility for the actions of their employees possible negligence, irresponsibility or possible theft even after their admitting to it. In the future we are looking forward to many more trips to our favorite "Veteran Friendly" Branson but we will not stay in any Motel that will not accept responsibility for their employs...... We were going to stay the weekend but checked out early. 1st our room was dirty, bathroom sink had hair all over it. And one of the queen beds had not been changed. There was mascara on the sheets. The front desk did come up and change the sheets. Breakfast was difficult to find even though we had the map. Thought it was unusual that you had to walk through the pool area to get breakfast. Once we got there it was very crowded...eggs were runny. We want to gift shop for "discount tickets" beware tickets are as cheap or cheaper at the attractions no savings here. We were told the 4 Pack for wax museum was 30.99 but on sale today for 27. We bought tickets at the museum for 25. I will not stay here again

    « Perfect location »

If you want to be right in the center of the action this is the place for you and your family. We loved the options of both an indoor and outdoor pool that is open late. It's a nice clean place with easy access to Branson's finest in entertainment and dining. You are walking distance to Pasghetti's (one of our favorite stops of the trip) and only an evening stroll away from Andy's and the gorgeous Ferris wheel.

    « Several buildings on a hillside »

Room was clean and very nice. Note: Since Branson is hilly, this hotel has several buildings on the side of a hill. Outdoor corridors. My building had an elevator on one end of the building. If you need to use an elevator, you will be shown where your room is but you will want to ask where the elevator is.

    « Good Branson Location »

Nicely remodeled older hotel in a great location for those who would like to walk to restaurants and activities. The indoor and outdoor pools are small but nice when the hotel is not in peak season. The breakfast room is crowded even when the hotel is not full however. The 'sister property' BW Music Capital Inn is nicer, but this one has a location advantage.

« Best Western in Branson Takes Wings »

First trip to Branson. BW was a typical budget hotel. I like BW, always have. The room interior was excellent. Beds were really comfortable. The door to the room was made from some really inexpensive material and had a large, visible gap at the bottom. We would leave the hotel in the morning and come back in the evening and be greeted by flies. Other than that... great.

We stayed for one night prior to checking into our condo for the week. Our room was very spacious. The tub was huge. The inside pool area was small, but the kids enjoyed it. « Not Great, but Very Good »

My family with senior adults and elementary children stayed 4 nights, and found this hotel to be very good in almost all categories given that it is many years old - probably 1960-70s style with remodeling/updates not too many years ago. It is certainly as good as or better than what I expected for this chain of hotels (and age) in a heavily touristed town. The Front Desk was welcoming and provided good information during our stay, and Housekeeping was completely adequate to our needs in keeping with this level/quality of hotel. Our rooms were quiet enough, and we were definitely able to keep it cold enough. Rooms and bathrooms were reasonably clean, but water pressure in lavatories was very weak and adjusting the hot/cold valve as a bit tricky. The quality of breakfast was about as I expected for this type of hotel - waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, yogurt, bagels, etc.- nothing fancy but more than minimally adequate, even for family members with varying tastes. The only problem we experienced was that the breakfast room was VERY crowded from 9:00 to 9:30 am (when I closed). Extending breakfast hours would be very useful for folks on vacation and who had been to late shows the night before. Because the summer heat and humidity was extreme, the necessity of walking thru the indoor pool area was a bit uncomfortable as was the necessity to find a table in that area (overflow table space from the breakfast room). We only used the indoor pool which was very good - plenty of space for play and seating. The location of this hotel along the Strip makes it very convenient to all attractions and restaurants, especially when using the Gretna Rd and Roark Valley Rd bypass. This location is also close to other useful businesses - we used Walgreens and Domino Pizza a hundred yards away. In cooler weather a person could walk to several closeby venues and businesses. Because of being on the Strip, I was concerned that street noise might be a problem at night, but because the buildings are set back from the street and air conditioning masks noise, we did not hear noise from the street nor any adjacent businesses.

    5
    « Great Stay »

They where very friendly and we had a great stay. We stayed there 4 nights and couldn't be happier. It right in the middle of all the shows. Presley's, Mickey Gilleys, and more. The price was right on priceline.

« My business stay at BW Center Pointe Inn »

My wife and I were very pleased with our stay. The motel was located in a very good area. All sites, restaurants, and shows were very easy to get to from this location. The motel was very clean and the breakfast was very nice. Because the motel is so large the breakfast area was located a little distance from our room, but was accessible from within the building. I would stay again.

« It met our needs and location was good. »

This hotel was adequate meeting our needs for bed and bath. It was clean and air conditioning worked great. The indoor pool was great. We had grandchildren pre- teens. A rather odd thing happened. The free breakfast ran totally out of regular syrup. They had little individual sugar free available. A drug store was right across the street to send an employee across on foot for an emergency regular syrup back Up bottle. That never happened. I guess we should have gone and brought it in and auctioned it off. People were making waffles and pancakes and no syrup unless you can tolerate the aftertaste of sugar free syrup. We would use this place again. We ate breakfast outside of the hotel the next morning. It is adequate and friendly. Location is pretty good. It is by the Titanic Museum. It is with the Montana Mike Steak House.

Our stay at the Best Western Center Pointe Inn in Branson Mo. was very pleasant and comfortable. Great location with easy access to many attractions. Friendly and professional staff. Decent breakfast by the pool. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

    « There's no bar »

It says they have a bar/lounge, well they don't and the Montana mikes closes early. It's an older built hotel, but was okay. The beds didn't smell funny but the bathroom did, and the tub was in need of a good cleaning. We didn't go to the pool because it was always packed every time we looked. People in the room next to us would stay outside of their room late at night and smoke cigarettes, I bet the lady smoked 100 cigarettes and then just left all the butts. The breakfast wasn't the best but also wasn't the worst, if you get there early it's not to crowded. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but would've enjoyed it more with a bar!

« Great Location for Music Shows »

We arrived at the Best Western just after noon on Sunday. Fortunately for us our room was ready so we were able to move right in. The folks at the front desk at check in and check out were quite friendly and helpful. The king room was somewhat dated, but the room was in great shape, and the bed quite comfortable. The free breakfast was standard Best Western, and was as good as usual. The hotel is located within walking distance of several of the music review theaters so that was a bonus. We would stay here in the future.

We found all of the amenities great and we will definitely stay there again when we visit Branson again!! This was a last minute trip and we were excited to find such a good value on such short notice!

    « Anniversary Getaway »

The breakfast area was pretty small and crowded. The staff had a tough time keeping up with the breakfast demand of the guests. The hotel was located in a great area. The staff in the gift shop was very helpful and knew the area quite well.

« Clean hotel Friendly staff »

Stayed for one night with family. The staff was very friendly and hotel was clean. Nothing fancy but nice pool (indoor and out) and good breakfast. I would recommend for families visiting branson. It is close to many attractions.

