Enjoyed the stay here. A little out of my way but found it. Nice clean rooms & a comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean also. Breakfast was the average hotel breakfast food. Things were clean & staff was friendly.

"In Parsons to attend my nieces funeral."

I made reservations at this Motel because of the reviews. I needed an accessible room because my wife has mobility issues. When we arrived and checked in we found that the bed was to high for my wife to access. I was told all the beds were the same height and was offered a refund. I left the luggage in the room and went and found another Motel. When I went back to get my luggage I was told I would be charged one night for the use of the room. And I was charged! No consideration was given to my wife's disability and I was charged for a room that I could not stay in. Stay here at your own risk!

Great check in and rate! BW rewards! Exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows and bedding! AC was working really well!!! Bowling alley in back was an added plus for a cold beer and conversation!!! Grounds are beautifully kept and clean. Delicious breakfast and welcoming host!

"Satisfactory Stay"

This Best Western does not have an elevator but they did ask if help was needed getting luggage to our second floor room. We had a 2 queen bed room and the beds were comfortable. The inside pool was clean and cool, so we enjoyed it for about an hour. Breakfast was standard and we were satisfied with it. We stopped here as we were on our way to Oklahoma and may stay again if we pass by.

"A Sweet Place To Stay"

Almost all of our experiences at Best Western branded hotels have been good, but this one in Parsons, Kansas was better than most, due largely to the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. They went out of their way to be helpful. Clean, modern room, delicious breakfast - what's not to like?

"FIRST CLASS BEST WESTERN"

Very well maintained - even the little details and immaculately clean - even smells nice. Staff was very helpful and friendly - even the breakfast room staff. One of the best BW I've stayed in. Should be a BW plus. Be aware however, that there is no elevator so if you are disabled, request a room on the first floor.

"Don't pass this place up!"

This is one of cleanest hotels I have stayed in. I average 80-100 nights a year in hotels. Most of the time in smaller towns. I have stayed in some real doozies in the past. This Best Western from inside to outside is clean and well taken care. When I walked in the front door I was greeted by a nice fresh clean smell and a friendly clerk. My check in was flawless. The tidinesses followed me all the way down the hall and into my room. The room was clean and had a pretty comfy bed. I would highly recommend this hotel as it is significantly less expensive than the other hotel in town.

"Great hotel and great price"

Wonderful people welcome you to this classic BW hotel. Rooms are quiet and clean. Situated on the edge of town and close to a major highway. I did not try the fitness center or the pool during my stay however I did use their free WiFi.

"Avoid breakfast"

The grounds are quite pretty, with picnic tables, flowers and bird feeders. This was the only place we stayed (over 30 stay nights with 2 cross county trips) that had recycling bins in each room!! Thank you! There was also recycling bins in common areas. Check out went extremely well with a friendly, efficient clerk. Check in, not so well, as the clerk had no idea what to do and so called for help after 5 min. The rooms are clean. The big negative-breakfast items were rancid and inedible. It appears this is a fairly common complaint looking at prior reviews. What needs to occur for management to fix the issue? The price of the rooms are on par with local mom/pop motels that do not offer breakfast.

This was a last minute booking. I really needed to stay in the Pittsburg/Joplin area but because of Pittsburg State University's graduation I had to extend my search for lodging. I based my decision on other reviews and I was not disappointed with my choice. This property is at the east edge of town. It was clean, the clerk was friendly and very helpful.

"Bad service go elsewhere!!!!"

Poor service do not stay here. It was definitely the worst hotel stay i have ever had. The desk clerk didn't seem to care that my wife and I (both seniors) had bad knees. We were told "no elevator use the stairs."

I'm sorry there where no rooms available on the first floor had we known ahead of time of your needs we would have blocked you a room on the first floor but you did not inform us of your disability when you booked. As for no elevator I'm sorry the persons who built the building did not feel the need to install one. May i suggest in the future that you research the hotel you are going to stay at and make sure they can accommodate your needs and inform them when booking to avoid this in the future. I am sorry your stay was bad we take pride in our customer service, and never intend to sound as we dont care. hope your future travels are better have a wonderful life.

