Best Western Plus Hotel Pflugerville Inn & Suites, Pflugerville

Everyone from front desk , house keeping, grounds, kitchen / breakfast area were extremely polite and slays cleaning something. Will definitely be back. We have stayed at many Best Westerns and this ine was great

Aside from the excellent breakfast, hotel did not meet average expectations. Our prior visit to this property exceeded our expectations so much so that we decided to stay again. Bad decision. Both nights were sleepless as either loud guests or loud overnight staff engaged in cheering, shouting while talking, or opening and closing doors averaging from 1-3 a.m. nightly occurred. First night even had someone ring bell in our room which sounded like the start of the fire alarm. Too bad I can't upload the actual recording of the noise taken from within the room.

After a long day of traveling, we were very happy to arrive at the Best Western Plus in Pfluegerville! I called earlier in the day to let the front desk know that we would be arriving late. When we arrived at 10pm, the gentleman handed us our key and a paper to sign and stated we were already checked in and ready to go. The process took less than 1 minute! The hotel was spotless and looked new. Our room was amazing! The high ceilings made it look even more spacious (it was a big room!). We booked the 2 queen bed room which included a desk, a large dresser with great, usable space and also housed a microwave and refrigerator behind cupboard doors. The room had an amazing large fainting couch with a side table tray. If we stayed longer than one night, that would have been my go to spot to read a book or have a snack! It was super comfy too! The beds were amazing and I'm not saying that just because we were so tired. They were quite possibly the most comfortable hotel beds that I've ever slept upon! I was also super happy that I had FOUR pillows all to myself. The bathroom was clean and the shower was good. I loved the shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser on the wall of the shower. It was decent product too! The bathroom mirror was perfectly lighted for makeup application and there was a secondary adjustable mirror on the wall with a light for magnification. Super impressed with this hotel. Best Western Plus locations are always nice but this one hit the ball out of the park! If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Not very clean, floors and shower was dirty. They bed was very hard and stiff. Other guests loud in hallways and marijuana smoke was strong. Hotel staff said they had just acquired location and was trying to do better.

We went to COTA in Austin for the weekend and this location is about 30-minutes away. The property looks new and the rooms are big. The breakfast was good but they ran out of bacon. Overall, a nice selection of breakfast items. I have stayed at Best Western before and the beds are very comfortable. We will stay here again.

Very convenient location just off Highway 130 (tolls). Close to large grocery store, and gas. Helpful staff. First floor room with high ceilings, newer furnishings. Comfortable, firm bed. Laundry room very clean.

Enjoy our stay, Beds are comfortable, breakfast was delicious and the varieties of what you're looking for, internet speed was good, location close to restaurants and Starbucks, staff was great from front desk agents to breakfast host.

The title says it all. Housekeeping everyday and a great hot breakfast. The beds were extremely comfortable. The water pressure was adequate. The staff was friendly enough, however this was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. I look for new or newer hotels because they are normally cleaner. This hotel was dirty from the beginning. The floor in elevator had spilled coffee the day I checked in. Two days later the coffee had dried and was still there. The high ceilings in my king room were great, however the floor was sticky. The tile in the shower was dirty to the 9 ft ceiling. The bathroom walls were dirty and even had something red on them by the light switch, blood perhaps. The bathroom door had chunks missing from it. The first night I stayed there I got back very late and never checked out the bed. When I woke in the morning I had bites on me. I figured misquote bites since I had been outside in the evening the night before. The second night I noticed tears on the comforter. It was the morning of the next day when I noticed a lot more bites on me. I looked in the bed and saw blood stains on the torn comforter. That was enough for me. I checked out and informed the front desk they had bedbugs or something and how filthy the room was. The desk clerk informed me they only had 3 people cleaning rooms. They dis not refund any money or anything.

Absolutely horrible! Customer service was AWFUL! The manager Ashley is extremely rude and didn't care to make anything right or make any of the guest feel welcome. We weren't able to get rooms keys until 2 hours past check in time!!!! Even after having reserved days in advanced. The lobby was overcrowded since no rooms were ready. All Ashley did was get an attitude with everyone. The place was FILTHY!! There is mold/mildew in the air vents on the AC unit that sits on the floor. The place was covered in dust! Their own cleaning crew told me “I cannot believe they're putting people in rooms that are in this condition” the bed frames where covered in dust, blood stains on sides of one of the beds. They decided to STOP breakfast early. Nearly everything was “out of service” also by 7:30 ( breakfast starts at 7) they posted a sign saying they were out of HOT FOOD and that they were closing early. TV didn't have a working remote, took them 4 hours to find me one that did. The list goes on and on. Save your money don't stay here. Ashley Gaytán is an absolute joke and so is this filthy property.

Hotel was clean. Beds comfortable. Breakfast was very good and many choices to choose from. Swimming pool was clean and very well maintained. Only complaint was hallway need to be vacuumed more often.

poor terrible horrible place to stay very loud people are not wearing masks or when in the breakfast area not wearing suggested plastic gloves to get food they are not the only ones there to eat. people smoking dirt and mud tracked in by guest very bad experience

Upon checking in, I saw the desk manager become curt and rude with a hotel guest. Later, this same desk manager became rude and curt with a member of my party and made the comment, "Go ahead and report me, I don't care." I've stayed here before with no issues. Next time I will be at the hotel across the street.

This hotel is such a disappointment. I have business in the area so have stayed here several times in recent months. I don't think anyone here understands what the term "hospitality" means. The people are not friendly, the place is not clean, and you feel like you're visiting a prison, not a hotel. They provided a sack breakfast for a time, and it was pitiful. Not an ounce of creativity; just throw the bare minimum in a brown paper sack. Now the "hot breakfast" is open again, but they just don't understand that they are in the "hospitality business". The minimum seems to be the acceptable standard for everything done there. There is a small store for snacks and such, but the shelves are pretty much empty.

was advised my credit card couldn't be processed because internet was down at check in, so no receipt. a copy was made of my drivers license & credit card.Got to the room & it was cold, so we turned the heat on, & turned on the TV.An hour later the cable portion went down (only local stations) and the room was only 1 degree warmer (on high heat) We stayed a total of 2 hours & decided to give back the keys & go else where. The AARP quote I was given verbally, was run thru 3 days later for more.(for 2 hours)

