Best Western Plus Seminole Hotel & Suites, Seminole

Breakfast and service was wonderful. You went to the window and ordered the type and number of eggs that you wanted, bacon or sausage, and potatoes. The coffee was amazing!!! We wanted to go down just for the coffee! We know not to drink the water there, so we used bottled water in the room for coffee.

The person who checked us in was very friendly. The room we received does not match the pictures of the room I thought I was receiving when I made the reservation (ie: I was expecting a couch but the room didn't have a couch). I also wasn't comfortable with being given a room that had an adjoining door to the next one. We were woken up quite a lot from someone on the other side constantly messing with the door. We weren't given any complimentary bar soap/shampoo or any sundries that are typically provided in a hotel room, but they did have a small little sundries shop where you could buy those items at a high cost. The wi-fi was horrible and never once worked. Breakfast was over way before their scheduled time. I definitely will NOT be staying here again.

After my departure I received a horrid call from management accusing me and my husband for smoking in a handy cap room when in fact we didn't! My card was charged an extra 250.00 and I was "banned" from the property!! I will share my horrid experience with my family, friends, co-workers, and customers.. I am waiting to hear back to see what can be done for being rudely treated, accused, banned, and extorted for an extra 250.00!!

We visited family for Christmas in Seminole. We stayed here for 2 nights during the holiday and had a really nice time. The room and amenities were nice and comfortable, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was great. Will stay here every time we visit.

The hotel was a great stay would have loved to be able to answer emails on my laptop but was told repeatedly the network was down. The over all stay was great and close parking was really great close stores around if in need to pick up necessities.

We always stay at the Best Western in Seminole during golf tournaments. We have never been disappointed! The cook to order breakfast is a plus. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and the staff is there to please.

Great - definitely a good Choice!! I need to stay just over night to get where i needed to go early! A good sleep with comfort and safety! Excellent Stay!! I would suggest this hotel to anyone who needs a good rest!

We inherited a farm in Seminole and have been making frequent trips for an ongoing project. We have stayed at this hotel several times for extended stays. It is clean and comfortable. The rooms are large enough to spread out our business necessities as well as our luggage. We've used the little kitchen the past few stays and it has worked out nicely. I can't think of a reason not to recommend the hotel. They have a great staff. Breakfast are great! It's a winner.

Rooms are well kept and clean, didn't smell like the last tenant, lol! Staff was very friendly and the breakfast each morning was very good, you had a variety of items to eat (bacon, eggs, waffles, cereal, fruit and much more).

There are few choices left in small town America any more since most of the old motels are dead or dying. This hotel is a new "bed-in-a-box" (which we try to avoid) but it was located near the town square. That means you get a pleasant walk around a small town, you get to support any restaurants and businesses that remain downtown and you have a more memorable experience than you would by parking at a standard box out by the freeway.

This was an excellent place, very clean, room was bigger than expected. Breakfast was exceptional. The food was tasty and the lady working breakfast area was very friendly. would stay here again if in the area.

Indoor pool, intelligent staff, in the center of downtown for fun shopping..antiques and fun gift shops along with exceptional food delights at Perika's. Hotel is exceptionally clean and the free breakfast bar is great for families.

It was a nice night's sleep, but this property did not plan ahead for 2-3 baseball teams staying the night, and there was not enough hot water for showers and there was not enough to accommodate for Breakfast!

I stay here on business, and typically get a king room with kitchen. I've never been disappointed in the rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is always good. They even custom make 2 eggs for you, if you want. My only complaint would be that the management is not very accommodating with adhering to the policies on the Best Western website. For instance, Best Western offers extra points for not using housekeeping services, but this location does not honor that policy. Otherwise, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the place is clean and well maintained.

The carpet in the lobby was stained. The luggage dolly was dirty and carpet stained as well. The lighting in the room was dingy, the bed was lumpy and didn't feel clean. Skipped the shower due to the old and stained bath tub mat. Appreciated having a microwave and refrigerator but that didn't make up for the poorly maintained accommodations.

I have stayed in many hotels and motels over the years, both on recreation trips and business trips, and never have I received the service that my family and I received at the Best Western in Seminole, Tx. Ms Amber was a saint, any question we had was answered quickly with a personal touch that my wife and I have never seen, out of every West Texas hotel we have stayed at this Hotel is an absolute oasis in the deserts of the South Plains. thank you for the best hotel experience we have ever had.

