Best Western Plus Hotel Parkway Inn, Wilsonville

Its like the Garden of Eden. I would recommend this place for a honeymoon! You will never disappoint when you stay here with your lover, best friend, or even your mother! I know I most CERTAINLY would return. We got bonus points and FREE drinks!!!

Great service...Kind staff...Good breakfast....Excellent, comfy beds ( I'm 6'3" 400+...I know what a comfy bed is ) Super convenient to I-5, PDX and points south ( Salem, Oregon Gardens, Silver Falls, Dundee Wine Country Competitive pricing...What's not to like?

The hotel is in good repair and my room was reasonably recently updated. Very nice bed and a wonderful shower. The staff was friendly and efficient. The internet was outstanding, great speeds and super stable. The breakfast was pretty standaard fair but done very well!

I do not write this review lightly; it is the first bad review I have ever given. However, it was such a terrible experience, I feel compelled to warn others. First, the room was not clean, not vacuumed, and worse the plug on the drain was broken and out of the drain and the drain was full of hair. My son found long black hairs on his towel and there were long black hairs on the shower curtain, neither of us has black hair…. In addition our room smelled terribly of bad B.O. When we arrived the windows were wide open and it was freezing - now I know why. Also, they are renting rooms as housing and people were up all night running up and down the halls slamming doors and being incredibly loud. I could go on, but I think you get the gist. The one good thing was the staff at the front were very courteous and nice.

This motel is beautiful, clean, in a very nice location, with no traffic noise in the room (the interior walls are a little thin but not a big problem). The staff was very helpful and pleasant; breakfast was standard hot-breakfast motel fare. We were in a pet room (the fee was very reasonable) and it was close to the exterior door which made potty trips easy, and there was a nice pet relief area right outside the door with poop bags provided. All in all, this is one of the nicest, if not the nicest, Best Westerns we've stayed in, and we would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is ideal for people traveling through as it is situated very close to I5. While it is close to the Highway, the rooms are well insulated and very quiet. We asked for a room away from the highway and were accommodated. The breakfast in the morning was a full breakfast and went from 6 am - 9 am. There are many amenities very close by - Target, Costco across the street. Staff were extremely pleasant and accommodating! Great stay!

We love this hotel because it's so beautiful the service was great and it's not expensive just right price for us and it's close to the shopping and very clean simply we like it, and I will tell about this hotel to my friends

The hotel is clean, quiet, friendly, and relaxing. Rooms are clean. Lots of towels. Bar and liquid soaps offered. Breakfast offerings are above the usual food products. Nice variety and extras. This is not one of the requested, planted, rave reviews, but from a sincere guest. I gave this property an extra high review, because compared with many of the "places" that travelers have to endure, this property deserves better ratings.

We stayed one night and booked 30 minutes before arriving at the hotel. We had our 2 dogs with us as well (an Aussie mix and a Golden mix) which is why we narrowed our search to this hotel. Some hotels claim to be dog friendly but then put weight maximums of 25lbs or 45lbs, neither of which work when you have a more substantial doggy like we do. This hotel didn't have those restrictions thankfully! The receptionist was friendly and helpful and the room rate was very reasonable, as was the dog fee. The dog friendly rooms were on the bottom floor, down 6 steps, so we didn't have to take our dogs into the elevator. The doggy area was very close to our room. The room was modern and clean. There was bit of a pet smell in the room, but we popped the windows open for a few minutes and that helped. I could very faintly smell cleaner in the bathroom which I was appreciative of. The bed was super comfy though we'd brought our own pillows. AC cooled the room off quickly. The internet worked perfectly and the breakfast had more food options than I expected. I bought a soda from the little market by the front desk and it was very reasonably priced compared to other hotels. Parking and check out were easy. We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone passing though the area, especially if you have your canine family members with you!

Hotel was lovely, check in was fast and efficient. Friendly staff. Happy with location, their was a few restaurants near by. Was visiting family so was ideal. Room was good size, had everything we needed. Breakfast was also included in our price. Nice hot breakfast to set us on our day.