In 45 years, one of the WORST HOTELS STAYS EVER!!!! I was on the 2nd floor. Rooms and hotel are new and nice, however, they used very cheap vinyl flooring in the rooms with ZERO padding underneath. You could hear EVERY footstep of the people above you- BANG BANG BANG BANG all day, all night! People above woke up at 5:00 a.m. to pack for airport or something, and for 90 minutes, packing or walking, BANG BANG BANG BANG adult sand kids. The noise was horrendous like an earthquake. Other customers were complaining too. The doors throughout the hall also SLAM extremely loudly- like gunshots. BANG BANG SLAM BANG!!!! I demanded to be moved to the top floor (3rd floor). This is Austin/PF. in July when it was 98 F. The 3rd floor was extremely hot- hall thermostat said 77 F- which is too hot and it seemed broken- seemed more like 84 F in the hall. The room I checked into up there was 90 F. It took HOURS for the horrible and very noisy, rattling in-room AC to go down to 74 F. When I wanted to go to sleep, I had to turn the AC unit off as it was VERY loud. Within minutes, the room was heating back up to 90 F. Could not sleep at all. Tried to sleep with AC on, an the room got cold and smelled moldy. This hotel has MAJOR temperature and noise problems. The front desk lobby was about 88 F. The hall upstairs was not cooled properly and the rooms were did not cooled properly as well. WAY TOO HOT!!!!! The non-stop slamming of doors, and floor/ceiling pounding if you stay on the 1st or 2nd floors is UNACCEPTABLE. Very shoddy construction in terms of the flooring, horrible slamming doors, noisy levels that obviously the builder/owner did NOT check out at all. The rooms are very nice, but DO NOT STAY HERE!

Definitely would recommend perfect location, beautiful hotel and atmosphere. Quiet, clean, delicious breakfast and friendly staff! I will definitely stay again next time I'm in Austin with my family or for training.

The hotel is pleasant. The breakfast was ok. But the thing that was really iritating was the housekeeping staff. Our room was not cleaned on saturday, and on sunday housekeeping was pounding on the door at 11:00 yelling that is was time to check out!!! We had informed the staff the night before that we would be checking out late(12:00). I have never had such a rude housekeeping staff experience ever!!!!!

This was one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. They offer everything you need for your visit with them. They have very large rooms. I was impressed by the large bathroom accomodations. I also like the dispensers with shampoo, conditioner and soap. Their breakfast was very good and the hospitality was the best. It is a little pricy for family but very enjoyable.

Nice place - updated and very modern and clean. Our king room was large as was the bathroom. The only con was it was noisy. The floors are vinyl (no carpet) and you could hear people walking around upstairs doors slamming, etc. Breakfast was good and fresh with lots of choices.

I checked in late last night for a 3-nt stay and quickly discovered this hotel was a TERRIBLE choice! The front desk clerk claimed my credit card kept declining so I had to give him my bank card until I could call my cc company in the morning to see what was happening. My credit card company assured me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my account. I don't even have a credit limit, as it is a business AMEX so it wasn't even possible to be over any limit. Then, got to my room and saw nothing but issues: the bare floor (no carpeting) looked like it hadn't been mopped in months. Sticky, dried crap was on the floor in multiple places. The curtains had gross stains! There were two queen beds in the room and BOTH beds had dirty linens consisting of hair and stains! The sink in the bathroom filled completely with water when running the water for a short time and took A VERY LONG TIME to drain. I reported the issues that night. Asked to have linens on BOTH beds changed the next morning while I was gone. Asked to have my room and bathroom MOPPED and not just swept. Asked to have maintenance put drain opener in the sink so it would drain faster. Reported the issues again that morning when I left for work and was assured they would be taken care of. Get back to the hotel after working 12 hours, only to find the exact same issues still present: dirty linens with same stains, same stains on the floor, and sink still not draining fast enough. The front desk claims the manager personally went to inspect the room after they supposedly cleaned it. Please take note of the date and time stamps on the before and after pics of the sheet stain. Exact same stain was there. I complained yet again and was offered another room which wasn't comparable to the one I had. They would rather make you change rooms instead of actually doing their jobs and cleaning the room I had. I checked out 2 nights early but they still charged me for an additional night since checkout time was 11am when I was at work. They should have been cleaning my room therefore I wouldn't have needed to checkout early. Thus, I was charged $97 for a night I didn't even spend at the hotel. The customer service is non-existent, the hotel is filthy and definitely will NEVER stay here again in life. These people are too lazy to actually do their jobs.

We ensured that our head housekeeper tended to your room and cleaned it personal herself, then after management went to inspect the room to ensure it was up to quaintly as well. We offered to move you to an up graded 2 queen suit free of charge of course, which you refused, we then offered to give you new sheets, which you refused as well. You then proceed to call customer care and choose to hang up on them after requesting a $50 gift card, which was denied since you used on upon check in. Im not sure we could have possible done anything else at this point to satisfy your stay. We sure hope you find another hotel that can. Safe travels.

This hotel was beautiful very well maintained and cared for. The staff was superb very kind and helpful. The rooms are gorgeous and the bathroom was amazing. Now the best thing breakfast!! Miss Bridget was truly a gem and had everything spread out and taken with care. There was several options to choose from Belgium waffles eggs sausage juice oatmeal cold cereal fruit lots of add ones. I loved staying here even told Miss Bridget and front desk nicest place I've stayed in a long time

I've stayed at MOST hotels in USA & Europe of every price & status. This Best Western Plus Inn & Suites was one of best stays I've had in last year! Clean/modern. Well appointed & managed. Amazing room with best bathroom I've had less a $1000 nightly rate elsewhere...HUGE! Breakfast area is clean/modern providing warm fresh foods. Service was professional. Business area & conference room better than average. The hotel & room were quiet, well designed & appointed, and ideal in practically every manner! Exceptional.

This hotel was very clean and the rooms were perfect and spacious especially the restroom. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was superb had everything from cold to Hot and coffee was very good. Nice space for breakfast.

This place seems nice until you have to deal with the manager/owners. They are rude and certainly need a lesson in customer service. We were there for 6 nights and on day 5 we received room service in only the bedroom. How did we know, the bathroom still had wet towels all in the bathtub and the floor in the bathroom. Fast forward till the next day, we came back at about 7 pm and found that our room had no room service. When we said something about it upon checkout we were told at first that the manager was not reachable. When I said, please call her because I know someone has to be on call, I spoke to someone who refused to give me her name and told me that it was my fault that I had no service. WTH!!!! How is that my fault. Found out this is privately owned and operated and the people who own it were on vacation and could care less. We come here often but I will never stay here again. There is a perfectly wonderful Hilton owned establishment in the same location. I understand that mistakes happen but please own up to them. Also...just an observation. They serve breakfast daily in this hotel. It reeks of pork! Maybe that is great for some but we don't eat pork and it was almost unbearable to have to walk down the hall daily. Try deodorizer!!!!!!