One of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at in awhile. The bed was comfortable. They did have to go breakfast due to covid. The pool was nice and it's heated. It was very quiet and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

"Don't Stay Here"

Our one night stay started out great. The front desk clerk was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and we thought it would be a nice stay. The main problem was all the noise during the night. There were people talking loudly in the lobby during the night and we couldn't sleep. The walls are very thin and we could hear all the conversation in the lobby. Trying to change rooms in the early morning hours was not an option for us. There were also slamming doors during the night, which woke us up. We got very little sleep. I would not recommend this motel.

"Owner/Manager Worst I ever Experienced at a Best Western"

I checked in and presented the owner/manager who was working the front desk a Best Western Gift Card. He refused to even look at it and said I had to use the card when I made the reservation on-line. This was the 5th Best Western I had stayed at on this trip and I used a Best Western Gift Card at every one of them with NO issues or hassles at all. I went back and forth with this guy 3-4 times and each time he just pushed the paper with the gift card number on it back to me and refused to even look at it. The terms and conditions for BW Gift Cards state that you present them when you check in. I told this guy he would be reading about this and he could have cared less. I then went to my room and called BW customer service and they stated that the hotel was obligated to take the card. I was transferred to another person in another area who actually called the hotel while I was on the phone on hold. They came back and said that the owner/manager told them that he was having an issue putting it in the computer which is an outright LIE. He never made any attempt to take it and never even looked at it, just kept pushing it back at me. I am a Platinum BW rewards club member so I have stayed at numerous Best Westerns. I told the person on the phone that the guy was lying to them and they said he would take it. Within 5 minutes the phone was ringing and I went back to the lobby where the guy took the card and put it in the system. I wasted 30-40 minutes of my time because of this lying owner/manager who refused to honor Best Western gift cards and failed to abide by their policies. Look at all the reviews concerning this guy on here and decide if you really want the hassle your going to have staying here. GO ELSEWHERE.

Dear guest I am so sorry you had this experience. we have a brand new owner and due to covid 19 he has not gotten to go to the best western training and did not know about the gift card processing. he did call and consult with me I told him to check you in and I would take care of it in morning be fore you checked out. you where not ok with that nd wanted it done right then. So after he talked to best western and learned how to do it and about them he promptly took care of it for you im sorry you felt your time was wasted I would hope maybe next time you would have more understanding and patients for the workers. and as far as complaints on the owner and staff you see on here none of them are associated with this hotel any longer we have all new owner and employees Thanks for understanding.. "WORST STAFF"

First thing do not call the guest the night before when its 11pm! I received numerous calls that could have waited until morning! They disrespected me and my fiancé! I called ahead explaining the situation 3 times to get SEVERAL answers! Then locked my fiancé and kids out of the room!

Didn't end up staying here due to extenuating circumstances related to ailing family member. Front desk was very compassionate when I asked to cancel but said I had to speak to the owner. When I did he didn't care at all. So much for trying to make your customers happy. Will go out of my way to never stay here or at the Canterbury either.

"Just fine "

The hotel check in and out was seamless. The room was clean, believe me I check the beds, the corners, everything. My son is a resident at PSH so we came to visit for a overnight stay. The pool was heated and clean. The breakfast was less then average. They did have a waffle maker if that's your thing. The eggs had I believe bacon bits in them which the appearance turned me away. My biscuit and gravy was fine. The sausage patties were a little on the chewy side. For a overnight stay it was a good choice. But If I am being honest. I would stay at Quality Inn next time, it just depends on the price you want to spend.

"Hunting trip"

Don't stay here. The staff said too bad too a problem that I had with a reservation. The curtains won't even close in a ground floor room.? Who designed this? The staff was rude and didn't care that I had a reservation problem. I will never stay here again!

I'm sorry to hear that this was an issue. The housekeepers are trained to make sure all of the curtains close in every room, every time they clean each room. Front desk staff know how to fix the curtains, also being required to open and close them when they inspect rooms. In regards to your reservation problem, the front desk staff as well as managers are always very understanding and accommodating to every issue that arises by giving discounts and/or free nights depending on the circumstances. I apologize for the inconveniences that you encountered during your stay here.

"Nasty"

We stayed this last weekend for a wedding and when my daughter pulled back the sheets to crawl into bed a used tampon fell out of the bed and onto the floor. Went to talk to guy at front desk and he wasn't very apologetic just moved us to a dif room and said he would let gm know. Like it wasn't really a big deal. Next morning what I would assume was the gm saw me down in the lobby and quickly went into the back room. As I was pulling out the gm was standing next to his Lexus staring at me like i was out of hand by being pissed off about the situation. Stay far away from this place it is nasty.