« Nice but Not Fancy! »

I feel like we slept great. In Branson we really didn spend much time in the motel. I have a family so we were out and about. We did take part in breakfast daily. The breakfast was really good. They had plenty to go around and the staff was great. They deffinitly need a new waffle iron considering there was quite a line every morning but over all great food. We stayed 4 nights. The rooms are a little 1970's but their clean. The water pressure was non existent in the sink but the shower was great. The cleaning staff was great. Our room was clean every day. The area feels safe and it was very convenient to everything on the strip in Branson. Overall, this is the average motel. We stayed because the price was very affordable and the location was great. Id stay again but I'm very easy to please. Not the best motel on the strip but good experience over all.

    « Fun in Branson »

This was a nice motel and very clean. Free breakfast was just OK. Its location makes it very convenient to all of the Branson attractions with two excellent restaurants within walking distance. Only problem was the noise of the air conditioning unit.

« clean rooms in the middle of the Branson Strip »

This hotel is located about 1/2 through the Branson strip. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and nice variety for their breakfast. This hotel had 2 pools, indoor and outdoor. The internet was down all over but the office but repaired quickly.

    « Never again »

Sorry, but this will be one of my few negative reviews. Usually I just refrain from sharing but I want to be honest and help someone else from the disappointment. Unless you're looking for cheap and a place top lay your head down for the night... Look elsewhere. The room I was in was pathetic, the seal was so bad in the door you could see daylight through the bottom half of the door. You could hear every word said as anyone passed but outside. The faucet was installed backwards so it was hot to the right and cold to the left. They have soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower - I'm sure that saves them money wasted in the individual bottles - but they didn't work well and they both smelled horrible! There property in general was old and run down. Staff in general very nice and outside pool was ok.

    « nice, clean rooms »

the rooms were clean, the staff was friendly. the soap dispenser in the shower was pretty nice. no more tubes of tiny shampoo and bodywash. i had my do not disturb sign on the door, and they called me later to see if didnt need any towels, or coffee anyway. which i thought was a nice touch. 2 pools, inside one was nice and slightly chilled. not freezing like most places. the hot tub was also a nice temperature. only complaint i have was the continental breakfast. i saw rave reviews about it online, and even the front desk was talking it up. but the eggs were not even real eggs. they were the liquid eggs in a box. and literally it was waffles/pancakes, sausage links, fake eggs, cereal, juice/coffee, bagels/muffins, and yogurt. im thinking there should have been bacon, sausage, eggs, and definitely more than 1 waffle iron. the fake eggs were very salty also. the staff that was bringing more out was friendly though. but not at all worth rave reviews by anyone. but hey, it was free right?

    « The Best Time »

We had the best time here. I am from another B.W. and only wish it was as great as this one. The staff was so helpful with everything we needed. The Desk clerks are awesome. i really had the best time. I will be back and will send everyone i no up there to u. Again it was so nice in every way we loved it.

    « Nice stay »

Me and my family had a nice time in branson, as old as this town is there are tourist traps every where so be aware. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. But the breakfast was subpar at best.highly recommend the pancake and waffle house across the street. But overall we had a good time.

    3
« It was an ok stay »

The room was very small. The water in the sink took forever to drain so brushing your teeth or washing your face was a pain because you had a sink full of water in a matter of seconds. Only ate breakfast there 2 of 4 mornings because it was packed and no where to sit. My son stood in line for almost 20 minutes waiting to make a waffle. We went at an earlier time the next morning and it was the same way, but this was on a weekend. Only went to the pool a couple times. It was clean, but the hot tub was closed. Got kinda grossed out when Pasghetti's next door started cleaning out their scraps and all the food came into the pool area. It was cleaned up when we complained, but it was still enough to make us leave the pool. Staff was friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay in the best western. Everyone was very friendly, the room was great, the pillows was so soft, the pools was wonderful. the breakfast was great, 5 star all the way. I will be back. Eddie killion

« Not great, but not the worst »

The room had an odd smell when we walked in. Kind of a musty, mildew smell. I'm sure some of the suites might be nicer, but we were in a standard, double bed room. The pictures are very deceiving, I thought it looked great in the pictures, but was surprised when we arrived. The man who checked us in was nice. The lady who checked us out didn't seem friendly. She never asked how our stay was and didn't seem happy to be there. We ate breakfast one morning and it was ok, the staff was friendly in the breakfast area.

    « Surprised »

I was surprised in the quality of Best Western Center Point. It is conveniently located on the Strip in Branson,MO. It was very clean. My family always stays at Hilton Promenade every time we stay in Branson. We will probably be considering a change now.

    « 3 Family Getaway »

This is a Great place to stay. We stayed 5 days. Very clean rooms, has all your hotel needs. Front desk personnel were very polite and new their information. Pool is good size. The only thing I have to complain about is the breakfast. Every day we were there breakfast was the same eggs, biscuit n gravy, pancakes, waffles. Need to change it up some times. Needs to be stocked more often. But other than that it was great. We would stay again.

    « Good stay »

Location was great for us. Breakfast was good. Helpful staff with purchasing tickets to shows and other entertainment. We did not have any problems here except the parking lot is full and we had a BIG truck, reccomend SUV or car.

    « Family Reunion »

We had about 52 guest to stay for the reunion, everyone was very helpful, the rooms were mostly all together. I would go back to this facility again. The swimming pools were very clean and all the kids in our group had a wonderful time. We were able to use the breakfast room for our get to together on Friday night.

« Our stay at Best Western, Branson, Mo »

This was an excellent place to stay for the affordable price near all amusements and theatres. We would recommend to everyone. When we return we will definitely stay there again. Everyone there was so helpful and friendly with directions to places.

    « Great location »