My niece got married and most of my family stayed here. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My significant other left his guitar in lobby overnight and a clerk put it away for him. There are still honest people in this world.

The volume in the rooms is insufficiently shielded. Every step of the room neighbor above me was audible. Even the zipper was audible. The breakfast is not my case. There were plastic cutlery and paper plates. The quality of the food for breakfast is miserable.

Breakfast was very bad. There was a very small selection, the breakfast room was overcrowded and you could only have breakfast from plastic plates & cutlery. In the room you heard every guest from other rooms. The service was unfortunately unable to write a correct invoice

This is a lovely and clean hotel with colorful and modern wall decor, large clean rooms and was conveniently located for us. I am short and found the bed difficult to get into. I asked for a step stool but none was available. I Improvised by turning a waste basket upside down and that did the trick. Although there were several lamps in the room, the lighting was dim. I would have liked something stronger especially on the desk where I like to apply my makeup. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. I liked that they had very good hot oatmeal. Most places do not.

I have stayed at this facility on numerous occasions, and each time the rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. I had one issue with the TV remote which was quickly resolved. I highly recommend it.

Had a great experience at this place. The rooms are clean, have wooden floors and are spacious. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast is good. The staff is very friendly. You will not regret your stay there.

Awesome place to stay. Loved it! Awesome rooms and awesome staff. The breakfast was the best, had a lot of variety of stuff. The rooms are very nice and spacious. They have a very contemporary look. The kids loved it.

Stayed in room 309, the solid floors are nice for cleaning but very load when walking and moving things. The couch and chair are very uncomfortable. The tile floor in the bathroom is loose and the dispensers in the shower take up what little room you have, they should be at the back of the shower. The breakfast is okay for a free breakfast. The pool is very small and there is no hot tub.

I have two complaints about this hotel my main complaint is the fact I heard every step the people above me took do not take a room on the second floor you'll hear everything also the lighting in the room was poor there was no natural sunlight coming through the window

Very nice Best Western Plus. Right at $100. Excellent room, excellent Bathroom. Beds a little TOO firm for us. Good parking. Best Breakfast at any motel in 40 years of travelling. 5 Different kinds of very good coffee available 24 hrs. Great location.....easy off/easy on the 80 MPH toll road bypass around Austin (HIGHLY recommended!). The only real negative was No Gas station avail AT the hotel exit. Staff is Excellent. We stayed there on the way to South Texas.....AND the way back a few days later! That is our ultimate recommendation on a mid priced hotel!

Very clean and nice. Bathroom was the best I've experienced. Fatima was very nice and professional upon arrival. Breakfast was nice and area very spacious. Rooms had new hardwood floors. Parking lot well lit.

we spent 3 nights in this hotel. Room was clean and beds very comfortable. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Breakfast offered was a variety of hot and cold breakfast entries. Very good and fresh. Dining room clean and comfortable. Would recommend this establishment to anyone needing a good place to stay while in the area. Hotel has close freeway access and good parking area.

The location of the hotel was great. The staff very friendly and helpful. The room was awesome, great rates, clean and created a restful setting. Breakfast was really nice too. Enjoyed time in the pool although we did have a problem with our key not working, but the front desk staff helped us with that.

Excellent stay. The rooms were extremely clean, the breakfast was hot and plentiful and the Staff was very pleasant to engage with. I used the work out center, which was small but had everything I needed for a decent work out. I would prefer/recommend that the hotel put some sani-wipes or spray in the work out center to wipe the equipment down after a work out. That was the only thing that I would recommend to make it a better stay. All in all, a great experience.

Nice stay at a relatively new hotel. It was clean and a great value. Breakfast was a money and time saving and worth waking up for. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only issue I had was shower water pressure but, of course, its never going to be like home.

The girls at check in was careless and slow, I had to stand there and holler Hello about 4 times before she came out. There was no bell to ring or phone to pick up to reach someone. They also had a party going on which was super loud, I think it could have been turned down some. Music was loud and so were the people.

Management failed to handle/control nightly disturbances from teenagers and parents participating in the US Youth Soccer Association's South Texas Presidents Cup. They chose to protect the revenue from this large group over the privacy of thier other patrons. Even after they threatened patrons and the GM. The police were called.

Very friendly staff. Rooms were clean and we enjoyed our stay. There was no gym, but there is a YMCA right next to hotel that allows guests from hotel to use their facilities. Also, there are some good places that are in walking distance to eat.

I stayed at this location while my home was being renovated because it was close. Nothing at all wrong with this property, but for the price I would stay at a Hilton Garden Inn or Embassy Suites or similar where the free breakfast is made-to-order and much better and the fitness center is better equipped.

I was recently in the area on business and this location was very clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and professional. The suite was very comfortable. The amenities were up to date and the decor was appealing.

This property is pretty new, been well maintained. This is my 4th visit over 2 years. The hotel has solid flooring, and that makes for a lot of hallway noise. Also the walls must be a little thin as the neighboring room noise bled over. The room and bath were clean, and very modern. Had plenty of thick towels. The breakfast area was clean and food was hot, good selection, over 2 days they had oatmeal, scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, ham, bacon, waffles, and the usual continental fare, cereal, breads, pastries, juice, coffee. I will stay here in the future as well, as it is very convenient to Pflugerville and North Austin, as well as Round Rock. The hotel itself is a little out of the way, but thas what makes it cozy, and not over run with traffic and businesses. Although any store or food type you want is within five minutes.

This hotel is a gem! Comfortable beds, nice sized rooms, and very clean and comfortable! Breakfast was standard, but tasty. We enjoyed the extras like the chocolate sauce and whipped topping for the Texas shaped waffles. The location off the toll road is very convenient and close to lots of shopping and restaurants, plus a quick commute to lots of sites. Great week in Pflugerville Texas!

I booked a room through Priceline and paid in full. The hotel swiped my credit card at checkin, I assume for the incidental hold. However, they actually charged me for the room, so I was paying double - $68.05 to Priceline and $68.05 to Best Western Plus Pflugerville. I talked with Priceline and Best Western and I was told that I would receive a refund. I assumed everything was a-okay. However, I am going over my 2018 expenses now for tax season and I see that I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND. While I appreciate the additional $68.05 in travel expenses to deduct, I'd much rather have my money! Fix this!