Im sorry this was your experience. We check every room behind housekeeping to make sure the bedding is changed and the room is clean and ready to go for the next guest. We also go though a lengthy process to ensure that are linens are clean and free from stains so if there was a tampon in them we would have found it. We moved you to another room that you where happy with even though it was your second night in the room. You did not have any trouble the first night and due to the fact that it seemed old and there where no bloodstains on the sheets there is a possible ability that it came out of your luggage. But once again we are sorry this happened and sorry we did not seem sorry enough. As for the GM he was aware of the situation but not aware of who you were. He does not stay behind counter when quest are there but if you had asked to speak to him he would have been happy too.

First let me say that the manager was very helpful. We stayed in room 101. The main problem we experienced was that the room had a very musty smell. There was flooding in Parsons in May at the nearby Neosho River, so perhaps that was the reason. We also noticed several dehumidifiers operating in the main hallway. I probably should have asked for a different room, on the second floor, but I suspect the problem existed throughout the hotel. There was also a leaking flapper in the toilet tank causing the tank to refill repeatedly throughout the night. Finally, there was a dead spider right next to the tub/shower, which had apparently been there awhile. On the plus side, the breakfast was excellent, the location was convenient, and the hotel was quiet. Again, the gentleman on the front desk, who I assume was the manager, was very helpful and courteous.

We stayed at the BW Plus in Parsons. We thought the motel was more comparable to a BW without the Plus. The hotel was nice and the room was clean, but there was something about the ambiance that just wasn't up to a Plus standard. Hard for me to say just what. Our room AC unit made vibrating sound all evening. Not enough to keep one awake, but noticeable. Had never experienced that before. We did think the price was appropriate for the motel..

"Best place to stay in Parsons"

We came to Parsons to visit family. We were initially booked at the Quality Inn (Rodeway Inn) in Parsons, but decided not to stay there after finding ants in their vending machine and in our room. Fortunately, the Best Western was able to accommodate us. There were dehumidifiers running in the hallway, which seemed a little odd, however, our first floor room seemed to be perfectly fine for our stay, with no signs of dampness or musty odors. The free breakfast was very nice and plentiful. Staff there were very helpful and pleasant, and better than the staff at Quality/Rodeway.

We had two rooms and the moisture was horrible. Dehumidifiers running in hallways but did nothing for our rooms. Front desk staff was very nice, but management was unresponsive to our request for a dehumidifier for our rooms. Pillows were old and the linens were old, thin and dingy. HVAC unit had a rattle that was annoying. I will never stay there again! Ran A/C to try and dry the room out. It did not take care of the moisture.

If you would have informed the desk clerks that it was not working, they would have been happy to provide you with an alternative solution or given you the dehumidifier that was in the hallway.

The motel was clean and well managed. Our rooms were spacious, well decorated and had very comfortable beds. After our day out, it was perfect to come back to the motel for a swim with the kids. The pool area was in great shape with lots of seating.

This was a nice calm and pleasant place to stay. The gal who took my phone reservations was very pleasant as was the woman who checked us in. We have stayed here previously and will do so again. Breakfast was basic but good and hot. They even have a yogurt machine.

"Very nice three days"

This motel was very clean, secure and well managed. The rooms (I rented 2) were very up to date, fresh and inviting. The staff was always friendly and accommodating, eager to please. We had our daughter and her children along, hence the two rooms. Our big group had plenty of “special requests” from housekeeping about servicing the rooms later or extra towels for swimming which were always met with a nod and a smile. We love this motel and will definitely stay again if in the Parsons, KS area.

Not a traveler for years, but when I spent $$ for a nights stay, I would expect everything to work and not have the fursturation wasting time getting them operational (TV Remote, Room Phone) and think their WIFI was out of service - as after three attempts gave up!!

Stayed here on 10/30/18. The room and bathroom were very clean. The bed quite comfy in a no noise room. All the room fixtures were in working order. There were no odd smells. Check in and out was easy and correct. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and tasted good. I would stay there again.