The best part of the Best Western Center Point is the location! Right next door is the Titanic Museum (see my review of this excellent attraction), on the other side is Pasghetti's Restaurant, across the street is the Clay Cooper Theater where the popular Haygoods are currently showing and in the parking lot is Montana Mike's Steakhouse. Within a half mile walk are all sorts of theaters, shopping, and dining opportunities. Believe me, you will appreciate this great location when you can avoid driving on the Branson Strip which can be clogged with traffic just about any time of the day. The hotel itself is an older facility that has been pretty nicely maintained and upgraded. We had a room in the section that connects through interior hallways, with elevators, to the main lobby/breakfast room. That was nice--not having to walk from one of the other buildings. Our building had no exterior doors, but the other buildings do--I have no idea if they also had interior hallways. There are two pools--one was across the way from us, outdoors, and I did not ever go look at it, but the one in our building was inside and very nice! I rarely saw it all that busy, either. There is a workout room and a business center, as well. They have a Branson ticket center there which can sell tickets to local attractions, some at a discount. There are discount ticket booths all over town, and all are pretty much the same. If an attraction has a discount, it has a discount. Check before you buy your tickets. Silver Dollar City has few discounts, but you can buy your tickets at the hotel and avoid the lines at the park. In general, the staff here was very nice and very good. Check in and check out was smooth and friendly. Any questions we asked were answered thoroughly. I cannot say enough about the breakfast room staff. The room was well maintained and both of the women who served us there were incredibly friendly AND efficient. We enjoyed our breakfasts there largely because of them. We had a minor issue with the toilet in our room. Called the desk to report--maintenance was there within 10 minutes. Within 30 minutes the problem was fixed, even though the worker had to go get a part. He was also friendly. Only had one area where service fell down--and that was in housekeeping. At check-in, I noted that the coffee service in our room did not have enough cups and packets of creamer/sugar/stirrers. The second morning, the coffee pot had not been cleaned, the old grounds were still in the coffee holder, and the coffee had not been replaced, nor had new cups been put out. Our towels were replaced and the bed made, but the trash cans were not emptied. The first day there was a little special wash cloth in the bathroom in a dark color that said "for make up" on it--so you wouldn't use the white cloths to take off make up (it stains the white cloths). A nice idea, but that was the only day it appeared during our 4 night stay. The tub was never cleaned out, nor was the sink--I had emptied out a coffee cup and it left dark splashes on the sink that were never cleaned off. The third day when things were still not serviced, I noticed the housekeeping room was open when we passed it on our way to our room in the afternoon. After I entered the room and noted the things not done, I headed back to the closet and found the housekeeper. I explained things not replaced and she got me coffee cups, coffee, etc. I was hoping by the next day it would be better, but it was not. It is surprising, given the outstanding service in all other areas of the hotel that housekeeping was so spotty. They were, however, very friendly, like the rest of the staff. We had a suite. The price differential was not that great and given how long we were staying, we wanted the extra space. The room was very large and had a couch, arm chair with ottoman, king bed, desk and chest with TV on top, small frig and microwave plus 4 drawers with plenty of room for the two of us to unpack. There was an open closet area with plenty of hangers for the two of us. With all of that space, I wish there had been some sort of table--a coffee table in front of the couch would have allowed one to sit there and watch TV and have a place to put a drink. One night after a really long day, we ordered in a late-night pizza for dinner--had to use the ottoman as a make-shift table and I had to set my beer on the floor. But that was the only complaint with the furnishings. The bed was very comfortable with pillows of varying degrees of softness and nice linens. This is an older room that has been refurbished. As such, it suffers from a major issue with old rooms in this modern age--a lack of electrical outlets for charging!!! The bed tables did not have handy outlets to plug in cell phones. I like to keep my cell phone by me at night in case someone calls or I need to make an emergency call, so I want an outlet there. The desk had a lamp with outlets on it (not USB outlets, just electrical ones), but that only managed two devices. We also had my mobility scooter and had a lot of problems finding a way to plug it in. I wish hotels would put a charging center into rooms! I read a hint that said to travel with a small power strip--not a bad idea. The bathroom in this suite had a jetted tub which was huge. it was the largest tub I have seen in a hotel room and it took way too much water to fill it up--and it was a combo tub shower. Water pressure is fairly low in both the tub/shower and the sink. The tub worked well once it was filled up, but I felt guilty using it as it took so much water. The other oddity was the toilet area. The toilet was set off in a VERY narrow closet like part of the room and I do mean narrow. It was quite awkward to use. Wifi is really slow. I was trying to do some research for my job and ended up using my 4G rather than hotel WiFi most of the time. Both of our phones and tablets just crawled and often timed out before making connections. That was also a problem in the breakfast room where we also tried to use the service. Free WiFi that does not work well is not much of a perk. I do want to point out that we had a suite. I looked in rooms being cleaned that were regular hotel rooms and did not feel that they were roomy--they seemed to just be normal rooms. We also did not get an ADA room this time like we usually do. I wanted the larger room for our extended stay. I have more mobility than many of my fellow ADA guests would have. We have our own portable shower seat and a truck with lots of room. This suite would NOT be suitable for most ADA guests. I can climb a few steps--this was necessary to use the jetted tub/shower. They had great grab bars on this, BTW. I have no idea how large the ADA room is in this hotel, but the pictures I saw of the bathroom indicates it is adequate. Breakfast was pretty good--they had both a pancake and a waffle baker and the best part of that was a choice of three batters--the plain batter, plus a blueberry batter and an oatmeal batter--an excellent choice if you are looking for a rather healthy choice. They had scrambled eggs every morning, along with a meat choice. Two mornings it was patty sausage, one time we had Canadian bacon, and once link sausage. The sausages were good, but what they called Canadian bacon was pathetic. It reminded me of some sort of low-end lunch meat. It was thin and relatively flavorless, not even tasting very salty. There were biscuits and sausage gravy each morning--fairly tasty version of this standard. The selection of cereals in included a wide variety for a family--some children standards plus raisin bran, but also things like Kashi and granola. There was yogurt and fruit cups, boiled eggs and a variety of breads and muffins. Coffee was very good, hot, and had real half and half to put in or milk. Several juices were offered. I cannot imagine a family not finding something there for a breakfast--we ate 4 times and did not get bored with the offerings--and as I said before, enjoyed the service immensely! I recommend this hotel, mainly due to the great location and super friendly service. With the rest of the service being that good, I would expect management will address the housekeeping issues--perhaps a check list or maybe a housekeeping supervisor who makes spot inspections.

« Very Clean and Pleasant Staff »

We would recommend this motel for their professionalism and the rooms were remodeled. I stayed in a lot of rooms and would definitely stay here again. Branson has a lot of competition with motels, this one is centrally located and right on 76 so you can hop on and off to go to great restaurants and shows.

    « Nice Hotel »

We stayed here for 6 days many years ago. It was very close to all the attractions. The room was nice and clean. The only thing was the breakfast looked very uneatable. We eat at a nearby restaurant for breakfast. Over all it was a nice plane to stay.

    « OK »

Traveling with girls softball team. Room was ok,beds were double and since we are seniors they were not the most comfortable. Housekeeping was efficient and friendly the front desk was helpful and friendly as well. Girls enjoyed outdoor pool. There was an indoor pool also but they preferred outside. The size of room was standard with two beds and there were four of us, so not extremely roomy. We did have a microwave and refrigerator which was nice. Floors needed to be cleaned and food (chips) at edge of bed that should have been swept up. Breakfast area too small and crowed. We only ate once of our three day stay. Food typical hotel free breakfast.

« Great Place to Stay »

We had made reservations well in advance of our stay. We got to the hotel a bit early and our room was ready. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The room was beautiful and nicely appointed. The bed was so comfortable that I got the best night sleep here that I got for the entire vacation. The locations of the hotel was wonderful. We ate dinner next door at Paschetti's Italian and then saw the Buckets and Board show next door at the Starlight Theatre. For us, the hotel was in the perfect location for what we wanted to do on our one day in Branson. The breakfast was great! They had chocolate chip cookie pancakes that my daughter drooled over. The eggs, while out of a box, did come with sides like salsa and cheese which made them ok. The pool area was clean and smelled of chlorine. We didn't use the pool because we didn't have time, but it looked very inviting. All in all, this is definitely a hotel I would recommend. We will be staying here again for our next trip to Branson.

