"Friendly staff great breakfast!"

This hotel was close to San Miguel's mexican restaurant. This restaurant was very good. Service and food great. Walking distance from hotel. You do not have to get in the car again. There was also a gas station across the street for essentials. It was a good quiet nights sleep for being off the interstate. That was surprising. Everything worked as it should also, TV, ac, hot water. frig. etc. Good choice to stay!!

We needed a cat friendly hotel for a one night stay on our way to Louisiana from Tampa. This was perfect for us. Close to I 10, but far enough to be quiet. Breakfast was typical Best Western. We used our points, but it was a good price had we needed to pay for it.

The rooms were great. The beds were great. Breakfast was fantastic. The racist woman working the breakfast area was insulting. Hiring people because of the Affirmative Action law is not always your best bet.

I was very satisfied from check in until check out. Staff was great and breakfast was amazing!! This hotel is my favorite in the Moss Point area. They welcomed me with a nice gift at check in and gave me no issues during the whole stay. The breakfast was super good every day! The variety is amazing and has everything for everyone! And they saw to my special requests with no fuss. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay in the Moss Point area.

Accessible room had broken hal=nd-held shower valve that prevented spouse from being able to shower with needed shower bench. Repair was not made before we had to check out. UNACCEPTABLE! This could have been the best accessible room on our entire trip, but was ruined by this experience. Excellent breakfast here, by the way.

This is a very friendly hotel, very clean almost looks like new. This hotel goes above and beyond expectations. The folded towel shaped like an animal was great. I extended my stay and will definitely recommend!!

This "hotel" is actually a motel design and a bit dated. That said, the room was clean, the beds were good, and the towels were plentiful. The front check-in staff was very friendly, efficient and accommodating. The room was quiet which was appreciated. We left too early in the morning to take part in the breakfast service so I can't comment on that. The reason for the 3 star rating is due to frustration with the poor, intermittent WIFI in our room. It was so weak and spotty that it made simple tasks (like reading email) very challenging. The weak signal was probably due to the fact that our room was at the very end of the building but that's no excuse. In this day and age adequate WIFI is a must.

After kicking off the covers over night, found multiple blood stains on to of upper sheet near footer area. Management was overly apologetic but only offered 1000 award points which are of no benefit. My stay the previous week at moss point BW was tremendously better.

I booked this hotel solely on TripAdvisor reviews. We were sorely disappointed. The room seemed dated and very worn. It was surface clean, but definitely had a grimey feel. The front desk clerk was friendly, but that's the only positive thing about our experience.

Our stay at Best Western Flagship Inn was great! Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean, great temperature, and comfortable beds and pillows! Pool was clean and relaxing! Rene from the breakfast crew was amazing! She went above and beyond to help us enjoy our breakfast by helping me find more French Vanilla creamer! Breakfast was delicious! Hot eggs and sausage! So many options for grains and waffles. Juice was delicious! So satisfied with our stay and will definitely come back during trips!

When I saw that this was an exterior Motel instead of an interior Hotel (which was what I was expecting from all previous Best Western Stays, my expectations were instantly lowered. But I have to admit, despite being located next to a truck stop, the room was surprisingly quiet. I didn't do use the breakfast for anything more than coffee, but I did see others in there eating eggs, bacon, biscuits & waffles and it smelled good. Internet worked as it should. Bed was what you expect. Floor had a slightly odd feeling to it. Overall this was a good value for what we paid, and given the same circumstances, we would stay here again.

Nice rooms, great breakfast, stores nearby. Dog friendly.Went to dinner at a steak house really nice. Also went to get our nails done. I would suggest a better area for dogs, but overall the stay was nice and rooms were very clean.

This was the best stay we have had anywhere in a long time. Great value for the money. The room and property were very clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very good variety of food for breakfast, and great coffee. Nice location. Excellent customer service and perfect rooms and a grear atmosphere for all. If your ever in the area, I recommend staying here. They offer semi truck parking and are close to numerous restaurants within walking distance.

We arrived late after a 12 hour road trip. Our room was clean and bed comfortable. The breakfast was great. This location is within walking distance of convenience stores and a Mexican restaurant. For us it served our needs very well. Staff was very polite and property clean.

We are Best Western Rewards members so we always stay at Best Western. This trip was no exception. We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and the staff was very nice. We stayed 2 nights. Plenty of linens. The only complaint that I had was that the TV didn't work properly. It would "freeze" up every few seconds.....making it impossible to watch anything.

I must say for the price the value was great. The other hotels in the area were almost double the price and didn't have anything more to offer than this Best Western. The staff was great, food was good and I really like the exterior doors as we were traveling with a pet. I will stay here again when we return to the area.

Clean, comfortable, very decent for the price. If you must use internet, beware. Weak signal preventing chrome book use for entire stay, four days straight. Luckily, I didn't need it for work; but if I had, I would have been very upset, because for the price, the internet should have been usable. Again, it was acceptable for me only because I did not have to have it. Slow-draining sink and bath tub caused high-rising water while using, but it was tolerable. I did not report it till checkout because I did not want anyone coming in the room and leaving strong chemicals for me to breathe with allergies. Front-desk clerk said she would address issue before next guests. Friendly and professional. Overall, satisfactory stay for what I paid.

Office was inviting, staff friendly, room clean, bathroom and bedding clean and comfortable, breakfast was hot with eggs, sausage or bacon, biscuits, sausage gravy and some cold items, juice, coffee, water bottles, fruit, waffle iron. Best hotel we've stayed in for years!

As a truck driver it is very unusual to find a hotel that is accommodating to both the driver and the truck. Although parking was limited, it was close and at first the price seemed rather high I found ‘this location to be quite value. "A Pleasant Surprise"

My wife and I were somewhat concerned when we pulled into the parking lot of this Inn. This Inn is 2 stories, with exterior doors and no elevator. We have come to appreciate being able to back up our SUV to our door when we have a 1-night stay. This Best Western was surprisingly satisfactory. The room was layed out nicely, spacious, a desk for me and a comfortable chair, with an ottoman, for my wife. Nice towels, beds, pillows and linens. The shower's water pressure could have been much better. We would stay here again.

Good location close to I10. Safe location with sheriff patroling around the area. The front desk staff is nice. Room is clean. Internet is working fine. The full breakfast includes egg, waffles, etc. The price is worth the money to stay the night along I10 between Mobile and New Orleans.