We had the sad experience of laying a family member to rest and making arrangements for the services. The staff at the Best Western Plus made out stay the best possible. They assisted us with rooms, conveniences and anything we asked for, and some we didn't ask for. The best possible experience under the sun. For a small town that has many of business related stays, mainly oil field personnel, the hotel is well kept. The room I had was a King Suite, plenty of room for what I needed. The cleaning staff was great! One of the days the maid organized my toiletries on the bathroom counter. One thing that I appreciated most of all is the fact that they give you a fresh clean remote with every room cleaning. Thats the first thing I do is clean the remote with a lot of hand sanitizer when I get a room.

After driving all day this was a great place to stop. Shout out to Amber. She was amazing. During our drive from oregon we had our moving truck broke into and after hearing this she was willing to drive home just to give us a new lock for our truck.

We stayed while doing a job in Seminole. Very clean and modern motel. The parking for my twenty foot trailer was on the street and I wasn't to happy about that but nobody hit my trailer and nobody stole my tools, so I can't complain a lot. The breakfast was very well made, sausage, bacon, eggs, waffles and more. i broke the waffle batter handle and had the batter up to my elbow as I tried to re-attach the handle. Nobody was too mad at me ( I hope ). I would recommend this motel as a good place to relax and sleep.

This stay was booked to accompany a senior friend with a debilitating stroke to a family reunion. Due to his paralyzed left side we needed an ADA room. None were available but management did get a heads up about a disabled guest. On the second morning, my friend headed outside for a brief walk - with his leg brace and cane - while I used the fitness center. Housekeeping worked on the room during our absence. Luckily I returned to the room first. On opening the door I caught a strong odor of disinfectant. It was obvious housekeeping had finished the room, so I entered. One step onto the tiled entryway and my feet were sliding out from under me like I was on a skating rink. I broke my fall with a quick grip on the bathroom doorjam, Every bit of floor tiling - entryway and bathroom - had a pooled layer of water on it, like a reflecting pond. Had my disabled friend returned before me, we would be dealing with an ambulance ride. Trying to explain this situation to the housekeeping supervisor required the newly hired front desk clerk to function as translator. Housekeeping showed up immediately to dry the floor. One hour later they cleaned the main corridor and left the area of tiling between the stretches of carpeting just as wet as the earlier bathroom. Aside from feel physically at risk in this Best Western, the breakfasts were a sad start to the day: dry, overcooked eggs, biscuits burned on one side, slabs of ham left on the warming tray until they required a steak knife. With so little competition, I guess this BW franchise doesn't have to care about repeat customers or their safety.

I love this hotel very clean the ladies in the front desk were more then helpful. The only thing that I did not like was that they stopped serving breakfast before 9 and i was not the only one that asked it was several families that asked for more eggs and the lady said we are done it was 8:50 when this happen

We stayed in a king suite while attending a tennis tournament in Seminole. The room was comfortable and clean. The only complaint we had was the sheets are a little scratchy. We breakfast was okay. It is the nicest place to stay in Seminole.

This place is reasonably priced. It is very clean and well maintained . The staff was very courteous and helpful. Handicap accessible room truly was . Large bathroom, plenty of room for wheelchair, walk in shower . Looking forward to the breakfast . I would definitely stay here again!

The customer service at this hotel is amazing. Margarita the chef made awesome food, she is polite and caring and went well out of her way and above to give great service.We came in and their were no eggs left.She was already cooking fresh ones for us, we didn't even have to ask.She was not only a great cook, but gave some of the best customer service we have gotten in a long time.

This facility is very clean, has new furnishings, and very helpful staff. They have a very nice indoor pool and hot tub. The water temperature was great in both. They also had a wonderful breakfast: excellent sausage and eggs cooked to order!

