"Quiet hotel, clean and well appointed"

Well appointed room, nice and quiet and good facilities, staff were friendly and helpful. Internet was reliable and everything was clean tidy and working in the rooms. Plenty of parking and in quiet and safe neighborhood

Friendly, accommodating staff. Entire property and rooms are very clean. Guests are quiet and turn off music/tv's at a decent hour. I've tried a few hotels in the area and this is my go-to, no questions asked.

"Roaches"

Hallways and rooms had a funny smell. We stayed there for three nights. One the second night, we found roaches. Breakfast had barely anything at 7am. When checking out, we informed the front lobby, and he was like: "ok". Not even an apology. Never again!

"No microwaves in any room"

When making a reservation website stated microwave in room. However there was no microwave. I called the front desk & was informed there were no microwaves in any of the rooms, only a coffee pot & mini-fridge.

I have not stayed at a Best Western in over 20 years. This BW Plus was located in the area I needed and the pictures looked very nice. Having limited options I booked the reservation. I was pleased with the accommodations, the breakfast and the staff. I was quite happy and am returning next week for work and have already re-booked a this same hotel.

"Horrible hotel"

Very low class hotel. Had a water line making noise in the wall all night long, tv remote didn't work, room didn't cool, couldn't find staff anywhere, and everything in this room is cheap low quality. The hotel was also brand new. Pay a few dollars more and go to a more reputable hotel.

"Worse Customer Service Ever"

If you are looking for a nice stay with a warm and friendly welcome, be sure to look elsewhere. This location is NOT it! Now, if you would like to be overcharged, be charged twice for the same room, pay for rooms you didn't book and be screamed at by a ranting hotel operator, I'm sure they have availability. Just know if you have issues at this hotel, the national brand customer service can not assist you since each location has their own policies and procedures even if it is theft and fraud. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had! There are so many other options even if they are a few bucks more, trust me it is worth it to look elsewhere. Beware...you've been warned!

"Very Nice Hotel"

Stayed two nights. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Lobby and breakfast area were nice. Served a hot breakfast with eggs, sausage or bacon, biscuits and gravy. Cereal, oatmeal and waffles also available. Friendly staff. Very nice, clean pool area. Would definitely recommend.

Best stay in mid county. Very clean, good breakfast, nice all around. Great value, easy to get to, quiet restful sleep. Staff is friendly and knows how to run a hotel. Great for ADA needs. Clean rooms

This hotel is my new found Gem in Port Arthur. The rooms are very clean. The breakfast has a great variety. The staff is friendly and courteous and the location is close to shopping and restaurants. Very modern look!

This is a newer hotel that is very nice. Spotlessly clean, great hot breakfast, fantastic service, quiet area. The bed even had a plush top cover that I was able to keep warm. So few hotels have this anymore (?). No time to try out the pool but it looked very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Nothing in this hotel fell short of the name.I can honestly say this hotel competes with some of the larger 4 star hotels. From the staff to the amenities this place is great. Since it opened last year I've stayed a total of 6 nights and I'll be coming back for sure.

The stay was nice and Quiet. The rooms where nice and clean. The beds was a little small. The services and workers are really nice. I would not mind staying when we make that trip again. The lobby was very beautiful.

Sunday 03-21-2021, 4p.m.The receptionists(Black female in her 30s or 40s) was extreamly rude. She was very agressive and unpleasant. After talcking with her I have lost any interest in staying in this hotel.

We checked in at almost midnight without a reservation and it went smooth and super fast. Hotel is brand new, super clean, and we were really comfortable. We have a 16 month old baby and we felt safe and secure. Will definitely be staying there from now on
