Everything was clean and tidy. A really nice outdoors around the pool including a spotless grill and seating area. A nice breakfast. Will definitely stay there again. The surrounding area was nice as well not crazy traffic and an Outback Steakhouse next door

Great weekend getaway, newly renovated with many perks! Free breakfast, cute robes & friendly staff! Beds were very comfortable as well as cleanliness being held at its highest! Highly recommend booking pool view room & or even the suite as all the rooms are spacious & well appointed!

The room was clean, beautiful, and classy. You can tell that it was newly renovated. The tile is really pretty. The bed was very comfortable and it had a cute patio outside. The breakfast was great with both hot and cold food options. It was well stocked and the dining room was clean. The staff were really helpful whenever I needed anything. They were really sensitive when there were multiple guests there to make sure that everybody got equal attention. Great stay.

Updated property. Extremely clean. Staff Excellent. Walls very thin so u can hear conversations. Breakfast very good. Also very ckean- fresh food- well attended by nice staff. Pool area also quite nice w a seating area & barbecue. Close to shore points.

Very nice location 1 mins to the bus stop to downtown 5 mins walk to the shopping mall 5 mins drive to the train station heading to NY Penn station Room and staff are great that beyond The breakfast is nice too. you can make your own waffles, Fun! Except the wifi is not very stable if you come here for business trip this may be a big concern

At the time of booking we were not made aware that the location was undergoing renovations. It made our first impression very poor. Many times in the morning we were woken up by foot steps from the roof. Our room had many issues. Our rug was a tripping hazard, our tv was grainy. The hotel entrances were not secure. Anyone could get into the hotel. Breakfast was not fully served during the hours of stated operation. If you didn't get there early enough there was hardly any selection for the rest of the breakfast period. The only plus was the comfortable beds, and the AC. Would not recommend staying here.

This is a re-model of an old Howard Johnson. The plan seems to have been ambitious, but the execution leaves opportunity for improvement. At first glance it looks lovely. The bathrobes are luxurious - really comfy to an extreme. But no good towel for shampoo, only 2 bath towels in room, no tissues for 2 days, ??? who tested this plan out? Bed is also comfy - but too close to the side wall if you want to feel like an up-scale boutique place. It doesn't work for this very experienced road warrior. Rooms have no surface to put luggage on, so bending over to the floor to get things, or lifting the luggage from floor to bed or (white!) chair becomes the norm. Some set-up at the breakfast room is awkward. Not so bad if you drink coffee, terrible if you like tea or cocoa. No bath tubs, showers only. Shower head is to high up it is impossible to adjust the water flow. Shower stall is only 27.5 inches deep, so those tall people who can reach the shower head will bang their elbows if they try to move normally.

The hub is in a great location in middletown nj close to the beach and shopping very clean rooms great staff good breakfast outback steak house swimming pool and gym worth a stay with them very happy with this lovation

stayed Friday evening and Saturday evening as part of a nearby Craft show event. Overall a good experience. Redecorated Rooms were quiet and comfortable. Only negative was the broken coffee maker at the breakfast bar.

Stayed here while visiting family in the area, and really couldn't have enjoyed my stay more. There was a small shop in the lobby with lots of snacks and drinks which really came in handy! Can't wait to visit again!

We stayed here while our son was competing at the middletown sports complex. It's close in proximity and looks like it has been recently updated however there are people who live there full time with their families, it's like low income housing of some kind, kids running through the halls and loud people in the rooms with paper thin walls. They advertise free breakfast but all they gave us was a corn muffin and a juice. Theres better locally.

As you mentioned we are located close to the sports complex and only minutes away from the shore. We had a family that was staying with us due to a house renovation for an extended period of time and we are sorry for any noise issues that you experienced. I would also like to add that we have returned to our normal complimentary full buffet breakfast as until recently we were not allowed to have it open due to the health crisis. Thank you again for choosing to stay with is and we hope to see you again in the future.

I stayed at this hotel for business and had a pleasant experience. I am surprised this is a Quality Inn. It seems that they just went through renovations. Very beautiful lobby/ rooms. Clean, friendly staff and reasonable rates. Would come back!

Room is clean and very friendly to pet, staff were friendly and right next to Outback. Although we really don't like the bed it's too hard for me and my husband. We woke up with back pain and neck pain. The coffee maker inside the room needs washing. Overall the place is between average to very good.

I like this hotel a lot. They have remodelled some since I last visited. It's so quiet and clean. The staff have always been helpful in directions to places I need to get to on my visit. Because I use a cane, I asked about the availablity of a room near a door and they accomodated me with no trouble.