We had booked a room for a family reunion , and it was a totally nightmare! We booked directly with the hotel and book for two nights hotel ended up calling us while we were out and once we talk to them on the phone they apologized for the confusion when they thought we were only staying one night. Once we got back they had completely removed all are items from the room put stuff in trash bags. Bad enough they packed our stuff up but they did a horrible job ! Stuff was damaged. Girl at front desk gave 3 different stories as to why this happen, 1st story she came to work ask what with this stuff in back office was told customer will come and get. 2 nd story we had been contacted and that the person who called us confrim we only wanted one night and will come by and pick up stuff. 3rd story we never answer Phn so they removed our stuff. And than she said if we would have came earlier than she wouldn't have check some People in . The girl at the fest wouldn't give her name she just keep excusing herself to go cry in back room. ( hope she not a assistant manager) her behavior was so unprofessional she didn't know how to print any receipts out, she keep crying , she didn't know how to conduct herself, she keep saying she called a manager and was told to get info and the manger would call us back on Monday . Like really you are leaving us with out a room and not at all willing to get on the phone ? The manager having some kid relay info instead of coming to the hotel or getting on the phone? How does a hotel leave a person who doesn't know how to handle a situation ? A person who can't even give you a receipt ? But most of all who can at least apologize ? But I guess that the way they run this hotel because I have yet to hear back from a manager. This staff pack my belongs in trash bags cause damaged to my items , left my kids and me with out a room but not willing to try to make it right. I don't live in Texas so since I had no room I had to just leave and drive home that night which is a 14 hour drive back to Arizona . Stay away from this place they don't take any ownship in their mistakes and don't try to make things right! Worse service I have ever received . And was told was getting a Corp discount NOT TRUE!! The rate they charged all the members was a stanadard rate no discount we all could have just book on line VS with the hotel because the price was the same. A scam about lower rate.

I would like to clarify that at check-in all guest are to confirm and sign a Register card that shows complete dates of reservation; had this been a clerical error on the hotel side we would have gladly accommodated, and this was not the case. Incorrect bookings can cause overbooking which was what happened with your reservation. Had we not been sold out the hotel would've gladly accommodated and easily extended your reservation with no problem at all. We apologize for the misfortunate events and how they were handled. The "crying" and "unprofessional" front desk agent you mentioned was crying because you and your family threw property equipment at her and raised your voices at her knowing that she was not at fault. Even though I do understand your anger this behavior is not acceptable; regardless of any situation. We will definitely take this unfortunate mishap and use it as a learning experience. Do not stay here, they are running a scam after you check out they have housekeeping state you smoked in the room and charge you an additional $200.00. After calling and complaining to the manager, she stated there was nothing she could do. I have never smoked in my life.

Upon checking in you signed the pre-authorization for your stay which states that we are a non smoking hotel and if the room has been smoked in, we charge the guest a $200 fee, as it takes a lot of extra cleaning, extra housekeepers and chemicals to get the room clean again. When our housekeepers go to clean after our guests check out, if the room smells of smoke or evidence of smoking is found, we have the room inspected by the Head housekeeper, front desk and the manager. A damage report is done at this time and it is signed by all three witnesses. We are very thorough with our rooms so that our next guest has the best stay possible. We were very pleased with our stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate staying there the next time we are in town. We got in a little early and our room wasn't quite available. They said they would call us when the room was ready. We went an grabbed a bite and by the time we were finished with our meal the room was ready. They have a free breakfast. The eggs are actually made to order! The coffee in the breakfast area was good.

This hotel is the only place I stay while in Seminole. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, clean and nicely furnished rooms, and good hot breakfast with cooked to order eggs. Indoor pool and jacuzzi to relax after a long day of work. Highly recommend to all. I have stayed here every week for the last three months and the service has been grand each stay.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Did have bus, truck and trailer parking and that was HUGE for me. Easy to get to, (right off of the main road in town) and out of. Nice free breakfast in the morning that I always use.

Rooms were clean, modern. Breakfast goes later than most...I think 10:30, which is nice if you want to sleep in a little. Two elevators, another plus. The hotel backs up to a neighborhood which makes it quiet. Lots of oil field workers staying here on our visit. Downtown and a couple of restaurants are in walking distance. I stay at this hotel frequently for work. The housekeeping staff are always courteous and professional. Margarita and the rest of the kitchen staff are always friendly and fast, and fresh eggs made to order everyday for breakfast is hard to beat. If you are travelling during the week for work they even have dinner provided on Wednesdays. Management is always great about answering any questions and making sure my stay is enjoyable and even maintenance staff was there with a replacement bulb within minutes when a lightbulb in my room went out. I've never had any other problems with any of the rooms I have stayed in at this hotel. A clean, comfortable place to lay your head is to be expected at any hotel, and this place has clean rooms, comfortable beds, and feels new, but what makes this place standout is the staff. When you travel a lot for work it is good to know that you can count on people to take care of any issues that may arise. I recommend this hotel if you are traveling to this little town for work.