    « Would not recommend »

About the only good things I can say is the location is nice and the breakfast is good. Breakfast staff was amazingly nice. We had a do not disturb sign up the day after arrival to rest. Room service called and confirmed but then nothing. No one ever came back to clean, fresh towels came the evening before checkout. Glad we brought some of our own. Said they had wifi, but it always said no Internet open or authentication failed. Couldn't use at all. I don't think we will stay here again....

    « The best staff!! »

We had a very nice room in this older hotel. Everyone there was so friendly and accommodating. They have a great, central location on the strip. The breakfast was terrific and our grandson had a great time in the pool. We found the room neat and clean, having all the amenities we hoped for. We'd stay there again. For this trip, the staff went above and beyond normal tasks when an important item was inadvertently left behind when we checked out. The front desk, staffed by Gretchen and the head of housekeeping, Heather went out of their way to be accommodating and did find the item, which had significant financial value. We SO appreciate their honesty and desire to help us find this item. Thank you, thank you!

« Did not honor email confirmation rate »

When checking out of my room, the price that was on my email confirmation was not honored and they charged me a higher price. I will not be back because of GM on duty's attitude and not being willing to honor my email confirmation. The GM said that the rate on my email was a glitch in their system. I stayed 3 nights there and the total difference would be $24 plus tax for all three nights combined. Totally unprofessional. We could have stayed several other places cheaper but I thought I was getting a great deal with my room rate on my confirmation. Not a good deal after all.

    « Location Location Location »

We did a mystery deal on Priceline and this is the motel we got. If you want a place with a great location this is it. Walk to everything - food, shows, go-carts, pharmacy. Its an older complex that has been freshened up (I guess that's how I'd describe it) Beds are so-so as far as comfy. I do like the pillows. Each bed gets 4 pillows. You get a fridge and microwave which is nice. In our room the shower had a shower gel and shampoo dispenser. Pools are about medium in size and hot tub at each pool. They do provide pool towels And the pools are open to midnight. Theres a lil gift store on-site. And they have an elevator in case you cant do stairs. Staff is friendly. The entry to all rooms are from the outside. Not my favorite as you can hear people walk by and the maid cart etc They do offer ticket voucher for shows but I prefer The Purple House (Branson 2 for 1 tickets) It does have free wifi -- if you leave the area you'll have to sign in again every time you leave and come back (at least we had to) My only negative opinion is the ac/heat unit --- I'm a light sleeper so you hear it every time the ac kicked on and then off and then on and then off etc etc --- I even had a fan but it didn't cover the sound of it. Otherwise, this place will meet all your needs. Keep in mind traffic in Branson can be terrible on hwy 76 -- so you will like the convenience of walking to places.

    « Location was excellent »

Nothing fancy but a clean hotel. Basically a very good value with a good complimentary hot breakfast. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Free wiifi was great. We didn't use the indoor pool but it looked inviting. Also the hot tub. But we were gone most of the time and didn't really spend a lot of time at the hotel.

« Great, convenient place to stay!! »

Our rooms were clean. The mini-fridge, microwave & hair dryer all worked. I had no problems connecting to the free wi-fi & it worked a lot better than it has at other places I have stayed. The indoor pool & hot tub were great. I did not try out the outdoor ones. I loved the free breakfast (especially getting to make your own pancakes & Belgian waffles), but it did get a little crowded. Check in/check out was a breeze. Great, convenient location. We were able to walk to every attraction that we wanted to go to besides Branson Landing. I was also able to purchase ticket vouchers to all of the attractions that we wanted to go to in the hotel gift shop. The tickets were not any cheaper, but I did like getting & paying for everything at once & knocking one of the biggest expenses out of the way. My only complaints are: If you do have to drive anywhere, it can be difficult to pull out during heavy traffic times (anyone who has seen heavy traffic on the Branson strip knows what I am talking about & this hotel is right in the middle of the strip), but courteous drivers always let me out & the part of the hotel that we stayed in required your room key to open the outside doors to the hotel & sometimes my key did not work too well. Overall, I thought it was a great place to stay & my experience was positive. This will likely be my "go to" place to stay in Branson

    « June Trip »

Loved the location and the pool. My main problem was it took so long to clean our rooms. We went out every morning at 8:00 am and at 3:00 when we returned the bed had not been made, clean towels were not left or the trash had not been picked up.

    « Wonderful hotel »

This was the wonderful hotel. The room was newly remodeled. Pools were nice (outside one was still cool). But the best part was the breakfast. Not just the food but the wonderful woman who worked it. Her name is Casey. She really went above and beyond what I expected. Everyday that we were there she was working with a smile on her face greeting everyone that walked through the door. Thank you so much!!!

Wonderful motel! We enjoy staying at this place whenever we go to Branson. It's close to Silver Dollar City and conveniently located next to Dollar General (incase you forget to pack something). It has a nice indoor pool, continental breakfast, shuttle to SDC, a laundry room and s game room.

    « Excellent Location »

This hotel is located close to all the major attractions in Branson. The hotel is clean, has a friendly and courteous staff. Rooms are cleaned daily with clean linens. Only thing I could find to complain about was one of the breakfast items. Powdered eggs were on the line instead of real eggs. However this would not discourage us from staying there again.

We had 11 people staying in our group and had no major issues. The rooms are very clean, pools nice and price was good for us. The only thing we didn't like was the breakfast, but not a big deal to any of us. Would for sure stay here again and will recommend it to anyone.

« Love Center Pointe Inn! »

I have stayed at Center Pointe Inn on 4 separate occasions. Each time, the staff has been friendly and helpful, the rooms clean and stocked, the breakfasts good and the kids liked that there is an inside and outside pool. The hotel is situated on HWY 76 on the west end. Which I like as the traffic is not as bad as in other areas. I love my stay each and every time.

« Clean room. Great location »

Stayed at Center Pointe May 20-22nd. Room was clean & had good sized fridge. The location is good for easy access to tourist activities. Didnt use the pool. Did eat breakfast one day. Plenty of food choices. Staff was great. I was given the military discount when I checked in that the Best Western rep on the 1-800 number told me was unavailable. I thought the bible with the Strangers Prayer was a nice touch in today's PC world. Would def stay again.

« Would stay here again. »

Great service at check in, reduced rate to what Trip Advisor quoted. We wanted quiet and the front desk gave us a good room. There was some outside car noise, but not too bad. The room was clean, and all was in working order. My only minor complaint was the amount of light that came in around the curtains the next morning, but I tucked the curtains onto the window ledge and fixed that. (I have issues with seeing light and waking up) My husband and son had the breakfast the next morning which was complimentary. We would stay here again. Free wifi but it was very slow.

Spent 2 nights here. The room was just fabulous! The breakfast was good. Have a pool, but did not use it this trip. Many shows & places to eat within walking distance of motel. I would definitely stay here again!

    « Great stay »

Very satisfied with this hotel and the room rate we got. Right in the middle of everything. Very clean, fairly spacious with good amenities for the price. Indoor pool area was clean and hot tub was wonderful.