This is probably one of the best pet friendly hotels I have stayed at in years. When I walked in I was very pleased with the appearance of tge decor and especially pleased with how clean it was. There was this super cute towel displayed on the bed that looked like a dog. I have never stayed in a hotel with as many towels as this one had either. They serve a hot breakfast with sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy and the usual waffles and bagels are available. Breakfast is served till 9:30 which is great for late sleepers! No complaints with the channel programming offered. A lot of channels to choose from. The staff was super nice and friendly. A good grassy area is available to walk your dog. One huge plus the rooms are insulated well. Very little outside noise is heard which is great for a peaceful stay. I will definitely stay here again if in the area.

This budged hotel is a good option for business trips. I was here for about a month and my experience was good. Their housekeeping service is very good, all the areas are kept very clean. My only complaint is that the hotel should have breakfast available early morning (5:30 am) because there are a lot of people that stay for work and having it available at 6:00 am sometimes doesn't work.

The room was very clean and everything worked except a couple of lightbulbs were flickering. The ice machine/vending room on the second floor was empty except for the pipes. Looks like they need to work on several things outside. The door was hard to open and took several tries to get open even though we had no problem at the other two Best Westerns we stayed at on this trip. It was okay but I don't think I would stay here again. They put us in a room between two groups of kids on some kind of sporting trip but it was mostly quiet.

I came to check in at 1:15 a.m. on Friday night, Saturday Morning 10/23. There was a gentleman working the front desk. When I arrived he said it would be 15mins until he could get with me. It ended up being 25 mins. When he finally did help me, he said there was something wrong with my reservation from Hotwire and to call Hotwire. I did do that and they said they didn't see a problem and called him. He seemed not to know much and was very rude. You could tell he didn't want to be at work. Just down right rude, he could care less if I checked in or not. It was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Needless to say, Hotwire gave me a refund and offered to send me to another hotel. Whoever is his manager needs to fire him. He lost you business and I'm sure he has done it plenty of times before. I would never stay at a place that doesn't value you your business like this hotel.

Hurricane was coming in or I would have turned around! It's old; dirty inside and out. I always wear my shoes in room but mine got soaked. After a shower and half hour walking around in the carpet the bottom of my feet were black. When was the last time these carpets were cleaned?!! Disgusting! Doors are outside access; people standing outside my room smoking drinking...yelling and running. I have no idea where the positive reviews would come from. Just never again!

Flagship Inn, after making a 2 week advance reservation  informed me there were no handicap rooms available. I inquired if they had an elevator; no. The night clerk thought it was funny, I did not. I am handicapped and it's difficult and unsafe for me to climb stairs. What is the sense of making an advance reservation if you don't have the courtesy to call and let me know there are no handicap accessible rooms? At least a 1st floor room. Room was in the center of the hotel, so not only stairs,  where I couldn't use my walker, but also, handrails were filthy. Even though my ADA needs were not met,  I am forced to stay since it is too late to find another hotel, and payment is non refundable. And also, your advanced registration email was a big waste of time. Still had to wait for the clerk to process the credit card. And he wore no mask either in this high Covid environment, and there were people drinking, smoking marijuana and making out in the stairwells.The room was beautiful and clean, but moist with obvious black mold on the ceiling and the vanity sink was clogged. Morning clerk was professional and apologetic.

The Best Western hotel in Moss Point, MS is a hidden gem. From the layout of to the rooms, everything is wonderful. Good places to stay are hard to find specially in this area. It is worth checking out.

We stopped here traveling from Florida to Texas. We were a bit deceived by the location but it was perfect! Rooms were super clean, comfortable and it was quiet. They had animal towels made on the bed with mints and a note hand written on our note bad from a staff member telling us they hope we enjoy our stay. Breakfast was an A+. Hot breakfast foods. Price point was great and they take pets with a low pet fee. Totally recommend.

The room, staff and breakfast were fine. The only complain was with the microwave. We had to unplug the fridge or TV to plug it in. Hopefully that is fixed by now as I told the desk at checkout. We stayed one night during a trip.

We recently took a trip to see family in Georgia, and had to stay one night one between travelling since we were dricing with a baby. I am a member with a few hotel apps, and BestWestern is one of them. Since Biloxi is halfway to our destination, we decided to stay here. Pictures on the website and app do not give the hotel justice. Rooms were nicely decorated and very clean. All in all, our stay here was comfortable and joyful. If travelling through this area, I recommend this hotel.

"*Worst* Western Is More Appropriate"