Great staff very friendly front desk girl Laura was very helpful she's the best recommend a great place to eat overall would definitely recommend and will definitely be back. Room were very nice and clean I wouldn't of thought it was build 4 years ago in very great shape breakfast was delicious and staff was very great and polite.

An absolutely amazing experience from the very beginning the second I walked in I was greeted with a smile and help with making my reservation. The complementary breakfast and Wednesday dinners made by Margarita were the best meals I've had since getting here. Everything is literally perfect. Well done BW. The stay was a quick one for me. I did not get to have breakfast, but the coffee was great. The whole place was clean and welcoming. The Staff was fast getting in and out and that is very important to me! Very comfy room with plenty of outlets, in plain sight!

This hotel is said to be four years old. I would have guessed newer. The lobby is finished in ceramic tile and granite. My room was the same level of luxury, with the same materials in the generous bathroom. Bed was comfortable, though provided with the small pillows usually found today. Three lamps were appropriate brightness instead of the usual airport-lobby effect. Each had two a/c outlets, so one could charge up to six electronic devices at the same time. Appliances included everything you can think of, and they all worked and were attrctive. The furniture showed no signs of wear at all. I thought the hotel was brand new. My room was on the back of the hotel. I never heard any road noise. When I could not figure out how to set the a/c controls, the desk clerk immediately sent some one up. The controls turned out to be in a wall-mount box across the room. I left my camera in the room and called the next day. The desk clerk said she had it and would keep it for me. I passed through town one week later and got my camera without a fuss. This kind of help really makes a hotel a pleasurable experience. Breakfast was good, with eggs cooked to order. The room rate was moderate for this age and quality of accommodation.

Stayed there for about 4 Days it was clean hotel very well maintained. I enjoyed their delicious cookies and the lemon water. Front Desk gal Laura was great and had excellent customer service the whole stay proper uniform attire and she was very polite with us the whole stay. Definitely recommend.

I am an extended stay guest with a negotiated rate for my 12-18 month stay. The hotels elevator starting having issues-the door would not open on the third floor and guests were stuck. It was reported by me and other guests multiple times. The manager "reset" it but failed to have a technician come out. This went on for a week and a half. My adult daughter, another extended stay guest, complained after being stuck and having the elevator bounce violently up and down several times, and was told by Fabiola that "we seem to have problems, we may need to go to another hotel, and she would be glad to make us reservations and that maybe we should use the stairs." When I returned from my weekend off my agreed upon rates had suddenly increased by over $280.00 per month. I asked if it was because of the elevator complaint. She said no-rates went up. I spoke to five other guests and their rates remained the same. The elevator issue was real. I was told that the manager got stuck in the elevator over the weekend and suddenly it was a safety issue. After two weeks a technician was called.

Due to that our elevator maintenance protocol is not solicited to all guest, you were not aware that the elevator company was at the property 5 times prior to you physically seeing a technician. The manager was never stuck in the property elevator, and I apologize for that incorrect information and would love a name of whoever misinformed you so that this can be addressed immediately. Elevator issues are taken very seriously by management and ownership, and even though it is unfortunately out of my hands, we apologize for the inconvenience of the contracted elevator company not being able to fix the issue on their first visit. On average, our daily rates are increased or decreased according to corporate advice and demand as per all other hotels. I apologize for any misinterpreted information that was given to you or your daughter. Hotel contracted accounts request privacy on guest rates as well as any other information regarding such companies, so any information regarding rates is non-disclosed. In conclusion, because of the detailed emails I had received from you and your daughter, I felt it fitting to offer to make other arrangements to help the terrible insufferable experiences you were both undergoing. I am one who is impressed by the little things, which to me are big things. The bathroom was roomy and clean and had ample counter space; but what I appreciated was that there were plug-ins on the right hand wall as well as the left hand wall. This made using my two curling irons so much easier. No cord getting caught on the sink faucets. The bed was very very comfortable as were the pillows (a big thing). The little thing I appreciated here was that the bedside lamp had plug-ins on the base. Since I use a c-Pap machine, it was so handy to use these instead of having to pull the nightstand out to locate a plug-in. I usually have to unplug the radio, but not this time. I also used the lamp base for recharging my cell phone. The staff were all friendly and ready to assist with directions for a place to eat. We were in Texas for a family reunion and if we ever return to Seminole, this is where we will stay!