What an odd structure. If you have a sensitivity to mold and mildew, find someplace else. This building and the rooms need major dehumidification work, a/c upgrades and lower prices - you end up paying way more than what it's worth. While the staff were pleasant, I could not wait to leave.

"Reservations were not right so we left"

Reservations were suppose to be on first floor. My wife has knee problems and cant go up stairs. Was given senond floor and since the hotel had no elevator we were forced to leave. Front desk lady was very understanding though.

It is a real treat when a venue exceeds your expectation! I am so tired of listening to truck traffic all night at so many motels; none of that here. The mattresses were also much better than at many more expensive locations. Add to all of this, a most helpful staff and you have a very fine overnight stay- truly best western!

first room I checked into wasn't cleaned up from previous guest. second room good to go. internet works good, had hot water. next morning no hot water, front desk said hot water heater is working. so cold shower. when I checked in I was told my receipt would be under my door early a.m. no receipt so I called front desk and I was told they would not give me a receipt because I made reservation through a 3rd party which was through best western website. I had to argue to dispute my credit card bill till I got a receipt. finally got one.

We had two rooms on the second floor. Both rather small but clean and acceptable. We needed additional towels. There is no elevator in the motel! With those exceptions, the motel is just fine for a one night stay.

Great staff. Pitiful pillows. Bring your own. If you get out early plan on your own breakfast. It isn't served until 630 am. So if your in construction you will leave hungry. Rooms always clean and good mattresses

This was a nice BW. Check in was simple and friendly. The welcome bag was a nice touch as I am a member of the rewards program. The room was clean but the carpet had some stains. I wish hotels would all go to wood floors. Breakfast was fine.

Hotel was accommodating with me needing a room for 5 nights. Check in was easy. The continental hot breakfast was great! Check out was easy. HOWEVER..... The first time I used the shower, the handle broke off the wall. Two of the lamps did not have light bulbs. The internet would not stay connected to any of my devices. The mini-fridge froze my food. You can't unfreeze a salad.

Spotlessly clean, large comfortable room, comfy bed, quiet, and smelled good! Great shower, instant hot water and strong water pressure.Staff very accommodating and friendly. Helpful with directions and restaurant suggestions. They even tried to help me when I had a problem with my rental car gear shift :) Highly recommend!

Clean rooms, quiet atmosphere, and friendly, helpful staff. We have stayed here several times, and we have no big complaint about anything. Be prepared to carry your luggage upstairs to second floor--no elevator. Breakfast is provided and is sufficient. For other meals, you can go to fast food places in area and, if you want better food, drive to Chanute or Iola!

The rooms are clean and updated. The staff are exceptional. Mrs. Hailey was very nice upon check in. Thanks to all. It was a very quiet area. They also have an indoor pool. The parking lot was well lit and spacious.

From the moment we arrived the customer service was exceptional. The room was perfectly clean and well appointed, also very quiet. Excellent breakfast with all usual offerings. We had been looking for a map of Kansas but to no avail, when mentioned to the owner he went out to the Chamber of Commerce and got one for us for no charge - a wonderful gesture which was gratefully appreciated. Thank you!

"Infested with bugs"

My room was infested with bugs - about 1 inch long, black, looked like cockroaches but the front desk said they are "water bugs." In two nights I found 10, two of which were left on the floor by the maid. Until management posts acknowledgment of the problem and explains how it has been fixed, I would stay away.

Nice hotel in a small town. It is not fancy but clean and comfortable as well as convenient. I would stay there again. The breakfast had good quality and variety. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful although he recommended a restaurant that was not open on Memorial Day.

Good overall experience. Great Staff - very helpful and courteous. Have to go to Parsons for business and this is where I stay. Well maintained and easy access to just about everything. I have used the meeting room on a previous occasion and it worked well for us. The breakfast is excellent with good service. Internet connection good for business use. This is an awesome motel. Plenty of parking for 18 wheelers. Nice, clean, what more do you want? The staff is super nice. Rooms are very spacious. Close to anything you may need or want. I will be back.

"noisy and rude in room next to me"

man in room 113 should have been arrested for disorderly conduct for refusing to quieten down after being asked by the motel staff at least 3 times. He had several people in the room at the time we got in from our meeting at 9:30. I didn't say anything until 10:30 pm and didn't get him to be quite till 12:30 am.