I traveled home to see my ailing father and subsequently attend his funeral. I was at the hotel for 6 nights and had nothing but trouble for the entirety of my stay. The first day, they didn't even provide housecleaning. I was out the entire day at the hospital, and when I returned to the hotel late that evening, my room was still in disarray. I went to the front desk and asked if I checked out now, would I have to pay for the rest of the days on my reservation. The lady at the desk replied yes, because I already paid through the booking process on (via their hotel site). So I would just lose that money. I then asked, “Since I've already pre-paid for my stay, is that why my room wasn't cleaned and restocked with fresh towels and toiletries?” I brought my Roku with me from home, because most hotels don't really offer good programing. In most cases, you're left with the basic channels, most of which are home shopping, sports and bible-thumping networks—none of which are my cup of tea. I connected my Roku to the HDMI port in the back of the TV, and then noticed the hotel uses a PROPRIETARY remote control that does not allow for INPUT switch. It basically only offered channel up/down, and volume up/down. I called the front desk and explained the situation, and I was on the phone for about 25 minutes going back and forth with the clerk. She kept telling me to try moving the volume button! WHAT IN FRESH G*Y H3LL? Then she said to change the channel up and down. NOPE—DOESN'T WORK! Then she said, “Try turning the TV off and back on. That should switch the input.” OK, That hasn't worked since 19—NEVER. Finally, I heard her wrestling around in a drawer, and she said she found another remote with “Input” on it, and I could come get it. So, I trotted up to the front desk, in my nightclothes and Under Armor Slides. The remote worked! What a freaking hassle! Why even have a proprietary TV remote in the first place, especially one that is so archaic, that you cannot switch the TV input? What is this, the Dark Ages? Everyone in the Free World has a Fire Stick, a Roku, Apple TV, or some other device so they can use it while traveling. Over the next few days, housekeeping neglected to restock the lotion and other toiletries, and especially the coffee. I made several trips back to the front desk to request towels, coffee and the toiletries one would expect to be replenished by housekeeping. To have your room serviced daily and toiletries restocked are not exceptional and unreasonable expectations; these are the BASIC customary services offered by every reputable hotel chain in American, and anywhere in Europe I've ever lived or traveled. I actually had to tear off ALL the bedding a couple days to ensure they were replaced. Furthermore, my door card kept expiring, and I got locked out of my room several times during my stay. I made at least 2 or 3 trips per day to have my card re-keyed to regain access to my room. This was extremely annoying, especially when I would return to my room late at night, only to be locked out of it…*again*. And the hotel staff working the front desk clearly didn't care. The second night, when I went to the front desk to ask for toiletries and fresh towels (including wash cloths), the lady said she didn't have any because they were locked away with housekeeping. I asked if there was any way to get some lotion at least, because my skin was super dry and not used to the climate. She reached around her computer monitor and gave me her personal “hotel-branded” lotion, one that she has been using, and said that's all she had. At no point did I ever get an apology or anything from her or any other member of the staff. Each day, I asked for the manager, but the manager was never available. NEVER. Not once during my 6-day stay, and I asked in the morning, called during the day, and checked the front desk each night. Lastly, the hotel *does* advertise a free hot breakfast every morning. The bacon was microwaved, and you can tell because it was NOT crispy. It was soggy and limp as a wrist at a Pride parade. The eggs were the powdered kind, and there is a big difference. The biscuits were good, and I don't eat gravy, so I didn't try that. Each morning, the hotel alternated between basic egg omelets, and scrambled eggs, and sausage patties (which were fine, but nothing special), and bacon. They did offer milk and yogurts as well. The coffee tasted like……. well, imagine if your grandmother had been wearing orthopedic shoes all day, and walking around on a nice, hot and humid day. Then, she came home and you offered to lick-clean her old, wrinkled sweaty feet. *That* was the hotel coffee offered for breakfast. When I returned home, I called the BW Customer Service line to explain my issues and hopefully find some resolution to the matter. I had to make several calls, because I kept being disconnected by the representative taking the call, just as soon as they realized that I was calling to file a complaint. Finally, I reached someone willing to listen. Despite explaining several egregious errors by the BW staff, at this particular hotel, and their utter lack of concern, I feel like the Customer Service Care team that recorded my complaint, ultimately dismissed my issues by placating me with "enough points for a free nights stay." That's basically just pacifying me, but not really acknowledging what happened or even offering a proper goodwill gesture to compensate for the inconstancies in the level of customer service I have come to expect from the BW brand. Do NOT stay at this hotel. It should not be called Best Western, but instead WORST WESTERN

I have stayed at several Best Western properties in the past month. The Flagship Inn ranks close to the top. The staff was friendly and professional. The beds are comfortable and I always get a good night's sleep. The Internet was fast and I had no problems. The breakfast area had a variety of items including waffles, sweet rolls, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal, grits, oatmeal and more. I definitely would stay at this hotel during future soccer trips in the area.

My staff was nice. The room was very clean and the bed soft. There was an issue when I first arrived but it was handled quickly and the young lady at the front desk was very nice & helpful. Ny room was directly across from the pool which I dont recommend because people were in it until closing very loud and playing music & I had to turn the TV up loud or I could hear every word of their conversations. But overall it was a pleasant stay and I felt safe in that location being a woman traveling alone.

This is an older motel with outside doors, but it has recently been updated and everything is clean and new inside. The rooms are small, as older rooms were, but for just a one night stay, it is great. The bang for your buck is outstanding. Breakfast was good with cheese omelets and sausage as well as all the usual. The staff members were friendly and did their best to make sure everything was in order. Oh, and I even liked the pillows - soft and fluffy, not that slab of foam that many motels use now. The extras: A picnic table down by a nearby stream that my husband and grandson took advantage of to look for birds, chat, and relax. Last but not least was that little puppy towel "origami" complete with pillow mints. Little details do matter.

The motel room is nice and clean. The beds were not the worst I've ever stayed in, but I felt like I was on an air mattress with as much movement it gives. There was a parking lot brawl the night we stayed and several people were drunk an causing a lot of noise at the pool. Be advised, but the area has a distinct odor of dead/dying seafood from the river area. While I'm not a fan of the motel concept, I would recommend this as an acceptable place to stay.

Stayed here for three days for a wedding. The rooms are huge, very clean, great staff and service. Great pool and pool area. The free breakfast? The BEST OF ANY HOTEL EVER. And we travel a lot. Hot items very good and different every day. Different flavors of waffles. Excellent selection. Something for everyone. Great coffee that never runs out. ONLY ONE ISSUE: this is near a pogey plant. Which means a pungent fish smell SOMETIMES. It was bad our first night. But never smelled it again after that. Just fair warning.

We were on a road trip from Texas to Florida and stayed the night here on the way. The hotel was very clean and our room was newly remodeled. The carpet was clean. The pride that the hotel management took in their rooms was evident in how a small in the ottoman was nicely patched. The bathroom was a good size and our 5 and 7 year olds were able to get a comfortable shower. The breakfast was also good. The biscuits served were delicious and there was decent options for vegetarians like us. The breakfast was well stocked by the attendant. In all, an excellent value for the money for the family. We'd gladly recommend this hotel to families and will definitely stay here again!

Needed something for the night and I had often considered this establishment and this time I decided to go for it. So glad we stayed. The price is right, there are many places to eat in the area, easy to get to from the interstate and the rooms were comfortable. Bed & pillows were comfortable, the bathroom, while dated, was clean and shower pressure was great. There was a fridge which we appreciate. Breakfast was the normal Best Western Fare. I had the yogurt since I am not a big breakfast eater. Husband had eggs, sausage and toast. Employees were so polite, Everyone that we ran into were asking if there was anything that they could do to make our experience better. A BIG THANK YOU to the Flagship Inn. See you in September.

I travel alone from FLA., to visit my son's family in Houston. I don't want to waste a lot of money, just to go to sleep for a night...So It's always kind of scary to select a hotel, to stay the evening. To my total surprise...This Best Western Hotel was a very nice and clean room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom! Front desk service was very good,,, Lots of good restaurants are close by. I will definitely stay here again.