Great place to stay. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great. One suggestion, bacon on a daily basis. The suite I have is big enough for my office equipment. Love the full size refrigerator since I am staying long term. Wednesday night dinners is one of the things I look forward to. The pool is kept clean. The grounds are kept clean. Just a great hotel to stay for a small town. The cleaning staff goes beyond what is expected.

Room had hair on bed hair in tub, toilet had blood stain, front desk gave key to my room to other guest. general manager very unprofessional and said I should understand things like this always happen and never apoligized

Overnight stay for our family on our way to Carlsbad. Wonderful hotel with nice clean rooms, indoor pool and free wifi. Had a nice variety of tv channels to watch and the 42" TV was nice.We enjoyed our stay, but the pool filter seemed to be clogged and there was long black hair that got all over you as you swam. Better than average hotel - kind staff - great location. The internet wants the password repeatedly - which is no big deal unless you are trying to work over several days... every couple hours it asks for the password again. Still - the hotel is fine and the folks are nice.

Front desk staff was courteous, attentive and helpful. When I arrived, they informed me that the hotel was providing late afternoon beef tacos and a variety of cookies for their guests. They made me feel welcome and right at home. When I got to my room, I noticed my pillows were too small. When I brought it to their attention, they didn't fuss - they just replaced them all for me. I've been staying at this hotel almost exclusively since November 2016 for business and it's been wonderful. The management and front desk staff are amazing, not too mention the best housekeeping staff I've been around in a hotel in a long time (and I stay in a lot of hotels!). They offer a Manager's Social on Wednesdays (and sometimes Mondays) where they cook a nice meal and give you ice cold beer. The tacos are great and the burgers are big and juicy! I love their hot breakfast as well; the nice lady in the morning makes the best eggs too! It means a lot when you're far from home and you can come home to, and wake up with a nice meal. As a returning guest to Seminole, it's a great feeling for me and my crew to have a place that treats us like we live here. I definitely recommend this place to anyone coming through this nice little town.

Had to search high and low to find a nonsmoking pet friendly ($20) place on our trip west, but this BW was ideal. It's close to downtown Seminole, which is a remarkably clean town for the dusty panhandle, so we had a nice walk around before sundown. There was a nice looking new bistro/bar type restaurant about two blks away, but we didn't try it as we had our own food packed. Our room was large and clean (though a pair of ladies undies left on the floor by housekeeping next to the love seat, oops) and good wifi and TV. Comfortable king bed but not the highest thread count sheets. So thankful for a nonsmoking hotel, which isn't that easy to find in this neck of the woods. Warm cookies at check in, too!

Spent 3 nights and was satified with the front desk and the breakfast staff was awesome. Very helpful in every way. The only issue I had was the noise the in room refrigerator made. I h Just unplugged it! Other than that it was really a good value.

I just loved the colors they used in this hotel, very soothing. The best part was the made to order eggs- we got ours scrambled, a nice surprise after the rubbery steam table ones we got from another hotel. The location was perfect walking distance to places we needed to go for business. Make sure to eat at Perickas Terrace- you won't be sorry.

The first time at a Best Western in many, many years. I was not disappointed. Great hotel, clean, QUIET, new construction with doors that fit and solid. Well appointed. Cook to order eggs for breakfast with very good coffee at the breakfast bar and in the room. I am very impressed with this property and I have been coming to Seminole for business for 15 years, most of the time staying 20-30 miles from the city due to lack of suitable (read clean, well equipped) accommodations. If the "brand" is like this other places, it may become my preferred chain.

the hotel overall is great, love the option of cooked to order eggs. Loved having access to washer and dryer on each floor. the staff were great and always friendly and helpful. Nice place, clean. Very friendly staff. Lives up to the "plus" status for a best western. Not much to do around the hotel but hotel is comfortable enough to hang out in. Didn't use the indoor pool/hot tub but looks nice.

We stayed one night this week at the BW Plus in Seminole. I did not plan ahead as I normally do, and just made a reservation by phone while driving back from Arizona and New Mexico. Did not have the ability to check reviews ahead of time, but it was a great choice. This is a 3 Diamond Best Western built in 2013 (so a newer one). The room was clean, comfortable and modern. We had a room with 2 beds, microwave, frig, desk/chair, and a 2nd chair. The front desk staff was very nice and I was given an upgrade since I am a Crown Member. Check-in was quick. Like several locations in West Texas, you can smell the oil/gas wells when you are outside.. but you can't smell them from inside this hotel. The bathroom was a decent size. My husband brought breakfast up to the room for me while I was getting ready. It was "made to order" -- a good omelet, bacon, real orange juice.. so this was a plus. Price we paid with our AAA Discount was a decent price. I would recommend this hotel and we will definitely stay again if in this area.