« Clean hotel, nice pool, super nice and helpful staff »

When you pull up to the hotel, it may look a little like a motel. Don't let that fool you. I travel for business so I've stayed in some very upscale hotels. This is all around a great hotel. I have called directly to make my reservations both times I've stayed there. The service is excellent and friendly. You aren't just transferred to a reservation line like most hotels. Customer service like this just doesn't exist anymore. The rooms are super clean and nice. Really. I'm not talking about nice for lower star hotel standards. I'm talking about nice. LIke they were almost identical to an upscale hotel at Branson Landing. The breakfast was awesome as a free breakfast. Scrambled eggs, bacon, donuts, biscuits and gravy... The pool is nice, but on the small side. Hot tub was excellent. The only drawback and most might not see this as a drawback is that you are ON the strip. So if you plan on going anywhere after 10am, you are going to encounter some traffic. I also wouldn't recommend Montana Mike's steakhouse next door, although that is just my opinion. They have no affiliation with the Best Western. I feel like a hotel snob most of the time, but please just give this place a try. You won't regret it.

overall a very pleasant place with extremely helpful staff. My wife left her key in the room and they gave her a new one and checked to be sure she got back in. Breakfast staff was very helpful and very pleasant. highly recomend this hotel and definitely would stay there again

    « Great time »

We had a very good time. I loved the breakfast and pool areas. We will definitely use Best Western Branson again. The location could not be better for getting to Silver Dollar City and walking on the strip at night.

Great place of stay! Room was very big and spacey enough! Bed was comfortable and loved all the mirrors the room had. Staff was very friendly! We would definitely recommend BW and would come back!!! Breakfast had a variety of stuff as well!!.

« Southern hospitality at its finest! »

Stayed 4/28/16 thru 4/30/16 and was very pleased with hotel. Staff were absolutely wonderful and we even had a call from housekeeping around 5pm to ask if we needed anything before they left for the night. The location of the hotel is in the middle of everything and our room, though a few feet from the parking lot, was very quiet and clean. The breakfast was more than I expected. The only downside was that the tables were occupied and had to wait a few minutes to grab one but that is no fault of the hotel staff, we just picked a busy time of morning to eat. We will definitely be using this hotel again. The room has some minor wear and tear (shower had a crack in it) but that is to be expected of a busy hotel located on the Branson strip. This was our first trip to Branson and the hotel stay alone will bring us back. Thanks for making our long weekend so wonderful!

« Two nights with little sleep »

The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The breakfast was so typical. Location is excellent you can easily walk to a number of shows and restaurants, It is a motel with rooms to the outside. People smoking outside made it bad

« Horrible smell in rooms- had to find different hote »

Checked in and went to room. It had a horrible musty, smokey smell. Went to front desk and they put us in a different room but it had the same smell. Manager explained it is a product they used to neutralize the odor in rooms. Whatever it was, I nor my children could handle the smell. We left the hotel and went some where else. If you do not like a stale, musty, smokey smell, then go elsewhere. It was gross!

« Bransons Best Hotel for Groups »

Always take our group here every year. The BEST location in Branson. Updated, clean and well kept. Walk to Montana Mikes and Pasghettis, Haygoods or the Titanic. The hotel does their best to attend to every need. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

    « Simply amazing! »

My husband and I stayed there from Fri thru Sunday 4/22-4/24/16 for our honeymoon. The room was beautifully designed and was so comfortable. The indoor pool and hot tub was fantastic! (Even equipped with handicap accessible lifts to both the pool and hot tub) Room had a couch and recliner with king size bed! Hotel features full breakfast from 639-930 a major plus! The staff was great from reservations, to check in, and check out! We'll definitely book here again!

    « Wonderful hotel »

We had our Motorcycle Club's International Officer's Convention in Branson and used this hotel for lodging. Very friendly staff, comfortable, clean rooms. Helen took care of our group with ease. If we ever get the chance to go to Branson again I would happily stay here again.

    « Convenient & comfortable »

Recently went to Branson for a fun couple of days. The Best Western Centerpointe Inn was very close to the activities that I wanted to do. The hotel staff (except for the gift shop employee) were very helpful, friendly, and very nice. My room could have been a bit more cleaner, but the sheets were clean & fresh. Breakfast was included each day, and there were plenty of choices. Eggs, sausages, pancakes or waffles, fruit, cereal, yogurt, bagels, muffins, if you left hungry it was your own fault! Decent place in a convenient part of town.

« Nice rooms great breakfast »

Room was very nice clean shower was adjustable. Booked room on here for one night asked in office to extend after negotiating for the same rate. Breakfast was plentiful and very good. Lots of choices and extra friendly staff. Onsite ticket agent was nice but didn't know all the ins and outs of shows as you would expect. Told me a show wasn't playing when it was and then she couldn't get me tickets as it was over phone and she didn't get credit. I would recommend in future.

« Newer and very clean »

Newer, very clean and very comfortable. I appreciated the clean floors and the separate sink with mirror. Excellent value for the price. A great steakhouse on the site and across the street from the Clay Cooper theater.

    « Very nice! »

We actually didn't stay here. We stayed at the campground behind this. My brother lives in Ok. and us in WI. He met up with us and stayed here so we could spend time together. They were extremely nice about letting us come over and visit and use the pool so we could be together since the weather was to cold at night to sit at the campground outside. I also made a Easter dinner and they let us bring it over to the hotel and use the breakfast room so we could eat together. Thank you so much for letting us have this family time together. The pool and everything else was very nice and clean. Excellent management and staff!

    « Epitome of Hospitality »

The moment we entered the hotel, we were treated as if the entire staff was there to make us feel welcome. Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping went out of their way to ensure our stay was satisfying. The rooms were well equipped, clean, and relaxing. The pool area had plenty of towels and was open late enough for us to unwind after a day of sightseeing but not too late that it would bother any of the guests. There was ample well-lit parking and the hotel's location was within walking distance of several Branson attractions. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will definitely come here again.

    « Yearly get together »

Your hotel was very accommodating for our group. The staff was outstanding and very friendly. The site is situated in walking distance to several activities and the restaurant on premises is a good value.

    4
    « Good Location »

Located at the end of the strip by the Titanic. Some attractions & restaurants are within walking distance which I imagine would be a benefit during busy times. This is an older BW but nicely maintained & decorated. We stayed in the main building 3rd floor & had one of the suites. Very quiet. Room was large, comfortable, clean, & plenty of room to hang & store items. Bathroom was large with a jacuzzi tub/shower. Some people with mobility issues may have difficulty using the shower. Breakfast usual fare - staff very friendly & attentive.

    5
« Perfect for our family! »

We stayed in this hotel during a family trip to Branson. We really enjoyed our stay here. The price was right and it was in the prefect location. The kids enjoyed the pool and the ladies in the breakfast room were EXCELLENT! We would stay there again.

    5
    « Super Staff »

From reservations with Josh to breakfast with Casey it was a very pleasurable stay. Breakfast was super. Clean and comfortable room with a feeling of safety made this conference trip a joy. We were welcomed at check in with reminder that someone would be there to help at all times.