This hotel is a NIGHTMARE when it comes to its acoustics. I can only speak for the first floor but every time a door closes from a neighboring room it is like a bomb going off in the night or early morning. You come jumping out of your sleep as soon as your neighbor wakes up and goes out their door. You also hear the people walking above you. I think it has to do with the fact that all the flooring is tile in the hotel plus they got these very tall heavy doors that come crashing closed every time one is opened. If you want any rest at all AVOID this hotel.

The location is about 30 mins away from downtown Austin. The facility is good for the money. We got a clean and spacious room with free breakfast. Overall experience is good but they may need to improve the quality of breakfast.

Floors are apparently extremely thin, not built for rowdy guests that the front desk refused to address properly. No security guard on property to address any issues. Front desk wanted us to pack up and move instead of relocating the noisy guests (I refused since we had 2 rooms & an infant). Mattress was way too firm.

Everything is new. Rooms are really big and the bathroom is really big compared to other hotels in the same price range. Nice firm comfortable bed. Nice quiet air conditioner. Very friendly staff. I wish the bathroom had a separate heater.

My wife an I had traveled for a wedding and spent two nights at this hotel. The room was really nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. The complaints that we had was that it was extremely noisy all night long. The hotel is far enough from the highway that you do not hear the traffic. The noise that we were kept awake was people talking very loud, yelling and making noisy in the hall. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. I have never seen bacon that I could not eat until I tried to eat it here. It was so thin and salty that it was horrible. I also played by Bill and when I got home I had 26 dollars added to my bill for some unknown reason. Will probably not stay in another Best Western Plus.

Conveniently located off 130, and a relatively quick ride to/from the airport. The room was clean, but as others have said the rooms are a little noisy. In addition to the noise from the surrounding rooms and hallway, our refrigerator rattled off and on all night. We skipped the free breakfast.

Clean and staff kept room and breakfast clean. Could hear converstions next door, people above walking was very noisy. Dogs barking in other guest room was noisey. OUR room echoed due to all hard floors. Bed was very hard, I should have asked for topper. Breakfast was good. Eggs hot, good coffees, cereals, etc. Shower got hot fast. New rolled up towlels 3 different days were moist! Good value and hotel new, but wow, noisiest hotel have stayed in for a long time!

We have stayed at this Best Western several times over the last two years. The reservation person is always courteous and efficient. When we get there we are always met with a smile. The breakfast is always good. They have plenty of choices for a nutritious breakfast. We have never been here one time over this two years that we have been disappointed. The rooms are always clean and well appointed.

The appearance, cleanliness, and friendly service were outstanding. The price was a real bargain, especially compared to the Marriott across the street (if you want bistro food or drinks, you can walk two minutes to go there). Self serve breakfast was excellent. The hotel is located in a featureless industrial park, and it's located on an inexpensive toll road, but if this Best Western is anywhere near your desired destination, please go there!

This was our first time staying at this particular hotel. The front staff was courteous and we were registered quickly. The room was clean but the room has plastic tile floors which make the room very “sterile” in appearance not warm and inviting. We much prefer rooms with carpeted floors. Additionally my wife is short and had considerable difficulty in getting into bed. Perhaps the hotel should provide step ladders.

I needed a hotel room at the last minute, after a very stressful day. The Best Western Plus Pflugerville was wonderful. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the a/c worked great, and the staff was quick and efficient.

My boyfriend and I stayed here from Thursday to Sunday for Austin city limits, hoping for a more quiet stay outside of the city. The people above us woke us up three to four times a night just by walking and stomping around. Since there aren't carpets, everything echoes very loudly. Our neighbors were constantly slamming doors and talking loudly in the hallways past 1 am. Do NOT get a room near the elevator or on the first floor if you want to avoid any of this. The hotel itself is really nice and comfortable and we loved the room but the level of noise coming from the doors and hallway, and above us, was miserable. We got woken up nightly and called the front desk multiple times about these issues.

Even though the hotel was very empty, we were given a room right across from the soda machine and ice dispenser. The rooms are so poorly insulated that every time someone buys a soda or gets ice, it is like they are in your room. I am shocked this hotel is made like this because most newer hotels put those two machines away from rooms in separate areas. The 1st night I was awakened at 4:30am as someone got a soda and the next night about 12:30. The beds have no pillow top and are way too firm. The breakfast provided was pretty minimal for a "full breakfast" but they did have fresh fruit. The pool was dirty. The employees were very friendly and considerate. I'm also trying to figure out when hotel builders are going to figure out that the air conditioners blow air directly on the bed and there is no way to direct the air up or away.

Booked two nights at this hotel. We normally stay at the Courtyard Marriott but we had our two kids with us and the free morning breakfast apopealed to us having the kids with us. We checked in about 8pm and all was well. Left the hotel to see family, When we got back at about 11pm, the only elevator they have was broke and we all had to take the stairs to the top floor with our hands full. Very inconvienent. Next, the beds there are like laying on tile floors. Also, they have a plastic layer under the sheets, this bothered me as every time I moved the bed sheets made a crinkling sound which made us feel like it was cheap. There are other "waterproof" covers that dont let you know your laying on plastic. The next morning, my husband, the kids and me were so sore from the hardness of the beds. We decided to leave and booked a room across the street. Just a terrible experience over all. The one good thing was the breakfast. Eggs, meat and waffles.

First of all, this hotel is lovely, inside and out. I loved the clean look of the wood tile flooring, and the overall style was beautiful but also welcoming. From the get-go we had a wonderful night's stay. At check-in, the receptionist asked if we had any preference to room. When we said no, she informed us that a children's church camp was staying that night in the hotel, so she was going to place us on the 3rd floor, away from the pitter patter of tiny feet up the hallway. It was a welcome insight and made for a relaxing, and quiet, night.

This was a very nicely kept hotel. The beds were comfy, the sofa couch came in handy, and the rooms were clean and spacious. Perfect for a family of 5. The breakfast was nice and sufficient and the coffee was very good. The pool is a bit small, but it was good enough for us to enjoy.

We loved the decor of the rooms and they were very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good, eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, juice coffee, yogurt, fruit, muffins, donuts. etc. all in a nice size breakfast area. There is coffee in the lobby at all times. The lobby décor is very nice with plenty of seating areas, as well as computers.