Friendly staff, clean hotel, free breakfast with eggs cooked to order and make your own waffle in the shape of Texas. Nice indoor pool and hot tub. We will definitely stay here in the future instead of staying in Lubbock over an hour away. Even a beautiful West Texas sunset from the window of our room

Besides the down home atmosphere at this beautiful hotel i think it's really nice they go out of their way on Wednesday night to offer a dinner for the guests it's been helpful to me because i'm a truck driver and sometimes i may not have time to stop and eat before i get to the hotel...and the breakfast is enjoyable as well from the made to order eggs bacon sausage Yummy! This is the only place to stay when in Seminole. Such attention to detail. The cook to order eggs are the perfect touch to a great breakfast. Employees were so welcoming. The HD satellite tv was exceptional.

We had been traveling for a week and were on our last leg home. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. We were tired from driving all day and just didn't want to go out to eat. They provided some names of places close by but that meant getting back into the car with our dog and we just were wore out. Fabiola actually ordered for us and went and picked it up. What service!! We will be back if we are ever in that area again. Rooms were clean and bed comfortable. Pet friendly as well. Internet was great.

Traveling for a living makes you begin to compare one hotel to another and you are seldom surprised that a brand outside of what you prefer can surpass a more refined, luxurious, obvious hotel like a Hilton or Marriott. But if you ever have to stay or travel through West Texas and need a rest in Seminole, then the Best Western+ right off the Andrews Highway will surprise you with how clean and just beautifully "like new" it still seems. We had just stayed at Hilton Garden Inn in Amarillo and the two don't even compare! Size -wise maybe, but class, cleanliness and overall feeling of the hotel.....no comparison.

One of the cleanest Hotels I have stay at! Staff was very nice and friendly :) When I first walk in I got a nice warm welcome from the GM Fabi. They are very professional and do anything to satisfy their guess I can agree why they have such great ratings.

I Would Definitely Recommends this hotel over any other in in town for every time I visit west Texas for family visits as long as I get a discount, I really appreciated that as well. Being that we had just had a bad experience at a different hotel in town. The front desk girls were very nice and friendly too.

I have stayed at multiple hotels in my life and this is the nicest, most comfortable one I have ever experienced. The kindness and effort shown by the staff is FANTASTIC. First night of a two week motorcycle ride. Late check in and front desk person was super! She got us a great room at a super price. Room was clean and large. Easy to find and good food with in walking distance. Breakfast was good check out was okay. Will stay again if we go thru again

Double room very clean, new. Comfortable beds, shower has rubber mat and well-placed grab bar. Public areas clean and adequately furnished. Indoor swimming pool and hot tub. Fitness center. Typical motel breakfast supplemented by eggs cooked to order. Microwave and fridge in room. "Clean remote control." No problems with our stay. Conveniently located on 385. Staff helpful and friendly.

Nice hotel but a bit pricey for the area. Clean rooms. Really quite hotel and center of town. Friendly staff and work with you if there is any problems. Clean rooms with very little problems to amenities. Parking is a bit crowded on the weekend but during the week is no problem. Full breakfast every morning with an added addition with the staff having the ability to make your eggs fresh to your liking, which is a nice treat from most hotels. Internet was slow at times but most hotels are with large amount of guests.

I have been working in Seminole for over a year, and have stayed at this hotel the entire time. Breakfast has fresh made to order eggs and great variety. By far best continental breakfast I have been offered by a hotel. Maids have the hotel looking very clean and have never had a issue with cleanliness of my room. I often leave town on weekends leaving my work stuff in room, and have never had a issue with theft. Fabi, the general manager, is willing to go above and beyond to make sure the hotel meets all your needs.

We recently spent two nights at the Best Western Plus in Seminole,Texas. We were there to attend a funeral. While we were away from our room at the funeral, three packs of cigarettes were taken from our room. We were told when we reported it to management that no one had access to our room while we were gone except for housekeeping who did clean our room while we were gone. Management later told us that the individual who cleaned our room didn't smoke. No matter how small the dollar amount of the items taken I felt violated as someone obviously went through our things while we were gone. Had the individual asked for the cigarettes I would have gladly given them. While this is an extremely nice property I could not recommend it to anyone considering that the management there showed no concern that someone in their employment went through my things and took something. I am just glad we had the good sense not to leave our computers in the room while we are out.

