Best Western Plus Sugar Land/Stafford

Hotel is very spartan, but clean. However, the A/C units are EXTREMELY noisy -- I changed rooms for this reason, and in my second room, the A/C started making an horrendous racket at 4:30 AM and I was unable to get back to sleep.

- 0 stars…The worst hotel Really dirty—one to the doors in a room has a police notice!!!! Omg! All dirty and smelly I read reviews before going to this place, and I think the persons are speaking about another place because this place sucks! We went in March 2025; the roof was under maintenance, and many places around the building, including the dirty pool, were surrounded by a red plastic cord…There wasn't enough parking, and in general, it was a scary place. The guy in reception was nice and helpful that is the only good thing about the place.

Unfortunately when price is low some times quality just follows. Poor breakfast !!! But also very poor cleaning stats as well. The room was never vacuumed or mopped for almost 5 days. Also a bit noisy at specific times. Reception music can be heard in rooms.

Hotel is modern with great staff. Our family enjoyed our stay! Beds are very comfortable and we enjoyed the breakfast they offer that has plenty of options. They also have a fitness center that was bigger than any other hotel I've been too. The outdoor pool was clean and crystal clear :)

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and everything was great! The property is very quiet which allowed my family and I to have a great night's sleep. They even have a hot breakfast with plenty of options. Everything was clean and organized from the moment you stepped into the hotel. The front desk staff was very helpful in providing me with options to visit around the hotel!

Friendly helpful hotel staff, modern clean hotel. The pillows and bed were very comfortable. The outdoor pool was very nice. The free breakfast has a great variety with eggs and a breakfast meat also had bisquits and gravy, Texas shaped waffles along with the usual offerings. Even though there were a lot of guests, it was a quiet atmosphere. I look forward to staying there again

On my recent trip, a return visit to Houston and Sugar Land, I decided to stop in at one of the newer Best Westerns in the area. This new location on I-69/US 59 is quite nice, and it has a sleek, modern lobby. The front office desk had a plethora of good workers who certainly took care of their guests, including myself. What impressed me the most was, they had good dollies, and they were stored in a special section set aside near the elevators rather than keeping them at the entrances like other hotels have. To me, the arrangement at this location works better and ensures that guests will have dollies and have a safer place to put them back so others can use them. As for my room, all in all, it was very good. Very ultra-modern with style, color scheme, and lighting. Bed was nice and comfortable with great pillows. TV actually had very good channel choices. Now, the rooms in this hotel actually have wooden floors. I would have preferred carpeted floors as they're easier to handle and to walk on, but the accommodations offered in the room more than compensated for it, so I managed fine. One quirk, however, was the size of the microfridge. It was a bit smaller than what I would have expected (and have had elsewhere), but since I only stayed two nights, it wasn't that big of an issue. At least, it did keep what beverages I had cold. The shower was good, and I especially liked the three squeeze containers for washes and shampoos. Very useful and good, and they smell good, too. Also on site, you have ample parking, and it covers three sides of the building. The location is very good and there are numerous restaurants and shops within a five-mile radius of this place, and it's in a busy corridor between Sugar Land and Houston. I plan on being back. Come check this place out! It's modern comfort!

Air conditioning was leaking and made a very loud noise that mad it hard to sleep. Does NOT have an iron in the room instead there is a steam machine whichndidnt work very well. Overall the location is very quiet especially during the weekend. It is located in a business district therefore it is safe and had plenty of free parking on the weekends.