My room smelled like chemicals so bad. It was like someone smoked cigarettes and the room & tried to cover up the stench with chemicals/cleaning products. I woke up with a horrible headache and stayed several nights. I was offered a new room but with only 1 bed vs. 2 beds. I asked about receiving a discount for the 1 bed room & was told they'd be charging me the same amount. This is NOT customer service. This is NOT how you treat a guest especially one that has paid $600 for a stay especially when you have a group of 15 families you brought to the hotel. In addition, I was up all night because I could hear my neighbor SNORING thru the wall.

Jocelyn was really nice at check-in. Micheal was nice on phone when booked reservation directly. There were some communication discrepancies that need to be ironed out a mongt staff. When they're on the same page it will make for a more peaceful stay. My stay may have been worry free had it not been cloided by the initial he said/she said changing of the guard, so to speak.I wish I didn't have so many things go off here because it's a pleasant property. Casual. No pool, but a wonderful breakfast! Clean and nicely set-up.

Look no more if traveling in the area and need a hotel tucked away with every amenity. Very pet friendly - so it will be a must-book for me when attending a local event in Canby. Large rooms with comfortable beds. Lobby has snacks and wine - nice selection at breakfast.

It has been a while since I was able to go on a trip. The Best Western Parkway Inn was the perfect place to stay on my getaway. In a lovely setting with great staff, a clean room, comfy bed, breakfast, ...and great weather, What more could a gal ask for? I will definitely be staying at the Best Western Parkway Inn, again!

Nice hotel, reasonable pricing and great service!!! Definitely one we will go back to. For us a great location from where we could visit various locations nearby Portland. The only thing we didn't like was the simple breakfast and not enough seating.

We got the corner two Queens suite and it was huge. Plenty of room to stretch out. All of the beds were super comfortable. Breakfast area is small but the food and service were excellent. Desk staff great as well. Right next to a gas station for easy snacks and close to I-5 but couldn't hear any freeway noise.

Everything in the room was more than I expected although the bed was rather harder than im use o but other than than staff was personable breakfast was good with many options to choose from the breakfast area the attendant kept it clean I would definitely return to this best Western

The hotel itself is a little dated and could use some updating. The carpets in the lower hallway looked very worn and dirty. It seemed like there had been a flood there recently. Our room had a it of a musty smell when we first went in, but it aired out a bit after we opened the window. However, the staff were very friendly and helpful, in particular Jessica on the front desk and Maria in housekeeping. And the bed was very comfortable!

I have been here multiple times and was delighted that they have breakfast in the mornings and don't use Covid as an excuse to throw a brown bag at you with a muffin and a water. It's hard to find staff and hard to keep things in stock due to Covid but they try hard to keep the hot breakfast going and for that I give them all the stars. The front desk guy is super nice too. Everyone is working hard and it shows with how clean everything is. Coffee is always hot and fresh! Thank you so much for all your hard work!

The girl at check in was very welcoming and the room was very clean. We were right next to the freeway but you would never know it, as you couldn't hear the road noise. I saw other dogs in the lobby, but we never heard them. I always worry about staying in dog friendly hotels, but everything here was great!

we stopped here on our way south during our recent trip to seattle. it is about 20 mins south of portland just off I-5. the room was very spacious, and the bathroom a decent size. the beds & furniture were comfortable and in good condition. the only negative is that the 'free breakfast' they offer is only served from 6:30-8:30. we went down at 8 and it was packed with hardly anywhere to sit and most of the hot foods had run out. I think this is the case because the shorter service hours - most places we have stayed at serve b'fast for more like 3 hours which would have allowed more room for all the people.

