"Andrea is the bomb!"

I second many people's opinion that the people at this Best Western rock. Andrea was so super lovely to us, our kids, and made our stay really a joy. My four-year-old looked forward to going back to the hotel just to smile at her. The room was clean, no odd smells, soft towels, good shower, great pool area, good breakfast, Wi-Fi, in-room fridge and microwave, convenient location off the interstate. Dunno what more you could want from a hotel. Thanks so much!

The hotel has curb appeal. The checking in went smoothly. They did have a humidity problem which was explained to us on checking in. All the fire doors had to remain closed. The pool area was well maintained. The room was very clean & nicely decorated.

Nice facility, right off the interstate, easy access. Great staff friendly and helpful, good breakfast. I stay at this place on a regular basis and their quality is always consistently good. On the weekends they do host a number of family reunions so make sure you get a room away from the congested areas if you visit on a weekend.

We booked this hotel as a last minute stop during our road trip. We arrived late at night and the gal at the desk was very friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the water park in the morning. Multiple staff members offered to open the slides for my boys as a special treat for them as it was not the normal slide hours. The staff were all so friendly and helpful.

This hotel received a $5 million renovation a couple years ago, along with a rebrand. It was a significant change for their staff, with everything from a new PMS and a new rewards program to different brand standards (Best Western vs the formerly Holiday Inn Express). The hotel has gone through its share of staff, but there are two who stand out. Andrea, the Front Office Manager, has been with this hotel for about 8 years and has remained a critical staff member who not only greets you with a smile, but is a leader to her team and a champion of guest loyalty. The other valued staff member is Kristi, whose devotion to this property is approaching nearly 20 years. She is the badass breakfast attendant who takes her time to greet everyone, and she can keep up with the demand of a full house of families and sports teams. She also cleans the public areas, which is critical for keeping a positive first impression whenever a guest enters the hotel. On top of everything, this property has a waterpark and is one of two Best Westerns this side of South Dakota to have one. The waterpark is a very popular amenity for the leisure crowd, driving the hotel's occupancy through spring, summer, and autumn. This hotel has every capability of becoming a Best Western Plus. Best Westerns provide a level of service and value that drives their brand loyalty every year…and people like Kristi and Andrea make you want to come back.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. The room was clean and everything worked. The only item that was disappointing was we were in a suite and there were only 3 towels for the 4 of us but no problem getting a forth. The heater was quiet compared to a lot of other hotels I have stayed at. Bed was pretty comfortable. There were a lot of families staying there but no issues with noise.

Worst customer service ever . Made noise complaint and they threw me out Beware they will fabricate things to justify throwing you out and threaten you with arrest. Worst experience I have ever had !! Don't stay here

Terrible customer service. Booked three rooms for one night. Wrong dates were used. I paid full price and was offered no refund whatsoever. Will never stay with a BW hotel again. I have friends that had similar experiences with other franchises and a credit or refund was offered. All I wanted was a date correction. Not even that was offered.

The staff were told ahead of time that I am currently battling stage four breast cancer. When I walked into the room, they had pink heart, balloons, pink cupcakes, a breast, cancer pen, and journal and beautiful card. The staff went above and beyond the whole stay. We definitely will be coming back.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and entry. Great breakfast options ! Nice pool area..slide was not working if that is important for your visit. Free parking…luggage carts available…nice showers ..shower seat available on request…toiletries provide had pleasant tropical scent!

I am a truck driver and when I requested an early check-in after a long night Jay at the front desk gave it to me. He went above and beyond when I really need him. The room that we stayed in was modern and clean. The TV was large and the bed was comfortable which made for a great stay. Thanks again Jay!

Very nice stay. Comfortable beds and pillows, and a good breakfast.The only negative is the size of the bathroom sink area. It is very small with barely any room to place anything. Disappointing for a newer Best Western hotel.

Wow this best western should be a Plus! Much better condition than a lot of Pluses. From the minute we walked in we felt welcome and at home. Front staff very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect. Nice and clean and roomy. The water park was huge with a big pool and hot hot tub. And a nice big kiddy pool with play structures and a big slide that I went down once. Lol got to dizzy to do it a second time. The breakfast was really nice and big and delicious. But what made the best western was the friendly helpful staff. One could tell they really cared.

Stayed over 9/30-10/2 2022. The updated property is wonderful. Rooms tastefully done and even had a small refrigerator. Breakfast buffet was good as well. It fit the bill. Very clean property. The pool is very family friendly, great for the kids.

The staff was top notch, polite and extremely helpful. We stay here because of the pool and the grandkids love to come and swim at the water park. I was not sure about staying after it was taken over by BW but I'm not a sceptic now. The place was clean and in the process of a total update. I was in an older room but it was clean and the staff was wonderful. I did call down to the desk at about 10pm as kids were runny around and very noisy but they handled it immediately. This place will be great once the updates are done and I will not hesitate to stay here again!

My first visit to a Sure Stay. We had a beautiful room. The room and bath were immaculate. The beds were comfortable. The friendly staff told us that mini fridges and microwaves were being added to the rooms.

We stayed here for a work trip but brought our 2 young children because of the water park. It's a very dated and worn hotel. Desperately needs to be updated. It's very loud, people walking/talking in the hallway. You can hear the people in the room above us just walking around their room. I feel like the walls are paper thin. The water park is very nice for small children. Rules aren't not enforced, people with food/drinks and very small children in hot tub. Doesn't seem to be much order, but my kids did enjoy it. The breakfast is short, only 7:30-9:30 and the staff dish you up bc of covid. Not sure that is necessary. The staff dish up my food but there is no one going around wiping/disinfecting tables after use, so what sense does that make?

I stay in hotels on a regular basis. I checked in at 7pm after driving all day. Garet checked me in and attempted to make me pay for my room. My company always pays for my hotel. My travel agent had confirmed everything earlier in the day, so I knew there wasn't any issues. I informed him they paid and I don't need to pay. So I said are you sure?? If I have to call after hours, my travel agent charges me. So I call said travel agent. As she is CONFIRMING they were paid, suddenly Garet could see my reservation was paid. Then I get to my room to find someone's nail and hairs in the sink. Called down to inform Garet and he let me know housekeeping was gone for the night. Wow!! So I cleaned the sink so I could use the sink.

Cancelled my trip and was told I did not need a cancellation as they were busy at the time, but that they would take care of it. NOT TRUE, my card was charged and when I politely called 4 times, I was told by the Manager that she would get back to me and that I should have had a cancellation number, but that she would look into it and call me back. Instead of handling the situation, my calls have been ignored. Will not book there or recommend to anyone if that is how the customer service is handled. Will delete my review if I actually get a call back and this taken care of.

Back in the area for meetings and checked back into this hotel. The hotel is using several COVID measures to make our stay safe. As usual, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. On our return to the area, we will stay at this hotel again. Travel safe...

We stayed here while attending meetings in the area. The front desk staff was friendly and the lobby was inviting. The room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was handy. I especially liked the personal note from the GM at check-i .