Just wrapped up an excellent 3 night stay. Our daughter lives in town and this is a perfect spot for travelers. New, modern, clean with large rooms, large bathroom well stocked with hygiene products. Nice daily breakfast with hot and cold items. Best feature of this hotel is the super friendly and helpful staff - we requested a room change and the staff was very accommodating. We also requested an early check-in for our son who arrived 2 days later and again, the staff was very accommodating. Hospitality and front desk staff - especially Hannah and Cache, thank you so much!!! So refreshing to be greeted, treated with respect, offered additional assistance, made all the difference and the reason why we will definitely stay here again next visit to Austin, which will be soon since our daughter lives here. Thank you, well done!

My family and I spent one night at this hotel. We arrived past midnight and check in was quick. The hotel is clean and modern. We stayed in a king room and it was spacious and clean. The beds were ok. A little firm for me but slept comfortably none the less. The thermostat worked well. Breakfast was ok, it consisted of eggs, Canadian bacon and potatoes. Along with make your own waffles, muffins, cereal, and oatmeal. We enjoyed our quick stay here and would stay here again.

Well maybe not exactly luxury but definitely above average accommodations for really good prices. Clean,modern and comfortable hotel. I love the fact that the rooms don't have carpet (except for a throw rug on each side of the bed)because carpet can get kinda gross. The only thing I noticed was that the walls were kinda thin. I could hear what was going on in the hallway, but it was just people coming and going and kids excited about being on a trip... nothing I couldn't deal with. Breakfast is included and even it was more than continental.. there was sausage,eggs make your own waffles, oatmeal, etc. But I just had delicious Community Coffee and a moist fluffy blueberry muffin... Amazing! I'll be back and will tell anyone that needs a room in Pflugerville to stay here.

Rented two rooms after spending all day at the water park. The plan was to go hang out at the pool in the evening. However, the pool was out of order. A little bit disappointing for the kiddos. Rooms were new, nice and clean. The bathroom was nice and spacious, beds were good and breakfast was so-so Would stay again at the right price.

We apologize for the pool being closed, however a child decided to use it for a restroom and health code dictates the pool be closed for a minimum of 24 hours. Hope you will come visit us again!!

I enjoyed staying in Pflugerville as it is where my family lives. I was glad to not be on the freeway .I would have liked to have a hot tub as the weather didn't help to use the pool. Maybe add a adult beverage service in the evening. The rooms are really nice.

Hotel is newer and rooms clean with wood like floors. The front desk was ok, some better than others, I wondered if some are new employees. The breakfast was average for best western . The oatmeal was watery, fresh fruit was apples, oranges and bananas. There was yogurt, eggs, bagels , bread etc.. You can make your own waffles. The coffee was average .

Book this hotel to have a short early morning trip to Austin airport. Front desk staff was discourteous, did not greet us and just said "are you ready to check in?" I requested a room on an upper floor but was told the computer showed only a room on the 1st floor was available. The room was directly behind the elevators & the guest door back entrance. That door slammed constantly late into the night. We heard doors slam down the hall all during the night. Apparently there was some type of loud cleaning equipment being used during the night as well. The wall in the room was so thin we heard the person in the adjacent room snoring! We didnt sleep at all! It was awful! Needless to say we were up & out of there in the predawn hours. Additionally for a newer property it was not very clean! The floors in the room were dusty and scuffed. The bathroom floors were not clean and the sink was gross; the overflow in the bathroom sink had mold growing in it. This property has alack of management problem, from its front desk staff to cleaning crew. If you need a gois night's rest in a clean environment, go elsewhere.

The staff - from the receptionist to the breakfast lady - was extrememly friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean, the bed super comfy; and there were a lot of breakfast items to choose from in the morning. Would highly recommend it!

Great, newer hotel; Large, comfortable room. Nice breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative was every time I tried to visit the pool and especially the Hot Tub, the place was packed with families and LOTS of loud, screaming children! I could not relax there and had to leave.

We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times and will keep going back there as we make an annual trip to Pflugerville. It is clean and the price is right. The staff is friendly and willing to work with you if you have any issues.

I stayed here with my daughter for a soccer tournament. The location is a little distant from the main restaurants & shopping (10 mins). But it is off the freeway so easy access. There really is nothing to eat around the hotel and the hotel does not have a restaurant either. They do have a free continental breakfast and high priced snacks for purchase in the lobby. The hotel decor is very new, modern and attractive. Everything is very stylish and comfortable. We stayed on the bottom floor. My only complaint was the level of noise. The ceilings are very high in the rooms and the floors are made of tile. This decor made the room very spacious and attractive however, it also made it very noisy. We could hear the guests upstairs moving around a lot--every thump & bump & maybe there was a child running back and forth as well? We heard this noise in the day and in the early morning (both times while sleeping). Yes-we took a nap during the day in between soccer games and the upstairs noise was nothing compared to the LOUD spanish speaking housekeeper!!!! This just ruined our pleasant room & daytime nap! She woke me up right out of my sleep. She was SO loud and I think she was either in the hall or the room next door. Or maybe their cleaning closet was near because she surely was either barking orders or having a very great convo while she worked. I wanted so badly to get out of my warm and comfy bed to open the door and please tell her to please quiet down but we only had such a short nap time that I just thought any minute she is bound to stop yelling or talking loudly. Im confident it was not guests talking because I heard doors opening and closing--going out into the hallway where most of the convo was going on & I only heard her voice-it was a not a 2 way convo. Im sure if the rooms had lower ceilings and carpet the noise would have been absorbed some. But this hotel needs to be aware that the noise does travel and have their workers be mindful of that. The front desk staff was friendly but it was not as quick as usual because there was a reservation problem in front of me so I had to wait for them to resolve that but it was not a long wait. Even though the hotel is gorgeous--I cant give it 5 stars when you cant get a quiet nap in paying $140 a night!

Fifteen minutes from Round Rock Multipurpose Complex where soccer tournament was being held. Easy to access off the toll road. Quick check in/out process. 7 am breakfast both Saturday and Sunday accommodated our schedule.

This is a "new" hotel - they must have forgotten to put any insulation in the walls because it was noisy as hell! You could hear the people on ether side of the room...watching a football game a reacting loudly. Their kids were running up and down the hall. Calls to the front desks had no results. Breakfast was typical - little food value. Kids playing in the serving dishes with no parents around. I will not be going back- the manager offered me a half-price stay on my next visit, but I'll pass. This is a noisy hotel with poor food choices for breakfast.