If you are short on time in the morning and want to grab a bite of breakfast that they offer it is not gonna work for you here. The only serve breakfast for 2 hours and the 1st 45 minutes they do not have anything prepared

Jessica at the front desk is super kind and helpful, she went above and beyond for me and my family during our stay. Rooms were clean, with a few extra goodies to use during your stay. Towels weren't stiff, they were pretty soft. Beds were comfortable, pillows were a little lumpy, but not bad at all. Breakfast was good and hot. Coffee was was fresh

Not a good experience so I will never stay again. The location is far from the best part of the city and the service lacks empathy. There is another Best Western closer to downtown that will be my next stay...

Wonderful place to stay, clean and friendly. Excellent breakfast bar, hot, tasty and plentiful! Walked in the door and literally couldn't believe they had a little amenities area to buy things like snacks and pain reliever. Needed both at that exact moment so just added them to the tab as I was checking in. Every need is considered and taken care of. Excellent value and the location is centrally located without being too close to crazy, busy Portland. Our 2 dogs were not nearly as anxious as normal as the motel is very quiet even though right on I-5. Will definitely be back!

The last time we stayed here, it was not a Best Western. We like the BW brand because they allow dogs. We were here for one night during the holidays, and our stay was very pleasant. Check in was fast. Our room was comfortable and clean. It was quiet, so our dog was not distracted. The only thing was that in the rainy weather, the walkway along the pool to the lower level was a bit flooded. That was the closest door to our room, but we ended up using the lobby entrance because it was drier. Breakfast in the morning was nothing special. It was the same old stuff you get at every hotel, but it was enough to get us going for the day. We've been here before. We'll be here again.

Once entering into this hotel, it felt very clean and inviting. There were items available to purchase that might have been forgotten about at home or simple needed. The staff was very friendly when i interacted with them. I enjoyed my stay there.

Jamie Hosley and her assistance manager are amount the most unhelpful people in the hospitality industry. They are just rude, hungry for power and they likely feel good in making things harder and difficult for you instead of going an inch out of their way to resolve a problem. I will never stay here and won't recommend this place to anyone reading, friends or family.

The hotel was great, everyone was so nice. The room was very clean and the bathroom was so clean. There were lots of snack and drink options at the front. The breakfast was good and convenient. I was offered coffee, tea and oat.eal when I arrived. It was really easy to find the room.

I stayed here New Year's Eve and it was great. The customer service was friendly and efficient. The only thing I worried about was the elevator being on the fritz, but it wasn't that big of a deal to take the stairs (was only on the 2nd floor and near an exit.) But this didn't impact the stay. The room was chilly cold, but clean and served its purpose. Would stay here again.

We chose this Best Western Plus as it seemed like a good "head start" on our trip from Seattle to Arizona. This hotel was very easy to get to from I-5, and as a large parking lot that is easily accessible to the hotel. The front desk staff person was EXCEPTIONAL, and perhaps the best desk person we've met in over a year of travel (over 30 stays this year). The hotel level is somewhat "split level", and we walked down a very short flight of stairs to get to our room. The hotel design itself is very simple and straight-forward, and we would describe it as "functional" without insulting it. We were comfortable in our room, and had a great selection of channels on the television. The shower was a walk-in, and it proved to be great experience with lots of room and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was well above average, with plenty of hot food and other choices. Overall a very good experience, and we will add this hotel to our travel rota.

The beds seemed to be incased in plastic that make noise when you sat on edges or moved around. The breakfast room open, but low quality of basic breads, no milk for hot cereal etc. Furniture new enough but jammed in lined up along wall, but beds spread too far apart to reach night stand between.

Another great stay at Best Western Plus. Customer service was great and the breakfast area has some out door seating. Beautiful trees turning color made for a very nice walk. Located walking distance of many food places.

A pleasant surprise, rooms very nice and spacious and excellent service, only wish breakfast could be served until a little later, as all gone and cleared by 0830. Beds were so comfortable and could actually open window!

It was difficult to make the reservation. I was hung up on several times then the employee did not answer the phone for the rest of the evening. The room was clean and the location was perfect for the event we were attending.