    « Ok »

Rented a 1 bedroom suite for Springbreak. The pros: great location you could park and walk to most attractions, breakfast was nice and warm, indoor pool and jacuzzi was opened late. The cons: towels and carpet looked dirty, my bathroom didn't look very cleaned and needed to be updated, the bed was uncomfortable.

« Good Bang for your buck! »

Family and I stayed when hotel was not very busy so made the stay much nicer. We stayed in a family suite, super large but quite awkwardly arranged. Everything was super clean and staff was nice. Breakfast was okay, nothing to write home about. Only complaint would be that the staff seemed to be hovering quite a bit. I felt like I was being watched. When I was using the work out room a member of the staff came in and said she "needed to look out the window", it was weird. She could have at least come in the refresh the towels or something. No water provided in the work out room and you had to check a key in and out which I found odd and a pain.

« Spring Break Family Trip »

The hotel overall was great, check-in was bad arrived at 3:30 pm check in was at 3 didn't get in until after 6 because they were behind cleaning the rooms. One blanket had hair in it. The customer service was excellent. Even though it started off bad I would go back. My kids loved the pool area and breakfast.

    4
« Great Value for a stay in Branson! »

I expected the hotel to be crowded because of Spring Break but it wasn't. The pool was large enough and very clean. I liked the fact that I could purchase tickets at the hotel to avoid the hassle of listening to timeshare seminars.

    4
    « Spring break 2016 »

The hotel was very clean and the indoor pool was a bonus, although there were a bit too many chemicals in the water. It is located right in the heart of the Branson strip. Meaning a central location, but expect the obligatory traffic Branson delays.

    5
    « Church youth group »

Staff was very professional. Met our bus in the parking lot, helped the driver with parking and gave the kids info. on the pool. Our two day stay could not have been better. Put our name on their big sign out front which thrilled our kids. Will stay there next group trip.

« Very Nice Rooms for a Great Value! »

We stayed 4 nights & paid less than $400 for the four of us to stay during Spring Break. Our only complaint would have been no indoor access to the pool & returning to our room from the pool & hot tub was very chilly several times. We were very satisfied with our stay. Our only issue was housekeeping when staff did not show up for their shifts. Really enjoyed our stay & the breakfast was very busy due to the many choices offered.

    « Great Branson lodging »

Great Branson lodging, close to dining, shopping and attractions. Clean, comfortable, with a good breakfast provided. The staff is friendly and helpful. I think the business center computers are the fastest I have ever used.

    3
    « Not Bad »

Stayed for two nights in room 126. Two bedrooms with large bathroom and small patio out back. Kids each had their own double bed in one room and king bed in the other room. The room was nice and quiet unless the people above you shower or use the bathroom. Room definitely could've been cleaner and had a smokey smell. Breakfast was a mad house! 20 minute wait in line with people everywhere. It was pure chaos so we decided rather than fight over a waffle we would skip breakfast at the hotel the second day. Hotel is located right on the strip close to everything.

    4
« Roomy, Comfy, and central located »

The room was very spacious. We had a microwave, mini refrigerator, 2 queens, and a small table with 2 chairs. The water pressure in the shower was great, however the sink water pressure was awful. The pool was over crowded when we stayed and the hot tub was full of little kids. The breakfast options were biscuits, gravy, scrambled eggs, Canadian bacon, toast, waffles, pamcakes, cereal, mini muffins, and fruits. The gravy was a powder mix so I wouldn't suggest it. The whole facility was clean and was located close to shows, restaurants, mini golf, attractions, and the outlet mall. I loved that they had 3 electric charging stations for my car!

    5
    « Awesome »

Had a great stay, everything was great from the rooms that were real clean to the breakfast, they had the fitness and pool open until midnight which was great, the staff was very courteous and very attentive would stay again.

    5
    « Vacation for Family »

The hotel is centered in the middle of a lot of attractions. We liked the Breakfast Option. Room was queen double beds. The pool/hot tub is a great amenity. Staff was kind and thoughtful. Suggestions made-bigger trash can and some extra luggage carts. We finally found one left outside.

    5
« Always a great place to stay! »

This is always our choice to stay in Branson! Beds are always comfortable and rooms are clean. Breakfast employees are friendly and accommodating. Very good choice of breakfast items and are always refilling when needed. Easy to get to from access roads and close to lots of entertainment and shopping.

« This is our vacation place, our vacation motel, and we are excited to be going there again. »

For years we have stayed at this motel and enjoyed it ever time. We did not go to Branson last summer, but we did the year before. We had our 8 year old great granddaughter with us, and she loved it. We have reservations for March 6, 2016 through March 12, 2016 this year. Her birthday is March 7, 2015 and we asked what she wanted. She ignored a party with presents to choose Branson visit. She wanted to stay at this motel. For her birthday on the 7th , she wanted to be there, go to the Titanic again, and have a big steak for dinner at Montana Mikes. We really should do a commercial for this motel when a 10 year old chooses to stay there above all else she could have had. We are looking forward to a great week while we are there.

    4
    « Shopping weekend »

Nice stay, friendly staff, and good breakfast. Will stay here again the next time we visit Branson! All the rooms in the main building have been recently remodeled and are nice and clean. This place is a must, especially with the indoor pool and hot tub.

« Nice place to stay. »

This was a LaQuinta hotel but was sold and the new owners are remodeling it. Not all the rooms are done and ours was one of them. Need more staff than one person since we had to wait for at least 10 minutes before the lady came back from helping another guest.

« One of the BEST Hotels in Branson »

We previously stayed with another family at one of the indoor Water Park places for several days. Our family wanted to stay another day but the indoor Water Park for an additional day was not in our budget or what we wanted to pay. We looked online and found this hotel, right off the strip. We were so happy to find this place with an opening right before Christmas. This place was great. We have two children under 12 and they found the pool area the most fun. They had a great pool and hot tub. The rooms were decorated nicely and bathrooms were clean. We were very relaxed and enjoyed our stay- we will be coming back.

    3
    « Nice stay »

The bedroom area was nicely done. I don't know why places put wallpaper in bathrooms though. It always tends to get nasty in places. The shower was nice and high. We had planned to use the hot tub and pool but they were located across the parking lot and it was cold and dark by the time so we decided to skip it. Overall it was a good priced, central place to stay in Branson.

« Good location ,barely ok room »

I have stayed in places like this for same price in the middle of nowhere as last resort. It was clean , or at least I think so.Room was so dim and small . The heat did not work. I like trip advisor to review before I go , but I was disappointed. I am glad it was only one day. I was planning one week. Our room was so small! I am 5 ' 3 and could touch ceiling if I raised my arms. I am not fan of outdoor style hotels. I like my breakfast and pool inside without having to walk a block outside to get there. Breakfast is till 930 am . On vacation I don't wake earlier than 9 . I loved la quinta last week in memphis. Breakfast till 10 am . My son loved that hotel. This hotel reminded him of serial killers. He was frightened each time I went to car outside our door. The shower was weird. " right tight left loose? "Right ? Well knob fell off and I scalded myself with hot water. Not hotel quality I expected. Average middle of nowhere room kinda room on the strip. They have something called " I branson" with hotel deals with shows included , wish I had known. Room too dim for pics

My family (ages 5,7,8,48 and I) have spent many nights at Best Western, every stay has been great. I will tell all my friends and family how wonderful our stays were. even when the hotels were full, they treated us like we were the only guess.