The employee who was at fault was an employee that had just been hired, but is no longer working with us as I took matters into my own hands. Since April 2015 we have used both the meeting and sleeping rooms every month. Both were excellent. Chris Kumar and Fabi Amaton (the current general manager) are very professional, courteous and easy to work with. The staff reflects their management. The rooms are clean, well-maintained and comfortable. The entire hotel is kept clean, including the lobby-area bathrooms. Unlike any other hotels we stay with (and we stay often at a number of hotels in New Mexico and West Texas), you can get fresh eggs prepared to order every morning, along with a number of other fresh breakfast items. I honestly wish every hotel was like this hotel. If you're staying in Seminole, don't look anywhere else.

Friendly staff at the counter and in the breakfast room. Clean rooms, well appointed, well maintained. Whenever we visit our mother in the nursing home, our family members stay at this hotel. We feel so welcomed here that it has become our home away from home. The decor is lovely, the breakfast is yummy, there is a great place for our family to gather and visit. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I totally recommend this hotel. A lovely place!

Tub would not drain and the worst room service. Went to front desk and told them about the tub and nothing was fix's. So if you complain at this Best Western Plus you get no room service the next day.

90% of my job is travel so I essentially live in hotels. It doesn't matter if I'm staying in a 5 start hotel in New York or a mom and pop run hotel in a town with only one stop light there are two facets of a stay that are of the utmost importance to me. Customer service, and cleanliness. This hotel does both of those beautifully. The staff was exceptional kind and accommodating to all my requests, and the hotel it self was kept immaculate. If I ever find myself in Seminole Texas again this the only place I will stay.

Our community had a devastating oil / gas situation which caused an evaluation to some families. Best western plus stepped to help the evacuees and providing them a place to stay. This hotel was very hospitable and understanding to our families needs. Great staff!

The hotel is very new, clean, and comfortable. Nice pool [indoor] and jacuzzi. Good, free wifi. Made to order eggs and free breakfast. The cleaning staff does a heck of a job and everyone is very friendly. Semi parking along a quiet street. Nice outdoor patio area with grill. Fridge and Micro in all rooms and some have stove top etc. Not much to eat in Seminole but Hobbs, NM is about 27 miles west and has a lot.

i have stayed at a lot of best western hotels in the past because of my job and this one in Seminole Texas is by far is the best- the hotel is beautiful the staff are very professional...and it's the little things they do to make you feel right at home from offering cookies and lemonade to their guests to the little area where you can buy food snacks etc when i don't have time to stop and pickup something before i arrive to check in they greet you with a smile and i always leave with one so i want to give credit where credit is due Chris and his staff and his hotel are one in a million and it is the Best Best western i have ever stayed at Great Job Guys

Probably the best place to stay in Seminole. There are some other places probably cheaper but this one definitely looked the best on the outside and I doubt the others could not compare to the inside. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our rooms were clean, comfortable, with refrig, mirco, and plenty of pillows to even make a chair comfortable for a buddy of mine. I slept great which I don't always do. I did not use the pool but it looked nice.

i can never say enough about this hotel it's employees and manager always have a pleasant stay each and everytime i stay there...they go the extra mile to make sure everything is going alright....never had any problems...very pleasant clean rooms dining room pool area keep up the good work folks and again AWESOME as always

I've stayed at a lot of hotels for business. This hotel is perfect for business work. The front desk handled my stay with ease. Told me the faster WiFi to use for work. Upon arrival they asked if I need anything even offered a beverage. Eggs cooked to order was a nice touch. I will return there on business again.

I have business and family in Seminole. Instead of staying with family I stay here. My wife and I travel extensively since we are retired. We have never stayed at such a great hotel. From the employees to management, we are treated like royalty. The rooms are immaculate and your needs are met from all the staff. I wish they had this hotel as an example to not only Best Western, but hotels all over the country.

awesome awesome awesome staff rooms,pool breakfast no complaints they go out their way to make each stay better than the last one the best hotel in seminole i will not stay any where else it's gets a my 5 star approval

I've stayed at a lot of hotels and this one ranks in the top 3 of all hotels. The staff is the friendliest people I've met in a long time. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. If you are ever through seminole tx this is the hotel you should stay at.