The location was perfect. The hotel is fairly new. The front desk were outstanding, The breakfast food was good. But quiet please while sleeping.The area has a lot o offer considering it's very near to Austin. Our stay was the dreary considering it was January. The weather was wet, so that been said our visit keep us in the room till noon. But the cleaning staff made resting before our sightseeing almost miserable. They were entirely loud both days of our stay. Their conversations could be heard in the entire hallway of the floor. Now, enough of that. The layout of the hotel is unique and very modern. The hotel looks very well maintained and clean considering. The breakfast was in my opinion Ok; It was not what I thought it would be reading the reviews, but some of the food was tasteful. The highlight to me was the large park within 200 feet, and the lake across 130 which is only five minute drive. Nice lake an area. the community was very nice and some the people are friendlier than I thought they would be. This location is great with plenty of commercial and family own restaurants. I will be visiting and staying here again even with the morning chattering. "No offense", But Nice place to stay.

This was our first stay here. Its a new construction and very modern. Had a hickup on price, I booked via phone over a month before our stay. Last week I noticed a price drop and called to get lower rate. I was assured my reservation was updated, but I never got my new rate. Night before checking in, I got worried and called....they had me a a higher rate than I orig. booked...they again said I would get lower rate, and send new confirmation with new price...got it! At check in, staff was very friendly, but they had computer issues and could not confirm my rate...hummmm. Came down later and confirmed my rate (at the lowest rate). They did upgrade our room to suite since we are platinum members of BW. Room was outstanding. I was concerned about noise since there was a LARGE group of pre-teens girls there soccer (Players). No a sound was heard. We were on 3rd floor. Bed was difficult for me....very hight off the ground and I felt like I needed a step stool to climb into bed. Also, it was not comfortable for me, way to hard. Bathroom blew me away....wall mirror had built-in LED lighting boardering it....cool. Walk in shower was wonderful. Has a glass shower door. Shower head was unique....a detachable shower wand plus a stay in place shower ring/head. Room was very nice, super large. It had a huge TV. Refrigerator, microwave. The Kurig coffeemaker in the room did not work. Would turn on, but not brew, so early morning coffee in PJ's.....booooooo. Couch was large (but extremely hard). Also had desk with desk chair (which was very bouncy and springy....don't lean back in it, you'll wind up on your head. I do not recommend breakfast....eggs were fake, and they had no biscuits, gravy, oatmeal. Pasteries were not good at all. They had waffels that you make yourself and link sausage which was OK. They offer Community coffee, which with enough sugar and flavored creamer is drinkable. I think next time, we'll plan on McDonalds or Jack In The Box breakfast.

I was tired I grant you that and I was late checking in. The front desk were typical, snotty Austin Area young people who could have cared less if I was there. This is a beautiful, hotel, super clean, new, but don't let this façade fool you.. The room; however, is flawed in its design and amplifies the smallest of noises. I've probably never saw a bed that was so low to the Floor. The misery to me was the screaming, slamming doors, running, jumping and ball playing upstairs till 2:30 am, guess its not the hotels fault, but is was miserable and the room design exaggerated the noise. Not a good place to rest, a hellish event for sure. Oh and the happy girls upfront, forget about help from them. The breakfast was ok, not special at all.

Nice layout of bed, sitting area and bedroom. Very nice flooring and surfaces (no carpet Thank You). Modern but didn't fall into the new associated trap of no place to store your things. Liked the fact that it was quiet and had a good-quality breakfast as well

This is a really nice property, but it is being poorly run. Our toilet was stopped up, no one could help. Our TV did not work, no one could help. No one really seemed to care about our problems. This hotel needs a good manager.

Pros: Pleasant staff including cleaning staff (which is rare for me), great design of exterior and interior, nice amenities, pleasant atmosphere, clean rooms, added safety features - low hanging Emergency Exit signs, quiet location, good breakfast options, on-site gym, nice suites, safe area, great deal. Cons: TV remote difficult to work with - not intuitive, had to re-sign into WiFi login page on same phone multiple times a day, was charged a pet fee when I brought no pets (cleared it though), Air conditioner made creepy sounds.

The staff were wonderful! We needed a bed for a toddler, but they didn't have one on the property. Michael and Robin took great care of us though. Robin (Mgr) bought a pack & play and sheet and even a baby blanket. It was already set up in our room when we checked in. Then when we checked out she gave our toddler a coloring book and crayons for the plane. Outstanding customer care!

Incredible staff, clean and beautiful hotel! I am usually a Marriott or Hilton devotee especially with Business travel, this was an eye opening experience for me!!! We had been in San Antonio for a baseball tourney and didn't feel like driving all the way home. Stopped at this BW. Beautiful hotel. Stayed in a suite. Loved the non-carpet floors. Only negative was the sleeper sofa ... very uncomfortable. With the very nice amenities , an upgrade on the mattress on the sleeper sofa, would sure be nice.

Stay a week at this hotel. Really nice place! Breakfast could use a little improvement though. Rooms need a rug or some carpeting hardwoods make rooms kind of loud. Staff is very nice and helpful. Would stay here again!

It was one of the best hotels in which I have stayed but the beds are so hard, I should have slept on the floor. They advertise 'pillow soft' but that is a misnomer. I simply cannot stay in Best Westerns anymore because I need my rest when I travel.

We have stayed in a lot of BW but this one is miles above the rest.Suite layout , bathroom with bodywash & lotion dispenser on wall, wall lights by bed, and bed very comfortable.We will differently stay here again.

I usually stay at reasonably priced hotels, but this one seemed like it was one of those high-priced hotels, but it wasn't! The room was big and comfortable...the bathroom was very spacious! It was like staying in a suite without the extra $$. The hotel staff was courteous and anxious to help with anything you needed or requested. The desk clerks were so friendly and wanted to do what ever it took to make us comfortable. They loved my dog and that was enough to encourage me to want to stay at that hotel every time that I go back to Pflugerville. The breakfast was extremely nice...scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal (already made) and all kinds of fixings to go with it, muffins, breads, croissants, juices, fresh fruit and lots and lots of coffee and even more! I loved this hotel and will stay there again!

If you're traveling with pets, this place is great! Up to 80 lbs on dogs and up to 2 dogs. It's hard to find a nice hotel that allows over 50 lb dogs. Also, full HOT breakfast!!! Comfortable beds, nice grounds outdoors to walk your dogs, free wifi, really nice staff. They were so great during hurricane Harvey. Such a blessing!!!