I had a recent three day stay for a family visit in Parsons. The staff are friendly and accommodating and the rooms are comfortable. Nice, clean exercise room and pool. They seem to be very busy, indicating a lot of satisfied clients. I have stayed here many times in the past and can attest to the nice upgrades.

There are not many motel options in Parsons so this may be the best of them. The staff is very nice & efficient. Older building w updated decor. There is no elevator for the 2nd floor. The entrance consists of single handle doors separated by a few feet. They do not open automatically. Instead of loading a luggage cart once & pushing it thru automatic doors & into an elevator, I had to make repeated trips to hand carry thru the doors & up stairs. Very inconvenient. The breakfast was awful: preformed egg things that looked like hockey pucks; terrible coffee; only the cancer-causing sweeteners (no stevia or Splenda); no hot oatmeal. Breakfast lady was lovely but she had to keep apologizing as several of us asked for oatmeal or Splenda or fresh fruit. I stopped & got a pastry & banana just to have on my second morning there.

"Nice clean hotel"

Stayed here because I was doing business in Parsons the next morning. Front desk was very nice and check-in was smooth. This is a two story building withOUT an elevator, so if you have mobility issues, ask for a ground floor room. Room was clean, bed comfortable, very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was included and consisted of the standard fare, waffles, pastries, eggs, yogurt, fruit, instant oatmeal. Located on the edge of town with lots of other options for meals. I would stay here again.

Get the big tub room ! It's worth the little extra money to soak your tired traveling bones. An older hotel but very clean, the bed is comfy and the staff is friendly. The front seemed to always have coffee and candy ... Something I like after hours on the road driving a car! Thank you.

Stayed here to do work in the city. We had multiple rooms for me and a crew. The room was very clean and simple. Hotel staff was nice. It is definitely worth the price paid. Quiet and functional, what else could you ask for. I stay in hotels every week all over the US and I was very pleased with this one.

We stayed one night. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The only complaint is that breakfast was disorganized, but the attendant was working as hard as she could to keep the breakfast stocked. She could have used some assistance. We would stay again.

So, this is probably the best hotel you can find in this town. It's small, no elevator to the second floor and humidity seems to be an issue. But the people here are very friendly and helpful. Everything looks clean and the breakfast is tasty and plentiful. Rooms are average size, beds are comfortable but I dislike having the sink area separate from the bathroom.

The hotel was very clean, the staff went to check room before we entered to make sure it was right for us. I was very impressed with the staff and the facility. I would stay here again. They even applied air freshener in the room while we were parking.

We walked in and were lucky enough (so we thought) to get a room, only with one bed rather than the two requested. Service was friendly and helpful. However, after finding two waterbugs, hubby delivered the remains to the front desk and we were offered a different room. That was strange given that they said the room we were given was the only one not reserved. We opted not to move thinking the problem resolved. Shower and bed were clean, and while laying there, saw two more water bugs on the ceiling which hubby promptly swatted and we had no more problems. Breakfast was average. Then there was a problem with the billing, but a phone call got that rectified the next day.

You don't have too many options in that area. Its not a bad motel/hotel to stay at, but don't expect a Quality inn type experience. Breakfast was cold, parking was scarce. Remote didn't work either. So it was difficult. The sink is outside the bathroom (some people have a problem with it).

I usually try to support local supporters of the College/High School Booster members. I did not see this hotel as a booster member. The hotel is the farthest from the College. I would recommend this hotel because it is clean, employees are very nice and understanding. Upon arrival the front desk was watching the KC game.

Nice hotel and fairly new. Staff was exceptionally helpful. I was tired and struggling to get in the doors with the cart and the receptionist was there in a flash to help me. Beds and showers were very good. Breakfast was normal for BW--palatable. Will stay there again.

Do not stay here if you like to exercise while on business. The hotel is average quality. Rooms were clean but internet had some slowness. There is gas and fast food near by. The hotel is on the edge of town and far enough away from the road to be quiet. The breakfast is mediocre at best. The boiled eggs, biscuits and gravy are good but the fruit and other eggs are poor quality.

I enjoyed a very pleasant stay. The room was large and clean with good outlets and surface spaces. I also enjoyed the chair and ottoman. The staff warned me that a large group of high school kids were checking in and breakfast would be very busy early. I appreciated the warning. The breakfast was wonderful even after all the kids were done. The only thing I can complain about would be the sheets were very worn. For such a lovely hotel I would think they could have nicer sheets.