    « "Totally Satisfied" »

We were greeted by the friendly and helpful front desk staff who answered all our questions, gave us a first floor room when they saw my daughter riding in a wheelchair. They also gave us recommendations on what shows to see and sold us our tickets right there at the desk (It doesn't get any easier than that). The room was immaculate and was returned to that condition each day by the meticulous housekeeping staff. The buffet breakfast was great each day and the staff there were very helpful and cheerful and assisted us with my daughters wheelchair and other needs. The location of this hotel is very convenient to all the attractions and restaurants and I will definitely stay here again next time.

    5
    « Wonderful hotel stay »

The best hotel I have stayed in Branson. The staff is wonderful. There to help you with any need. The accomadations are very clean. They are within walking distance of many shows and restaurants. The gift shop is small but I have found many last minute gifts there.. Also in the gift shop they will help you purchase tickets for show and attractions.

    3
« Very large room and accomodating staff »

We had a room with two queen beds and sofa bed that was large enough to do a cartwheel in! Great. Bath amenities only offered was a bar of soap. The breakfast was run by one poor woman trying to keep up with the demand. They were out of just about everything except coffee 45 minutes before breakfast due to be over. Having to sit at a pool side chair to eat because of overcrowding was not pleasant or conducive to an appetite.

    5
    « Excellent Hotel Choice »

This was a really nice hotel. It's easy to get to from the strip, the room was clean and comfortable, and the two things my kids care about in a hotel were covered: breakfast and an indoor pool. The breakfast selections were extensive both days we stayed. The first day they had biscuits and sausage gravy, sausage patties, and scrambled eggs, as well as a waffle and a pancake maker. In addition to that, though, they had cold cereal, oatmeal, fruit, bagels, muffins, bread for toast, doughnuts, and yogurt. The second day, the only switch was that they had biscuits and gravy, canadian bacon, and scrambled eggs along with everything else they'd had on the first day. The pool was comfortable and made for a great swim with the kids. The only drawback was that my oldest spent quite a bit of time swimming under water with her eyes open, and I'd read that this pool utilizes salt water technology instead of chlorine. We'd never been in a pool that uses that technology, so while chlorine doesn't irritate her eyes, the salt water stuff did. That said, a quick trip to Walgreens down the street for some Visine and she was fine. Just something to note if you'll be staying and swimming in this hotel with kiddos. I would certainly stay at this property again. Great place and great price.

« Great place to stay »

We have stayed at the center Point Inn in Branson several times. It always has exceptionally clean rooms and a good breakfast on site. The grounds are well kept and the staff are all friendly. I recommend this Best Western highly.

    « Very satisfied »

My family stayed at this location for the weekend of our wedding. Upon check-in, we were congratulated, and when we entered our room, we were pleasantly surprised with a non-alcoholic bottle of Spumante and two towels beautifully folded into kissing swans on our bed. When leaving for dinner, we saw that our name had been added to the marquee with congrats (our 15 minutes of fame! hahaha). Our room was very clean; the beds very comfortable, and it accommodated our family of 4 nicely. We did not experience any excessive noise from adjoining rooms or the hallway. My family especially enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. Although we did not eat at the provided breakfast (I went down for coffee before the kids got up for the day), the breakfast area was very clean, a nice size, and the choices were abundant. The hotel staff was exceptional. They were very friendly and helpful with all questions we had. This hotel is within nice walking distance to several restaurants and attractions (several within 1/2 block). If I had to complain about anything, the only thing I could complain about is that leaving can be difficult during busy times. So turning left out of the location can be a hassle, but there is a turning lane, so once traffic clears from your left, you can turn out into the turning lane and then work your way into the moving traffic.

« Best place in Branson »

We always enjoy our stay at the Best Western Center Pointe Inn in Branson, MO. They have a great staff, excellent rooms and pretty good prices, too. The breakfast each morning was a good variety of foods from make your own waffles to full eggs and sausage to a simple bowl of cereal or a doughnut; always fresh and good. The rooms are very nice with comfortable beds. They are located right in the middle of all the activities in Branson so you can even walk to many of the venues around.

    4
« Great location -good place to stay. »

Best Western Center Pointe Inn is right in the middle of a lot of the activity and easy to get to most theaters and fun places. The bed was comfortable and the room was big, our heater worked when we got there and after maintenance came. It didn't work after that but we were leaving. The room tempature wasn't too bad just covered with jackets.

We recently visited Branson to go to Silver Dollar City, see Christmas Lights, and do a little shopping. We had planned to stay at another hotel with other family members, but we received a special email offer from Best Western and the price was great! So, we decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed and would definitely stay there again in the future.

    « Center of Branson »

This was a nice hotel, but it had the strangest layout. There was no access to the lobby from our room. You had to go outside to get there. For breakfast you have to go through the pool area to get to the dining room! The room was clean and the staff friendly and it definitely was close to everything.

« One night w fam in Branson »

Good location, friendly desk, clean room. Fairly modern decor. No major complaints. Parking lot can get congested up front with hotel visitors, show goers and people eating at Montana Mikes. Couple of buses pulled into lot taking up space. Not as big of a problem as I first thought it might be. Couldn't really ever get the free wifi to work.

I was unable to get into the chains I usually stay at and chose this hotel because of the Tripadvisor reviews. The hotel was immaculately clean. The walls were freshly painted and the carpet was new and clean. In addition the beds were comfortable. The free breakfast was as good as the free breakfast offered by the chains. In addition the location is central and convenient. I would recommend this hotel and will certainly stay there the next time I am in Branson.

Stayed here for a week. Staff was very friendly. My husband wanted the bed made different and they accomidated him. Breakfast was the same everyday. Pool area was always clean. Hotel is located about midway on main road of theaters. It sits b s co off of the road so traffic noise is not an issue. WiFi kept dropping so that was a negative.

« Room ok but don't go for the breakfast »

Room was clean and well appointed. Price reasonable. We went to see the Titanic Museum which was right next door so that was great. Avoid the breakfast. We were there in Nov. which I would consider the off season and the breakfast was nuts. Too crowded with no place to sit. Had to take food back to room which meant two trips and spilled food.

« Spring Break.. the kids enjoyed it »

My husband, myself and 3 kiddos, ages, 16, 11 and 1 stayed here for 3 days during spring break.. a lot of attractions were closed for business surprisingly and I had heard prior to going that Branson has seen better days but, we tried it out any, and the kids still enjoyed themselves. We enjoyed the hall of mirrors, wax museum and the haunted attraction( the name slips my mind). We also enjoyed the race way.. It was March and while it wasn't freezing it wasn't necessarily warm either so, we endured some lines but nothing too long. Free breakfast at the hotel was very convenient as well as the indoor pool, though I thought the chlorine was really, really strong, more so than normal and my children and I a pretty regular swimmers. There is a steak house that shares the Best Western parking lot, seemingly, it's super close and we enjoyed the food and service. The room was suitable and clean. Overall, good experience we'd stay again!