Don't let the lower rate fool you!! This was a superb overnight experience. The beds were oh so comfortable! I'm picky about that too. Sure the place is older but it's well maintained. Breakfast was better than expected as well. Both the evening and morning staff at the front desk were most helpful. I'd stay there again without giving it a second thought.

Best Western Flagship Inn is a nice place to stay near Biloxi, MS. They have good sized room. They provide a nice fridge for your drinks Best Western had one of the nicest pools I saw at a hotel on this trip. It was very clean. The Continental Breakfast is very good. The eggs and bacon were excellent. We slept just okay. Without an elevator, it was a pain dragging our suitcases and cooler up the stairs. Make sure you check when you book whether you get a smoking or non-smoking room. We booked on a phone, and we were a little surprised to get a smoky room. Fortunately, they switched rooms for us. It is a good Inn.

Staff is great here! I arrived early and was allowed to check in. I was given a room near the pool. Since I go to bed early, I asked for another room. Jessica promptly gave me another room on outside. Room was very clean and had nice touches to it. Like towel folded like a dog. Plenty of towels, bed was real comfy. Breakfast was very nice. Cheese omelettes, sausage, biscuits, sausage gravy and lots more. You can tell all the staff takes pride in their work. The girls who were still cleaning rooms were very friendly and helpful. My dog sure enjoyed our stay

Hotel is very clean and very comfortable. We asked for a room on the ground floor and close to an exit. The clerk was very helpful and put us in a perfect room. I could not have been more pleased. The room was very spacious. Be advised however, the rate offered on TripAdvisor was substantially higher than the rate offered by the hotel! Call the hotel directly. The only weakness is the breakfast. Don't expect much. Otherwise a good place to stay.

Travelling through ms and we just wanted a comfortable stay that didn't break the bank. This BW was awesome. The desk personnel were very helpful and worked to get us the best room at the best price. For us it was AARP. The room was well appointed almost new it seemed. The TV system was good and allowed me to quickly plug in my firestick. The pool looked so pretty and the grounds were well kept. These are the things that attract me to a property. A couple of things my husband did not like. They made cute little towel animals - we both loved them. The problem was they were made with our towels that we used and we were missing a wash rag. We could've asked them to bring us one we but it was very early and we didn't. The other thing my husband didn't like was that evidently the carpets are pretty dirty. You don't notice it but when he got into the shower dirt pooled in the water. That's something I don't ever remember happening in other hotels - so slippers are in order. I still rated this a 5. Everything else was very clean and the room rate was great - it was a very good deal!

It's nothing fancy but it is nice. The staff was great. The girl who checked me in was wonderful and needs to be commended for her professionalism and friendliness. She worked the Friday PM shift. The room was clean I believe Sharon cleaned it. There are other more expensive options in the area but this one was great for me. There is a creek in the back with a warning sign for an alligator and snakes which made for an interesting visit. I should've taken the staff's advice and gone Red Robin for dinner. Thanks BW I enjoyed my time there.

The Best Western Flagship Inn In Moss Point, MS is located just off I-10 and is a convenient stop for those headed west from Florida or east from Texas. The hotel is two story and has the access from the outside which we like for easy unloading and loading of the car. The hotel room was roomy, clean. and had a very comfortable bed. They had a hot free continental breakfast and the staff was vey friendly. We have stayed here before and would definitely recommend it.

Kirsty Amanda Steele went out of her way for me!! I always stay here on way to family from FL to Houston TX. Best place ever for my dog and I. This time made the mistake of using to reserve for the 22 of Dec. When found out could not make trip this year, cancelled on the 18th. Well within free cancellation period. Booking never contacted Hotel that I cancelled. Talked several different people at Booking...hard time understanding their accents, had to ask them to repeat what they said constantly. They wanted me to jump through hoops and send proof from bank of payment from my credit card. I talked to Kirsty (Manager at Hotel) She took care of everything! I will not go through a second site again just to save a buck. Not worth it. They have the right staff at this Hotel. Thanks again Kirsty, see ya next December

This hotel is not far past the state line which made it convenient but upon check in things were a little slow, and not the usual items set out for welcoming guest. In the room had difficulty making adjustments to the heater. The bed was not very good and felt lumpy like it was 20 plus years old. In the future I will go to the next Best Western.

Area from parking lot to your room had overhead protection from the rain. Even though it was snowing one day, the pool view was awesome. Future trips will involve this motel when possible.

Nothing negative to report.. stayed here several times, staff great group of employees rooms clean and comfortable. I've stayed at 20 different Best Western hotels this year and this location one of my favorite locations for sure and I'm sure I'll be back ! Breakfast I can honestly say the best of all Best Western hotels that I've stayed at bar none,coffee always available. Location very easy access to Rt.10 parking lot lit very well .I highly recommend this hotel .

We stay here when we come down to visit our daughter who attends the University of South Alabama, not only because of the great staff but of the convenient location to USA and Biloxi. First stop in our cross-country move from Orlando, Fl to Seattle,Wa. with our dog. Right off I-10, the rates are excellent and the location is very convenient. The rooms are tastefully appointed, and cozy, but roomy. There are fast food eateries and an excellent convenience store within walking distance, so there is no need to get back in your vehicle if you are in need of any sustenance. They advertise a "continental" breakfast but the offerings should accommodate even the most finicky - including sausage and biscuits with sausage gravy, diy waffles, eggs and all varieties of bread/pastries, fresh fruit and a large coffee bar. In my experience, Best Western always makes the grade, and this visit was no exception. The staff is friendly and caring. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, convenient spot.

Best Western is a solid, dependable brand; and this hotel easily meets that mark. The staff, however, make this one of the best-of-the-Best Westerns. Front desk clerk Brittany is efficient, cheerful, friendly and helpful. She even arranged to ship the medications I accidently left in the room refrigerator to me overnight! She has the unique ability to make each guest feel special, important and the sole focus of her attention. That can't be trained ... she has a service heart.

Our stay was very good. The staff there are very friendly & helpful. The room was spacious. They got us checked fast. And they were able to accommodate us like our reservation asked for. The beds weren't too bad. But I normally sleep on a waterbed so no bed is going to be as comfortable as my own bed. We didn't try the breakfast but I am sure it was good also.