Nice Inn Lobby & Pool area were clean & staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable with microwave and small refrigerator. And i know this is subjective - Bed and pillows were outstanding. Small but adequate fitness center, TV, stepper, treadmill and bike machines.

I enjoyed my experience/stay at this hotel. The lobby looks awesome; the landscaping is beautiful; the lighting was more than significant and interesting. The room was clean, the bed was most comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.

"Best Hotel in Parsons"

The other hotel's in Parson cannot compare to the quality of this Best Western. Lots of amenities and the hotel staff is very friendly. The breakfast was very good and they have flavored water on hand at all times as well as Coffee. Fitness center could use some work though.

"Great Hotel!!"

Everyone was friendly and was ready to help with anything we needed. The pool was nice it gave our kids something to do at night. The food was good. The cleaning ladies did an awesome job of restocking our items we need and with towels since we are a family of 5 they where very helpful.

"Great management ..."

Heading home to CO, my husband and I had a long day of driving & were very tired & in need of a hotel room at 11pm. We drove to this hotel praying they had a room available. We were kindly greeted by a great staff of women working the night shift. We had a dog and they greeted her as well! Really nice room, very clean, great breakfast (they even brought out more eggs when I asked for them). I would stay here again if ever passing through...highly recommend.

"Nice place to stay in Parsons"

We arrived prior to the advertised check in time to a sign stating "No Vacancy." I checked at the front desk and found our two reserved rooms were waiting for us, however, there was a mix up with our special request for two first floor rooms due to traveling with our elderly mother and her room was on the second floor with no elevator. We worked around that issue and found it to be a very nice motel and squeaky clean. We were impressed with the "smooth" TV remotes in a stand stating they had been sanitized. Throughout our brief stay the staff and manager were overly accommodating and the breakfast was delicious. We would stay here again.

"High School Reunion"

The front desk bent over backwards to book us a room! Very good breakfast! Need to rent a car, to get around! Have a indoor swimming pool, warm water! Coffee in lobby, with cookies & pretzels to eat! Has washer and dryers, $1.50 for each! The Parsons Musium & railroad, a must see!

"The Nose Knows"

We booked the Best Western in Parsons on our recent visit to a nearby town in Kansas based on Best Western's reputation and our past experience at other Best Western locations. Upon arrival, the "damp" smell in our room was quite noticeable. We reported this to hotel staff and were shown at least 6 other rooms on the ground floor but all had either the same damp, musty smell or an even worse smell, even stale cigarette smoke in a non-smoking room. There is no elevator in this hotel so we chose not to look at 2nd floor options. Staff offered to spray the room with a room deodorizer which really didn't do much. But, the smell was less noticeable if you stayed in the room. Another nuisance was that the toilet was not seated properly and "rocked". Otherwise, the bed was comfortable and appeared to be clean. We stayed the one night but I cannot recommend this hotel because of the odors.

We apologize for the inconvenience during your stay. The weekend you are referring to we had recently had a severe storm in our town causing many of our air conditioners to flood and leak. This did cause dampness throughout the hotel and it caused a musty smell in some of our rooms. We have been diligently replacing and fixing the air conditioners that had a leaked. We have also been deep cleaning the rooms and carpets to remedy the musty smell. We apologize for the toilet issue and have had our maintenance man fix the problem. We try to keep our facility up to date and we attempt to address any problems our facility may have. Thank you for taking the time to comment so that we can address your concerns. This hotel has the friendliest staff and is super clean. I thought it was very recently built as everything was so well maintained but found out it had been there about 10 years. We were very well taken care of, enjoyed a huge variety of items at breakfast and the heated swimming pool. We will stay at this Best Western again.

"Well Worth the Price."

The hotel was very clean and I really appreciated the remodeled lobby and breakfast room. They included a FULL breakfast with a nice selection. Unlike other places that say breakfast and it turns out to be rolls and juice. We have stayed here several times in the past and have never been disappointed. There were several family members and friends at the hotel for a wedding weekend including the bride and groom. I had no complaints.

The room was clean and free of odor. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Even though I didn't get a chance to use them, they have a pool and a fitness center which appeared clean and well kept. I would recommend this Best Western to anyone traveling to or through Parsons, KS.