We couldn't have been more pleased with the friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of the hotel. You wouldn't believe breakfast... it was outstanding. They even had delicious waffles in the shape of the state of Texas with a heart in the middle as well as "BW" in the heart. The breakfast wasn't just a continental breakfast... it was a full service breakfast. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. We slept very well. We even had to put our "My Pillows" away because their pillows were so comfortable. When you visit Pflugerville, TX, stay here. The EXTRAs the hotel had in the rooms were great - containerized lotion and soap on the walls as well as shampoo and conditioner in the shower on the wall. Shower was easy to get into as well. We LOVE this place. You will too!!!

recommended highly, lovely place and staff. breakfast included enough choices but meat and eggs were cold in their warming pans, still great place and location Good restaurant nearby is El Rincon, fabulous mex food great prices. Don't get on that toll road which is only about 5 miles and seems like a good way to avoid traffic light. It is a private toll and EXPENSIVE and not worth saving the time.

The location is kind of secluded in a business park giving it an element of safety . It is minutes from food and the water park and a nearby lake is just around the corner where you can rent kayaks and let the kids play at the park. The breakfast is good and the hotel is new and clean. I would return.

We stayed in a king suite on a Friday night with our two small dogs and loved every minute of it! Our room was spacious and well appointed, with a large bathroom and a comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We got in late and purchased a few items from their pantry and had a terrific breakfast in the morning. We'd never stayed at a Best Western before and chose this one because it was the only pet friendly hotel near our destination and we were very pleasantly surprised. The couch in our room was hard as a rock, but otherwise the room was terrific and the value of the room for the price was unbelievable! We'll definitely look for BWP hotels on all our future trips!

This was a great place to stay clean rooms great breakfast. Everyone was nice and friendly . It was convenient to tollway no traffic and go to airport and other places to visit . Running out of things to say now didn't know it would be this long

This is a newer hotel, but it was hands down one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Check in was fast and easy. Love the wood flooring look in the room, beds were very comfortable and wifi was very fast and reliable. Continental breakfast was very good, they had a large selection to choose from and it was hot and fresh.

Getting to the formula 1 race track is so easy. straight shot on hwy 130. also downtown is easy to get to and do not have to pay downtown prices.You can uber from here to downtown and not have to worry about how to get back.

This is a brand new hotel, which is to say that most of the roads around it are still under construction, making it a little tricky to get to. The room had the hardest, most uncomfortable bed that we have ever tried to sleep on. The couch and associated chair were also rock hard. The "modern" decorating was cheap and tacky. The AC shut itself off in the middle of a sweltering night. We were not offered any recognition for our "Gold" status, nor were we asked about out stay at check out. We stay at Best Western's all the time, but we will never stay at this one again.

Great hotel, just a little far away from any as semblance of a town ( coming from the east, Elgin ). I made one wrong turn onto Toll Road, my bad, ( very close to entrance of hotel ). No big deal, one exit and did it the right way the second time.

Look, this is a new property, well located, safe area, nice staff and rooms were fine. Like many newer chain-type hotels, it was constructed for profit which is fine. But, this does result is loud hall sounds, door slamming and hearing footsteps above. Overall, for the values, it is fine.

Have stayed here several times; they had some opening problems but last time was very good. They have a nice breakfast assortment. Needs to put a towel rack next to the tub. The rooms were large and had both frig and micro.

I stayed here for 4 nights following a surgical procedure. My companion and I went the day before check-in to ask if checking in early would be OK since I would be coming directly from an outpatient procedure and hoped I could get settled in the room without having to wait for a 3 pm check. Jann, the manager, checked and assured me that would be no problem. The staff are courteous and the hotel is immaculate. We sat out by the pool one day and enjoyed some of the Austin sunshine. There are lots of options at the included breakfast - something that is sure to work for varying tastes. The hotel was quiet, the rooms really spacious and nicely decorated. We had a refrigerator and microwave hidden in the dresser/TV stand. I've never stayed in a hotel that wasn't carpeted - I didn't mind it at all. Also, there is a really cool mirror in the bathroom that is large and rectangular with a rectangular light built into it. The lighting makes you look like a movie star. That ego boost was a nice bonus! Thumbs up for this hotel!

I knew this hotel was new because it was built and opened a few months after I purchased my house. I came to rent the room to study for finals. Price deal was good, front desk staff and management upon check in were nice, even though someone accidentally canceled my booking, honestly things happen but they made it right, got me an upgraded room because that is all that was available. The hard floors are a good look but noise carries. I was on the 3rd floor I sure hope my regular walking wasn't bothering anyone bellow me. As others have said, the AC unit is loud but not horrible. They are going to allow me to check out a little later so I can finish my finals and they were very accommodating with that and letting me have a couple extra coffee pods for my room. The Wifi was great speeds, not slow like some of the expensive hotels out there. The things that made me rate average were: 1) The floors were very sticky when I walked in. When I took my shoes off, my socks were stuck to the floor. I had to wipe it up with a washcloth from the bathroom. 2) The beds in the suites are pillow top? They were really hard, probably because its brand new and they make these beds to last. Not horrible but hard. 3) The reason that made me leave this review is the housekeeping staff.. they blare the music while they are cleaning. I do the same when I clean, just at home. I understand they might have the least fun and engaging job so I like that they can listen to music because people should be able to have the best working conditions possible but as others said, maybe headphones is the best option. It was hard to study and sleep. It was loud, it wasn't just the noise carrying hallways and hard floors to carry the sound. Just some feedback. I would still recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Pflugerville. We like having people visit our city. I know I will be back. Oh and the breakfast, it was good. Equal to a breakfast you would get at a Marriott Courtyard or Marriott Fairfield Inn 100%.

Had problem getting in room but staff on duty skillfully handled situation. Would not have a problem staying at this Best Western in the future. The desk attendant was well knowledge in how to handle the situation.

This is a nice hotel with an accommodating, friendly staff. My only concern is the censored AC and not being able to override it. If a person is hot natured or going through menopause the AC being censored will present a challenge.

We are enjoying our stay at this new hotel and were greeted with friendly and helpful service. Our room is large and comfortable. Breakfast was great. The large shower recess has adjustable shower head and big fragrant soap bars. Nice chaisse lounge and foot rest in the bedroom to watch tv and the study desk and executive chair is great too. Microwave, refrigerator and espresso coffee maker in the room.

Nice hotel but terrible location, a lot of new construction in the area. Nowhere to eat nearby nothing to do. I'm an elite member and Wasn't offered free drink upon arrival or a room upgrade. The rates are constantly changing and unreasonably high for the area.

For being a fairly new hotel and a BestWestern Plus I expected it to be more comfortable than what it was and have fewer problems than we experianced. With a few improvements and maybe houskeeping staying a little later to help with rooms and will be a great place to stay.

This is a lovely modern hotel, albeit in a growth area with construction all around. The scenery is a FedEx warehouse and another hotel under construction. However, this location is very good access to Pflugerville, Round Rock, Austin, Centex area.