We made a last minute booking here while on a mini vacation. The location was great, good selection of restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. No complaints with the room, it was clean, a good size and very comfortable. Breakfast was pretty standard but included in the price so no complaints really. We had a great nights stay and would not hesitate to stay here again. Also this hotel was pet friendly.

From the low price when I reserved through TripAdvior, I was skeptical. After arriving and experiencing the friendliness of the young lady at the front desk I felt much more at ease. My room was very clean and spacious. Loved the comfy bed and excess pillows. Breakfast the next morning was impressive. Eggs, bacon, biscuits,oatmeal, juices, coffee, etc. I would definitely stay at this facility again. I've stayed at other hotels twice the cost of this one with out even a hint of the hospitality this one had. Thanks for a pleasant stay!

I give it a thumbs up. I was very pleased. Because of the financial deal I got, I really thought it would not be as nice as it was. The employees treated me very well, no matter what question I asked. Police officers were present several times just to have coffee and speak to the people there. No problems or complications with this hotel.

"My best western stay"

Everything was nice. 11 am checkout was fine as I drove quite a lot the night I checked in. So I needed to sleep in.The rooms are exposed the outside for the most part. It's not all inside a closed in building. The closest stairwell was in the middle of the place so I had to work my way back to where I had found my room driving up. If it's safe to do so I suggest they build two staircases at the ends for tired guest convenience. But overall I would stay again. Thank you very much for being there for a much needed night's rest.

2 times in last 7 months we stayed here and on both occasions the Air Conditioner/Heater went out between 8 and 9:30. Both times the night technician couldn't fix it. We were also accosted by a roaring drunk panhandler that night as well as a Hooker.

Hotel had our preferred exterior corridors, but only an upper-level room was available due to construction crews occupying 1st floor. Along with our bags, we had to drag our ice chest up and down stairs as fridge did not work. There are good areas to walk dogs. Our room had excellent beds! Very restful. Breakfast consisted of really good eggs, bacon, biscuits & gravy, and muffins. We would stay here again.

Several of my family members met here at the Best Western Flagship Inn for our weekend getaway. Everything went very smoothly and we were as comfortable as we could be away from home. I had made me reservation with LesLeigh, who was extremely helpful. Jessica was the clerk who check us in and I am happy to say she was just as helpful in giving us poolside rooms and also making sure she located our rooms as close to other family members as possible. Our rooms were very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Mrs. Teresa served a great breakfast as she made sure that everything was well stocked so that there was plenty of food for each guest at breakfast. At checkout, I spoke with Erica who seemed to be genuinely interested in knowing that all of our expectations were met during our stay.

I asked for and received 2 side by side drive-up rooms for my brother and I. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Only problem was the AC was too cold even with the hot day. Tried turning the temperature higher and it didn't change. Just turned it to low fan and was comfortable for the night. Breakfast was very good, one of the best breakfast bars I've had, bacon was excellent. I would recommend this motel to any travelers in the area especially senior citizens. Excellent value for the money.

I reserved three rooms here for our trip back from Disney. When we arrived, the receptionist had our rooms ready for us and put us side by side on the first floor. The rooms were very nice with the AC already on. The beds were really comfortable. We had a good nights sleep after a long drive out of Florida. The breakfast the next morning was great, with biscuits and gravy, sausage, waffles, cereal, and assorted breads. Curious there was boiled eggs instead of scrambled, but that's just me. Coffee was very good. Checkout went smoothly. Once again I am pleased with Best Western, and will continue to use them on our little excursions.

This is a very good hotel. Check in/out was very quick. Several restaurants within walking distance. Rooms open to the parking lot and no elevator for the second floor. Room was very comfortable and clean. Stay was for business conducted across the street. Staff was very friendly and hotel is located in a good area. I will stay here again if returning to the area.

We found this hotel as a stop over on a very busy weekend.The only room available was a smoking room but it was spotless and did not smell like cigarets.The entire hotel was spotless and very well maintained.The beds were comfortable with lots of pillows.Breakfast was much more than expected with 2 kinds of waffles,sausage,biscuits,gravy,eggs and French toast in addition to the usual continental breakfast foods

The entire hotel was under renovation and we had air conditioner problems. They argued with us saying it was cooling. The renovators got the parking. We had to park next door. They started at 7 am. Bad experience

First of all, I will say that the room is clean and the bed is comfortable. But this is like the old motor inns, where there is no elevator to the 2nd floor, it's really DINGY a 2 star outside. The heater in the room is not working, with the thermostat or control on the window unit, THE POOL IS CLOSED AND UNDER CONSTRUCTION (I felt sorry for a family checking in; it was obvious the kids wanted to swim...and just for what it's worth, the last BW Plus we stayed at, in Flatonia, TX, the pool was ice cold (in March). Paid $69. for this room...wish we would have gone elsewhere.

I would recommend this hotel again. It's rating to me is a 3+. The only problem I encountered was the refrigerator wouldn't get cold. My suggestion, I would like to see more "meat" on the breakfast menu, and access to elevators or closer stairs. The location was excellent. Could have used an elevator due to a middle age person with leg problems, the stairs proved to be difficult,besides the stairs were located at opposite sides from where our room was located.

Very nice place, a good value for the money. we stayed 9 days for business. We slept well, it was quiet and we felt safe. Always coffee available in the lobby and had a nice outdoor gazebo to relax and drink your morning cup of joe. The staff was nice and eager to help. A great location with lots of services around and in walking distance. If I come back again I would stay here again.

"Certificate of Excellence? How?"

This place was not up to Best Western standards. Perhaps they feel since they got their certificate of excellence in 2015 they no longer had to try to provide a decent stay for people. All the furniture in our room was dusty and the counters in the bath were not clean. The carpets needed to be cleaned along the walls. The entire place could have used a good vacuuming. The breakfast area was the worst we saw in our 30 day vacation. With over 30 minutes left for the breakfast time, there was one hard, dried up biscuit in the pan. The bananas were all bruised and soft, the decaf coffee was ice cold, what was left of the sausage was also dried up and hard. The entire breakfast area was a disgrace and just plain filthy. The tables had not been cleaned and were littered with papers, food, and crumbs. The floors were disgusting with food spilled all over. Even the counters had spilled food running down the fronts. When I checked out I told the desk clerk that they should be ashamed to have a public room look like their breakfast area did, and it wasn't up to BW standards. Her reply was that she was going to tell the hostess. I replied to her that had I been in management the hostess would have been looking for other work. This is the third BW that we stayed in on our trip, and two of the three weren't all that good, and this one was just disgusting. Having places like this is a great way to lose long time customers.