Title says it all. Hotel is clean. Room was spacious. Other than the employee checking folks in at the front desk, no other employee was masked, even though the state of Oregon currently has an indoor mask mandate. Would also be nice if the staff would make sure that guests checking in and milling around the lobby would mask up as well. Based upon that, we do not recommend. Also want to note that we stayed in 2 other hotels (for a total of 6 nights) while travelling in OR. Both of the other hotels adhered with the mask mandate, as did their guests.

Great Staff, Clean, comfortable rooms (bed inlcuded), and yummy breakfast! Very accommodating for toddlers, really good about being COVID conscious, and really helpful to late night, last minute, guests.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel especially the clean and kept up outdoor pool. The kids had a great time swimming. The continental breakfast was very helpful. The biscuits and gravy were a hit with the kids. They also liked the waffles as well.

The staff worked smoothly checking us in when our check in date didn't match the date I had arranged over the phone. They found a nice room and we didn't have to wait very long which we appreciated because we were exhausted from traveling.

Great room and friendly staff. Probably the nicest best Western I've stayed in and I have spent the last 6 months traveling for work. Room was recently renovated. Hotel was very quiet. Easy access to I-5. I will be staying here again.

Price is very reasonable and it comes with a hot meal -- scrambled eggs, sausage patty, bacon, biscuits and gravy, homemade waffles, yogurt, danish, cereal, juice and coffee. Of course, staff will need to serve you due to COVID. Pretty great deal. Our first room wasn't cleaned yet so I needed to go down to request another room. The employee said the system said it was ready so computer glitch -- it happens. She offered a free soda but I was fine without it. The room is pretty average and works for us. Our AC was crackling during the night but didn't bother us at all. We slept great every night since we would return back to the hotel pretty late at night and we were able to crash right away and sleep like a baby. Overall, we would stay here again. Target, Costco, Walgreens, CVS, Panda Express, Chipotle, etc. were down the street so very convenient. Until next time...

Close to the freeway, yet it's very quiet. They serve a hot breakfast. Some other hotels seem taking advantage of COVID-19 restriction by serving just juice and packaged pastries. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable. There is a lot of room to organize belongings, especially when you stay multiple nights. I would definitely stay at this hotel when I visit south of Portland.

Clean and Friendly Spacious Amenities - Hot Breakfast Served even during Covid. Rooms cleaned and replenished daily. A/C in room wasn't working great and the fridge in room made more noise than it should. But loved the size of room and friendliness of staff.

All staff made us truly feel welcome. Facilities were clean and there's plenty of free parking. Shopping and freeway close by. Breakfast was served by staff due to COVID precautions. We would love to stay here again!

We were here for a weekend trip. For the price, it was a great value. Decent breakfast and fitness center. The rooms were updated recently it seems, with newer carpet and granite bathroom counters. The A/C is a little loud but standard for this price range of hotel. Friendly staff.

We stay in this hotel often. Our son and his family live nearby, and we stay here when we visit them. The service is beyond excellent, and the rooms are clean, quiet and very comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel.

I have stayed at this property many times over the past two to three years and have noticed a steady decline in service and the property overall. With lots of nearby options, I might encourage you to check those out first.

My first room had a dirty bed cover; hair and brown marks. When asked for new bedding I was told housekeeping was gone and they were out of extra bedding. I was offered a new room. Upon arrival to my new room, there was used soap stuck on top of metal rod that attached the glass shower partition to the wall. Upon check out I was given a curt apology. The attendant made it feel like this was a common occurrence. I left feeling very disappointed. Overall the room was spacious and had a wet bar area, well designed/updated bathroom. Its just not cleaned well.

I will be coming back since I loved 1 king bed deluxe. The room was big and bed N breakfast was very good. The location is close to 4 star nail salon, restaurant, shopping and this hotel is high luxury.

This hotel not only has excellent service overall but provides both a continental breakfast with my favorite waffle makers and cookies snack in the evening. Staff is professional and very helpful. Highly recommended
