We kindly take exception with your review. You stayed with us a month ago and I am wondering if you did not mix us up with another hotel. 1) We are an economy hotel and advertise ourselves as that. However, we are great value. 2) Our breakfast offering is: omeletts/sausage one day, scrambled eggs/bacon the next. White or wheat toast, bagels with cream cheese, assorted muffins, French toast, pancakes, multiple flavors of the large Chobani yogurts, string cheese, apples, oranges, bananas, boiled eggs (we make in house), oatmeal, cold cereal with 2% milk. We also have the extras, peanut butter, jelly, honey, syrup/ & sugar free, orange juice, coffee, tea, and Yorkshire Tea for our European guests. This breakfast is tended by a wonderful employee who never lets any item run out, and keeps the breakfast room spotless. We do not consider this a “really quality poor breakfast.” 3) Your comment on our cleanliness defies other guest reviews that give us high marks for our cleanliness. We also stock all rooms with large 100 percent cotton bath towels, wash cloths and hand towels. We have a great house keeping team and front desk attendants, and we have no record of you contacting our front desk due to an unsatisfactory room. We would have corrected the issue immediately or moved you to another room. This hotel has a staff that has been with this hotel for years. We cover this hotel 365 days of the year 24 hours a day. We work hard to provide our guests with a great stay.

Translation: Comfortable hotel with spacious and clean rooms. Well equipped bathroom. Indoor pool with hot tub. Standard breakfast with sweet and savory products, hot and cold drinks, fruit. Good location on our way. The Buffalo town is very characteristic, with Western-style historic buildings. The director gave us so much information about native Indians and showed beautiful photos. Translation: Very nice hotel. Large room, new looking, extremely clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very nice swimming pool, clean with a hydromassage integrated in the pool itself.