My daughter attends the University of South Alabama and we make frequent trips to Mobile AL. We had been staying at the BW in Saraland AL. This past weekend I booked a room for two nights at the BW in Moss Point MS, because my aunt wants to be able to take her small dog when we visit my daughter. This motel was listed as "pet friendly". Though we did not take the dog this time, when we checked in we inquired about their "pet friendly" policy and they were happy to explain. The staff was very friendly and even suggested places to eat when asked because we had never stayed in the area before. The rooms were very clean. The pool was clean had plenty of chairs and small tables around it. The breakfast was good. The room rate is about $30 cheaper than what I was paying in Saraland AL which will allow me to visit more often and Its only a 30 min drive from Mobile AL. We were very pleased overall with the stay and will be staying here from now on when we visit my daughter.

Staff was very friendly. The price was great, the Room was clean, the bed was comfortable, i even liked the pillows. (That has never happened before). Also had the best free breakfast of any hotel i have ever stayed in even for nearly twice the money!Only negative for the stay was that the pool needed cleaning as in cigarette butts, dead bugs, and lawn trash. All in all my wife and I were very satisfied with our stay and highly recommend this hotel! We will be staying here again when we are in the area.

"Terrible experience"

Air conditioning didnt work. 80 degrees in the room. Maintenence brought in a fan. When I requested a reduction in the rate the next morning they said "but it says here that maintenance brought you a fan..." Well guess what.... I didnt rent a room with a fan. I rented one with an air conditioner. Also four guys were partying in a nearby room. One started ranting and raving outside shouting racial slurs. The cops came and tazered him. I had my young kid and wife with me, you know? My father also rented a room for himself and his wife. There was no toilet paper in his room. He called for some, but it never came. 45 min later I gave him mine. If you want to lay awake sweating all night and listening to police activity outside your room, or perhapse enjoy crapping with nothing to wipe with, well...this is the place for you!

The hot breakfast items were as good and varied as other more expensive places we stayed on this trip. The staff on duty at checkout the next morning was friendly and helpful in familiarizing us with destinations we inquired about. A very good experience and we would stay again when in that area.

"Worst hotel Ever"

Cheap is not always good. We stayed here at this hotel July 29, 2016.- july 31, 2016. When we got here the air did not work. The microwave also did not work. They sent someone to check the air. The guy told us, our air was broke. However, they could not, would not switch us to another room, because they say they had no-more room vacant. Then, going to have the nerves, to say we will go try and find you a FAN. However, did not hear from anyone up to 40 minutes. So had to call to the front desk to see if, the guy forgot about us. However, I said so may I speak to the manager. Put me on hold and said the manager would not be in until the next morning. Again, put me on hold and said oohhhh, the manager won't be in until Monday morning, and you would have to call the customer service hotline, you can't speak to the manager, they can't help you... Now I'm mad as HELL. Then going to say that , you can leave and go find another hotel, we will put money back on card within 7 business days...Lol....The worst ever

"Needs attention"

I selected this hotel based on being close to the interstate highway and being half way to my destination on a two day drive. I didn't even review this hotel on TripAdvisor. I used my Best Western rewards to book the room. The parking lot entrances (2) each have very large holes in the asphalt. The check in process was confused when I was given a check in document to initial and sign that showed a $30 balance. Since I was using rewards points I questioned this and was told I would owe $30 plus the points. Another clerk overheard this and corrected this by telling me the other clerk was "new" and I could disregard the charge. The outside walkways were dirty, stained, and needed patching. The room furniture in our room was for the most part, old and some had visible damage. The bath tub had mold in the corners. The toilet seat was too thin and flimsy. Their was no spare roll of toilet paper and we had to ask at the front desk for a spare. The breakfast area was small. The selection was fine but the only egg option was of the cold hard boiled variety. The best thing about the hotel was the flavor of the coffee.

Staff was very friendly an helpful.. However couldn't use the swiming due to loud mouth drunks using very foul language.. They shouldn't allow alcohol at the pool.. Then later in the evening the same drunks broke out into a large fight.. Not a very safe enviroment four were arrested..

We stayed at the hotel, we got a Room with 2 doubles. Rooms just barley sub standard. We got a bath mat, placed in our room that had holes in it..Really? The beds were very nice, the rooms were made up very nicely, the staff was very friendly. Breakfast setup was nice.

The Best Western airport hotel in Orlando could learn much about treating customers right, especially using earned points- This hotel gave the best regardless if I paid or used points. Recommended hotel for a quiet clean classy nights sleep, and extremely reasonable for paying customers.

"Exceeds Rate"

This motel is located in a convenient location off the interstate and near Pascagoula, MS. The pool area is nice and the place has a bit of a retro vibe. The rooms have been updated and the internet is very fast and reliable. The nights I stayed the motel was quite and the beds are comfortable. I was fully rested for the next day.

This particular Best Western is good where it needs to be. The people who work the desk are very cordial and accommodating, check in and check out went smoothly. The breakfast is pretty good with actual sausage patties, sausage gravy, biscuits, and a pretty good assortment of breakfast fare. Our room was clean with a goodly amount of towels and wash cloths. Beds were fairly comfortable. So, for those only interested in the nuts and bolts, this place will do. On the downside, the exterior of this place is not a good representation of a Best Western. It looks old. There are several places outside that are rusted and a good paint job is definitely in order. This hotel is 30 minutes from a beach. One would expect to see some rather exotic plants and nice landscaping. Not here. The landscaping is rather drab, no character at all. I tried using both Ice Machines and neither one worked. Next to one of the Ice Machines was a trash can that was in dire need of a good cleaning. The walkways need to be power washed. My wife is partially disabled. If there are Handicapped Accomodations here, I didn't see any, other than the parking places. Our room was on the second floor, which meant I had to help my wife climb the stairs to our room. We had requested a room with a king size bed. We got a room with twin beds. I've been in some nice Best Westerns. This wasn't one of them. As I stated earlier, it delivers where it matters to most people, but it really needs some major renovations.