Best quality I have ever seen for that price!! Rooms were spotless service was amazing and they even corrected an error for a few cents overcharge that I hadn't realized! Very likely to recommend this place!

COTA! 15 mins away for the shuttle bus, 20 min into Austin SOCO! No traffic, but the mail tolls do get annoying. 2 mins from Hawaiian Fall and Out N In burgers!! There was also a cute shopping center in case you needed to get a change, Heb was also near by.

The staff is amazing here. The rooms couldn't be any more perfect. Can't wait to return. Ive never slept so soundly. However at checkout time the maids have no problem treating u like old news. Ill be back just wont ask for a late check out

Staff & amenities are top notch For us the location was very convenient between family in Pflugerville and the wedding activities in Liberty Hill. I-130 and other connecting freeways made travel easy.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and breakfast included. Traveling for business as a woman, safety is a priority, and I had a very comfortable stay. This is a fairly new facility and decorated nicely, the beds/pillows were great, the cleaning staff always left my room looking great.

A new facility with modern decor and clean rooms. We were very impressed upon arrival and really wanted to like the place but our enthusiasm was dampened by an accumulation of small annoyances. To start, the mattress padding bulged in the middle which made you feel like you are sleeping on a slope. The rooms have hardwood floors and no wall baffling. This causes every little sound in adjacent rooms and/or hall to echo and reverberate throughout the entire wing. Add to this that the room doors tend to slam if not guided closed (which no one does) and you have a recipe for no sleep. Also, the bathroom sink could not be turned on full force due to the mirror obstructing the faucet handle. And worst of all, the toilet roll dispenser had tab stops that prevent you from tearing off more than three sheets at a time. I would have a hard time recommending this hotel.

It was 100% what I paid for and left feeling value met and even exceeded what I paid. The simple things make me happy and the oatmeal was amazing. Steel cut and wasn't thick and nasty (a hotel norm). This may seem simple but when someone goes out of their way to enhance the little experiences then the big ones are probably second nature. Oh and that cool light thing behind the bathroom mirror...now my wife wants one....THANKS FOR THAT! Staff was very nice.

The hotel was very nice and the rooms were huge. The staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. They made the Wi-Fi very easy to logon. Breakfast was better than the usual danishes and toast.

The hotel is new, clean and well decorated. On the surface, it would have been a pleasant stay. However, there were two problems that would prevent us from staying here again. First was the lack of sound proofing throughout the hotel. The hallway traffic was amplified into the rooms. This lasted throughout the night. (I think a security patrol was going through the building all night long. This is a plus, but the slamming stairway door was distinct in the room and kept us awake.) The second problem was with the AC. When it would cycle off, there was a sound similar to a loudly meowing cat, or a baby's wail. This happened each time it cycled off -- around 48 times during the night. These two problems are not fixable, and so we will not likely repeat our stay. It's a shame, because on first appearance it is a lovely place.

My brother was getting married and we needed some where close and reasonably priced. We really lucked up on this location. It was really new and nice. The slight disappointment was the breakfast. The bacon didn't seem cooked completely and it was greasy, the oatmeal was runny and the eggs were cold. However, very good variety and staff.

Clean, new, good breakfast. We stayed during a youth sporting event and the kids were a little noisy at times. Walls a little thin. No reflection on the hotel. I would definitely stat at this hotel when I travel in this area again. I am pleasantly surprised at the upgraded quality hotel Best Western has become. I appreciate the new reward system.

This hotel is brand new and in a convenient location in between Austin and Round Rock. Not much traffic either which is definitely a plus in the Austin area. The pool is small, but we did not use it so it did not matter. The breakfast was outstanding by most motel standards. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great, too!

This we our first time using this hotel and must say, what an awesome place. You can tell it's a new hotel and I have stayed at other Best Western but this layout is just absolute grandeur The rooms are very spacious and the Beds are just great – hit the bed and was out like a light. Staff is great best part of this hotel. Bed great. Bath has no tub so if that is a must look else where. A/C was loud! Had to turn it to fan only to sleep. Breakfast is a Best Western style breakfast which is decent. Grab a room on the third floor to avoid the noise from people above walking.

We stayed here on our 3 night excursion to Austin/Pflugerville. It's located just north of Austin off the toll road. The hotel had been open 3 weeks prior to our arrival. Super clean facility! The beds feel stiff at first but I slept pretty dang good on them surprisingly. Couch sofa bed is not so comfy. But hey, never seen one that was. The walls are super thin. In the morning if you're wanting to sleep late beware. You'll hear every conversation, kid screaming, people laughing as they go down the hallway. Could be we were by the elevators that made it more noticeable. Best to stay away from the elevator and on the third floor to avoid the sound of stomping feet. Breakfast is pretty good for continental. Waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, fruit, coffee and juice. Eggs and sausage prepared differently each morning. The showers lack the pressure we were hoping for. There's plenty of water pressure out of the faucet but not the shower head. The bathroom is spacious. We had a couple of hiccups with the bathroom. The exhaust fan didn't work so with 5 people you can just imagine. Our last night there the toilet clogged and the front desk had no plunger. They offered to move our room but it was 1am and kids were asleep. Just when I was ready to go to a store and buy one, the guy was at the door with a plunger! Problem solved. Overall it was a good stay for the price we paid on Hotels.com. I think the rates were about even on Best Western's general rates though.

Beds are super bad, also colling sucks. A Lot of problems with bathroom. If you want to save money this is very cheap hotel, however do you will get what you paid for. Very bad quality and experience. If you plan to use sofa bed this is the worst bed u will ever have

Long check in, messed up process, and believe it or not they even gave me a room that someone else was already there. Oops...So much for safety and security. No restaurant , so get your food or have a car. The rooms are actually first class, it looks like a brand new hotel. It's a pity since if they could do better with service this could have been an outstanding place.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. From the second I walked in to the time I left; all the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and all amenities were fantastic! Comfy bed, pillows, and soft towels! Very close to highway and lots of dinner choices nearby. Pool was a fun bonus!

We needed a room for the night to take a break from a long trip. Elijah at the front desk was professional, friendly, and accommodating. Our suite was very clean, modern, and large. All amenities one would need for an overnight stay. Breakfast the next morning was hot and plentiful. Highly recommend!

Stayed first night they opened. Comfy beds, love the high ceilings! Manager and staff were very welcoming. Enjoyed seeing the manager jump in to assist with breakfast and walking around talking to her guest. Will definitely stay again when in the area.