« Staff was nice. Rooms ok »

We were in the building to the right and back of the property. Rooms were updated and clean. Nothing special about the rooms. Just average room. Breakfast was ok. It was a basic hotel hot & cold breakfast buffet. The lady working the breakfast room was wonderful. So kind and pleasant.

« Great place to stay »

During our recent trip to Branson, Missopuri, we stayed at this hotel for the week we were there. The hotel has a great location from which it is easy to get to and from places to eat and shows. « Great Place to Stay in Branson »

The kids had a few days off from school, so I planned a quick road trip to Branson from Minnesota. We been trying to get out and see this place for some time now. I have never been to Branson before. I was looking for a place to stay that was centrally located on the strip, had free breakfast and a pool for the kids. I think I found the perfect place. The Best Western Centre Point is right on the strip, has a free hot breakfast with eggs, toast, biscuits and gravy, breakfast meats, cereal, fruit, yogurts, juices and more. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Each room has a microwave and refrigerator which became very handy and you will find that out when you have lots of left overs from the Dinner Shows in Branson. The showers are also very refreshing compared to most hotels I have ever been. Good strong water pressure. There is an indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub. The outdoor pool/tub were closed for the season, but indoor is open until midnight. They were just replacing the water in the hot tub when we got there. The place is kept very clean and the staff is very friendly. Montana Mike's which is supposed to be a very good steak house is literally in the parking lot of the hotel. We didn't get a chance to eat out in Branson as we booked a few Dinner Shows. Places we have visited during our stay: Dixie Stampede, The Ducks, Silver Dollar City, Showboat Branson Belle, Stone Hill Winery, King's Castle Theatre and there were plenty more things to see and do.

    « A great place to stay »

This is a great place to stay it really is center to the shows and museums, although we didn't use the pool, the children were having a great time. Also, this Best Western is a Christian based facility.

    « Best Western-great hotel »

The Best Western Hotel Point Inn in Branson, Mo . is a top notched hotel. it should be rated 5 star. The amenities, not to mention the attitudes of the workers in the hotel are all excellent. I have become a big fan of Best Western. The location of this hotel is right in the middle of everything. Very convenient.

    « Adequate but antiquated »

Hotel is a good location for shows and entertainment. People were friendly. But, hotel is antiquated and very worn. Musty smell and air conditioner didn't seem to stay on at night. Breakfast was fair.

    « Great stay »

Exceptional treatment, nice facility, and reasonable rates. Convenient to the shows that we attended, two of which we walked to and left the car at the hotel. There is an outer corridor part, but we stayed in the interior corridor area.

« Adequate but not great »

Rooms fairly clean but had a musty smell. Nice clean indoor pool area..good breakfast. Good location for SDC or shopping. Typical Branson layout. It was pretty good..a little pricey for condition. Flat screens. Helpful staff. Nice showers..old tubs..

« Would not stay here again. »

I would never stay here again..the breakfast was terrible..and the bkfst room is cramped and was very crowded. Did get the room we asked for..they had to change us from a king accessible to a double queen. Quite a mix up on the reservation. I asked for ground floor parking right out front of our room..didn't get it. Parking was not the easiest for hauling in and out. We liked that it was close to everything.but for the price we could have done better somewhere else..and we are a Best Western Reward card holder..they didn't even care. Maid service was fantastic. We liked the new room but it was a hassle to have to move from one room to another. $100 a nite is waaay to much to pay for this hotel.

« Great for handicapped persons »

This was the second visit to the Best Western Center Pointe Inn in Branson and once again we were impressed. I was spending a few days in Branson with my mother and sisters on a nice fall family trip. My youngest sister, Ann, is totally dependent on her wheelchair. We were happy to find that this hotel is in the middle of all the restaurants and shows in Branson, which made it very convenient for us. The room was well-appointed for my sister, with a king size bed and large bathroom. It was also great to have a microwave and refrigerator in each room. A free breakfast was served with many options. The best part of this hotel was the indoor pool and hot tub, each with lifts to get Ann into the water. But the most impressive part of our stay was the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. They went out of their way and beyond their regular duties to help us with Ann. I would recommend this establishment to anyone, but particularly for someone with a wheelchair.

    « Disappointed »

We had stayed at this hotel a few times in the past. The last two times were in the fall of 2012 then again in the summer of 2013. That was right after they finished renovating from the tornado. Both times we had excellent visits. Rooms were nice & clean, service was great & the food was pretty good for continental. But we just stayed there this past weekend & not so good. I'm guessing they are under a different management now. We got there Thursday & Friday after being gone all day we came back to our room not being cleaned nor any clean towels. I called the desk & a guy brought up clean towels but wouldn't take the dirty ones, said they had no place to put them. ??? No laundry room? Well that was bad enough but we could have gotten over it except they they knew they hadn't cleaned & lied about it. They tried saying it was because our do not disturb sign was out. Well that sign was out in the morning until a little before 10 AM. We remembered taking it in & it wasn't on the door when we got back. The maid had been on our side of the hall earlier that morning & was at the other end when we left. She was too lazy to go back & clean. There was an older couple in a room across the hall from us who didn't get their room cleaned either. And they weren't that clean when they did clean. Poor, poor service. And it definitely needs a new shower curtain. And the food this time was pretty aweful. Don't plan to stay there next trip down.

    « Very nice hotel »

This is a very nice hotel centrally located on the strip. Stayed in the 2 room family suite which was very nice but did have a very slight musty odor. Decent hot breakfast and pool/hot tub area was very well maintained. I just found my must stay in branson.

    « Comfy! »

Comfy here ... clean room complete with micro/fridge and hot breakfast in the morning. Great location. Yes, it on the strip, but room was quiet. Hot breakfast was very good with ample seating area. Indoor pool was very nice, too! Also, short/easy trip to Table Rock Lake from the hotel. ~ Enjoy your stay!

    « Great experience »

When we visit Branson we always stay at The BW Center Pointe Inn. The location in close to many of the theaters and good places to eat. The rooms are always clean and quiet. The staff is helpful, ready to answer questions or help get tickets to shows. This wasn't our first visit to the Center Pointe Inn and will not be our last.

    « Good Choice »

My wife and I stayed there for four nights . From the check in till check out it was a great experience. Housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping our room clean, the staff assisted us in our show tickets and the ladies taking care of breakfast stayed on top of everything! The only negative thing I have to say is there could have been a better selection of breakfast items

« Cold breakfast in Branson »

we had a good stay at this motel as we had in the past but we had a bad experience with the breakfast the so called hot breakfast was cold ie. scrambled eggs, gravy and Canadian bacon. That was the only thing that chilled our trip otherwise we love the place.

    « Birthday celebration »

Celebrated my husbands 65th birthday with another couple. We stayed 3 wonderful nights. The pool and spa were very refreshing at the end of each day. Breakfast each morning was pleasant and clean. One of the best stays at a hotel, ever!