Drove in and was exhausted. Evening agent was very pleasant. That's about it. When I showed the next morning I found crusted paper inside the shower on soap dish, black mold invading the ceiling above, with a crack in the ceiling and upon closer inspection a ring of dirt around the inside of the toilet. Jessica the AGM contacted me and pretty much told me I should have thoroughly inspected the room before sleeping in it. Seriously? It is not the customers job to ensure there is not mold growing. She then said she went in the room and did see the mold but no cleanliness issues (see attached photo of toilet) and she would discount me $25. Wow-thank you. I feel so much better knowing I can use that $25 to buy Benadryl for my stuffy nose and itchy throat. From the beginning of the conversation she was placing the blame on me. That is not how you treat a guest. I was told when I booked the reservation that I got the last room available and the desk agent told the people behind me they had nothing else available. But then am told by Jessica I should have came down and they had plenty of rooms. Ok, again I guess this is my fault for not looking for the mold and filth in the room and then not coming down at 530 am to request another room once I discovered the mold. Trust me, first and last time I ever give any sort of business to Best Western. I find it appalling the manager told me it was my responsibility to inspect the room before sleeping in it. After driving 1,000 miles all I wanted to do was sleep. Thanks for the enlightening experience.

Beds were a little older and softer and the room showed its age (chipping paint on the ceiling, previous water damage on the ceiling also). It looked like the interior had been updated (furniture and carpet), but it may be time a major update to compare to the newer best westerns.

Chose this largely on the basis of good reviews, so upon pulling up to our room I groaned inwardly when it looked from the outside like many less-than-stellar inexpensive places I'd stayed before. Upon entering, however, I was happy to see a clean, comfortable, well-appointed room that I have NO complaints about (well, the A/C was a little noisy but actually helped me sleep). Good towels, great shower, nice employees, and well-attended breakfast room. Really a pleasant stay!

This hotel is very convenient from the interstate and has ample parking. We came in at 3 a.m., driving a 26-foot rental truck, and there was no problem parking it. The rooms were very nice, although they have exterior doors. We left by 6 a.m., and the breakfast was available even though there wasn't a great selection. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating - from the front desk to housekeeping. Very nice hotel.

The desk clerk was friendly. Our room on the 1st floor was clean, large with all the amenties, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. The bed was comfortable with crisp sheets. Good wfi. There were a few little problems, the refrig was not real cold, toilet seat loose and drapes missing a hook which we will bring to there at on leaving. No laundry. Decaf coffee in lobby and of course in rm.bkfst was a beer than usual, topping for the oats, hot foods sausage gravy, flavored waffles.

"Fun with Grandkids"

We spent 2 nights with 2 adjoining rooms and had a great time. The rooms were clean and I can't say enough about the friendliness of the Staff. From the time we checked in on Friday afternoon to leaving on Sunday, everyone from the check-in and the cleaning ladies to the little lady in the breakfast area, all were all so very nice and helpful. I would have given it a 5 star, but I really felt the breakfast could have been more, but for the price of it was all wonderful. Will recommend it and will stay again. The pool was clean and the grounds were kept up nice too. Grandkids loved it!!

I Loved The Towel Animal on the bed, Made me fill like I was on a cruise . Lots of room for suit cases and personal belongings. Room was very clean and so was the bath area. I was pleasantly surprised when i walked into the room. A personal note beside the bed. Plugs on the lamp to plug in all our cell phones.

"Mold Farm"

Let me start off - the staff were Amazing. They treated us great, even when we complained and set us up in a new room. But both rooms were damp - the constant humidity in the room led to even the carpets being slightly damp. The rooms never seem to get a break from the constant humidity - and mold all over the place in the bathroom areas is the result. There were new beds, which looked nice - and the cigarette hole burned through one of the Duvets wasn't a horrible thing. The TV was decent and multiple HBO channels were entertaining, if one could just stop thinking of the mold and damp everywhere. Maybe the fact that the door in the first room couldn't close flush and rattled in the hinges didn't help... but even the second room was bad... I know we were in Mississippi and not Arizona - but none of the other places we visited seem to have the same problem.

This hotel has friendly staff, clean and tidy rooms, and a nice large breakfast area with a lot of variety. I particularly appreciated a convenient room location , close to the front and ground floor (which I'd requested in my online reservation) since I'm traveling with a bicycle. It's right next to a gas station/convenience store/Subway so a great location to pick up traveling supplies.( for me, water and healthy snacks)

I can't say enough about this hotel. I quit staying at Best Westerns because of bad experiences, but I gave this one a shot because of the reviews, its AAA discount and the fact that it's pet friendly. "Hotel Stay"

We had read several bad reviews on this hotel and would have drove on by but we were tired and decided to stop. It was a great hotel! Clean and recently remodeled. The staff was very friendly and several good places were close to have dinner. A wonderful gator park with air boat rides was minutes away and we enjoyed that as well. We would stay there again.

"Overnight stay on trip West."

"Just Passing Thru Moss Point, Mississippi on IH-10"

This Inn is located on the south side very close to IH-10, very easy to access, plenty of parking. Large truck stop right across the street, a number of fast food restaurants close by. We ate a nearby Cracker Barrell. The room was recently re-decorated, good bed, clean. Had a large outdoor pool, but it was only 36 degrees so we decided not to use it. All in all served the purpose, we got a good nights sleep. Biscuits, gravy, waffles for breakfast. Friendly staff.

"Unable to Accomodate Disabilities"

Allergic to feathers and property did not have an alternative for pillows so I had no pillows. Am disabled and unable to use stairs or carry. Property has no elevator and they refused to put me in a ground floor room, although they had availabilities because they had "prepared" (removed the pillows) a second floor room. MISERABLE.

This is easily one of the nicest Best Western hotels we have stayed in....super clean, super convenient to get to, super service....we have stayed here in Moss Point before and would happily stay here again. Keisha @ the front desk is a very welcoming sight after a long day of travel and is very eager to accommodate any special requests and needs you may have. The room itself (we got a room w/two queens on the first floor) is very spacious, very clean and inviting, and very comfortable. Plus, we were greeted by a "towel buddy"....lifted our dragging spirits! The room has a microwave and mini fridge plus a single serve coffee machine.....the one we stayed in last night did not. Don't pass this one up, y'all...

"Anywhere else is better than the BW Flagship Inn"

This place is horrible!!! I made my reservation through the BW app. While traveling, I had a question regarding my room so I called directly to the front desk number. Apparently I called during a shift change because after answering my call, Keisha put me on hold and left me there for 15 minutes, never coming back to the phone. I called back, was again answered by Keisha and put on hold for another 10 minutes. I called back a third time and was answered by Candace who said she had just come on duty but had not been told anyone was on hold waiting for help. Unacceptable customer service!! When I finally arrived to check in the girl at the front desk clearly did not feel well as she was coughing and sneezing repeatedly. The maintenance man was helping her check people in. I was assigned room 115. It was awful! If I had not arrived late in the evening after a full day of travel with my kids, I would have immediately left, but we were beyond exhausted and could not handle the thought of putting everything back into the car to try to find somewhere else to sleep. It was just that bad. The carpet was filthy. I wouldn't allow anyone to put anything on the floor. We had suitcases piled up in chairs, on the desk and on the dresser. There was a phone on the bedside table that was completely inoperable. We tried to call to the front desk with a question about breakfast but couldn't even get a dial tone. The bathroom had obviously had some kind of significant water damage issues at some point because the ceiling had multiple ridiculous patch job attempts. The drain cover in the tub was so rusted through that it didn't work at all. The cabinet used to house the mini fridge had an entire corner missing and there were electrical cords looks lying across the floor by the door that went to the adjoining room. The thermostat was a joke. Upon arrival, we set the thermostat to heat to 72 degrees. When we woke in the morning, our room had never gotten above 65 degrees even though the outside temp was 37. When the room door was closed, the gap between the door and door frame was so wide you could feel the wind blowing right through. Also, the curtains over the window were not wide enough to fully cover the window without tucking them into the door handle. I don't understand how this place has good reviews listed, but it should be shut down and have a major overhaul/renovation/update done. Because our room was in such bad shape we opted to skip the breakfast and eat elsewhere. If you can choose any other place to stay in Moss Point, do it. This place is awful.

"Just Okay"

The hotel was nice but had some small issues. The sink was clogged and inform the front desk associate the first day and by check out on the third day no one fixed the problem. Also the waffle iron was broke and not a good variety for the breakfast. Make sure you get there before 8am because no food will be left. I came down for breakfast at 7am and only two muffins and one sausage link. The coffee was horrible. The housekeeper informed me that the hotel was out of regular coffee all they had was decaffeinate.

The hotel exterior may need more lighting in some dark areas for security reasons. The room was very nice and clean and big for double queen beds. The breakfast was great. I will stay at this hotel again if I am in the area.

"Pleasant & good value"

The front desk, Kesha and Anne, were quite nice. Housekeeping staff does a great job. We stopped off on round trip Texas to Florida and it worked out great both ways. They actually start complimentary breakfast right on time and even a little early if you are an early riser. Would highly recommend, reasonable and good value. They do need an ice machine on 2nd floor but it is an older motel and may not be feasible sonthe walk will do you good.

I was passing in from Florida to Texas and was looking for an economic stay, BW was perfect choice for me and I would recommend this. This brings in good mix of stay with location and comfortable stay.

Most of the wedding party/family and friends stayed here. We were very pleased with the accommodations and the staff. We arrived early but the rooms were available so we were allowed to check in before the posted time.

Surprising quality for the price, and a priceless staff, at check in, help with a problem of my making, breakfast staff and check out. Quiet, clean, comfortable. A great selection at the breakfast buffer. I will return on every trip, even if I have to make a slight adjustment in my route, or stop early.

Older style Hotel with outside entrances, but updated and very comfortable. Rooms were well maintained with comfortable beds. Super water pressure for hot showers. Appreciate a Pet Friendly Hotel that still has smoking rooms. Hot Breakfast is Excellent

Enjoyed the room, the beds were comfortable and the rooms were nice. the only issue I had was the window covering. It didn't quite cover the window and allowed other travelers to peep in as they walked by. I had to keep pulling it closed and I unfortunately was in a high traffic area. other than that the hotel was clean, neat, priced great, and comfortable

Staff is super friendly, but that fails to counter the overall appearance and quality of the rooms. Mold in the shower, Toilet loose, Floor not cleaned, musty smell in the room, Walls have never been wiped down and looks awful, sheets were clean, but were so old and worn that there were holes in them. I almost always use BW hotels and I can honestly say that this is the worse BW property I have ever stayed in.

I'm not sure why you would be looking for lodging in this area unless, like me, you are working or making an overnight stop while traveling. However, if you need lodging in this area, you cannot beat this Best Western Plus! The staff were very pleasant and the room was above average. If I have anything not to my liking, it is the single serve coffee maker. I like the idea behind them but I like 3 cups of coffee in the am. I imagine had I asked for an extra packet, I could have had one.

I stayed here while visiting family. The check in was very easy the customer service representative informed me of things to do in the area since I was from out of town. Our room was very clean we didn't have any issues while staying here. It was our first time staying at a Best Western and due to our pleasant experience it won't be the last.

Three C's sound better than 2 C's and a Q. You can't go wrong with your stay here. Also they say breakfast is at 06:00 am (whisper) they usually have BF ready by 05:30 nice for us early risers. Plenty of food and a variety of drinks (OJ, apple, coffee, 2%and skim)

Very nice quite hotel, right of and on interstate. Excellent staff, always friendly and eager to help with any of your needs. From the front desk, breakfast, to housekeeping. Will return on my next journey. Love the gazebo. we sit out there by the pool, and play cards or dominos. Very nice

Rooms and lobby very clean , the walk way upstairs needed cleaning , looked as if someone the day of our check in had spilled a large amount of coke on the walk way. Our Breakfast of sausage and gravy was as good as it gets.

We're glad we stayed at this motel! It was clean, parking lot was great, the rate was inexpensive and it was a comfortable stay. It was only $6 more that night than another motel we checked out around the corner which was pretty poor in comparison. Pros: -Polite staff -Great hot breakfast -Clean Rooms, beds, bathrooms -Rooms are pretty quiet for a motel Cons: -It was raining when we got there and the covered areas (stairs) were pretty soaked -We were in a no-smoking room, but lots of guests were smoking on the breezeway and it comes straight in the bedroom. The room itself didn't smell like smoke though so it may just have been the other guests this particular stay.
